I must inform you that no department I've found since 2008 can be improved they are all top shelf in quality. This dealership is a gem to find for all of your Auto Business needs. Great Deal I just received again This time on a 2014 Silverado I leased it I had leased a 2011 GMC from Ron Lockwood 3 years ago. Very Knowledgible and easy to deal with. I drove 35 miles to do this instead of my backyard. Very fast process for completing the deal.

I purchased a car from McQuillen Last saturday, and I wanted to say I went to Jim SHorkey to get a Susuki, and they said they are doing the best for me and getting me the best deal, and we went online found a Kashashi online through McQuillen, so I called Ron and He gave me a wonderful deal a payment plan I could work with and treated me with respect. We drove 3 hours to get the car and the trip was well worth it. When it is time for him to get a new car we WILL be comming to McQuillen. I wanted to thank Ron again for making this so easy for me. Just good old fashion service and thank you's. I enjoyed doing business with this dealership. I showed interest over the internet and the internet person answered all my questions right away I hadnt even left my computer. Usually I wait at least til the next day from other dealership. I was very pleased with the fast response which probably ended up being the reason I visited the dealership if I was treated like that over the computer I figured it would be the same way at the dealership and it was for sure! My salesperson, Jamie Fausnaught, worked with me over 3 weeks because I kept changing my mind. She was never pushy once and allowed me to take my time. I live in Franklin so it is a decent drive she sent me pictures and had everything all set up when I came in. Everyone was very nice and I was treated with all the respect you could ask for and I'm young so you don't get that very often. I received a great deal on my truck and was very happy with everything I will be back and will send anyone I know it was well worth the drive to Girard.
