Great experience! I have owned several cars thorough my life but being honest, going to a dealership to get a new car was always a hassle. I don't like pushy sales people following me around while I look at cars. I decided to go to Mercedes Benz of Buckhead and started talking to Alvin Gomez. I liked his energy and the fact that he was not pushy at all! He answered my questions and showed me the car he thought I would like based on what I needed and I was sold! I liked his honesty and his positive attitude. I am recommending this dealership to all my friends! If you want a Benz, Alvin Gomez is your guy!

I recently purchased a GLE 350 at this dealership. I worked with Casey. He was absolutely wonderful. He worked hard initially to assist me in getting the deal I desired. He proceeded with working through the few challenges we encountered to find the exact car I wanted. He communicated well with keeping me updated every step of the way. I recently researched mid-size luxury SUVs and landed on the GLC 300. My experience in working with the staff at MB of Buckhead was exceptional from start to finish. After my initial visit to the dealership, Jewelian Griffith, the sales associate with whom I was dealing followed up promptly and professionally to answer any questions I may have. She struck just the right balance in educating me about the vehicle without being overly aggressive. When I did finally (it took a few weeks) return to negotiate and purchase the car, everyone I dealt with in the dealership was prompt, courteous and responsive to my questions and negotiating positions. The sales director, Dominic Ford, introduced himself, gave me his card with cell number and told me to call him if I ever had an issue or need --even if I was stranded on the side of the road. The finance team rep, Jonas, was even friendly. Marie Carter the product specialist who took me through how to work all the car's bells and whistles was similarly thorough and friendly. On the whole, my experience was like one would like it to be when buying a car -- pleasant, something I'd never experienced before!

**UPDATE** I wanted to make sure that I posted an update to this last review. After posting this review I was contacted by Mercedes Benz of Buckhead Manager Dominic Ford. He not only insured me this is not the way they do business here at this location but wanted to display that this location is all about customer service. He asked that I come back in to meet with him and others. This experience was NIGHT and DAY again. They were so pleasing. I was set up with a car specialist Moses to walk me through my car and go over the features of my car. He was so nice, thorough, and amusing. He made it fun to learn more about my car and I appreciated that more than ever. I also met with another Manager named Grene Baranco. She also insured me that this is not how they handle business and this location is customer service based and sincerely apologized for what I experienced. They walked me around the service area and showed me everything. I will take my car back there because they showed me a different side and that was an isolated experience that was NOT a reflection of Mercedes Benz of Buckhead and the things they showed me let me know that and I am so appreciative for that. I have heard from some people a few years back that this dealership was the best. Lately I have heard different and I experienced it for myself. I contacted MB of Buckhead to purchase the new GLC 300. Benjamin Wheeler reached out to me to assist. I definitely wanted to purchase from here because its so close to my home less than 10 min away. I immediately went that day to meet with him and to possibly order my vehicle. There were a lot of upgrades I wanted to the vehicle so we discussed those, but couldnt get to a price point I was satisfied with. So he told me he would do some more research and get back with me. In the meantime other dealerships were also reaching out to me and one happened to be all the way in Alpharetta, GA which is about 45 min away from me. I also met with them. Told them the EXACT same thing I told Benjamin at MB of Buckhead. They were eager to work with me and assist. I told them that I was working with him first and would like to give him the opportunity to get back with me. They were more than happy to do that. DAYS went by and I NEVER heard anything from him, and he was INFORMED that I was looking to make this deal VERY QUICKLY. He never responded. But Alpharetta followed up a lot, because they wanted the business. Although it was 45 min away I decided to go with them. On the day I was going to place the order with then low and behold Benjamin sends me a generic email about how it was good to meet me...blah blahI told him he never contacted me back and that I was about to make the deal with Alpharetta unless he could get something done by COB today. He said oh yes, let me get out your old paperwork and get the new numbers and call you right backHE NEVER CALLED BACK. So at 630 pm I just decided to go with Alpharetta. They were not only professional but they were about business. I am going to assume that Benjamin never had any one contest the price he gaveor tried to make a deal. Im buying a brand new vehicle and getting all upgrades Im going to talk price here. So fast forward I got another generic email about a month later from Benjamin stating he was still here for me and that I should come there for maintenance and if anyone else wanted to buy a car to send to him. So Im thinkingwell maybe he is a good guy and it just didnt work out. I got my car and I had a question about the door on the passenger side. Alpharetta told me I could go to MB of Buckhead to have them check it out. I take it up there and ask for Benjamin since he said I could contact himhe comes up to me looks at me like What do you want I explain why im here. I also wanted to get the courtesy wash everyone was talking about that has a Mercedes. He quickly said oh no you cant get your car washed here, thats only for people who bought cars here and are a part of our elite status club. He stated that included washes and a maintenance package. I said oh I got the maintenance package can I just buy the washes from you guys. He looked at me as if I was the dumbest person on earth and saidummmm no that not how we work at this location and you cant. So I said okwell I just want you guys to look at my door then, please. He said Im not sure why they would tell you to come here for that when you bought it from them. His tone was so demeaning to me, and just rude. I left and I will NEVER send anyone there or purchase from them. Based on his responses and dealings with me, they are only interested in those that LOOK like they have money and big spenders. It seems to be all about what you look like and status at this location. They were rude and very unconcerned. I have since spoken with other MB dealerships and they ALL stated he should NOT have turned me away for a car that is still under warranty. If you really want to get GREAT service and get a good deal on a Mercedes DO NOT GO TO THIS LOCATION. MARK MY WORDS. I bought my car from RBM of Alpharetta and the service was INSANLEY good. It was like NIGHT AND DAY compared to MB of Buckhead.

I purchased a used 2015 ml 350 with new tires. 9000 miles later at a routine service at a different Mercedes dealer I was told that the lug nuts on one wheel had been over tightened, stripped, and ruined the wheel hub - a $1500 mistake. When contacted, MB of Buckhead said it was my car and not there problem.What garbage. Had I tried to change a flat I would have been unable to remove the tire.Crappy service and no sense of responsibility.NOT THE WAY TO GET SATISFIED CUSTOMERSI have purchased 7 Mercedes - this is the first and LAST time I will ever deal with these incompetent arrogant people.IF YOU WANT TO BE TREATED LIKE CRAP THIS IS ONE PLACE THAT WILL FULFILL YOUR NEEDS

I went and a bought a Mercedes GLC 300 couple of days ago. My Sales Manager David Olson was so courteous and professional we could close the deal in less than an hour.Dave was has immense knowledge on Merc Cars/Options and pricing..no pressure whatsoever and more so he just found the right car for me with the right options ..at the end of the day it was just about the car I liked. The rest of the team in Finance and Product specialist Moses were extremely helpful.The dealership is clean and pretty upscale with a inhouse cafe..I would go back to Merc at Buckhead in 3 years time to get a new car.Ram Viravalli

While my experience Mercedes-Benz of Buckhead was ok, your ability to negotiate on the price of a used vehicle is deeply diminished if not eliminated all together. like other dealers, If you are in the market for a used vehicle the company will not service that vehicle prior to selling the vehicle to you. When your previous car buying and service experience has been of exceptional quality, you return to the same dealership over and over. The Mercedes-Benz of Buckhead is such a place. While at the dealership to buy another new car from them last week, I encountered several others who also had returned because of the quality experiences they had had. This speaks volumes for the dealership overall and the individual team members who work there. Why can't other dealerships provide the same level of service? Apparently, they just don't care enough to do so.

