Actual showroom is under renovation, temporary works OK, but a bit noisy and restrooms awkward. Buying experience was excellent, we printed the internet ad with the price, test drove the vehicle and decided to buy. No pressure from anyone, entire inspection, emission and registration steps explained perfectly, sales rep very pleasant. We made one transpose mistake in the documents we didn't notice, it was caught two days later by back office, intead of calling us in to redo, sales rep drove to our house in the evening to fix. Superb customer service.

I bought a 2008 Acura MDX almost five years ago and the car is still running strong with very little money invested just regular maintenance. The service I remember was good. I have at least 3 or 4 people I know have bought cars here and they had great cars. I would buy a car here again. I know they sell good cars.

I don't believe a car exists that this outlet doesn't have. I found the ideal vehicle using the Cars.com website, which had that vehicle $1,000.00 less than advertised on the Maximum website. The salesman, Arifeen, asked to see the ad and immediately smiled and said, looks like you found a discount price! No haggling was involved and he honored the discount without question. In less than 1 1/2 hours I was driving this car home. I would recommend Maximum Auto Outlet to a friend or family member.

So, I am up in the air about this place. The customer service is awesome. I found them through cars.com. I emailed for more information and within 10 minutes or so, Edwin responded. We emailed back and forth and he answered all my questions. The guy who initially helped us was very friendly (sorry, I forgot your name....). Nick, who helped do the finance was great. Messed with my son, who was obviously bored and made thing pretty easy. (Although after signing, he didn't seem as interested...guess he got the sale and was good to move on). He was training a very nice young lady and I wish her luck. She was VERY pleasant. The truck I bought was used. I found it online. They couldn't honor the price I found online unless I paid cash upfront. No where on the website or print out did it say that. Was disappointed. But ok... not that big of a price difference. The test drive went smooth and fell in love with the truck. Drove it about a mile up the road, and the gas light came on, so drove it back. I bought the truck. No warranty could be offered due to it's age (2002), so bought as is. It looked great!The inspection was barely a month old. The truck barely had enough gas to do a 1 mile test drive and we are lucky we made it to the gas station. It was Very low on oil. Low in power steering fluid. No windshield wiper fluid, actually bone dried and clogged, not even working. All fluids were just full enough to survive the test drive and ride home. After 2 days, breaks started squeeking, my mechanic looked and I will need to replace them, he stated that it probably shouldn't have passed inspection. I really liked the people there. The truck is mine. My fiance and I had every intention of coming back September-ish to replace his car. They made the process so easy and quick. But now I might have some trust issues with the cars....sigh....

On Friday, I found this truck on cars.com. I emailed and received a response within 20 minutes. I came in Saturday, found the truck easily,and was quickly given a chance to test drive it. While test driving they ran all my paper work. David was very professional and thorough with our paper work, offered us coffee and drinks while our finance was going through with Nick. The salesman helping my husband and I purchase our vehicle, Arifeen, stayed well after closing to ensure we were able to complete the buying process that day. We drove over 3 hours (delayed due to traffic), and were very fortunate that he stayed late. My only complaint was that they stated they were holding the car (as we were on our way to buy it and driving so far), but neglected to mention that the only way they could truly hod the car was for us to put down a down payment online. We did not learn that we could've put down a down payment to hold the car until we were already at the dealership (thankfully no one bought it while we were on our way up there!). Otherwise we had no issues with the dealership, and were very thankful Arifeen stayed so long to assist us! We were able to buy a beautiful car at a great deal. I would recommend this dealer.

Buying experience was overall positive. Our salesman was Evan and he was easy to work with, knowledgeable and didn't put a lot of pressure on us, like most dealers do. We actually left and saw another car at one of the big box dealerships and after 20 minutes, turned right back around to buy from Maximum Auto. The only issue is that they didn't seem clear on the price -- Evan's quote differed from what was printed on the car, which differed from the price on cars.com. We worked it out eventually, though not at the lowest advertised price.

