This is the fourth MB vehicle I've leased personally from this dealership and in particular, the sales rep Homey Sanjabi. This year, our family added two Mercedes-Benz that Homey sold us on as well. I continue to buy cars from Homey because of his honesty and timeliness. So many people complain about negative experience of dealing with car salesmen and dealerships. Not here! Purchase your car here and from Homey! Finance guy Angel is great as well (how often do you hear that) and is their Service Dept.

Rene Rodriguez was amazing and between him and Hector they really made the car buying experience great. They both made me feel as if my purchase was their only focus and after the purchase Rene spent close to an hour going over everything about my new car and never did I feel there was a rush. I also received a call the next day to see how everything was and if I had any additional questions. I would say that of all the car purchases I have made this was the best experience and follow up I have ever had.

One of the highlights of purchasing a car with Peter is that he is very attentive, he actually takes the time to listen to the things you are looking for and does his best to deliver. Peter made sure to answer all my questions and was very patient. All purchasing processes were streamlined and easy, from financing to service, everything was explained and done in a timely matter. Peter also made sure I understood all the car features and took the time to show me shortcuts on how to use all the cool gadgets the car has. He definitely offers outstanding customer service and is very professional. I never felt pressured and it has been one of the best car purchasing experiences Ive had so far. This was my first time purchasing a MB and I feel very happy with my new car! There is no doubt in my mind that Peter is the best and I would definitely recommend him if you are looking to purchase or lease a MB.

Peter was a recommendation to me and I was happy I took it. Peter was a gentleman and very patient while I was asking many questions; he treated us with respect. He quickly figured out which cars were available and arranged for us to take a look without any pressure. After the sale Peter was again very patient teaching me how to use the gadgets in the car and said I could come back for another lesson whenever I needed to. I liked that!

Leased my second MB from MB of Coral Gables and it was, as the first time, an enjoyable experience. The team there is awesome. They make you feel like family, a friend, not a " customer". Both Homey Sanjabi and Hector Brito gave me excellent attention and good advice as I was pondering which vehicle to lease. There was NO pressure. I mean NO. I was treated with respect and allowed to take my time. ALL of the staff at MB of Coral Gables are friendly, courteous and helpful. Everyone looks you in the eye and asks if you need anything. Of course when you go to buy a car the people at the dealership are usually so friendly and promising the world. BUT, once the sale is complete and you go back for repairs or something else... Thats when all of a sudden youre invisible. Couldnt have been more the opposite this week when I brought my 2014 e350 for service. The organization, the way I received a text from my rep Fernando letting me know i could reach out anytime I needed something or had a question by simply replying to that text. Fernando also reached out today to see if I was pleased with the service. If only every company realized that this type of service is what will make me always have a Benz in my driveway for the rest of my life. As will my wife, kids and hopefully grandkids. Thanks again for an amazing experience... And anyone looking to buy a car... I couldnt suggest a mercedes more to you. Yes, my family and friends all have the same objection... "The parts are expensive when it comes to fixing it"...YES, thats true... BUT thats because its such high quality, you change it once instead of 5 times like cheaper cars... And the car drives like a million bucks even when its 10 years old. Also, the warranty covers just about everything major for 5 years. I just moved from Bristol, RI to Miami, FL and was able to get it serviced no problem under warranty. Not to mention, I was given a brand new Mercedes with 1400 miles to drive around while my car was being serviced... FOR FREE! So again, Mercedes is a purchase that just keeps on giving. And with the affordable models now, the gas milage and service and safety of these vehicles... I do not understand why everyone doesnt own one.Hope this is helpful to someone. ~Kevin DaSilva

Superior service! When I dropped off my Mercedes, I was in and out in less than 20 minutes with a loaner. When the car was ready, I received a text from Jesus Romero. He advised me to call for Quick Pick-Up Service when I was on my way. When I got there, I dropped off the loaner, signed some papers and stepped out to my car with a complimentary bottle of water and a small bottle of hand cleaner. All this in 5 minutes!

Brought my ML 350 in for 30K service and Luis saw scrapes on right front fender. I said I didn't want the body shop to repair it thinking I could buff it out myself. When I picked it up, the scrapes were gone at no charge to me. That's great customer service that promotes loyalty. I won't soon forget.

