"Excellent Experience” We had an excellent experience with Mazda Orange Park Dealership. Neil, Luis and Aaron were great to deal with, very professional, quick and painless made the process easy! From inquiry, test drive and applying for financing was a very smooth process and no hassle. Then signing the final paperwork, final check of our brand-new car and driving it off the lot it was done smoothly and very convenient. It was the fastest car buying experience we have ever had. It is best described as flawless! We would highly recommend to friends and family. We are happy and very satisfied with our brand new car and would definitely consider them again in the future!

This was far by the best experience I’ve had buying a car. This place is professional. I found the car I was looking for that was in my budget and Eric Singer made this happen. He is extremely accommodating, responsive and has been helpful through out my entire experience. Mazda is top in consumer 2021 reports!!! Super safe vehicles. Mike also helped as well, made the test drive super easy, and didn’t push me to make any decisions. This was a great experience and I am super happy to have bought a Mazda 3! Jared in the service department went above and beyond what a service associate is required to do, at least from my perspective. Specifically, Jared greeted us as though we were his family. Although he was wearing a mask, I believe he had a smile on his face. He updated us on how things were going and how much longer the service would take to complete. When the service was complete, Jared showed me how to connect my phone in order to use GPS. He's truly a asset to Tom Bush Mazda City. Both my wife and I give him thumbs up. I hope, who ever reads this that they will have the ability to put a feather in his cap. Give him an "atta-boy", and perhaps something more tangible. As a customer, my wife and I applaud him.

My experience with Mazda City was awesome. They worked with me until we reached an agreement we were both comfortable with, not to mention it was close to closing and had no issue staying past closing to ensure my needs were met. I had a bad accident and my car was totalled so I went to Mazda City and I do have to say it was a great experience. Victor Thompson was very helpful and knowledgeable. When we first walked into the showroom, it felt different than other dealers. No cliches; no high pressure sales; no nonsense. Victor was extremely helpful in guiding our decision, and the entire experience was relatively stress free and "civilized." Of course, Victor wanted to make a sale, but he also listened closely to our needs, and we ended up getting the right car for our needs. Needed something with great gas mileage and easy to drive. My wife and I did not plan to purchase until December, but after speaking with Bryan Orr we felt comfortable enough to go ahead. He made the entire process as convenient as possible working around my late schedule and time constraints. He was very attentive and accommodating to what I wanted and listened to me and answered all my questions very well. I recently purchased a 2016 Mazda 3 I-Touring from Mazda City of Orange Park. Before buying this car, I had been researching and going to dealership after dealership. It was extremely stressful, and I began to loathe the carbuying process altogether. All of that changed at Mazda City. First of all, the Mazda 3 I bought was my dream car from the moment I saw it. The car is amazing, and I wouldn't trade it for any other make or model. I wouldn't have had the opportunity to get this car, however, if it weren't for the awesome people at Mazda City. Robbie, Greg from the Finance Department, and the sales manager (sorry, forgot your name!) all were supportive, helpful, kind, and not pushy in the least. I had walked out of 3 dealerships in the previous weeks because of how pushy they were, so I was most certainly a hard customer to please.Robbie took his time with me, allowed me to think about my decisions, and before the day was done I was driving away in my new Mazda. I would never have bought it if the sales team were off-putting. I highly recommend Mazda City over any other Dealership in Jacksonville, and suggest anyone who is nervous about car buying speak to Robbie.

I worked with Dennis to buy a new CX9. Mazda City makes the process super easy! They really work to get you exactly what you want at payments you can afford and they are not pushy at all like some other dealers I have experienced working with. This was actually an enjoyable and pain free process..actually almost too easy! The staff here is great (as is the cat!). They are alll very helpful and friendly. Greg in finance was also great and made the process super transparent. He was also wonderful in helping me get my car seat base in my new car. I will never go anywhere else!!

