I brought my S class for service, they "offer" a cleaning service with the regular maintenance of the car. The cleaning ( and it s not the first time that it happens ) was done very badly, my 10 years old could have done a better job. If you are Mercedes and provide cleaning services on cars over $100k, you should provide a great service or if you are not able to do so, it would be better not to do anything.

Took my C300 in because the exterior mirrors would not open, or unfold. Eddie is great. Greeted me as he always does and stayed in contact throughout the day. In the end, my vehicle only needed a software update at no charge:) Plus their coffee machine is awesome!

Mercedes-Benz of Calabasas customer service is over and above the benchmark in the Automotive Industry. I've never received better service and that's why now that I moved from Woodland Hills I drive all the way from South Bay to still have my car serviced at Mercedes-Benz of Calabasas. I have bought two cars there and also my service Rep Kyle is such a pleasure to work with along the entire Team as well as Paula & Team that always help me with loaner cars. I highly recommend them, they are a truly stellar Team. They really care about their customers and take pride in their jobs!

Steve Swartz was a very, very accommodating customer service gentleman that greeted me instantly. I told him why I was at the MB service dept. He looked me up on his computer and within minutes I had my car in the repair shop and my rental that was planned ahead when I made my appointment ready and waiting. Mira, the young lady that works at the cash register and is also responsible for the coffee machine and the beautiful MB gifts that one can purchase was absolutely efficient and very sweet in helping me choose a gift. I definitely felt like I got star treatment at the Calabasas location.

We all know how painful it can be to buy a car. This was my second Mercedes from Mercedes of Calabasas. I contemplated other brands but the customer service here is top-notch. I handled most everything over the phone so all I did when I arrived was sign a few documents and take delivery of the vehicle. Every detail in the new car was explained to me and I left feeling completely satisfied that my decision to lease a second Mercedes was without question the right one.

Stopped in to purchase two new front tires for my E550. Dealt with a young man named, "Jason". He was so pleasant and friendly! He also told me Continental was giving an instant rebate on the tires which was a very pleasant surprise!My only negative comment is about the car wash I received. My car really did not look washed even though they claimed it was. Hmmmm... very unusual.

On Sunday, in Calabasas which is 150 miles from my current home I got a screw in my run flat tire. I knew from experience that finding a new tire was not going to be easy and I had an important business meeting the next morning. I knew Wes Crown's, your Service Mgr's personal cell number and texted him. Even on Sunday, he responded to me immediately and from home was able to access dealer's inventory and let me know that a tire was available. He then texted Kyle Wiens to expect me Monday morning and arranged for a service loaner to be ready for me. Kyle showed concern about my problem and immediate put me at ease making me feel that he was on top of everything. Kyle called me when the car was ready which was exactly when he told me to expect it would be ready. Even though I've moved from Calabasas, I've continued to go to Wes for my service needs whenever it's possible. I continue to highly recommend Wes and his staff.

Twice I came here to look at an advertised used car. TWICE, the advertised car was not even ready to be seen let alone test driven. Third time there, no one could find the keys. Total waste of time. Sales guy kept trying to force a similar car on me, seemed unable to grasp the fact I wanted the advertised car. This place is a joke. The Three Stooges could run the place better than it's being run. I don't care how good of a price they might offer, I will never go back there again.

The used car dealer stereotype of dishonesty, lying and general lack of integrity has been skillfully demonstrated by the staff of Calabasas Mercedes-Benz. Last week I placed a down payment on a car found thru their "Sonic" automotive site located at a sister Mercedes-Benz dealer. I was assured that the car was available, no one else had bought or made a down payment and would only take a few days to get here. I proceeded to acquire full funding, made a deal on my existing car and got a rental for the anticipated few days I would need. Monday I received message that the car was no longer available, had a mechanical problem and was sold wholesale. This car was listed with 6011 miles and had just passed a 165 point inspection by a certified MB mechanic. When I requested what the problem was, they didn't know and laughed when I asked what part of the 165 point inspection would have missed an implied major mechanical problem. In addition to casting serious doubt as to the value of a certified inspection, there was serious doubt with respect to the honesty of the failure. After visiting the dealer and lengthy discussion as to the truth, the sales manager finally admitted that there was no mechanical issue and the car was sold to someone else retail and that there is an integrity issue within their dealerships, REALLY! I discussed at length the impact that these dishonest dealings have on people, was just not expecting this kind of low level dealing at a Mercedes dealer. They have absolutely no respect or care about their customers what so ever.Should have read some of their other reviews before I went to buy from them.

The sales man and manager did not disclose missing items on the car we purchased at the time of sales (deal), it was disclosed after the fact, and there was nothing you could do about it......complained to their headquarter's office, and the general manager as well, with no assist whatsoever........very bad experience, and unprofessional deal.

This dealer posted a fake ad with a low price. I called before going there. The answer is the car is there. When I got there, the sales guy tried to hold me as long as he can by giving me many lies. After about an hour, they said the car is not there. I talked to the manager, he said I can't do nothing about it. Very very bad experiences. I wondering how can a Benz dealer can survive nowadays by using this old lie tech!

