saw a vehicle we were really looking for. color combo for us was perfect. miles were super low. my question was why it wasn't a certified vehicle. answer was very vague. even though we were 400 miles away, we were willing to pursue purchasing the vehicle. we just never got anymore information to go on.

I had an appointment Friday afternoon to test drive the GLE 450 Silver one whichI was told by Elena and Heather it was onthe floor ready to rest drive.I drove an hour in traffic from Rancho Santa fe to make the apppointment.Upon arriving the illustrious sales manger say "sorry car was trader to another dealer and nothing was avail to test drive". He gave me zweo satisfactionand his actions lost my business for life.Heather in internet sales confirmed 2 hours before the car was available.This dealer is the worst experience I ever had buying a car and the sad thing is I bought 4 Mercedes in the last 2 years-an E 350 then an SL400 then a CLS400 and recently a S550 coup-needless to say will never walk into this dealership again and the respective people involved needs to be terminated. Check me out with M-B financial services and you will see I am one of their best customers

These guys provided the best service I could ask for when buying a vehicle. I arrived on the lot and right away someone was there to help. Very friendly and helpful without too much pressure. Clean facility as well.
