I was going to this dealership to get a new vehicle as I was reaching the mileage limits on my current ML lease. Staff were nice and friendly and I managed to get a quote and test drive a demo model GLE 2016 after reviewing all options. Finally after a couple of hours and long breaks that they put me on because they had scheduled customers I agreed to pay the deposit and commit to the deal as sales manager Mark Belletti promised to work on a better deal for me if I commit the it. So he comes back to me with a higher number on both deposit and monthly payments telling me that he was "exercised" with me to make me understand how good their dealership is. I was shocked and mad as I was played with and left the dealership and he was smiling while the sales person who dealt with me was so ashamed.

We bought our car through TJ who is an outstanding salesman at the Burlington dealership. TJ is the ultimate professional and shares information about all the models. We did not feel pressured, we came into buy an older model and TJ shared the pros and cons of all models. We ended up buying the newer model. We have been to other dealerships while shopping, TJ represented the luxury car sales process so well, that we have recommended him to others who are looking for cars.We also liked the car wash deal!

I was driving to another dealership to purchase a new Mercedes. A friend of mine called me and suggested I go to Mercedes of Burlington and see Omar Adem. My overall experienced was very good. I was buying a used car for my 16 year old, but you would have thought I was buying a brand new convertible with how well I was treated! The salesman was very informative and helpful, as well as the others I dealt with. The tech took time to show my son all of the features of the car and how to operate everything. I Have bought many cars from another dealership where I lived , I was recommended by my insurance agent to come and see TJ Master Sales Consultant at Mercedes Benz Of Burlington , From the moment I stepped in I was greeted by a smiling receptionist and was introduced to TJ , I wanted a used E class .TJ Listened to my needs and found the right car for me it was a CPO CLS550 , The car was not there it was incoming we looked at a new CLS 550 , I did what I have never done left a Deposit on a car that I have never seen trusting TJ. Danny the Sales Manager was a good listener too, got the numbers to work for both of us ,I Have to say it didnt take a hour back and forth to get the numbers to work , Danny was great .TJ kept me updated on the incoming car , it was like exactly like what he said . The day that I did papers I got my uncles ML350 FOR SERVICE .Its not only Sales the Service was awesome it was a Friday and we got a loaner car for the weekend, I dont want to mention the other dealer YOU WILL NEVER GET A LOANER CAR FOR FRIDAY My family buys lot of cars, I will recommend TJ Danny and all the team at Burlington. I had been searching around at several dealerships for a replacement for my 2009 C300 and not receiving the response to inquiries and questions that I expected. From my very first contact with Mercedes of Burlington, continuing through the purchase and many follow up questions, sales ( T.J.Jayasekera), finance ( Matt Frazier) and all of the service personnel have been nothing but professional and helpful. I love this dealership. This was my second Mercedes I purchased from here and I was just as happy as the first purchase. Omar who is my sales consultant, is the best. He was patient with me for months, waiting to find me the car that best suited my needs and was never once pushy. Everyone on staff is also super helpful and welcoming. So, I went to Mercedes of Burlington dealer to test drive the used Land Rover auto biography and end up buying 2 Mercedes. I have bought 2 Mercedes before one with Westwood Mercedes and the other one with Flagship Mercedes. I have to say that Mercedes of Burlington is the best out of these three dealers that I purchased the vehicles from. I had the worse experience with Mercedes of Westwood a couple years ago, and Flagship is good. I dont like pressure, and sale person who talk none-stop. Tricia, the sale person that I deal with is completely different. She listen, let you decide without trying to convince you to do it, and most importantly honest with her words. That is rare these days. Also, the financial manager is not trying to sale you things that you don't need. You know the process if you had bought the car before. I like that. He just told me what available and let me tell him what I want without trying to explain but I need this or that. Finally, I just brought my vehicle to change to snow tire and I couldn't be more happier. They clean my summer tire,and wrapped it up nicely. Everybody is very caring. So, it a five stars from me, and would recommended this dealership.

