I put down a $1,000 to reserve a fully loaded vehicle that was manufactured on August 16, 2021. I was initially told that my vehicle would take 3-4 weeks to arrive. It’s been 2 months and counting. My initial sales rep (Erica) quit. I was never contacted nor notified… or informed of my vehicle status. After calling and requesting management… I received another sales rep (Vernon) who acted concerned… He stayed in contact with me for about 5 days… Then stopped responding to my text messages… Today I called and requested management (Max)… to check the status of my vehicle… Surely, it would be here by now… It’s NOT… I was told that it would be another 4/5 weeks before it would arrive… NOW as a consumer I’m forced to have to rerun my credit… to restart the process… After speaking with Max… I received a new sales rep (Jes) today… Who is currently/supposedly/allegedly searching for a vehicle that fit my initial customized requests… However, at this point I’m strongly considering a refund… and/or taking my money where customer service is a priority…

I took my vehicle in because the BO service light came on. That's where they do an inspection, change the oil( if needed) replace in cabin air filters and brake fluid. I think the price is ridiculous. Someone described this as the Bend Over service and I couldn't agree more. I don't think my salesman had my best interest at heart . I thought with him it was "there's a woman in front of me let me sale her as much unnecessary stuff as possible. " The only reason I gave it 2 stars was because of Eric the driver who brought me home. As well as the mere fact they offer rides. ( vehicle would need to be there for 4 hours. Anyway , Eric was courteous and super friendly. Also I would like to add I took my car in on a Thursday and 5 days later on Tuesday my check engine light came on. On the repair ticket they stated I had a small leak in the evaporator emission control that I guess wasn't worth fixing because they didn't. I took my car Tuesday to have a diagnostic test and you guest it the light is on because of a fine leak in the evaporator emission control. First and last visit to the service center. I'd also like to say to my rep ." women aren't stupid. Don't treat us as if we are"

My entire experience from start to finish at this dealership was world class. Nicole did an amazing just from initial meeting all the way through to delivery!! Nicole was absolutely the reason I purchased my first Mercedes! Her knowledge of the product was what sold me, no other seller at other dealers could articulate the car’s ability and features the way Nicole did. She really made the car come to life with a deep understanding of all it offers and ability to easily demonstrate it during a test drive. I will absolutely buy again from this dealership! My experience with both service personnel, primarily Tracey (sp?) during my last visit, and the quality of work product produced by the maintenance personnel has been exemplary. Absolutely no reservations re Houston North although my single emergency repair experience with M-B's Clear Lake facility was also more than satisfactory due to the efforts of a Service Manager named Greg. I have never had more than a pleasant experience than what I had at Mercedes of North Houston. The place is a very nice and eviting dealership. My salesperson Joshua Trenary was superb in the work he did for me. I love the fact that I got approved before I visited the dealership and that everything was already prepared for me. This was by far the best car buying experience I've ever had. I will always recommend people in the market for a new Mercedes to Mercedes of North Houston.

I am 66 years old and have bought many cars in my time. I use to just hate car dealers salesman and especially sales managers. From the moment I inquired about a 300 E Series to the time I drove it off the lot this was the professional group of people I have ever had the privilege of working with. Everything about this dealership has been an extremely pleasant experience. Amazing facility at Mercedes Benz North...Great dealership, excellent sales person and finance staff. Because I purchased a non-Mercedes, non-CPO vehicle, there were some gaps in the process and what I received. Joshua has great customer service skills and the Finance person, made the extra time spend, well worth my while. I would suggest to an interested buyer to use this organization for CPO or NEW vehicle purchases. I would recommend them to a friend or family member.

Think we should have gone to another dealership..salesman ace as if he was preoccupied..was it because we wanted to purchase a CPO? Didn't go over anything on the car..we had to ask questions...no extra key, no wheel lock, no manual..we had to go online to learn things about our purchase..when we called to inquire about extra key, we were told ,"yeah we couldn't find the other key." If we hadn't inquires we would not have been told about a second key..we could continue but what good would it do..

Went on line to make service apt - easy. Showed up at selected time - ever body was very friendly and folks were there to help. Requested my normal service, repair my seat that would not adjust and to complete the inspection. Folks at the desk were helpful. Loaner car was great. Individual that showed me the loaner car was great. Picked up the car the next day and noticed on my way home that the inspection was not done. A copy of the insurance card was on my dashboard but no inspection. Could not come back as I was already on my way home to Houston from The Woodlands and the traffic going the other way was bumper to bumper. I called the service rep and he asked me to come in the next day at no cost. It is 42 miles from my home so I was not going to go out of my way to receive the no charge. I went to an inspection vendor in Houston. When I picked up my car on the day - the service rep did not go through what was completed - maybe we would have caught it before I went on my way. The service rep did return my call and offered me a card to pay for my need to go to another vendor to get the inspection done, which is good customer service.

Here is my story about purchasing my car not even 2 years ago. I would like to share my experience. Thank you,Debbie Below is the brief version:Beware of Mercedes of North Houston - Biocides in their automobiles!!!These are highlights of what has happened at Mercedes of North Houston, and Mercedes Corporate. This is how we were treated after my family has purchased over five cars from Mercedes in the last several years.2014 Mercedes GL 450 purchased almost two years ago for $80,000.00.Since then, ongoing problems with the car include warped rotors, broken strut and shock, air conditioning not working properly, leak in the engine coolant system, and a leak in the engine itself which took six weeks to fix.Largest problem - Odor being emitted from the car that cannot be fixed. One of service managers, Jason informed me that he traveled to Germany to discuss the problems with the odor in these automobiles. They had two ways to potentially try and reduce the odor, but could not eliminate it. I was told by service management that a Biocide was injected into the air conditioning system to try and reduce engine mold. When the Biocide cures, this odor is emitted (This could take up to a year). ***Note: Biocides can cause asthma and breathing difficulties!!!An excerpt from EPA:Also, the U.S. Environmental Protection Agency (EPA) does not approve biocides for mould remediation applications and cautions against using disinfectants and sanitizers in ventilation systems.About 6-8 months after I purchased the car, I began having breathing difficulties. I saw several physicians including internists, hematologists, oncologists, pulmonologists, etc. I even went to Mayo Clinic (one of the top hospitals in the country). I spent about a year dragging around an Oxygen tank, yet none of the doctors could attribute my breathing difficulty to anything related to my body. Nobody could explain why my Oxygen had dropped to 85%.Mercedes called us in for a meeting. My husband and I went and met with Pete (sales manager) at Mercedes of North Houston. Not five minutes after we sat down to discuss the situation, he told us that he has 20 sales people on the floor, and doesnt have time to sit and discuss this with us.After relaying all the information to Mercedes, and Mercedes Corporate, they told us they would be willing to give us $40,000 as a trade for my automobile, and $9,500 toward the purchase of a new car ($3,000 from corporate, and $6,500 from Mercedes of North Houston). How insulting considering I spent $80,000 on the car, and a tremendous amount of money on medical bills this past year and a half.These are highlights of what has happened at Mercedes of North Houston, and Mercedes Corporate. I wanted to take a moment to recognize a manager at Mercedes Benz of North Houston. His name is Frank Reed, and he is absolutely amazing. His ability to connect with his customers is top notch. He is genuine and takes his time with you. This is something I haven't noticed in the car buying world. When I first met him, I was upset with another sales guy. He called me up after I left, got me back into the dealership, and took time with me. He never made me feel like he was trying to get a sell. He asked the right questions, and he helped me find something that met MY needs and MY price. I've now bought 4 cars from him, and I have had 2 friends buy vehicles from him as well. I've never been to anyone else since buying from him the 1st time. He goes above and beyond with customer service and I highly recommend you go and check him out for yourself! He won't disappoint!

Since you have a limited amount of time I will simply summarize my experience in the first two paragraph. My wife's vehicle (2013 ML 350 4 MATIC) was rear ended and the repairs were completed by a shop that was recommended by the insurance company. I was disputing the amount of damage my vehicle sustained. The adjuster and I were clearly disagreeing so I needed the service department at MB to confirm that the vehicle was malfunctioning due to the wreck (or simply tell me it was normal wear and tear). I needed the mechanics to look over my vehicle and its previous repair and maintenance records to confirm my suspensions . Not only did they not do what I asked them to do but they also did not provide me with the paper work that I needed to give to the insurance company represenative. When I arrived to pick up my vehicle I noticed that not only did they not have the paper work I requested but the maintence advisor could not be bothered to come out and brief me on what was done and why. At this point I was so frustrated and rushed for time I decided I would just call Managment to explain what my concerns were and how they could have been addressed to ensure I would be a repeat client. The service manager was more concerned with defending the service advisors actions then address the actual problems. At this point I fully understood all the negative review and why so many people were so passionate about their issues with this dealership. Chances are if you are reading this there is no way you will use this location for your MB needs because unlike me you did your homework first. The full review below; complete with names and actions described in more detail. I did not purchase a vehicle at this location however since I purchased my vehicle in anther state I used them for the maintenance on my ML 350. Let me start of by saying there are positives to my experience here for example when I turned my vehicle in they were ready and waiting for me and they even provided me with a loaner free of charge. Nothing else about my experience with their service department was positive. I will walk you through what happened to me when I went there for a simple service of my vehicle. I went up there on a Thursday and spoke with the receptionist that sits in the back left hand side of the building she was very and even called a service advisor over to hear what I wanted to have done to my vehicle. I explained to Mr. Davis, Steven that I was rear-ended by a truck that was going about 45 miles a hour and I had just got my vehicle back from the shop. I explained to Mr. Davis that I noticed that they had not repaired all the damage to my vehicle. I then explained to him that I would like for them to look at the mechanics of the vehicle and any body damage that would be considered mechanical and let me know if anything else was damaged and not repaired. I thought this was fairly straight forward since I had only purchased the vehicle about five months ago and I know that the dealership where I purchased my vehicle kept really good records. After I explained all that to him he scheduled me an appointment on the very next Tuesday. I arrived about 10 minutes early and waited in line for about 10 minutes at which point Mr. Davis came outside and had me reexplain what my issues were (this I am sure is normal since they deal with so much traffic) which I did in detail. I made sure he understood this was due to me being rear ended so he would know what to look for. He started off by making sure the specific items (for example; exterior gas take door) I was complaining about were malfunctioning. I was confused by this because I did not think anyone would make this up since it cost money to have your vehicle repaired. Then he said something that caught me of guard after I told him the electronics in my vehicle at random intervals were acting funny when switching between tasks he responded by saying "Well if they don't malfunction while I am inspecting it there is nothing I can do." I could not believe he was essentially refusing to repair it just based on what I was telling him. Most shops will fix things sometimes just so they can charge you. Since The damage was due to the accident I would not be paying for it I was not concerned. After about two days I called and asked about my vehicle they told me I could pick it up later that day so I hung up and waited to hear back from then which I never did. So I went up there the next day and found out my vehicle was ready (thank goodness) for pick up. When I went to pay the bill I found out that my vehicle was still under warranty and I did not have to pay for the items that they ended up repairing. Now it made sense why he was giving me reasons not to fix the items I was concerned about. Now I did not approve the repairs they made to my vehicle and normally I would be happy about this but since it was due to a accident I did not want them to repair it until I spoke with the Ghieco. I wanted Gheico to see items malfunctioning so they could do their own inspection of they were so inclined to. I had also requested the dealerships inspection paper work for my vehicle when they received it so I could prove to Gheico that my vehicle was in perfect condition prior to the accident. I was not provided this paper work they did not explain any of the repairs on the vehicle on my invoice and Mr. Davis did not come out to explain to me what had been done to the vehicle and if it was in fact due to the accident. This tells me that he did not listen to what I asked him to do or even bother to pretend like he had listened to my very specific request. Mr. Davis made no effort to provide me with the information and documentation that I really needed for the accident. Look if I owned a Honda or a Toyota I would be completely fine with this type of behavior from the service department staff but the fact is that when you own a vehicle that cost around $60,000.00 you expect a different level of care and service. At the end of the day I am willing to pay that for the vehicle not because I think the vehicle it self is worth that amount of money but because the service you receive after your purchase is worth it. Prime example MB offers a concierge and emergency service button in the vehicle and it is for this exact reason that people pay an additional fee every year to have those services active and available. Short story Long if you value your time and sanity do yourself a favor and conduct your business else where.

