Mercedes Daytona has an excellent crew that does not let one down. My vehicle is a 1999 E-300 Turbo-diesel (~285K or so?) and I come in and leave without worry. The service and treatment is excellent at that location, they even have an experienced mechanic who knows classic Mercedes Benz cars very well. I would like to thank Joe Drews (my Service Advisor) for keeping me on the road and safe. And even more, leaving and knowing my car is well taken care of. Scheduled recall appointment over a week in advance. As part of the recall, customers were to get a loaner car. I was told they don't have any, they will shuttle me. No biggie, didn't need the car for a day. Come to learn the do have loaners but hesitate to give them out because they are abused mileage and time wise. Inconvenience all customers because of abuse of others? Then late in the day the service manager texts me that the wrong part was ordered and it hopefully will be in the next day. No car for two days now. Overall nothing too problematic but very un-Mercedes like. Very bad first impression here and thank goodness I don't have to use them for routine work. There is an excellent MB master staffed shop 15 minutes away. Very nice shuttle driver only nice thing about this experience.

I will start of by saying Donnie (my sales rep) was phenomenal! However my experience with the service department has been nothing short of feeling scammed, getting ripped off, no clear pricing on what you’re paying for, etc. I have received 3 oil changes so far there. 1 Service A (cost $216), and 2 Service B (both costed $460). All three times they try to add in a “Misc Fee” of $35 give or take. When asked what the fee is I get told “it’s a standard shop fee but we’re not gonna argue about it” and they take it off… So be aware. They add in hidden fees and make a ton of money off of the individuals that don’t look at there receipt, and what they’re paying for. After further looking into the differences between Service A and Service B via Mercedes Benz direct website (see screenshots), the only difference is replacing the cabin filter, and replacing the brake fluid. (If they ACTUALLY do that) Which I declined both times. So why is “Service B” nearly $250 more for the almost the same exact service done in Service A… Again, according to mbusa.com…. Their direct website. Love my car, had a great sales experience, but I HIGHLY recommend AVOIDING this service department.

The trunk closer on my 2007 SL550 malfunctioned, preventing the convertible top from working. Service writers set the stage and Joe Drews was new to me. He knew the scheduled service we needed, and took care of us immediately upon arrival. He provided a time for the car to be picked up and it was ready and clean. He noted a problem with one tire which was replaced and returned the next day for an allignment. Joe also assisted me in reprogramming the mobile phones after the system had been reset. The waiting area is clean and well stocked and Joe took time to take me to the cashier when the job was done. His attentention to detail makes him a superior employee in my eyes. I thank you for the opportunity to comment on Joe Drews.

I moved away from Mercedes in 2013 because of their poor service and over charging on Repairs. I complained but never received a reply. The dealership seemed more interested in money than client satisfaction.Now that the dealership is under new ownership I hope that my past experience will not be repeated. I have been searching for over a year for this particular vehicle...2012 Mercedes Benz E350 Cabriolet. My wife and I drove down from New Bern, NC to purchase this vehicle. After having a very unpleasant experience at our local dealership we decided to drive 1 1/2 hours to your Daytona dealership. We spoke to Mo on the phone before driving down so when we arrived he had several vehicles for us to drive. Once it was established that what we were looking for wasn't available Mo helped us put together an order for a 2016 model that matched all the items on our wish list. The previous dealer had the day before told us the 2016's weren't available yet. (it was apparent that they were just trying to unload their 2015 inventory) We had made it very clear to both the local dealer and Mo that we were willing to wait in order to get exactly what we wanted. Mo was more than happy to make that happen. He took his time to explain all the options as we designed our new GL. He was not only very knowledgeable but enjoyable to work with. Throughout our dealings with Mo it was very apparent that not only does he enjoy what he does but that he both admires and respects the owner of the dealership. Tim D. was also very pleasant, honest and helpful. He made the paper work go very smoothly and was able to accommodate some additions so we wouldn't have to make the 1 1/2 hr. drive back down. Both Mo and Tim were very personable and we would not hesitate to recommend your dealership or them.