When I brought my car in for a new battery, Arin Gharabedian, the Service Advisor checked the battery and noticed that it was than a year and half old, and that AAA would cover it's replacement if it was defective.I drove back home, noticing a number of electrical problems with the car, and had the AAA come out to check the battery. They were able to determine that the battery was "good", but the alternator was not working. While the car was idling in my driveway, the radiator blew too. We had the car towed back to MBZ in Calabasas and the Service Department took good care of the problems.On top of that, Arin made arrangements for us to use a Loaner car, which we drove on a one-day getaway vacation that we had planned sometime in advance.We really appreciated the good service and the use of a brand new MBZ while our car was being repaired.

I had an excellent experience with my service advisor, Arin, and the loaner vehicle coordinator, Paula. I stopped by unannounced and without an appointment when I noticed a problem with my steering. Arin worked creatively to fit me in and minimize my time jockeying cars. Paula had a similar "can-do" attitude and found a loaner car for me on the spot although they were very busy. During the repair Arin was communicative and helpful and even gave me his personal cell phone in case I had any questions. I completely appreciate their efforts to provide great customer service and now I won't be going anywhere else.

1. Dealership lied saying my loan company won't answer their phone 2. Price on the car changed to a higher amount 3. Already approved for a loan but was told I do not have a loan because they wanted me to go with their loan company4. They resubmitted my loan which had been approved removing my cosigner's name so that my loan company would deny me.5. The trade-in I had looks better than the Mercedes. 6. And the icing on the cake is when I called there, their sales person put there financial person on speaker and I heard him say, " tell that word for female dog anything."

Sales Representative, David Koeppel, greated me on the lot and quickly located the car for a test drive. David patiently explained every feature of the C 250 and was an absolute professional in doing his job. Finance Manager, Mehrad Navid, made the trip to the back office an absolute pleasure. Alon drove out with me on a test drive in order to understand the problem with my car. Within a couple of minutes, he diagnosed it, took me back to the shop, and gave me a courtesy vehicle. He called back in 90 minutes with his diagnosis, told me the cost, but said I would not have to pay for it. It's my family's third MB from Calabasas! Trust keeps me there.

First off let me begin by saying the service was impeccable. It began with my Sales Representative Nick Argos. Nick greeted me and my friend immediately upon arriving to the dealership. Unfortunately, by the time I got there the vehicle I came to test drive and purchase was in the process of being sold. I was devastated and Nick could see it on my face. He led us to his desk and explained I did not have to worry because Sonic Automotive Mercedes had multiple dealerships and I could select a vehicle from any of their dealerships to have it shipped down. This gave me hope because Mercedes Benz of Calabasas is one of the smaller Mercedes dealerships I have visited and I knew they did not have a similar model to the vehicle I came to purchase. Within a matter of minutes Nick identified a newer, lower mileage vehicle that was only $5,000 more than the one I came for. It was practically new, 2015, 6,000 miles, C250 Coupe; I was in car love!! <3 Nick ordered the car to be delivered to Mercedes Benz of Calabasas immediately. He provided me with his mobile number and promised me he would keep me updated on the vehicles status. Nick stayed true to his word, he called and text me with each update he received. He even texted me pictures of the vehicle when it finally arrived, which was a few days later. I came in the following weekend to purchase the vehicle and Nick had it ready for me in the showing room. The vehicle was squeaky clean, filled with gas, and had a note on the window reading "Congratulations on your new Mercedes Benz Amanda!" Everything was so perfect but then it came down to doing business.Nick introduced me to Mehrad Navid their Financial Director. Mehrad was very kind, fast, and he listened. He asked me what I needed my payments to be and worked with me to get them where I was comfortable. At the end of it he provided me the lowest APR Mercedes could offer me, GAP, extended unlimited mileage warranty, and 2 years unlimited maintenance at an affordable monthly payment. I walked away with a newer vehicle with a unique Keyless Go feature (keyless entry and push to start) and better deal than my original Mercedes and the monthly payment were only slightly higher but definitely in my price range. I drove away ecstatic! The only thing that could have been better was traffic. Exactly a week later Nick followed up with me to ensure I was still satisfied with my purchase. I am and I sincerely appreciate Mercedes Benz of Calabasas. I recommend visiting this dealership if you are seeking exceptional customer service and top quality Certified Preowned Mercedes Benzes.

This dealership is very clean and organized but for such an facility they don't have a lounge for costumers to relax in as they take them 7 hours to get the car out of the door. Maybe they do better when you buy one of their own cars, i bought a Cadillac from a Mercedes dealer, that can create some problem for the dealership as they don't know a lot about the car they are selling

I went into the Calabasas Mercedes dealer to take care of a factory recall item, and had a complete electronic diagnosis run because my engine light was on. The results showed that the problem was a poor fit on the air filter which caused an improper fuel/air ratio. The air filter had been installed by a non-Mercedes mechanic, but the dealership made the correction without charging me any additional fee. I was a happy customer!

Although I had a minor hand brake problem on our other silver Mercedes-Benz C250 a few months ago that required numerous trips and inconvenience before it was fixed, the Service Manager promised a special wax job the next time the car was serviced for the inconvenience.This time,our grey Mercedes Benz C250 needed its 40,000 mile service. I used some of my Pre-paid service and added a set of new Michelin tires and some brake work on the front wheels. They did everything they said they would do and were very competitive on the price of the tires.Courtesy van dove me home and back at the end of the day.