Went to see the new models at Mercedes Benz of Buckhead and honestly I wasn't thinking about buying a new car that day, I was just "shopping". As soon as I walked in Alvin Gomez came to greet me and started answering all my questions. I mentioned to him right away that I didn't want to waste his time as I was not planning on buying a car that day. Being in my early 40's time is at a premium and I explored purchasing through the Internet Sales Department. I was given a fair quote and approved from MBFS all without ever meeting the Internet Sales Manager,Robert Brannan. Robert located the car I was looking for and made the deal happen. I drove 300 miles to buy from Mercedes Benz of Buckhead. My experience in the showroom met expectations and was on par with my experience with Robert. There were no smoke and mirrors just numbers cut and dry. My experience with the finance manager Se Kim was great. He was a car guy and we shared some stories. I did not spend an hour picking the car up. A stark contrast to past experiences where I have literally spent ALL Saturday in a showroom, negotiating with the salesman, GM and haggling with a finance managertrying to sell everything under the sun. Did I mention I was in and out that fast on a Saturday!!!I really appreciate Mercedes Benz of Buckhead use of technology to communicate. I spoke to Robert twice before meeting him at the showroom. Dealership is huge with a 4-level parking structure full of new and pre-owned cars. I was there check out the car, ended up leaving with new GLA. Robert was hospitable; brought us lunch while we are waiting for all the paper work to be done. Finance Manager, Phil Black was very meticulous, explained details of financing, maintenance program and extended warranty. Phil even honored my unusual request of wanting to check the under carriage of the car. Overall service I received was Above and Beyond what I expected!

I have been refused service because they told me I had been abusive which is not true.I bought 2012 GLK and got a lemon and abandoned it at the dealership and walked home because i was so frustrated with the service and then I got a 2013 GLK and had the same problems and there were times when I wanted to do the same thing and just abandon it and let someone have it for free.It came to a point where they told me everything was fine and i told them it wasnt and then I was on my way to Orlando with my dog at ten o clock at night and the car died in Gainesville Florida on 1-75 in the middle of traffic and i had to fight MBUSA to get a technician.I have complained to Mercedes Benz USA numerous times about the lack of communication the dealership has provided to me.I have contacted the service manager numerous times and the regional manager when I had issues and they do not return phone callsThey have refused service amenities such as shuttle service, loaner cars etc. The service advisors have refused to communicate to me about what service has been done to my vehicle and what upcoming services are needed upon checkout.I am very hands of when it comes to the care of my car and knowing what is and when needs to be done and these people keep you in the dark The service advisor advised services such as tires which I bought less than a year ago and never advised me when I needed a new car key that this was a final sale upon placement of order.When I asked for assistance in getting the text feature of activated the service advisor refused to assist me and stated that the technicians told him that this feature was not available on my car when it was.The receptionist in scheduling a service appointment are not friendly and accommodating to a person's schedule. This dealership takes advantage of the fact that I am a single female driver and I have spent over 100,000 in service and new vehicles over the last 2 years with this dealership and are not understanding of their customers. This was supposed to be my dream car and it has turned out to be a nightmare I love my Mercedes I do not love the service and how I have been treated and ABUSED by Mercedes and its sad because MBUSA is coming to Atlanta and it will be hometown product now and I would love to get another Mercedes but Im scared and no one in Corporate MBUSA has ever stuck up for me not the CEO nor the SR VP no one

I hardly ever complain. Friends know me for that. Took a newly purchased car over there. S550 with some minor scratches to be removed and buffed. Same day after I parked the car in the sun I realized that the hood and the trunk were very horribly done. Lots of spinning marks. The color is black and it shows very badly. Called and they said they would get back with me on this. Two weeks and nothing. I called again and same story. Eventually, after a third time, the mananger, not very polite and did not care to even pick the phone and speaking using the speaker phone told me it was too late. Months later and I have not still got over the fact that no one cared. No one took responsibility. Not a very smart move on their end!!! Very Unsatisfied, very unfulfilled, never again customer!

Unfortunately, I had a poor experience with this dealership. I was interested in an Pre-owned ML 350 or a Lexus RX 350 two competing SUV's. Every sales technique you read about on the Internet was exercised by the dealer (low ball the trade-in give a small discount on the sale). They low balled my trade-in by $6500 because this 1.5 year old car had an accident on the car fax, which we weren't privy too at the purchase. Comparing our experience with the Lexus dealer, thestarting negotiations with the same information, came in at $6,500 more than Mercedes (Lexus - same year, price and comparable features) and in addition we ended up with another $1,500 for the trade...without even pressing them. Some how an upper bracket two income family customer with credit scores in the mid 800's and a deposit placed on a vehicle could not land a sale is beyond my understanding. Three unanswered phone calls over two days, no information as to their progress finding a vehicle finally ended with a text from the sales guy saying if he couldn't get a vehicle in the next two days I would get my refund back, no report on progress. With the same timeline, Lexus found a car with everything we wanted and without attempting to screw us on a trade in. In general, I think the fact that the sales guys are not permitted to make decisions without their supervisors, demonstrates the lack of trust from their superiors at such decisions. The fact that these sales guys know that their bosses are forcing them to screw you over shows their own lack of moral intelligence. I doubt this company has legitimate repeat buyers. Everyone that I know will hear the story Buckheads Mercedes wrote for me!

The experience was nothing like I had ever expected, for instead of being thrown to the lions den to lick the bite marks by the time the month, Alvin my sales guy was completely transparent and went the extra mile not only to educate me but to give me and my wife discounts and increased trade-in value on her car. In fact we ended up buying both of our cars from him. Since then I went to the other MB dealers and even though the inventory was good I must say that MB of Buckhead is the best MB dealer from Atlanta to Nashville. Indeed the service after purchase remains the best. I strongly recommend MB of Buckhead the same way it was recommended to me.

Of all of the car buying experiences we've had, we agreed this was the most enjoyable and the smoothest - that credit goes to Carol Davis and the team at MB Buckhead. I got the chance to walk away with a ridiculously good deal on a service loaner C250 lease and Carol didn't disappoint. She worked with the finance manager to put together a great deal on my terms, and I'm very pleased with my vehicle. Bryan in finance was casual enough to make the last critical part of the process enjoyable, and did his job in outlining their additional service package offerings but put zero pressure on us, which was refreshing. Overall, I was honestly surprised at how tight the process was from start to finish as my previous experiences at other dealerships have been good but not great like this. If you're going to buy a Mercedes, there's lots of dealerships in Atlanta, but I'd definitely recommend giving MB of Buckhead a chance, I wouldn't be surprised if they come away with the winning deal.

Unfortunately our purchase and service have been anything but smooth. We purchased a 2012 GL450 in October of 2013 and have had the vehicle in the shop for more than 30 days of the time we have owned it. Some of this can be attributed to poor quality on the part of Mercedes(3 electrical boards replaced and in 3 times for faulty steering knuckles) and others due to the dealership not identifying and/or repairing the issue(s) on the first attempt.We completely understand that vehicles today are complex and complicated but when you pay as much as you do for a Mercedes the expectations are higher. Our treatment by some of the employees was duragatory. One even said "Kenny Rogers wife is here could you please wait until I'm done with her?". No follow up calls from the salesman after complaining of the issues we've had.I will say that Paul Tully and Jeff Meeker were very responsive when issues were escalated. In the end though, when we asked what could be done to help us be more comfortable with the vehicle, nothing was able to be accomplished.In the end it has been a very disappointing experience with Mercedes and with the dealership and we feel left out in the cold with our purchase.Michael