G class CPO was far from a CPO. lights burnt to plastic. Oil leaking like a running faucet. Carpets torn. Lights in door sips don't work. Filthy vehicles when you get a good look at them. DONT BUY ADDITIONAL WARRANTIES BECAUSE THEY LIE AND SAY THEY ARE 100% REFUNABLE. 100 dollar piece of junk. Got rid of it after two months and now they keep 3k from my maintenance and windscreen warranty. Even though I had a year of CPO before my warranties kick in. We covered some of the employees mistakes because they didn't want to get fired You guys are THIEVES!! Should be ashamed !!!

Service is outstanding at this facility. I did not have an appointment and they were able to accommodate me anyway. I actually stopped by to schedule an appointment since I was in the area. my car was delivered in a timely manner even though I asked them to take their time. Car was nice and clean. I highly recommend this dealership.

A FRUSTRATING DIARY OF POOR SERVICE & PRODUCT WITH MERCEDES BENZINTRODUCTIONAfter all the promises ? an escalated investigation, a report in 5 days from the 1st June. Arrived home, put car into ?park? Warning ? do not shift gear ? go to Mercedes garage.27th May Gearbox would not move out of ?park?.Rang Mercedes North Houston, explained situation and would need a tow of some sort. MBNH put me through to Mercedes assist.Explained situation with my car, they would see what could be done but weather situation was dreadful due to floods. Accepted that and sympathized. They would get back to me.28th Saturday. No contact arranged hire car as needed transport.29th Sunday. No contact.I had at least expected the car to be collected and taken to MBNH over the weekend 30th May ? no contact ? Memorial Day.31 May. No contact, rang MB Assist ? no record of call on 27th May, they would get someone there.Automated call from MB ? had my call been answered, responded no. Telephone call, what was the problem ? nothing arrived although automated call saying 11.00 to collect car(?)Tow truck arrived ? know the problem, brought out booster battery ? not the problem. Tinkered around and released park brake through petrol cap. Couldn?t move out of park and could not deal with the car with the tow truck he was driving.Called Mercedes Assist spoke to Tony ? would need a flat bed (Activity number 1421267716). Waste of time sending tow truck! S Class too low.Flat bed truck arrived. Driver had to be in Humble by 14.00. Lowered bed and tried to winch car from garage. No good. Changed angle of pull and put skids under wheels. Car skewed across garage with skids in place making towing angle even worse and very close to garage door.Disconnected towing gear ? he would have to go but ?would be back later ? he would fix it. NO SHOW ALL AFTERNOON/EVENING1st June. Rang Mercedes Assist. Everything OK, car collected and at MBNH?No it was not, still sitting in my garage -OH!!Arranged for collection ? need special equipmentFlatbed arrived, removed rear wheel and fitted spacer/freewheel to disable diff(?)After a lot of effort by us both we were able to move the vehicle out of the garage from the bad angle tow truck No. 2 had achieved during his efforts.Spoke to MBNH they would get into repair until Thursday ? all being well collect Thursday afternoon. Requested a loaner to get rid of the hire car. Agreed, dropped off hire car ($392)Call from Mercedes Assist ? the Escalation Group ? my situation had been ?escalated?. Complained about costs and lost time valuable to me. Promised report in 5 working days. NOTHING.2nd June. Call from MBNH unable to get software correct and would need to speak to Mercedes.3rd June. MBNH called (Donald Hutchins) car readyI advised that due to lost time Tuesday & Wednesday would not be able to collect until Monday. ($1,3720 for labour and new ISM unit)6th June. Collected vehicle all good.Costs ? hire car.Repair ? accepted, not a new vehicle.My costs 2 days hourly paid consultancy waiting for tow service(s)To add to my Mercedes Benz woes:-Several months ago received an e mail from MB saying ?last chance to update your SATNAV? and in April paid 264.56 for 22015/2016 update. Travelling up the Grand Parkway (99) noticed ?off mapped road? (as did my old setting)Rang 1-888-628-4483 and spoke to a person called Norman who was apparently in Norway, explained the situation, he would look into it and someone would get back to me. .

I took delivery of my 2016 GLE450 coupe on 6/4/16 and it was worth the wait. Working with Ashlye at Mercedes Benz North was a positive experience. She is professional, knowledgeable about USAA benefits (plus for me), fun and honest. The honesty part was important to me because she explained very feature to me, which allowed me to make a decision based on my needs. So glad I got park and lane assist - worth every bit. During the two months of waiting on my car, she checked on me periodically and provided production updates. Hands down, I would buy my next Mercedes from her and will be referring her name. My overall experience with Mercedes Benz North was a positive and I didn't feel intimidated. Everyone there was very welcoming. My wife and I stopped by MB of Houston North on her birthday just to look but not buy. We had our Lexus ES 350 for 9 years with very few problems, but the trunk failed that day and we learned of an airbag recall. Marko M was more than helpful in explaining each of the models and focused on our needs in a car and getting us into the right car. We drove the C-300 and were very impressed with the performance, the roominess for the size of the car and safety/conveniences. We were sold. Got a good value for our trade-in and were satisfied with our settled price. Marko M is one of the most helpful sales associate we have encountered. We haven't experienced MB of Houston North's Service, but the buying experience and model selection they have put a big smile on our faces.

My mom just purchased my new GLS450 at 8:00 p.m. April 12, 2016, when my father and I go through the bill of sale, we found there are extra services which been added to our bill. My moms English is not that good, and the Finance Manager name Frank Castaneda didnt explain all packages clearly to my mom. He just pushed my mom to sign all paperwork to sell all additional packages which my mom didnt know they are additional cost. We went to the dealership to meet the Finance Manager in the early morning on April 13, and required to cancel all Protection packages and maintenance packages which my mom didnt understand they are additional cost for us. He didnt help us out, and he said the paperwork already send them out. There is nothing he can do. However, the dealership has 3 days cancel policy, and I send him a email to require canceling all protection packages and maintenance packages which we dont need on April 13, 2016. He never responded me on email, and never helped us out. I called him a lot of times, he always said that he will find someone called me back to deal with it, but no one call me back ever. We are your client, and we are loyal customer with Mercedes Benz. You cant do that because we are ASIAN FACE or we are CHINESE. Please cancel the services, we didn't authorize to add these services to our new GLS450, my mom don't think fully understood what the Finance Manager were doing that night, nor the Finance Manager explained to my mom completely.

Hello I purchased a vehicle on March 15th 2016. This purchase was made at the Mercedes-Benz of Houston North located 17510 North FreewayHouston, TX 77090. The vehicle was given to me with 40k. I was told that the car was under the 50K factor warranty. The next morning on March 16th I notice that the backlight on the car was blinking. Stephanie called me at 11am the same day and I also reported the issue to her as well. She did advise for me to come in that day for service to take a look. I did let her know that I made an appointment with Infiniti since they are the manufactures. She said that was fine but update her as I go along. I arrived at my appointment with Infiniti on March 19th at 9am. Ashley from services advised that I no longer had a factory warranty and that the warranty expired on October of 2015. In that case infinity wasnt able to help me on my issue. Immediately emailed Stephanie with this email:She called me around noon (same date) to let me know that service is refusing to look at my car and she will bring it up to management Monday. She also noted that she will contact me Monday for an update on if service could look into my issue.I received a call from Eriek Griggers on Monday March 21 and received an email asking about the detail of the issue. My service request included the following: The original request was to have the entire car inspected.Here are the issues: *brakes are squeaking and rusted*seeking a full inspection regarding the brakes, tires, fuel etc. *When accelerating, the car Also chokes up a bit*clock light blinking when the car illuminates in dark placesEriek Griggers advised for me to come in to drop off and I did as he requested.I dropped my car to the Mercedes-Benz of Houston North dealership on Tuesday March 22nd. I received a call from Ashley from Infiniti on Thursday March 24th and she advised that the car was in their possession. She mentioned that she couldnt validate my warranty due to Mercedes Benz\ AutoNation not completing my paperwork. She mentioned that I should have an answer soon. I received a call from Stephanie Costillo on Friday and she mentioned that my car was not covered under warranty and that I would need to pick up my car. She also implied that all of my other issue were resolved except the backlight issue. I advised that my only issue was the back light. The issue was reported the next day which should have been resolved with no question. Dashley from Mercedes Benz called at 3/28 today and she mentioned that this issue is covered under the Auto Nation factory warranty however they refuse to fix or pay because it is not a Mercedes Benz certified Vehicle.STATEMENT FROM ASHLEY IN SERVICE Dashley Williams Internal Service AdvisorMercedes-Benz of Houston NorthAlso, the warranty you were asking about is an Autonation 60 day warranty starting the day you purchased the vehicle we tried everything we could to get them to cover the issue but unfortunately they would not. While in the frustration of trying to receive help. My family and I have relocated to Alpharetta Ga. 2 days after receiving the car back, I received a check engine light as well as other services. This tell me that the request given to Eriek was not performed even though they were all aware that I was in the process of driving 900 miles out of state. Unfortunately I was forced to rent a car to drive 900 miles due to the dealership being closed.Due to the possible electric issue, I am in fear of my life as well as my family. We have ruled out that this issue isnt a small fuse but could be bigger and dangerous. Service to remedy this issue was denied even though 2 warranties could fix this issue. This company has committed fraud in pushing a car Purchase with issues and promised that the factory warranty was in place. I do have the paperwork from Service that falsely stated that this car was under factory warranty.I was also denied to return the car because theres a 2 day warranty even though the issue was reported 15 hours laterThis process has been frustrating and all I desired was commitment from all parties. I was sold into a car with false advertisement from the seller as well as the finance department. I mentioned continuously that I wanted a car under the factory warranty based on my constant traveling in the future. Both department promise that everything was covered under the factory warranty.I have currently created reviews under all Mercedes Benz and AutoNation regarding this issue for immediate help and to spread the awareness as well seek help in resolving this.I have consulted with a lawyer and I was requested to plead with the company for the appropriate customer service. I will send this information as much as possible to receive a response. My request is to gain support in fixing this issue. Please respond before 5/13 for the next step in resolving this issue and legal action will not be taken. I am requesting compensation to fix the clock and or whatever service needed to resolve this issue. I would also like to know what can be done to satisfy the false advertisement regarding the Factory Warranty. never leave comments just because it requires extra effort to do so and sometimes I don't think its worth the time however in this situation Im quite un-impressed on what a "Mercedes-Benz" customer experience should look like(First time ever leasing a Mercedes). The problem was not with the service that Edward provided however it was with the finance department. There was a check that was to be ran on a certain day however per Frank if the Funds were not available on that date (I was doing a distribution of funds) to just CALL and let them know so the check wouldn't be ran. Well I called left voice messages for Frank and Mr. Kingsly I also spoke to Edward that Wednesday 3/30 to inform Frank...well the check was ran I had a return check in my account however that is not my point...my point is that THEY NEVER RETURNED MY CALL. WHY???? You would think Mercedes-Benz would deliver a great customer experience even after you made the purchase of a new car. If who ever replies to this comment...my point is NO ONE EVER RETURNED MY CALL, TILL THIS DAY. Car was leased on 3/24 and we are now 4/6

When I first contacted MB of Houston North I thought it highly unlikely that we would end up buying. We live in San Antonio and the 3+ hour drive isn't my idea of a good time, but Travis Lewis was so professional and honest that we really had no doubt that we'd be driving home in our GL450. We purchased a great SMART car from a very helpful and caring sales staff. Ryan an Saaf were both extremely helpfull with good followup. We love the Art car and gives 42 mpg highway and 32.2 city, with plenty of power for freeway driving with new turbo engine. It is very small but extremely large inside and from back or front view very visible, therefore you are seen by other drivers.This beautiful Mercedes Swatch Art car will even fit into my garage in my 38' 5th RV Toy hauler. Normally I carry my Harley Davidson there but the Smart cal will also fit. Great to carry with me in the winter.Plus the Smart car is orange and black to match Harley Davidson color scheme of the inside of my RV. Plus it matched my shoes!