After moving to the USA and moving a business here, have finally settled in and was now looking for a new set of cars. After owning Range Rovers in London for several years, decided that I wanted to go back to Mercedes for a change.After reviewing several motors we met Peter, who's knowledge was on point. I had explained that I previously owned several Range Rovers and was still thinking of leasing another. As a true professional Peter referred me to a friend of his who could lease me a new Range Rover, this showed true commitment to us and our requirements rather than trying to close a deal.However, we returned to see Peter and leased a new C Coupe, with a G63 in the pipeline too. Peter and his team worked tirelessly for a whole deal arranging all the paperwork and leasing agreement for a newly created company (as was moved from UK) and against my new credit history in the USA.We are now, as stated, progressing with the order of the G63 too.Cannot rate this Dealership and Peter highly enough.... I had to get service on my vehicle and this dealership was the closest to us since we moved. The staff was amazing. The service was above and beyond. I love the quick check out process. I called that I was on my way. When I arrived, my car was washed and waiting for me up front. I simply signed two papers and was escorted to my car with a cold bottle of water in my console. This is 5 star service. Everyone was helpful, smiling, and professional. I told my husband our next car will be purchased from this dealership! So happy to find this gem.

The facilities are beautiful and immaculate. The warmth, friendliness and efficiency of all the people who work at Mercedes-Benz of Coral Gables makes it a treat to go there, even to go to the service department. Service is always a pleasant experience. If you have to wait a few minutes, there's a nice sitting area with delicious cookies and cake. My car is brought to me clean and shiny, no matter what work was done, and as a nice touch, a bottle of water is put in the car.

This is my 5 purchase from this dealership. I will keep going back for as long as they continue to put customer service and professionalism first -- which is what they do. Their attention to detail and consideration for our time was refreshing. Our sale person was prepared ahead of time and is always punctual. Knowing we are always pressed for time, he made it a priority to get us in and out swiftly yet we never felt rushed. I enjoy the look and feel of the facilities, the coffee bar, the waiting area... it's a well appointed area with just the right amount of service items -- wifi, coffee/beverages/snacks, among a few other things. The finance portion of the experience was handled swiftly and professionally as well. Of course, this is all given then fact that I am very happy with the product line which I am-- I am hooked on their GL and it only keeps getting better with time. Approaching the end my lease, I was contacted by the Mercedes Benz of Coral Gables, from where I have bought three cars already. At first I was not convince to change my car (an E350 which I loved). I drove in without an appointment very late in the day with one of my 2016 C300's run-flat tires indicating 4 psi (probably due to the large screw protruding out of it) and was immediately and graciously received at the service department. The car was returned a couple of hours later (after closing time!) with a brand new tire and a courtesy car wash. The only nit to pick is that they didn't clean the inside of the windshield--a solid example of a first-world "problem."Thank you, Coral Gables MB for consistently providing outstanding professional service!

We were connected to Carlos Pereda via mutual friend. After some back and forth by phone and email, he selected the perfect vehicle at the right price for us. From the moment we arrived at the dealer, the passion for excellence in service was evident. Someone put coins at our meter outside and offered us drinks while we waited for Carlos. BEWARE: Mercedes-Benz of Coral Gables Extended "Warranty"While many people lease their vehicles, I'm old-fashioned and still own my cars (and takevery good care of them) for many years. My several year old Mercedes AMG had low miles(approx. 5,000/year) and was in great shape such that I bought an Extended Warranty at theMercedes-Benz of Coral Gables(MB of CG) dealership. I chose the most expensive of 4 possible extended warranty policies (and paid a built-in "inspection fee" for this car which was bought & 100% maintained at MB of CG, and paid a extended warranty premium commission) -- as explained to me:(1) "wear and tear items" (tires, paint, wind shield wipers, fan belts, etc) are NOT COVERED,and (2) "big items" (A/C compressor, engine, etc. "ARE COVERED"). Of the 4 tiers of extendedwarranties, I chose "the best" (cost approx. $9,000 for 4 years, including a sales commission paid to MB of CG dealership).Well, things got "interesting" when my transmission "went out". The MB of CG purchased extended warranty "offered" me a repair with "a several year-old refurbished transmission part" to be installed at some "no name" garage a long way from where I live. Up until then, my car had been purchased at MB of CG & 100% maintained at this dealership. I discussed the proposed repair with MB of CG and they said that they would "100% refuse to install such a repair part" in my car. My calm inquiries with the "warranty people" lead to veiled threats i.e. the warranty people could demand disassembly of my engine (est. cost $3,000) and could lead to "determination" that the transmission problem would be "wear & tear"(on a very low mileage car) and thus "disallowed". So yes, they had me over-a-barrel.I could either settle for "coverage" and except a "questionable" repair (that could violate/void other aspects of my vehicle warranty), or accept their allowance & pay the extra thousands of dollars of costs myself. This "extended warranty" is classic BAIT & SWITCH.Of the 4 levels of Extended Warranty available for purchase at the MB of CG dealership, I had bought the very best (and most expensive) policy. In no way should buying the very best policy from the dealership (where my car had been: purchased, & fully maintained) be confused with a customer who buy a very cheap auto insurance policy "elsewhere" & is then disappointed that the "allowable" for repairs is less than the actual costs/fees of a MB repair. For my warranty, by the way, I was simply given (after paying) 1 piece of paper ... I was not even told that the policy details (which allow BAIT & SWITCH) are approximately 10 pages of fine print listed on-line. Again, MB of CG was more interested in "selling" me the extended warranty and pocketing the sales commission.None of us are ever going to know all of the "tricks" in life. It was never ever explained to me that my extended warranty "protection" would "cover" necessary repairs using "refurbished" parts (that the MB of CG dealership considers "unacceptable") installed/repaired at some distant, "unknown" (non-Mercedes) garage/repair shop.The Extended Warranty people firmly stood-their-ground (i.e. this was their best offer). The MB of CG dealership (who has sold me multiple cars, and maintained all of these vehicles for more than 15-20 years) could have "made right" by the warranty policy that they sold me, but chose not to. While the personnel at the dealership are always very polite to me, when it came down to: (long-time) Customer trust -or- a few thousand dollars ... the dealership's own financial interests came first. I've learned my lesson (the hard way). The "spirit" of the extended warranty is worthless, and the customer is left to the mercies of the various companies (that have lots of little "fine details" that allow them to renege of their end of the bargain). BUYER BEWARE !!

