David, my service advisor, has been very helpful since I've been switched to him. He has been taking care of my SUV with all his professionalism. As busy as he can be, he always has time for his customers. If you decided to buy or lease a car at that place which has been excellent to me, your service advisor should be one of your key considerations, as they don't make cars. Bellow is how I rated my last service at that place: STAR 1: Great reception (Full) STAR 2: Great service with professionalism. All the details were addressed. (Full) STAR 3: Loaner was good, not great. Next time give me a car with full tank so it will be easy for me to return it by filling the last day. I'm frugal. I lost about $30 (2 drinks), returning the car over 3/4 of tank. (Half) STAR 4: Customer update was OK. Do not let the customer call for feedback after a week while the car was about to be ready the day after the call. (Half) STAR 5: overall customer satisfaction was excellent. I will definitely refer that place to others. (Full)

We had the best car buying experience ever! Michael Webb was amazing from the moment we met, he was knowledgeable, friendly, easy going and pushed on nothing!! I would buy over and over a car from him. Also Justin in the Finance Department was super pleasant to work with! Definitely worth the drive there.

I have owned five Mercedes over the years both in Ct and in Fl. I always receive impeccable service from the service department staff at Delray Beach Mercedes. Melissa is an incredible asset to this business. Every visit is done effortlessly by her to ensure my time is never wasted or inconvenienced by bringing a car in for service. The loaner staff always has a car for me and provide this valuable service so efficiently. I highly recommend this service department. It is a well oiled machine and a pleasure to do business with.

Service department is actually outstanding. I usually work with Kelvin who is really great. They tell me what needs to be addressed and what doesn't. I've never felt ripped off here. Just the opposite in fact, as their rates are good and quality of work is excellent. Highly recommend.

My busy schedule doesn't allow me to write reviews, but today I had to stop everything to write about my horrible experience with Mercedes-Benz of Delray.I've been a Mercedes Benz owner all my life and I've owned many models including three S-class. I was about to purchase two new cars, a new S class to replace my 2013 model and a new 2017 GLE to replace my wife's ML 350, but after dealing with Richard Bennis and Brion Fitzgerald, I've decided to take my business elsewhere.On November 23rd 2016, I signed a work order # 238522 for a certain cost.After leaving me waiting for full 3 hours, I was told that the repair was done at a much higher cost.After complaining to Richard Bennis and Brion Fitzgerald, they gave 2 choices, either paying the higher price or undo the repair!

Worst purchase experience at car dealership. Salesman was in helpful, had me come back tot he dealership multiple times after telling me the car would be ready. Had me wait after the third time....three hours to sign paperwork, despite the fact no finance was involved; and never went through the vehicle with me after purchase. I complained to the manager on duty and have not received a single call or follow up since i left the dealership. Cant believe Mercedes would allows these people to operate. Never deal with these people again and am now soured frome ver buying a MB again

Purchased used E350 from Delray Mercedes Benz. Everyone very helpful and pretty quick. Sales Manager was really did try to give me the most for my trade. Business manager made sure I received some extras I didnt realize I would receive. Car is extremely nice and priced way under several other dealers we shopped on both coasts. To top it off they recommended an excellent restaurant for dinner.

These cars are NOT pre certified as they claim. I purchased a vehicle in jan.2016 & have had constant & on going problems since. They are absolutely great while trying to sell but once you have a problem they give your their xxx to kiss literally while telling you theres nothing you can do about it. & don't care about the reviews according to management. Please please please spend your monies elese where larry stapten very rude

I have never thought of car buying as a relaxing or enjoyable experience until I recently purchased a car from Mercedes of Delray. The atmosphere was enjoyable and relaxed and the salespeople were super friendly and helpful without being pushy at all. They let me wander around looking at every car, drive several, and eventually guided me to select one that was right for me.Really nice and enjoyable to buy a car, still cannot believe I am writing this! I will be back for another from Mercedes of Delray.

I had to take my 2016 GL550, not one, or two, or three or four, but five times (so far) to fix the same issue "Active suspension Malfunction" The technical service in this dealership is utterly unable to fix the problem, they are incompetent and obviously clueless when the job involves anything more than an oil change, no wonder the place is always full and you need 10 days to schedule an appointment, shame on Mercedes, this will be my last Mercedes vehicle ever, I am sure the cheapest brand out there is more reliable than this xxx.

I have purchased two GLK350's from Delray Mercedes. When I sold my last one I went back to Delray Mercedes to get reimbursed for my tire program and two unused maintenance services which I paid for in the maintenance program for approximately $900.00. I was informed by the sales manager Mr Sugarman that the maintenance is not refundable but the tire program was. When I went to the dealership to meet with the finance manager Mr. Lanman he informed me of the same. I asked him "did I sign any paperwork, stating that it was not refundable" he said "NO." So obviously this program is a scam. I have contacted MBUSA and they said the decision was not theirs and would have to be determined by the dealership. I waited for 3 months to hear back from MBUSA after I sent them a letter stating my concern. I really would be very careful as to what you agree to as any extras. I have contacted a lawyer and a news channel and are patiently waiting to hear back. If I were anyone interested in buying a Mercedes I would check into a different dealership that isn't so dishonest. Even the dealership that I purchased my new car from said this is against Florida law.

