Worst experience ever!! My husband and I wanted to support American workers and decided that Ford was a "respectable" company who did not take a handout from the government like general motors. We bought a F-150 in May and a Ford Fusion in June both 2016. We paid an extra $500.00 to the dealership to get the bed liner of the truck coated....WASTE of money! The bed liner is paper thin.....AND they ruined the bed rail plastic on the truck during the spray process. NEVER offered to replace something they ruined, so my husband and I purchased new plastic bed rails ($220.00 +) One of the tail light lenses had to be replaced on the truck, water would get trapped on the inside of cover......Ford actually replaced the cover through their approval process.NOW for the biggest story of our overall experience....Our truck as of 10/27/16 has only 8,200 miles on it and the master cylinder went out on it....nothing like driving a new vehicle with no brakes!!! It's under warranty; we figured no big deal...until we took it to the LOVELAND, CO ford dealer. HORRIBLE customer service!! This dealer and Ford stated that the master cylinder part was NOT going to be released until NOVEMBER 11, 2016 and that it would probably be another 2 weeks on top of that because all of those parts were "spoken for". So, we have a BRAND new truck, under warranty, that will be sitting for at least 1 month......hmmmm....still have to make a truck payment for something we can't drive. Have also lost worked hours to take care of a vehicle that is supposed to be durable and reliable....is this all false advertising....according to a Ford customer service representative he told my husband that he should not place all of his eggs in one basket......OK???? To top it all off a worker at LOVELAND, CO Ford stated that "we MIGHT be able to get an ECONO car"........WHAT?! REALLY?! Apples to oranges....and that is acceptable???? My husband did some calling around and LONGMONT, CO Ford stated they could guarantee a truck (10/24/16) same day we are dealing with a maybe ECONO car from Loveland. After work I went to go get truck keys from Loveland so Longmont could service our truck. Long story short a man behind the counter said what do you want me to do about it? I want you to make things right. He said he was too busy all day and did not have time, he was swamped and never made time for us, his customers (my husband and I) to make arrangement and accommodate. They expect us to go without a vehicle for 4+ weeks? To find the keys nobody knew where they were, very unorganized....let's move on. The next day (Tuesday 10/25/16) my husband took truck to Longmont, and to our surprise he does NOT bring home a truck rather a 2014 Ford Expedition that just came back from the oil field and was not cleaned before he received it....what a pile of crap. They stated they didn't have time and that's all they had...but they guaranteed a truck the day before????? We didn't make it there as we were dealing with LOVELAND FORD all day MONDAY. There was a patron who asked for my husbands phone number because he was going through the same thing at LOVELAND FORD. Thursday 10/27/16, we receive a phone call that the truck is ready to be picked up, my husband gets to the dealership, drove off the lot with the truck, and went back to the dealership, because it is still NOT fixed. Mechanic stated that this is a complicated system to work on. My husband says..so I should expect to give a service center at least 2-3 tries before they get the breaks to a safe operational condition? Mechanic said yeah I guess that does sound pretty stupid doesn't it?Brakes do not work, AND to top it all off the under carriage of our new truck is drenched in oil and brake fluid from one end to the other. The BEST truck in the world isn't worth the tires it's sitting on without a GOOD CUSTOMER SERVICE NETWORK and in our case that service network puts us in the RED when it comes to being a cost effective piece of equipment. Ford has failed us miserably....I guess it's time to take the loss and get back to a real American company like GM. I'd like to say thanks for the experience FORD but I didn't need the practice to start with.To be continued..because our truck is still not fixed!Words of ADVICE..I work in healthcare, and my patients love me because of the customer service I provide to them. If I spoke to my patients the way I was treated at the store with no importance or respect I would be fired on the spot!! I'm not looking for revenge; I'm looking for the same of how somebody would like to be treated. A SIMPLE golden rule that MOST people these days DO NOT understand!! Nobody in their right mind would appreciate it if they came into my care at the hospital and I made them feel disrespected, not important, and a waste of my time. I would NEVER EVER tell my patients that I was too busy to take care of them; too swamped to overlook their needs...the hospital I work for has a great reputation. This is why our patients come back.something that FORD needs to look at closely if they want repeat customers. Customers will NOT be loyal and come back for another purchase when they are treated horribly. Currently, our view for FORD is oh well, we got their money..who cares about the restwe dont!! FORD has HORRIBLE customer service. There is a lot of growth opportunities that need to be made in this organization! There was a patron who asked for my husbands phone number because he was going through the same thing at LOVELAND FORD.Since I'm in healthcare this comparison is to be expected......To the LONGMONT store...would you like to go in for surgery and have the surgeon operate, and sew you half up so you leak blood. You leave the hospital and come back and say I'm not fixed can you fix me? In return to have the surgeon say "this is a complicated system to work on... GET THE PICTURE YET?

After shopping and looking around for an entire month, we finally made the wise decision to go to Loveland Ford. We hit the jackpot that day in regard to overall customer satisfaction. Joel Brown was our salesman and he was incredible. He truly understands what customer service is and how to provide it. We were his top priority and he helped navigate us through vehicles, worked hard to make sure that we were getting the best deal and continued to follow up with us through the financing piece. We are so glad that we made the choice to stop at Loveland Ford and have the pleasure of working with Joel Brown. I only wish that we had done it sooner.

I SHOWED UP AROUND 6PM AND WAD DRIVING MY NEW 2017 FORD F250 IN UNDER 1 AND A HALF HOURS!! AND THAT INCLUDES TRADING IN MY 2016 F150... AND I FORGOT TO MENTION IM FROM TEXAS!! I just recently bought a car from Loveland Ford with the expert assistance from Joel Brown. I have to say this was one of the most pleasant car purchasing experiences I have ever had (and I am not new to this rodeo). Joel Brown is a professional that gets it. He understands that people don't want to be pressured and most know what the want and what the can afford. If you decide halfway through the deal that you want to do something different, Joel is up front and truly wants you to buy the vehicle you want. The dealership has some of the highest quality used vehicles in the State of Colorado and they are not afraid to stand behind them. If there is a problem, I had a small electrical issue with my seat, their service department will bend over backwards to make you happy. I was offered a loaner truck to avoid any disruptions in my job. They diagnosed, repaired and had me back in my truck before lunch!100% Satisfied, I will not buy anywhere else!

