I purchased a new crew cab silverado here about four months ago. I make my living in my truck, but it's been in the shop for days now multiple times with no end in sight. Many of the issues were small, but some were rather dangerous safety issues. Be careful doing business here. They'll shake your hand on the way in, but after that, all they will shake is your confidence in mankind.

I delt with the lynn layton service department and was left far more than pleased with this group of professionals. Their work was fast. Their communication was pleasing. Their quality of work was unmatched. I commend them and plan to do business with them in the future.

To say that Lynn Layton made my car buying experience a pleasure would not be the whole truth. Six months ago, I felt I had been burned by the dealership and everyone inside of it. However, I can honestly say I have never seen a member of the customer service industry work as hard as Lynn Layton Chevrolet to repair a relationship with a customer. Raymond went above and beyond my expectations in an attempt to leave me feeling satisfied. I can now rest well at night knowing that I have a quallity, fully functioning car sitting in my drive way. If you want this feeling, then follow in my foot steps and drive to Lynn Layton Chevrolet, find Raymond on the sales lot, and ask him what he can do for you.

NO PLACE to PARK! (on purpose!) They use slick sales people to woo you over to the shiny new cars and then offer them to you at the highest possible price. when I showed the salesartist the NADA for my trade in, he laughed.They TRIED to service my 2005 impala four times for the same problem and still did not fix it. It had a leaky factory installed sun roof and they could not get it to stop leaking. Also, on the fourth visit, their lot boy SMASHED into the car and they had to replace the rear panel. LOSERS!

My daughter wound up buying a Tahoe from this dealership. She had just been in an accident and wanted a more substantial car/SUV. They first argued over who would get the credit for her sale, then, because her credit had issues, did not want to work with her, and were nasty when I said I would not co-sign. I tried to get an email address for the owner and they stonewalled me.

Rusty made our car buying experience very pleasant and made sure we got the best deal on our car. We were very pleased with everyone at Lynn Layton and definitely recommend that all car shoppers give them a call.

This dealership is no different than any others. They didn't check any of the simplest things on this car before offering it for sale. It had 130000 miles and none of the scheduled maintenance had been done. The effort to keep profit margin at maximum overrides any concern for offering a properly inspected used vehicle. They are certainly no worse than any other dealer. They just aren't any better than the others or many private sellers. Do your homework on the vehicle's problem history and check it thoroughly before you purchase. Don't make any assumptions based on how nice and likable the sales staff may be here or anywhere. It was my mistake with this purchase. Don't make the same one.

When going to buy a car, its a headache!! Everyone can agree with that. When walking into Lynn Layton, I was greeting by Jody. Prior to that, I did a little research on what I wanted to purchase. That's what people forget to do. Sales people are not mind readers. After talking with Jody and picking out a Tahoe that I wanted. I was ready to sign the papers. Jody was up front with everything. Anything I needed or did not know, he answered. My experience was so easy and great. If I had to say one thing, it would be "GO TO LYNN LAYTON CHEVROLET!!!" It was like working with family.