Our story started back in October, 2015 when we went looking for a new car. Our objective was to find a small luxury car with ventilated seats. Much to our surprise when you start out looking many small cars have lots of goodies on them but only a very few have the ventilated seats, which in Houston is pretty much appreciated!George was very good about reviewing each of the models we thought we might like and did not pressure us to make any decision. We had informed him that we were going to about three other dealers and no decision would be made today. When we decided on the final three, George was helpful and gracious. The car was ordered and in December we finally got to pick it up. Just beautiful!

I have always bought MB at MB Beaumont (in fact I bought 6 MB from them since 1995) and this is my first time to buy another MB at MB Houston and I can say that the service and attention to details here is 200% better than in Beaumont. MB Beaumont will have to learn from the MR JIM FRASER, MS PHYLLIS, and MR JOEY in treating customers. My wife and I will no longer buy any vehicle in Beaumont (frankly, I bought a total of 9 cars from the same dealership since 1995, 6 of which are MB).

The professionals at the dealer were very accommodating to the point of bending over backwards, to make things more convenient for me. The salesmen I dealt with(3 of them) were not competing with each other, or trying to force a sale on me. They wanted to make sure I got the perfect vehicle for my needs. The finance department was thorough and efficient. The delivery process was easy and seamless. The concierge made sure I knew how to operate all of the vehicles amenities before I left the lot. This was the easiest and most professional experience I have ever had in buying a car.

Dealing with Mercedes Benz of North Houston was as good as a car purchase can get. There was some confusion regarding the GPS and an incorrect/missing chip that is required but it was taken care of immediately and professionally.

Bought a 2013 CPO C350 from them. There were at least a dozen scratches on the body. Some of them were like 3 - 4 inches long. Service department did a very unprofessional job in touching them up. They all popped up while I waxed the car.

There are only three words that can be used for this dealership and, specifically, Edwin Brazda, Ivan Krunic and Joe Nabors, and that's FRAUDULENT, DISHONEST and INCOMPETENCY. Not only did that get it wrong ONCE, they got it wrong TWICE and tried to cover up what did! The amount of MISREPRESENTATION and DECEPTION that I dealt with from this dealership is absolutely mind-blowing - even my two attorney's were speechless. You all know EXACTLY what you did and you most definitely have not heard the last of this.

Great and excellent customer service in the sales department. Financing department customer service was ok but the financing numbers changed due to an interest rate increase. We had to reconsider the new payment amounts on the spot and the guy handling the contract was "ready to get out of there." Also, because we considered backing out, his response seemed a little unprofessional. Overall the experience with him was ok and good but not excellent quality.

My experience with the service group here keeps me coming back. However, as a result I bought a new car and the process was seamless. No more than 2 hours to view, test drive and close the deal, even though it was 8pm when I left. Needed a few things taken care of the next day and was able to get it back in and resolved asap without any issue or delay.

When we walked into the Mercedes Benz-North facilities we were immediately greeted by sales representatives and they were very helpful and friendly to us. We told them why we were there and was taken to the lot to look at cars that we were interested in purchasing. We were not pressured by our salesperson, because we told him in the beginning that we were there to purchase so he wanted to make sure we were able to see the cars that we were interested in. When we decided on a car he took us for a test drive and while doing so explained how the car handled curves, bumpy road and other features of this great car. His knowledge, professional and friendly personality along with the car itself sold us immediately. After that test drive, we were ready to purchase this car and we did. The Finance person was very nice and professional and the young lady who explained all the features to us on the car was the very best you could ask for. She made sure we knew how everything on this car worked, answered all of our questions and gave us info on how to contact her if we had additional questions. This was a wonderful experience for me and my wife.

I purchased a vehicle from them and same evening I took it home I realized it had rock chips in 2 prominent locations. Their service technicians broke the rear plate bracket when they were installing the temporary plates. I spoke to the salesman (Manuel) who looked into the issue and promised to take care of it. I advised them that part of my review will include this information and they asked me not to post anything negative as they will take care of it. They got a quote from a windshield replacement company and was advised they will be calling me anytime to schedule time to go in and have it replaced. After a few days, the salesman called me in the morning to see if I had received a call / scheduled the replacement. A few hours later, he came back and informed me that his sales manager had refused to authorize this expense to make good on their word. I believe the sales guy tried his best to make the situation right, his management over-ruled him. I communicated in writing to their top management in detail about this and so this should not come as a surprise to them. I am mentioning this as I expect the standard "call us so we can see what we can do" response they seem to give to most complaints. I would not do business with them, and their word cannot be trusted.

The dealership was a preferred dealer thru our credit union so we contacted the person listed Gordon Barnes he was actually a pleasure to deal with he listened to what we wanted and spent extra time with us showing us multiple vehicles. After test driving a vehicle we decided on one and Gordon made the purchase process easy. He and the entire dealership made us feel welcome and part of the Mercedes- Benz family. We went with the intention of just test driving the GLK 250 to compare with some other diesels and hybrids we had driven. Where to begin? I had done some leg-work for my sister who is in the market for a new vehicle. As I let my fingers do the walking, I came across the vehicle that she had wanted, but she didn't have the time to do any research herself. I had made contact with the dealership via cars.com & within a few minutes I had an email stating that they were eager to assist. I was contacted several times by the salesman...Keith Jeanes. From the first contact, I knew that this was not your typical dealership...NO high pressure. As things progressed, I met my sister at the dealership and we started down the path to purchase. All the while, there was NO high pressure to buy today, etc. All who were involved in the initial purchase process did all they could to ensure that she had been treated well and that she had been satisfied with the trade-in offer, etc. All worked out extremely well. That particular day she ended up purchasing the vehicle that she had wanted. As we went thru to the Finance & Insurance department, we met with Donald Cyprian. This gentleman was also outstanding. He answered our questions with facts....not just answers that would serve only on the interest of the dealership and their bottom line. My sister was able to get what she was looking for as far as monthly payment and interest rate. She drove out of the lot that day with a solid used SUV...2014 Kia Sorento. A key factor about the fact that this dealer is associated with AutoNation is their 3 day No-hassle return policy. My sister had to use that policy due to the vehicle that she chose, effected her health condition...lower back issues. The vehicles seats just didn't feel right. She contacted me and I again met her at the dealership. She returned the vehicle and got her old vehicle back. The management was more then accommodating when it came to do the return. Both the salesman...Keith, and the used car manager talked with us and advised us that perhaps the next time, my sister would be able to take an "extended test drive" with any vehicle that she should chose the next time. We agreed that a short two or three miles test drive just doesn't let the purchaser really get a feel for how the car will feel, etc. Just a quick note to all that had dealings with our particular transaction...thank you !!!

My appt was scheduled for 11am. Jason Fleeks at dealership said he would put it through express service and that it would be about 1 to 1 1/2 hour wait. My car was completed by 12:30pm. Besides the service, they also washed the car. The waiting room at the dealership is clean & comfortable. My experience was very positive. I always ask for Jason when I need service. He is very friendly and knowledgeable.

This is a follow-up of my posting below about my unhappy experience with Mercedes North Houston. Two more days have past and I have neither received any document in the mail nor a call from the used car manager. It is going to be ridiculous now. Solomon I had a very unhappy experience with this dealership. Last Monday evening (Feb 23), I bought a used 2014 GLK 350 and the salesperson was very helpful and worked after the closing time. Since I did not have my insurance policy with me at that time, I was told the SUV would be delivered to my residence the next day with all the signed documents. The next day when the SUV was delivered, the documents were not. I sent a text message to the salesperson and said that without the proper documents, I was basically driving illegally! I was told on Wed that the documents were in the mail. A week slipped by very fast (March 2) and I was basically driving illegal all the time. After checking my mail last evening, I started a little concern. I called the dealership twice and tried to reach the used car sale manager. I was told by the operator that he was available but no one picked up the phone. On the second call, I left a message briefly describing my problem and left my phone number and asked him to call me back. Now, it is 2:00pm in the afternoon (March 3), I have not got any call from the manager. I have given up my courage to "bug" them again and will continue to drive without proper papers. If anything happens, I will hold the dealership accountable and cover all my inconveniences. At first, I thought it was an isolated incident but believe it is a system that breaks down. When my wife an I arrived at MBHN, we were greeted with friendly service. They had the car already ready for a test drive and a few others ready if we chose not to purchase the vehicle. Saturdays are busy there at MBHN so give yourself some extra time. I recommend MBHN for those are in the market for a pre-owned or new vehicle.

We came in from Austin. We asked the salesman to hold the car until the next day to allow us time to drive in, but he said that the policy of the dealership didn't allow him to. But, we set an appointment and he and the car were both ready for us. He went over many of the bells and whistles with me. The man in the finance depot was very nice and helpful, and not pushy. It was a good experience overall, and I love my car!

I visited Mercedes North Houston in early December and honestly could'nt wait to get there! I was greeted by a guy named Manuel Encarnacion and from the second I met him, I couldn't believe he was in sales. He spoke down to me and was the rudest, most unacceptable person I've ever dealt with. If the car wouldn't have been the best priced car I could find and his manager Edwin had not intervened, there's no way I would ever stayed past the first 15 minutes. The general manager should be ashamed for keeping someone like this around!

He was very professional, always available, and made sure my questions were answered and my needs were timely met. I ordered the car from Germany, and when it was built, Al told me what ship it was on so I could track it enroute. When the car was ready for pickup, he took the time to show me the various technologies used in the vehicle to ensure a safe drive home. During my most recent purchase all your staff was helpful and went out of their way to ensure we were comfortable and all our questions were answered to our satistification. My wife has difficulty getting around so Trenton , our sales representative, brought all the cars we were interested in over to the showroom so my wife did not have to walk any great distance. Mercedes Benz North Houston, because of our difficulty in getting back to your facility to pick up our new GKL, elected to have it delivered to our home in Kingwood. Your pricing is very competitive and when you add in the outstanding service you receive I would recommend any potential car buyer to go to Mercedes Benz North Houston.

I didn't buy my GL550 from MB Hou North, but I will purchase my next one there. I feel like the quality of the dealership is shown AFTER the sale in how well the service department performs in meeting the customer's needs and expectations. Some dealerships just don't get that, but this one does. Anyone can sell you a car, but few can follow it up with the service and facilities like Mercedes -Benz of Houston North.

