Incredibly rude and unprofessional. Both Ron and Mark. Will say and do whatever they want to customers. Screaming, yelling, patronizing. Sell very low quality vehicles that you’ll have to stick hundreds in yourself to fix. Not worth the time of day. Go somewhere else to get a vehicle.

This is not a place that I would suggest going to purchase a vehicle. I went in today on March 1st to see if they would match the price of the same vehicle that was advertised on the same website where they were advertising. The other vehicle had 20,000 miles Less on it, and was $2,000 cheaper. The guy said no that they couldn't do that. I said okay I can understand that, but what I couldn't understand is them wanting a 31% down payment. I told them that's not going to happen. I went and purchased a vehicle somewhere else, and was very happy with the results because I was driving my new truck a few hours later. I tried to give lot 31 my business first but instead I'm giving them a bad review. 👎

I been with Lot 31 for over 5 years got 2 vehicles I love dealing with Ron and Mark my family and friends have bought vehicles there also ,Ron is like a brother to me I have tears in my eyes as I type this Ron you always have my back when I need you I thank you from the bottom of my heart for looking out for me much love God blessed you and your family

With buying a used car, it's always a gamble, both for the dealer and the consumer. I bought a car from Ron and it didn't turn out that well. Ron was eager to work with me and got me into a vehicle that was safe and reliable. He didn't have to do that!Would I go back to Lot 31? Absolutely! Like I said, buying a used car is a gamble and Lot 31 made it much easier.

I have known Ron for a few years now and have purchased 3 cars from his dealership. I was one of his first customers and have been coming back ever since. Ron has ALWAYS been fair on each deal. I know that ALL cars new or used will need repair and maintenance and Ron has been EXCELLENT when servicing any car from him. His lead salesman and techs are also a PLEASURE to work with. I've recommended him to my family and I recommend him to you!

The salesman there was so helpful and worked with me to find the best car for me in my price range. He wasn't pushy or rude like most car salesmen. This is the first time ive bought a car from a dealer that I didn't feel like I got ripped off when I left. I have two kids getting closer and closer to driving age, and when it comes time to buy vehicles for them, I know I will be returning to LOT 31. I'm pretty sure I've found the car dealer with whom all my future car purchases will be with. Trustworthy and respectable. I definitely recommend LOT 31 to anyone looking for a car in the Kenosha area.

I was nervous at first to try and negotiate anything, ( other dealers are for themselves). Not these guys. They made everything easy. They are there to help you with a choice. My satisfaction was thru the roof!! They have been there every mile. If you want friendly, down to earth, reliable and just plain all around good people, stop in and check them out. You won't be sorry.

This is an excellent dealership that really help you get what your looking for! They genuinely want to help get you something you want and are happy with! They are not like other dealerships that are trying to scam you and are all about the money and not the loyalty and respect that you should receive. Great place to buy your car or even trade.