Took RV in for engine issues , 16000 miles , loss of power going up hills , not only could they not fix problem after having it for a week , I found a 2 foot scrape on back quarter panel of vehicle which happened while in their possession .. they denied damaging it , said it was there when dropped off , not true ... not a happy camper ... beware

I sent a note to the dealer after finding the car online, and they responded immediately via phone and email. I replied to the email (late in the evening) & asked the salesman to call me the next morning, which he did. We arranged for me to come up (66 miles) for a test drive that afternoon. they evaluated my trade-in, and we negotiated a price that worked for them and for me. They also recommended an extended warranty (since it's a hybrid) and gave me a discount on it since my husband & I own other Ford vehicles. Then they sent a guy to my house to pick up the spare keys, snow tires & title for my trade-in, so I wouldn't need to return. I'd probably rate them well on service, too, but they're too far away for me to take the car there for servicing. The only thing they didn't get done promptly was activating my Sirius radio trial, but Bob said he'd take care of it.

Ya know the feeling, you've found the car you want and you head to the dealership preparing for the battle of negotiating. The end typically justifies the means but it's still a process and you dread the typical sales guy. Well, for the first time ever this was not the case and I have to give props to Joel Brown for delivering an exceptional car buying experience. Joel walked out to the edge of the lot to find us and immediately knew what car we were searching for and from there it just went smooth as can be. No matter where you go, there's the paperwork. Nothing around that. But it's rare where you find a salesman that listens to your concerns and doesn't judge you and then sees you thru till you drive off the lot. He even spent a good 20 mins after all was said and done going over the main controls with us. Truly superb customer experience. Additionally, Fish was a pleasure to deal with thru the financial paperwork. Make sure to ask for Joel when you go to Loveland Ford!

We were very uncomfortable going to this dealership as their reputation hasn't been the best. We were more than pleasantly surprised finding out it had been bought by a new owner. We had an amazing experience buying our new "used" car. Tony made it super easy and comfortable. Debbie was equally great. Thank you for making our buying experience so pleasant. I HIGHLY recommend Tony-no pressure at all! I felt he wanted us to know for ourselves if it was the right car for us.

I had the best experience I've ever had at this dealership 5 Month ago purchasing used car. Ryan Middleton was very friendly knowledgeable, professional and helpful.The finance guy were equally great and got great deal. I will definitely recommend and come back to this dealership in the future.

Pat Seery of Loveland Ford answered all my inquiries and questions quickly, directly, and helpfully. Pricing was transparent and competitive right off the bat. Sealed the deal quickly. My truck had to be brought in from another dealer, and Pat was excellent about keeping me updated on when the truck would arrive and making sure it was all clean and ready to go when I went to pick it up. He also spent extra time walking me through all the electronic features before I drove off the lot. No BS, just really great service. I'm recommending him and this dealership to everyone I know!

We new what we wanted in a truck. We showed up on the lot and Pat Seery met us. We told him what we wanted and he found the truck on the lot. We test drove the truck and came back the next day between State Basketball games and drove off with the truck in 2 hours. See Pat Seery and he will work with you to get the vehicle you want with no hassle. This was our second truck bought from this dealership over 4 years and both experiences were identical in length of time to close the deal and drive off. I will be back to buy future trucks from this dealership. Finally a reputable dealership. Good work!!!

I knew what I wanted, got the price I researched and all the options, walked out 90 minutes later (including a test drive) with a new car. I will go no where else for a Ford. Can't recommend them enough. Talk to Patrick while you are there.

Have purchased two cars from this dealer, last one being new. This previous time, I worked with Phil Smith. He listened to what I was looking for and was able to find a perfect fit. I never felt pushed or pressured by him and he spent over 3 hours with me while I decided on my purchase. We joked about how I would have to tint the windows because of the look of the car and sure enough, when I went to pick up my car the next day, the windows were tinted. Talk about over-delivering. I was very impressed with that gesture. I was also able to get a very fair trade-in and the dealer worked with me to get me a payment that I was comfortable with on the new car. Car buying can be stressful, but this was an overall great and fair experience.

Jason Dolliver did an awesome job. The Ford F150 was what was purchased. We didn't feel pressured at all. He worked as hard as he could to give us the deal we wanted. I still wish we would have gotten the $50 gift card for the test drive :)

Our car salesman Bryan Slaymaker was AWESOME! Patient, knowledgeable and kind. When we didn't think our initial plan was a go - he took the time to show us many different cars that were similar to the Explorer we came in for. He really was great. We ended up with the Explorer and absolutely love it. My one con would be that trying to get this dealership to negotiate on price was like pulling teeth!! Most dealerships that we have been to have really tried to work with us on price and trade in values. Not this one! We are in for much more than we originally wanted and this dealer could care less.

I was very pleased with the service... I called in on Saturday Dec 26 with a low tire pressure light. Dave said to bring the car in.We had purchased the car, 1016 Escape, at the dealership in August ....When I arrived i got signed in and asked how long the wait for oil change .. wasn't bad so had them do that as well.Got coffee and sat down... wasn't too long till car was ready. Dave went over what was done and what to do if the low pressure light comes on again... seems all 4 tires were low.The service department is a great place to have you car serviced.. unlike other places around.Gerry

Salesman was very patient while we went from thinking about a new truck to looking and finally visiting the dealership to physically kicking the tires. Salesman had picked out a truck meeting our specs and the deal was done in a couple of hours. Service staff friendly and provided a loaner while running boards were installed.EcoBoost 2.7l engine is AWSOME!!! XLT trim level has way more chrome than this old trucker is used to driving, but Mama is happy so we'll deal with it.Stability control is excellent in both 2 and 4 wheel mode during recent 12" snowfall. Mama loves the radio and controls on steering wheel. This is my fifth Ford truck over 50 years of driving and I expect it will be another great vehicle. My "work" E150 has over 200K miles and runs like a top. It's definitely Ford tough!

