Great experience. Not typical “all day at the dealer” to purchase a vehicle. Sebastian is a one man show which adds a personal element to the sale. He has an eye for clean cars and offers them at reasonable prices, especially given these times of a seller’s market. Great value in the quality of cars he offers. Stay away from the big dealerships and give this guy a try. Make sure to call first so he can expect you.

Be sure of what you are buying! Went to buy a car sight unseen (my fault I know), was advertised as good running, good tires, good brakes, rear bumper only had been painted. I did my own financing, the deal was done before I arrived, and we planned on me picking the car up and agreed on a time. I arrive and the car is filthy, has been washed in at least a month, the tires are 5 years old and dry rotted so bad the raised letters were gone from the sidewall. Rear bumper was not attached at the bottom and did not line up to the body, mostly because of the crease in the quarter panel. After removing the trunk interior there was a foot wide dent in the quarter that had been body filled and painted over. Front bumper had also been painted poorly. The trunk lid was also misaligned. After starting the car it idled rough, not smooth at all. I told the owner all of this and let him know I was going to have to pass on the car. He proceeded to tell me “Good luck if you think you will get a perfect car for ten grand” (The car was $12k and substantially over market value at that). I was more than willing to pay the asking price for a car that was as advertised. Please be sure of what you are buying, don’t waste 3 days getting paperwork together only to be let down like me.

First of all a pleasant change for car buying they had what was advertised but turned out not to be exactly what I wanted. The owner was informative, not pushy and knew his products. I can't comment on service or prices beyond the observation that prices were within blue book reasonable ranges before any negotiation. Interesting and refreshing fact he did not want my information to follow up and pester like most but suggested I check his website for new stock.

What can I say besides I'm so glad I found Luxury Imports. I first got reeled in by a beautiful Spa Yellow 2003 Honda S2000. Sebestian was super easy to talk to, was upfront and honest and that's rare in the car business. I ended up purchasing that convertible and a couple months later was in need of another car more daily friendly. I got a 2009 Lexus IS250 from Sebastian and loved it. A few weeks ago I picked up a winter vehicle a 2002 Toyota 4RUNNER. Very different vehicles all just as nice and clean as each other. Fair dealings, good trade offers they have my business for life!!!

I just bought a 2006 X5 from Sebastian and Luxury imports Inc Geneva. I live in Ohio and could not see car in person. The photos were exactly representative. Sebastian helped me get a great price and was patient while I sent him a check. He helped to get it shipped to me for a great price. I have never met him, but I read the reviews and took the big step. Please do not hesitate to buy from Sebastian. I bought a car without seeing it and he made the experience a great one. I will go back for my next car even tho I live in Ohio!

Purchased 2011 Suzuki Kizashi. I went there and dealer handed me a key to the car right away. No pushy sales pitch. Gave me all advise honestly that I needed. Asking price was good. He accepted reasonable offer without any hesitation. Car is excellent. Runs good. Post sales small minor issue was resolved. Which initiated after two weeks. I will not hesitate to do business with him again

We found a MINI Cooper Clubman S at Luxury Imports. It had the options we were looking for and very low miles. Sebastian was great to deal with. He even let us have a set of wheels dropped off and installed them for us. Other than more room and a new parking lot I don't see any way this dealer could get any better. I bought a lexus es330, guy allowed me to have the car checked at a nearby shop. When I was told it needed new breaks the dealer paid to have new ones installed, the next day I had the car. I wish more dealers where this cool.

Sebastian was easy to work with and willing to help us meet our budget. Would recommend him to anyone looking for a used car. He did not hesitate when asked to take the car for a prepurchase inspection sight-unseen. Very responsive to messages. Promptly sent out title papers.