I was searching online for a used Audi and found a listing with MAO. I arranged a Skype session with Arifeen Shamim to get a feel for the vehicle, and felt very good about dealing with him - professional and responsive. The first car I was interested in ended up being sold to another buyer, but it turned out that MAO had another AUDI that also fit my buying criteria. Got in touch with Arifeen again, did another very helpful Skype session, and this time was able to conclude a purchase. I had the car shipped to me in NC and Arifeen was again able to follow up on the necessary arrangements for pick up by the auto transport company. I went to this dealership seeking a vehicle for my son who was going into his second year of college. Problem (P) 1: It took approximately 10 - 15 minutes to get assistance, and even then we had to physically seek out a representative. My son looked at three vehicles - P2, it took forever to locate the keys for the vehicles. After test driving vehicles, we started discussing an "out the door" price - OTD price meaning an inclusive overall cost for vehicle, taxes, title, registration, etc. We quickly agreed on a price and was told that 'everything' was taken care of, keeping in mind this was a cash deal with no financing (added paperwork). NOT true. P3 - We waited patiently for plates to come in the mail, and within 5 days of the expiration, we still have not received them. My husband called and we were informed that the tag staff were not available. We asked to speak to the rep (Evan Askew) who we purchased the car from - unavailable. We left several messages with Evan and for the head manager and none of our calls were returned. After about the 5th phone call over a period of a week, we finally got a hold of Evan who casually stated "My bad" with the discussion quickly going downhill to the point where Evan thought it was appropriate to hang up on a customer. Now I have a vehicle in another state with expired tags. My son called the dealership to see if they could extend the temp tags and the dealership decided they would not assist....NEVER will I purchase another vehicle from this dealership!!!!! Poor customer service and car buying experience all the way around.

I held off on posting a review to see how my car turned out. Here is what happened. Went to D.C. searching for a car that could fit my budget and be in decent shape. The whole experience was painless. Edwin, who eventually sold me the car, was actually very helpful and let me check out the cars at my own pace. I ended up buying a 2003 Nissan Maxima which I enjoyed - for about 2 hours. While driving back home, the car began to overheat, so I turned on the heater and decided to get it checked out. Took it to a dealership and they said the thermostat was stuck - OK, fixed that. $350. Went to get the oil changed and was told repeatedly the oil was low. Why was this happening? I finally took it to a trusted mechanic instead of messing around with these dealerships. Apparently the radiator has a leak, the catalytic converter, or what is left of it, has destroyed the engine to the point that it is burning through a quart of oil every 700 miles or so. Cost of repair? Over $6000. I have only put 10k miles on the car since buying it, and the fact that it was burning oil quickly after the 1st oil change leads me to believe they sold me a car that had significant engine damage while on their lot. I strongly recommend avoiding purchasing a car from this dealership. Although they may be helpful and low pressure, the quality of vehicles they carry is atrocious. As other posters have said - BUYER BEWARE.

The first salesman that I scheduled an appointment with appeared to be to eager to leave early rather than provide service. In short, i was asked to hurry up and test drive. He blew me off for two days. I pretty much figured it's a rap with this dealership. That was until I had the pleasure of speaking with a young woman that actually persuaded me to work with this company. She was attentive, pleasant, and did not in any way make me feel as if i was wasting her time. In the amount of time it took me to test drive, she took care of all the details with my lender & had me in the car and ready to go. She was very thorough and while she wasn't around when i finally picked up the car, she made the whole experience great. I commend Dani on her incredible service. Used the extended warranty at the dealer and found out the van was basically put back together . Called and ask for assistance on the repair and they stopped answering my calls and started be really smart mouth . I'm now trying to work with a lawyer for a class action lawsuit . I was looking online for a Van. I had found a 2004 Toyota that I wanted to get more information. I filled out the request and very promptly got a reply from Nick and set up a time to see the Van the very next day. I also filled out the credit application online to speed things along just in case I did decide to purchase it. I received a call from Danny that evening at home saying that I had been approved and the van was ready for pickup. My family and I traveled four hours to see this Van with expectations of purchasing it. Once we arrived there around five o'clock we were immediatedly greated by a very nice gentleman that pointed Nick out to us. Danny came over (since Nick was with another client). She was very pleasant. After about 45 minutes waiting for Nick to "find" the van he came over and said "It's not here." Then he turned around and left. He also mentioned to Danny to use the internet site for the most up to date. And behold the van was still on the site and is so today, two days later. At that point my husband wanted to know where it was and we were told it was out and would not be back until Tuesday! Nick was very rude to us as he insisted we test drive a 2006 that was four thousand dollars more which he said it was JUST four thousand. We didnt want to waste the trip so we asked to see the Navi van that was on the site. But guess what, that one had just that very second sold. By that time we had been there three hours and we just left seeing that no one wanted to talk with us or help out in anyway and if we had a question it was as if I had asked for a million dollars. Like how dare they. Matter of fact, Nick even move another desk away from us so not to have to answer or talk with us. We arrived back home at midnight, me my husband and two boys. I can say that Danny seemed very sorry to have run us four hours away for nothing and under false assuptions. She did say that IF the van came back on Tuesday she would call. However after that she was quite short and rude as well.