I went in to buy a new car and the entire process was easy and enjoyable thanks to the great team of agents at Mercedes Benz of Delray. Joseph Taylor knows very well what he's doing, he took the time to explain to me everything about the cars I was interested in, and was extremely patient when I was trying to decide which option to go for. He answered all of my questions and made sure I didn't leave the dealer without really knowing all the functions of the car I had chosen. I will certainly keep buying cars from this dealer. Routine oil change. I was told just wait in our lounge, it should not be long. Four hours later, still waiting, asked why? Brian (service mgr.) said, We could not find you. Note: I was in lounge, and they had my cell phone number.Was told by service mgr. Brian, there is a recall on your car, and it takes four hours. We could not do that today.I said I never received a recall notice. He said I must have gotten it by e-mail and it went to spam, and I deleted it. That is NONSENSE!Then once back home, I noticed 1. They did not reset service needed reminder. It now is on at every start up.2. The USB receptacle "holder" was broken and my flash drive was in the ash try (although still working, thankfully). and now that receptacle will no longer hold the USB flash drive.I received a phone call asking how was my service. I related the above. The woman said after each item she would have someone call me. Since then, I still never got any phone calls!I did receive a follow up e-mail. I listed above. sent it back, BUT, I never got any response.I now wonder, did they even service my Mercedes?

I have owned or leased 8 Mercedes going back to 1975. Obviously I am brand loyal. Apart from that since moving to FL I have dealt with Mercedes-Benz Delray, particularly Joseph Taylor. Each experience has been most satisfactory. I have always been treated with the utmost courtesy from being shown a new car to the related paperwork to drive out with one.

A Dealership can only be as good as their service department and this one is absolutely the worst I have experienced in a long time and is not Mercedes caliber or even chevy for that matter. No one deserves to be treated the way they will treat you. I made an appointment for a routine service, what should of taken one day took 6 and they asked for a 7th and I said I was coming for my car. You can't trust their work here and excuse after excuse on why it wasn't done. They haven't got a clue how to run a service department, it's total chaos and if you care about your car don't take it here. Service manager can't run a shop.

The service department does not have a clue! From the time you pull your car in it's chaos. They do not know what customer service is or how to run a shop even when you make an appointment. I dropped my car of on a Wednesday for a routine service and they kept making excuses on why it wasn't finished. Finally I demanded it back on Monday eventhough they asked for another day. Not everything was completed, but enough was enough. Total incompetence and excuse after excuse. Never going there again. I will have to have their work checked and the service completed elsewhere. Even though I paid $800. May just challenge that.

I had my seven-year-old S in for service. Seven years is about my limit for driving one car, so I inquired about a slightly used S to trade into. The salesperson, Lou Houchins, was great. He showed me exactly the car I would have ordered, and we made the deal within 24 hours. I asked that a few other things be included, and it was no problem. Follow-up, details, courtesy and professionalism hallmarked my experience at Mercedes Benz of Delray. Great agency.

I Purchased a 2016 Mercedes Maybach from Mercedes Benz Of Delray Beach Florida. Prior to purchasing the vehicle, I called to get information, price, condition, Options, etc. and spoke with Ron Miller. His response to the condition of the car he replied (PERFECT, thats why it was in the Showroom). I felt very uncomfortable buying a car unseen, since I live in Texas and the car being in Florida. I told Ron that I would get a flight out that week to visually verify that the car was perfect. Due to my work and busy schedule I was unable to get a flight out. I called and told him maybe the following week I could make it out. He then assured me AGAIN that the car was PERFECT, and that there was no need for me to waste time and money on a trip to Florida. I then decided to purchase the vehicle in believing Ron and him telling me he had been doing this for over 30 plus years, and Plus I was buying from a Certified Mercedes Benz Dealership! Ron then arranged shipping with USA Auto Movers, before loading the vehicle in Florida, the driver fills out a Vehicle Condition Report. A week later vehicle then arrives in Texas, the driver releases all documents plus the Vehicle Condition Report, HIS REPORT SHOWS: Damage to the hood which someone tried to fix with touch up paint, damage to left and right side front bumper, damage to left rear door, damage to left rear quarter panel, left rear bumper, curb damage to right rear rim and 2 rock chips on windshield! The driver CJ of USA Auto Movers told me he asked Ron Miller if the buyer knows of the damage on the vehicle since it was such a LUXURIOUS VEHICLE and Ron replied YES! THAT IS NOT TRUE, I was so upset I called Ron Miller and asked him why would he be so DISHONEST just to sell a car! After spending over $175,000.00 on such a Fine Luxury Vehicle you would come to expect the TRUTH!!! The response of the Mercedes Benz of Delray is to take vehicle to my local Mercedes Dealership and repaint and repair all damage, My response to them was why would I want a car with repaired PAINT WORK! I told Ron I wanted to return the vehicle for a full refund plus shipping costs and I was denied, but he would see what he could do. Add Insult to injury, Ron Miller called me back and offered me $150,000.00 after I just paid over $175,000.00! Why would a Dealership selling one of the finest automobiles made today stoop as low as to be DISHONEST AND MISLEADING!!!

Was met by salesman David Golob as soon as I entered the dealership. From start to finish was a great experience. He found me the exact car I wanted and took the time to explain everything to me as well as introduce me to a Service Manager for any future needs/questions I might have. Very thorough, very professional. The amazing Product Concierge Kirk showed me how all the options worked in the car. Both David & Kirk offered to assist with any follow up questions I might have. Every single person I dealt with was friendly and went out of their way to help. I live closer to another Mercedes dealership but decided to drive to Delray because I had heard such good things about them. So glad I did. Could not be happier with the level of service I had. I had the opportunity to due a pull ahead lease. Another dealer I have been using for years changed in a 2 day period the leasing numbers on the vehicle we wanted. My wife was set on a particular color which Delray MB had in stock. Working with Mike M and Joseph T over the phone and internet, we made the deal on 12/27. Great experience and no changing lease numbers on the visit. Kevin in finance was also great. Hope to due business in the future with them again.