I had been shopping for a week for a specific type of car for my business. I went onlne, thru brokerages, local dealerships and luxury dealerships. I was very frustrated at how rude these people are. I emailed Loveland Ford at 9 at night. By 8 the next morning i was at the lot looking at the explorere, when the internet manager called. He got in touch with a sales person that was in early. We ordered a new 2016 Ford Explorer Platinum. The ordering process went reasonably smoothly. I was able to get updates from my dealer leading up to delivery. Delivery and finance also went as expected. I was upset to find the window etching was charged at $355 and listed as "Other Aftermarkets" on the buyers order. This was never made clear to us and we were not given the opportunity to opt out.

Requested routine oil change and tire rotation. I mentioned I had an overhead courtesy light out on the driver's side also. Upon inspection, it was found the bulb had overheated and partially melted into the socket. Christie in service ordered me a new one she found in Longmont and I returned to pick it up. I had trouble installing it myself and Russ (Ross?) from service left his check-in duties and assisted me in finishing the install. I purchased my 2012 Fusion on 11/7. Salesperson Joel was greatly knowledgeable about the Ford product line and we arrived at a deal. Drove the Fusion home that afternoon, night and next day then when I came out of King Soopers, no start, no crank. After 2-3 tries waited 3-4 minutes and it then started. Monday I returned to Loveland Ford and Kristie was great jumping in with their busy schedule and got the intermittent problem fixed on 11/13 - anti-theft module. Great, fast service with a great followup by Joel.I didn't get a chance but wanted to tip the youngster who detailed my car when Ipicked it up on 11/7...my sons were motivated to get good grades in school becausethey didn't want to wash cars or dishes the rest of their life.Also enjoyed the Popular Mechanics & science magazines while hanging out there

It took over two weeks to change a fuel pump on this 2015 Fiesta, it does seem OK now. I was given a loaner after I asked for one and they repaired a nail in my back tire free of charge. Anthony and Michael were helpful, although it seems like no one pays attention to you when you come into the lobby for help and you stand there awkwardly trying to make eye contact. Very cold reception.

The female at the service counter was either completely unaware of how to treat a customer or brand new to the world. We were left at the service counter without a word half way through our check in. Purchase experience was great back in May when we purchased our 2015 Ford Escape. We got an excellent price and great financing. Also got a bit more for our trade than what we were expecting. Sales experience was top notch! They also include 5 no charge oil changes and tire rotations with a new vehicle purchase. They do put an awful lot of advertising ion their vehicles, but is easily removable. The dealership facilities themselves are rather small and dated, but Loveland Ford is under new ownership from when they were Heritage Ford. I was not overly impressed with their service department however. We were told at purchase time to simply drive in on a Saturday for basic oil change and tire rotation, which we did one weekend and were told upon arrival that Saturday was by appointment only. Not really a huge deal, but knowing that ahead of time would have been great. So we made an appointment for the following Saturday at 11am. Returned following Saturday at 10:45 for our first service (oil change and tire rotation). At 1pm vehicle was ready. I have been an automotive service writer years ago, and can tell you that 2 hours for a simple LOF/rotate is NOT acceptable when a customer has an appointment. A walk in is one thing, but an appointment is another. My work vehicle gets serviced quicker at King GMC without an appointment--actually in half the time. Staff is very friendly though, and they do wash your vehicle for you. They simply need to pick up the pace a bit or have a quick line station set up to handle minor things.

Pat is a valuable employee to have on the Loveland Ford team!My only complaint is not with the dealership but with Ford itself. Our car was built on 07-23-2015 and was not found to deliver to the dealership. Pat worked tirelessly to find the problem and still none was given. Finally at the end of Sept., PAt said we could order another one and wait 6-8 weeks or find one. Pat found us one and we are very satidfied. This place was great found the vehicle I wanted quickly and made me a good trade in value for my other vehicle. Sales people weren't pushy and worked with me tell I was happy and the paper work process was quick and fast and no problems. I was just all around happy with everything from this place.

I came in looking at the Explorer and Edge. Bryan in sales was awesome to work with and found the right vehicle for me. He was straight forward and I did not feel any pressure at all. Josh the sales manager was very helpful in following up, I had one minor issue that was dealt with promptly. Friendly staff with straight forward pricing, a good buying experience.As with any dealer, beware of "finance". Things to remember:- They are not accountants, they are sales people.- Once you negotiate a price and settle on a deal, you are relaxed and that's when the add-ons get thrown at you.- You can purchase an extended service plan at any time. In fact you will be inundated with offers about the time your factory warranty runs out.- Do you research up front and don't wait until you are sitting across the desk from them. All in all a very good experience and I would defiantly go back to Loveland Ford.

Jason was great, my Girlfriend and I bought a 2014 f-150 that was Ford certified. Jason knew the trucks inside and out, and all of the specks. It is very hard to find a salesman these days that actually knows the product he is selling. We went to several other dealers, and all the other salesmen could do was read off a computer and if you asked them a question they would have to go look it up. Not Jason he knew the answer!! Loveland Ford is great.The only negative thing was the wait to finish the paperwork I think there were 2 people ahead of us. we got there Friday at 3:00pm and decided on the truck to buy by 4:00 and left at 9:00 pm. I always expect to be at a dealer a long time, but it still gets old waiting that long to do paperwork and the truck prep for delivery.Thanks again, Still a great dealership..

Your customer service department has changed drastically - from night to DAY LIGHT!!! The service area is bright, clean and has "stools" for people to rest on (if needed) The lady that helped me was friendly, profesional and didnt act "put out" by helping me or answering questions. She noticed that I had an injured leg (again) and came and told me when my vehicle was ready, brought the paper work to me, and explained everything to me, while I was seated in the lobby. I was very grateful that she not only noticed my situation, but accomodated me and did it with a positive and caring attitude. She also offered to bring the vehicle to the door for me, but I declined since it was already parked in the handicapped spot. She actually seemed like she cared and that I mattered to her...and that was very nice. Its been a long time since I felt "welcome" in your service dept. Please tell her its the best visit I have had to your service department in a long time!! AND THANK YOU- thank you -- THANK YOU!!! Overall it seemed the service and parts departments are either extremely inexperienced or uncaring. On services end there were four people behind the counter and only one was helping anyone while the other three appeared to just be relaxing. On the parts department side, while helpful the clerk seemed to lack any sort of product knowledge. I asked if there were any available upgrades for my focus (2014) and gave me some information on upgrade parts for the older zx3 focus which I have found are not transferable.

