Pooooooor customer service! Very disheartening. I walked the very small easy observant showroom for at least 10 mins and knowone greeting me or acknowledged me. I had to speak in order to be spoken to….. My company is spending our money elsewhere

Loved this Dealership! My salesman David Parry was awesome! Got me into my first McLaren a 570S. He even dressed for the occasion to make my first McLaren purchase even more memorable! Down to earth folks who treat all customers very well even when only looking at used inventory, or window shopping. They saw my boys were into exotic cars and handed them posters and hats. Such a memorable experience for them.

I purchased a vehicle from Hamilton and he was heads and shoulders above any previous buying experience. I was a little skeptical at going there first because the high end cars they sell and I was only buying a $25k dollar car but they all treated me as if a was buying a McLaren. Hats off to McLaren Philadelphia. I would recommend to everyone if you are looking at a car they have to give them a shot. They will not disappoint.

I found a vehicle at this dealership on Cars.com that I've been searching for a long time. It wasn't a McLaren, but a pre-owned off-make that they had. Their dealership was very impressive and the sales staff couldn't have been more helpful. A big thank you to Sam Novak who I communicated with prior to test driving the vehicle. Tried to get a price for a Mercedes SLS. Salesman and Manager were totally non responsive to my requests. I was only sent one form email listing the wrong car!