By far the BEST car buying experience ever! The entire staff at Mercedes-Benz of Daytona Beach was AMAZING from beginning to end. I contacted Gary Yeomans/Billy Smith about a car that I saw online on Saturday. Right away, Billy was on the phone with me. He was personable, and more than helpful and efficient. Since I live over 200 miles from their dealership, Billy did everything he could to get me started and basically closed the deal over the phone. On Sunday, I drove to Daytona and was greeted immediately by David Joseph. DJ was organized, so pleasant to work with, and finally a salesman who actually understood and took the time to explain all the features of the car. And yes, there are a lot of amazing technical features! The car was beautifuljust as promised. DJ was flawless in finalizing the deal, and kept the paperwork moving. Financing was a breeze. Tom Pelchen, Scottie Christian and MB Daytona have exceeded my expectations in every way. Not only do I feel that I got a decent deal when purchasing my car, the service after the fact has been far better than I ever could have expected. When I needed service to fix an item, I arrived at 10:00 am on a Friday morning. The place was very busy so they offered a loner car. My repair should have taken an hour or two. Scottie, my service adviser, knew I was from Orlando therefore a loner wasn't a big help for an hour or two long repair so he immediately had a technician work on the issue. To make a long story short, I was back on the road, in my own car, within 30 minutes. On top of that, the trim piece that I had broken wasn't covered by warranty and should have cost about $500. They shook my hand and billed me $0. I can't imagine buying or servicing a car anywhere else. I live in Orlando and will tell you that the 50 minute drive is well worth it.

Stop & start feature was not working. After dealer checked the car's systems I was told that feature would work only under the proper parameters. While driving from the dealers to home (40 miles), the system worked at 3 traffic lights. It has worked only once since then. The manual also states that the system works only under certain parameters. Hot weather seems to have an adverse affect on the system. Have to wait for cooler weather to enjoy stop & start. Back to the drawing board. Dealer rep was professional, courteous and helpful.

In fact, it worked out well because that is the model we are considering for our next purchase in early 2016. We went into Mercedes of Daytona Beach knowing what we wanted and were told by our sales rep. Roger Williams that they didn't have it but could find it because they had access to inventory all over the country. A few clicks on his computer and our SUV was found in Colorado Springs. I purchased a used Mercedes over the phone. I thought I was over paying but wanted the car at a price I thought was a little bit high. I believe you can never over pay if you are willing to pay the price for what you are purchasing and I was. When I finally got there, thanks to your sending a driver to pick me up in ORLANDO no less, the car was indeed very nice. I didn't truly appreciate it though until I took a friend out to dinner that night. I enjoyed the top down but he and his brother scrutinized the car and they were in such awe that only then I realized just what a good deal I truly had gotten. I knew I was buying a low mileage car but this car is in nicer condition than many of the new vehicles I have purchased. I can't thank you enough for working the deal with a stranger "over the phone." The purchasing process is usually where dealers get a bad rap and often justified. However in this case I can only sing your praises and I believe I am someone that truly knows car dealerships from the inside out. I managed many car dealerships back in the 70's and prided myself on putting the customer first. For the past 40+ years I have never been far from the business. Over the past 10 or so years I have purchased about 10 cars and trucks a year for my business and friends and the entire time dealing with Roger and your managers I was living in the past, experiencing what I strived for in my dealerships for all those years. I was prepared to wait half a day and could not believe it when my total time spent at the dealership (with no advance reservation) turned out to be 45 to 50 minutes (from drive-in to drive-out). Salesman, was very patient and professional. He spent much time with us over several visits through the pre owned Inventory. When we mentioned that we might be interested in an SLK he showed us one that had just come in and hadn't even been cleaned up yet but had everything we wanted on the car including the color. He spent much time showing us all of the features of the car. Post delivery, salesman has arranged arranged to have a scrape on the underside of the front bumper cowling, which was not previously noticed promptly repaired.

I was initially unhappy with the difficult buying experience that most of us encounter when purchasing a car. It is pressure packed.When I expressed my unhappiness, their Director of Customer Satisfaction (Boy they really have one, too!), my sales representative Dave and the General Manager, Mr. Smith, immediately addressed our issues and made it all right. They said "no Problem" because they do this often. Came to look at 2011 GLK 350, interior was to light for grandchildren (Dan Tran was sales person), returned following day with wife who confirmed interior was to light(Steve Carr was salesperson as Dan had told me prior day that he was day off the next day, I asked Dan if he was paid a commission for sale of auto and he confirmed that he was but that commission was not as important as Mercedes gaining my business and that if I came in the next day that another sales person could help me. I was impressed that Dan was more concerned about the dealership and customer than his commission ), Steve showed us all the GLK's and the GL 350, then he showed us the GL 450, as soon as my wife saw the size she was ready for a test drive, then we looked at the silver GL 450 with black interior and she was sold. The vehicle was near perfect for a used vehicle, just a few minor scratches and the door sill plates were scratched up. We drove the GL 450 and the rest is history. Steve had the vehicle detailed and the door sill plates replaces as frosting on the already perfect cake.