MB of Delray had a Certified Pre Owned vehicle on their website for $69,997.00. Click this link to email a salesman so we did. We were given Mr. Ron Miller. I asked him what the CPO warranty would give us in coverage and he indicated 12 mo, unlimited miles. I asked what it would cost to add 2 more years and his response was word for word, $3,495 would buy you 2 more years giving you coverage through 2020 and I can do $71,700.00. Would you assume that he is discounting the car some from $69,997? or maybe the warranty costs from $3,495.00 and making you a package deal for $71,700.00? Seems logical right? I mean how can the car go from $69,997.00 as advertised on his website to $71,700.00 without including something in the deal? Not so fast! I set my wife up to call and finalize the deal and then try try to convince her that they will sell her the car for $70,700.00 but that does not include the warranty. Wait, you have it listed for $69,997.00 and you just went up in price on us? And now this does not include an extended warranty, and wait one more... He neglects to inform you of the $700.00 yes $700.00 documentation fee that they charge. Maybe this is because we are from another state, most likely because he thought that he had a woman on the phone who knew nothing about deals or cars and how to call him out on his scam here. We asked if the car had ever been wrecked or had any paint work. Knowing this is a Certified Pre Owned Mercedes Benz one would think it to be flawless, after all it has been through a 167 point checklist from top to bottom, and if you go to MB website it will tell you that it covers everything from under the hood to every panel on the body. Nothing is left unchecked. Mr. Ron Miller then advises us that we need to have an independent inspection of the vehicle since he does not want to comment or mislead us anymore than he already has. Well isn't that what were paying for in a CPO car? An inspection of the highest level by MB of North America? I then asked for the general Manager to which he has not stopped all communication. Well I suppose so after being caught in 2-3 or maybe even 4 different lies or scams here. Mr. Ralph Mesa is the General Manager of Mercedes Benz of Delray but I have yet to hear from him. My guess is that Mr. Ron Miller is too afraid to go ask him to call us so I will be giving him a ring shortly. If that does not suffice I will find the principles of the Corporation and work my way up the ladder. DO NOT fall into their deception. Try and find another MB dealer to deal with if you can. Or many take a good attorney with you?

Thankful to be a snowbird now that I used the Delray dealership! I could not get a call back for my 40K service and new tires at home (Ft. Washington, PA.) Not for several months! So I waited to have my service done down here. When you know you're going to be spending a few thousand dollars for a service call, it would be awesome if your dealership acted like they valued you; my NEW Service Advisor, JONAH RATU, treated me with respect and made sure I was aware of the possible repairs, etc... without acting pompous or like I was taking too much of his time. Mercedes of Delray DESERVES my business!

Imagine writing a 5 star review for a car dealership! Yes, shocks me too! But such was my experience when I leased my new 2016 Mercedes from M-B of Delray. Three people I feel great about recommending to future shoppers: Manager Harry Sugarman who truly treats customers like he treats family. Everyone says they do. He really does. Salesman Ron Miller, who puts the "P" in patience and never tired of answering my zillion questions. He even made the paperwork blizzard easy to navigate. And for true fun there is the amazing Kirk. After you've bought the car, signed all the forms, and they give you the keys, it's Kirk's job to sit in the car with you and explain how everything works. There is a mind-numbing assortment of toots and whistles, knobs and bolts, dials and gadgets in my new Mercedes. It was nearly overwhelming. It's Kirk's job to tell you how it all works. And he does it all with such glee and enthusiasm that you find yourself falling in love with the car all over again. They should probably reverse the process and have Kirk be the first person you meet when you walk thru the door, and not the last. Oh yes, did I mention that this dealership also has a pretty cool restaurant on premises? I had a great chicken salad sandwich on a croissant as I completed all the paperwork. Yes, I had a pretty great day. Would I go back? You bet!

On June 2015 I bought a Mercedez Benz CLA45 AMG. After about a week of having the car a check engine light was on, took the car to the dealer and after a couple of days they dealer told me the problem was fix and it was only a bad sensor. After another couple of weeks the check engine light was on again; took the car to the dealer and after about a week of having the car I was informed that the 4 fuel injectors had to be change. Car was good for about 3 weeks, after that once again check engine light went on; took the car to the dealer one more time and this time is was the fuel pump that was replaced. I express to the dealer I was very unhappy with the situation, after going back and forth with the dealer about the situation they told me I had to open a complain with Mercedes Benz USA by calling a 1-800 number. I did that and after and received a call from a MB regional manager that told me they review my complain and we're not able to assist me with my problem and explain me that if I wanted to get something done further I shall get legal conseling because they were very firm on their position. After all this I decided to move the page and get rid of the car, I purchase a BMW, which I had always have for many years and never had a problem with. This whole nigthmare cost me 30 thousand dollars.

