As always, the assistance I received from the service center representative Vernon Chang was exceptional. I needed a scheduled maintenance and small repair performed along with a detailing when I called Vernon. He scheduled my appointment and was ready for me the very moment I arrived. He explained everything to me in detail and answered all of my questions right away and in a thoughtful manner. He also assisted me in retrieving a loaner vehicle which I appreciated very much. I must say though that receiving exceptional service from Vernon is nothing new to me. Ever since he was assigned to me as my service representative when I purchased my vehicle back in February of 2015 he has demonstrated a commitment to the values that Mercedes Benz purports to have for its customers and does so while exhibiting a genuine manner of professionalism which has always exceeded my expectations. He is without a doubt a valuable asset to the Mercedes Benz brand as his service to me has sustained my positive impression of both this dealership as well as the vehicle I purchased. It is thanks to Vernon that I choose to continue to do business with this particular dealership and plan on returning to it when I exchange my vehicle for a newer model.

Charlie Rodriguez has been my service advisor for several years and again delivered superior service on my last visit. He was welcoming and approachable and made the check in process fast and painless providing input on issues that I was experiencing with my car. Charlie managed my expectations by giving me a realistic timeline for completion of repairs so I could plan my work schedule and he called me when my car was ready for pickup. The issues I was having were completely resolved and my car feels like a new car again.I appreciate the use of the loaner vehicle and the pick up and drop off process was quick and painless. I can only say the best for MB of Cutler Bay, With the way things are nowadays I don't know how they manage to have such a professional staff I have purchased 3 vehicles and leased one and just made my 4th purchase, in all honesty for first time in all the years I've bought from them, I thought of going a different route, maybe a BMW, Lexus, etc, but after thinking it over I decided that, there is no other dealership that I will ever get the kind of service I get from MB of CB, between my sales rep "Carmen" and "Ruben" in service there is no way that it can get better, they are the best, my husband kept telling me.....Dont expect to find somewhere else what you've been used to having there, it will not happen and don't expect to have someone like Carmen and most of all someone like Ruben when you are so picky with your cars. Any problems I've had no matter how small they've been it has been resolved immediately. Never been told not today we are busy!! Thank you!

I purchased a CPO 2013 GLK350 over the Internet. Photos were accurate and details of the car very clear. Jose handles the Internet and Angel the car sales. All went well at closing. Our registration was out of state and that took some clarifying, but in the end, we were very satisfied. My experiences with car dealers was not always good, but being Mercedes Benz and this dealer, it was a good experience. We are very happy with our car.

My wife and I decided to drive from Key West, Fl. to MB Cutler Bay dealership (a 300 mile round trip). From the moment we enter the building we knew we made the right decision! I've just leased my third Mercedes from Cutler Bay. I can truly say I am a satisfied customer. My sales representative was excellent. Mr. Alfonso spent almost an entire day with me answering every question I had and educating me on all my options. Jose is a professional who really knows the Mercedes product and was not pushy or biased towards any model based on pricing. The finance manager Henry was very helpful in explaining the all my options when it came time to sign on the dotted line. Overall , I am very pleased with this dealer which is why I keep coming back. My new car is wonderful . I will definitely be a loyal customer for years to come because they have earned my business year after year.

My organization purchased a vehicle for a client and was given a bill of sale at the beginning of the process from the sales person (who by the way was very helpful) with a specific price however Gus Castano took over the paperwork process and gave me a different bill of sale with a price that was $400 higher. I felt he was rude on his emails to me and also felt that they should have honored the price that was originally given to me. Was not happy with this at all.

First time buyers of a Mercedes Benz and used the internet to search for the car we wanted with specific safety accessories, we are looking for an used S550. Hit the chat button on the Cutter Bay internet and was connected to the person in-charged asking if a particular car had the accessories I was looking for. The car I was looking at did not have what I was looking for and I was informed with in minutes. Internet person informed that they had a car in stock with the items I was looking for. Within five minutes or less I had all the information I needed. Made an apportionment for that afternoon. Walked into the dealership and asked the receptionist for the person in charged of the internet sales. Within a minute the gentlemen came and took us to the sales consultant Albert Torres. From there on it was a wonderful experience and we purchased the car. Everyone was just super. We live in Key Largo and on the turnpike I notice a front end vibration, Called Albert and explained the problem and he advised to bring in the car the next day. Albert went an extra mile and took care of all the paperwork with the service department and I was given a loaner. Before the day was up, Albert called and said the car was ready. The car had four new tires, however, the tires were the problem and were replaced. At this dealership you are treated as a person.