I found this dealership to be pleasant and helpful, without any high pressure. Their prices were very competitive. We took the car out for a test drive, and they were more than happy to let us take the car off site another day to have it inspected by our mechanic. In addition, I'd forgotten to make sure the convertible top worked when I was there, and the sales person took digital pics and sent them to me right away. The sale was also a little complicated financially, and they made sure that all went smoothly. I would add that they say "no haggle" and mean it, so don't expect them to come down in price. One of the electronic car keys didn't work and the car needs some minor maintenance, and when I tried to use this to get the price down the sales person stood firm on the "car is sold as is." Fair enough. If you don't know a lot about cars, I'd suggest taking it to a mechanic before you buy or getting a warranty. The price was low enough that it still was a good deal even with what we know we'll have to put into it in the next couple of months. We went there for a specific car we'd found on cars.com, and I'd go back to them for another used car in the future. That's about the best you can ask, for a used car dealership!

Maximum Auto Dealership had an extremely hard time with basic customer service . I recently purchased a car and was dissatisfied with the dealers lack of knowledge and unprofessionalism. I would not recommend this dealership to anyone buying a car. The Carfax was incorrect the prices are not clearly marked and they forgot to put tags on the car when we took it for a test drive. During the purchase session my calls were left unreturned and I was repeatedly handed off to other people. Their inability to fill out basic paperwork ,my name is spelled and my address was input incorrectly, leave much to be desired.

Spoke to Ammar yesterday at morning about a BMW Z4 for sale. I told him I wanted the car to put it on hold. He faxed me a hold letter and I told him I would not be able to get the letter back until this morning. He said that was okay he would put a hold on the car. Ammar then said he would have the next day off. I then applied for a loan and had money in hand for the car. This morning I spoke to Amoud (sp) and told him I would be faxing the paperwork in. He said address the fax to Edwin. I faxed the paperwork in as directed. About 20 minutes later Edwin called and said the car had been sold at close of business yesterday. I still have not received a telephone call from anyone at the dealership about the events. To say I was disappointed in the dealership as a whole is a gross understatement.

I bought a 2003 Lincoln Town car strech limousine from Oscar Bustillo over the phone . I didnt look att the car , but he send me some pictures and told me that the car was a 5 from 1-10 . I must admit that in my previous review I was wrong about the character of maximum auto outlet. My bad experience turned out to be a misunderstand between a sales associate and I, not the entire business. After learning that I'd made a trip that far and didn't purchase a car, Mario the Gm took matters into his hands and Invited me back. The experience was totally different. Mario went beyond measures to take care of me Himself, and I truly Appreciate the professionalism that was displayed the second time around. I did purchase the car that I initially came to purchase at a lower price. Mario did everything in his power to assure me that he wants to see every customer leave MAO satisfied. I will be going back in the near future to purchase a car for my son. BTW I am not in any way affiliated with MAO or Mario, Lets get that straight! The first time I met the guy, and He treated me like family, He was very professional and Genuinely interested in my concerns.

Drove 5 hours to view a car that I inquired about via phone and internet and spoke with amar to assure that this vehicle was in good mechanical condition and i was assured it was, so I went to see the vehicle with plans of purchasing cash deal. When I arrived, I stood waiting on the showroom floor for fifteen minutes at least,without even being greeted .I saw at least 3 employees sitting down doing nothing, so finally,I approached one of the guys and told him that i had previously called about a particular car and had spoken to someone name amar, He pointed me to one of the guys that was sitting doing nothing and said thats amar. I told amar who I was,and why I was there. amar went and got the car and after test driving the car , it was not in the proper mechanical condition as described, I was very disappointed! But however I was willing to still buy the car if the price would've been adjusted accordingly. amar refused to come to a fair agreement, and instead let me walk with the cash. I was willing to pay the asking price for the car less the bogus processing fees, which i thought was fair because the repairs was going to exceed that amount ,but instead we agreed to let his people take a look at the car,He was to contact me afterwards, I have yet to hear anything from anyone at mao. It seems like to me that they didn't care if they sold the car or not.