Instead of being condescending and dismissive, the MBCG team is uniformly polite, attentive without being patronizing, helpful, and informative. They deliver as much technical information as is pertinent, or desired, in a friendly way. My service advisor (Joe Figarola) and salesman (Homey Sanjabi) are both very good at this, and I leave feeling appreciated. Homey greets me by name after a year and half interval and is frank about when it will make sense for me to look at new models. I mentioned my experience to several other people; it's very different from the past, especially for female customers. I also appreciated the skill with which expectations are managed; they delighted me at the end with a small courtesy that would have been appreciated at any time, but was particularly graceful as an exit moment.

When I dropped off my car for service promptly for my 10am appointment, my service consultant was with another client. I expressed that I had an 11am appointment to attend for work and needed the processing and loaner car by 10:30am. I was taken seriously and introduced immediately to another consultant in appreciation for my time constraint. I am very grateful to have been accommodated as I'm sure everyone has time constraints.I felt well taken care of, well-informed, and I was made to feel important despite it being a busy time of day in the service department at both drop off and pick up. My car was presented to me upon pickup in impeccable condition - hand washed and with a complimentary bottle of water in the cup holder! Wow!

Originally came in to have scheduled service done on my 2012 SLK350. It just came out of warranty and this would be the first time I'd have to face out-of-pocket expenses to have this work performed. Considering a number of factors, including the rather high cost of the basic maintenance, I opted to forego the process, walked across the street, turned in the subject vehicle, and structured a lease for new C300. The entire process was very professionally executed.

Short and sweet is what I can say about my experience. I went in for a brake change and ended up with a new car. I saw my salesman Edgar and asked if I had any options to trade for a new car. A bad experience getting my car back at Bill Usury's service department. I called ahead of time to have my car brought in. They said no problem your car will ready as soon as you get here. At first have to wait a long time just to get in to the service department since there was no one receiving the customers. Once I got someone to help me with my rental from enterprise, trying to get someones attention was a nightmare. Had to wait a long time to get my car. Not great customer service at all.

The loaner car was the same model as our car and it was delivered as promised. December 24, 2015, approximately 2:15 pm my car would not start seems like the battery was dead. I called my service account manager, Tony Fuentes, at his cell, which told me that the dealer had closed and gave me the number for Road Service. I called Road Service spoke with a very professional gentleman and explained my problem. He told it was probably a bad battery and would have Road Service at my house within 30 minutes or less. Sure enough 20 minutes later, Mariano arrives check the car and installs a new battery. He was very apologetic and assure me that the car will working fine. To me that's what you call service!!!! We went to Mercedes cutler bay and left because the sales rep was so pushy. We were greeted by Carlos who make this experience so pleasant. He treated us professionally and like a family member. I would highly recommend and look forward to buying my next Mercedes from him.