I recently purchased my new 2016 Mazda 3i Sport from Mazda City in Orange Park. After doing a great deal of research I found that Mr. Ken Baxley, the Internet Sales Manager for the dealership, was the most courteous, timely and professional of all the salesman I had spoken to, in all of northeast Florida, over two weeks of looking for the vehicle I wanted at the price I was willing to pay. Mr. Baxley went above and beyond to make sure the vehicle I was looking at would fit my budget. He helped me find enough rebates on the vehicle I purchased that I was able to come in under budget for a cash payment on the vehicle and was able to buy the navigation package I initially thought I wouldnt be able to purchase and still be under my total budget. The buying experience from Mazda City was easy and quick. I was able to send in most of my documentation before I even arrived at the dealership so that all that was left to do was sign the paperwork and drive home. There was never any pressure to buy, everything worked on my schedule. Mr. Baxley responded to every email or phone call I sent promptly and with the same level of courteous, friendly and helpful demeanor as the very first communication. I highly recommend Mazda City in Orange Park for anyone looking into purchasing a vehicle. I also highly recommend speaking with Mr. Ken Baxley. Never has anyone made the car buying process so hassle- and stress free.

Recently my family purchased a new Mazda 6 at Mazda City of Orange Park and I highly recommend them for your next car purchase. Our experience there was so very comfortable with no pressure from any of sales team. Joel Montijo graciously spent a lot of his time answering our questions, giving us options to consider and then explaining and helping set up some of the audio features in the car. Beyond that, to accomodate a medical situation we had, Joel met us at the dealership on his day off to facilitate having the new car detailed.

I lost my car in a wreck a little over a month ago. I got in contact with Mazda City and Joel Montijo really helped me out. The car i was looking for was not an easy find. He went above and beyond to locate this car for me and did a great job doing it. When it cam down to it we jumped in, Test drove and I drove off the lot with a Pre-Owned 2013 Hyundai Genesis Coupe 2.0T. he was very knowledgeable and if he didn't know the answer he found it for me. Went to Tom Bush of Orange Park cause my wife's 2004 Mazda was totaled. Met with Robbie Miller and he didn't disappoint. Told him our budget and right away he pulled up a used car. I told him we wanted new but he said he would not B.S us that he couldn't get us new for what I was looking for. So I said lets "check numbers on a new car". He ended up getting us in a 2016 for only $80 more a month than what I originally "low balled him" and it worked out perfect. I stopped by to review the new Mazda 6 as car and driver rated it as one of the best new sedans on the market from Motor Trend. It had the highest reviews and that sparked my interest so I figured I'd see what made it so great. Once I arrived, I was met by one of your salesman, Robbie Miller. He was very friendly and showed us several features of the new Mazda 6. He was very courteous and knowledgeable about the Mazda brand in general (which was nice) and all of the features. He truly excited me about the car and made me feel welcomed and at home. Once I make up my mind, on options and what color I want i'll be back to see him. PS. Not sure if I should have called him Roberto as his business card says so.

We drove from Beaufort, SC just to visit MazdaCity. Let me tell you, it was worth the 200 mile drive! We got a great price on a 2014 Mazda6 that was still under warranty. Dennis Graham was a great salesman who took time out of his schedule to show us every detail of the car, and he worked really hard to ensure we were happy with the deal. The finance manager, Steve Devito, who has been with MazdaCity for over 30 years, took time to explain every option we had and helped us make sound decisions. We couldn't be happier! Having been to a lot of shady dealerships, it was great to go somewhere that we could trust the people at the dealership, the quality of the cars being sold, and enjoy the car buying process!

From the minute I walked in the door, I was treated with respect and received great customer service. Friendly staff throughout... Never experienced this type of service before at a car dealership. Felt like I was getting best deal and never felt uncomfortable. Almost seemed surreal; but I drove home 2 hours later in my new Mazda3 !!!

The experience buying the car was a little stressful. My old car had just died and needed a car right away. I had a Mazda 626 back in '99 so my experience with Mazdas were good and wanted to get a newer car. I never had any issues with them (not the car that just died on me) Robby in sales gave me the stats of the car, engine system and the Mazda philosophy. I told him my budget but ended up paying more than I wanted but he changed my mind for a newer car and have no worries for any car problems in the near future. Stephen made the "deal" pretty easy going. After our agreement, What really impressed me was that Robby went out of the way to drop off my rental so I could drive the Mazda out that day! The parts and service area had a great personable and attentive manager Kristie. Look forward to building a relationship with the Mazda family of Orange Park. Thank you.