Service was fantastic, from being picked up at the airport to signing of the papers which were ready at my request upon arrival. The only less than positive experience was that the vehicle was dirty (door seals, under hood, etc) in all places that are not easily washed with a sponge. This was our first visit to a Mercedes dealership. I have to say it was one of the most pleasurable car buying expericence we have ever experienced. An online offer on a CPO C250 brought us into the dealership just to "shop" as your offer was far better than others we had seen online. We met with Jon Paul and looked at several CPO cars. Jon Paul was extremely helpful, informative and patient in letting us look at different cars and options. He told us all about each vehicle and the options it had and warranty information. We test drove a a few C Classes and also considered an E Class. We were very impressed by Jon Paul's knowledge of the Mercedes Co and it's line of cars. We did not intend on buying a car when we came in and actually had planned on visting another dealership to look also. Jon Paul informed us he could also show us a new 2013 in addition to the CPO. At this point we were very educated on the C250 and knew what we wanted. He worked up comparisions on pricing and financing on the CPO vs new. We asked him to pull around a new C250 so we could look at it. Well, for me it was LOVE at first sight. I knew that was the car for us and my husband agreed!! My husband and I never felt pressured or pushed into buying a car which is great because my husband would have walked out if that was the case. Buying a new car is a major financial purchase for us. We worked with David in the finance department and he was equally as helpful as Jon Paul. Brianna was the final person we met with. She was very helpful and went from bumper to bumper showing us all the techinical buttons and gadgets on our new car. She did a great job too.We are extremely happy with our experience with Mercedez Benz of Buckhead and all it's staff. Mr. Kevin Kane was very nice salesman. I went to Mercedes-Benz of Buckhead with a car in mind. Silver on silver 250 used, Mr. Kane put me in the car of my dreams!! I have never owned a new car! Mr. Kane kept me in my price range so I could afford this beautiful new car. I drove off the lot in a brand new C250 AMG loaded. In the past 25 years, I have bought several cars at numerous dealerships. The experience at Mercedes of Buckhead has eclipsed every other car purchasing experience. My sales associate was professional, knowledgeable and equally important, patient. The dealership has a ridiculously large inventory so I was able to see my car of choice in a multitude of color options. Natasha allowed me to drive in the city and on the highway so that I could get the full Mercedes experience. The facility in Buckhead is gorgeous and I love the fact that the cars are not exposed to the elements. Once I made up mind to purchase, the financing process was seamless. I've never been in and out so quickly. Kudos to that department for its efficiency. The last part was my tutorial on the car itself. I can't remember her name but I must say that she took me through all the bells and whistles available in my news car and again I was blown over by her friendliness and patience. I have found my new dealer for life. This experience was outstanding and it is doubtful that I could go back now. If the service experience matches the purchasing experience, I'm hooked for life. If you're in the market for a Mercedes, there's only one place to go in the southeast and that's Mercedes of Buckhead!

First time I entered this location to look around to purchase a vehicle, I felt very happy & comfortable. When I actually returned to purchase my vehicle I was not as happy. The vehicle that I purchased has an odor that was not recognize to me until after three day of driving it. I was not happy about the detail that was done to my vehicle. I felt like it was rushed and should not have been. I spent over 42,000 at this dealership and my vehicle could have been detailed better. My original salesman Richard Kelley was very friendly in the beginning and was not as friendly after questions were being asked about the purcase of the vehicle. I'm excited to own a Mercedes but not excited about my experience. Christopher Dunn was very friendly and knowledgeable in explaining the features of my vehicle. I appreciated him most in my experience at Mercedes of Buckhead.

I was VERY disappointed with the delivery experience! I was made to feel like I was not worthy of top notch service. I understand that my salesman was working with another customer when I came in to pick up my car but I still should have been shown the same attention and courtesy that I would have been shown if I was purchasing a new S Class.I wanted to test drive the car before I signed the final paperwork because it had been a few days between test drive and the actual purchase. I had to ask a few times and then I was pointed to the back door where the car was located. I was instructed to go through the back door and drive out for the test drive.Finally, when I returned to complete my paperwork I was pleased with the seamlessness of the paperwork process. However, after I came out of the finance office, I was given my drive out paperwork and told Fred would take care of everything else. Well, I guess Fred's idea of taking care of everything else was giving me a handshake and pointing me to the back door again.No walk around! Nothing. He even told me to put the drive out sticker on the tag. Yes, he told me to do it. It was not until I asked if he wanted to get the key locker out of the car that he decided to come outside with me. While we was out there at the car, he decided that he would put the sticker on the tag. This baffles me because Fred came HIGHLY recommended by Eman in Smart Cars. I went to Eman first and he personally brought Fred to Smart Cars to be my salesman! Needless to say, I will not be referring anyone to Fred. I am sure he is one xxxx of a salesman but my timing must have been off for him on that day.I would also like to say that Jason was VERY helpful with information and facilitating the deal. He was always accessible and courteous! For that, I would do business with MB of Buckhead again!

THey were not "pushy" and they did not rush me to take any decisions.We had already liked one car and unfortunately it was sold while we were walking down from the garage. When I first called & spoke with Fred I told him what I was looking for, he asked me to let him check and he called me back in less than 30 minutes. When I arrived the same day he had my car waiting for me!! Fred was friendly, knowleable, awswered all my questions, and worked with me to get the price I needed. The experience was fantastic from the very beginning. I had dealt with two other Mercedes dealerships so I had something to compare the service to. Cole immediately responded to my initial email which I sent late in the evening and asked me some specific questions about my preferences. The next morning he contacted me by phone and had already matched me up with exactly what I was looking at a great price. We set a time for a test drive and not more than an hour or so later, I was in my Benz driving home. Alvin Gomez was my sales consultant and he was really down to earth and very personable. He has a way with people, finds some common ground and did a nice job relating to me on a personal level. The gentleman who processed my loan was very informative and efficient, but I do not remember his name, right off hand. After the sale, they allowed me to leave my old vehicle parked in front of the dealership for a few days and even offered to help me get it home. Cole also assisted me with a Satellite radio issue I was having a week later. I feel very comfortable in that if I ever experience a problem, I know I can contact Cole and he will assist me. I highly recommend this dealership and its employees and will certainly refer any anyone who is in the market for a new car. As far as pricing goes, the Buckhead location seems to offer more bang for buck. Keep up the great job.

He was very professional and helpful throughout the finance process. He was straightforward and honest about the paperwork we were signing and happy to answer questions we had. He made an excellent sales pitch for the maintenance plans and was honest when we asked questions to determine which plan was right for us. Karleen Chong helped introduce us to the many features on each of our vehicles. She was very thorough, but also quick which I appreciated. Michael Hirth was extremely thoughtful and helpful. As a first time car buyer, he could not have been more patient with me, explaining not only the car, but the price and perks to owning a Mercedes. He has followed up with me several times and even met me at the dealership with to explain basic features of the navigation system, etc.David, however, was pushy and unhelpful. This was the person I sat down to sign lease papers with. He showed me several "options" to add to my lease and despite several questions he could not give me clear answers on what exactly the services were or how they priced out individually. I asked if I could make the decision later, as it was the first time I was hearing about any of these options. He said no and that I needed to decide ASAP. It was the one and only time during my entire car buying experience that I felt pressured, uncomfortable and unsure of buying a Mercedes. I definitely would not want to work with him again.