I called the dealership and made an appointment to look at the vehicle. When me and my boyfriend walked inside for our appointment the two sales people and one outside did not acknowledge that we had even walked in the store. we walked around the lot ourselves then proceeded back inside where we still were not greeted. we stood in show room waiting for someone to acknowledge which they didn't until I exclaimed I guess this place does not want my money! Finally someone walked over and asked if we made an appointment. When we explained who our appointment was with the salesman could not find the one we made an appointment with. Instead of him helping us he left us standing and wondered around looking for the sales guy. After watching the dysfunction of the dealership we choose not to do business with them even though we had cash in hand to do the deal. At the point that we left we had been there 25 minutes with no help, and I will add it was 25 minutes waste on a lunch break.

Sold me a car that had a minor accident on the car fax, but in reality the cars brake lines were damaged, it also had frame damage and also when you call them and ask for a price of a car they tell you one price when you arrive you get another one oh and if you finance expect another 2k-5k to be added to the price of the vehicle !

I bougt a 2001 330ci Bmw at this dealer and it gave me problems 2 dyas after it wouldnt pass emission and it had a oil leak and a lean mixture leak which is really bad and a fuel system problem as well i was back at the dealer 6 times for repairs but they will just disconected the negative cable of the baterry and erase the codes. And tell me the car is fix i left the car for 3 days because they said they were goin to fix it pick it up on saturday and by sunday the engine light was On again this was the six time they tried to repair the car i told them to get me on a btter car and they asked me for 3,000$ more for downpayment just becareful when you but here pay a mechanic to check the car and if they promese you antthin get it in writtin

I'd come to Manassas to find a replacement for my wrecked car. Because of insurance cut-off for my rental car, I needed to find a vehicle on that day (Saturday). Salesman offered to let me walk around the lot, but said he was busy and I should check back with him to drive one. I did, found an Acura to look at. I test drove the Acura and an Audi, each time with virtually no assistance from the salesman. It had been about 90 minutes since I arrived, and I'd spent less than 10 of those actually talking with the salesman. Everything fell apart when I asked to look at a BMW to complete my comparison shopping. Salesman's demeanor changed completely. Now he didn't have time to 'keep pulling out cars for me'. He said he'd sold cars a long time and knew my type and that he didn't think I was going to buy a car. I was still free to walk the lot, but he didn't have time to show me anything more. I was *shocked*. I have never been treated in such a callous way by someone whose job is to sell me a car. Astonishing. Apparently customers are a distraction to him. Anyway, I was now totally put off Maximum, and even though I *did* plan to buy a car, and had cash on hand to do it with, no way I was going to support this organization. There was another couple also looking at cars about the same length of time as me. I warned them that they should make a selection soon before they were also run off the lot. I found what I was looking for at a similar lot a mile or so away, who were patient with me and let me drive anything I wanted. There are much better alternatives to Maximum.

No one acknowledged my family. As we walked around the lot looking at the vehicles, the salesmen went inside. After we looked at the vehicles that we were interested in we went inside to see if anyone would acknowledge us. No one opened their mouth to say hello, may I help you, or anything. I went in to this dealership yesterday to look at the Red 2009 Nissan Murano they had listed, calling a head of time to make sure that the car was still available. The sales person that I spoke to was Lee and he was very courteous over the phone. Letting me know that the car was still available and asked when I'd like to come look at the car. I told him I'd be in around 2p that same day. In person it was a different story, his customer service skills completely disappeared. When we arrived the car had been pulled out so that I could view it, my boyfriend and I took a walk around the car identifying a number of sratches and a small dent on the driver's side door, a hole in the back seat and a few other things. We finally went over to the showroom to find Lee and he was already at the door. When we inquired about the sratches and dent, asking Lee if the car was going to be fixed, if the scratches would be buffed out, if the car would be detailed and cleaned up to be more presentable or if the price was negotiable. He proceeded to tell us that the price was fixed and not negotiable, that all of those things had been taken into consideration when the price was set, nothing was going to be fixed or repaired or buffed and if we wanted the car we could buy it, if not, there was nothing he could do. He didn't have the staff to "clean the car up" and the car was being sold as is. Not only was his approach extremely rude, he couldn't have cared less about customer service or selling that car. Needless to say we left and drove to another dealership where we received excellent customer service and purchased a car the same day. I would not recommend this car dealership to anyone.