I bought my first Mercedes from this dealership and brought it here for 5 years of service. Never had a problem with getting done what I needed to get done. Wes is an advocate for customers for sure. When I bought my second Mercedes just 6 months ago a family relationship was the only reason I didn't purchase in Calabasas. But I come back here for service because the advisors are attentive and they get the job done. Yesterday's regular service as a short one and true to their word I was out in about an hour and a half. Brought my car for repairs. Loaner was not available and was dropped off by the shuttle service. Very nice and courteous driver. My service adviser, Alon, was courteous. Tried to fix my problem of key not unlocking the vehicle, on the spot. After checking a few of the fuses - he had to keep the car overnight. Miraculously the car started to work on its own before the mechanic could get too involved.Sent a shuttle to pick me up and there was no charge.!!The car is working fine now.

The Car I have purchased was the only positive thing I can say about this Dealership. Poor Service, incompetent service from the Sales Manager through out the finance dept. it seems no one communicates nor does anyone know whats going on. they don't listen to you as a customer. they just want you to listen to them. I didn't receive my signed agreement until 4 days after my purchase. Due to me trusting them when they said I would have it after I sign. Then it was tomorrow. Then tomorrow was the next day for sure. When delivered the paperwork belong to another buyer that had not signed. I gave them a contact number and asked not to call my number because I was at work. You guessed it they still called the number I asked them not to call. THIS IS VERY POOR SALES & FINANCE MANAGEMENT. CAN'T BLAME THE STAFF. THIS IS MANAGEMENT !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Then the car we purchased had features that didn't work and had to spend time in the service department the following week. And Mercedes doesn't get back to you. They don't care about customers. We won't be back.

Service manager, Wes Crown and his guys at Calabasas Mercedes were at top of their game, professional, helpful and courteous. My front right tire had a small sidewall bubble. It is caused by air leaking from the inside of the tire into the carcass or body of the tire. I asked if the tire can be repaired? The answer was No, unfortunately sidewall bubbles cannot be repaired. Because the area flexes while driving a patch will not stay in place. The bubble also indicates there is structural damage to the tire that cannot be repaired. A tire in this condition could fail without warning and should not be driven on. They recommended the spare tire be used until a replacement can be found. The tire must be replaced. They ordered my new tire and Saturday 9/26 will be installed. Worked out a deal over the phone, drove from mid coast to So. coast, 4.5 hours, waited five hours to do a small deal. Should have been be done in one hour, All the while I am lied to, deal changes, do the deal any way. What a mistake. Money is to come back, with promise to pay one week . Might have been ok place a few years back but its like a boiler room operation. Just like the "The Wolf of Wall Street". Its even setup that way. There is a room with a raised platform of floor managers that sales reps run back and forth to. Acted like prison chain-gang bosses. Assume intended to be intimidating to both sales people and customers. This translates to worst culture and customer service experience. Sales guy was complaining during whole test drive about how little money he earns and how he wishes he can get on disability. Then tried to push car I dont want even though I was clear on options I wanted. followed up with annoying calls with unintelligible comments. When I quoted other dealer offer he said he will check if he can match but he never called back. Your presence will only be tolerated if you are there with check book open and willing to sign within 30minutes. If you are there to find the right car for you then go somewhere else. But unfortunately MB dealerships in LA seem to all have attitude issues. (Beverly hills MB has about 10 sales people in glass box room in middle of showroom, sitting in two rows facing each other and working the phone as if trying to unload penny stocks on old retired ladies. Customer presence in dealership is unwelcome unless to sign and pickup a car...period. Santa Monica MB was less boiler room but some snarky staff)

I received a written quote for a GLK . I am over 2 hours away from this dealer but they had exactly what I wanted and the price was great. Upon arrival I drove the car, loved it and filled out my paper work. I waited 4 hours for my turn with the finance department. When it was my turn they discovered the sales guy had made a mistake on the written quote by $6,000.00. In the end, I made that 2+ hour drive back home in my original car. I believe/hope the sales guy made an honest typo, but no one made any attempt to satisfy me. I offered to meet them half way (pay $3000.00 more than quoted). They are a big profitable organization and I'm just a working stiff. If I could take the hit for $3000.00 so could they. It wasn't my mistake. I had bought a car from them before. You'd think they would care.The story continues and ends very good for me. Tim Roach, the salesman, killed himself to make me whole. I ended up getting a car 5000.00 less than MSRP. I LOVE my new car and this guy Tim is upper honorable.