My plan was to test drive a couple of cars I called about and then go to the RBM MB dealership to test drive one I saw on their website and then make a decision. Truly the most amazing car buying experience I have ever had and exemplified a luxury service experience. From my initial call to see if a car I had seen on the internet was available, I knew this was going to be different. The gentleman I was told to speak with when I arrived to inquire on the car was working with a another client at the time and Curtis Schwank immediately stepped in without a beat skipped to assist me. Curtis was able to not only connect with me as a customer but more importantly as a person. I quickly realized I was not investing in simply a car but building a relationship. And though I decided the initial car I looked out was no longer what I was most interested in following a night of contemplation, as soon as I communicated that to Curtis, within 5 minutes he found another vehicle that better matched my needs and invited me back to take a look. I visited another Mercedes dealer the next day and knew immediately it was not Mercedes Benz of Buckhead so even though the color was not one I thought I wanted, I was so impressed with Curtis and what your dealership offered that I decided to at least come back to look at it. Curtis was kind, patience and worked hard to not just sell me the car but help me fall in love with it! He was honest and trustworthy in our interactions and is the reason I decided to spend above my limit when he worked hard to get me the best deal possible. I know this will not be the last time I buy a car from him! Additionally, once I decided to move forward with the purchase, David in Finance was extremely professional but yet again was able to build a connection almost immediately making the financing piece a breeze (and even fun!). Curtis laid the groundwork and David did a great job explaining the benefits of the Star Elite Membership which I happily went even further beyond my budget to guarantee that I would ONLY be coming here for all of my car needs. From my initial call to see if a car I had seen on the internet was available, I knew this was going to be different. The gentleman I was told to speak with when I arrived to inquire on the car was working with a another client at the time and Curtis Schwank immediately stepped in without a beat skipped to assist me. Curtis was able to not only connect with me as a customer but more importantly as a person. I quickly realized I was not investing in simply a car but building a relationship. And though I decided the initial car I looked out was no longer what I was most interested in following a night of contemplation, as soon as I communicated that to Curtis, within 5 minutes he found another vehicle that better matched my needs and invited me back to take a look. I visited another Mercedes dealer the next day and knew immediately it was not Mercedes Benz of Buckhead so even though the color was not one I thought I wanted, I was so impressed with Curtis and what your dealership offered that I decided to at least come back to look at it. Curtis was kind, patience and worked hard to not just sell me the car but help me fall in love with it! He was honest and trustworthy in our interactions and is the reason I decided to spend above my limit when he worked hard to get me the best deal possible. I know this will not be the last time I buy a car from him! Additionally, once I decided to move forward with the purchase, David in Finance was extremely professional but yet again was able to build a connection almost immediately making the financing piece a breeze (and even fun!). Curtis laid the groundwork and David did a great job explaining the benefits of the Star Elite Membership which I happily went even further beyond my budget to guarantee that I would ONLY be coming here for all of my car needs. Finally, Toni did an amazing job of walking me through the entire car to ensure I was not only comfortable but excited about the purchase I made and was a glimpse into the continuing exemplary service at all levels of your organization. I assume I will get my tag for the vehicle in the next couple weeks.One issue of concern was your automated follow up system. I received no less than 8 automated emails from MB of Buckhead or Malcom hoping that I was pleased with the service during the 4 days of the transaction. I also received a phone call telling me about the survey coming. One or 2 contacts is OK but when you get as many as I did with the same text about service it is almost annoying and certainly makes one question the sincerity of the emails. It seems like you all are trying to game the system. I expect a seamless transaction with a dealership of this caliber and hope you will fix the issue.

I would not recommend this dealership to anyone because the level of customer service depreciates with the value of the car once you sign on the dotted line and drive off the lot. I have recently paid my car off in full and had a question regarding gap insurance. I left 3 voice mails for the finance department and not one was returned. Finally, I was able to speak with David and explained my question. In short, I wanted to know if I am to expect a refund from my gap insurance. His tone was unprofessional and he did not put forth any effort to locate my file because it was "older than 4 years and not saved in his computer". In my experience, this dealership will do their very best to get you in a new car but they do not work to retain customers for repeat business.

We live south of Atlanta and there is a dealership closer to us but decided to give Buckhead a try, they did not disappoint! We brought my husbands care in for service and walked out with my new 2011 Mercedes GLK. I brought that car in for service this month and walked out with my new 2013 Mercedes GLK. Our experience with this dealership has been great and Will Gardner is wonderful. Although we travel further to get to this dealership it is worth the drive. Will's calm and low-key manner work well for me. I felt no pressure or anxiety about my purchase. He answered questions competently and was thoughtful in his responses. I walked into the showroom thinking I would buy a used car, and within less than 2 hours, I had written a check for a new car. I felt very little stress in the entire process. My boyfriend had purchased a car about a month prior to my purchase, and Will was completely honest and forthright about offering me a similar deal that he gave my boyfriend. Will completely bashes the stereotype of the aggressive car saleman.Now that I've had the car for about 3 weeks, I can honestly say that I like it more every time I drive it! Freddie was knowledgeable, friendly and patient. More importantly, he really helped us evaluate the many factors we identified as being important as we tried to decide which car we wanted. When we weren't getting the price we wanted, he worked to get the sales manager and us to reach an agreement. My service advisor directed me to Freddie because he felt I would feel comfortable with Freddie. I already knew I'd get great service because of my experience bringing my E550 in for service to my service advisor over the past 3 years. Finally, the Star Elite program sealed the deal. I almost purchased the CLS from a dealership in another state that was willing to sell it for less, but I ultimately stuck with MB of Buckhead because I couldn't get the program if I didn't purchase the car here.

Was found a preowned vehicle online that had just recently been put on market by MB of Buckhead. I called in and inquired and was informed that the car wasn't ready yet and that it was still being pre-inspected prior to me being able to test drive it. They call rep took my number and told me she would call me when the car was ready to be viewed. Next day I received a follow up call to tell me the vehicle was ready to be test driven and that it was now out of the inspection process and so I told them to please set up an appointment for an hour later and to have the car ready for me. I arrive at the dealership on time (an hour after I got the call). Upon my arrival for the test drive I am told that the car has already been sold?!?! Not only that but the information found online about the vehicle in question was inaccurate. No one attempted to call to inform me the car had sold while I was on my way to the dealership, and no one offered to compensate me for my time or the inconvenience they caused. Be careful when dealing with MB of Buckhead!

The price for the care was great, I used USAA Buying service.Malcolm did a great job during the test drive showing me the features.The problems I experienced we are as follows,I did the test drive and ask that someone contact me after weekend, becuase I had a few questions about finding a vechile with the exact features I wanted, plus I wanted to think about it becuase I was comparing a BMW. No one called immediately the following week. Finally Cole called to see if I was ok and had any questions.Once I purchased the car, I had problems getting the title and tags in Maryland where I wanted to regisiter the car. My temporary tags expired before I got my tags so I had to park the $60k car for 4 days and my wife had to move her flt, and pay $100 change fee, to fly here to GA to get everything resolved in MD. The issue was that MD stated they did not get all the paperwork from the dealer. When I talked to Owen, he mentioned there was some issues with the first Cert Of Orgin and another had to be order which delayed them sending the data to MD. MD did not receive any data from the dealer until 2 days before my temp tags expired. Once My wife went to get the tags the day before they expired and they said they didn't have everything from the dealer.I called and emailed Malcolm a day before they expired asking for the paperwork but did not hear back. Finally I called and talk to Owen and went to the dealer to personally get copies of the paperwork to fax to MD.Orginally when I completed the paperwork to purchase the car it was late and I think everyone was in a hurry to get out so I was never provided copies of all the paper work once the deal was completed. I completed the paperwork with finance the day before I picked up the car so I believe somewhere they may have thought I would get it when I picked up the car but on that day no one from finance was in.

Mr Watkins was very accommodating and patient. I was getting the C250 as a gift for my wife and I couldn't make up my mind on the color (black or white), features (heated seats, CD player, etc.), or extended warranties and service. Fred explained and demonstrated all of my uncertainties and even switched the car from black to white AFTER the black car was cleaned-up and ready to hit the street. My wife was estatic and all is well in my household.

This is my 4th Mercedes Benz and my 3rd from Mercedes Benz of Buckhead and every purchase or lease from this dealership has been an absolute pleasure. I worked with Rob Wanderman who I had worked with in the past from another dealership and this experience was truly a treat. I had a very specific wish list for the car that I wanted and Rob made it happen with the help of Nik Milis as well. Rob was extremely patient, kind, not high pressure, was willing to do what it took to make this deal happen. They did not have the car that I wanted in stock but Rob was able to locate one with all of the things on my wish list and have it shipped to Mercedes of Buckhead. He called me daily (sometimes several times a day) to let me know the status of the arrival. When I picked up my car on Monday the 19th, it was spotlessly clean and meticulously detailed. Rob took the time to go over the car inch by inch to assure that I was happy with the car and all of its features. Nik was instrumental in making sure the car was sent into PDI first thing Monday morning so that I could pick it up that afternoon. This experience was one of the best yet. If you are looking for a great sales person that will not high pressure you, make you feel like he is completely focused on your needs, Rob Wanderman is the person you need to ask for. Richard Kelley was immediately friendly and professional when we first visited the showroom. He put us in the cars we were looking at and easily answered all of our questions about the cars and their availability. He has a great knowledge of the Mercedes products and he is honest. Richard listens well and we felt no pressure at any point in time to make a decision before we were ready. His follow up was well timed and non- intrusive. You dealership is very impressive and professional as would be expected of Mercedes.One minor irritation was Scott did not have his own office and we were seated in another sales person's cubical. I am aware that Scott is relative new, If he is dealing with customers, he should be provided the necessary tools and facilities as any other employee. Another irritation was the length of time we had to wait to be called in to complete the required paper work.We waited at least 45 minutes.I think this part could be handled a little bit different to at least keep the customer advised of the length of delay.This was our second visit to the dealership. You did not have exactly what we were looking for. After visiting with Scott, he was aware of the car we were looking to purchase. Within a short time, he contacted us regarding a E350 you had gotten in. The only date we come look at it was Scott's day off. However, he came in and it was exactly what we wanted