I highly recommend Mazda City for your next car purchase. My family purchased a Mazda 3 hatchback from Robert M. and loved the experience so much we came back three weeks later and purchased a CX5 from Joel M. Our experience both times was very comfortable and almost seemed too easy. They both found the model that met our needs without trying to pressure us into buying features we really didn't want. I hadn't been able to buy a vehicle for years after my divorce and a job loss. I had dreaded going to a dealer but Dennis in Sales, Steve in finance and the man at the front desk were complete gentleman from the start. They were so helpful and genuinely kind. Just a quick note to say thanks and let people know the great service my wife and I received from Mazda City of Orange Park. The initial greeting from Joel Montijo was professional and friendly, after finding out what we were interested in Joel checked to see if we had talked to anyone else at Mazda City. As many know when searching the internet for a car, contact with dealerships is inevitable, so was my capacity for not keeping track of who I may have received calls from. That being the case, Joel discovered I had indeed talked with Ken Baxley, this is where they won me over, instead of the typical sales attitude that I would deal with Ken and Joel would be out of the loop, Joel went the extra steps and made sure, as Ken was on an appointment, that we had everything we needed including a test drive. As we had an appointment to be at we told Joel we would be back at 3pm. On arriving we were greeted by both Joel and Ken and went through the painless process of buying our new car. I had a great experience at Mazda City of Orange Park and Victor Thompson was the best. I was a little indecisive between to vehicles and very particular about each of them. Well, they didn't have exactly what I wanted on the lot but, Mr. Victor was patient and didn't pressure me to purchase anything and this time. They agreed to sell me a used Mazda6, and told me I could pick it up the next day. When my phone rang 24 hours later, it was not to tell me the car was ready, but rather that someone else had come in that night and offered them more than my deal. So they sold it out from under me. The salesman then lied to the sales manager, claiming that he had tried to call me about it - there were no missed calls and no voicemails on my phone. I would not recommend these people to anyone else. They have brought back the traditional sleazy car dealer model.

I could instantly tell he was different than the typical sales representative because he really wanted to get to know me as a person. Again, he wasnt pushy and was straight forward with the pricing throughout the entire process. For the majority of the time we just talked about some of the things we had in common during my test drive. With that said, it was easy to notice that Ken is a man of great faith with an amazing spirit. In fact, I was so impressed with Ken, I brought my entire family (my wife, mother and father) back to Mazda City the next weekend after I test drove a 2016 Mazda 6 (amazing car) to meet him. Of course, they instantly felt the same connection I did after they met him. Furthermore, just when I thought my experience couldnt get any better, I had an equally pleasant experience with the financial portion of the car buying process. I have been getting my Tribute serviced at Mazda City since I moved to Florida, over 12 years. When the Tribute was no longer operational, Victor Thompson and the sales team were impeccable in assisting me in purchasing a CX-5. After a discussion of what were my needs in a car and if there were any particular bells and whistler I wanted, we took the CX-5 for a drive. Victor continued to point out the features of the car and made sure this was what I wanted. Last but not least, I want to talk about Kristie Roderick. She is the reason we will ALWAYS come back for service! She just recently solved a very technical problem we were experiencing on our new "6"! Tim and her teamed up to solve our tech problem. It was not easy and she went to great lengths to solve this problem. She is a delight to talk to and is VERY dedicated. By far, the best car buying experience of my life. Chris Ashby was not only incredibly knowledgeable; he was also genuine, kind, and respectful of my budget. Not once did anyone in the entire dealership try to force a single sale on me. Instead, we spent the afternoon talking about our families, church, and the community. Chris introduced me to the manager of the service department, and she gave me her personal phone number as a gesture of good faith. The sales team even fed me lunch while we waited on the paperwork for my new Mazda - with which I could not be more satisfied. This place has great cars, but even better people. Thanks to Ken Baxley and Mazda City of Orange Park I was able to get a brand new Mazda 6 isport, the car of my dreams, for an amazing deal! Ken went out of his way to make sure it was affordable and perfect for me! I didn't think it would be possible since not many 2015 were left and specially none in my favorite color. He was very helpful and determined to find my car. I was shocked how fast he found one, and let alone in the Meteor Grey color. He had it shipped from Savannah Georgia and he also helped with settling most of the paperwork and deal before I arrived because I live a few hours away. I was on my way with my brand new car before I knew it. I honestly couldnt be any happier and I couldnt have done it without Ken and Mazda City of Orange Park!