I live in Richmond, and had called the two previous, consequitive days ragarding a 2006 Durango. My friend and I drove up on a Saturday evening, and I was fully prepared to buy if the vehicle met my approval. When I arrived, they had no idea that I was coming to inspect that particular vehicle(especially the young man asleep at his desk). We were told that they had to move several vehicles to get to ours. After about thirty minutes of waiting, we went outside to investigate. To staff members were trying to jumpstart the Durango in question. I feel as if I dodged a serious bullet here.

Amaar is a reasonable dealer who is open to negotiation, within his limits, of course. The car is what I was looking for, with no issues. They take advantage of young kids that do not know how to negotiate a car deal. Sold my son a car with a bad clutch. Clutch lasted less than 24 hours after purchase and he had to replace part. Since was sold as is, my 21 year old Army private son currently serving in Afghanistan had to pay not only for car, but major repair as well. Stay away from sales manager Babar Ahmad and this dealership, they are crooks.

Went to look at a Dodge Nitro. The plastic molding on the luggage rack was GLUED on...WITH PLUMBER'S FOAM. It didn't even appear as if they were trying to hide it. The plastic "fix" was already failing, as the molding was hanging off of the vehicle. Not to mention, the listing at the dealership was $3,000 more expensive than the advertisement on the cars.com website.

If you are a first time buy, and no nothing about buying a new car just come to Maximum and as for Ammar. I just walked in tell him the car I want and he took care of me as if I was the only customer in the shop this is my first time financing a car and it was like a walk in the park I bought a 2008 Altima and Ammar took care of me as a brother. I came there at 10am on a statuday and left at 12pm with my new car stress free and my credit is not the best I will recommend this dealer to any new time buyer.

i did buy a car from these guys, i am happy with the car and the price i got for it...but would never go back due to the lack of professionalism by the staff... salesman i had was a jerk and acted as if i was wasting his time because it was his lunch break and he was doing me a favor by sticking around while i decided on purchasing the car.. after purchase was complete i asked if all license plate frames and the front license plate mount be removed, which was met with huffing and puffing, so i drove the car home, got out my socket set and took the 2 minutes to remove them... the $400 "processing fee" aka seller commission is a joke

My experience with Maximum Auto Outlet is disappointing. I purchased a Volkswagen Jetta. I paid half for the vehicle in cash and financed the remaining. Unfortunately after several STRONG conversations with Management to fix the back window they finally agreed. Maximum kept my vehicle for several days assuring me that they completed the work and the rear window does not leak. Unfortunately the window still LEAKS. I was taking my elderly mother and father to a family event, once it started raining the window leaked water all over my parents..needless to say I was furious!! I have tried numerous attempts to contact Mr. Garrett (Manager) but to no avail. My phone calls get routed to voicemail and of course no return call. I WILL NOT RECOMMEND OR REFER ANYONE TO MAXIMUM AUTO. BEWARE

I originally purchased a used mazda 6 and after leaving the dealership noticed brake and transmission problems. I drove the vehicle to my mechanic who confirmed the issues. I called the dealership back and not only were they willing to help fix the vehicle after the sale but allowed me to return the vehicle for the total sales amount and purchase another. I saw a 2004 S430 Mercedes Benz on sale and I contacted the dealer via email and filled out the finance application. Ammar called me back almost immediately but I did not hear from him again. I went Maximum auto outlet to look at a 1999 Saab 9.5 SE. Spoke to the General Manager he was very helpful to get someone to help me and bring the car up front. I was able to take a treat drive it drove like a dream and I want to get the BMW, but not able to get approved due to i do not make enough, so i bought the Saab the finance manager Ahmed was so helpful and very courteous, so I paid in full cash. They walk me thru the paper work and then got to take my car home.

