I want to say Wayne Anderson was absolutely amazing through the whole experience. He helped me get the truck I wanted , gave me updates, communicated extremely well, was completely transparent on all of the details, and just extremely helpful. He was awesome and definitely earned me as a reoccurring customer as well as me recommending to all of my friends and family for future vehicle purchases. This was the best vehicle purchasing process I have ever been through. I cant express enough how happy I am with the experience and how quick and easy it was to drive home in my new truck. Definitely top ratings across the board in my book !

Everything went smooth and efficient. Wayne Anderson was amazing and made us feel right at home. He really helped us make our decision and we never felt pressured. I would definitely buy from master again. Also, when our children got hungry Wayne gave them snacks from his own personal stash. I really appreciated that. It made the experience that much easier and better. He's a good man. Everyone we came into contact with was friendly, smiling, helpful, and easy to talk to.

I arrived at my appointment and upon arrival Carl greeted me and I appreciated his pleasant nature. He was my service manager and kept me informed on the status of my vehicle throughout the day. Carl was very knowledgeable, helpful and ensured everything on my list was completed the same day. Very pleased with the service I received today.

I purchased my 2015 Encore at Master in 2016. Unfortunately, my sweet Pearl met her demise when someone ran a stop sign and totaled her. I loved her so much I tried to find an exact replacement. I was able to find one a year younger and with only 29,000 miles but it was all the way in Tampa! After purchasing the vehicle the air conditioner didn't seem to be working correctly. I called the service department and explained that I had a newer Encore now and had an extended warranty. They were happy to help even though Master didn't sell me my new baby, Pearline. The folks at Master always treat me like a valued customer! I know when it's time to replace Pearline, I'll be headed to Master!

I just had the most painless vehicle buying experience I have ever had. My sales consultant Sue Oertle was an absolute joy to work with. We talked about dogs more than trucks. She was like chatting with an old friend. She never tryed to steer me to something I didn't want, however she was more than willing to get me any key I asked for. I got there around 5:30 on Thursday evening and left about 8:30 they close at 7. I never felt rushed. Friday evening was about the same story. I finally came back on Saturday to finish the deal. New car sale manager Eddie Overby was a super nice guy, never once did I feel pressured or unappreciated, no matter what I asked for. It took three days and several trucks driven and sat in for me to make up my mind. I went in looking at a Canyon and left in a Sierra. I could have never imagined the great deal I ended up getting. I had an 8:00 am appointment for fall service and tire rotation. My wife wanted them to check a clunk sound when she turns left or right. Also when the seat moves from position 2 to one a clicking sound it made. They called us at 2:30 to come get the car. When we arrived they said they could not hear the sounds. I asked the service manage to come to the car so my wife could show her the sounds. He apologized and said the techs couldn't hear anything. I left the car with them to fix. I heard from them Friday that they had to order a part for the steering but didn't know what was causing the sound in the seat. I told them to keep the car until they could fix it. It is a 2015 Yukon SLT with less that 7000 miles.

I have inquired on multiple cars from this dealer. I have only once went in to drive one. I called to let them know I was on my way and they said they would be waiting. When I arrived there was no one around the the rep eventually showed up about 20 mins later. It was great that they give me the keys and said I could drive it on my own. Customer service was not that great but them letting me drive on my own was great!

Had repairs done to my car at this dealership. Was satisfied with the work done to the car and level of professionalism staff utilized while I was there. I will definitely take my vehicles back to theme in the future and will recommend them to my friends as well.

I have bought several vehicles from Master GMC, Always a great experience. The salesman, Gregg Smith was excellent and among the best at not being a 'car salesmen' I have ever dealt with. Will NEVER waste time again on this company! Found a vehicle on their website that we were highly interested in purchasing (red 2008 GMC Z71 truck). Called prior to visit to make sure the vehicle was still available. The lady that we spoke to was unsure....put us on hold to verify with the manager. She returned and stated it was still there and to ask for the manager (Jason) when we get there. We drove 1 1/2 hours to dealership from SC. When we arrived, we asked to speak to Jason. Jason was apparently with other customers so another salesman assisted us. He said the vehicle was in the far side of parking lot. We followed him out and did not see the vehicle. The guy made a phone call and after hanging up informed us that the vehicle was in the shop being worked on because the transmission went out in it!! There is no way this could have just happened in the 2 hours we had called about the vehicle prior to arriving. So we wasted our day away when it could have been spent with a more reliable company, but it will NEVER happen again. BEWARE!

I took my 2012 Sierra in for a leveling kit to be installed, dropped it off at 8 am and Nick Faulkner promised that it would be ready by the end of the day. I received a call from Nick at 12:30 he said it was ready, I went to pick it up, they had washed my truck, cleaned and shined my wheels and tires. The 2" leveling kit looks and rides awesome!!!!I have oftened wondered why so many people recommended Master Buick GMC and now I see why, great service and great trucks and cars!!! I have dealt with these folks for over 20 years. They are the best. Very professional and they treat you like a valued friend and not just a customer. The service is excellent in the service and parts department. Over the years, I have bought many vehicles from them and they have serviced each and every one of them. These folks are honest and I would not even consider going any where else.