I bought my dream car at Mazda City...a bright, shiny red Miata MX-5. Chad and Chris made the sales experience very easy, professional, yet personable. Then Steve, in the finance office, was also very professional, yet I was relaxed and felt like they weren't looking at only moving a car off their lot....but they were more interested in having a satisfied, return customer. In my opinion.... We attended the 2015 Auto Show in Jacksonville on Saturday, February 7th. While there we saw a 2015 Grand Touring Mazda 3. We explained to the Mazda Rep at the show what we had for a trade in and what we were looking for as far as payments go. He said the Grand Touring might not work with our payments but he was sure the 2015 Touring model would. He recommended we go to the Mazda dealer and see what they could work out. We went from the show to Mazda City of Orange Park. Our salesman was Chad Mixon. After we discussed which car we were interested in, he had the appraiser take a look at our trade in. I explained to Chad that we had print outs from two local VW dealers for the selling price for a Certified Vehicle, which ours would have been (only 13,600 miles on a 2012 VW 2.5 SE Jetta), where the selling price was listed at $16k. The appraiser came in with a 10k offer on our car. Because of the difference in what I thought the car was worth and what they were offering, there was no way we could afford the payments that the new car would require for us to purchase this car. When I informed Chad of this, he got up, said "fine" and stormed out of the room. He then went to the front of the showroom with other sales man and left us sitting in the room. We decided he wasn't going to return, so we got up to leave. As we were walking back to our car, we passed Chad in the front lobby where he was actually tearing up the paperwork he was working on with us in front of both the other salesman, but my family as well. We couldn't hear what he was saying to them, but it was obvious from the looks on their faces that it wasn't very nice. I informed him as we walked past him that this wasn't personal. He said "oh it's not," and he turned back around again. This unprofessional behavior really caught us off guard. Another thing we thought was odd, we are currently in a lease with the VW, but for some reason Chad never discussed the possibility of another lease, which might have made the payments more reasonable for us and maybe sealed the deal. Needless to say, Mazda City of Orange Park won't be on our car shopping list again.

I was referred to Ken Baxley specifically at Mazda City through someone in the auto business. I was in the initial shopping around stages and test driving multiple vehicles, and didn't want the persistent, annoying follow up calls and sales push. Ken understood that perfectly, and was there when I needed him, but not calling in between. I am excited about my Mazda 6 and hope the service department turns out to be as easy and pleasurable to deal with as Ken was when the time comes. 4 stars on the buying process rather than 5 b/c it took a while to get to the paperwork/finance stage and then through it. I think it had to do with a year end rush on car buying.

Mazda City has performed all scheduled service on my MX-5 purchased new in 2012. Their staff is helpful and friendly and work is conveniently scheduled and completed in a timely manner. Their cost is reasonable and they run maintenance specials with coupons available on their web site. I will continue to use Mazda City for all future maintenance and highly recommend them as an excellent Mazda maintenance shop.

I had been researching vehicles and prices for a couple of weeks. I found a great certified pre-owned CX-5. The salesperson (Chris) was curtious and direct. He understood that I was not there to waste time. Aside from showing me the pre-owned he wanted to make sure I understood my options with the new models but did not push a sale. He showed me the differences in features and price between the pre-owned and new. As he understood that I was confident with the pre-owned, we moved quickly in the process. I had a trade and had done my research on what my vehicle was valued for. Both him and his manager accepted my asking price and also made me feel confident in their knowledge of the process. It was direct and I even got some extras I asked for. With this experience I am a Tom Bush Mazda customer.

Bought a new Mazda 3 I Grand Touring HB in November 2013 and just now for the first time needed my oil changed.Mazda City gives you your first oil change completely free (with synthetic oil). Appt. was made within 3 days of calling for appt., and was available on a Saturday, which is unheard of these days. Natascha McElgun and Kristie Roderich are the Service Team working with the customers. Kristie is the Service Manager. Kristie is a breath of fresh air, and a doer!! She is empathetic, and you get the feeling immediately that things will be taken care of to your fullest satisfaction. And, friendly and a good listener. Natascha was also so pleasant when speaking on the phone with her to make the appt. After the oil change, the car was washed and the carpets were vacuumed, too. I definitely would recommend Mazda City. We live in St. Augustine, but there are no Mazda dealerships here, and they earned my business by being able to get me the particular car I wanted, thanks to Chris Ashby. Also, Steven DeVito in Finance is also a very honest man and recommended Auto Butler to preserve the car's finish; and it is excellent and will not break the bank. And, lastly, I am getting a few accessories so visited the parts department and had a wonderful experience with Khris Schock who placed an order for my needs; and gave me a free Mazda hat for my business!!