Here's EXACTLY what this dealer did. 1. They cold called a guy from a craigslist ad (me).2. Gave me an offer of between $22k and $25k over the phone sight unseen, other than the pics in the ad- to buy my car.3. I explained the car is NOT showroom ready, dishing every detail INCLUDING some costs on which repairs would be needed to make the car perfect for sale on a Mercedes used car lot (2003 Porsche 911 C4S) -prior to agreeing to come out, *warning them ahead of time* that I do not like to be "baited and switched." AND I'd be coming from Moorpark, nearly 25 MILES away.4. Well sure enough, I get there and the nit picking begins, though I was told "we totally understand it's a 12 year old car".5. After (finally) looking at the VIN and running it, they come to the understanding that there was an accident, though the title remains a clean title. ---well DUH, that would be the failing paint on the right front corner panel and right door which *I warned them about* (they admit their cost only a $250 per panel repair ==$500 and for the accident they now want to take me from $23k to UNDER $20K)Making a LONG story short, soon thereafter, they say they don't even WANT the car after I was ready to let them steal it wholesale at $20k--- for a 2003 Porsche 911/996 C4S with 105k miles and IMS Upgrade RMS done and 20k miles new Sachs Racing clutch!!!They greedily walked away from a car they would've invested a total 22k in AFTER repairs, turned it around on their used lot for 28k, walking away with SIX GRAND PROFIT GROSS!!!---instead, they get nothing, and I get a wasted Half of a day, a WASTED TRIP and minimum TEN BUCKS fuel cost to and fro- (25 miles to and 25 back).THANKS MERCEDES BENDS OF CALA-BAT-xxxxx!!!

We booked a test drive for a used CLK convertible which was advertised with all the details you need. They send us an e-mail confirmation and even called us the night before to confirm our appointment, so after work we made our way through the rush hour to Calabasas, which took us more than an hour to get there. When we arrived at 7:00pm (punctually!), our contact person was not available. We had to wait for 10 minutes until actually someone started to deal with us. Unfortunately, that person had no idea where the car was. We were referred to another staff member who had no idea either and started to chase us through all three levels of the entire parking lot in order to look for the car which, in the end, was still not to be found. That guy checked with another colleague who made a phone call and found out that the car is actually in the shop, which was already locked and nobody knew where the key was. We were asked to take a seat at a reps desk where a cup of coffee obviously was lying for quite a while and the spilled coffee was all over the desk.The man tried to find out how to get into the shop and another guy came back after a while. He finally told us that they decided not to sell the car because obviously it was so broken (no word about that in the ad and no hint in the pricing either!!) that it would cost them too much to fix it.Although quite upset, we gave them a second chance by specifying what we are looking for. The research took quite a while and yet another member of staff took us to the parking lot. None of the cars he showed us met more than one of the four criteria we specified (if you ask for a convertible, you dont want to be shown non-convertibles, right?!).Of course, all of them apologized, but we werent even offered a reimbursement on the fuel we wasted, not to mention our evening which has had it.TO SUM IT UP: 1:15h drive to Calabasas + 50 min chaos at the dealer + 1:05h to drive back home = 3:10h WASTED. Thanks for nothing, Mercedes-Benz of Calabasas!

With the help of Mehrad Navid my Sales Rep, I recently purchased a beautiful previously owned GLK350. He quickly and efficiently addressed any concerns and went the extra mile to make my trade In appraisal and buying process easy. Finance was backed up on a Saturday so we had a wait a few hours to process but they communicated how long it would take. Cons: they didn't mention there was only 1 smart key and would cost $300 to get a 2nd key. (found out later)

I can sit here and bash on this place and it's unprofessional employees from receptionist to the top... if u decide to go through your bank or pay cash, rest assured their attitude will change. I was lied to twice and now they know they screwed up so now they want their car back. Really simple for them now that money has been spent customizing the car to my needs. I'm the most humble person you could ever know... despite my Just deal with it attitude, they are making it near impossible to keep my bearing. they are just sitting on this deal until my bank approval letter expires (tomorrow). I guarantee i will hear from them the following day. Great job Calabasas.

Specifically, Ana Litovskaya helped me through the process, giving me all the necessary information in making the right choice, and making me feel comfortable along the way. She never made me feel rushed, and she was great in having me take my time and feeling free to ask questions. Never felt so discriminated by anyone until I encounter Mercedes of Calabasas. I was shown a vehicle, signed contract and then i received a call by sales manager telling me that the deal was off. He basically told me that I was a suspect to ship the vehicle out of the country. Because I was financing the vehicle with my own bank. They saw a Hispanic name on the contract and automatically assumed the worst. When I made the deal, I provided them with everything. Until now a week later i haven't seen my deposit back and a straight answer from them. I have own BMW since 2003 and I am so sorry to have tried to switch to Mercedes Benz. I guess if you have a foreign name, you need to prove Mercedes that you are wealthy enough to buy their vehicles. I guess you need to be prepared to show them bank statements, w2 forms to show them that you can afford a piece of crap Mercedes. Going back to BMW to buy my new vehicle.

The Mercedes Benz of Calabasas is by far the best car dealership when it comes to customer service! I went in there last week with a lot of questions that needed to be answered and all of the staff was more then accommodating! I was immediately approached by a tall gentleman by the name of Daniel and he helped me the majority of the time. Buying or leasing a new or used Mercedes Benz is a very big decision and it was obvious that Daniel understood that. He was very patient and friendly to me which made the whole process much easier. Now I am heavily considering buying a Mercedes Benz from this dealership just because of how spectacular the customer service was from Daniel! Keep it up!