I have been looking for a new car to replace a 2004 Jaguar. Our experience was very positive. Cole was helpful, knowledgable and efficient. At the last minute I changed my mind about which car I wanted to buy and he took care of it without blinking an eye. He helped get me through the financial part quickly because he knew I didn't have a lot of time. (The finance guys were great too.) I have purchasd two new Mercedes in the last couple of months, a 2012 E350 and a 2013 SL550. I have also owned a diesel E Class before these cars. I worked with Carol Davis on both purchases. I found Carol to be very sharp on the Mercedes line of cars, and she worked very hard to find me the E350 with all of the options/accessories I wanted. Carol as very patient and walked me through different options until we speced out the E350 which met my expectations.As for the SL550, Carol contacted me that one was on the showrom floor and I came by to look at it. After running some numbers, I bought it that same day for my wife.I never finance vehicles, but the interest rates which the business office could get me were so low and aggresive that I financed to purchase both vehicles.I've also owned several Ferrari F430's so I am no stranger to high end cars. I find the dealership Mercedes Benz of Buckhead to be the nicest, most well equipped, and overall best car dealership I have ever dealt with. Their Service Department is excellent, my service rep Chris Hansen is excellent, loaner cars are low mileage and very clean, all in all a great dealership.I also like the fact that there is a deli inside the dealership and due to my level of purchases I get $25 worth of food whenever I go by the dealership, plus unlimited free car wash and detail, so many a aturday morning is spent getting my car(s) cleaned up while munching on breakfast or lunch.Great dealership, great people, great service. A winning team.

A good friend of mine recommended Michael Hirth the and I am so glad that I went to see him. When he called me back, I was actually at BMW dealership to buy a BMW. He sounded so honest and convincing that I felt I needed to put purchasing of the BMW on hold and going to meet with Michael.Michael honored what he promised on the phone. Unlike the BMW agent, Michael did not play any games and made a very pleasant buying experience for me.I hate to make comparison and bash BMW dealership, but the atmosphere and friendliness of Buckhead Mercedes and the BMW was like day and night. It's very rare that you run across a genuine atmosphere filled with genuine representative. Mercedes Benz of Buckhead has embodied a strong module that should be shared by other dealership. I have bought several cars but no experience compares to the Mercedes experience. My process started out online, and my inquiry was quickly responded to by John. I was able to start our introduction there and ask several questions which was treated with precise answers and courtesy. Second I was able to run down to the dealership on my lunch break because I work in the area. I was shown the car, given vast details, the full finance / purchase steps, and shown a great facility. Third step I was able to return to work complete my finance application online and submit. Upon submitting John advised that he would follow back up with me in 1 hour. I proceeded through my work day and to my sheer amazement John was able to follow back up as expected. We covered details of the finance options and then we were able to schedule a time and date for me and my future husband to come down to the dealership which was the next day. The last process was to review the car as a family meet with John to sign the paperwork which was about a 30-40 min process. Then we were moved over to finance which was a 20-30 minute process and of customer excellence by that department. While in finance we were once again able to ask all the questions that were needed regarding the APR, terms, down payment, purchase price, and lender. Each and every question was greeted with a smile, and as purchaser we more more than confident that we were in good hands. After leaving finance we met with the product specialist to go over every detial and use of the vehicle. I felt like a princess and my face hurt from grinning ear to ear. My heart was beating so fast from the excitement and I cried tears of pleasure and joy. On the date of 07/07/2012 with the assistance of each great member, Mercedes of Buckhead helped me with a step stage of my adult life. I have spread the word to family and friend and even referred to my mother Carolyn Akins to the dealership. This overall experience speaks volume and trust I will be back when the time comes for my next purchase. Mercedes of Buckhead has a great team of individuals from top to bottom, and I want to say thank you. I wasn't the most expensive purchaser but I was treated VIP and with the upmost respect. Thank you for making this moment in time shine for little old me!

The facility is great - there is adequate space to relax and have refreshments/meals. We drove in from South Carolina to look at several cars in Atlanta. Mercedes of Buckhead was our first stop. There was no need to look further. Natasha met us at the door and from that moment forward it was the most wonderful experience either of us have ever had buying a car. BEWARE of those that work in the service department, my partner and I returned a loaner car and left a cellphone in the cup holder, and it was STOLEN before we even left the building! Whoever did it took the case off and threw the case in the garbage, and immediately turned the phone off. Can not believe something like this could happen here. This is an extremely disgusting act to happen at a dealer, and I am very disappointed Mercedes-Benz of Buckhead would have employees that steal from their customers. I really look forward to the day my lease is up so I can go to another mercedes dealer to buy a car, this is just unforgivable and anything done to remedy this would just not be sufficient. Managers were not helpful at all in the situation and said this happened several times which they consider too few to really care to do much about. Very dishonest employees obviously work here.

the people were quite nice before I bought the car,they returned calls, and were very eager for me to buy the car, i really thought they were nice. and was telling people about them, until i found out some of the car features/ sysytem were not working, and i remembered they also had problems with setting up the bluetooth system which has only worked just for two days since i bought the car, and i've had it for 3 weeks now.and they never really explained to me the one i was buying did not have navigation system,which i would have loved to have, because the one i actually test drove had everthing, the only reason i did not not want it was because of the black interior, the one they sold to me has practically nothing, the only thing(blue tooth) it has does not even work. and i called several time to comlpain about this but none of them returned my calls. but they returned all my calls before i bought the car. i don't think i will recomend them because i feel they sold me a lemon, and they will only help you as long as you buy the car, but once contracts are signed..you are on your own..which should not be..i actually like the car, but it's got nothing even for taurus has better feaures than this car and it cost almost twice a ford taurus..

He was not afraid to say, "I don't know, but I will find out" and would proceed immediately to get the right answer. I was very pleased with the service that I received at Mercedes in Buckhead, I was approached for help very swiftly and immediately offered to see a model of the car I was looking for and offered a test ride. The service throughout the entire process was pleasing, everyone involved made me feel like family and went out their way to ensure I was being helped. Frederick also helped me set up all of the functions on the car so that when I left the dealership all I had to do was drive off and everything was set up.

Enjoyed the drive so much decided to lease the vehicle if a deal could be made. I really appreciate Richard Kelley taking the time to meet all my needs and how friendly the staff and finance department was. I am a single woman who sometimes feels I am an easy target to be taken advantage of especially in the car industry, but feel I was treated fairly and equal. I love my new Mercedes! (Apologize, but can't remember gentleman's name in finance department or the nice lady who showed me my car features upon delivery of my vehicle. I finalized the deal through email so dealer interaction was limited. When I arrived to pick up the car there wasn't much to do but sign the financing documents. Prior to my arrival Brittney was very professional and helpful. Once I arrived Mike showed me the car and explained all the options, again very nice and professional. I have had numerous interactions with Natasha Altman through the last 7 years and she has consistently given me professional, courteous and always undivided attention. Last week, I referred another friend of mine to her and once again, she was a shining example of what a Mercedes Benz associate should be like. Natasha worked very hard to get exactly the right car (color combination, options, price etc) and in the end my friend ended up buying that very night which was completely unplanned. I was working with another Mercedes dealer in the Atlanta area (RBM). I stopped by Buckhead Mercedes one day to look at their Certified Pre-owned inventory. Ronnie greeted me at the door. I told him what I was looking for and he got to work. He showed me pre-owned and new inventory. He set up test drives for me on two different models I was comparing.He told me he would quote me a good price and he did. The Mercedes of Buckhead offer was much better than RBM. In addition, the inventory selection and dealership amenities were better than RBM. Ronnie worked hard for my business. He is a very good and knowledgable sales person.