I bought a 2005 Ford F-350 6.0L from the dealership about a month ago. It was a great deal and they worked hard to get it approved, but about two weeks later I noticed oil in my coolant (classic sign of a bad oil cooler that causes head gasket failure). I took the truck back to the dealership where they assured me that his mechanics had checked everything. I left the truck with them for the day to have them "re-check" the truck. I called them up the next morning to check up on it, and find out if they had discovered the issue. I was told by the mechanic on duty that they were not equipped to do the testing on my truck and that it was sent to the Ford dealership down the road. So I drove down to the Ford dealer and they didn't know anything about my truck. I drove back to Mazda City and was told by the General Manager, Kenny, that he had sent it to a mechanic that he sent diesels to that his mechanic didn't know about. So not only did I not authorize them to send my truck off to a different place, they had sent it to some location that I hadn't ever heard of that wasn't even a Ford shop. After 7 days of the truck being in the shop I finally got a call back saying that the truck was back. When I picked the truck up I found that they had replaced the oil cooler, the FICM (fuel injection control module) which I had never had an issue with and replaced the thermostat and flushed the radiator. I was suprised that they had not replaced the faulty head gasket (Confirmed by the Ford Dealership I immediately took the truck too). When I left with the truck the power was SIGNIFICANTLY decreased (causing me to almost get hit by traffic that I was turning into). Truck felt laggy and sick to the point that it was unsafe to drive on a busy street. I dropped it off at the Ford dealer to have more tests run and should hear back on how much their neglegence cost me. I suggest avoiding this dealership like the plague. They sold me a crappy truck and then tried to send me to a shady mechanic to have insufficient work done.

I have been to multiple dealerships with my RX-8 and have never received the level of service I received at Mazda City. It is hard to find a service department that you can trust to give you the repairs you need and the service you deserve. Trust is one of the most important things you can have when taking your car in for service. Trust that the job will be done right and trust that the service recommended is actually what your car needs. The team at Mazda City gained my trust and I travel over 1 hour and 45 min for everything my Mazda Needs. If you need a great place that till respect you and your vehicle... make the drive to Mazda City! You will be glad you did.

Chris Ashby, Internet Sales, was a hard worker sharpening his pencil and came up with the best price among 4 dealerships. I did not provide any prices to any competitive dealerships to beat the price. Each was on a level playing field. Chris was very accommodating and was very helpful. He was able to get the car from Orlando as the model and color and accessories I wanted were only available in one car in the state of Florida. Also, we bought the car (actually site unseen) the day before leaving for vacation and a $500.00 credit card deposit was all they required. We also got back a $2,000 Mazda rebate for the 2013 car purchase. Chris offered if we needed anything at all, just to come back and he would help us. He gave us a quick tutorial of the navigation system. Then he introduced us to the other staff we would be dealing with and also bid us farewell.Stephen DeVito, Finance Manager, was honest and great to deal with. Spoke softly and slowly and went over all the paperwork we had to sign (actually much less than other experiences), and did not push us at all into any additional services such as extended warranties and paint and interior protections, etc. He did offer it, of course. But the way he explained it was so thorough and actually gave us a comprehensive print out of the various coverages available, which was concise and very clear, and each has a price associated with it. He even shared the prices he had on his computer screen so show there was nothing he was hiding. Because we trusted him, we did want the paint protection living in Florida, and he said he uses it on his car and said he has had great results with it. We did purchase the product, called Auto Butler, for the new Mazda as well as our used Mercedes which we recently bought.And, lastly Greg Heard is the Service Manager. We have not needed any maintenance yet so I cannot provide any review on that department. But he was welcoming and gave us a coupon book good for a free oil change and other coupons for down the road services.

