I was having a problem reading the oil level on the dip stick of my 350 engine. Eric Jackola (sp?) nicely had it filled to tje correct level! Sounds obvous!There are a lot of good things to say about your service. One thing you may not appreciate is showing customers how clean your shop is. I used to work in the machine tool industry. Clean floors were vital to avoid dirt damaging bearings. Your floors are immaculate!

I tried to buy my first Mercedes here and it was not a great experience. Maybe because I was buying on the low end of their market... And they just weren't interested in my business? I either was hearing things or misunderstood my sales rep. The manager was aggressive with my husband. What happened to the customer is always right? The manager could have at least been polite. I have asked for my deposit back and after this experience if I do decide to move forward with the purchase of a Mercedes it won't be here! Very disappointed.

The dealership is a true representation of the service one should receive from any auto dealer. Purchasing an automobile is a major purchase and the fact that you have chosen a particular dealer shows confidence and an expected appreciation for your business. Mercedes-Benz of Ft. Pierce realizes this. The sales reps are consistently helpful. My service rep at this dealership is the absolute best. He is friendly and makes me feel as though my needs are important to him. Valet services and loaner vehicles are made available for ALL services if requested. Should I choose to wait for service, the response is quick service and a pleasant environment. I receive follow up calls and emails to ascertain that all service met my expectations. As stated by a former California Governator "I'll be back!".

Irv is definitely an asset to your collision center. I had some minor damage to my BMW covered by my insurance. Irv was very professional and suggested a repair to a minor dent on the trunk lid not covered thru my insurance. Body repair was excellent. Great service.

We just completed a service visit with Mercedes-Benz of Ft. Pierce, and it was as efficient and satisfactory as it has always been with these folks. Attention to the details, and care for the customer matter here, and it shows. We are very pleased with Mercedes of Ft. Pierce, and most especially with the service side. Ours is a 2009 ML350 that we very happy with. When we encountered problems on the road last year, we called Chris Kafka, our service advisor at the dealership, and he talked us through the problem and what we should do (at the time, we were 250 miles from home). While we like the security of road-side assist, we much prefer Chriss personal assist. We had some issues with the warranty repair on the problem, and again Chris stepped in to help. Ultimately Mercedes of Ft. Pierce assumed responsibility for the repair. I wrote last year that good service is generally represented as repairs or maintenance performed on time, no need for a return to get it right, multi-point inspection, perhaps a loaner and a car returned clean and when promised. But for us, really good service is more about the service advisor who communicates effectively, reduces confusion, acts fairly and quite earnestly cares about us. What results is confidence, and trust that we have an advocate in the system, someone who represents our needs and not simply those of the dealership. We are grateful to, and wish to acknowledge Chris Kafka for making our Mercedes experience a special one. Why would one purchase a Mercedes elsewhere...?

My SL 500 had been garaged for a while and the battery died. I called MB Roadside assistance and had the tech come out that day and replace my battery in no time. He also wrote down my radio code on my invoice so I would not forget it. Customer service was very helpful in giving me updates on when the tech would be there and the tech was very friendly. Nice job all around.

I recently purchased my 2008 Acura RL at Mercedes Benz of Ft. Pierce. By far this has been my best experience with a car dealership. The customer service was second to none. My Sales Manager Ben Kendle was superb. Ben was helpful, knowledgeable, and professional. I was extremely impressed with how fast they processed my transaction. I found my dream car on their website and processed my application online. On arriving at the dealership to complete the paper work; I was literally in and out in under 30 minutes; this is absolutely unheard of! Thanks Jerray Giles in Finance. I have never had a transaction at a dealership that took less than 4 hours. Well done Mercedes Benz of Ft. Pierce!! Would definitely do business again... Low mileage, clean in and out. LOVE MY NEW CAR!!!!!