This was my second visit to the Dealership in 4 weeks to find the right vehicle. My salesman was Mr. Mo Mashak.Mo was quite gracious and honest on each occasion, no pressure! I finally found my car, a 2013 E350A Cabriolet. Mo filled out filed all the paperwork with Motor Vehicles, insurance etc. He then came to my house to deliver the vehicle and pick up my trade.While there he even programed the remote garage door opener and had to climb a ladderto do so. Want to buy a car ................Go TO MO! I feel very confident in my purchase. I received an equitable value for the consideration given, no buyers remorseand I am assured that if there are any mechanical problems they will be handled in an appropriate manner. My story may top all to date. I needed a change and trade of a tired ailing 2004 Lexus. I headed for Mercedes Daytona - to find a 2011 or 2012 E350. As there were none meeting those requirements on the lot, I drove a 2011 S550.....my dream car - which I bought - no pressure - great saleman (DAVID DONALS), great service and attention to me. Took it home. Drove it for a bit before realizing it was just too much car for me - so I took it back (quite frankly expecting to be told "a sale is a sale"). Well - surprise. First the dealership manager, Dominic, was a terrific guy - with a big smile, a good ear and an understanding heart (my salesman wasn't in yet so I asked for the manager.) He expressed to me the most important thing was my happiness. MY HAPPINESS! ...not his or my salesman's, but MINE. They happily took back the S550 and showed me around the lot until I found exactly what I had wanted - a 2011 E350 that recently arrived at the dealership. The financial person, TIM was GREAT too - making all the changes necessary and explaining it all in terms I could understand. Next was my Fantastic salesman, David Donals.....He was and is the greatest guy in the world....knowledgeable, soft spoken, soft hearted and caring - about my having the "right" car. This whole experience was undeniably the best anyone could ever have in purchasing an automobile with the finest people in the industry.

The sprinter check engine light was on. The problem was a failed oxygen censor. It was promptly fixed. The windshield gasket was also loose and making noise. Silicone was used to glue the gasket in place. They did a good job on both warranty repairs.

Our 2009 ML developed an ABS braking problem on our way south on interstate 95 a wheel sensor as it turned out. When a wheel sensor fails, other systems slowly shut down, and by the time we reached Daytona Beach, FL, and stopped for a break, the car would not shift out of first gear.We pushed the magic button and immediately reached Road Side Assistance. A tow was arranged, and we were put in contact with the local MB dealer. Turns out the local dealer was across the street from where we parked, so we cancelled the tow, called the dealer and slowly drove to the location.It was nearly 6:00PM on a Saturday, at which time the dealership locks the door, but Roger Williams, a sales representative at Mercedes Benz of Daytona Beach agreed to stay to help out. Understand at this point, we are still 140 miles from our destination.Roger arranged a loaner vehicle, started the service paperwork, helped us repack and we were on our way. Later we were introduced to Michael Iafanti, our Service Advisor at MB of Daytona Beach who attended to the repairs and extended warranty paperwork.We have had little need for Road side Assistance since owning the car, and have had little experience with the service. So we were thrilled with the level of care and attention provided by the magic button. But more importantly is whats going on with MB in Daytona Beach. We are not customers of MB Daytona Beach, but were received as if we were, and treated like family.There is a level of care, personal attention and professionalism exhibited by this dealership that should be recognized. These people are an integral part of the Mercedes promise, but I believe have exceeded most all standards. Please assure that they understand just how much we appreciate what they do for MB owners, and what they did for us.

I was shopping to buy a pre-owned Hyundai. My 2004 XG350 needed new tires, and had close to 120,000 miles. I never imagined buying a Mercedes. As it turned out, I'm now delighted with my beautiful new old (2003) E320, which, although older than my trade in, had a youthful 40,000 miles. Plus, the total cost with trade-in and bumper to bumper warrantee, was a good value. David Joseph was the only person in the showroom on the cold, rainy News Years Day. He had arrived early when the dealership wasn't open until noon that day. His even tempered style with no pressure won me over, as he encouraged me to test drive the cars that were in my budget and met my requirements. Since then, "DJ" has stopped everything in order to make sure I remained a happy customer.