Would have liked it if the dealership service department would schedule appointments for customers instead of on a first-come, first-serve basis (some of us just can't bring our vehicle in and wait in line all day to have the oil changed...), so scheduling an appointment for such things as well as other maintenance would be very beneficial (the customer's time is worth something, too!).

I first contacted the dealership through cars.com. It was Chris that called me back and in short started talking about the trucks (F150) that they had and what I wanted. The back and forth was easy and he never forced anything, but always did more to make the sale when I was about to close with another dealership. So it was a very good first time car buying experience.So finally about after a week or so I committed and flew out to Colorado, I am from Arizona. I can't say enough how easy and delightful the overall experience was. I had my dog with me and they had a very nice gentleman, Richard, pick me up at the airport and drive me back. Had a good conversation and was always polite. He even gave me a Colorado map for my trip back to Arizona. Above and beyond his job description!Everyone was polite and sprightly at the dealership. Signing papers with the finance man was a lot simpler than I had in mind and made it that much better. I don't usually put a lot of effort or any into reviews, but this dealership was just phenomenal. Thank you. 10/10 would buy from them again.

Salesperson needed to point out the upgrades (they didn't know if it had heated seats).Absolutely hate the process involved. The staff has made it very easy for me to get started with buying my first car, and making sure everything was convenient for me. The only complaint I would have is that my bumper was dented when I purchased it, along with a broken windshield. They sent people to fix my windshield, but not the bumper.

I have been happy with the service, but the car I bought there has had some problems. It is a 2013 For Fushion Hybrid. The touch screen for the radio, heater and AC keeps going out. The first time it went out it was -5 degrees outside and I was 30 miles from home. The second time it went out I again needed heat in my car and had to drive around freezing. Your repair shop fixed the problem both times, but I will probably end up selling it because I can't take the risk of it going out again.

Well, we stopped by Loveland Ford to look at the 2015 Escape. We had driven a Titanium version as a rental car and loved the vehicle and all of the room and features it offered. We met with Mike Siebenmorgen, and weren't quite sure what to think, as we have a general aversion to pushy salespeople. Mike turned out to be extremely patient, and took the time to find out what out family's needs were and suggested the Explorer XLT. Test drove and loved the vehicle as well. In the end, we had some credit challenges which made buying the Explorer not a possibility. Instead of giving up or sticking us in a loan that we would not be comfortable with, he kept at it, trying to find a vehicle that would still suit our needs. Although we loved the Escape Titanium, the payments were simply going to be too high, with the interest rate we were looking at, and with some negative equity on out existing vehicle (which was simply too small for us). So, still not giving up, Mike persisted and with the help of Dean in the Finance office, they were able to get us approved for a brand new 2015 Escape SE 2.0L AWD. I have never purchased from any dealer that was so willing to discount their sales price so deeply, find every possible rebate and incentive to make a deal work so that WE, as consumers, would be pleased with. We are simply used to the high pressure deals and potentially high payments just to make more profit. I truly believe that the staff at Loveland Ford really do care about the customer and want their customers to be happy with the vehicle they bought, as well as the terms of the entire deal. I will definitely recommend Loveland Ford and Mike to anyone looking for a Ford. The overall experience was great and will definitely buy from Mike in the future!

We bought a low mileage GMC Envoy which included a service plan which we followed. So last week when my girlfriend was driving to work the engine lost oil pressure? Turns out it was five qrts low? The motor didn't leak, or smoke so where did the oil go??? My theory is that when it was serviced they did not put the proper amount back into it, in theory. My bad for not double checking before the level before leaving the dealership, won't happen again nor will I do business with this dealership again!!!!!!

I cant believe what I just experienced at Loveland Ford. I and my fiance were placed in a position to needing a new vehicle, not by our choice (we will leave that story to be told by the lawyers). We were near desperate to find a replacement vehicle. I spoke with Harry (GM); Ronnie and he worked with us to not only calm the situation, but put us into a vehicle for an outstandingly fair price and quality without the sales drama nor bickering. This is now the third vehicle purchased from them in just over a year and its not a fluke! This dealership has turned around (from previous owners) and frankly has become the premier dealership in northern Colorado, and probably ALL of Colorado. The customer service, care and honesty that I experienced here is unheard of in the auto sales industry. I cant thank Harry and Ronnie enough for making this tough period livable. So, if youre looking for a vehicle, even thinking of getting one, stop in and speak with Ronnie. As above, had a good experience with the purchase process. I do recommend Loveland Ford-Lincoln as a place to buy a car. On the other hand, the service department is lacking the key ingredient: SERVICE!The wheels on my 2015 Lincoln MKC were somehow damaged in transit. The dealership was very cooperative & arrangements were made for new replacement wheels - all great. The wheels were supposed to arrive in about a week. I waited ten days & called. Turns out the dealership had only received three of the wheels. The fourth wheel was reordered. I waited & followed up again. Lo & behold, the wheel had just arrived! I made an appt with Service for the installation for 9:00 AM today. Keep in mind, the old wheels were to be removed, tires dismounted & remounted on new wheels, balanced & reinstalled on the car. This should've taken no more than one hour. At Loveland Ford-Lincoln it took over three hours. No one apologized. I had to follow up on the progress twice & received conflicting updates. The reason it took so long? They were being extra, extra careful so as not to scratch the new wheels. C'mon people! Putting tires on wheels without scratching the wheels should be pretty basic! What do the wheels look like when you don't take three hours to mount tires on them?? I will never go back to this dealership for service.

However, when I first got there another service writer waited on me and I asked since they would doing computer stuff, could they check to see if the truck hook up for the garage door opener was active, because I had spent an hour the day before trying to get connected to my new door opener and saw no flashing lights on the truck buttons as stated in the owners manual. His reply was ,"oh it takes at least 5 trys before it works" and that's was the end!!