I own a GMC Sierra Denali truck and I look forward to my service intervals as the staff is second to none. The prices are extremely reasonable and fair. I purchased new tires, shocks, etc. and the quality of the work was excellent. I'm a car/truck enthusiast and I enjoy the comradery of the staff as well as viewing all the new vehicles. I will continue to have all my vehicles serviced at Master GMC. My special thanks to the service and parts department. Did I mention my vehicle was returned cleaner than when I left it.

Bad experience from a dealership that bragged on honesty as I prepared to buy a car. I was told I had a car purchased, gave my credit info which was fine, asked my salesman is there anything else I need to do to hold this car-- the response was 'no'. I was later told my car had been sold to someone else. I know mistakes can happen, the part that made things worse is my salesman was scared to call me back after numerous call attempts trying to figure out when I can pick it up.

I was looking for a good used truck with four full doors and after finding a truck that had all the features I was looking for I scheduled a test drive.Larry Bradford was my sales contact and he did a great job needless to say I bought the truck that day.I had a great experience with Master Buick/GMC and would recomend them for your vehicle purcharse.

had a great overall experience, found a great car with a great price. drove 2 1/2 hours and it was well worth it. did not feel any pressure at all! i highly recommend this dealership! Although I thought vehicle listing had to be a misprint, Vehicle was just as described upon visit. Salesman was very friendly and not pushy. I did purchase the used vehicle and after two weeks took it into Service Dept for some very minor nick nack repairs. Service was very helpful and concerned about my experience. At the end of it all, I received an email from my salesman, service writer, and even the General Manager making sure my experience with the dealership was satisfactory!

I just wanted to take a minute to praise the business your family has created and run for so many years. In October 2011, my Pontiac G6 broke down (the crank to the key shaft broke causing my timing chain to fly off and bend pistons, valves, etc.) on I-520 on our way to St. Petersburg, Florida. Not being from the Augusta area, and only being a resident of North Augusta for less than a year, I had to rack my brain, while in a panic on the side of the road, to tell AAA which dealership I needed my car towed to for service. Remembering the signs for Master, I told them to take it there. This is where I met your wonderfully, accommodating, staff in the service department at Master Buick GMC in Augusta. My husband and I left the car at your dealership and we left for Florida. William Fanning was more than accommodating throughout this process as he spoke with me and/or my father (who originally purchased the car and then gifted it to me) everyday while we were out of town, explaining the process of what was going to happen. After 28 long days, I finally got my car back and William deserves to be more than praised for his work with my "case" and the warranty company. He is one wonderful, hard working man and should be rewarded. After I got my car back from being repaired, I decided it was time to trade it and purchase a new one. I knew that I would purchase my next car from Master, but I wasn't sure what kind of car I wanted. I test drove a few GMCs but wanted to look at a few Chevys. I made my way to your Aiken dealership and met Mark Halupa, yet again, another wonderful, helpful, and knowledgeable employee of Master. I ended up ordering a White Diamond LTZ Equinox from your Chevy dealership that took over 3 months to arrive and once again, your courteous staff was more than accommodating. Wayne Morgan really got the ball rolling and made sure my new car made it safe and sound without any problems. After I finally got my car, Wayne and Mark made sure everything was OK and checked in with my regularly. At one point, I thought there may be something wrong with the radio. When this happened and I contacted Mark, there were no questions asked, Mark and Wayne took the car into service for me and gave me a car to drive while it was in the shop. At one point, Mark even met me in North Augusta so the car could be looked at because I couldn't make it to Aiken after work one evening. He told me he would do whatever it took to ensure I was satisfied and that the problem was taken care of. I am more than pleased with your employees and the service I have received at Master Chevorlet, Cadillac and at Master Buick, GMC. My father has worked for a GM affiliated company for over 30 years and so, I will ALWAYS purchase a GM made car. I can assure you I will go to no other dealer for service or sales while living in the Augusta area and I will recommend your services to anyone who comes my way. Thank you for providing such a wonderful service to the people of Augusta/ Aiken for so many years. I typically purchase a new vehicle every 2-3 years and now that I am am married I will be now including a second vehicle that I will be trading. In 40 years of purchasing vehicles this was the worst overall experience I've had. There is more BS surrounding the trade in and getting a price for the new vehicle. They give you a questionnaire and while you're completing it they secretly inspect your car, ex. running a paint scanner on the vehicle for body damage and repaint. They also I believe ran a car fax and found we told the truth. After the deal and all papers were signed the dealer refused to hand over the keys until we proved by calling the insurance company we had valid insurance then told the insurance co to add the new vehicle. to avoid a confrontation I allowed this even though Ga State Laws allows a certain amount of time for that to happen with the new vehicle being covered by the existing Ins Co. We weren't expecting to buy that day and didn't bring both sets of keys and leaving the dealer conveniently came up one set of keys short. They absolutely give you the feeling they do not trust you. The deal was the best we found but next time I will avoid that dealership and would rather pay a higher price than deal with them again. They also wanted us to make an appointment to have the truck checked in 6 months which they charge over a 100.00. The entire process took almost 5 hours to complete and compared to the dealer I bought a another truck the day before from this purchase took approximately 4.5 hours longer. Previously I had bought two other vehicles from this dealer and the experience was pleasant however this third vehicle will be my last.