I called for information on a preowned 2001 SL, Brandy asked me what type of interior I wanted, Cloth or leather. I said its a used Red SL 2001 on your lot. Over the past seven (7) years with our ML 350 we have experienced the competent Mercedes customer service in Fort Lauderdale, Miami, Jacksonville, Orlando, and Waterloo, Ontario, Canada. However, due to our atypically outstanding vehicle service experiences at Mercedes-Benz of Daytona Beach, when it came time to purchase a new ML 350, it had to be at the Daytona location. But we were in for somewhat of a surprise. We anticipated that the purchase process, as it is at every dealership where we have purchased a vehicle, would be somewhat uncomfortable (i.e., one feels the tedious and uneasy back-and-forth between the buyer and the sales manager during the negotiation process). We were wrong! In fact, our salesman (David Joseph), exceeded all our prior positive experiences with Mercedes as a whole and all our prior exemplary experiences with Mercedes-Benz of Daytona Beach. I am a local resident in the Ormond-Daytona Beach area and have been dealing with Mercedes Benz of Daytona over the past 10 years. My first experience was with the Service Department dealing with Michael Iafanti. Michael went out of his way, off the clock one afternoon, when he noticed my C230 tire was ready to go flat while I was at a stop light off hwy. 40. From that point on I started taking all my Mercedes vehicles to Michael at the dealership for servicing and any needed equipment, and may I mention getting impeccable service. With being a loyal customer over the years I have not only purchased my 3rd Mercedes C250 last week, but have also bought 2 used vehicles for my teenage children. My recent C250 purchase I was assisted by Salesman Roger Williams where he made me feel very comfortable, was very knowledgeable giving me all the features and benefits on the new vehicle, went back and forth getting me the best price possible and even went the extra mile to have a special wax put on after delivery. I give Daytona Mercedes a very high rating as they always so friendly, helpful, knowledgeable and make sure you are fully satisfied. Not very often would you have the General Manager come by to make sure your needs are fully met but Dominic Ford at Daytona Mercedes did just that. I have to say even my experience with the Finance Director Andrei Thacker went smoothly too as he worked out the finance details.

We bought our first Mercedes last week from Megen Boswell at Daytona Mercedes and had the absolute best experience. Megen was very helpful from start to finish. We travelled three hours to get our car and she sent pictures from every angle, did a FaceTime walk around and inside the car, and negotiated everything over the phone with minimal stress. Once we arrived to pick up the car the experience did nothing but continue to be professional and courteous from Megen patiently waiting by as I reviewed every inch of the car, drove it all over creation, and attended to every question/concern I voiced. The seamless and continued level of excellence continued through financing and from every employee I can in contact with until I drove off the lot. Her manager Bobby Martin made this deal work much to our pleasure. We bought a GL Bluetec and are very happy. We were NOT planning to buy a car, let alone two.David was fantastic. Very friendly. NOT AT ALL PUSHY, like a typical used car sales person. In fact I heard another Salesman working with some other people giving them the typical lines, like........ "i'm only doing this today, I'm only doing this for you" etc.David knew his stuff. Our overall experience was very good, all employees we dealt with were friendly and helpful. I usually can't tolerate the negotiating process when purchasing a vehicle, but I must say, this dealership was not bad at all. I have purchased several vehicles in my days and this was - by far - the best car buying experience I've ever had. Prior to arriving, I expressed my nerves and apprehensions. It was the unknown and the amount of potential time I would spend at the store that was leaving me anxious. However, from the first step into Mercedes, my nerves were calmed. Dan Tran was outstanding. I couldn't lift a finger as he was always one step ahead of my every move. The preliminary paperwork was filled out effortlessly. Working with Tim Dalzell in Finance was equally as simple. He explained my loan paperwork with ease and proficiency; all the while I felt as though my best interest was always in mind. From walking in, to driving away in my new car, I was there for less than 90 minutes. It was unbelievable; gone are the days of spending hours at a dealership! As cliche as it sounds, this was a dream car buying experience. The very next day, I was greeted by Danita's voice calling to check on my car, the experience, and ask if there was anything else I needed. Of course I was happy to report all of my needs were not only met, they were exceeded! The best part is that I still get chills every time I sit behind the wheel of my new CLA. I'm so in love!

I went in looking for a specific car I saw on their website, which was the brand of car I have always wanted to buy. Rodger was very friendly and helpful not over bearing at all. He made the whole car buying very easy. As a younger lady both Rodger and the finance director Tim worked hard to make sure they were looking out for me over the entire course of buying the Volvo. Rodger went as far as to come in on his day off to make sure my window tinting went as smooth as possible. Which was going above and beyond what a normal sales person does. I was on vacation in Daytona for a few days, the car I needed service for was a rental. The rental company would not help me (I started at 8 am that morniing) got in touch with road side assitance and they sent a tow truck times two. got me to the dealer to be informed that the rental company needed to give permission to order a key for the car (all my luggage was locked in the trunk with the keys.) Now here I am not sure where I am at a car dealer and not sure how I was gonna get back to my hotel. Not sure how long I was going to be stuck in florida, we were heading home on that Wednesday it Is Monday. The staff said they would work with me (now I am thinking of the expense of key that I will never need again. But bear said to wait a few minutes to see what he could do. He was able to get the car trunk open. Tim made my day by not charging me for any service again this was only a rental and they did not have to go out of their way to help. I recieved many phone calls to check on me after the service. My husband and I rented the car to test it to see if we would like it and we did, after all the help we received when we are ready to but a new care which is soon I plan on flying back to Daytona and by the car from this dealer