For clarity I will start from the beginning of my experience at Mazda City. I showed up at this dealership and was being helped by Alex (I'm not sure what his last name was) he was very friendly but you could tell he was somewhat new and still getting into the groove of things there. I noticed this because his knowledge of his vehicles was only moderate and he only had generic things to say about the quality of the vehicle that I was looking at, nothing specific. Also he didn't have a voice mail set up for his extension so I couldn't leave him any messages, as i would later find out, and the secretary only relayed my messages to him about half of the time, which I had to call him dozens of times in the course of the next month and a half. Moving on, I found the car I wanted and asked if there were any problems with it and he told me no and I didn't notice anything wrong with it until after I got it and had some time with it (the stereo will short out and there is a problem with a sensor that regulates heating and my traction/skid control comes on and off randomly, lately I've been noticing a loud popping sound coming from somewhere around the front drivers side tire well when I turn but I have yet to figure out what that is, I'm praying it's not something major but it's a substantial pop so I fear the worst). Regardless of all that I'll describe the grueling process that I had to face next. Now this is the 5th car I've bought and I know the process can be tedious but this has nothing to do with that. First off, the price was a bit more than I wanted to pay, especially after all the fees were going to be added on so I negotiated with Alex a little bit and he went and got his supervisor to talk out what they could do. His supervisor comes in and talks to me (a really nice guy, and I believe he had the best intentions on helping me out) I can't remember his name for the life of me, but he was a former Marine, anyways we were able to settle on him giving me a bit more credit on my trade in than the original price to help bring down my overall cost, which it's all the same in the end so I was happy with it. So Alex and I head back into Al Wilson's office to finish up the paperwork (Al was probably the least friendly person there but he wasn't rude, just seemed like he had better things to do than talk anymore than was necessary) after the paperwork was all said and done I was good to drive it off the lot and take it home. I didn't notice until after I got home that he hadn't given me the extra money for my trade in and that I was charged for the full resale price, that was really unfortunate since that was what had convinced me to buy it then and there rather than keep looking for something else and I should've slowed Al down while he was having me sign but I figured since Alex was in the room and Al had been out for a few minutes before we started either Alex or his supervisor would have informed him of our negotiation, naive me. They also needed a copy of my orders (I'm in the military) for some of the paperwork they needed to file so we agreed that I would bring it by the next day. I brought my order to them the very next day and had to sign an additional form because they forgot to have me do it the day before, so I just thought whatever I'll sign it and be on my way. I get a call about two weeks later saying that they need me to drop off my orders again and sign that form again because they lost it. Well this is very disheartening to me because no one knows where the copy of my orders went and it has some very personal and job specific information on it about my present and past so I don't like having it out there for anyone to read or use for their own means. I end up going back and giving them another copy and they assure me that they won't lose it this time, they think that the situation is somewhat amusing but I am far from that feeling. Also, throughout this time, I was using my own bank to get a loan, since the interest rate was better, so a day or two after getting the car I went back and gave them the check from the bank to clear off the loan that I had gotten from them so I could drive it off the lot when I bought it. Sounds simple enough, use one loan to pay off another, well I was dead wrong about that (I'll throw in that it was their idea to do it this way in the first place). Now that I had a loan through my bank they needed the title of my vehicle as collateral for the loan which the financial institution that the dealership uses (Wells Fargo I think) still had so it needed to be transferred over. Well they told me that they would get the title transferred over first thing in the morning, I thought this was a done deal, wrong again. A month goes by and I get a call from my bank telling me I'm about to default on my loan because they don't have the title for it. Once again I have to drive back down to the dealership, since I had been calling for a few days but hadn't heard anything back from Alex, so that I can tell them in person to get the title transferred over to my bank. I show up and tell Alex about this and he says he'll get it taken care of in the morning but call him and remind him just so he doesn't forget (it's not a good sign when you have to remind a person to do their job) but I did. He later told me that the paperwork to get it transferred over got lost so they had to do it again, I called my bank later to verify they received it and thankfully they did. Now the story doesn't end here, because they had so much trouble filing my paperwork they never got my registration sent off so with only about two weeks left on my temporary plate I start to panic because in order to get to my job I have to go through security where they check your registration and if my plate expires I can't get to work and have to arrange alternate transportation. I call Alex to address this with him and he informs me that they should've gotten them by now but they haven't so he'll check the status. The next day he calls me back and tells me that the paperwork was never sent off and that he is doing that today and they should get the plates within a week. Well it took longer than a week, it took almost two weeks, the day before my plates were due to expire he calls and tells me that he has my plates and registration and I can come by and get them whenever I can. So again I have to drive back down there to get my plates and registration. After I get them he and we shake hands (I'm hoping I never have to see him again at this point) he says "the nightmare is finally over" which is exactly what I was thinking but if he even admits that it was a nightmare and that was his job and I always had to drive to him when they screwed up how much worse was it for me? I have to work 55-70 hrs a week for my full time job, I have a second job where I work 12-16 a week, plus I'm going to school, I didn't have time for all of this, I easily wasted a full tank of gas just going back and forth from that place on my "free time", I was stressing about every situation that seemed to materialize as time went by which I didn't need since I'm also in the middle of planning my wedding. I would never recommend my friends to shop here or even my enemies, it is something that no person should have to go through and I regret ever coming across this forsaken dealership.