Len in sales is a very creative thinker and pretty much the reason I selected Mercedes Benz of Burlington over Flagship Motorcars. He created an environment of trust immediately and off we went. I recently purchased a gently used 2015 Jeep Wranger Unlimited from Mercedes-Benz of Burlington. After searching online and visiting numerous dealerships in the eastern MA area, I was excited to find a great deal on my 'dream car' and went up to Burlington that same day. Salesman Larry, the dealership's designated 'Jeep Wrangler guy,' could not have been more helpful, answering all questions and even giving tips on how to customize my new car. It was the most fair deal I had seen and I ended up purchasing the Jeep that very night. The transaction was seamless and the MB team took great care to get everything ready for its pick up a few days later. Although I did not purchase a Mercedes, I felt as welcome in the Mercedes dealership as anyone else. Since then, I have received great follow-up from Larry to be sure I'm happy with the car. Thanks for a great experience - I will definitely recommend this dealership to my family & friends!

Omar was a great Sales Rep!!! When I called to schedule an appointment he did inform me that the car I wanted in that particular color was not on the lot, but the day I came in for my appointment he made sure the vehicle was there in the EXACT color I wanted! Once we took the HOT red GLA out for a drive, he let me put the pedal to the metal and really test out the acceleration on the highway! Then showed me the sharp turns in a parking lot outside of the dealership. His friendliness and social skills were on point! Allowed me to loosen up while driving in one of THE most expensive pieces of equipment Ive ever drove lol!! Anywho, Omar was great and was not offended at all or tried to force me into purchasing the GLA when I was iffy about the style of the vehicle. We then took a brief walk around the lot and came across the CLA250 in white. The car was GORGEOUS! But Im a red gal and Omar said that he could make that happen. So I took the CLA out for a spin and it was LOVE AT FIRST SIGHT! Omars patience with me was great! Although the process of getting my car and taking it home was SUPER long, I was able to take the car home the same day! During the long wait, Omar continuously checked up on my fiance and I and even offered for us to get manicures in the complimentary nail salon they have. Unfortunately my nails were already freshly done from the day before! Overall, Omar was great and Id highly recommend him. Not your typical pushy sales guy, super friendly, and a fun person to converse with thank me later!

I would like to commend Gabriella Martin and her Service Team for outstanding customer service. I live nearby in Bedford and own two Mercedes. I have know Gabby and her team for years and I'm so glad they are in Burlington. I do not think much of the Sales Team. They do not return calls, they do not give good prices, and I because of this I returned to Mercedes of Westwood and just bought a new S Class Mercedes and a fairly new Mercedes GLK. Hopefully, in years to come when I trade these cars in their Sales Team will improve and I will be able to buy from Burlington and service my cars in Burlington. Tricia , a young lady on the sales team said she would call me back in two hours and I still haven't heard from her.

Saying that Mercedes Benz of Burlington is the best dealership I have ever visited is an understatement.This dealership is special. I was actually disappointed that my car purchase experience was over! I purchased a pre-owned C300. Tricia assisted me with my purchase. She was knowledgeable, enthusiastic, and most importantly, likable! She knew the car inside and out and was able to answer all of my questions and even answer ones I hadn't even thought to ask. Every single person involved in my car purchase (Andrew, Sean, and owner Bernie) was friendly and personable. My daughter and I were pampered with lunch, espresso, and manicures while we waited for our purchase paperwork to be completed. The dealership itself is exquisite. The service department is immaculate and, according to one of the employees, a delight to work in compared to other establishments. The runner who delivered my vehicle to me after purchase told me how much he enjoyed his job and his coworkers at the dealership; the vehicle trade was short and a smooth transition. To say I thoroughly enjoyed a day at a car dealership is no exaggeration. Thanks to MBOB, I can confidently say that I plan to stay with the Mercedes Benz family for years to come.