This is my first vehicle with Loveland Ford and it is a different experience than what I had with 5-Star Ford in North Richland Hills, Texas. Loveland has no covered or drive-in drop-off areas which are really nice during the winter and the Service Managers do not come to the car to get your information. In addition, while all employees have been nice, I have found that there can be six employees behind the counter and no one acknowledges my presence for some time. I did appreciate the fact that the technician called me to confirm a "unique" issue that I reported on my vehicle when I dropped it off and even offered to go for a drive with me so I could better show him the issue. Overall I am pleased with the service, but there could be more attention provided to making the customer feel truly valued when they walk in.

2014 Ford Excape purchased at Loveland Ford was a good experience. I am recently divorced and so this is the second big purchase I have made on my own, the first being a house. I was unsure at first in the process that I shouldn't do it. It was probably more of a want than a need. I had brought in my 2010 Ford Fusion for it's 75,000 mile check up. I started to think about the miles on the car and how after a certain amount of time, things start going wrong with it. My car was serviced appropriately. Once I was able to get help, the staff was helpful and friendly. However, customer service would be GREATLY IMPROVED if a staff member would recognize a customer when they entered the door. Even a "Hi, I'll be right with you." would let the customer know that help will be forthcoming. When there are 7 staff people walking around the service department and not one even recognizes that a customer has entered the department, it leaves a bad feeling for the customer.

I guess the only issue that I usually have is when the vehicle is done they fail to call me and call Bill instead. That leaves me "standing" without a vehicle for the day and then it's almost late in having someone pick me up ... usually always after 3:00 PM and that scares me a little bit as I've been left before and had to find a way to get my car. I would prefer to have a car given to me when mine goes into service so I'm not stranded at work and unable to get my errands done during the lunch hour.

it took 2 weeks to get the we ordered.mine had a scrath by the gas door still does the only time I have there body man only works Wednesday.the the sales man was very helpful and nice.if they had more like him they would number 1.ther shop is poor my fuel went out with only 3200 miles on it took 3 days to get it back.i had to parts back on they left off.they didn't put all they gas back in.and when I whent in for service and they did put a couple of gallons of gas in the service writer at the counter acted I was a lyer.so after my free oil changes I wont be back.

Not good so far. Bought used f250 diesel with 140000 With warranty. Electrical issues out the gate service refused to touch it citing "well its a used vehicle" I belive stupidity and lack of ability to repair. So, I got volt meter and Diagnosed as much as I can. Still relay ticking and now truck fuel system isn't working and stranded me and I've only put 800 miles on it and owned it for less than 30 days. Its in shop now for diagnosis. I'll update..

This visit was MUCH better than the last experience I had there. This time I had 3 factory recalls fixed on my Escape. They told me that it may take most of the day, but they actually got it all done in about 2.5 hours. That was a nice surprise. Also, the "service desk" seemed a litte more organized than last time and even had "stools" to sit on if needed. Also, it looked like they remodeled the service desk. It looks a lot more "professional".. clean, bright. ALSO- thank you for the "courtesy driver" Tim, he was very pleasant and I felt comfortable with him driving me to work and back. Nice guy! Came in last Saturday, and purchased a 2015 Escape. I worked with Mike , who I've purchased several other cars from, and as always he didn't rush things, made sure he found the exact car I wanted even though it was at a different location and arraigned for delivery. I picked the car up on Monday and as it was after dark Mike made sure we pulled it into the garage so I could look it over. Mike also went through the use of all the accessories , and made sure I understood them before I left.It was a pleasant buying experience from negotiation to picking up the car.

When we left the dealership we felt like Loveland Ford Lincoln cared about our needs and wanted us as a long term customer. Purcahsed Lincoln MKZ Hybrid approx. 10 mos ago. Had tires rotated and oil change. Also they topped off all fluids, checked critical areas of the vehicle and provided a detailed report of same. The staff was not only friendly and courteous but very responsive to questions I had about my vehicle. I have a 2015 Ford Explorer Limited and this dealership is awesome. Great personalities and helpful at all times. I have a problem with a fender that was there when I got it home new in Oct. I have been out of state and just got it back to them to look at and they got right on the problem and solution to fixing it. I expect that it will be resolved soon with the service they have. I only had to wait for 40 minutes when I went for my 5000 mile oil change, check up!

Loveland Ford/Lincoln is the best dealer for service that I have found in our area. Yes, Loveland is 40 miles away but it is worth it to me to go there in order to get quality service that I can count on. I have had major difficulties with the Lincoln dealers in the Denver area before. I took the advice of a friend to try Loveland Ford/Lincoln and have been satisfied ever since.Apparently, this small town dealer still understands that "customer service" means customer service. All four Lincoln LS's in our family are serviced at Lincoln Ford/Lincoln.It is comforting to know that even Colorado Highway Patrol vehicles are serviced there.

We purchased a used 2010 Buick Lacrosse earlier this year. We included an additional warranty due to all of the electronics the Buick had included. We needed to have the tire sensor replaced right at Christmas time, so the dealership got us in right away and had us out the door within 6 hours which included the time the warranty company needed to authorize the work. I have to say that cris misner made my car buying experience so nice. I looked for a car on cars.com found one I liked and sent a info request. Cris responded very quick. I told that I live 4 hr away and it may take me a few days to get up there. He got me pre approved for a loan let me put 500 to hold the car and if I did not like it in the test drive then no deal. I got up there a week later and did a test drive . I love the car and we did the paperwork it my be 40min and I was out the door with a new car. Loveland ford was great the next time I need a new car I am going back. Cris was all great and would recommend him to my friends and family.

