Top of the line experience with Mangino GMC. I could have gone to many dealerships in my area for service, I know them well, I'm an auto damage claims adjuster and I have experience with most in the area. Mangino's service writers are courteous and conscience of people arriving needing help. They actually ask if you want help if they notice someone out of place. The service to my truck was fast, not quick. I'd rather wait awhile with the impression the Tech is paying special attention to my vehicle in the bay. I'll be buying another GMC and my dealer will be Mangino, as long as the price is right. Thank you Mangino GMC

Mangino has a customer for life. Shopped at several other dealerships prior to stopping at Mangino. Was treated as more than just a number. Pricing was fair, along with what I received for my trade. Building is beautiful. Upon delivery of my vehicle it was detailed inside and out. I encourage anyone shopping for a vehicle to check them out. Was a forty minute drive from my home but definitely worth it.

I am always pleased with the service and the personnel that arrange the service. I am not pleased with the condition of my car after a mechanic has serviced it. Most times there are shoe scrapes on the driver door panel and because I like the dealership so much I have not mentioned it - this time, however, there were several grease spots on my seat which Kate was kind enough to clean. Other times there are greasey hand prints on the hood and door. I like to keep my car very clean and would expect to receive it back that way. I realize that a mechanic may have grease on his hands or shoes etc but it seems to me as part of the final service an inspection can be performed to check that the car is being returned clean.

Because it was going to take some time to diagnose and repair a problem with my Verano's heating system, the customer service representative immediately offered a loaner so I would not be inconvenienced. This impressed me very much because although other dealers would say they offer loaners, when the time came to need a car one was never available. Mangino's is good to their word and that is worth my loyalty!

My husband and I visited Mangino's initially looking to purchase a new vehicle. It became clear that in order for me to get into a vehicle that I wanted, I needed to lease instead of purchase. We had never leased before so had many questions regarding it. Bob Carr patiently answered all my questions, made me feel comfortable, not pressured and provided all the information I needed to make an educated decision that was right for me. Once we decided on the lease, Bob Carr went above and beyond to get the vehicle I wanted, when I wanted it, staying past office hours to make sure all my paperwork was explained to me and answering the millions of questions I had regarding my new vehicle (how to work most of the features it had). I would highly recommend this dealership, and especially Bob Carr if you are looking to purchase or lease a GMC or Buick!

I saw a used Ford Ranger posted on website. I decided that I would like to see it and I even downloaded the free carfax. When I showed up the next business day I was surprised to find out that they would not sell it retail... and it had to be sold wholesale. After they explained what that meant to me I went to a wholesale dealer where I had just bought a vehicle for my wife and had him call to find out about the vehicle. Much to our surprise he was informed that the vehicle had already been sold before I even stopped by Manginos. I don't understand why people blatantly lie.

I purchased a new GMC Sierra Form Mangino on 08/25/14. I dealt with Bob Carr, he was the best car dealer I have ever dealt with. Not over powering or hard to talk to. I met Bob three weeks before I purchased the truck. I stopped to look at new trucks and Bob was with another customer. He took time to give me the keys to the Sierra I wanted to look at. After I looked at it I talked to Bob and found he was off the following week, so I put the buying on hold till I knew he was back to work and he could deal with me. When I picked the truck up he took time to explain all the features and made sure I knew what was there and how to use it. I fell so much better that he did this, since the inside of the truck was like nothing I would ever understand by my self.

I had the worst experience I have ever had with any dealership. Did not get a good deal., no money off at all, a bottle of spirit( small but I don't drink and a box of cookies. Not my idea of a deal when buying a car. The salesman I had started out ok but proceeded to tell me how great he was and that he was the best salesman they had. what a great selling pitch for himself when I wasn't purchasing a person. When I came to pick up my car he pawned me off to another salesman to finish the deal because he said he was busy with another customer when he should have taken care of me and ask them to wait. There is much more but I will not be back to Mangino's ever and will sway any of my friends and family to another GMC dealership. I will not take my car back to them for any repairs or service. I will go to another GMC dealer. I hope you take this to heart and get rid of the salesman I had because this hole deal was more about him and mot putting the customer first.