Tricia Ducharme changed all of that for me. She was a nice, normal and honest car sales person--what a refreshing surprise! I am a recent transplant to New England from Texas, landing in the area just before last Winter. I learned the hard way what life is like up here without an all wheel drive vehicle. This Winter I was not going to make the same mistake, so I started researching options. After many weeks I evolved my search from a Subaru to a Mazda, even getting to the point of test driving and talking numbers with my local Mazda dealer. I believe I found myself the perfect blend of utility, functionality and price with the Mazda. The day arrived when I was supposed to put my money down on the car. Seated into my current vehicle, ready to drive to the dealerships, I posed a question to myself; Do I want to be a "Mazda" guy? Right or wrong with asking the question, I decided to look at one more line of automobiles before making the commitment, and I immediately headed over to Mercedes Benz of Burlington. Walking in the door, I was met quickly by Tricia D, later described to me as one of the dealership's best saleswomen. No argument there. She is a very easy person to relate to and she heard my needs and understood quickly what I was looking for in a vehicle. She showed me around the dealership, eventually tempting me with a GLK or ML as an alternative to the Mazda. These cars were significantly more money than the Mazda, but equally capable of handing with Winters up here, and with a great deal more of class and style. For me, cars are most fun when I have an emotional connection with them. The car's style, design, and functionality work together to create an experience, for me, that can be quite a thrill and enjoyable on a daily level. The experience of service at a dealership with a free coffee bar, nail bar for the wife, in a modern progressive setting is more enjoyable to the dealership that offers the Keurig with one type of K cup. Driving a solidly built, finely appointed ML series, with custom leather interior treatment confirms to me that sometimes the "good life" is actually good. Needless to say, I went with the ML over the Mazda. The ML is arguably the defacto-standard for mid-sized SUVs, and it's easy to see why. It's a very well equipped vehicle that has a lot of good things going for it. (Note, Mercedes has switched the model from "ML" to "GL" if you care to see the latest generation of this vehicle.) Working the final numbers with Tricia was a frank, slime-free experience. The deal went smoothly, and I was in and out of the dealership closer to three hours than four -- a record for any car buying experience I've ever had (I'm including the test-drive time). I'm now in a vehicle that is a thrill to get into every time I sit in the driver's seat. I fully anticipate I will not be longing for anything the "more sensible" Mazda could offer me. Take it from me, if you have the means, leave your "more sensible" options by the curb, and opt for the thrill ride experience. You wont forget it. This dealership is a great place to start.

After test driving several other models with my salesman, Omar, he truly helped consult with me to pick out the right car for me. Relaxed and easy-going, Omar provided a no-pressure sale and gave me honest advice as to the add-ons and premiums that were in my best interest. I had made the decision to buy a new Mercedes and of course living in Rhode Island, I went to the two local dealers here. Both of which I have purchased from in the past. The first dealer fell extremly short from my expectations on all levels beginning with walking in the door and having to ask for some one to help me. The second dealer is about a 30 minute drive and when I stopped in there they were very pleasant and very helpful. They actually did get in a car I was interested in but something just wasn't right and I decide to take a step back and look around. I just happened to find myself on MBOB's website ( I love the initials by the way) and found a car that looked very interesting. I called and asked to speak with a sales person and that is how I met Omar Adem and it was the beginning of an amazing experience. I have not stopped talking about him and the entire staff at this dealership. Not only did he find the exact car I wanted but he was so persistent in the most professional way there was no way i could buy a car from any else. We were almost there and just a few little quirks that I got hung up on and he know when to back off and a week later he called me and his timing was perfect. We put the deal together and he delivered on everything he promised and then some. I shared with him that I have been self employed for years and I have always been in a customer service industry, so service is very important to me. What I didn't tell him is that my father was a new car dealer and I grew up in that business. So when we were negotiating, I threw out everything I had and he just kept on going he wasn't taking no for an answer. This young man is on his way to a very successful career and is a great asset to MBOB. I really love my new car and look forward to buying the next one with no hesitation to take the hour drive...it is well worth the trip. Thank you again.

i recently leassed a new MB SUV and found the entire experience to be surprisingly pleasant. Omar adem was very responsive and professional throughout the whole buying process. He always got back to me and didnt pressure for the sale. He made it along with the rest of the dealership a very seemless and efficient process, and is knowledgable about the cars he's selling. Hands down one of the best buying experiences ever! I am in commission sales and Burlington Mercedes has the process perfect. Omar listened to what was important to me in a car, showed me several models, took several test drives to determine the right car for my wife and I . The customer service at this brand new dealership was amazing and I could not think of anything they could have done better. Well done and leaps and bounds above any dealership I have been to in the area. If you want luxury and service and to feel like a customer should this is the place.