The rear window of my truck had a short in it and required replacement. It took 3 trips to the shop to get it right. The guys didn't give up. First trip the rear defroster module was diagnosed as bad. Second trip the module was replaced and then the diagnosis was the window had a short. The third trip the window was replaced. I was impressed by the tech and the service team, the job was completed on a Saturday when they only do oil changes and tires. The window seems to work and move correctly. The carpet was not tucked in properly and I might have to take it back and have that corrected. I enjoyed the ride home with the shops driver. Very personable chap, felt safe and enjoyed the conversation. They even came and picked me up at home for me to get my truck.The wash was good, not streaks. Need the windows on the inside to be cleaned though. Maybe that can be added to the wash operation.One the whole, it was a good experience. I researched for weeks trying to find a car that would suit my family and me. I thought I wanted something with amazing mpg fuel efficiency primarily, roomy for two teenagers and two dogs, and within my family's budget. After 15 years of driving Hondas, I wanted a car with more weight, but not huge. I really wanted four-wheel drive or all-wheel drive. It had to be automatic to work for everyone. In short I really didn't know what I wanted as far as a specific car but just what I wanted in general. There was no car that hit everything on my list that was available when we needed to buy it. So I planned a day of test driving. We started out at Loveland Ford because they had the very best 2010 Toyota Prius, Id found. I drove the short drive while my family gripped their arm rests and the wonderful sales professional, Greg, tried to stay relaxed and smile his way through my nervous driving. I wanted to like it. The mpg was great, the car itself was clean and beautifully cared for. It was roomy. I had to admit that I didn't feel safe driving that hybrid car. Everyone in my family sighed with relief. :) And, that's when Greg got to work, "So what is it that you really want?" I shrugged. I told him my fears of the Prius in my hands on rough winter roads. I told him I'd tried to find an automatic Subaru, but everything available that weekend was manual. I told him my daughter and I are sort of short for seeing over most dashes and I would even consider a Crossover or SUV to be able to see, while my son and husband are both near 6'. At least the Prius was roomy. I wasn't giving up. He asked me what my bottom line for fuel efficiency was, and I took the number of the used Subaru Outbacks I was looking at: 25 MPG. His eyes lit up, but I felt dismal that this Prius was really the best car I was going to find and I tried to love it. Weeks of research had boiled down to this. While we looked at it, Greg appeared behind us and pointed us to a beautiful Sedan of dark grey parked nearby. A Lincoln MKZ AWD?! I never would have thought to look at it, as it seemed out of my range of known vehicles. My husband couldn't imagine it was in our price range. Greg told us it was even a few hundred dollars under the Prius. I was pretty excited to try it out. Oh my! I fell in love with it before I turned our first corner. I could hear my husband and my daughter quietly cheering from the back seat. I think Greg even felt safer driving with me in the MKZ. :D It is such a gorgeous car. It really wasn't very hard to make a choice for obvious reasons, but coming from a long life of driving foreign cars I had to quickly check reviews on my smart phone while no one was looking. The Carfax that Greg shared was spotless. A problem with the seat cover on the driver's side looks to be easily taken care of by their service department. I could not believe we had so lucked out. It is so sweet and smooth. I feel like Greg, and Pat both really listened to what I was looking for and pushed me out of the Honda box I was in. All-wheel drive in a beautiful American sedan, and all of the bells and whistles, roomy for the gentlemen, and power seats for the ladies makes for an ideal car with decent fuel efficiency for daily commuting. I'm so happy with my Lincoln that I've already named her "Lola" because she (I) gets what she (I) wants! I would happily recommend friends to make the trip (ours was an hour!) to Loveland Ford and let the team do their creative magic. They were great listeners and their gentlemanly nature was appreciated by all of us. There is a car for you on their lot...I even got to borrow a 2013 Ford Focus while they worked on the driver's seat, and that is a terrific car, too. You might even find your used Toyota Prius in great shape right there for the right price. I am even considering making the trip up to Loveland for servicing Lola. They know what they are doing... (Hey, Ford -- give them some new office furniture. ;) They deserve it.)

Recently we needed new tires since we had used the original tires for almost 60,000 miles and we have moved into a Rocky Mountain community. The service advisor at Loveland Ford, researched and printed out three choices of tires which we studied by ourselves. Making our choice we set an appointment for the truck to receive its Christmas present. We arrived at the dealership with our two small dogs, our lunch, and our reading material; our experience in the waiting area was excellent with several folks welcoming us and our dogs. I recently (this month) purchased my use 2010 F250 SD from these guys. The service was the best I have ever received. I have been buying my fords here for over 25 years and the new owners and management go out of their way to make this a pleasant experience. I got a GREAT DEAL and the manager (Harry) stopped by to thank me for buying from them, that was a great customer service move. And the salesman (Ronny) was outstanding. Both made me feel like I chose the right dealership to buy from. I used to go here because it was my home town and FORD! I will be back and send my friend because it is my home town, FORD and the people here are truly honest and honorable people, wanting to ensure that the customer IS first and is treated like they should be. My Lincoln MKZ windshield cleaning solution was not working. I brought it in and JP said all fluids were topped off when it was service Oct. 10th. Bob Jones was excellent as our salesman, and Naomi was excellent as our credit manager. The entire experience was great except for the fact that we never really had an opportunity to discuss or haggle over the price of our new vehicle. We accepted the price that was originally offered which is way out of character for us. This was not the fault of either Bob or Naomi, it lays solely upon us. Next time, which will be in the next few months, we will be more aggressive on the price. The Loveland Ford team did an outstanding job of selling, arranging our loan, and explaining the operation of our vehicle. Great experience!

I have tried repeatedly to get my Ford truck into this dealership for service and after several weeks of not getting returned calls I finally talked to a live person 2 weeks ago to give them more information. I was promised a follow up to get the service scheduled but 2 weeks have passed and nothing.

We were met at the door by our salesperson, we test drove a car, we made a choice and we signed the papers. The overall experience, including the follow up call has very positive. We would recommend this dealership.

I've bought many vehicles over the years from dealerships, today was a first in a quite a few ways.. Started out talking to Patrick over the phone about a beautiful F250 on their internet inventory. Happens this truck was at the Longmont location, so after discussing my trade in and budget, Pat and I agreed its worth talkin about a deal.. Pat did his job, the truck was at the Loveland dealership at noon, just as he said it woud be.. Upon my arrival, I was greeted by Jason, who was one of a few salesmen that watched my pretty 7.3 with lots of extras pull on the lot. I told him I was here to see Pat about the F250 he had brought up, well Pat was with another customer so he turned over our discussion of the F250 to Jason. I test drive the truck with Jason, nice truck, I'm willin to talk about the monthly payment Pat had rough estimated over the phone, ( and yes I was willing to pay a bit more than we talked about). Now here's the wierd stuff.... Jason comes back with a monthly payment of near double what Pat and I talked about, ( $400's a month, went to $700's a month, for a '08 with 101,000mi) So I stand up to shake Jasons hand, say thank you for your time and the test drive, thats not in my budget.. Jason wont shake my hand, and says we can work something out.. Comes back with another ridiculous payment option, and once again I tried to shake his hand and thank him for his time, and get my keys back to my 7.3, again a no go.. 10min later Josh, the lead finance I guess, offers me some payment options way out of my range, thankfully he gave me my keys.. At the end of the day, I had thanked both Jason and Josh, and recieved no thanks in return, no offer looking for a truck better fitted to my budget... The worst two salesmen I've ever seen when it come to customer service.. However, I would still recommend this dealership based on the two vehicles I have bought there.. I understand when deals cant be met, no problem there, Jason and Josh were totally unprofessional, and seemed upset that I wouldn't pay almost double what Pat and I talked about.... If a deal dont work, shake hands, say thank you, and maybe next time it will... Thanks for your time