The main problem with the Service Center is communication. The Service Advisors do not read the comment box when you make your own appointment online. Countless times recently and in the past they have not read my concerns in that area and did not contact me before the appointment date as I requested. There is a big disconnect. They just don't get it. In February 2015 a new Mercedes Dealership will open in The Woodlands. I predict that Mercedes Benz North will lose a substantial amount of their business because of their lack of detail when it comes to customer service. Don't get me wrong, they are polite and nice. Yet the miss the mark when it comes to the details.I actually like many of the workers in the service center, but they drop the ball with the simple stuff.

"Neal Richard" is by far the worst car salesman I have ever seen in my life. Car salesmen should take pride in their work, be courteous to customers, be humble and most importantly customer service and satisfaction should be their prime focus.For a simple issue with the car, I had to remind this guy to respond every time by email or phone. He never calls back and responds. Complaining to his bosses "Frank Reed" and "Kolby Wahl" had no effect whatsoever, which implies what runs in the DNA of this dealership. I has been over few months now and I have not been able to resolve the issue with my car yet with these folks. I repent buying my CPO from this dealership.Dealing with Mercedes dealership at Austin and ParkPlace (Dallas) was so much better.

Even though I was there after closing time on Saturday doing the paperwork I did not feel rushed or that I was putting anyone in a bind because of the late hour. Bought my smart here 4 yrs ago, and it's never needed anything other than routine maintenance. They email me when it's time. I schedule at my convenience, and the waiting area is nicely set up with comfy chairs, coffee, treats, and wi fi. People are all happy and friendly. Car returned to me beautifully detailed and ready to roll. I absolutely love my smart and this dealership. By far the best experience overall compared to any other car we've driven.

I've been in the customer service business for over 30 years and let me tell you, these guys really get it! From the moment you pull in, until the moment you drive away, they are all over you, not in an annoying way, but in a "what can i do for you now" way. The manager even went out of his way to thank me for my business, and suggested i call him next time, as he could get me in early (before they open) or he could let me drop off the night before, or i could call him 2 days ahead and he would get me a loaner. The service advisor actually called me to explain the repairs, tell me the cost, and the car was fixed the same day i dropped it off. This is THE PLACE to bring your MB for service, trust me--it's worth the ride up I-45

Aysa Anzaldua greeted me when I arrived. She was very professional and took care of my needs quickly. The day was so busy that there were no loaner cars available so I had to wait at the facility. I had my 5 year old special needs daughter with me. Instead of putting us in the waiting room and forgetting about us Aysa came and checked on my daughter and I several times. After about 30 minutes Aysa approached me stating that she had found me a loaner car and offered it to me. It is very hard for my daughter to be in one place for extending periods of times so this was greatly appreciated. Thank you very much Aysa!

This was my first time experience buying a car through the internet. Joshua the salesman was extremely helpful and knowledgeable regarding out of state purchases. MB of North Houston answered all of my questions and provided all documentation to make me confident with the purchase. I was able to use multiple platforms to communicate with the dealer: text, cell, fax, and email. The dealer was completely transparent with any and all minor blemishes of the vehicle. This was a car buying experience the way a car buying experience should be. Almost every time I've purchased a car, I've left the dealership feeling like I've been taken advantage of and getting a bad deal on the vehicle I purchased. Not the case here. No shell games with the numbers, no running back and forth with the manager to see how much they can push out of me. Just professional sales and environment, especially Nick, my sales man. They gave me more for my trade in than any other dealer I visited would and even the initial numbers they presented me with were what I wanted. I actually felt a little weird not haggling over the price. Definitely recommend to anyone looking to purchase a vehicle.

The drive was worth the money as I saved $3000 over local prices for similar vehicles. The experience I had at Mercedes Houston North was awesome! Mr. Rahimi , our salesman, was knowledgeable, professional, and easy to work with. They were extremely fair during the negotiation process. The Finance Department and purchasing process was great. While waiting to meet with Finance, the Assistant General Manager found me and congratulated me on the purchase and offered his assistance in the future. Other salesmen approached me and offered their assistance, should Mr. Rahimi not be available. After owning BMWs for 17 years, we'll never visit another BMW dealership or own one again. This dealership was as good as it gets!

Be careful when purchasing a Certified Pre-owned vehicle (CPO) vehicle from this dealership. Mercedes North Houston sold me a CPO E350 that I later found had been in a significant front end collision. The CPO report they reviewed with me was for the wrong vehicle and it took them months to produce the correct one. I had my own third party appraisal conducted which truly revealed the extent of the damage. Just a few of the items include significant damage to the front bumper, hood, head lamps, bumper impact bar, crumple zones, and it was poorly re-painted throughout the vehicle with orange peel texture). The day of purchase it was raining making the visible walk around difficult at best. I have multiple expert opinions advising there was no way this vehicle could have passed the Mercedes Benz CPO inspection. After researching my vehicles history more exstensively I found the following information (names, dates, etc. have been omitted): * The first owner leased the vehicle from a dealership in San Jose, CA. During the lease period the vehicle was involved in a single vehicle front end collision when it ran off road through several trees and landscaping ultimately impacting a fire hydrant (AutoCheck provided the case number). * The vehicle suffered $22,000.00 in damages (I personally verified this with the insurance carrier). The vehicle repaired was returned to the original Mercedes Benz dealership in San Jose, CA where it received a post lease inspection (I called and verified that too). * Mercedes Benz Financial Service took transfer of the vehicle and it was delivered to Mercedes Benz North Houston where they inspected and passed the vehicle as a Certified Pre-owned then listed it for sale. * I purchased the CPO E350 a few weeks later at high retail value with the impression I was getting a great car. Mercedes had conducted TWO inspections on the vehicle, one being the CPO, none of which indicated any prior damage or issues. I was completely uninformed of the structural damage, visible repairs, and total repaint to vehicle had received. When I advised Mercedes North Houston the sales associate advised me this was no big deal, the vehicle had received a CPO inspection, and that a certain amount of damage was acceptable without requiring a disclosure. He later told me if something had been missed during the inspection Mercedes Benz North Houston was not at fault since AutoNation had conducted the CPO inspection. Now keep in mind that Auto Nation owns Mercedes North Houston as well as their onsite service and repair facility. This guy was ABSOLUTELY WORTHLESS. Ive made repeated attempts to remedy this situation but Mercedes North Houston is now refusing to return my calls nor have they made any attempt to address this situation. Unfortunately third parties have had to get involved. To sum this up. Terrible experience, terrible dealership, and do not buy a CPO vehicle from these guys without doing a full investigation on the car.

I was in the market for a vehicle earlier this year. Looked everywhere with no luck. Stopped into Mercedes and found one that I couldn't walk away from. With just OK credit, they got me in my car with a really great rate. Working with Neil Thompson and Kolby Wahl was a great experience. Buying a car is always stressful....but they out me at ease. Facility was fantastic! Clean and inviting. I will definitely buy future vehicles from them :)

My wife and I went into the dealership and we were greeted promptly by our sales guy Neil Thompson. He was very professional as we had a lot of criteria's that had to be meet for us to buy a car. he found us a car at another Autonation dealership and he went as far as to bring the car in so that we could look at and test drive it. Neil was very motivated to please us and if we did not like something he didn't try to sell it to us he just moved on to the next vehicle. When we found the one we wanted he made sure to have it cleaned and ready for us and while we were waiting on financing he walked us through all the features of the car sat inside it with us to make sure we understood the functions and features and that to us showed that we really wanted us to be happy with what we choose. Neil even went as far as to call us after a few weeks to make sure we didn't have any questions about anything and to see if we were good with our vehicle. needless to say I now own a Mercedes ML350 SUV thanks to Mercedes-Benz of Houston North and Neil Thompson.

I would highly recommend the team at Mercedes North to anyone. Such a great group of people that work here. They know how to make a car buying experience fun and painless. I've looked at several luxury vehicles for a few weeks. But never found anything as in good shape as the preowned cars at this store. And also did not feel comfortable with the sales people at the other stores I encountered. Keith was the salesman that assisted me and he was so helpful. Everyone I know will hear how great I think the entire staff at this dealership is. I love my new E350 (well not brand new but new to me anyway) :)

Went to this dealership looking at a pre-owned Infiniti QX70 and a ML350. When working on numbers I filled in the credit app. I was clear to the saleman I did not want it pulled yet. He was listening to my telephone conversation with my husband regarding interest rates etc and obviously got panicked, so sneakily gave my app to the finance to pull. HIGHLY unethical! He acted all happy when he re-appeared saying I got such a low rate etc....I knew I would I have great credit?? No right to pull it when verbally told to wait. Anyway, We decided to buy the ML, however once my husband arrived he wasn't loving the deal. So we decided to leave the dealership and think on it. I contacted the salesman that evening and informed him we were going to purchase the infiniti as it has the features we preferred, and to please have the paperwork ready for the next day. I told him I had an appointment at 11am and would only get there in the afternoon. Next thing I know, I am driving to the dealership at 2 pm and I get a text saying the inifinit just sold! He was supposed to have paperwork ready etc..instead he let it get sold? After pulling my credit and everything...this is how this dealership does business? Well.....never again. So I am still needing a car, husband now out the country for a month and he needs to sign release on my car...which means I will have to have another hard credit check etc, thanks to the incompetency of Mercedes Benz North! Such disrespect for customers is deplorable!

I always thought a Mercedes-Benz dealership would have an air of attitude and snobbery.But after contacting Joshua Trenary in advance of my visit, I could tell from his email that the experience was not going to be as expected. I made an appointment with him and actually showed up early to find he was ready and willing to help me. We test drove 2 cars and he answered all of my questions, no matter how stupid I felt they were. He was very knowledgeable about the whole process, even financing. At other dealerships I have spent hours going back and forth and hearing the sales person talk about their manager. I think from the time I walked into the door until Joshua showed me the final numbers in writing was about 1.5 hours. The Finance manager Donald Cyprian was just as friendly and efficient. He made sure I understood the finance options and was also good about answering all my questions. The next business day he even re-ran all of my paperwork because of a change i requested.I highly recommend Mercedes-Benz North Houston and suggest you ask for Joshua on the sales side and Donald on the finance side. I just bought my second Mercedes from Houston North. Just love my car. The general manager even through in black floor mats because I hate beige ones. We didn't even ask for this. There were no going back and forth with the cost of the cars and the financing and interest rates were fantastic. I had a very excellent and knowledgeable salesman. I just bought a Mercedes E350-2013 (CPO), with 6000 miles. Trusting the dealership for the CPO certification, I took delivery at 9:30 pm and drove it home. As soon as I got home, it started leaking oil. In addition, the front wheal had damage; there was a small dent on the trunk; break oil reservoir was empty; there were paint chips and it was not cleaned from inside properly either. I called the salesman in the morning to tell about all the items; and his response was that may be I am responsible for all this !!!!! In any case, I took it to Mercedes Benz of Sugarland and they found that the washer for the oil pan screw was damaged causing it to leak oil. They fixed (replaced) it and replenished the fluids,etc...for no charge! I called my sales man at MBHN again to tell him all this, and he asked me to come back to show him other items. He had the paint taken care of and told me to have my insurance ( that I had luckily purchased for wheels) take care of the wheel damage; but no mention of other items or why did a CPO lacked so many items which are part of the so called CPO inspection and mitigation. I think it was a unfair deal, and a blatant breach of trust

We actually went in to purchase another car and ended up buying a pre owned certified car instead! He was very patient and helpful and even skipped lunch because of the time he spent on getting our stuff together! Really appreciate all his effort! Very quick to respond even on a Sunday after the sale because I was concerned about something! Now that is what I call Customer Service! Dealer did not the vehicle in stock that I needed. Salesperson attempted to sell me a vehicle with $6000 more options than I wanted AND charge an extra transportation charge. I had brought my 2009 Mercedes in for service and wondered onto the showroom floor. There I met Neil Thompson. He showed me his selection of certified pre-owed vehicles. I had been online and already knew they had more cars than the other dealers in town but it was Neil attention to my needs that made the difference. I purchased my 2012 Mercedes Benz E350 that day, and was happy that they treated me very fairly on my trade. They gave me more than my offer at from carmax, and Neil's vehicle had additional warranty coverage. I tell everyone that if they are looking for a car to go see Neil, he's awesome!