Jenna worked with me on my CLA deal and she quickly gave me a reasonable numbers while I was able to negotiated without much hustle, she's reasonable and bringing honesty on the table which is rare in this kind of business, took us both not even 20 minutes to agreed on the purchase of my car thus this was the fastest&smoothest negotiation I ever done and I've been dealing with over 30 MB Dealers all over the states.Gives some credit to David whom I believe is the guy allowing this to happen also Elliott whom worked on my papers and put up with my questions regarding documents !I would recommend anyone talking to Jenna if you're looking for a car, I'm not saying you'll get the best price or a lot of discount but talk to her and you'll see why it's worth your time.

To: who it may concern, Went to Merced-Benz to buy or lease a car and trade in our Camry on December 2013 , we decided to buy the car insisted lease it, Sale Consultant Mr. Elliot Mossayi was helping us.t. He was so pleasant and quick to change from lease to purchase. He showed me on screen our monthly payment and when we received from our monthly payment from Wells Fargo it was different than when we were in fincila office. He charge me $1000 extra which I did not notice until I received my monthly payment from Wels Fargo..I went to talk to Salesman which he was on lunch and I asked for manger. A gent man introducing himself and he wants to know how he can be help me. I told him the story and he said he was the manger who put this deal together. He asked me for my contract and my phone number and he said he will call me. I am still waiting for his call 1-24-2014 and explanation. I admitted that I must read the contract and check everything before drove car out. It was my mistake and I am willing to pay for it. But, I do not this happen to next person too. We have been not explained what I was sold. We were told our monthly payments lower than what we have been billed. Our contract is in their hand and I do not have any document except my bill that I received from Wells Fargo.

My first experience with Mercedes-Benz of Calabasas was not that pleasant! We had an appointment with J. Nguyen, but when we came there, we were handed off to Gary. He made me feel so uncomfortable with his rudeness and disrespect towards our decision not to purchase the C-Class at that time due to a couple of imperfections of the vehicle with its current price. About a week after, my husband showed me another E-class at Calabasas (again), I was so hesitant to go back there, until my husband guaranteed me that we would not be helped by Gary. He made an appointment with Danny. Thanks to Danny, the transaction of purchasing a E-350 was much smoother and nicer. My wife and I went all the way down their from Santa Clarita to look at a 2007 Saturn Aura, when I asked about the car on the phone they had told me that the car was in very good condition and that there were no issues with car like oil leaks and so on . They said to me all cars go through a inspection to check everything and then fix anything that needs to be fixed! So the test drive was terrible, I noticed the paint did not match on car, the steering unit was knocking pretty loud than when we finished I checked for Leaks in engine compartment and sure enough I saw oil all around the oil pan with drips! So the salesman told me he would have the technicians look at car so 10 minutes later he comes back to me and says that they do not work on these cars so they won't fix the car before the sell it! I said what the car is no good I was told on phone that the car was in great shape. !! So I give this Dealer a big Fail!

Terrific Service Department. They took the time to explain what was needed for my 2002 E320. Even though it is it an older car it is my baby and they understood as much. Oil change and tire rotation was all that was needed and they completed that service quickly and did not try to sell me services that were not necessary. That is an honest repair center that has earned my trust as a customer.

When it came time to upgrading my vehicle I decided to go to Mercedes-Benz Calabasas. I wanted to share my great experience because sometimes buying a car can be an uneasy experience. The staff there was truly helpful and wonderful in helping me find the exact car I wanted. I ended up working with Ahmed who found me the perfect car. I bought my first C300 4M, which can travel well cross-country, while still being a nice sports car.

Superior customer service after the sale. Shortly after purchasing a used GLK my air conditioner starting putting out a foul odor. I contacted the salesman and he scheduled an appointment with the service department. They replaced a filter and now it it working as it should, best part of it all is I was not charged as they honored their word.

I returned a lease on a 2010 Mercedes S400 and was told that additional forms would need to be signed in order to complete the return.That is fine. I was told that I needed to contact Ken Lemler in order to get those forms signed. I proceeded to call him and leave messages on 5 separate occasions asking for clarification and to see if he could fax the forms to me in order to get them signed as I was leaving the country for the month of July.He failed to respond to me each time and so on Tuesday, the day I left town, I sent my assistant out to procure the forms and he was told, not by Ken Lemler but by another Mercedes Employee, that the forms could not be faxed as they are legal documents.He was also told that he could not be given the forms in person.If Ken had simply returned my calls then I could have avoided a huge waste of time.I had asked if there was a manager I could speak to regarding Ken's lack of responsiveness, and was told that he was the manager. I then asked for the General Manager, and was told that he was out of town on vacation for the week of the 4th.So instead I'm forced to write this review of the unprofessionalism displayed by Ken Lemler.I understand that a lease return is not as important as a sale is, but common courtesy is expected.

Unfortunately my experience with MB of Calabasas was not so great. However I have to thank Al, Jeremy and Sang, they were trying very hard and they are true professionals. I have complain about their paperwork/approval process. It took them 2 days to complete a simple sale transaction. On the first day we have to stay almost until 10 pm but deal was not finished due to the fact some corporate guy at the east cost will not respond on time to approve the deal. I hope MB of Calabasas can improve that process, so it will not be so painful and stressful for their customers.As far as car is concerned, we are very happy with the purchase. Other dealerships in this area were not even close on the price.