I came to Mercedes Benz of Delray after shopping around for a BMW that I had in sight for some time, I consider my self an educated shopper and as such, I do my research. I have to say that I shopped around and test drove cars from at least six different dealerships. Every dealership that I visited could have had my business. I came to Mercedes Benz of Delray after having some very negative experiences at the other places. I emailed the dealership and was told someone would follow up with me. I can not thank Joe Pellegrino enough!! I explained my situation to him - gave him the specifics and explained my challenges. After visiting numerous dealerships and driving in some instances over an hour and a half to scope potential purchases, all to result in negative experiences- either because of the staff, the haggling or in general what other businesses consider passes for acceptable customer service. My man Joe set up an appointment with me- it was probably the last appointment of his day and kept him after hours, -thanks Joe! :)- Upon my arrival he was prepared to handle my situation, told me exactly what to expect and gave me a clear scope of what I needed to do to close and make this deal happen! As he promised- he delivered! And the transaction could not have flowed more smoothly! He was attentive, communicative and kept me appraised of every aspect of the transaction every step of the way! After seating down with him for just about 30 - 45 mins, he put the transaction together, got me approved and we closed the deal! The next day as promised, I took delivery of the exact car that I wanted and drove home one hundred percent a satisfied customer! In Short! This was the best car experience I've had in 15 years.. Working with Alan Davidofsky, VIP Manager was a complete joy.. I felt more like he was a consultant, advising us on every particular detail of our needs, the vehicles and the process itself.. My wife came up from Miami per a recommendation from a friend who had gone to multiple MB dealers before working with Alan. The drive up was worth every minute. In an industry where everyone is a "salesman" and there is far too much bad mouthing of other brands or even dealerships, Alan was extremely informative, honest, never hard selling anything, and quite frankly just made this a super awesome and fun experience that made us feel so comfortable throughout the process and every day since having our new C300 Sport. It was an exceptional experience from the front door of the dealership to the driver side door of my new car. Norris was so professional, PATIENT, and informative throughout the entire process, even when I kept him there an hour and a half past closing time! He was knowledgeable, thorough and clearly knows how to match his customers personality profiles to meet their needs while ensuring that they are educated and informed when making decisions. The only downfall is that I may be ruined for life. I walked into another dealership (not Mercedes) and stood around looking and waiting to be helped. When nobody came I went in search of coffee and found a machine, but alas . . . it was broken! When somebody finally did come they weren't very nice and acted like I was interrupting their day just by being there. It was so awful that when we were out in the parking lot and he looked at me and said, "So, you see anything you like?" I just looked at him and said, "I'm sorry, you lost me at the broken coffee machine. I have to go." So again, thank you Mercedes, and please forward my thanks to Norris, about 4 different people named Joe, also Lori, Sarah, Curt (Kurt?), and also the gentleman who signed all the papers with me at the very end because they were all so friendly and helpful!

I have been getting the run around regarding a repair for a vehicle I recently purchased. Brought it to them as scheduled for the repair which was a part of my buying deal I might add, and they still did not fix it. It is for a seat repair and from the looks of it, I can't tell that they even went inside to really consider what they can do. Now all I am getting is call me. then I get.....I am waiting on a call from the repair man. Buyers B ware when it comes to your repair to get a sale.

The service department at this particular Mercedes dealership is a 'comedy of errors'. After my initial visit for a routine oil change, and installation of an auxiliary battery, the low level of the technicians this dealership uses was self evident...I won't go into the tech forgetting to replace the oil cap and oil spurted over the engine block, that was reason enough to send up red flags that this dealership pays no attention to it's customers cars.After the botched up oil change, and new battery, I was told by Jennifer and Brian (service advisors/manager) that the car's 'rear differential was leaking', that the 'axle center housing seals (both rear) needed to be replaced ASAP, and I was specifically told that if I drove more than 200 miles a day that it was advised to have the work performed ($1,600 job). I was also told that the rear tires both needed to be replaced. Unbeknown to the Delray dealership, this major oil repair had just been performed by Palm Beach Mercedes. As you can imagine I was up in arms, as I knew I was being 'SCAMMED'. I took the car to Palm Beach Mercedes, five technicians, and managers, and myself saw that the 'rear differential' was NOT leaking whatsoever, it was bone dry. Palm Beach kept the car overnight, drove it around, put it back on the lift, removed the oil pane, etc and there was NO oil leak!Delray Mercedes is the type of dealership that gives the car industry a bad name. It was clear that the tech at Delray Mercedes thought he could get away with saying there was an oil leak...he and the dealership were sorely mistaken.Also Delray Mercedes did a detail of my car, they scuffed up my steering wheel, and forgot to put back the cars plastic cups holders in the middle console. In fairness, they did send out a mobile unit to repair my steering wheel (work being performed as I write this), but I still have no cup holders.I took my car to Goodyear Tires, I was informed that one rear tire had a little worn trend, but the other one was in perfect condition.All, in all, this dealership is not to be trusted. I'm glad an additional 'survey' has come to my email so I can just as accurately comment on my experience, and warn other Mercedes car owners to stay well clear of this dealership.As a side note: I was told by Brian Fitzgerald at Delray Mercedes that the tech that 'serviced' my car and said there was an oil leak was trained in Germany, and is his top tech, and that he left Palm Beach Mercedes because that dealership was bad. The truth is that Palm Beach fired him!Palm Beach Mercedes said they were going to call Delray Mercedes and have the tech come and show them where this elusive oil leak was, but they knew Delray would decline...because they knew, and know there is NO OIL LEAK!!

How ridiculous, and inexcusable. Waste of my time, with the car defiantly NOT driving the same since the oil spewed all over the engine. I should never have stopped into this dealership. The dealership was very nonchalant about the incident.I've taken great care to preserve my 2006 CLS 500, it's immaculate...the last thing I need is a Mercedes dealership handling my car the way this 'garage' did! This was an oil change, imagine if the car needed 'serious' work performed on it.I shall be looking for a Mercedes-Benz dealership that adheres truly to the standards of there brand, and withholds the worth ethic it's founders desired from inception back in 1926....MERCEDES-BENZ of DELRAY fails the customer on many levels!!