Tony was great. I'm a student on a budget, and he worked tooth and nail to get my payments within in my budget. After I purchased my vehicle, he has texted me several times to assure I am happy with my purchase and used car. Who does that!? I'm a sociologist by trade, so I'm skeptical of salesmen/saleswomen; however, Tony helped ease my worries. Give this place a look if you are thinking about purchasing a new or used car.

I came in on a Saturday and met Melissa in the Ford dealership parking lot. She was so friendly and down to earth-I related to her immediately. She was so nice to my yellow labrador Sam. We had a relaxed test drive and Sam was able to come into the building while the paperwork was completed. Melissa is a wonderful salesperson. I will defintely go see her when I bring my Escape in for service and when I get my second dog, a yellow lab puppy, this spring.I love my Escape.Julie Burton

Melissa Garland is an amazing saleswoman who has the confidence and the patience to close. She answered every question I had and if she didn't know, she was honest. She always directed me to a source where I could get that information, or she would get it for me. Melissa deserves five stars for her selling expertise. My wife and I had a great experience working with Melissa Garland at Loveland Ford. My wife is pregnant with our second child and we wanted to upgrade to something with a 3rd row and more space. We went into Loveland Ford leaning toward a GMC Acadia we looked into at another dealership, but we wanted to look into a Explorer and Flex as well. We were blown away, and surprised about how much we liked the Flex. Melissa and the team took the time to get to know my Wife and I and find out what my needs were. Melissa was never pushy or high pressure, but rather informative and amazingly helpful. The buying process was easy. I felt like I was given a great price for the flex, and a decent price for my trade. I couldn't be happier with my Ford Flex and my experience at Loveland Ford. Easy 5 star rating and would highly recommend them to any of my friends or people reading this review.

Perfect buying experience. I was impressed how I was made to feel very important even though I was buying an older higher mileage car. Pros: Great Salesman very warm and friendly dealershipCons: Sold me a truck, and they just told me they dont have the title after 8 weeks of waiting for the title in the mail as promised!Well let me start out by saying when I walked into Loveland Ford I was welcomed right away by Jason Dolliv who was my salesman. He was very kind and understanding and worked out what i thought was a great deal on a 2006 ford f150. He is the best salesman i have ever worked with and i would gladly go to him again! Now onto the bad I bought the truck on Oct 26 in cash and was told that the title would be mailed to me and got my temp tags. well my temp tags were up in five days ( it is now Dec 19) and still no title to be seen so i called Michelle Billington who is in charge of titles. she told me that they did not have the title and asked if she could make a call and call me back. A couple minutes later I recieved a call from Michelle and she told me she couldnt get a hold of (him) my assumption (him) is previous owner. i was then sent back to the dmv to get another 30 day temp tag where the dealer had to be called again and Michelle told the people at the DMV that the Dealer Lost the title to my truck and they had just applied to get a new one. My question is in the 8 weeks I was waiting for my title why did they not realize they (Lost) the title and or how can a Dealer sell a vehicle when they dont have the title to begin with? on the bright side they reimbursed me for the $6.22 for the new temp tags for an aditional 30 days. I am very dissapointed because I thought I finally found a dealership that was Honest and wasnt into screwing over the little man. well I guess they are just like all the rest.Hopefully they will work everything out before i have to purchase another temp tag i will update once everything is worked out. UPDATE: Loveland Ford took care of the Problem with the title and got it to me 3 wks later still a little disappointed it took as long as it did, but they did take care of everything!

Melissa established a very courteous and friendly relationship with us immediately when she greeted useven before we entered the dealership. She was very knowledgeable about the vehicle we were interestedin and was very non-aggressive as she led us step-by-step through the purchasing process. She pointedout all of the features of the automobile before and during our demonstration drive. She answered all ofour questions, and was helpful in negotiating the final cost of the vehicle. She has always greeted us witha smile and has gone the "extra mile" to be sure we are completely satisfied with our purchse. I purchased a vehicle from what I called one of our friend. They had a jeep that I like we went in a drove the jeep decide to talk price. We offered the 12,000.00 for the jeep. They came back and told us 12800.00 out the door taxes and dealer handling. The first week that I got the jeep I had to go on 1-25 found that you could blow dry your hair for the air that came through the door. I took it over to the dealer they tried to fix it. One of their mechanic told me there was nothing wrong with the door. I had to take a different mechanic with me to shoe him. When I test drove the jeep they just had us stay in town. Before the second week I had my jeep stop working on the road because of transmission problem they had the jeep for over a week. They did pay the bill they did not like paying the bill. They complained to me about that they told me they would pay me back for the rent a car that I got the first three days did not see any money. I went to go and get my plates for my jeep they told me that I owed all this money because the dealer did not take any out. I called the dealer they gave me the run around. They confused that the jeep was wreaked and that they told me which they never did. They told me that they did not have to fix my jeep when the transmission messed up. They told me that they never asked me anything about the taxes which was bull. They want you to buy from them after you buy you started getting screwed over. When I bought the jeep they told me that they went through the jeep and everything was in great shape.