I am so thrilled with my decision and am extremely happy with my new C250 Sport! When I was looking at the CPO Mercedes' I worked with Bobby who took the time to go over all the options available to me. When I mentioned that I was not sure whether I wanted to go with a CPO or new vehicle, Bobby introduced me to TL.I had a lot of questions and TL was very patient and throughly answered everything and made sure I fully understood every aspect of the car buying process. He made me feel comfortable and confident in my decision to go with a new Mercedes Benz. Billy also helped me realize that owning a new Mercedes Benz was easier than I had expected. He went through several options and scenarios which helped me solidify my decision and move forward with my purchase. Once I decided on the exact vehicle I wanted, Andrei in the Finance department helped me to get the final monthly price in my desired price range. Financing was easy, quick and essentially painless. Upon delivery, TL really took the time to show me how to fully utilize my new Mercedes from front to back and everything in between. I was told that they would send a truck for my service because it is 1 hour away and put MORE miles on my car... but their truck was out of service so they drove it to Daytona, but the goo thin is that they towed it back.... That was a little let down for me since they had promised it would be picked up and delivered by truck for serve, and this may seem petty, but they charged $4 for windshield washer fluid.

My wife's SL-500 was eating up tires and in need of an alignment. In order to have the work done correctly it had to be proformed at the dealership. No other auto service center could perform the work. After having the work done at Daytona Mercedes Benz I will never take the SL-500 anywhere else for work. From the start I could tell that the staff were highly trained professionals, My servive adviser Chris was excelent and not only had the requested work done on the car but also went over the entire car and took the time to explane the proper operation of a few options that we were unsure of the operation. It was a very pleasent expierance and I would recomend thier dealership to anyone that wants a trouble free car repair. Our next MB will be through your dealership, and so on, and so on. Oh, and I didn't want to forget Tim in finance (obviously) for making it all happen. My wife and I own Heritage Funeral & Cremation Service in Port Orange, Ormond Beach, and Palm Coast, Heritage Cremation Care Center in south Flagler county, and recently acquired Coastal Cremation in Palm Coast. Unlike many other local funeral homes and cremation companies that either rip off the consumer or operate third class places with neon signs in their window, I feel we give superior service at a fraction of the cost to our client families, which may be the reason why I expect the same when I am the consumer. I would hire any and all of the people we work with at MB of DB because of the positive way we were treated, so I think that says a lot.Thanks again for the great service and NOT personifying "car salesmen".

We live in Oviedo and first explored the two Mercedes dealers closest to us but their selection was not great and neither was their prices. We pulled up Daytona Auto Mall online to explore inventory and was blown away by how many vehicles were in stock! We submitted an online request for more information including online pricing for a Mercedes C Sport, and the price received was better than what we expected! We drove out to Daytona which is quite a distance away for us but turned out to be SOOOO worth it. Our sales person, Joe Drewes, was friendly, knowledgeable and incredibly helpful during the process. Roger had showed us a couple of cars earlier in the year when we stopped in on a whim to check out a CPO SL550. We weren't ready to buy at the time, but let him know one of our vehicles had a lease coming due in August. He asked if we minded if he contacted us periodically if one came in. We agreed and he contacted us last week to let us know one was in. My wife took the time to go online and check it out and search your additional CPO stock. That is when we came across the C300 we ultimately purchased. She loves the SL550, but it is out of our price range at this time. She called him to ask if he would be in that Saturday. It was his day off and he offered to meet us at the dealer anyway. Roger was the perfect salesman. Not pushy, informative, accommodating, and very pleasant to deal with overall. We had a great experience and hope this is a start of a long relationship with Mercedes of Daytona and Roger.

I recently purchased an E550. Sadly it had to go in for service 2 days after purchase. Pat Buckley was extremely helpful, kind and eager to please. I got my car back 3 days later and after having it 2 days again it needed to go back for service. Again, Pat was very kind and assured me that they will take care of the issues and for me not to worry. He stayed in contact with me everyday keeping me current on the status of the repairs. We had a problem with our car on the way back from the Keys. My wife looked up dealers in the owners manual and Daytona was the closest to where we were staying. They made an appointment for the next morning. Drop off was painless. Loaner car was dirty inside and out. The GPS in the loaner took me to the dealer's old location when I was going back to pick up our car. Chris our service advisor was great.

This is the third car I bought from Lee. After all these years he still remembers myself and my family, including my parents as they too have bought cars from him. Started looking for a new replacement for my wife's 2003 ML. To our surprize, Mr. Michael Harrington was back on the sales staff. He had orignally sold us our 2003 which we drove for ten years. Mike is a tremendous individual and the only sales associate we would work with. At the start, we were looking to replace our ML with a new GLK model; however, we really liked our ML so we decided to get another one. It so happened there was a new 2013 one with the options and color we liked. The negotiations began. With Mike's help and his understanding of our needs, we were able to setttle on a fair price, but it took a little give and take on our part and the management. Since acquring our new ML, Mike has taken the extra effort to provide us with several "training" sessions of the ability of this great machine. He even came to our house to program the garage door opener. He is an exceptional credit to Mercedes of Daytona and I would recommend him to anyone interested in a new Mercedes-Benz. In fact, we were introduced to many others from the staff and all provided a friendly and helpful attitude towards us.