I have purchased my vehicle almost 2 years ago and been coming here since. I went to so many Benz Dealerships. With this dealership, I came in and within 20 mins I purchased my vehicle. They handle all my issues immediately and If things are late or have not come in...they call me a few days prior to let me know the status. Everyone is friendly and they take care of you immediately! I will defiantly purchasing future vehicles from here :)

let me start by saying I don't enjoy buying cars, especially used cars... but this was by far the best buying experience I've ever had. made an appointment to see a car, showed up and Mark was waiting for me with the car ready. took it for a drive, then took out another car for comparison- no sales pressure, just answers to my questions, and if he didn't know, he didn't pretend to know, but rather got answers for me.was really happy with the whole experience. came back a few days later with my wife and Mark patiently answered all of her questions too. they worked with us to put together a fair deal and I left a very happy customer. you owe it to yourself to check out this dealership- so much better than the competition!

Graham listened carefully to our needs and answered all of our questions. When we returned for our test drive appointment, he remembered what we had discussed and provided an excellent test drive route to showcase how the car would perform on many different road surfaces and at different speeds. He carefully explained the features of the vehicle and was very professional.

When it comes to retail, ppl very easy to complain but rarely mention positives. My E63 purchase was great. It took me months to decide yet salesman didn't hound me even when I said I was buying a Porsche. Then the salesman got me a great deal and i decided on E63...sale was done in hour. Service is super, fast and easy drop off. Plus free car washes!! I would buy here again and send my friends. Def better than Budds BMW too!!

I recently wandered into Mercedess Benz of Burlington in the market for a sport SUV. I had done some research on the ML line and was thinking about an ML63 AMG. I just happened to be driving by the dealership after looking at the Porsche Cayenne next door. As I entered, I was greeted by Omar Adem, one of the sales professionals working the floor. I was immediately impressed by Omar. He was young, smart, and knows the product line very well. We talked through the various Mercedes Benz options and I decided to take a look at a certified pre-owned 2014 ML550. As we drove the car, Omar did an outstanding job of helping me understand the various features of the vehicle. When we got back, he explained the service department and introduced me to the service team. Being trained as a mechanical engineer, I love the technical details of these vehicles and I noticed some major surgery underway on another Mercedes SUV in the shop. Sensing my interest, Omar immediately walked me onto the shop floor and introduced me to the technician doing the work. The tech was extremely informative and told me all about the issue he was addressing and how Mercedes had been working the issue in the field. I thought it showed great confidence in the team and the product for a sales person to walk me out to talk to the technician totally cold. Impressive. Needless to to say, I was so impressed with everyone at the dealer, the attention and consideration I received, and the vehicle itself that I bought that ML550. The negotiating process was painless and I felt like I received a very fair deal on the ML, including trading in two other vehicles. Omar negotiated the whole thing with me and we actually had fun figuring out the deal. Once Omar and I had agreed, the closing process was also painless and I drove the vehicle home that day. I have now been back to the dealer for a minor warranty issue and find the team there to continue to be as exceptional as I experienced before I became a customer. Outstanding service, very friendly staff, beautiful facility. This place is a winner. In fact, I liked, Omar, the dealer and the product so much, I purchased a CLA45 AMG from him too......

Stay away, bought a 300 series from these idiots and was told they would remove the wheel locks and refund my $300 bucks, wheel locks removed and the cash never returned . I hope they read this because BD you know whats up. I have all emails between the transaction and will be moving forward shortly with this issue.

I would tell you to RUN not walk away from Burlington Mercedes . They hook you in with a used car salesman pitch, then once you've bought the car the salesmen don't even acknowledge you. Sure they hand out water and coffee but when you have an issue they don't care about it. Don't bother with this place... Next time I would even be willing to pay more upfront than get swindled again by these fance nobody's. Go to oakville or st Catharine's . Trust me! The bottom line is you don't need a massage you need service!

My experience so far with Burlington Mercedes is appalling... You cannot speak with a live person to make a service appointment and when you finally speak to the receptionist I was put on hold for 10 min..... Sure they have a bistro, a spa, you can get your nails done or something or a massage but I don't want that I just want to get my car serviced for a reasonable price and not be met by a greeter that is rather arrogant and does seemingly know nothing about cars other than look good.... Seriously ridiculous. We tried to buy a new car at this garage but there were absolutely NO negotiating on price of a new car....! We went to St Catharines Performance Mercedes and had a fabulous experience. My recommendation is avoid Burlington Mercedes, this glass castle and pretentious people have to be paid for somehow and guess what, it is you that pays for it.....