When I read all these reviews, I thought to myself, wow, I wanna buy my car from them, but when I went there I got Zeeeero customer service, I had to talk to three different people, I'm not sure why, and one was worse than the other, I did not seal the deal although I loved the car, because of their attitude.

i'm in the market for a new used vehicle, and i'm seriously considering going to this dealer. the biggest factor in me making this decision, is the fact that the sales manager is actively looking at their reviews, and asks people to contact him with any problems. you don't see a lot of that, even if the dealer does respond. the "bad" reviews that i've read, the manager apologizes for the poor service, or the way that the customer felt, and it appears that he wants to make things better. personally, that's good business. treat your customer right, and if that fails, take them aside and find out what went wrong, and correct it. ... haven't bought a car yet, but i'm just sayin ...

Last week I had visited Maximum Auto in Manassas needing to purchase a vehicle for my Son. From the first time that I had met Mr Amar, he was extremely helpful. He was very up front regarding the process for purchase of a vehicle and, very helpful from our initial meeting until I actually drove away from the car lot. He took me to the bank to pick up mycheck, I cannot say how truly thankful I am for his diligent service and for this beautiful Jeep Wrangler.

I purchased a used 2003 Audi TT coupe w/automatic from Maximum Auto Outlet and so far am very pleased. The sales staff applied no pressure whatsoever, and gave me plenty of time to examine and test drive the vehicle. I was concerned that there was no warranty with the car, but so far it has proved to be in excellent condition. In fact many people think it is a new car, when actually it is a 2003. I feel that the price wasn't "great," but was reasonable, especially for a hard to find model that I was interested in. The actual buying process went flawless.

Initially, I did have some issues with the overall buying process, but this dealership has responded quickly and effectively the problem areas. The dealership was not obligated to do this - which shows a focus on customer satisfaction.

I went to this dealership looking for an Lexus GS 300 AWD. First off, the cars battery was dead because it has been sitting idle for 3 weeks (salesman told me this) and it didnt start up. Secondly , the power seats didnt work as well. I'm not 100% sure if the batter power is connected to the power seats but this didnt happen when my battery died on my old Lexus. Third, when they finally got the battery charged up the car blocking me wasnt starting as well. Be careful with this guys. They specailize in second chance financing and obviously dont take care of their vehicles.

The $399 processing fee was not discussed until I was presented the purchase agreement - this substantial fee was not mentioned previously. My greatest concern was that discovered part way home that each wheel was missing one lug nut - it is amazing this escaped the in- house inspection. Shame on me for not seeing it earlier - but I have to admit one should not have to inspect the wheels for lug nuts. The Rav4 was also missing a jack and lug nut ranch - maybe a minor concern after the missing lug nuts. I hope there are no more surprises.

We went in to look for an 03 Mercedes-Benz C 230 and immediately I was turned off by the fact that when we asked for the car, none of the salesmen knew where the vehicle was, that was strike one! Once we found the vehicle, the salesman, who obviously couldn't drive stick shift, had trouble starting the car, of course that was strike two! Once we did take a look at the car, my husband immediately noticed that all four rotors on the car needed to be replaced, by this time they were completely OUT! On a regular non-luxury car that can run about 1,000, so upon purchasing this vehicle within weeks, we would have had a pretty expensive repair bill. When we mentioned this issue to the salesman, he was very casual and nonchalant, as to suggest that he didn't car, which really rubbed both of us the wrong way. So many things about this place was wrong, as also with this car. I wouldn't suggest anyone go here, unless you don't mind paying for repairs they obviously should do prior to selling it!

Maximum Auto Outlet is not a good place to buy a car. The sales and management are very unprofessional. Recently had a problem with a car purchased there and found they did not inspect the car properly but passed it anyway. This left us with a repair that I believe they should pay for. Talked to several other indepent inspectors and they said it should have been caught.

Very poor customer service. I had many questions about the car I was interested in and they couldnt answer most of them. They simply gave me the car keys and told me to drive it around. They kept changing price quoted on their website for a much higher price. Not sure if this is their regular practice, but i would urge caution when dealing with this dealer.