I've purchased two vehicles in the last year and a half from Mercedes Benz of Calabasas. Sales and service at this location have exceeded my expectations. On the purchase side, I would admit that they could streamline the paperwork/loan process to get you in and out faster (plan on about 3 hours start to finish to complete the transaction). However, while you're waiting, the waiting areas are comfortable. I've had both vehicles (C300 and ML350) serviced here now and would highly recommend taking your vehicles here. The rates are competitive, and warranty items are fixed with no questions asked. In fact, when I took my C300 in for a warranty issue, they inspected the entire car and found other items which they replaced at the same time - VERY PROACTIVE. I also just used the onsite detailing service - $189 for any type of vehicle inside/out, wax, carpets cleaned - incredibly thorough and my vehicles look as clean as the day I bought them. For service, ask for Alon Asherson.

Upon my recent visit, I upgraded my 2011 E350 to a 2013 model. The gentleman I done buisness with was Jeremy Israel-Tombs, which I had the pleasure of meeting. Jeremy was an extremely nice fellow that was completely professional from the ground up. He was able to complete my wish, and got me what I wanted without any hassle or problems. Ever since my new car has rolled out of the dealership I have had nothing but positive feelings and I'm quite satisfied with my purchase. Artie Horowitz is epitome of a classy salesman. I was looking for a 2010 CPO E350 coupe and Calabasas had THE BEST online prices compared to everyone else. I drove 86 miles south to visit the dealership and check out the inventory. Of course a 2010 E350 coupe will literally sell itself, but Artie made the process so easy!!!! He handled my negotiation with class, and best of all, he didn't 'hustle' me. The staff was so nice and friendly, the facility itself is world class. Had a great experience at this dealership! Was looking to lease my very first car and decided there is no better option than a Mercedes. Andrew Wallop was my dealer and he never gave up on me. He was very optomistic about getting me into a Mercedes, even though i had never leased a car before. He even ordered pizza during the wait. Towards the ending stages i got to meet Courtland, a super funny guy and a great personality. He worked his butt off to get a price that a college student could realistically afford. I look forward to future purchases at this dealership!

Okay, I don't think I've ever had a better experience buying a car. If you are thinking of buying or leasing a Mercedes Benz, I don't care how far away you live from Calabasas, California... it's worth the trip!! Mark Matias and Andrew Wallop guided me through the most pleasant experience, dealing with my trade-in, a recently challenged credit score, and the reality of buying a car in a depressed market. Honestly, they could have sold me a KIA and I would have bought it. The lesson here is: NEVER SETTLE. After test-driving the E-Class and C-Class, they did their best to get me into the E-Class, a step up, when the C-Class ended up being just fine for me. There was never the typical detached vibe of a car salesman. These men were more than car salesmen. They were men who have lived lives and have momentarily graced Mercedes Benz with their presence. No doubt, more cars have sold at this location since they arrived. After several hours, and lunch on them, never any nervousness that the transaction wouldn't go through... They made me the proud driver of my first Mercedes on that balmy, hot day in the Valley. It actually drizzled on my way home, and they offered to re-detail the car for me a few days later... I actually had separation anxiety driving away from the place, and look forward to going back for the detail, just to say 'hello'!!! The real reason I'm writing this though is that we live in a world of instant gratification and immediacy. Celebrity and status. It gets rarer that someone on the street looks you in the eyes. The common thread that connects us all has been broken. We are all disconnected. Especially in the pursuit of money, things, and ironically happiness. Imagine my surprise when I discovered that a Mercedes dealer in Calabasas had the exact used car we were looking for - a 2006 Toyota Solara. We instantly fell in love in with the car and we negotiated a good price. WE love the car. The General Manager and the person who dealt with the closure ( we paid in cash) were excellent. My best advice is that if you know what car you want and find it at this dealership...you will not be unhappy with your purchase. I had a great experience at Mercedes Benz of Calabasas; which was refreshing after the horrible experience I had at Keyes Mercedes. Andrew Wallop was very patient, and even though we were car shopping for about a month never pressured us to buy the car. When I finally decided on the C250 sedan, he did everything he could to get us the price we wanted. The whole time he was friendly and put no pressure on us to purchase. Overall purchasing a car at this dealership with Andrew Wallop as our sales consultant was a very enjoyable experience and I would highly recommend it.

I had been searching for a car for several months, visiting many dealerships, interacting with many salesmen. Andrew Wallop took me for a test drive and he was the first car salesman that did not get under my skin. He was awesome. He was very authentic and supportive. I left his dealership to view several other cars that afternoon, and I was hoping that the car we drove was the best, because I really wanted to give him my business. And come back I did with my finance. Thats when we met Armond, it was his first day and he was working with Andrew. I cannot say enough about Armond. What a wonderfully positive and genuine man! And boy can he make you laugh. The entire time at this dealership I felt extremely taken care of and I actually had fun. Once on the lot Andrew approached with a friendly professionalism. He was inviting but NOT pushy, which is very importtant to me. He asked me what model I was interested in and showed me my options. He was quite well versed in the vehicles that were presented. I have purchased many vehicles in my lifetime, but I was particularly impressed with the staff at Calabasas MBZ. We were in the market for a preowned ML350 and the dealers in my immediate area were being greedy and unwilling to deal. After researching online I contact Calabasas MBZ because they had a few vehicles we liked that appeared reasonably priced. I highly recommend checking these guys out, and if your situation needs special attention, ask for the General Sales Manager, Sean Fortier who really went above and beyond to make everything work out. The car, the deal, and everything else was exactly what they said it would be.

