I've been to a few dealerships and by far Luke Furia Motors has been the best dealership I've been to. I met my salesman Miguel Angel Rodriguez two years ago and he still calls to make sure that I am still satisfied with my vehicle. Other dealerships seems that all they care for was the sale. Miguel Angel Rodriguez took the time to make sure I got what I wanted and didn't try to push any unnecessary or extra things. He asked what I wanted and made sure that I was satisfied. I recommend to anyone that is looking for a vehicle to make sure and stop by Luke Furia in Brownsville, Texas. Make sure and ask for Miguel Angel Rodriguez.

I bought a 2014 Hyundai Tucson the service was incredibly great. The Sales person Joe Ramirez at Luke Fruia in Brownsville was the best. He explained everything in reguards to the vehicle and assisted with great pleasure every step of the way, being this my first buy through a dealership. I absolutely loved the service. I am very pleased with my purchase and his service as well as the curtosy of all the sales agent there. Over all great service and I will definitely be referring here.

Any experience can be based on one element, but my experiences - note plural - with the staff of Luke Fruia motors has always been exceptional. My motivation for buying and servicing automotibles at Fruia motors is the service, the people, the product, and my satisfaction. I went to see the vehicles however never thought I would actually walk out with a new one. Joe my sales person made it very easy and made us feel comfortable with the treatment and experience we received. I have bought four vehicles at Luke Furia Motors in Brownsville, Texas. The reason, I returned after the first vehicle was due to he fact that everyone at Luke Furia are extremely knowledgeable in what they do. They are not pushy and have an great customer relations with anyone that goes there. Miguel Angel Rodriguez was my salesman on all four vehicles. He did a great job in explaining everything that was needed to be known in every single one. He did not try to push me into buying anything that was not needed, just so he could make a extra dollar. I planning on going back sometime in the near future to buy a vehicle for my parents. I look foward in returning for any occasion

I was simply blowned away the first time everybody at this dealership treated me. It's been twice that I had visited and purchased a vehicle from Luke Fruia Motors and I got to tell you, nothing has changed. There is a salesman that I had dealt with since my first experience and he has simply not changed his oustanding ways to treat people. Miguel Rodriguez has always been very professional, helpful and very knowleagable about his job. It has been a pleasure doing business with this dealership and I will defenitely do it all over again.

I sent emails to several GMC / Chevrolet dealerships in the Rio Grande Valley. Mr. Alaniz was one of the first to respond, and the only one who did not immediately pressure me to drive out to his dealership to test drive a vehicle. He quoted me a good price for the 2012 Terrain I was looking for, and worked with me (all online and over the phone) to make sure I had a vehicle I could test drive in my price range and with the features I was looking for.When we arrived at the dealership he had the car ready for us, answered all of our questions, and let us test drive it extensively. The experience was very relaxed, and several hours later we left with our new vehicle.I would highly recommend both Mr. Alaniz and Luke Fruia motors for your next vehicle purchase.

I went for a tire rotation as well and all was great. Awsome, quick and smooth. To that customer with the hubcap problem. I dont believe the dealership is at fault. If the hubcap was not installed propperly, it would of come off right away or as soon as you get up to high speed, not 200 miles away, maybe you hit a hard bump, or pothole?

after oil change tire rotation on a 2110 cadilac 17000mi.a hub cap came off less than 7 days and 200mi chris will not care of it .it was on there for 17000mi without coming off before they work on it.every one was very nices at time of service and they had there money !

I just want to share that I am so impressed and overwhelmed with Randys overall professionalism, patience, knowledge, and sensitivity in helping me acquire the 2009 Cadillac CTS, from your dealership, over the Internet! And then it was even delivered to me! It was the most relaxing and productive auto purchasing activity I have ever done! The car is everything I expected and more... I definitely will be a returning customer to Luke Fruia Motors, when the right time comes, if they continue to have salesmen of his caliber and expertise. My sales associate Armando Martinez, was very attentive to my needs, once purchased he spent all the time necessary to explain every detail of the vehicle before I left the dealership. Would I recommend him, absolutely to everyone who asks and that is a great deal of people.
