Salesperson Kenneth Battle is great! All salesmen I came in contact with or in passing were super nice. Some manager is front corner office who gave pricing had a bad attitude. He just was not nice.

I called to set up a service appointment. My headlight on the left side was out. I had originally called Lee Hyundai in Goldsboro to set up the appointment because it was where we bought it. Brandon in service told me my headlight was under warranty.when I talked to Lee. He even told me what page he read it on in the warranty book. I called Medlin to set up the appointment and the man in their service department said that it had never been under warranty. I called the Hyundai corporation, the lady looked it up and said it was under warranty. I decided to go to Lee Hyundai in Goldsboro because I don't have the problems there that I always do at Medlin Hyundai Rocky Mount. I have never had a good experience at the Medlin Hyundai in Rocky Mount. I bought my first Hyundai from Medlin.

Troy went above and beyond to get me in my Santa Fe. Ioriginnaly asked about a Tucson, but he said there were better rebates with the Santa Fe. He got me the price. I even asked for a specific color not on the lot and he found and delivered my car. I will recommend him to anyone looking for a new or used car.. Great customer service!

Overall our experience with Medlin Hyundai was outstanding. Toby worked with us and helped us with choosing our new car. We test drove multiple cars and he always had a smile and pleasant attitude when we decided to look at another. We definitely will be doing business again with Medlin Hyundai in the future!!!

Merlin Hyundai is the best delete ship ever! They exceeded my expectations. Should anyone need to buy a new or used car this is where they should go. I have been dealing with Chevrolet places for ever but now that I came here I will never go back to buy another Chevrolet from anyone but Medlin Hyundai. It means a lot to me that I was in and out in about two hours and not half a night or two or three days with a Chevrolet place.

Had a key stuck in ignition on 2014 sonota.took it up there 3 times on the first time they let the key stay in on position,drained my battery dead. Left me to replace a 2 year old battery. Finally got key situation fixed, 5 days later I realized heated seats don't work anymore. It's takin my wifes and my time from work to drive 35 minutes to this dealership to have it looked at. This dealership is ridiculous I'm looking to replace this car asap and will never buy a hyundai again ever.

I went to Medlin Hyundai expecting to test drive a car I wanted, not intending to make a purchase for several months. However, I ended up leaving in a brand new car, not because the salesman and dealership were pushy, but because they reviewed all aspects of me as a potential buyer and showed me how easy and affordable it was to leave in a new car that day. They were able to inform me of my options without being aggressive and in the end I felt comfortable enough to make a purchase. I definitely enjoyed my experience and would recommend this dealership to other potential buyers.

In 2003, I bought a Sonata from Medlin Hyundai. It gave me excellent service, and still runs good. I believe that was in part because of the excellent care from Daniel in the service department, but he did have a great vehicle to work with. Every single staff member there was always just as nice as they could be. So I did not hesitate to go back when I was ready for a new car. I was not disappointed in my experience this time either. Marc, my salesperson, was great and very patient. He answered all my questions. Daniel, my Sonata service technician, talked to me too, and he will be taking care of my new car too! I expect to have another great 13 year relationship with Medlin Hyundai.

We have enjoyed Medlin's service department for three years and now can say we enjoyed buying our fifth Hyundai, first at Medlin, a 2016 Tucson Eco 1.6 Turbo. Love it. The car was a week old and we left on a 2,000 mile trip. Got 38 miles per gallon going and 36 coming home. Great! The turbo makes passing easy and the car is great to drive.

I'm one of those people that does not enjoy the process of buying a new car so I was very pleasantly surprised at how easy it was buying my new Elantra from Medlin Hyundai. Randy Townsend was very pleasant and knowledgeable to deal with and he made sure I was very satisfied with my purchase. And Randy impressed me the most when I had a small service issue and upon being made aware of it, informed the right people in that department and they immediately addressed my concern. I would definitely go back to Randy and Medlin Hyundai when it's time to make my next vehicle purchase.

Stacey Nicholas was the salesman that helped us with our purchase. Stacey was polite and very knowledgeable of the vehicle we were looking at. Stacey was not pushy or did not ask a lot of personal questions. He quickly got the keys to the vehicle and took my wife and I for a test drive. A very good purchasing experience.