We visited your dealership on Saturday, April 27, 2013 to view a 2011 ML 350, with the help of Megen Boswell. Megen was outstanding and a great valued resource for MB of Daytona Beach. Her knowledge, experience, understanding and ability to let us make our own decision was invaluable. We decided not to pursue the 2011 ML350 but as we were leaving my wife spotted a 2010 E550 and insisted that I look at it and drive it. To make a long story short, we decided to buy the 2010 E550. The windshield washer on my 2009 CLK-350 was not working. I purchased the car, a CPO from MB of Daytona, last November. I made the appointment to bring in the car for service. This past week we were vacationing in Florida after attending the Barrett Jackson Auction in West Palm Beach. While returning from the Florida Keys, my wife and I visited Mercedes-Benz of Daytona Beach where we were greeted by Lee Grasso.He spent a considerable amount of time with us and treated my wife as an equal. Lee was extremely knowledgeable, listened to our needs, and proposed a competitive price to us for a Mercedes E550C my wife really liked. We slept on the deal overnight and purchased the automobile the next morning. It was refreshing to find a professional sales person that did not use the pressure closing statement, What can we do to earn your business?, used by snake-oil sales people in other dealerships. As we all know, we have entered a time where everything from ball point pens to cars are purchased on the internet without any human interaction. Lee spent time building a relationship with us, which certainly helped close the deal.

Chris asked Dale to look at my broken window regulator. Even though Dale was unable to repair the window, he replaced a resistor which prevented my AC from working properly and recommended a light housing for my broken brake light. Chris also had my motorhome washed which was wonderful since I have been too busy lately to accomplish that.

The dealership had the same concept and attitude in mind. Went in to see about a lease for my aunt, since her 99 C 230 kompressor was slowing dying which was purchsed from from Mike Harrignton. Megan kept insisting my aunt was another woman that worked with my aunt when I said I was not related Megan would not let up. Then she said are you sure your not related, I advised I know who my relatives are. This really was annoying to me. The new C 300 lease was requiring like $4,000 down for a three year lease everything was optional on this car, when I asked what MB text was when I asked if it was leather was advised it was some kind of vinyl. No way leather was addiotnal $2500.00I left ,no sale at all she got a Acura TSX from Courtesy Acura in Sanford with leather as standard with no security deposit, or first month's payment . This car included more standard features plus no premium fuel either since it was a 4 cylinder. Could not be happerier with her purchase of the Acura.

Chris is our service advisor and he pulled off a miracle. I had my car in for service and was issued a loaner car, when my car was complete we had planned to bring in my wife's car in. We planned to pick up my car, drop off her car and swap the loaner to my wife for the duration of her repairs. Ironically her car developed an ignition problem and would not start a day before we planned to swap. Chris coordinated another loaner which he had dropped off via a flatbed and they picked her car up! What a life saver!! This process really helped out and needless to say we made an easy transition back into our cars as they were completed. Great effort, this is the type of customer service that will bring us back for our other service needs as well as our next car purchases. I do not have to feel like a rock star just that my business is appreciated and in this case, appreciation exuded from everywhere!!

My Wife and I walked in in Comfortable clothes which were not dressy. We waited for about ten minutes before we saw an available salesman. He then approached a customer dressed in a suit but the gentlemen was already being helped. He then walked right by us and into the offices, in a few minutes he and another sales man walked out of the offices and walked past us, they had no prospective customers to tend to. We were getting ready to walk out and at that point a young salesman Dan Tran approached and asked if we were being helped. He was very professional and took very good care of out needs. He worked very hard to get us to where we wanted to be on the sale and a purchase was made. He made all go very smoothly and our experience was great. He even worked past closing time to explain the working of the car. Fantastic deal.

We had an unscheduled appointment because of tire pressure issues. We were about to drive to New York State, ahead of a big snowstorm and wanted the pressure checked. The service department took us right in and found the problem, 4 nails in the tire. Since this was a Saturday and we were leaving Monday at 6:45 the problem had to be corrected immediately. I was told we needed a new tire. I was shown why and the tire was in stock, great. In the midst of the tire change process the dealership lost power. We were kept informed of the progress. The power came on and the process started again. The power again went out after about 15 minutes. We waited for 45 minutes and finally decided to get a loaner car until Monday. We were told if the power came on they would stay late and fix the tire. If the power remained out they would bring someone in early Monday so we could get underway. The power did come back on and all was resolved. This dealership could be a model for other dealerships. They are friendly and helpful. We would recommend them to anyone.