We came in a few months ago and have been meaning to write a review for the team at Loveland Ford. Long story short, we had a vehicle we wanted to trade in for a smaller pickup, we still owed on our truck but they said that wouldn't be a problem. I think our Salesman's name was Mike, older gentlemen very pleasant to talk to and definitely wanted to "earn" our business. We had a fun game of back and forth offers for the trade-in, and eventually we won that game and got a great deal. That same day we left with a new(to us) vehicle and we couldn't be happier. Jason was an excellent sales person! He answered all the questions we had and was very easy to communicate with. After test driving vehicles at other dealerships, it became apparent that Jason has a very unique way of dealing with customers - one that does not pressure the customer and puts the customer first. Jason returned text messages and phone calls promptly and also followed up with any and all issues/questions. Natalie provided us with wonderful service and was also a pleasure to work with. She went above and beyond what was expected of her and made sure that our requests were met. Her flexibility and communication made it a very stress free buying experience.The dealership was very clean and every person we talked with was polite and very knowledgeable. Loveland Ford worked with me to purchase my new Ford Focus ST. Jason Dolliver, the internet sales consultant, worked with me over the phone and text messages to discuss my trade ahead of going to the dealership. Jason even came in on his day off to work with me in finishing the deal on the Ford Focus ST. He was personable, they worked with me on price, and found me a competitive loan offer with a third party back that beat the rate my own bank offered me.

Great experience. Contacted Karena via email. They worked hard to find the Focus ST I wanted. When my trade-in's engine blew up during the week of negotiations, they found a way to get me a great deal for it regardless. A rival dealership offered a better deal and Loveland stepped up and beat their offer. They've earned my business for sure.

Told $2,200 out the door on a used vehicle with my trade. I get there and they say it was a mistake and its $5,900. Also tell me that every purchase that day will get free service for 2 years. When asked about it after the purchase they tell me they are just going to give me one free oil change to cut costs. I feel extremely cheated along the whole way. Liars.

Amazing experience. We walked into place with a bad image in our head due to previous managment but we only buy fords and to our pleasant surprise it is everything but what it used to be. We were greeted by Melissa who we instantly liked and then the hilarious Javier. These two were awesome! They were patient, warm, funny, and found us exactly what we were looking for. It only took us 7 hours to find our dream truck (our last truck took us a month to decide) Javier and Melissa were right along our side and even fed us dinner! (Yes, really) I'm expecting and mentioned I was getting hungry and needed to go to my truck to get my snacks... Next thing I know, there is pizza on the table! Now that's customer service. ;) The general manger (can't recall his name) was always checking on us and right there for any questions at all. THIS PLACE DESERVES TWO THUMBS UP. We are ecstatic about our new truck and now will always go back for our families needs when it comes to vehicles! Abie and Denny.

When I first went onto the lot was just wanting information. Told Travis what I was looking for, a low milage ford ranger. Told him everthing I wanted including color. Took about 7 weeks but he came up with the right vehicle for me. Haggling was easy, I got close to what I needed. The finance dept was easy to work with they made that end of it happen. Service dept got what I wanted, a spray in bed liner. They took me home, and picked me up when the truck was ready. Looks to me like a good group of people to work with. I'll go back when I'm ready for another one. Ron

I was looking at a truck online and asked about a price. Karena got back to me very fast on the phone. I was surprised. She laughed a lot and made me feel comfortable. I came in later that day to meet her and she told me Mike would show me the truck. He had all the answers. I bought the truck because Karena gave me a good price in an email and was very nice and no pressure. Mike was good too. I would send anyone there to buy a truck from her and him. The next time I need a truck or car I will call Karena first.

I recently was involved in an auto accident that resulted in the total loss of my car and a broken hand. I really liked my car and was not in the market to buy another but began the search relunctantly. I did some on line research and had no real idea what I wanted and,it had been six years since last caring what was on the market. I drove through the used car lot just to look to see what was there. Saw a few cars that peaked my interest. As I started towards the lot, I was met by Harold Klein. He sensed my hesitation and instantly made me feel comfortable talking about the accident and the fact I had no idea what I wanted. I just knew what money I had available to spend. From this initial talk, Harold came up with four vehicles for me to go look at. His perception brought out that I did know what I wanted and he pointed that out and I drove home an ideal car that matches all my needs for a car. I couldn't be happier. Thank you Harold. I am whole again as soon as the hand heals.

Upon our arrival on Sat 03Nov at 11:50, my wife and I were met by a salesperson (didn't get his name)in the lot. When I told him which cars I was interested in on their website and that we would be paying cash, he took us inside to his desk (where we noticed copies of CDL's and other documents were openly laying on his desk) to look up the cars, but before he could finish the search, another salesperson came over and said something to him. He told us his appointment had come in and that he would have Javier help us. But instead, we were "helped" by Corrine. When I told her which cars I was interested in on their website, she told us the cars were at the Longmont location, but she could have them "here" in about 20 minutes.We told her that would be fine, told her we would return in 30 and left the lot at 12:15. When we returned to the dealership at 12:50, we asked for Javier. When he came up to us, we were told the cars were enroute and it would be at least another 30 minutes or so before they got there and asked if I would give him my cell number so he could call me when they arrived. I gave him my cell, and we left. Since I was interested in other cars at other locations, we decided to go to our next stop while we waited, so we drove to Greeley.We ended up buying a car at that location. No hassles, no problems. While we were sitting with the Finance Director signing the documents, my phone rang, but I did not answer at that time. It wasn't until after I was given the keys to the car and got into the car, that I retrieved the voice mail from Javier. He apologized for not getting back to me when the car arrived, stating they were short handed and had gotten busy. The time he called back per the date time stamp on my phone - 3:30.

I was ready to downsize my 2007 Ford Edge . Since this was the third vechicle that I bought frpm Loveland Ford over the years I knew I would not be taken advantage of .Prior to going into the dealership I scanned their inventory online and fell in love with a Lime Green 2011 Ford Fiesta , which was also a Certified Pre-Owned car!Since I was at work I contacted the dealership on their website. I was impressed that within an hour I was contacted by Karena. Any question I had , Karena was able to find out the information requested. By the time I was able to go to the dealership,we were able to get the paperwork started ahead of time. Making the paperwork much easier to work through.Karena went above and beyond , and provided me with excelent and personal customer service!Karena had the car ready for me to test drive and then helped getting the paperwork finished up. Harold then stepped in to negotiate the finance and trade in. He did an amazing job to work out the best deal possible for both. He set aside time to go over all the buttons and gadgets in my new car.He helped make the whole experiance fun.Debbie then worked her magic with getting the best deal for financing .