I always go to this dealership to get my Mazda3 serviced. Yesterday, I went to get it serviced because it wasn't acting "right" and got honest diagnosis and feedback. I ended up trading my Mazda3 that same day for a new 2014 Mazda 6 and the entire staff made the experience so remarkable! I just bought a new Mazda CX-5 from Mazda City of Orange Park and could not be more pleased - dealing with this group of people was a breath of fresh air and I absolutely love the car! I did my homework and visited 9 dealerships in the Jacksonville area and drove 6 different cars... I narrowed it down to the CX-5 and these guys beat the competition not only in terms of price, but in their genuine approach and low-pressure style. When my parents and I walked into mazda city, we were instantly greeted by Mr. James Gay. My mother doesn't speak English very well, and past car shopping experiences have been mediocre due to a lack of genuine interest and cooperation. However, this was not the case at Mazda City. Mr. James was very understanding and helped her find the car she wanted. She purchased a brand new mazda cx5 which she is VERY happy with. Mr. Al, who helped us with the financing, got us the best price and interest rate we could get with our credit score. Their genuine interest in helping us find the bank who gave us the vest interest rate is evident that he cares for his customers. I went in to look at the CX-5 yesterday. I think as an SUV it is very impressive. I worked with James Gay and then today I came back to see it and my husband agreed it was very nice. Gino went over and beyond to get us in the right car. My wife wanted one car but changed her mind overnight. Gino was very helpful and went out of his way to make sure my wife was happy with the final vehicle she picked. Very professional young man. Al was very professional in working with us in signing of the paper work. He made offers of things to purchase to go with our vehicle but when told we did not want to purchase these things he went on with the signing of the papers. We were not or did not feel pressured in any way to purchase any item. Everyone we worked with was great and it was a pleasure to meet everyone. A very peofession dealership.

Gino Manley was excellent to work with. We were shopping for a used Mazda3 for our daughter. We saw on-line that Mazda City had three so we went to check them out. Gino met us and allowed to test drive each vehicle. He was very low key. He did not push but instead listened to an answered our questions. Al in finance was equally helpful. I would recommend Mazda and Mazda City to anyone looking for a high quality car at a reasonable price.

OUR REVIEW OF MAZDA CITY JULY 24, 2012Our only experience was meeting Gino was on a Sunday, keep in mind they are closed on Sundays, and here came this friendly face out of the front door of the dealership. Gino was incredibly knowledgeable about the vehicle, we were interested in the "CX5". We had done our homework online and was prepared to go through this "painful" process. Gino made our decision EASY and PAINLESS and gave us a test drive on a Sunday. We were very impressed that Gino gave up his day off just for "US". We as consumers are THINKERS, NOT spontaneous BUYERS, so we went home to think on this car I couldn"t get my mind OFF of. Gino jumped on board to our pace, and the follow up phone calls were great. I started working with Gino a few weeks ago to find the right car for me. When I returned to town, we arranged some test drives this week. Gino Manley was very forthcoming in regards to price and availability of my newly purchased CX5. Not only is Gino pleasant to work with as a sales represenative, Gino is very knowledgable about the product he sells. Many salesmen are only able to provide the type of information one can find readily availble in the brochure. Gino is able to take things to another level should one be so inclined to go there. Gino was able to provide detailed technical/mechanical information in regards to the perfomance and history of the engine/drive train platform as well as test performance information of the safety equipment provided on the vehicle and not by saying I'll get back to you but by answering all questions asked of him on the spot. At the other end of the spectrum I was also impressed how he offered to set up our cell phones to the Blue Tooth without being asked. Some times the little things say much about ones charactor. On the day of closing I had finished a 24 hour shift at work and had been on my feet for 36 hours when we sat down to sign papers. All of the staff were very patient and understanding as they worked with assisting me through the process. I intend to recommend Gino and his staff to my friends and family.

We went in originally to buy out our lease and was given all the options to buy out the lease, or purchase a new car. The staff was very helpful in making sure that we were taken care of. They even took the time to show us all the color options that were avaliable, and took the additional time to go to another dealer in the area to get a car that they did not have there.