On Friday, March 8, I visited Daytona Beach, FL Mercedes to have our 2013 GLK350 serviced. My reading of the service manual indicated that the vehicle should be serviced at 2,000 miles. However, shortly following my arrival, I learned that this was not so, the vehicle would not require servicing until 10,000 miles. But Patrick Buckley, the Service Advisor made arrangements to have the vehicle inspected none-the-less, and also had the vehicle washed. I have not bought a car in almost 5 years and I must say, Lee and Tim, were OUTSTANDING! I was in and out within proably about an hour or so and not only that, I got an interest rate less than 2% than from my credit union. Lee was most professional and courteous and I believe got a great deal on a Very Nice vehicle that I am extremely happy with. So happy, I have sent another person to him the next day and sold the other SUV I was looking at before purchasing this one. I brought my 2005 E320 CDI in for a check engine light. It turned out to be an intermittent fault in the glo plug relay. It only happened once. I was advised to see if it happened again to get it fixed, rather than correct something that may have been an anomaly. I appreciate their honesty. Other dealers would have pushed an unnecessary repair.

Disappointed to find my warranty expired in January without receiving notice or opportunity to continue.Very pleased with how car was presented after service. Very clean. I have dealt with Tim several timesin the past and I still struggle in my communications with him. He first told me the battery would cost $300,then called to say it was $450. When I picked up the car it was $300. I enjoy working with TL in sales and have purchased 3 or 4 cars from you. We have never had anything but excellent service from Daytona Mercedes, from the moment we picked out our 1st Mercedes until now, 7 years later. We bring both vehicles in for service (which has never been anything more than regular maintenance) and are treated like royalty. Snacks and coffee while you wait, gift shopping, watching tv in the luxurious new sitting area, having a car drive you to the mall...it doesn't feel like work having your car serviced, you actually enjoy it! Upon arrival, I was greeted warmly by all employees that I encountered. My service manager promptly wrote up and initiatd my car's service. Another employee brought me coffee. During my wait, I chatted briefly with three different employees, two of whichwere involved with the initial purchase of my car. I also, inquired about an iten at the parts store where two employees gave me info about the item and helped me to make a choice. So, as usual, I felt very much at home during my visit. Off side though, let me say that the price for the work was not the worse, but I would have liked to pay less. That however, is not something that I blame Michael for. So, I am rating it GREAT so as not to penalize him for something that he does not control. Finally, I would say that the Mercedes Experience at the Daytona Dealership is first class and more.

Easy to deal with, I knew the exact car I wanted to buy my wife. The negotiations were reasonable, the paper work was wrapped up efficiently and I was handed the keys within an hour. I'm a car junky and I trade in or buy something new every 6 months or annually. I've purchased over 75 new and used cars over the years. The one thing I've NEVER been offered was a 1.99% interest rate! There's not much else to say when you can score and excellent condition Benz the is pre-owned certified, has low miles, comes with an extended warranty and a super low interest rate. That just makes the car buying process pretty painless. In my 64 years of living, Tim Aldridge is the most personable, informative,patient,understanding,thorough and highly professional service advisor I know for a fact i have ever encountered in my lifetime. He is an outstanding communicator and comprehensive in his review of the problems associated wih my 2004 C-230 Mercedes. He was courteous and very respectful at all times. He promptly advised me on the progress the mechanics were making on my car and when it would be ready for pick-up. I never had to call back once to inquire about what was going on with my car (how the work was progressing). I took my car in to the dealership because I was told my battery was failing. There was also a recall on my vehicle that needed to be fixed. I was greeted by someone immediately and taken to my service advisor, Mike. He was cheerful and efficient, a great combination. He got my car in quickly and I was finished in about 1.5 hrs during which he kept me posted on the status of my service. Everyone at this dealership is friendly and I was entirely satisfied.

I am always a bit resistant to dealing with dealerships. I worry thst cost will be excessive and that they will push for somthing I don't really need. I came in first for a problem with my trunk hatch. Initially Pat told me that I was looking at about $700. A later phone call from Pat and I was surprised to hear that I needed new tires and a brake job also and it could cost about $4000 or more but he would work with me ao try to cut some of the cost. It did wind up costing about 20% less. When I picked up the car the push button opening devises for the hatch wasn't working. It closed and locked but, in my opinion, was not completely fixed. Pat said that he would take care of it and by the next day it was completely corrected at no additional cost. While Pat is your employee I had the good feeling that he was working for me also, that he "had my back". He made me feel that he had both the condition of the car and the also my safety in his recomendations. It is that kind of customer service that breeds repeat business and referrals. You have an excellant employee in Pat and a positive representitive of your dealership.