They have a 2010 Mercedes 350E Listed for $36050. After calling the dealer and verifying this, I got off work and drove more than 25 miles to see the car and make a deal. After test driving the car and was ready to negotiate, i was told that the price is $4000 more than advertised!!! Thats the oldest trick in the book!!!!!

When I came on the lot, I told Andrew up front I was just interested in checking if I could afford a new car. He was extremely patient with me and asked all the right questions to show me what would fit my budget. I was able to test drive a C250 and knew it was the car for me. I initially had absolutely no intentions of driving a new car that day but Andrew was able to show me how I could afford a Mercedes Benz, which has always been my dream car. The experience was very pleasant, albeit, long. I am extremely satisfied with the professionalism at this dealership.

I sent my new car request through edmunds.com to 5 local dealerships and Jeremy responded within minutes. He is a no pressure, very friendly and an utmost professional salesperson. I felt like he was not trying to make a sale, but to get me the car I wanted in the time frame I needed to have it. I recommend Jeremy without hesitation. I found the dealer straightforward and the experience fine. Once you make your deal it does take too long for them to execute the paperwork. I bought another car at another dealership earlier last year and had same experience. Overall i found the experience to be good.

My overall used car buying experience with this dealership was excellent! No one wanted to finance me due to my home modification loan, but the people at Calabasas never stopped working for me and they found a bank willing to finance my loan. They delivered the car they sold me to my house after servicing and detailing it. The people working here are tops in my book. Would gladly recommend them to all my friends.

Wonderful car dealership to do business with, I just bought my second vehicle from Calabasas Mercedes and got the same great customer service on both my almost 100k new vehicle as I did my 10k cheap car for my son. I also service my car there and have a great relationship with the service department. While reading a lot of these reviews, I can see how some people would get upset when having to spend money to fix their cars, but you can't blame the dealership for charging proper money for repairs. I might be a little biased because of my great experiences with Calabasas Mercedes, but I recommend everybody give these guys a try and I don' think they will dissapoint.

I've got to say that I had the most pleasurable experience ever with my car purchase this week. I was really expecting a sleezy salesperson and bad experience but to my surprise Mercedes Benz of Calabasas was absolutely top-notch. I was greeted by a salesperson who was very friendly and the new General Sales Manager, Sean Fortier, got involved very early on. He made us very comfortable and handled us through the entire sales process with kid gloves and gave us a great deal! I will refer all my friends and family to Sean and this dealership. Awesome Place!

I gave this dealership two opportunities to come correct and just be somewhat decent, but on the second try it was just a BIG FAIL.First off that you need to do your research and homework when buying a vehicle, anywhere.Believe that this dealership will use several sales tactics to get you to commit to a purchase:- if the car doesn't say Certified Pre-Own, it won't have an extended warranty (but you can spend more money on one), nor will they Certify the car. It's not in the best interest of the dealership. More money to spend. Know that you are buying a car,"as is."- lookout for other salesmen to interrupt your sales conversation and pretend to grab the keys to the car you want, "because someone in the showroom is ALSO interested in the SAME car" (yeah right!!)- when negotiating the purchase price, they will come back with a lower price for certain, then you will go back and forth, and in one instance, they will claim that their manager made a mistake in offering you a lower quote on the car (because he was distracted or on the phone) and accidentally offered you a GREAT DEAL that doesn't seem in line with normal business practices. A mistake they urge you to take advantage of. BOGUS.- when you sit in their the office alone, don't listen to conversations outside, they are meant for you to listen and sway your decision- research www.kbb.com and enter the specifics of the vehicle you want or are considering. It will give you an idea of where to start your negotiating, don't be thrown off by stickers that contain Kelly Blue Book logos and are attached to the windows of these cars. These are plain pieces of paper, the dealership can print whatever they want on them.Do your due diligence. Call up other dealerships for the same model, year, and mileage. In comparison, you will quickly learn who's bogus and who is not. Review the carfax and ask questions.With all due respect to the trade, they are salesman who do their job, and one can say, they do it well. These guys can sell water to whales. They are friendly, hence the high score, but dont be fooled.Do yourself a favor and be informed. It's the only way you will survive the "game."I bought the same car with almost two more years of warranty and fewer miles, for less than the price offered at this dealership.