Every time I go I just feel like they are amazingly customer unfriendly. Every interaction is difficult - from shopping for cars, trying to work on a lease buy out, to general service on the warrantied car we currently lease. Each of the interactions is so hard to get someone to talk to, someone to give a straight answer, and someone to just generally act like they give a darned about me as a customer. The first question to my service advisor is typically met with a 'we can't do that' or 'you will have to come back again' or 'you will have to talk to someone else who is not available' (and never call me back. Every time I leave I'm annoyed at them. Going forward, I'm just using them for warranty work. Else I will go to another general mechanic for regular maintenance and deal with my current financing and/or new car purchasing at RBM. I agree with the other reviews that they exude an arrogance and cockiness that isn't warranted.

For showing up in flip-flops and jeans and driving my family's old hand-me-down Mercedes, I was treated like a second-class citizen here. I am a medical trainee who lacks the time and energy to get dressed up for a trip to the car dealership; and frankly, I don't believe I should be required to be dressed Buckhead-appropriate to get my car fixed or to be treated with respect as a paying customer. Over the course of our interactions, Duane Udo made numerous inappropriate remarks about my medical trainee status and incorrect assumptions about my financial status, commenting on more than one occasion that I should be thankful that he was "saving me a dime". Saving a dime for the "poor" medical trainee serves as quite a convenient cover for failure to diagnose whatever underlying issue has necessitated seven batteries, two alternators, and a windshield wiper motor in just two years. Duane actually had the nerve to repeatedly insist that if I stopped parking my car at Hartsfield-Jackson and my car was cleaner, I would stop having electrical problems. (Just to clarify, I've never parked at the airport. Additionally, the car was quite clean as it was my 2nd tow to MBOB in a week and they had washed it there at the first repair.)I explained to Duane that contrary to his assumptions, I actually had money and simply lacked the TIME to continually deal with a failing car; I then requested an actual solution instead of his worthless suggestions about airport parking. Duane then backpedaled and said sarcastically that he'd always suspected I was a millionaire. He then began outright lying, as he denied making his previous disparaging remarks about my car's appearance or assumptions about parking locales. At this point I asked him to stop wasting my time and to get me a manager. Duane informed me that no managers would get involved in my situation, and he then HUNG UP on me. Only after I put in a call to COO Paul Tully, who did sound sympathetic and concerned about his employee's rudeness, did Duane call me and apologize. In Duane's apology voicemail, he let me know that he treats all of his customers equally. If this is true, it is extraordinarily concerning.

They finally diagnosed an issue that I had with my vehicle that has been annoying me for a while and which has been looked at by 2 other service advisors and one other Mercedes dealer to determine that there was nothing wrong and that the car was functioning normally. Overall I had a great experience at this dealership. The overall process from initial contact to drive off took only 1 day. Georgia was great. She was attentive to my requests and hit the nail right on the head with her delivery. She along with Tiffany bent over backwards to make sure I was pleased. I appreciated that. My only recommendation would be giving a gift to customers purchasing a Benz. In the last two purchases I had, I received a fruit basket, blanket and a car washing gift basket.

This was my second time working with Emily. In 2008 she helped me lease a new C300 and I loved it so much, that as I was approaching the end of the term, I knew I wanted to lease another one from her. I wasn't sure I could get what I wanted, however; I had certain stipulations this time around. I walked in to the dealership prepared to fight for them, thinking I could easily be denied, but Emily didn't even bat a eyelash while intently listening to my needs. I was beyond impressed with her throughout every step of the process. I felt that she genuinely valued my good history with Mercedes, and would do what it took to keep me in the family. She made it all happen and then some, creating a far better outcome than I could have asked for. Emily exceeded my expectations, and although I can only rate her on a 1-5 scale in this survey, she's certainly a 10.

Mr hill was exceptional in his quality of care; i was to purchase a 2011 e 350 on fri aug 12th,it had been on the showroom floor for awhile. i was detained and not able to pick it up that day. i called mr hill and he encourage me to put a deposit down to hold it and i said it will be there early monday morning. it was sold that saturday when mr hill was off. we both arrived monday to find it gone. mr hill immediately went to work found me a 2012 coming on the water which was a p2 in place of my p1 2011 and worked a fantastic deal to wp which i bought it site unseen. it was more than we expected and my wife's 30th anniversary was perfect thanks to him. i am looking to purchase a 2012 cls at the end of the year with only mr hill. he is family to me and my wife now because of his honesty and hard work.

Tyler was extremely knowledgeable about all of the MB products and was able to quickly narrow down which one would provide the specifications we wanted (E350). The overall amazing quality of the MB brand is well reflected in this dealership, not only in the wonderful customer service we received from Tyler and David (financing), but also in the physical layout of the whole site. I rated price as a 4 instead of a 5 because the car we ended up with was higher than the budget we walked in with. However, having driven the car for a few days there is no question that it is worth every penny. I hope to have this car for many years. If the staff at Buckhead and the quality of the product remains the same, My wife and I will be return customers for a long time.

We changed the tire (which was an easy experience) and the next day, took the car to Rick at the dealership. I am generally not a big fan of leaving negative reviews for companies but feel that in this case it is warranted. I own an ML350, which I took to MB of Buckhead for my first Service A with them. It's a nice dealership with a comfortable waiting area and friendly service.Once Service A was completed, the service advisor went over it with me. He mentioned that I have approximately 20% wear left on my brake pads. I asked him whether it was true for both front and rear and he said yes. He also mentioned that in this case the rotors are getting pretty thin as well, so that once the brake pads wore out, I'd need to replace pads and rotors at the same time. Per my request, he also provided me with an approximate quote for brake pads and rotors replacement for both front and rear.Literally two (2) days later I took my ML350 to RBM of Atlanta for the previously scheduled brake fluid flush. RBM subsequently called to advise me that while the front brake pads did have approximately 20% wear left, the left rear pad was completely worn out, so that the rotor was getting scorched. RBM explained that the brake wear sensor was on the right wheel, which is the reason that it wasn't triggered. They also expressed their surprise that I wasn't told about it during the most recent service.After hearing the news, I left an urgent message with MB of Buckhead's service manager to inquire as to what happened, to ensure that they were aware of the problem and would take steps to prevent this from happening in the future. The message was not returned. I then left another message the following day and finally received a call back from the service manager. He stated that MB of Buckhead does not remove wheels during Service A and would not know anything about the condition of the brakes. I asked him how it was possible, as the service advisor had told me that I had 20% wear left on the pads. He said that the service advisor "does not recall having this conversation." I explained that I find this quite strange, as we had a pretty extensive conversation about it and he even provided me with a quote. The service manager's response to that essentially was that he didn't know and didn't care.I understand that while mistakes like this shouldn't happen, I also realize that I am dealing with humans that do make mistakes. The service advisor's denial of the conversation and the service manager's reaction to the situation greatly compound the gravity of the situation, however. In short, it is one thing to make a mistake. It is quite another to essentially lie about it, fail to own up to it and not see the need to take any corrective actions to prevent this from happening in the future. Given what has taken place, I thought that it would be appropriate to let people know about the situation.