I have but one issue. I trying to fix the problem myself, I purchased an electrical part from the parts department. The purchase was based on the CEL code. I put it on the car, but it did not fix the problem. I removed it and re-installed the old part. When I explained what I had done and that the new part was on the car for maybe 2 minutes, I asked about either having the price I paid (about $120) adjusted from the bill or getting a refund. I was told all electrical parts are not refundable. Considering the bill for the repair was about $1200, allowances could have been made for the price of the part. While I understand that rules are rules, but for $120 on a $1200 bill, there is a bit of a bad taste left.Thanks,Gary McFadden

I am so pleased I requested Lee. He was just what I was looking for in a car salesman. He was very personable, knowledgeable and was not a pushy salesperson. He explained all the features in the car. Any question I had, if he did not the answer he found someone who did. For example, I had a few specific maintenance questions, and he took me to the service department for answers. He also introduced me to various people in the finance department. Everyone at the dealership was so friendly and we had such a warm reception. Joseph provided a highly-educated, friendly, and caring test drive experience. As my tour guide, Joseph provided an ideal sales specialist. Joseph Baldi is the epitome of a true professional. Visiting the dealership was an excellent experience for me! Staff all around were knowledgeable, very friendly, and focused on serving your needs. Mercedes Benz of Daytona Beach is worth the extra drive in my opinion for their fine service.

We were on vacation near Daytona and my husband had dragged me to so many car dealers, I was up to my eyeballs in cars - Car hunting is NOT my favorite past-time. Finally we ended up at Mercedes Benz of Daytona Beach and were so fortunate to get LEE GRASSO as our salesman. LEE was different than all of the other salesmen & saleswomen we met at other dealerships. He didn't pounce on us before we could get out of our car (an experience we've had in the past). We walked around the lot looking at several cars and just when we had a question, LEE GRASSO appeared (like magic)! LEE has a calming effect on people and he is an expert on Mercedes-Benz vehicles. By the time we had completed our purchase, it was like we had known him for a long time. We even invited him to come visit us in Maggie Valley, NC the next time he comes to the mountains.I have to admit that this was the best car purchasing experience we have had in over 30 years. If we ever decide to trade our Mercedes, we will definitely try to trade at Mercedes Benz of Daytona Beach and will call in advance to make sure LEE GRASSO will be there to work with us. I would recommend him to friends & family, knowing that he would treat them right (that's a mountain phrase).The service department was teriffic as well. We hope to come to Daytona next year and will have our Mercedes serviced at MB of Daytona Beach while we are there.

Wonderful dealer experience. Made my stay at the dealership pleasant. When I had a small concern with the vehicle, Lee Grasso came through as promised. This has been one of the few times when a dealer has exceeded my expectations on my initial visit.

Took what is normally a painful experience, shopping for and buying a new car, and made it pleasant. I found the car I wanted and shopped it around the state, the best deal was less than 5 miles from my office. At delivery, the salesman spent almost three hours explaining every item on the vehicle! Had to have the air pressures in the tires checked and they offered to wash it! Very nice people, I cant wait for their new location to open up!

First, like a lot of folks, I have to start by saying that I HATE car shopping. I would literally rather sit through a root canal than go look and drive cars that interest me. Like a lot of the folks on this site, I'm also very, very tired of 'the games'.I've had good and bad experiences at Mercedes Benz dealerships throughout the U.S. But the experience I just had purchasing a 2012 GLK350 at Mercedes Benz of Daytona was a good one.It didn't necessarily start that way, though. My first visit, I dealt with a saleman that came close to sealing a deal. Yet, the next day (on the first saleman's day off) I was assigned a different saleman who was rigid and didn't seem too interested in negotiating a deal. Additionally, even though I'd negotiated the day before on a price which I'd understood included 'dealership fees', they showed up on the second saleman's cost list (and the 'dealership fee' is expensive). At that point, I decided to walk.However, as luck would have it, a friend of mine also was interested in purchasing a GLK350. Her saleman was Lee Grasso and when she mentioned my situation to Lee, he proactively took steps to bring me back to the negotiating table. I wasn't expecting much, but he didn't seem at all interested in playing games - he was interested in creating a deal that was mutually beneficial. And that's what we did. Working with Lee and Alfredo Moreno (the Service Manager) turned out to be a really pleasant experience. Both men have the professionalism that you'd hope for from a luxury brand like Mercedes. I didn't feel beaten up or raked over the coals by Lee and Alfredo, and they are really the reason I can rate the dealership highly. I should also note that my GLK needed some Service Department attention prior to delivery and Lee coordinated with Service who did exacly what I'd hoped. So, although I only have a very, very brief experience with the Service Department, it too was a good one. I think we all got a great start on our working relationship.Maybe next time, I won't choose the root canal after all.
