The way I figure it is that the employees that work there are happy, and if they're happy, it easily can be seen by the customers. I don't like buying cars. I dread it every time I have to do it. We had an emergency while traveling and they were able to fit us in. From the moment we arrived we were treated like guests. The service manager was very polite and friendly. The waiting area was comfortable with a nice coffee bar. We received periodic service and progress reports. The only other thing they could have added would be tap beer and sandwiches.Very pleased. Mercedes is the best.....

This is my fifth S500-550 and I have purchased cars at other locations, and will NEVER utilize the other outlets due to lack of service and professionalism. This was my second visit--the initial visit was to purchase w/trade in. That didn't happen. Went elsewhere and receive a good deal. My second visit here was to purchase an extended warranty--was told I had a payment date option--nor the case--was told by Rep that I can select from their scheduled payments date. It is so pleassnt to work with your service and parts folks, Adrian the Assistant Service Manager and Crystal are always so helpful and professional in assisting us with our needs. We came to pick up some parts and Laurence and Sean assisted us with a problem replacing our windshield wiper and with some diffuculty Laurence was able to take care of it, with such a calm, courteous and helpful manner, while also showing his co-worker Sean how to fix the problem going forward. I was shopping around for a car for quite sometime and each salesperson is different. One employee at a Lexus dealership introduced himself to me, then asked, "Are you looking to lease or finance?" This question did not sit well with me because the salesperson was jumping to conclusion to see what I could afford. I did not like that type of approach. When I worked with Steven at Mercedes-Benz, he explained what different features the car had, offered me to test drive it, and asked appropriate questions to have more insight on what I was looking for. This impressed me and allowed me to feel comfortable. Overall what I liked about my experience was the fact that my salesperson was not trying to pressure me into buying and allowed me to take my time while shopping.

When the detailer was cleaning the car he didn't know the front window was tinted and tore a huge spot. I was devastated because we live 3 hours away. We were not prepared to stay the night. Mercedes put us up in a hotel and paid for a nice dinner. In the morning the car was perfect. The way it was handled was awesome.

Horrible service, more of a lack of leadership at this dealership. Once you purchase your car you become more of a burden then anything else. Went in expecting to have to replace a $2000 brake pump. Found out that it was covered under warranty but didn't need replacement, just software reformatting. Service personnel even replaced the batteries in my key without charge. Nice people, fast service, no charge. What's not to like?

I liked the sales process at the dealership. It is not like most dealerships with the four square paper and the haggling. The sales person listened well, and we were made to feel welcomed by the internet sales manager and GM coming over to meet us.

The team was very personable and supportive. While keeping us informed on the status of the part that was ordered, we could adjust our schedule accordingly. We were interested in a used Toyota and called ahead. It was ready for a test drive when we got there and the dealership agreed to fix a few minor issues before purchase. I had the added challenge of needing it to be picked up by another company for overseas shipment. The staff was familiar with the process and was willing to let the car stay on the lot for two weeks while the shipment details were arranged. It was decently priced (re: KBB) and the whole experience was a pleasant one.

The sales person, Chuks, approached us in a respectful manner. He asked what we were looking for in an automobile and really LISTENED to our wants and needs, no company sales "push". We were shown several cars within the parameters of our search, driving several with lengthy discussions regarding the particular vehicle we drove. He spent hours assisting us in our search, including "teaching" us how the latest safety items functioned. Chuks had no apparent deadline to meet, just the responsibility to find THE car to suit our needs. The most outstanding impression I had/have of this sales experience is that all discussion, test driving, etc. was directed to both my husband and I. Many sales personnel direct "sales talk" to the male, not the female....a mere appendage to the person-of-interest. This Mercedes Dealership makes all parties feel welcome.

I came to your dealership after looking at my options via an internet website, your salesperson An Phan and Aaron Beavers picked up the lead and immediately called us. I explained to them what I am interested in, Color features etc One of the things I remembered being of frustration to me with buying every car I owned was the hassle with price etc, I mentioned that to them that I did not want to get frustrated with haggling for the best deal, I needed to know what the best price was for this car and if I am happy, I will buy the car. When we got to the dealership the perfect car I described was waiting in front for us, I drove it and then decided to look at the other cars on the lot, I found the car with all of the best features I liked and decided to sit down with the salesmen to come up with a "good" deal. I felt no sales pressure and getting to the best deal was easy and actually fun. both An and Aaron made it pleasant, they were patient,and went over the features of the car in detail. An even called a few days later to see how we were doing with the car and offered his services if we need a refresher. of course I did and he met me and reviewed all the features of the car again. I would definitely come back to Fairfield Mercedes Benz and refer my friends to An Phan and Aaron Beavers, I loved my experience at the dealership and I love my car!

I really appreciate that he was more concerned about customer service and satisfaction than making a fast sale. I would definitely refer all my friends and colleagues to him for future business. So I checked out Fairfield Mercedes before I brought my wife shopping for a new car. The people at Mercedes were not pushy of trying to sell me somehting I didn't want! Mr. Ngo "Bao" was so nice and up front with both my wife and I and made us feel very comfortable. Bao introduce us to Haagen and he was soo pleasant to talk to, my wife tried to set him up with a friend of ours!