The work you do on my little SMART Car is ALWAYS precise in detail and excellent workmanship. But the length of time always seems extraordinary...I.e. yesterday my appointment was for 9:00 a.m., and I arrived at 8:30 (from the Keys) so I would not be late. I was still sitting in your waiting room at 2:30 pm...six hours later! I have waited for five to seven hours on previous occasions as well. It seems your maintenance dept does the Mercedes cars first, and then, when time permits, takes care of the SMART Cars. That's just my guess, because I've ALWAYS waited for extraordinarily long periods of time to have my vehicle serviced at Cutler Bay Mercedies-Benz. However, I choose to accept the lengthy time-lag as my "price to pay" for the superior quality of your service, the honesty of your personnel (i.e., M-B in Broward County tried to sell me tires which I did not need...plus added costs to things I did not order) whereas Cutler Bay has ALWAYS been honest, forthright, sincere and trustworthy, So regarding your length of time servicing my car, I simply bring a book with me, sit in that TV Room of yours, and read my book. And around noon or 1:00 pm, I walk over to the Olive Garden, have their soup & salad lunch, then walk back and keep reading my book until my little SMART Car is finally ready. Yes, they say "time is money," but I am willing to invest that extraordinary amount of time knowing that my little SMART Car will be serviced properly. Your service people, by the way, are extremely efficient and very kind. Adrian Lee Sang should be commended for the personalized service and advice he gives to the clientele. At 62 I have been buying cars all my life, and I can honestly say that this has been the most pleasant buying experience ever. I had previously gone to Autonation and was not able to close the deal for a $500 difference in my trade in, well it was a good thing I didn't. I bought a CPO 2013 E350 which was 1 year newer, with 7K less miles with tons of extra equipment for only $1K more and they gave the additional $500 that I wanted on my trade. I have always wanted my own Mercedes...one that was totally mine...one I pay for...and a few years ago I leased my first Mercedes- a C250 2012. Mecca. It was perfect. I never had one problem with that car. Carmen became my best friend...so easy to speak with and so skilled. She couldn't have been more fun and more graceful. When I drove my new C250 2014 home the other day, I was proud and downright cheerful. Perhaps even a bit of "attitude" crept in. Again, the folks at the dealership were so inviting and comforting. Again Carmen Arrazola patiently showed me the cars, explained the differences..among them. The red jalapino caught my attention. Hello gorgeous. The paperwork was easy and even pleasant. He makes sure everything is done properly and makes sure everything is to your liking. The entire dealership is spotless! The people that great you when you drive in are amazing. They open the door for you to meet your service writer. Although I was told the day before that I will have to go home and come back, and the assigned advisor was busy, Herbert (another advisor) was able to accommodate my need and told me to wait because he was going to do the impossible to have my car fixed and ready ASAP. I arrived at the facility a bit late but my advisor Jose was waiting. It took less than 7 minutes for me to go through the process and to get a loner. I was told that since I am having the loner for a few hours I do not have to worry about gasoline. Besides, the car is also equipped with a sunpass....for free...in these days and times!!!! Furthermore, I was shown a dent and scratch on the loner that I would not have noticed. Overall the experience was excellent...as usual.

His personal treatment was the best among all the dealers we went. Knowing that we were just looking he offer us a test drive. He went above and beyond to make this experience the best. He was very honest from the beginning and when we told him that we will compare the offer and the model with the competition he was fine with it, not like the others dealers. Buying my 2nd Mercedes was a very pleasant experience at MB of Cutler Bay. My salesperson was very attentive when I visited the dealership multiple times before I purchased the car. There were some issues that had to be dealt with by the Service Department and they called me the next day to set up the appointment. The staff is very friendly when you walk in the door.