After I visited a couple of dealerships looking for a GL 550 2015, we went to Mercedes Benz of Delray 43 miles from home following a friend's recommendation, boy he was right! It was the best car buying experience of my life! We (my wife and I) were greeted at the front desk by a very elegant and pretty lady who got up from her chair and walked to us, she called The new vehicle sales manager Mr John Bradley who came out in person to welcome us to the dealership and took his time to find all the information we requested, while we were sitting at the cafeteria sipping on a cup of fresh brewed coffee. When they found the car I had in mind, a very knowledgeable sales person Mr Matt Garcia walked us thru the whole process of driving the vehicle and choosing what we wanted and needed. Every little secret of the new car was revealed by Matt who also took the time after the lease process was finished to literally trained us in all the whistles and gadgets of the new car so we may have a safe drive heading back home. To top off the experience The General Manager Mr Ralph Mesa introduced himself and sat down with us for a very refreshing chat. Every one of them handed their respective business card, offered their help and asked us to call them for anything. We had among other cars, several Mercedes Benz and BMW's purchased at other places, but this visit at Mercedes Benz of Delray surpasses all our expectations. The place was spotless clean and very well illuminated, not crowded with parked cars inside the showroom, they have just a few hallmark cars as samples. Every person was very courteous, well mannered and elegantly attired. On our way out everyone approached us to congratulate us for the new purchase. Many other clients were obviously negotiating their deals but all seem very relaxed from our stand point. This is the second car I have purchased from this dealership. My sales person was Trisha Devine and she did a fantastic job answering all my questions and I felt the customer service was excellent. Working with Trisha provided a great environment to purchase the car and I did not feel pressured or stressed at all during the process. Trisha has excellent knowledge of the technology associated to the vehicle I purchased and took a lot of time to explain all of the features of the vehicle to me. I purchased a used car (not a Mercedes) and had an excellent experience. I had done a lot of research and knew what I wanted and at what price. I came in and found all of the employees I interacted with to be very professional. No one tried to pretend they were my best friend or other chummy tactics I've dealt with at other dealerships. Rather, the experience was polite, well-paced, and well-explained without any sort of cutthroat atmosphere. It was much of what I'd expect from a place that sells high end vehicles, even though my used car was nothing of the sort. After my purchase I noticed a parking light bulb was out. The manager I worked with got me scheduled for service very quickly and at a time convenient for me. I can't speak for the experience of a buyer who is just browsing, as I showed up ready to purchase. If you know what you want and don't like games or pressure, I believe you'll have a good experience here.

I had to fly in from Houston to make the purchase and had been communicating with Ron before I came in. Ron was so helpful, the car was exactly as advertised, He had advised on every thing I needed to come along with and had scheduled an appointment before I came in. I was in and out of MB Delray in about 40 mins. Even when the car pick-up person didn't show up till 3 days later than scheduled to, Ron remained in touch. I really can't capture how professional and helpful Ron was.

Mercedes Benz of Delray was the first and most comprehensive responder to an online request for lease costs. Made an appointment for office visit and a new car of my color selections was up front and ready to test drive when I arrived. After test driving the new E350 I spotted a 2-yr old E350 Cabriolet of just the perfect color combinations being parked on the showroom floor. They quickly moved a car and had this Certified used car back outside and ready to test drive in a jiffy. They made clear offers in writing for both the Lease deal and the Certified 2-yr old Cabriolet. I took the offers home, made a counter-offer over the phone next morning, received quick agreement on my offer and the car was mine within 2 hours of my return to the showroom..... with absolute minimum of paperwork on my part. A door-closing noise issue was dealt with immediately while the paperwork completed. Couldn't be happier with my sales rep (Trisha D) or the dealer staff.

I have used this MB dealer from the day they opened this store. I had a 2005 CDI which was serviced my them and I have never had a problem. The service has always been more than acceptable. I just purchased a 2014 E250 BlueTec from Delray. Very happy with the whole process and the salesman Joe Taylor.

This is the first time I buy a Mercedes Benz and so far I do not have any complaints with the car. I have had the car for a few days and I am getting used to it. My seller representative was Mr. Joseph Taylor, a very energetic and helpful person that made us feel welcome in a friendly environment. Ron Shane was our original salesman very nice showed us all mercedes. So we could decide what was best for us! When we went back to get a c250 sport mercedes. Alan Daviddofsky took over. I purchased a certified, pre-owned E-350 from Mercedes in Delray because their prices were much better than advertised down in Fort Lauderdale. There wasn't a lot of room to haggle over the sticker prices, but the advertised price on a car purchased at Delray was about $5000 less than the same car advertised in Fort Lauderdale. What really blew me away was that they offered me $500 more for my trade in than we were offered at CarMax - and we did not even mention that we had the appraisal from CarMax. We just assumed we would have to take the trade car back to CarMax when we were done buying the new car. We were in and out of the dealership in about 2 hours. I couldn't hope for a better experience.

Usually root canal is less painful than dealing with an auto dealer, but this turned out to be a pleasant surprise, and experience! We were simply going through a process of elimination, and dropped in for what we assumed would be a few minutes, only to find the car we looked at three years ago had been redesigned and transformed into the perfect choice, for me! What was even more surprising, I was given a print-out of purchase/lease choices to take home! Most dealerships simply write vague numbers on a pad, show it to you briefly without full disclosure, and the salesperson is back and forth to the managers office, with a smart person then leaving in disgust! Our salesperson, Trisha Devine was laid back, professional without being pushy, and answered all the questions posed. In fact, without going into detail, we were able to arrange the disposition of another car in a way favorable to all, which helped conclude the deal. I received several emails of 'thanks,' instructions, and emails generally just keeping them in touch with me, which was diametrically opposed to ANY other experience I has with car purchases/leases. Due to my general low mileage driving, they lowered the mileage requirements which resulted in lower applicable lease charges. So......! End result, I not only love and enjoy the car, one of many high end cars, including Mercedes, I've owned, but the whole process was unique! Kudos to Auto Nation, Trisha Devine (love the name!), and General Manager, John Bradley, all of whom I would highly recommend dealing with!

I have owned several Mercedes Benz throughout my life but on December 12, 2003 we have decided to purchase a GL350 new since the moment we sat down with Carlos it was a nightmare this sale person spend one an a half hour telling us we could not pay cash for the car because that would make us look like an exporter we told him we have live in BOCA RATON for the past 19 years this sales man kept insisting then he took us outside of the show room and advise us he has to do so because the cameras were watching also he told us that they have to check us out in order for us to buy the car the sales manager was told about how uncomfortable we were with the whole situation and he came out to told us that he will call us tomorrow to purchase the car but he never did stay away from Mercedes of Delray.. Also it looks like they are running background on people without there consent. ..Carlos Molina the worst sales expirience ever.

