Zack was incredible and was able to help me get through the preliminaries from a distance, since we live 2 hours away. We bought the car of our choice and left happy. Melton uses the no salesmen angle and I think it is an attractive hook, but the proof is in the pudding. We traded and were told our vehicle only had a certain value to them. I will own up to accepting their offer. A week later we saw our traded car marked up almost 1000%. I think it is important for folks to know that just because they say we are the "good guys" that does not mean it is so. Look we don't deny that profit drives a business, but 1000% mark up is pure greed. I would advise future buyers to hold out for a greater trade value and think twice about what they say your car is worth to them. "Buyer Beware".

My son recently bought a Dodge Challenger hemi from Melton Sales. and while this dealership does not specialize in performance cars the draw is the same that has seen us buying 4 cars over the years. Unlike Tulsa dealerships where 1 or more sales people are heading for your car before the engine is shut off; Melton is the total opposite. The whole inventory is unlocked,; including Sundays and evenings when the dealership is closed. You can sit in as many as you want without the hassle of being watched. During the hours the dealership is open you can test drive any vehicle of choice by coming inside and presenting a proper driver's license. The only knock on Melton Sales is that they sell many imports; but do not service the Mercedes etc. I have always felt that it they had a part of the shop with mechanics familiar with luxury imports; they could develop a good side market for Claremore area residents.

Test drove 1999 Jeep Wrangler that was overpriced. Dealer said would accept lower cash offer before test drive. Back zipper missing and water in floor board. During test drive "check guages" light came on twice in less than 2 miles. Jeep has no go and like driving a washboard. Brakes were not responding properly even though car fax report shows just replaced front brake pads and rotors less than one month ago. Attempted to make comments on car fax report and would not input information. We previously purchased a vehicle with Melton Sales and were trying to be repeat customers. Sent email inquires to sales staff and they were non responsive. Extremely dissapointed!

The next day get the call and get the news with the Lowest Interest Rate on the market. Within 24 hours picking out the one i want, its in my drive way. Service, call they answer your questions, take it by and drop off, or call get appointment the suits you. Waiting on your vehicle you can watch TV and use their WiFI in the lobby. #1 in my group. I own a HVAC business, and I treat my customers home like it my own. They get the best service and price. This is the same at Melton Sales.

I love that the vehicles are unlocked, even at night. I found my 2006 mustang online and came to look at it after midnight on a Friday night. The doors were unlocked and we were able to sit inside and really see the car without any salesman at all! I also love that I was able to look at the carfax report online right on Melton's website...without paying anything for it. There is no pressure at all. The salesman gave me the keys and let me ask the questions without trying to "sell" me a car. The prices on the car is the price you pay. No back and forth with a sales manager over a monthly payment without ever knowing the "real" price until signing papers.

I recently purchased my second vehicle from Melton's in the past two years. In 2010 I purchased a used vehicle which was just slightly out of the warranty period. When I called for information about a repair, they sent a wrecker to Pryor and repaired my vehicle at no charge. This type of service has made me a dedicated customer. I was equally impressed when the owner of the company called on several occasions inquiring about my experience with the vehicle. Melton's has the best price, best service and absolutely no pressure from salesmen. Needless to say they have earned my business in the future.

My wife and I went in there expecting it to be like every other dealership, get hounded as soon as you pull in and try to push you into what they need to, they don't do that. We looked around, had 3 different cars in mind, and made a decision on which one fit us best. When they say they are non commission salesman, that is exactly what they are. When their price is lower than everyone else's it is because what it is listed for is what they need to get out of it.

I recently saw a nice Tahoe on the internet and ended up at Meton Sales in Claremore. I was a very willing buyer (ready to pay cash) but the problem was with the fact that nobody working there could prove any of the amenities or extras (AC DVD Various heating devices...) worked. Also the Tahoe was there on the sale lot 2 quarts low on oil. Where did that go? I was not treated well when asking about these issues, basically ignored.