I recently purchased a CPO Mercedes C300. The sale went very well. John and Ronnie are very professional and made the car buying experience a pleasure. But after signing the sales agreement, things went down hill from there.My car was not clean but John said he would personally pick it up the next morning for cleaning. He did not come. Someone picked it up at lunch time so there wasn't enough time for the car to be cleaned like it should. I was also told that they would put my floormats in the car but they did not. I contacted the salesmen, the CPO manager, the customer service manager, and NO ONE would return my calls or email me back. A week later the manager of the detailing department called and said he would have the car cleaned the way it was supposed to be cleaned and that he would make things right but I would have to wait for him to do that because he was going on vacation. He also stated he would order my floor mats because I have had the car for two weeks and I still don't have them. I was told they are out of stock. I would think a dealership would keep floor mats on hand.The car was sold with dirt on the doors and door jams and grass on the carpet and wax left on the exterior of the car. If I was in sales, I would never expect a customer to accept a car in that condition. It should be spotless.At this point, if I need something done to the car, for instance, there is a broken switch on the door, I don't know who to contact because after the sale, the customer is on their own. No customer service going on at this dealership. I am so disappointed and I would return their car to them just on this experience alone.If you do buy a car at Mercedes of Buckhead, DO NOT LEAVE WITH THE CAR UNTIL YOU ARE COMPLETELY SATISFIED because you will receive no customer service when you drive off the lot.

I was looking for a GL350 which is not a commonly held car. While the sales person was quite helpful on the test drive, the one in stock was sold right before I was going to test drive so I could not drive it. To get the car would require a trade with another dealer. I was told that this was a very difficult car and she was having trouble finding it. Meanwhile I went ahead and obtained financing (to show that I was not a tire-kicker) and I could not get the interest rate from them on what had been approved. I looked myself on autotrader.com and found two in South Carolina and asked her to check on them, she did, and said "those might work" and she'd get back to me. Why should I have to do the leg work to buy a car? In addition I asked specifically about mainenance costs for service A and B and instead of a straight answer got an e-mail forwarded from a service manager about the total over five years. When it came to finally trying to obtain a vehicle, it took a couple of e-mails and almost a week to find out that there were only two that met my criteria - and I'd have to pay the $1200 to get it here plus full sticker. And to add insult to injury, when I sent her an e-mail that said I'd decided to go a different direction, all I got was an "ok!". In the two weeks that I tried to buy a car there, I received one phone call from them; all the rest were instigated by me as were all the e-mails.I think this dealership might be just fine as long as you are buying something in stock and don't ask too many questions; otherwise you may want to look somewhere else.I found another Mercedes dealer in Atlanta who was more than willing to find my car and make a resonable deal. And to find the car in the Southeast took 30 minutes.

This is my second car through Mercedes of Buckhead and Paul Tully and Emily Stubbs. The extra mile is not the way to describe it in terms of my experience with both. It would have to be the extra two miles and even more than that. No question unanswered. Follow through. Working to find the right car at the right price. Both Paul and Emily stayed with me as we located the right 2011 CLS550. I know they had my best interest as their major concern and really worked very hard to make this deal happen. I cannot say enough good things about their tenacity. 2011 year end is over and the 2012 has a styling change. Finding a new 2011 still unsold was the challenge. In addition they took my calls and responded many times into the evening answwering my questions and helping me understand. I cannot thank them enough. In addition they gave my wise decisions in terms of wheel warranty, chroming or not chroming the wheels. They really made sense to me to forego the chroming and to maintain the integrity of the wheel and the insurance. Again, my best interest.You have two winners there and the one last thing even more important than the rest is trust. I trust Paul and Emily. I trust them to do the right thing. This is not something a car salesperson gets automatically but must earn. They are not the stereotypical car salesperson. Several things that we were told about the car turned out to be false. We were told the car had parking sensors, but it does not. It has a back-up camera but no parking sensors. In addition, I was told that Maddie was approved for the loan but at a higher interest rate, but I am the primary on the car. If the price of the car was not very good, there is not a chance I would have done business with Natasha. I will never buy nor recommend anyone buying a car from her, as I believe she is unethical. She misled us several times.

The level of professionalism and genuine care about the consumer is not comparable with any other dealership that I visited during my search for my current new vehicle. William was a wealth of information and was very customer service oriented. He wanted to make my "big purchase" as pleasant as possible. I went in with every intention of just window shopping, but the sales team made me an offer I just couldn't refuse. Then after my purchase, William went even further with acquainting me with the dealership,introducing me to members of the service and finance departments. This was a challenging deal as I had a very strong pre-existing 30 year sales relationship/friendship(multiple vehicles) with another local dealer; yet Buckhead Mercedes has been my serrivce dealer since they were founded and Buckhead had the vehicle I was seeking. Additonally my brother is a high line wholesaler in South Florida, thus I am perhaps more than the "average knowledge base" consumer. This made the "deal" less than optimally easy nor highly profitable for MBB/Allison and that tension at times was palpable. All dealers/sales peoplestirve for an easy, profitable quic "burning gas" deal; and this was not true in this transaction. All that as a given, Allison performed admirably and the deal got done.

I traded in my car for a 2011 E-350 Coupe on December 21, 2010. Up until now I still have not received my registration yet. I have called the person in charge of tags and title three times and he refuses to return my call. My thirty day tag ran out becuase he never filed my paperwork with DMV. How do I know this? I called DMV and they told me it was never submitted until the day before my thirty day tag expired.My tag was finally registered and I still have not received my registration from the dealership yet. It is now two months since I purchased the vehicle and I am trying to figure out if this is done to all customers. I will never go there again ever for anything.

The purchase of a New 2011 Merceds-benz was made into a life altering experience. Never have I had such a positive experience when making a vehicle purchase. The usual gamemanship was replaced by a pleasant afternoon and I truly feel like a member of the Mercedes-Benz of Buckhead family. My sales person Ms Natasha Altman never appreared rushed or frantic despite the amount of activity that was present at the time. She did not stop working after making the sale. She throughly orientated me to the vehicle and was even removing windows stickers and replacing Tags after she discovered that the service department had closed before her customer (me) was ready to depart. She was very happy to repeat the orientation the next day for my very excited wife. At no time was her attention not focused on making this vehicle purchase a pleasant experience. She explained the Mercedes-Benz of Buckhead Partnership program and all of it's benefits with infectious enthusiasm. I am very proud to say that Mercedes-benz of Buckhead has a customer for Life. I truly believe that this level of service exceeds that of not just other Mercedes dealers but any -other dealership that I have purchased a vehicle from in the past.Thank you for all that you do!M J Collier MD

My experience with this delaership was unplanned - and still was an EXCEPTIONAL EXPERIENCE!Driving home this week, I had a flat tire...I was 1 1/2 miles from home, so decied to head that way. Of course I didn't make it - and found myself in front of the Buckhead Mercedes dealership, which seemed like a good place to stop and ask for help....and help they did!I met a young lady in the Service department, explained my situation, aqnd asked if I could speak to a Manager. She quickly guided me down the hall to an unsuspecting gentleman. It was approximately 5:50 p.m., and little did I know that they were preparing to close shop at 6:00. After briefly explaining my situation, and acknowledging that the car in question was not even a Mercedes (it is a Lexus), the Manager requested to have two Service Techs go out to where I was parked, and within 5 minutes, my spare was on, the flat was in the trunk, and I was back on my way.Needless to say, the Buckhead Mercedes employees displayed exceptional customer service when I was in need - they never blinked an eye to assist, and willingly helped me! I've since told this same story to countless friends & family members - and wanted to share it with each of you through this on-line customer comment section...they are a first class organization!Thanks, Buckhead Mercedes employees!!

Overall pretty good experience. I dont have any complaints. They met my price and delivered a good quality used automobile. They did not attempt to "high" pressure sale us. We took a couple of days and came back and made the purchase. They were very thorough in orienting us with our new automobile.

Overall, my experience with Buckhead Mercedes was very positive. I left with the feeling that Both Georgia and Tiffany worked to provide me with the vest terms available. As a repeat customer, I feel like they really value my business and worked hard to retain it. I have recommended Buckhead Mercedes to friends, family and business associates, and those that have bought or leased from Bickhead have enjoyed similar experiences. Purchased a CPO GL320 on a trade. Despite being obligated by law to charge me tax on this out of state transaction, and telling me three times and in writing that they did include the sales tax, I learned when I went to register the car in my home state, that only $350 of tax had been sent to the state. So, their error resulted in me having to unexpectedly fork out another $2400 in taxes. Not a great surprise. I must say, that despite their error and their lack of commitment to fix their mistake, everyone I dealt with were very nice people. Just wish they honored their word.