My wife and I were treated very rudely. We were passed off to three different salesmen. I set an appointment with Mr. Jeanes and he did not come to work that day. I did not receive a call nor email to cancel. We drove two cars that afternoon with Mr. Netters. He was extremely courteous. Very good experience with Mr. Netters. We went back on Saturday and was passed back off the Mr. Jeanes. We drove one car. He then preceeded to tell use we had reached our limit on test driving their cars. We left!! I gave Mr. Netters one more shot on Monday to sell me a car. He pulled out the new invoice of the used car I was looking at. They came down 3500 from new invoice. WOW!! They tried to charge me 800 dollars for the CPO warrenty. Incrediable!! After a trip to his manager, they came down to the internet price. I told him they could do better than that. He said, "If you don't pay sticker, someone else will". I left and and headed to Holmes European in Shreveport Louisiansa. They were AWESOME!!! Saved over 10,000 dollars from Houston North's used price on a brand new E350. I will not buy a car from Houston North Mercedes. I will drive to Shreveport. Johnnie Starr was our saleperson in Shreveport. EXCELLENT!!!

I made my initial contact with nick and i received a prompt response from him very quickly. he was very professional and helpful. Met with him at dealership and he had the gl 450 we had discussed ready for us to test drive. Almost what we wanted but my wife found the perfect gl 450 on the showroom floor and we struck up a deal. The buying aand finance process were prompt and we were treated very well. i would recomend Nick to anyone that is looking for a quality mercedes benz to buy.

I had broke down near the intersection of 45 and 1960. After being pushed into the paring lot of Mercedes Benz I called my husband to help. While I waited no less than three employees of the dealer had approached to assist me. One invited me inside while I waited, another offer a jump start or gas. I was very happy that they were concerned and I even looked at used vehicles while I waited. Went to purchase a certified pre owned Mercedes from them and I didn't even haggle on the price they had on their website. I test drove the vehicle and said fine and wanted to proceed to purchase. Now if y'all don't know, when you purchase a certified per owned vehicle from the dealer, it comes with an extended warranty of 1 year and 100,000 miles beyond the manufactures warranty. When we went to do the paperwork, they tried to charge me an extra $750 for the certified per owned warranty!? I said what the heck was this? They said they were selling the car at a lost already so they had to charge the extra $750 for the warranty even though on their website, the price they had was included?!? Wtf! I told him no way out of principle and $750 extra was not that much in relevance to the price of the Mercedes but I wasn't going to pay it. He told me the managers wouldn't budge so I walked. How the heck do you advertise on your website a price for a car and then try to charge extra when you go try to buy it for that exact price? Once again, I was willing to buy the car at advertised price and no haggling.Update. Talked to Mercedes sugar land and greenway and both of those dealership comes with the extended warranty for their certified pre owned but north location does not. Very deceptive of Mercedes north Houston!

I went into this dealership with some hesitation. Being a first time buyer of a Mercedes, I was not familiar with their service and procedures. When I was greeted at the door by Nick, I, immediately felt comfortable. He, along with his colleagues in finance and on the floor, were very warm and accommodating. We recently purchased a new 2014 S550 from George Buchanan at Mercedes Benz North Houston. This is the fourth new S class he has sold our family. From the first day we meet him more than 10 years ago he has always been honest, straight forward and extremely fair with us. He has vast knowledgeable about the entire Mercedes lineup. Never once has he pressured us to make a purchase or compromise on our trade-in. He is not a "salesman", he is someone you can trust. There is a huge difference in the world of car dealerships. If you are even thinking about purchasing a Mercedes, you would be best served by contacting him. He will give you straight talk. As for the newly designed 2014 S550, there is no comparison. The vehicle is light years ahead of any luxury sedan on the market or to be released on the market in the near future.

Our sales professional, Taylor Conway, did not let us down. He and his manager, Mark, worked hard on our behalf to get us the best deal, and Mark worked with the finance department to untangle some issues so that we could get the best financing possible. I have purchased MB's from both MB Greenway and MB North Houston and would definitely recommend North Houston for their customer service.

Recently, I purchased a set of tires for my vehicle. The tires were purchased at Discount Tire company. During the installation, it was discovered that I have 3 rear rims and 1 front rim on my car. Additionally, I realized when I ordered a new rim to replace a bent rear rim from Mercedes Benz North dealership in February 2013, it was possible that they switched the rear bent rim to the right front wheel. I immediately called Jason Fleeks, Service Advisor at Mercedes Benz North dealership, on Monday 9-23-13 to discuss the possibility of this occurrence. He simply verified the purchase and installation of the new rear rim via computer and stated that it's not possible to have 3 rear rims and 1 front rim on my car. I responded, "Is it possible that your technician made an error?" He indicated, "If I had purchased the car 2 months ago and discovered this issue it's possible however, I've had the car for over 3 years." He concluded the phone call by saying, "I will run this by my manager and get back with you." I made 3 phone calls with messages over a 5 day period and didn't receive a response from Jason. Finally, I called again on Saturday 9-28-13 and requested to speak to someone in the Parts dept. I spoke to Joe, explained the issue and he immediately thought it was possible that they could have transferred the bent rim to the front wheel. He verified my purchase and installation of the new rim. He also took the time to check for the correct size, it's availability in their stock room and sent me a picture of the wheel to my cellphone. I immediately drove to the dealership to meet with Joe to have the mistake corrected. My chief complaint is that this matter could have been resolved more efficiently if Jason Fleeks had not assumed that no possible error could have occurred with a trained technician at the dealership.

I visited this dealership to review the types of automobile I wanted to purchase. They have a large inventory suitable for almost anyone. I selected a GLK350 as a potential buy, and they provided the same vehicle for a test drive. Very nice. I decided that it was the one I wanted and we arrived at the price, including my trade in, without a lot boiler plate talk. The Associate was very courteous and helpful, and took all the time necessary to make me comfortable with my purchase. The whole staff was knowledgeable and helpful. A complete change from most of the other dealers I visited. A couple of questions I had after the purchase were answered immediately. Fast response. I can recommend this dealer without reservation.

I've bought a Mercedes E550 last week, brand new. The car is great and I dont miss my BMW M3, another great car, but it never convinced me. The service I've received from Mike Stahl was awesome, he was very patience never try to convince me that I was wrong in my point of views or try to sell sell sell, that what I was expecting when buying a Benz, so kudos for him, also at the moment to finance the person was very helpful explaining options but never try to impose or sell more, really great service.

I absolutely loathe the idea of purchasing a vehicle. Having said that, I was extremely surprised with the level of salesmanship and professionalism demonstrated by Gordon B. When I say salesmanship, I don't mean the sleazy, overbearing, car salesman that thinks they have an rebuttal for everything. Gordon was a true professional. He took the time to understand what I was looking for and then patiently waited while I researched the car I was looking to purchase. The only "sales tactic" that I was aware of him using, was his sincere desire to meet my wants. I purchased this car a month ago, and I can honestly say that this has been the best car buying experience I have had. Gordon was upfront, honest and fair; qualities that have been for the most part, lost. I don't look forward to my next car purchase, however, when it comes time, I know I will be returning to ME/BZ of Houston North.

My R350 trunk lock is not working and we brought it back to many times and Mercedes Benz North Houston service told us that they will replace the new one, but after the service we brought it home and took the bottom cover off, it still the same old lock because I marked on it before its services. Make sure you check or mark on it somehow before you bring your MB in for services, including oil change or other replacement parts. Thanks for reading.

I really wanted a certain car and was skeptical to visit because of all the negative stuff I hear about and didn't want to have to be the story you hear about; but I met some wonderful and caring gentleman who really took the time to explain and walk me through every step of the way. It's been a while since I bought my car from them but just heard a story from a friend who bought a similar car on the other side of town and had a horrible experience. These people here are so trustworthy and honest. I am a true customer for life and every time I hear someone wants a car I make sure they go there. I had one small issue and the manager immediately came out and wow! I had such an easy experience with Edwin, who did the financing paperwork and I cant begin to explain how comfortable I felt. These guys went so for above and beyond. Do not hesitate to walk in and be treated like a real customer should be! Can't wait to trade my E350 for another in a year or so and I know exactly who I'm going to see!!

I am a mail carrier and had found the perfect right-hand drive jeep for sale at Mercedes-Benz of Houston North. The item was listed on ebay, and I bidded, but I knew I wanted the vehicle and decided to give a call and start the purchase process right away.I live a state away (the RHD vehicles are hard to find) and so had to conduct business over the phone.They ran my credit, told me everything was good and that they would be getting back to me about shipping details.To my dismay, that evening I receive a text message (of all things) informing me that the jeep had been sold without the salesperson that I had been working with's knowledge.I consider that selling a vehicle after running a person's credit, while everything was looking good for the transaction to move forward, is a pretty big breach of trust and was incredibly disappointing in my situation.I know that it was their prerogative to sell the vehicle to whomever they like, but I consider my credit score to be a valuable thing, and now it is affected for nothing, and I have no recourse but to take my money elsewhere and right this review. So here it is!

Buying a Benz from your dealership and working with salesman Frank VanHamersveld and your financial officer Edwin Brazda was a memorable experience. Both gentlemen were seasoned professionals and exhibited graciousness and courtesy to my husband and I. Frank met us as we entered, and Harry told him that we were "shopping" to gain knowledge of the Benz. In fact, we were on our way to "buy groceries". Result: the purchase of a car. Frank is a knowledgeable salesman that offered options in your choices of automobiles, made suggestions, and sold Harry on buying a Mercedes by letting him take time with his decision. Both gentleman worked overtime until the deal was completed. My limited driving of the Mercedes has been confined to the toll road with a direct shot to St. Luke's in the Medical Center. Harry was admitted to St. Luke's the night after the car was purchased, so he has only driven the car twice. I have enjoyed the riding and handling of the Benz and have not suffered any back pain. I have a degenerative spine and had been suffering with riding short and long distances( to the point of tears). So far, I have not been uncomfortable during my week of traveling. We have recommended your dealership to family and friends during this past week, and hopefully will get it out on the road before school begins. We look forward to using your service department, although I sincerely hope it is just for routine maintenance. Frank VanHamersveld is a gracious and caring salesman who took his time to meet the needs of his clients. He was compassionate to the needs of a couple that had 45 years of marriage that were buying a Benz for the first time, and it is with thankfulness that we experienced buying the Benz with Frank. Sales Rep, Jaja, was outstanding to work with (hard worker). Excellent asset to the company. He was patient explaining the differences in one car vs. the other and we went on a test drive. I was hooked. At that point my experience was excellent. Thank you Jaja! Went down hill once I got to financing. I knew what I could get for an interest rate. Finance Rep, Donald, tried to pull a fast one with a much higher rate. I was ready to walk out. He said to "wait a minute", walked out and quickly came back with lower rate. Caught him in some shady comments and felt he was somewhat cocky. I personally feel he could use some customer relations/communication training if he is going to represent a company like Mercedes. Sales Rep called to see how I liked the car and if I had any questions. I told him about my experience in financing. He said Sales Manager was going to call me to discuss -- no call after a month. My son purchased a car two weeks before me. He had a wonderful experience with Jaja and finance rep. I was with him at the time he purchased his car and saw how he was treated - very professional. While I waited I looked around the show room. I had no intensions of buying a car (just purchased one 4 months before). Fell in love with one and the rest is history. Love the car - never dreamed I would be buying a Mercedes! Excellent car.