I recently purchased a Honda S2000 from Mercedes Benz of Delray. Michael Muller was the sales associate I worked with and I can't say enough good things about him and my overall experience with this dealership. Michael is completely devoid of any of those obnoxious characteristics that are synonymous with car salesmen; he was informative, honest, friendly and low pressure. It is very refreshing to see this type of approach with car sales. A specific example of the lengths Michael and MB of Delray go to ensure a satisfied customer: On my way home from the dealership at 9pm I encountered a flat tire that resulted in wheel damage. I called Michael to let him know what happened, he immediately picked me up in his personal vehicle, put me in a rental and let me know that he would have the tire replaced and the rim repaired ASAP. I work in the automotive warranty industry and have interacted with thousands of dealerships nationwide and I can confidently tell you that the level of customer service offered by Michael and this dealership is a rarity.

I was at a loss when my beloved C Class of many years died. Than I was introduced to Alan at Mercedes Delray. Handsome kind and sympathetic to my situation. With the help of his manager John I was in a new C Class in a matter of hours. There was not 1 second where I didn't feel where they were giving me what I wanted and whats even nicer is the follow up to make sure I am comfortable with my purchase. I just purchased the 2014 C250 and I want to thank Paul Rodriguez from Mercedes-Benz of Delray Beach for crunching the numbers, getting the best deal on our trade-in and making it possible to get me and my family into first Mercedes-Benz. Paul conducted due diligence in research and number crunching to get the most of my trade in, a reasonable price for car that I wanted and created a "no pressure to buy" environment each time I've worked with him. Mercedes sell for themselves, but most people need some on to take that anxiety off. You wouldn't believe how affordable it can be to get into one. If you see Paul, I'm sure he'll get in the vehicle that is right for you. He's done that for me multiple times and I don't regret it at all.So to those in Florida if you are looking for a new or used ride or if you want get into a Benz see Paul, he'll work his magic to get you in one. My experience with that of MB - Delray was nothing short of spectacular! My sales rep (Ron Miller) was extremely courteous, competent, efficient, effective, and above all, patient and accommodating. I would make those comments if my experience had been limited to buying a 2010 CPO E class, which it wasn't ... sort of. After buying that CPO, with little to no back and forth with the dealership, I actually changed my mind as I felt getting a 2014 was a better choice for me. In brief, Ron (along with one of their finance managers, David) made the experience of switching up the vehicles as seamless as possible and the transaction in earnest was as reasonably smooth as anyone could expect. If you're in the market for either a CPO or new Mercedes, I would highly recommend that you (not waste your time in dealing with others) and contact Ron and the fine folks at M.B. Delray. I am certain that the attention and excellent pricing you'll receive is second to none!

I been doing business with Mercedes Benz of Delray since they open in 2008, I would not waste my time going anywhere else, they always treat me right. In the service department the staff always follow up with me to make sure we were happy with the work done, we get a free loaner as well. My wife and I both own Mercedes Benz, we recently bought a new C250 for our teenage Daughter. The Sales department is very knowledgeable and they are not pushy. Our Experience buying our Daughters car was smooth and extremely pleasant, the sales person was very professional and follow up several times to make sure everything was well. My daughter loves the free car wash!

Alan Davidofsky did a great job. He listened well to the requirements that we stated and did not push to sell what he wanted to sell, like many other salesmen did. Knowledge of the car was decent, not spectacular. Unfortunately unable to quickly change the time of the clock. Either way I do recommend this garage and definitely do recommend working with Alan Davidofsky!

When I found my 2006 Benz E-350 at Mercedes-Benz of Delray I actually thought twice about having to drive the distance north from Coral Gables to Delray beach for the purchase of a pre-owned vehicle. I went ahead and sent the dealer an e-mail and received a reply from sales rep Michael Mueller. After speaking with my sales rep Michael Mueller it changed my mind and made all the difference. He was a true professional going out of his way to accommodate all my needs. The drive up was really worth my trip. When I saw the vehicle I was surprised to find it in such an excellent condition. They really made me feel special and helped put the deal together. The finance manager David Mackel was very knowledgeable and courteous. I was even introduced to my personal service ad-visor Bruce Martin. Every one whom I have dealt with at Mercedes-Benz of Delray has been professional, knowledgeable, and courteous. I responded to an internet listing for a Certified Pre-Owned Mercedes at Mercedes-Benz of Delray. I received a prompt email reply from salesman Ron Miller asking me to contact him with any questions I might have. I spoke to Ron on the phone and he answered all my questions. I made an appointment to test drive the car. When I arrived at the dealership the car was sitting on the showroom floor. After looking it over, I asked to test drive it. Even though it was raining, Ron moved several other cars and got the car out. After the test drive, I decided that I wanted to purchased the car, but felt the asking price was too high. Ron and I started the price negotiation and one of the sales managers soon joined the discussion. The price negotiation was surprisingly very smooth & pleasant and we arrived at a mutually agreeable price. I purchased the car that day and drove it home. I am thrilled with my new (to me) car. I have purchased over 45 cars in my lifetime and the buying experience at Mercedes-Benz of Delray was one of the most pleasant buying experiences I have had, My thanks go out to Ron Miller and the management at this dealership.

I have bought more than 25 cars over the past 65 years. Some good, some bad experiences. I can state that MB of Delray is on the top of the list. This is my 2nd vehicle from them. Good selection, excellent physical facility,and very good customer service. Michael Mueller has been my sales contact. He is a true gentleman, and does a very thorough job. I have never experienced a better auto transaction. Good follow up, and they go the extra mile to make sure I am happy. I did shop other auto lines and dealers, but came back to MB of Delray, as no one came close.