This was my 1st experience leasing a car. Sales Cosultant Michael Hodsoll was very professional in assisting me pick out a vehicle, test drive that vehicle a 2014 GMC Terrain Denali, and all other aspects of the leasing process. Mike also followed through on the pick up and walk through of the vehicle and demonstrated the workings of the instruements on the dash. Mike answered all my questions, was not being pushy and he also took us on a tour of the dealership. I knew when I made my first phone call to Mangino Buick I would be going there for a test drive. I was inquiring about a Buick incentive and how it worked...Ralph explained how it worked and I explained that I was looking to buy a new vehicle and somewhat filled him in on some of the options I wanted. Said I would be up on Sat. I asked Ralph what his last name was and he said Mangino ( that was the 2nd clue this would be a good experience ) Greeted by Joe Galuski (very friendly) because Ralph was busy and he arranged for my test drives of a Verano & an Encore (loved it)...met with Ralph did some money talk and said I was going to drive other vehicles...not a problem he said. Did alot of research on Sun and Mon morning called and went back to redrive and purchase the Encore. Retalked price and came to an agreement, Joe wrote up paperwork, met with John LaRonca, who was a also a pleasure to work with. Encore scheduled to come in 2/5 and to my surprise a phone call from Mike Hodsall that my Encore was in. On 1/29 I was another proud Buick owner (my Century was 15 years old). Mike was very personable and gave me an excellent tour of my Encore taking his time to explain it all. Everyone I have talked to and dealt with, that includes whomever answers the phone, the Parts Dept who ordered my seat belt extensions and whatever salesperson was there when my husband & I walked in made you fell WELCOME! Not having time during regular business hours to visit dealers, I contacted several GMC dealers in the region via email inquiring about a new 2012 Sierra SLT. All of the dealers responded. Most sent me canned / scripted emails that did not address any of my questions. Scott from Mangino was the only internet sales manager that treated me like a person and answered my exact questions in a timely manner. Unfortunately, Mangino did not have the color combination I wanted - but they were very happy to search other dealer inventories. They located an exact match in PA. Ralph Mangino, Jr. gave me a very fair trade in value on my 2009 Sierra and a fair price on the new truck. We made a deal over the phone without me even visiting the showroom. Two days later, the new truck was at Mangino's. When I arrived, all the paperwork was ready to go. All I had to do was sign everything, leave my old truck and drive away. Mangino GMC was a pleasure to deal with.

I recently visited Mangino Buick GMC to purchase a used car. My experience during the sale process was so positive I felt obligated to share. I bought a 2011 Buick Regal CXL with 15,600 miles....black on black...fully loaded. From the time I first drove the vehicle I knew this was for me. The car handles extremely well, looks great and is fuel efficient. The folks in sales, service and finance we're all knowledgeable in their roles during the sales process. I look forward to my unlimited oil changes and tire rotations for the next two years. I have recently purchased a 2012 Buick Verano from this dealer. This was my third time having previously purchased a used Park Avenue and a used LeSabre. I stick with Mangino for many reasons: The sales staff are friendly, helpful and knowledgable; not "pushy". The service department has always been able to schedule me in a timely manner, accommodating my schedule and always offering a loaner.This is a family-owned business with loyal ties to the local community, and experienced long-term employees. I highly recommemd mangino buick GMC!

I recently purchased a new Buick Verano. I had previously purchased a Park Avenue, then a Le Sabre, both used. The sales staff were very helpful but not "pushy", inviting me to test drive the newly-arrived Verano. They gave me information regarding a trade-in and financing. Although a lease was an option, I wanted to purchase. Once I decided to buy, the paperwork, insurance, financing, registration, etc,was all handled efficiently. Regarding the service department, this dealer is top notch! They can always schedule service in a timely manner and a loaner has always been available if needed. I always feel confident that repairs have been done properly. I highly recommend Mangino Buick GMC, a friendly, honest, professional dealer.

I recently purchased a 2012 GMC Terrain at Mangino Buick-GMC. I have dealt with this dealership my entire adult life. They are honest, fair and straight forward with absolutely no pressure. There is nowhere else I would purchase.

We chose to go here because we wanted to buy new thru a dealership. They were very nice and friendly at first. They quoted us a price with a warranty one day and told us to think about it. We waited 5 days to respond to them. They called us to see if we where still interested. We assumed it was for the same price because they didn't say anything different. We went into buy the car and we were told it was sold. The next morning they called to say it was still available but they changed the price and didn't give us the extra warranty. We still bought the vehicle because it was what were wanted and were looking for. It boils down to the principle of the matter. Don't say one thing then do something different.