I have been a Mercedes-Benz owner for some time. This is my second purchase from this particular dearlership and my service was above all others! I walked in and got EXACTLY what I wanted. The staff was very attentive, and some remembered me from my last purchase which made my experience more personal. I love Gerald Netters! He is the best! Don in finance made the paperwork a breeze, and Jason over in the service department, programed and showed me how to use the features in my car, gladly! I could go on and on about my experience, but you will have to go and see it for yourself! The cars are wonderful, I admit, but it is the well-rounded service that only Mercedes-Benz North offers that makes the difference. The Salesperson, Ashlye Jones, was super excellent, but her Manager, Ivan Krunic, spoiled the deal, almost leading me to look elsewhere. This guy was bent on deceiving me into thinking I was getting $8,000.00 for my trade-in, when in fact he was only giving me $7,500.00, and counting the tax consequences as "cash in my pocket," and this was after the salesperson confirmed to me that I was getting $8,000 for my trade-in. Similar to telling a new-hire that the company was hiring him/her at $13.00 per hour, only to be told upon reporting, that the rate was actually $10.00 but with 30% benefits, it amounted to $13.00! I had to return three times to the dealership to complete the purchase. This guy had no consideration for my time, and the gumption to tell me that the Mercedes benz USA President would commend him for not pushing through with the transaction. With a "manager" like that, it may be no wonder the dealership is not getting more sales of vehicles!!!

After a big initial fiasco when the car that I liked was sold to another party, the sales team was so embarrassed that they searched all over the country until they found a E350 similar to the one I had reserved. Needless to say that after the initial fiasco the service and attention has been nothing short of excellent and I have to thank them for their response. With respect to the car, after less than 200 miles driven, we are thrilled by the way it handles and its living up to all our expectations. We will definitely recommend the dealer together with the sales team headed by Ivan Krunic & Trent Hamilton who went out of their way to correct an involuntary mistake.

I bought my 2011 Cadillac Escalade EXT from them while down there on business. Their professionalism was initially represented by Robert Wehlau who showed me the truck. From there I also met his sales manager who helped make the deal on the truck too good to turn down. This good feeling was carried all the way through the financing department and when I walked put of the dealership I had absolutely no regrets and no feeling of being pressured. Even though I don't live in Texas, they assured me that the would ship it up to me by a professional carrier and it would be as good as I remember it. It took a little over a week to ship it up to North Dakota but it was well worth it. The transporter driver, although a bit tired, was as great as the staff at Mercedes-Benz of Houston North. I am always leery of car salesmen but I believe I have made a friend with Robert and recommend other people try them out and realize that not all dealerships are the same.

I bought my 2011 Cadillac Escalade EXT from them while down there on business. Their professionalism was initially represented by Robert Wehlau who showed me the truck. From there I also met his sales manager who helped make the deal on the truck too good to turn down. This good feeling was carried all the way through the financing department and when I walked put of the dealership I had absolutely no regrets and no feeling of being pressured. Even though I don't live in Texas, they assured me that the would ship it up to me by a professional carrier and it would be as good as I remember it. We live in Austin and had to drive to Houston to buy our dream car. Frank is so nice and made sure, we buy our car to our satisfaction. we did not feel pressured. we were very happy about our purchase. We only had one issue. At the end of the purchase, we were handed over with only one key. no spare key. this was not disclosed to us, and we had to drive off with just one key. If not for this, I would have rated 5 or 'Great' for the Overall Experience.

This dealership is fantastic and the finance person Edwin Brazda was able to beat my USAA rate and also provide us with fantastic customer service. I can honestly say I had a great car buying experience at Mercedes-Benz Houston North. As someone who recently relocated to the US from Canada, it took a lot of time to get everything set up from SSN to a driver's license. My salesman, Gordon Barnes, was both patient and very helpful. Gordon was very helpful throughout the process; he helped ensure the vehicle I was looking for was available, took me for a test drive that allowed me to fully experience the vehicle on different roads, and helped me work through all the necessary financial steps. I'm very happy with my first Mercedes, and would recommend Gordon and MB Houston North to anyone in the market for a new car.

The buying experience with Robert Wehlau was excellent. Best I have ever had. He was very knowledgeable and totally professional. Even the financing process went smoothly and quickly. Vehicle prep was good but some lack of attention to detail (i.e. tire pressures were 4-5 psi high). S The S550 is amazing.

Manuel was very friendly and allowed us to look at the vehicle without over selling. During the negotiation the sales team was right on the price and provided an extremely competitive purchase price for the vehicle. The make ready was prompt. The only delay was in the finance area where we had to wait over an hour and a half to get to see the representative, she had been tied up with an earlier buyer that was reviewing every line of the contract in detail. Once with the finance rep, we completed the paperwork in about 15 minutes.

It all started with a search on Cars.com. I contacted the Houston North Mercedes dealership to request information on a CPO 2011 E350 4Matic. Initially the contact/communication was handled appropriately, however after speaking with Mr. Wahl, the used car sales manager, and being told a price, things changed. I was told a quote would be sent to my home e-mail, and it was there when I arrived home, but the quote did not reflect what we had discussed. It was $95 higher, and several fees were added that were not discussed. I live in Alaska and planned to fly down with my wife and drive the car home. This was clear from the beginning. The fees added were Texas registration, license, sales tax, inspection, and dealer document fee. I replied to Mr. Wahl's e-mail letting him know that I would take care of license, registration, and insurance. Alaska does not have sales tax or inspection fees. There was no response to that e-mail; however I was called two days later by Mr. Thompson to ask if I was still interested in the car. I told him I was, mentioned the message to Mr. Wahl, and asked if that had been reviewed. I was told those fees were required because I was financing the car through Mercedes-Benz and the requirements were different than those of Texas or Alaska. I contacted Alaska DMV, Texas DMV, and Mercedes financial. When I learned the only fees necessary where those to satisfy Alaska and the negotiated dealer document fees I called the dealership and asked to speak to a sales manager. The first call went directly to voice mail; I did not leave a message, but called back and left a message with the receptionist asking for a call back as soon as possible. Two days passed with no response. I bought a car in Reno the next day in less than three hours, spent a little more money, and was given the level of service hoped for from a Mercedes dealership. I was not pleased with the level of service provided by this dealership and would not recommend them.

I have purchased a Mercedes from this dealership before and that was an excellent experience. Now, the second time (sales person was Neil Thompson) I just had to write a review. I tried to come up with what would make the whole experience better, but short of having a live coffee barista, I don't know. I got a great price..a really great price, no bs, high level sophisticated conversation, no pushing around...easy testing the car, getting the color, the options package. I really liked the salesman. I never felt jerked around like I have with other brands. I am 50 and change cars every few years and at my age, I appreciate feeling like I am appreciated. I highly reccomend this dealership....and while I am at it, this sales person. Even his manager was not a "closer" type.

The customer service at Mercedes-Benz of North Houston is amazing. Thao greeted us immediately and from that point on he made us feel as if we were the most important customers there. He was very attentive and answered all of our questions. Stephanie was also a pleasure to work with. I feel that she went above and beyond to ensure that we received the best rate possible for our finance. I was also impressed with the service department. I purchased a pre-owned vehicle and it had several small dings. They took it back and touched it up and it looks incredible. My friend and I had been shopping all day for a pre-owned car. Scott Penn helped us when we got to the dealership. We were tired and sick of being jerked around by other dealers. Scott listened to what I wanted as well as took notes. With the information I gave him, he took us to the vehicles that fit my description. What impressed me the most is he didn't waste my time. This is by far one of the best experiences I have had in customer service and vechicle knowledge. I had the pleasure of working with Keith, Joshua and Ivan in purchasing my first Mercedes and they made getting a vechicle a breeze. The team does not hound you on making a purchase or push you on making a hasty decision. Just had the most amazing experience. I was looking for a CLS 550 with specific options. I did not realize how hard it was going to be to find this car! But to my surprise when i looked at the Mercedes Benz of Houston North's inventory, my dream car was estimated to be delivered to the dealership in a couple of days. I went to the dealership the next day and bought the car on my lunch break from work - that's how fast and easy this dealership works. And when I was there doing the paperwork, my car got delivered early so I got to see it. I recommend this dealership because they have a large selection of cars to choose from and not to mention the first class service you receive. Ask for Al. He's the best. I bought a used 2012 C63 AMG I saw on the internet. Everything was much easier than I expected and Mike and the other staff went out of their way to make my experience perfect. They even went so far as to set up out of state titling, out of state license plates, Order an extra key and order the Push to start button all for no cost and without me even asking for it. I had the car shipped and he worked wit hthe driver to make sure it could be picked up and delivered as soon as possible. Overall a great experience and I would highly recommend!

This was my first experience dealing with Mercedes and I have always been sensitive to "hard sell" sales types, quickly walking away at the first sign of pressure. My experience at Mercedes-Benz of North Houston was exactly the opposite. They were very accommodating and flexible, working to get me terms with which I could be comfortable. I usually would still walk away once or twice, but to my surprise I drove away that day in my new Mercedes. It has been two months without regrets. I have had two minor service issues since that first day that were handled very smoothly and comfortably, making me further believe that I am working with the right people. I don't often hand out 5 star reviews but I do so today without reservation and look forward to working with the people of Mercedes-Benz of North Houston for years to come.

We were treated really well by our salesman. He was very detailed oriented and did everything he could to get us the best deal. He was very patient and knowledgeable. The only thing that I didn't enjoy was the issues with the financing department. We were not approached with the best financing and we had to go out on our own and find a better financial lending institution. Also, there were misconceptions about our monthly note. It was not made completely clear until we were about to sign the paperwork. So glad we decided double check the paperwork. But. my overall experience with the salesman made up for the frustration of the financing portion.

Upon arriving to the dealership,at the entrance, I was greeted by George Buchanan of whom asked if he would be able to assist me. The entire time I had been there I with greatest courteous manner. I had been shown (and a friend)where the stocked soft drink cooler was and the freezer of ice cream. I had told him that I won a 2013 Mercedes,even though I won the car; I was treated with the same respect of someone purchasing the car.I was shown how to use my brand new car from the last detail. The entire showroom was spotless. All the cars were very shiny and clean. As I sat down to sign papers,they kindly handed me my three keys.I smiled from ear to ear. George was very kind and the rest at the dealership showed me the same respect.Even while signing the papers to receive the car I felt confident that I was told the truth of what I put my name to. I also received a courtesy call the next day.I hope to be able when I need a new Mercedes I will get a good trade. I trust that this new car will last til my old age.

Our experience was quick, no-nonsense and painless. We purchased on the spot and are happy with our used Tahoe. Our Salesperson, Neil Thompson, did not pressure us to buy the car, but simply explained the features and let us decide on our own. Phyllis, in finance, was great as well. She was honest and non-aggressive, unlike the majority of other finance reps we have had the displeasure of closing with. Overall, this was a quick, easy and pleasant car buying experience. I would definitely recommend Mercedes-Benz of Houston North, especially Neil and Phyllis, to my friends and family, and when ready, go back there first when in the market for another vehicle.