I decided I wanted a "Big Boy Toy" a red MB 550 SL. We have a friend who leases his MB from Delray, so we asked him to introduce us.We went together on Friday May 17th. Was greeted warmly by sales Manger Harry Sugerman. I asked for the red car. They had one in stock.We saw the car and approved. And we sat down to sign countless papers for the two year lease. At the very end, I was presented with extra charge service agreements. THIS WAS ALMOST THE DEAL BREAKER.I have purchase or leased more than 12 MB cars in NJ, and never saw this! But I accepted an abbreviated version of the agreement. But nothappily. On Monday, the 13th of May, we picked up the car. The sales person, Mr. Jm Abitol was extremely nice, and patient.He spent more than two hours explaining all the new engineering of the car, and setting the controls.The next day he called, and asked me to return, and he patiently spent another two hours with me.So Mr. Jim Abitol is super terrific. A very nice man, who knows how to service his customer.I will return again for more instruction. This car needs an engineering degree. Very complex. but Jim will help solve it.

I have purchased 7 Mercedes Benz E350 Sport Sedans from Mercedes Benz of Delray, including my 2014 which I just took delivery on, since 2008 for one reason - the dealership is managed effectively and efficiently by Ralph Mesa (General Manager), John Bradley (Sales Manager) and Almog Veig (Service Director). The dealership is immaculate and so very professional. Whenever I pull into the dealership, I am always greeted with a smile and courteously treated, no matter what the reason for the visit. Negotiating for a new car is painless and almost enjoyable. The appraisal of my trades is fair and honest, the pricing on the new vehicle is consistently outstanding, and the servicing of the vehicle is expertly handled by Almog, Nelson, and their staff. There are two other Mercedes Dealerships that are only 3 miles away from where I live, but I travel 20 miles in order to get to Mercedes of Delray because the ambiance is tailored to present a "home away from home" atmosphere - a place that is comfortable and inviting. I highly recommend Mercedes Benz of Delray for these reasons as well as many, many more too numerous too mention. It's the kind of place in which you actually enjoy doing business!

Jim Abitol was my sales man and he was professional and knowledgeable; though I did not personal meet Jim due to the fact that he was on his vacation, he did a great job assisting me with all of the preparation in purchasing a GL 450 for my wife. I never do this but after the experience that I had dealing with Mercedes-Benz of Delray, I felt it a must do!!! I was looking at the S550 for a couple of weeks online and decided to take a ride over to Delray and check one out. I hadn't a clue that there are people like that out there in the world. Ya know how ya see all these people or stories on the news about people doing random acts of kindness well, I met a young man at the dealership whos name is Michael Manocchio and after talking for a few minutes and telling him what I was thinking he says to me would you like some coffee so I said sure, he comes back with a fresh brewed cup of coffe and say have a seat, I'm gonna go get a car I think you'll love. When I looked out the window after only 35 seconds I see this vision of BEAUTY parked rite outside and my jaw hit the floor because I've seen them on the road and on TV commercials but only once before did I see a thing of beauty like this( It was my wedding day that I'm referring too) that was waiting for me!!! Not only was Mr Manocchio a very cool guy, but he wasn't one of those salesmen that give ya those stories and "this is all I got to give on this vehicle" kinda guy. He was polite, gracious and and all around genuine man. We went for a test drive and while on the test drive I told him what I was willing to pay for the car and without batting an eye he says "I think I can make it happen" and would ya believe he did!!! He didn't go back and forth to the manager and then bring the manager out so that I would feel like I was being bullied into a car. He came back and said "are you ready to sign today" at which point I said let me go to my bank and move some money and I will be ready in one hour. When I came back to the dealership, my new car was cleaned with a full tank of gas and ready to go so now I'm thinking (to myself) this is where its gonna become annoying, so Mike introduces me to a manager who congratulated me on my new car and another guy who was the finance gentleman. So we went to his desk I signed the normal paperwork, handed him my check and was on my way home with time to spare before my wife and I went out for a fantastic dinner. All in all if your going to buy or lease a Mercedes, You gotta ask for Michael Manocchio and I garuntee you will be happy you did. Overall I love my GLK 350; I would see this vehicle on the road and would just go gaga over it. I finally decided to take the dive. The sales person at Mercedes-Benz of Delray Mr. Taylor made it look so easy I was given a few options lease/buy and in just a couple of hours walk out with my new car. I have to say however my only disappointment is that the car did not come with a basic navigation system, this is just not any vehicle this is a Mercedes-Benz and this I must say was my biggest disappointment dosfar. My wife and I have always driven a BMW. About a year ago we went to the M/B dearlership in Delray, Fl. and said maybe it's time to lease a M/B instead of another BMW since we have leased 9 over the years. A friend of ours recommended a saleslady by the name of Linda Longacre. At that time we were driviing a 750BMW. Since we had about 11 months to go on the lease we thought that M/B might take over the lease and we would get an E 350 M/B. Linda was so honest and straight forward with us. She told us that M/B would be very aggressive in Nov. and Dec. and to come back when our lease was up. As time went on we did come back . Linda, John and Ralph were so kind and nice that I ended up with 2 E350's. Since then I have recommended 20 plus people that have either bought or leased M/B through Linda. She is a wonderful person and a pleasure to do business with.