I enjoyed working with Georgia and Emily on purchasing my new car. They were a great team. Emily went above and beyond to fulfill our needs as a family. They were very responsive when we called to make an appointment. They ordered the add-ons as promised. The car electronic system still has some issues which I am going back in next week to resolve. This is a pain and I don't understand why it could not be fixed the first time. Everyone is very friendly. I do like the sales approach - its not as hard as other car dealerships. We were greeted upon entry of the dealership.

My recent experience with Mercedes-Benz of Buckhead was impeccable from inception to delivery to my front door! The salesman assisted me in locating the perfect C-class for my son, who is away in college. He will be home for Christmas and will be taking it back to school. The staff at Mercedes-Benz of Buckhead is customer-friendly, courteous and knowledgeable of the customers needs. The salesman, Philip Black worked diligently in locating a car for my son, as I travel 95% of the time, and didnt have the time to run from dealer to dealer. I was truly amazed at the C240W, which Philip located and how clean it was. They worked with me on a great price and we sealed the deal! Nonetheless, I appreciate them working with me, as I am very persnickety and detailed-oriented. Overall, I would recommend Mercedes-Benz of Buckhead to my colleagues and friends, and currently, take my E-class there for service and receive great service from staff, when I present. I usually deal with Rick Nuzzo, who provides outstanding service and has excellent customer service skills. Keep up the great work over there everyone! :)

He does an outstanding job in scheduling your car for repairs and keeping you informed of the necessary repairs that need to be done. The combination of Michael Goggins as your service consultant and Mercedes-Benz of Buckhead puts your mind at ease when you are having repairs done on your car. You know they will be done correctly and on time at a reasonable price.

From the first visit, I was assured by the Sales Manager, Tiffany Odom, that the process would be easy and comfortable. She was correct. My experience was outstanding. The customer service and assurances were well represented. My sales representative was extremely kind and helpful, making sure all of my needs were met. Finally, the Finance Manager, Sharon Thompson, had everything in order when I arrived and the process was quick and easy. Lastly, I was very surprised and encouraged by having my initial meeting with the Sales Manager. She made me feel important from the beginning and assured me the dealership was here to help this process go smoothly. This is my fifth Mercedes E class and my third dealership. Hee Soo Hong referred my husband to George Kaneiwa when he told him I would be trading my car soon. George was a pleasure to work with , and I especially appreciate that he did not try to sell me something I did not want - like a bigger engine or bigger car. George answered all questions with knowledge and presented pros and cons to consider when comparing an suv with a sedan. The whole process was very smooth and the price was as expected. George has followed through by phone and email to check on my experience and remind me to activate my mbrace - which I had surely forgotten to do. I'm happy to find such a good car-shopping and servicing experience close to home, and thanks to Hoo Soo Hong for referring us to George.

John did an outstanding job assisting me with my E350 purchase. I came in to look at one car that I saw online but bought another one I saw there. John answered ALL my questions on both of the cars. He really went over and above assisting me on my purchase. Sharon, in the finance department, had my paperwork done quickly and even made this process painless. Chris, went over indepth, all the specifics of the car-radio, navigation etc. I will still have to review manual but he showed me what it can do-amazing!I am totally satisfied with my experience with your dealership-I would recommend you to others.

The staff at Mercedes-Benz of Buckhead were totally professional and friendly. I interacted primarily with Mr. William Marbury, Sales. I wasn't prepared to leave with a new car as I was really reviewing various options. However after working with this highly knowledgeable and accommodating staff, I was convinced that my E350 convertible was the right vehicle for me. Everyone, especially Mr. Marbury was patient and addressed all of my questions. I will strongly recommend this dealership to others!

HOWEVER,AFTER PURCHASE SALESPERSON, FOLLOWED ME BACK TO MY HOME AND DROVE BACK TO DEALERSHIP,BECAUSE I DID NOT HAVE ANYONE TO ASSIST WITH BRINGING BOTH CARS HOME. THIS WAS A BIG HELP.

Cynthia was absolutely great, hands down. We had a wonderful experience from the time we walked through the door until the time we left. We purchased a ML350 and had to do little to no bargaining. Cynthia was accommodating, allowed us the time we needed to make a decision without trying to unnecessarily influence us and most importantly of all, she was professional with a smile. Prior to going to this dealership, we visited many others but never received the quality service we received here. I purchased a 2008 Mercedes Benz C 350 and paid cash for it. I have had to carry my car back to the dealership several times for problems that I have had. Se Kim has not been attentive to my concerns and has continually tried to convince me that the problems that I am having with the car is of fault of mine. Even though, I found out there are some problems that they are waiting on new parts for this car. My car is still under warranty mind you. Then Cynthia Parms has tried to make me believe that the things that the owners manual say is covered is simply not so. I believe in service after the sale and I have received nothing but poor service and excuses to blame me for something that the dealership is responsible for.

I put my MB in for a scheduled service and requested a detail/wax while it was at the dealer-I had just been to the bank and left a large amount of cash in an envelope in a map pocket under the front seat---completely forgot about it-After my car was serviced,in preparing my car to be detailed, Neil found the money and had Anthony call me to let me know it had been left in the car and would be put in the safe at the dealership for safe keeping-In this day and age, it is great to know that there are still individuals and organizations that take pride in their service and"in doing the right thing"-Thank you Neil and Anthony

This dealer will try to reap you off.I'm very disappointed by both, Sales agents as well as Service professionals.Sales representative left me hanging for a few months!! did not return calls, and kept $1,000 of a deposit for a new car!! Deal did not work out but maintenance is even worst.In short, they wanted me to pay for most of the maintenance of my other car, even though I was on a pre-paid maintenance plan. They did not want to cover my last oil change because somehow I was out of the maintenance "warranty". I'm not sure how a pre-paid maintenance plan for your first three visits got turned into a maintenance warranty but surely, sales agents were coming up with senseless stories about how that happened and how, even though I came only 7 days overdue for an oil change due at 36,000 miles with my car only at 30,000, I wasn't supposed to be covered. They tried to fool me for a long time.Finally, when I thought I had the issue resolved, they called me to tell me that two major items that were not done before (because after inspection a year earlier they determined they were ok, but I paid for in my plan of course) needed to be taken care of at this moment, and guess what, they were about $275 and I was out of the "warranty". So after I spent all this money on the service plan, they tried to get the most out of me by not doing what they were supposed to do, and then asking for more money when they had to do it at a different time.This is completely unexpected from a Mercedes-Benz Sales/Service center. I will never come back to this "stealership" for any future purchase, or service.Very disappointed...

on the same car, the price went up when my girlfriend brought it in to be repaired even thoug no extra work was done. ( I brought it in a week earlier)Atlhough, the dealership was no longer willing to sell her the just parts she needed. She would have to buy everything around it too. We went to someone else who didn't try to screw us.

I have always taken my MB to RBM of Atlanta but had my car towed to Mercedes of Buckhead after I had an accident. I can not believe the horrible customer service at this dealer. The people act like they work at a Kia dealership. They kept my car 2 weeks and would not give me a loaner car until my insurance approved the work and then they CHARGED me for the loaner!!! They hid the fees as "sublet charges - 300.00!" NEVER go here for sales or service!! The vibe everyone has is almost evil. I can not believe they are still in business. I plan on following up with Juanita Baranco, co-owner of the dealership, but I am sure she could care less. BTW, I had 2 tires and wheels replaced with an alignment and it was 2260.00! Go to RBM, Atlanta's original MB dealership. I could go on and on... I had a friend accompany me both times I was at the dealership to witness the lack of customer response and they could not believe it.

Came into dealership while comparing the S430 to the Lexus LS430. Told the salesman that we would like to drive the S430. Salesman was totally obnoxious when we told him had narrowed our choice down to the S and LS. After the salesman told me that "Not all S models come with navigation" and I corrected him, he guided us back to the dealership (while my partner was driving and I had not even had a chance yet) and went on to help another customer.