I went to the dealership not wanting a Mazda. I was doing it to get my dad off my back. I'm so glad Al didn't write me off when I told him I was only there to make my dad happy! Al Wilson is my favorite sales person I have ever worked with. He was funny, knowledgable, and never once pressured me into something I wasn't comfortable with. He even offered to let me take the car home with me so my husband could drive it in our element. It was so nice to have someone who could help me with the car and then take me through the whole financing process. Al got me the best deal on financing, matched what the other dealerships were offering on my trade and did it all in record time. My payment is lower than I expected and i got a great little car I never expected to love as much as I do. I paid MUCH MORE for my last car at another brand dealership and wasn't treated nearly as well as I was by the good people at Mazda City. Al Wilson and Mazda City erased my negative feelings about car shopping and dealerships in general. I cannot say enough positive things about my experience from beginning to end. I will recommend them to everyone in the market for a new car!

What started as a short trip to buy a new pair of work shoes, turned into one great buying experience from the great crew at Mazada City. My only intent was to stop by and check-out the new CX5. We were greeted by James Scott a man with a cool demeanor and firm handshake. He explained the many features and took us on a test drive. This guy knew everything about this vehicle, for just being introduced this year he had it down. The financing issues was handled smoothly, by Steve Devito. We explaind what we had to work with and he came through. Rico Manley, general manager was outstanding throught out the purchase process. Suprisingly Rico is from the same Pacific Island(Guam) born and raised. What a small world. Will I go back for future purchases? DEFINITELY. I SAY AGAIN "GREAT JOB".

I am a college student and I went to Mazda City of Orange Park to purchase my very first car. I can not begin to tell you how helpful the staff at Mazda City were, especially Al and Dianna. I didn't have any credit and my mom's credit was not good. Unlike any other dealership in Jacksonville, they did not give up on us. They worked with us and our situation until we were able to purchase a vehicle that I loved. I know I was not Mazda's easiest customer to get a vehicle but throughout the process Al and Dianna never made me feel like a burben but instead they created an atmosphere of ease for me.Mazda City offered more than just a deal for me and my mom but instead they offered us the opportunity to be doing business with a dealership that genuinely cares. My husband mad a visit to the dealer in search of a small car. We were already interested... but just looking. Gino and David made this a great experience. Their service and friendliness was wonderful. My husband wanted the car.. but came home to get me so we could go back and test drive. There was others also interested in the car... but once we drove it... we wanted it immediately. David and Gino were also in love with this car and were excited to see that we would take care of their 'baby' once we bought it. This was the easiest car we've ever bought.. and everyone that was on site was extremely nice to us. It was raining when we left and the owner actually walked me to my car with an umbrella. Now... hopefully the ongoing service will be the same experience.

The people listed above were more than helpful and very easy to work with. They were able to give us a bottom line price without any hassle. The whole process took about 2 hours (test drive to signing), and would have been much shorter had my wife and I decided not to seek out a better fincance rate (which we were able to find through Mazda City) or "chat" about life with the employees. Everyone was highly professional and friendly. I would most definitely return to this dealership for another vehicle purchase.

We shopped all over the greater Jacksonville area while both interviewing dealerships and sales people. We felt the best fit with David, he was nice and not pushy and actualy listened to our needs and desire for a new vehicle. We were not ready when we met him but still needing to weed out other vehicles, we ultimately kept coming back to Mazda City either doing another test drive or just sitting in the car. Most people buy quicker than us so having David patience on our side made us come back. We wouldnt have gone back if we encountered a sales person who tried to get us into a car that day. Even though we know about sales and thats how it all works, David understood right away that we didnt need a car for a few months and was happy to help us when we were ready. We love our new Mazda 3, now we have 2...and hoping to get another soon!

This was the first time I've ever bought a car found on the internet. I searched for 6 months to find my daughter' first car, and had little success. But for this sale, we negotiated price over the phone (which most dealers refuse to do), and it took just a 20 minute drive to realize this was the one I wanted. The only drawback was that it took a little too long to do the paperwork for a cash sale. But that was a minor inconvenience. I've purchased over 80 cars in the last 30 years, and this was one of the easiest and painless purchases I've made. Thanks Gino.

I traded in my mazada for a used mazada on the lot and had a great experience. For my first car I believe the 2011 Mazda 6 is a great car. I did however think the car was a little pricey. I was also not happy about the loyalty discount, it should have been within the family rather than at the same address.

I was notified about this dealership from a Mazda friend. I called the General Manager Steve and said he had the car I was looking for a 2011 MazdaSpeed3 with Technology package in Celestial Blue.