Because I wouldn't buy a new Mercedes Benz from any other dealer in Southeast Florida - NO WAY/NO HOW!!! When the General Manager and Sales Manager involve themselves directly in working with my great salesman, Mike Manocchio, to ensure I am completely satisfied in every step of the process, you know you are in the right dealership! Mike Manocchio makes sure I am comfortable, relaxed and well informed in every aspect of the sale. He takes care of everything! John Bradley, sales manager, goes that extra mile to see to it that I am given every possible dollar on my trade and the best pricing on every new car I buy. Ralph Mazza, General Manager of the dealership, makes sure everything goes smoothly from beginning to end. I have never seen the General Manager of a dealership so closely involved in the sale of his vehicles - never/ever. When you get that kind of treatment, why would you want to buy a new Mercedes Benz from any other dealer? Nelson and Olmog (service manager and service director, respectively) are just as involved in my "after sales" experiences with service. I have been driving several high end luxury vehicles throughout my time. Though these are high end brands, service is always somewhat of an inconvenience. This is the first time where I felt that the service was up to par for a high end car brand. My service rep was Jennifer Hames at Delray Meredes. She was actually pro-active and service oriented. When calls had to be made on my cars behalf, her answer was not "you need to call here, here is the number" but rather "let me call for you and I will let you know". She always kept me informed, was energetic and friendly and made me feel welcome (not in a kiss-butt cheesy annoying way). My service had to be combined with car repairs as well as car service and she coordinated both perfectly. There is nothing worse than the sales staff being great at a dealership, and once you buy the car.....no one cares anymore. Jennifer was cool, fun and super professional! She should do the service hiring at Mercedes, because she is the first rep that I have worked with there that truly understood what it should be at. Thanks Jennifer!

I recently purchased a certified 2009 E-350 4-Matic from MB Delray Beach and enjoyed the best automobile sales experience ever. Fred was fantastic and a real professional. I have purchased over 25 automobiles 5 of which were MB's and have never had this level of customer attention. The sale has been followed by over the top customer service. I was trying to buy a car from them, it was listed here it was an S550 Mercedes white, when I called they said that they have the car I got on my car and whent 50 miles to this dealer, when I got there they said it was sold last night but they do have a simliar car but in silver. DO NOT GO TO THIS SERVICE TO BUY CARS UNTIL YOU ASK 10 TIMES IF THEY ARE SURE THEY HAVE THE CAR. Mike is extremely courteous, intelligent, and knowledgeable. He identified a new Mercedes 550E on the dealership computer system while it was in the early production phase at the factory in Germany. I was therefore able to order this vehicle with the exact options I needed and get the vehicle in only two months at a great price. I can highly recommend this individual. I visited Mercedes Del Ray with the intent on seeing their only 2012 CLS 63 AMG. I had been looking at the jaguars and BMWs in the past and was going to buy one after assessing the Mercedes. After seeing and test driving the CLS and having very good (non pressure, but professional) interactions with Rick Seligman and Harry Sugarman, I bought the car on the spot! Never made it back to the other dealers. After the purchase, they introduced me to the GM and head of service to ensure my future interactions were productive. Bottom line: very customer service oriented dealership. AND, the car is terrific!

I have a handicap van that I need daily and an light went on. The van only has 6500 miles and i was concerned. I called the dealership and the told me they would take care of it right away. Don't worry we will do what we can and get it done. They brought us in made us comfortable and made sure the van was perfectly maintained and back to perfect status while we waited in comfort and they made us relax and feel confident it would be fixed. What a SUPER experience thank you to the guys at MD of Delray!!!!!! Josh Perez and Markos were so very helpful and made us feel right at home and confident!!We called from the road and they fit us in before we turn the truck off, what service!!

My wife and I met Michael Luciano and the staff at M-B of Delray last week. We are moving to the area from Chicago and needed another car now that we won't be living in the city. I've had several unpleasant car buying experiences over the years, and I have to say that MB of Delray made it and enjoyable and effortless experience. I worked with Joe Taylor and he made a concerted effort to make sure that I was completely satisfied with my new car purchase. He was proactive, professional, honest, and efficient. When I came in to pick up my GL, everyone had a smile on their face and went out of their way to accommodate. I recommended this dealership to another family member who ended up buying a MB SUV from them as well and enjoyed the same pleasant Customer Service that I did. Courteous, Professional and Patient.Good old fashioned look you in the eye, firm handshake make an honest deal guys.Pierre the Security Officer asked if I were being helped he then drove me in his golf cart to the service center where I was offered Bagels and coffee, Mike Luciano worked with me until we had a mutually agreeable deal and Travis Yonn made sure I knew how every offer would benefit me and the pro's and con's of each.I don't just recommend this dealership, I HIGHLY reccommend this dealership!

When Mercedes of Delray opened, I starting having my current Mercedes serviced that dealership. I was always treated very well and totally satisfied with my experience. It was natural because of my experiences with the dealership that when I was in the market for a new Mercedes that I give them the opportunity to sale me a new car. You feel like family member at this agency. Everyone treats you like a friend as well as a very important and respected customer. Everyone from the greeter to the parts department people do their best to accommodate you and make you feel at home. We have owned Mercedes since 1984 and currently have two. Our newest is an E-350 convertible purchased at this agency after it opened. We came to this agency to follow our previous Service Advisor, Almog Veig who transferred to this location and is now the Service Director at this location. We have also been provided with the cell number of each person whom we might have to contact should we need them. Our comfort & relationship with this agency is the best that we have ever had with any new car dealer that we have dealt with.

Immediate Internet response. Greeted at front door. No haggle pricing. Given all available discounts without needing to ask. Fare Trade-in Value, did not try to low ball and insult my inteligence. Closed the deal in 1 hour. Delivery was even smoother. The person handling the sale new the product inside out which is something I am very particular about. Couldn't think of one thing I would have wanted to happen in a different way. Best vehicle purchase from start to finish that I have ever experienced in my 30 years of buying cars, boats, motorcylces or what ever. Even the final signing of the papers was a pleasure, the finance associate was friendly, pleasant and did not try to push the add-ons like they usually do. Top Notch!!!

I have purchased 3 new Mercedes Benz E350 Sedans from this dealership in the past 2-1/2 years. I have shopped all the other dealerships in S.E. Florida, and none come even close to the deals I have gotten at Delray. Not only is their pricing phenominal, but also the manner in which they treat their customers. I cannot recollect even one instance when I felt less than completely satisfied with my experiences.