We have dealt with MB of Ft. Pierce for almost 10 years & have always received excellent service. Our experience this week was not any different. Barry,our salesman,listened to what we were looking for in a new car. He very patiently described what each car had to offer. I am not a car person but my husband is most definitely. I am the main driver of our old MB so I was comfortable in the one we chose to test drive. Again Barry was very reassuring,answering all our questions. Yesterday when we picked up our new car we met the mgr who graciously gave us a gift certificate to a local restaurant.Barry had to have spent more than an hour going over all the systems. A very professional tech whisked my car away and left me a 2015 SUV. Loved the car!!!! Within a short period of time, Mercedes called and told me my car was fixed. I made the mistake of purchasing a car here and now I'm very disappointed. Don't repeat the same mistake I did, and buy private instead. I purchased a used car here (Lexus SUV), and the sales team told me that the car was in excellent working condition, that they "knew the owners," that the car was "very well taken care of." One day after I purchased the car, the entire radio system failed. I called my sales representative and he told me that he would speak to his manager about what they could do He obviously felt bad that this had just happened, especially since he told me upon delivery of the car that "the radio goes in and out," clearly knowing about the problem. Wouldn't that have been great to know BEFORE I signed the papers? I think it would have been... After waiting a week to hear back from him, I sent him an email asking him what the status was of checking with his supervisor I never heard anything back. A week later I sent him another email and this continued on for another two weeks of trying to get in contact with him. After a month and a half of not hearing a single word from him or any member of the sales team, I left a message on their answering service. I still have yet to hear back from the dealership regarding anything. I did have to replace the amplifier - at a cost of $725. After I replaced it, I find out that two of the car speakers were blown and the rear-seat DVD system doesn't work at all - pricing estimates still to come. I took it to mechanic to get everything checked out The differential fluid, and the steering and transmission fluid hadn't been changed, most likely, since the car is in-service date. This all coming after I was told by multiple sales persons, that "our mechanic team has checked the car out and there's absolutely nothing wrong with it." Its a beautiful car, its in great shape. All in all, I'll probably end up spending an additional $3,000 above the purchase price of the car just to get it to a point where it should have been when I paid top dollar for it and purchased it from this dealership. I paid top dollar for this car Only to find out after owning it for less than a month that it had all of these problems I was ripped off by this dealership. I made the mistake of trusting them, and I don't want you to make the same mistake. If you do choose to buy a car from this dealership, be warned! You need to have the car certified and checked out by an independent mechanic! Do NOT trust what the sales team tells you. I'm normally very skeptical of dealerships, and I felt like I could trust these guys. Boy was I wrong. I don't think I'll ever buy another car from a dealership, and I don't recommend that you purchase the car from this dealership. You can get a much better deal, a better price, and someone who's probably going to be more truthful than these people, if you just buy your car privately.

I brought my E350 in for it's 10K check-up and "ding" repair (I purchased this coverage when I bought the car). The check-up was fine . .it took about 1 1/2 hr, but I was very disappointed with the response I received on the ding repair request. The car had 3 minor scratches and one small ding. the service agent was a little hesitant in his awareness of the ding coverage insurance but directed me to the "body shop" agent to resolve the confusion. I was surprised that this agent was somewhat in the dark also, as to what the coverage was, but after some time found that it was determined that the coverage was only for dings, not scratches (which need painting) and that Mercedes does not do the repair. I was told that I have to contact an outside contractor specified in the policy. This came to light after reading the "fine print" in the policy. What disturbs me is that this was not made clear when I purchased the policy from the dealer . . I was under the distinct impression that Mercedes was issuing the policy under their name and reputation. As a result, I was very disappointed that the dealer did not make this clear.

I recently had an unexpected automotive problem with my Vehicle (engine light) which required immediate service. I drove slowly to Mercedes Benz of Fort Pierce. I talked to Mike Besok about the problem. The vehicle was inspected by one of the Mercedes trained mechanics, the part was shipped overnight and I was given a rental until the repair was completed. The support by team member, Mike Besok, without any notification, allowed me to continue my daily schedule without any restrictions.

Needing emergency repairs, I had my R350 towed to this dealership. From the start, my point of contact, John, was friendly, informative, and proactively communicative allowing me to know what needed done, what would be done, and the final outcome of the process. The repairs were completed very quickly and I was never left wondering what was going on or when I would have my car back. In the end, I have a car I love again and was able to pay the bill and be on the road in less than five minutes from the time I arrived to pick up my vehicle. A wonderful experience from start to finish. Though there are several other dealerships that are closer, I now consider Mercedes-Benz of Ft. Pierce my primary.

Everyone at Mercedes service is always very friendly & helpful. My regular service man John Bologna was out for surgery so I was helped by Jeremy. He went out of his way to find the part for my electrical system for the best price. He informed me the cost for the parts would be between 2-6 thousand dollars. However, my car is a 2007 & he researched until he found a new part specifically made for my year. The cost was under $1400. I would have appreciated this at anytime but in this economy his help was even more appreciated. I always recommend Coggin to purchase & rave about the service dept. Sincerely, Kim R. Seskin

Bought a 2008 SLK 280 and the purchase went very smoothly. Everything was explained to me and the two salespeople I dealt with were very accommodating. Then off to the finance dept. which is usually the last place I want to go. The young lady who was there was great. The process went by quickly, partly because of her lovely personality. She made my stay in her office enjoyable. Had my first service appointment. Although my car ended up in the shop for a week, I had a great loaner vehicle. I was updated on the work being done on my car, and it came back in great shape. I will say that dealing with each department from sales, finance to service was easy and I would recommend Mercedes of Ft. Pierce to anyone looking for a new or pre-owned car.

Bill Ray was awesome, he listened to what I wanted and delivered. I was treated with respect and he worked very hard to get me into the vehicle on my terms!