We decided to buy a second Mercedes because we have been extremely pleased with the first Mercedes and the service that we've received from Mercedes Benz at numerous dealerships over the last few years. Our salesman was Louis Weibel and he was a true professional and extremely knowledgeable of the Mercedes product. He was extremely patient and understanding with us as we asked to test drive different models as we were not certain on which model we wanted at the time. He showed us the cars that my wife wanted to see and we test drove a few different models, all were extremely nice! We ended up buying an E350. Once we made the decision on which model we wanted he made the actual buying process as quick and painless as we have ever experienced. We just purchased a used Mercedes SLK 280 from Frank Reed at Mercedes-Benz of Houston North. I can honestly say that buying a used vehicle has never been easier and more enjoyable than what my wife and I experienced here. We had looked and driven several so had a very good idea of pricing based on condition and options. We lived 175 miles away so I asked Frank the questions I needed answered, we agreed on a price over the phone and when we got there the car was even in better condition than described.

Gordon, went above and beyone not only before and during the sale, but also after. One week of owning my GLK I parked in a parking garage and received a very large dent in my door. I phoned Gordon and he said bring it in and he would take care of it. If you are thinking of buying a Mercedes you must go to Mercedes Benz of Houston North and see Gordon.

Our first visit to the dealership was to determine the price of a 2013 GLK 350 to compare that price with one from a competing dealership. However, there was a 2012 GLK 350 that was attractively priced and we left the dealership with the intention to purchase the 2012 model. However, that model lacked the navigation package and the back-up mirror. When we returned the next day, we priced the 2013 model. The salesman was very professional and the pricing was fair according to the Consumer Report Buying Guide. Over the years we have purchased many automobiles, but this was by far one of the best car buying experiences we have had, thanks to Mike Stahl and his sales manager.

My salesman was Frank Reed, and he made me feel welcome and went out of his way to earn my business. I felt that I was given a fair price. He spent the whole day with me from the buying process to delivery. He made sure that I was familiar with the electronic systems on the car. Overall experience was excellent, much as it was with our previous purchase in 2012. George Buchannan, our saleman, was very professional, knowledgable of the product, and always helpful in getting information that was requested of him. Because of high product demand and limited supply, I had to pay a premium for this vehicle but we still enjoy the 2013 SL63 very much.

I had been dealing on this car for a couple weeks but when I got to the dealership and completed the paperwork to my dismay a service notification was showing and no second key was available. The service department did not have time to check it out. Then they mailed me the second key with no instructions and it didn't work the keyless go. I had to schedule a service visit to get those items fixed and the battery was found to be bad. So two visits and a wasted 2 days for repairs

We just purchased our Mercedes E350 Saturday and we could not only be so happy with our new vehicle but our salesman Al Gott was not only professional but he was very personable and most helpful in explaining all the features of the car. Never in our vehicle purchasing history have we ever experienced such a wonderful Salesman.

I was in the market for a specific type of pre-owned vehicle. However,during my search, I came across quite a few dealers that advertisedvehicles that were already sold. After driving to these lots only to be disappointed,I started requiring salesman to physically put their hands on a vehicle before I drove in for a test drive. Neil and his associates did just that! They promised me the car was on the lot at that time and I came in the next morning to test drive. I was actually early for my appointment the next day and Neil had another client. Without hesitation, he made sure the car I was interested in was pulled around ready for a test drive and that neither client felt neglected. I was impressed with his knowledge of the car (not the dealer brand) and he answered my questions thoroughly. We did the deal without any back and forthand I felt very good about the purchase price. Neil actually picked me up at my job the following business day (waited downstairs 45min patiently) to take delivery on the vehicle. It was one of the best car-buying experiences I've had. I highly recommend asking for this salesman.

This is our third purchase from this dealership; the second with Mr. Nguyen. He was very responsive to our requests and found exactly what we were looking for. He also took care to see that we were completely satisfied with every aspect of the sale. We have two other Mercedes Benz products and the service department is excelent also. I sat down with Ceasar and discussed what we needed to do now as well as, what would be coming up within the next several months. He gave an estimated cost and time available. The work was done on time and slightly below estimate. I doesn't get better than that.I have a cousin who has used Ceasar's partner, Taylor, and says the same thing I do.I will go back and I recommend these 2 service agents at MB North, Houston.

What impressed me most is the salesman with whom I dealt, Eric Majors.He was the most courteous, genuinely caring person, that I even hesitate to consider him a "salesman". I'm a 40 something financial professional who has bought my share of new and used cars. Here is my complete account of my experience with Mercedes Benz North.The only reason I visited this dealership was that they had a used Acura I had seen on the internet. I'm fairly knowledgeable about cars and generally prefer to buy a used car from an individual since I've not found many car salesmen who I would truly consider professional and dealer cars are quite often way overpriced. I came in and was warmly greeted by Alex. I told him I wanted to see the Acura and he said that it had just come in on trade and hadn't been cleaned or prepped. He suggested we come back the next day and he'd have the Acura cleaned and cleared to test drive. He asked if I'd considered a used MB and I said I had not. He said he wanted to show me a recent E class trade that was in the same price range. I had my wife with me and we agreed to go for a test drive. Alex was highly professional and knowledgeable about the MB and frankly, we were impressed with the condition and ride of the car. My wife and I seriously considered the MB and came in the next day to drive the Acura. The car was highly detailed and clean all over. He'd had two tires replaced, the car checked out and he'd ordered a lens for a broken light cover. I drove the car and finally decided on the Acura, although the MB was very nice but a little bigger than I needed. I told Alex I wanted to have the Acura inspected by a 3rd party mechanic and he said I could, but I really didn't need to since MB North had gone through the car. even so, I arranged to have the Acura inspected by the local Acura dealer. Alex then offered to take the car over there and bring it back for me so I didn't have to leave work. I paid (by phone) for Acura to do their 150 Point Inspection that they do on the Acura Certified Cars and (Alex was right..)it came back with a perfect score. I went back again to see the car and asked about a scratch in the rear bumper, Alex said no problem and then arranged to have the paint shop touch it up and they did an incredible job. I negotiated what I thought was within the fair price range for the car and agreed to purchase. I've had the car for almost two weeks and am totally happy with the vehicle. Alex even called me to follow up and make sure everything was going well with the car. Had I bought the same car from an individual I may have saved a few hundred dollars on price, but I would have spent many hours and lots more money trying to take care of all the things that Alex did to make my my car perfect and my purchase a smooth transaction. And that, to me, is what a professional dealer is supposed to do. Alex is from the old school of customer service. He'll give you his honest opinion then he will listen to what you want to do and he'll go make it happen. I wish I could get this kind of attention and service every where else I spend my hard earned money...Bottom line; Alex is a straight shooter who is easy to work with and knows what he's talking about. If you have a reasonable request, he'll make it happen. Thank you Alex & MB North!

My wife and I were considered in buying a BMW but decided to stop by Mercedes-Benz of Houston North to take a test drive and glad we did. We met Frank Castaneda and he was very nice and professional in explaining the options and features of the E-Class that we were interested in. Frank was courteous, knowledgeable, and happy to let us test drove the different models with no hesitation. My wife likes MB more than BMW and Frank was willing to find every way to work with us in buying a new car. The whole buying process was smooth. Alex met us after closing time when we were looking at cars on the lot. He spent a considerable amount of time showing models and features that he thought we would be interested in. We returned to the dealership during normal business hours and purchased a vehicle that exceeded our expectations. We received a great deal on our trade. Alex did an exceptional job of pointing out the differences between models and available options. We found the ideal combination in stock.The business manager, Mr. Cyprian also did a very professional job of explaining our financing and warranty options. We had a pleasant and satisfying experience from beginning to drive out.

We got the information of the car we were buying from the internet and it was one of best prices in the area. Although the dealership is a little far from where we live, we got there and it was a great experience. We were treated friendly and no time is wasted. We drove out the car within 3 hours with the testing drive, financing etc. done. It was excellent!

This is by far the best car buying experience I,ve ever had. Eric was very profesional, thorough and patient with us. We were so impressed that we went back to him when buying a second car for our daughters. The finacial manager was just as professional as can be, outlining our defferent options. We were introduce to the service manager, also they took the time to show us how all the gadgets worked, even helped us programming our personal settings. Great buying experience!

From the moment we walked in, it was a very comfortable experience. I walked in with a girlfriend who had been shopping for cars and she was even impressed. Everyone was very welcoming and nice. Our salesperson Mike Stahl was very helpful and informative and wasn't pushy. He gave helpful information and answered all our questions. Then I test drove another car at another dealership and realized how wonderful the service was at Mercedes compared to a competitor dealership and decided on going back to get my glk that I love so much. When my husband came back with me to purchase the car he was impressed too and he said "it was the easiest transaction I have ever done". Thanks to Mike!

Our salesperson, Mike Stahl, was great. He took his time going over the features of the SUV choices. He did not pressured us on our first visit on buying a SUV. He was very curtious and respective and not at all condescending like some of the sales folks at the other dealerships. We were Lexus and BMW owners and never had a MB. He did not put down or trash talked about our previous cars/SUVs. He's probably the reason we came back for a 2nd visit to reconsider switching to MB versus going with Lexus or BMW.

I was really not thinking about buying a car when I went into the dealership, but Mike's customer service and willing to work for a deal had won me over. He was very professional and not pushy also very patient with me and went above and behind to find a vehicle that fit my budget and my likings. I was always a Lexus guy but now Mercedes and Mike will be my go to choice.

Bought a 06 Infiniti G35. thought its a great deal. Everything is great and we were happy about it until 2 weeks later when we tried to insert a CD into CD changer and found out there is no CD player inside. It's empty and taken out. Called the dealership and they claim it as is and wouldn't help. I guess next time when I test drive a car, I need to bring my own CD to make sure. The dealership knows about the missing component and still advertised as equipped. False advertisement. So, whoever plans to go to this dealership to buy a used car, I recommend you to check everything(I mean everything), even if it takes a whole day. It's worth it and will protect you from these lying a$$ sales people.

Worst service department on the planet. They will fight extensively to not do warranty work. BEWARE this dealership. I have a 2005 SL(paid $101K for it) that had warranty issues from the beginning, one in particular that was in over a dozen times for and they never fixed it. 5 months after out of warranty I had to spend $5K to repair it and it should have been done while in warranty. Needless to say I let someone else repair it. I also have a friend who had to invoke the Lemon Law with then on a car because they would not repair her vehicle....it took an attorney to get them to do what was right.

Mike's manager Pete Pieternelle introduced himself shortly after we arrived and assured us that this would be a great experience and it defiantly was. Choosing a vehicle and financing it was very easy to do. Our finance person was Stephanie, she explained everything very well and got us a very low interest rate. Before we left the dealership we were shown and introduced to the Service Department. Our service advisor's name is Shawn and he was very nice and friendly too. I had bought a certified used vehicle from this dealership in February of 2008. I kept the car under mint condition with their service recommendations. On Dec 26th 2010 i received a message in the car saying Reduced Braking Power. On 27th and 28th of December they 'worked' on my car. They fixed the SBC pump, replaced brakes and roters, and also fixed a oil leak. On 28th after I sign the paper work and leave the dealership, the car catches on fire and gets totaled. Till today, this $%^$&#* dealership or mercedes benz corporate owned up to the responsibility of that their work caused the car to catch on fire. DO NOT BUY YOUR NEXT CAR FROM THESE PEOPLE!!! VERY EAGER TO SELL, NOT EAGER TO FOLLOW UP!!! PLEASE, PLEASE, PLEASE DON'T BUY YOUR CAR FROM THESE PEOPLE!!! YOU'LL GET SCREWED!!!