We purchased a certified pre-owned vehicle from another Mercedes Benz dealer but all the service work was performed at this dealer. I was told by both the dealer and Mercedes Benz USA customer support to contact this dealer to get the records. I talked to a service person whom I did not get a name who told me to call back and talk to Marsha. Marsha had Judy call me who told me to send in proof of purchase and the information would be released. After sending proof-of-purchase I received a letter from Ken Deneault, the Service Director, erroneously hiding behind privacy laws indicating they could not release the information. When I call back Mercedes Benz USA customer support they contacted Mercedes-Benz of Calabasas and then came back to me and told me it is up to the individual dealer and MBUSA can not force them to provide the information. The entire experience is bitter as they are unprofessional, evasive and try to hide behind non-existent privacy laws. It seems that Mercedes-Benz of Calabasas has systemic credibility issues and would choose an alternative dealer if I had the option.

I gotta tell you... this was the best car dealership experience I have ever had, my sales person Jeremy was AWESOME!! They were all polite, courteous and very professional. Ive been driving Mercedes-Benz cars since 1990s but never seen bizarre, unprofessional, rude behavior of the employees at any Mercedes-Benz dealer like this dealer. The service employees talk to others and decided on my behalf without authorization. When I confronted this, they became irritated, yelled at me and hung up on me over the phone. The service director even protected his subordinate and didn't want me to report to general manager. The service employees here clearly have no class and should not be working at such MB dealer.

Never buy a car here. They sell damaged vehicle as a CERTIFIED vehicle. They refuse to pay the repair.I purchased a 2006 R350 from this dealer. It is pre-owned CERTIFIED. Later I found the hubs and wheels were damaged. Repair costs $1700. They refuse to pay it. As others say, this dealer has serious problems.

One of the most miserable experiences I've ever had with a car dealer. They overcharge for repairs, recommend repairs that weren't necessary. Tried to deal calmly with the service manager and wound up in a shouting match. I am convinced that while the car was there, items were stolen and fuel was siphoned. PLEASE BE EXTREMELY CAUTIOUS!

I was a little concerned about MDAVIDS listings about the Calabasas Mercedes dealer. I actually met the infamous Billy Wu that he had metioned in a number of his listings. I purchased a E350 from Chad, who was very patient and informative. Billy Wu was the Finance Guy who handled my paperwork. While I was waiting for all the bad things that MDAVIDS had mentioned. Mr. Wu said O.K. we're all done. My purchase from Mercedes-Benz of Calabasas was a pleasant experience. Simple and easy. I guess each person must measure there experience on a individual level. I nearly didn't go to Calabasas because of MDAVIDS. I guess I should have discounted his review based on the fact that it appears all he does is watch this site for any positive feedback. Not much of a life. Give Calabasas a chance. They surprised me!

Mercedes Benz of Calabasas is the worst dealership in Los Angeles. The sales manager Billy Wu is a SCAM artist. He is known to deceive people and fast talk them into the deal. Avoid Mercedes Benz of Calabasas dealership. You can get a much better deal at any other dealership. * Billy Wu lied about the cost of premium package* Billy Wu lied about covering miles on the old return leaseMercedes Benz should fire any employee that ruins its great name. Bill Wu is the sales manager so any other sales person you visit won't make a difference. He will be slamming your deal at the end no matter you start with. Billy Wu ripped us of for in total for $1500. WARNING AVOID MERCEDES BENZ OF CALABASAS.

After some research & pricing, I bought the ML 320 at Calabasas Mercedes. Everything was fine until 3 weeks after the first oil change done by Calabasas Mercedes service. While driving on the Freeway, I heard a rattling sound and WITHIN MINUTES the engine shut-down/seized. Apparently, the oil pan's lug nut (?) came loose and oil drained-out. Subsequently, Calabasas Mercedes service has refused to honor the Original Warrantee and fix the results of their negligence in not tightening the oil pan lug-nut. Needless to say (if I still have a Mercedes), I will not be using their maintenance services.

My review is almost one year to the day from the review I read about this dealer. It would have to be said that the quality of sales interface hasn't improved in a years time. I found the same unfriendly sales approach when I contacted the dealership over the phone. The car in question, a 2005 SL500. I knew the color I wanted, along with two options. I was also upfront about the price quote I received from another dealership. The person I spoke with basically told me he couldn't help me. The purchase of the car was done entirely over the phone with Auto Stiegler in Encino. Their professionalism exceeds anything I have experienced before. Absolutley no pressure and excellent communication from beginning to end, with delivery of the car, which now stands in my driveway. A note on Calabasas' service, which I have used for the past four years on two other Mercedes. Poor communication skills from the service writers and recently three trips there on some major work which had to be done. It took three times to get it right, so I won't be returning for any more service work.

This dealer was one of four that I had contacted when inquiring about a possibly purchase, and the only one from which I did not get a single response. The others gave me quotes, e-mail and phone response as well as advice , some better, some worse. However, nothing from Calabasas, Zip. After talking with a sales representative on the phone explaining my situation, i never heard from him again. A few months later, I scheduled a test drive because they were the only dealer in my area that had the model I was intertested in for this purpose. I arrived only to meet another pushy, disinterested sales person that expected me to buy the car after test driving it for 5 minutes with him along (no more time allowed) without being exceptionally friendly or informative and ignoring my repeated statements that I did not like the color and that it was missing desired equipment. I can't speak for the service since I have not bought a car there and don't plan on doing so or taking my current car there for servicing.