Saw online ad for a Gl450. Drove 45mins to see it in person and once we sat down to discuss prices, they were like that online ad was a pricing error and that they could not sell it for that price (even after having called the sales guy to confirm the price before we left the house)Worst MB dealership in the Houston area. Go to Arod or MB of Sugarland and stay away from these Autonation chains. Their quoted prices changes depending on time, temperature and current weather conditions.

I tried to purchase a pre-owned car from this dealership. My experience was absolutely terrible! I found the car online and visited to see in person and then discuss price. I tried to negitiate the price however they would not budge from the list price which was $2,400 higher than Kelly Blue Book Certified Car Price. They basically refused to budge off of the list price. I tried again to offer a higher price and they would not budge. They informed me that someone else was ready to buy the car for list price so I left. Recieved a call later stating that the deal fell through so I ask them about the price. Sales person informed me that the list price was several thousand below what the price should have been and they had changed it to the "right" price. Heres the good parrt... However since I had seen the old list price online his manager was willing to accept the old list price. How absurd and insulting! I will never do business with Mercedes North and will advise all friends/family to stay away from this corrupt dealership. I have to say I expected more from a Mercedes dealership. I have worked with Lexus in the past and had a very professional and curteous experience. I am happy to say I found the same car with another dealer out of state. I will be picking up my car this week AND saved $3,400.

Purchased a brand new car, paid cash via a bank transfer. Salesperson requested my social security number. I refused and then he mentioned it's only to register the vehicle with Texas DOT. So in order to get over the paperwork I gave them my SSN. Later found out they ran a credit report under false pretense.Called manager who said it was an autonation policy to run credit report even for those paying cash. They never agreed to make a note on my credit files that they pulled without permission.Use another dealer, these autonation dealers are now too big and only care about the sale...

Came from out of town to purchase a new E-Class Coupe because of this dealer's willingness to make a good deal. Because of what I wanted, we had to order the car from Germany and it arrived in about 2 months time. We did the deal over the phone and email. They helped me work through getting a USAA discount. They very clearly spelled out the invoice price on the car, the MSRP and the price they wanted for the car, which was in line with what my internet research indicated. They were willing to trade my 10 year old vehicle and agreed to a price site unseen to them that was in line with a trade-in value indicated by Kelly Blue Book and Edmunds. On arrival at the dealership, everything was ready to go. No change or haggling on the agreed price; they looked at my trade-in and gave me the agreed to price. They found a lender in Houston that matched a lender that I had lined up in my home town, so I am going with their lender. The paper signing was all computerized and easy to go with. The vehicle checkout went well and gave a good overview of the vehicle's features. This was probably the easiest car buying experience that I have had. I felt good coming out of the dealer because everything was pre-agreed to so I didn't have to wonder after I left if I had made some mistake in the deal. I recommend this dealership without reservation.

This dealership is AWFUL!!!!! I spoke to one of the salesmen over the phone over a period of three days to get a quote on a new car. He gave me a quote and we finally came to an agreement over the phone. I told him that I would be traveling from out of town to purchase the vehicle so I was coming to pick up the car and I didn't want to waste my time. I took a day off work and notified him that I would be coming to fill out paper work and purchase the vehicle on the terms we had agreed on. When I arrived, we discussed pricing a little more for a while and was in the process of further negotiating. He indicated that the agreed upon price was the best he could offer and that he could not go any lower. We calculated tax, title and license costs to figure the total drive out figures. After I agreed, I asked him to print out the paperwork because I was ready to purchase and I didn't want to deal with any other hassles. The salesman then proceeded to type in a few calculations in his calculator and then told me "This is the best we can offer you (a price that was WELL ABOVE what we had just discussed only seconds ago and for the last few days). I literally thought he was joking because it sounded so ridiculous. I questioned him about the previous quote he had given me and he told me "Oh, I never said I agreed to it..." The situation was completely ridiculous and laughable. I got up and left the dealership. He wasted my time and my entire day. Needless to say, I did not purchase the car from them nor will I ever. They are COMPLETELY DISHONEST and will lure you into the dealership by quoting you low prices, but they will never go through with the deal. AVOID THIS DEALERSHIP AT ALL COSTS!

This story should stop anyone from ever purchasing anything from this dealership, EVER!! I bought a Used car from what I thought was a reputable dealer. I actually had a car almost bought from a private seller for $700 less, the exact model, same mileage, same color, same options but felt I would have a better experience buying from what I thought was an established, reputable dealer!! I could not have been more wrong. When I test drove the car, dash lights for the ABS and Traction Control systems were on. The salesman assured me that he would have it repaired at the Porsche dealership so I made the deal hinging on them having this issue corrected. When I picked up the car later that day, the lights were off, but to my great disappointment, later that night the lights came on again so it was back to Mercedes the next morning to have them repaired. They kept my car 2 days and then advised me that I would need to make an appointment at the Porcshe dealer next week and they would take care of it. Not the way I would have liked for it ot be handled but we went ahead and made the appointment for the next week. My car was at Porsche for 4-5 days before the problem was diagnosed with very little feedback from Mercedes unless I prompted them. Here comes the good part, the repair was quoted as costing ~$4700 so Mercedes flat out refused to pay it and then went on to suggest that I buy an extended warranty and they would throw in $1000. So now they wanted to me to buy the warranty, knowing this pre-existing issue was there, wait 30 days and file a claim!! High integrity sales staff!! Naturally, I refused to do so and told them I wanted my car repaired or my money back. This took another 2 weeks to resolve with again much prompting and ultimatums on our part and very little effort on theirs. It took about 2 more weeks to repair it and now there has been another problem found with the dash. This was discovered 10 days ago with still no repair completed. Every day, when I call them, they say it could be ready tomorrow when the Porsche dealership has informed me that the dash part will take 10-14 days to deliver. Again, no effort on their part to keep me informed, or tell me the truth. I have never been involved with a more unethical group of people in my life. I hold a senior leadership position with a Fortune 500 company and if I ever treated my coworkers, clients or contractors in this fashion, I would be fired!! Last straw was my husband and I visiting the dealership on June 27th to demand on money back. Well, the lies continued, the Used Car Manager would not come out of his office to speak with us and the General Manager would not return our phone calls. The most frustrating part of this whole mess is the arrogant manner in which the Mercededs staff has been in communications. They act like they are doing me a favor in providing me the car I agreed to purchase 10 weeks ago!! Coupled with the lack of management involvement and the inability to return a call or address something head on has caused this to us now pursue legal action against the dealership.Please don't patronize this dealership.

The service took three visits to complete because of parts for this car not being in stock or even in the country. This is unacceptable. This is for an SLK55AMG.1. I took car in for Service A and a leak in the trunk (among other things). The leak was not fixed because the entire rear window had to be replaced to fix this problem. The window/weather-stripping assembly had to be sent from Germany. I was promised the parts would be there in three days. I picked up the car after the three days without the arrival of the part. When I did pick up the car, it was sitting in an UNCOVERED parking place in the rain. I dont think a car with a water leak in the trunk should have been parked in uncovered parking, especially when it had been raining torrents every day for a week.2. Finally I was notified that the window had arrived and I took the car in for that. At that time, another water leak had developed with the driver side window weather-stripping. I was told that the weather-stripping was unavailable and it, too, had to be thrown into the Atlantic ocean for its trek across. I picked up the car the same day and noticed they had not replaced the window tint that was on the original window. Since I had to come back for the window weather-stripping replacement, I told them they could do it at that time. I was told that the weather-stripping for the drivers window would be there in a couple of days.3. After close to three weeks of waiting, I finally called the service advisor and told him that I was glad that I hadnt left my car there all this time waiting for the parts to arrive. Driving the wimpy C230 for that length of time would have driven me crazy, by the way. Fortunately rentals are "free". He informed me that he told someone to call me and that the parts had been there for some time. No one called me.4. All this originated from the Service A. Remember, I had been there three separate times. I figured that when all was completed and closed out that I would have received the invoice for the original Service A. That did not happen either. I actually thought (well, hoped, anyway) that the $183 charge for the Service A had been comped because of the way things had been handled (all the waiting for parts, etc.), but that was not the case. Several days later the cashier called and wanted payment for which I provided my credit card.

The dealership is average on the whole for MB cars. The sales teams is made up of a bunch of virgin sales people. I had big problems with the service advisors, they usually dont care about you and have very little information aside from the time of the day. Be wary of the Liz, she sits at the bottom of the barrel. The only reason I recommend and use this dealership is because of the Service Manager Gerald Lynch. Stand up guy that does not BS you nor does he avoid your pointed questions. I have known him 12 years and he has truly worked his way up from the shop to the advisor desk to now the manager. Genuine guy who cares about all his customers. I give all my cars to him and I have never heard him say "cant" or "no". I would suggest you go to him before you have a problem. There used be a class "a" service Advisor Marco Imeri but he left them. BIG loss for MB Houston North. If you guys at MB North are reading this pay Gerald a huge bonus because he is the only reason you do work on our S430, S600, C230 and S500.<br><br>EDIT 9.28.04: This dealership has gone nuts. They got rid of the one guy, Gerald, that was the ONLY reason people even went to MB North. Add to that, there are NO MORE LOANERS for service work. You have to pay $50 per day to get a car from Enterprise. So when my car goes in, which is very often, I will have to pay $50 a day for at least 2 weeks, which is normally how long it takes for them to do an oil change ($50 x 14 days = $700)!! That is a car payment in itself every 4 weeks. There you have it folks, buy another car to drive while the dealership keeps your car. MB has no control over this and Autonation does not care. Sure sucks to be a consumer. All together lets say LEXUS!

I recently purchased a Starmarked 2000 S430 from your dealership. I shopped the other three MB dealerships and Northside Lexus and returned to Mercedes Benz of Houston-North because of your product and your sales person.<br><br>xxxxxx did a good job of selling me the product. He was polished, introduced himself, asked my name, demonstrated the car and asked for the sale. Not one other sales person at the other Mercedes Benz dealerships did the same. When I asked questions about the car he gave me straight answers. <br><br>After my Wife and I agreed to purchase the car is when your dealership began to fail me as a first class organization that one would expect when carrying the flagship name Mercedes Benz.<br><br>When we did the paper work with the lady in back, she insisted that we had to fill out a credit application to buy the car. We brought an approval letter from our credit union and we werent taking the car home that night. In a society with identity theft as a growing problem and the invasion of privacy that can happen in the wrong hands of someone with a social security number, I wasnt comfortable giving out my social security number for a credit check when not using your financial institution. According to my credit union, someone from your dealership could have picked up a certified check the very next day (and I wasnt taking the car home that night). In my business certified funds are good enough for my customers to close on a half-million dollar home but I guess at your dealership they arent good enough for a fifty thousand dollar car. Subsequently, we took the car home three days later.<br><br>Ten days after I purchased the car, I brought it to your dealership for an alignment and the right rear window wouldnt go down all the way. Items that I believe the Starkmark certification should have found but it was no big deal to me. <br><br>I dropped the car off on Wednesday, October 22 and the car wasnt ready until Monday, October 27 in the evening.<br><br>This is where the arrogance of your dealership pissed me off. When I was told to come pick up the car, I was told that the rear widow wasnt fixed. When I asked why, I was told We dont want to pay for it and your Starmark warranty wont go into effect for another 30-45 days. They wanted me to bring the car back at a later date to fix an item that should have been done before we purchased the car. Whats the purpose of buying a Starmark car if the inspection hasnt been fully done and theres a waiting period for it to take effect. I hope my engine or transmission doesnt quit because I purchased a Starmark car from Mercedes Benz of Houston-North and they dont stand behind their product and they sure dont want to make the customer happy. In addition, it takes four working days to align a car that most places can do in a couple of hours. <br>
