I have been going to Lokey KIA for over 7 years now getting my free oil changes which is really a great deal! I am always treated very warmly and fairly with each and every visit including my most recent. A squirrel ate my wiring harness and had to have it towed in. I already had 2 claims on my Auto Insurance and just used my Roadside Assistance with them so I had to use my own money to pay for it so I wouldn't be dropped or have my rate hiked up. Lokey gave me a significant break on the price in which I am totally grateful for! My 2013 KIA Soul is SO good that nothing has ever been done on the engine besides fluids...and this recent 'squirrel incident'! I have 151,000 miles and it's still going strong! They would love for me to trade it in for a new Soul but I love my 2013 too much to get rid of it! Even the body is holding up! Thank you Lokey for being a wonderful Auto Dealership!!!

EDIT: 08/20/2020 I recently visited to get my oil changed and I want to say that none of the previous issues still exist that I could see. They were completely professional and they had the service done well within the time they gave me. It was a completely different experience than the one I had below (which was a year ago). OLD REVIEW: They don't even stay close to the time they tell you it takes to change your oil in the service department. I was told both on the phone when I made the appointment and when I arrived that it would take an hour and a half. It ended up taking 4 hours for the oil change. This is completely outrageous. The only reason I gave them two stars is because it's free when you purchase a vehicle from them which is fine if you have no life and don't mind your oil changes taking a FULL day. Even talked to another customer here that had been waiting 5 hours. Also, I happened to be outside at the end watching them bring my truck down off of the lift and the tech peeled out backwards out of the garage with my vehicle then peeled out with it again as he brought it around treating it like a street racer (he squealed the tires both times). I was furious about this and was told the manager would call me on Monday. It is now Thursday and the manager still hasn't contacted me. Terrible customer service here.

It was a great day at Lokey Kia. I was there on a Friday it was busy. My girl kept me informed at each step and my progress was efficient. I really appreciated the water they had in the waiting room too. They took care of my second oil change. I had 2 filters change out and windshield wipers they had me out of the in three hours. I brought a book so was perfect. Thanks Lokey Kia. This Saturday oil change in and out in less than an hour!

Very pleasant experience buying a car! One of the most dreaded chores turned out to be a fun time with the help of sales persons Ramon and Jay. From the initial contact through decision making, financing, and leaving with a license plate and full tank of gas, I never felt pressure or uneasiness. It took me several days and a couple trips back in to decide and the communication was always quick and respectful. I have bought many cars before and this was the best experience I have had. I love Lokey Kia. Been buying there since 2011. Be sure to ask for Micheal Murray. He is top notch 100 percent the best!! The showroom is spectacular. The service is quick and always customer centric. The only downside is the service department. Plan to spend several hours just for a simple oil change. Everything else is great. Even the finance department guys!!

Just purchased a gorgeous Optima from Amber Lobman at Lokey Kia. Let me tell you, I had anxiety on my drive over to meet Amber and check out the car. We were so nervous about the whole car buying process. The last thing we needed was a pushy salesperson. Amber set my mind at ease within one minute of meeting her. She made the entire experience a breeze. Not only did she find an Optima in my price range, she made it easy to buy a car. Everyone we met with at Lokey Kia was wonderful. Very friendly and accommodating. Not once did my wife and I feel pressured to make a decision right then and there. Amber was very patient while we went over the car in detail to be sure we didn't miss anything. We have already started telling people that if they are in the market for a car....go see Amber at Lokey Kia. You guys really impressed us. We are LOVING our Optima.

These people took advantage of a 67-year-old widow when her air conditioner stopped working. Having bought the car at the dealer, we went to to get an estimate and the Service Manager told her the repair will cost $1200...when 9 months earlier the same dealer Lokey Kia in Countryside replaced the compressor and supposed to have 12 months warranty. They gave us the runaround stating that the air conditioner was not working for other reasons...after a while trying to find solutions and trying to understand why was the air conditioner not working...they decided to do a better price... $1100...feeling robbed, we took the car to another repair shop in Tampa...only to be surprised that the total repair cost only of $70.00...that's right!! I thought about calling the dealer back to complain but just the thought of the Service Manager saying I apologize or I am sorry didn't seem to be enough SO, public information and/or reviews online like this one will probably cost them some business and hopefully people will think twice before taking the car to them...they are a bunch of crooks that should be fired!

Brought the car in for a 'free' oil change. My son picked it up and the next day noticed the oil light was on He opened the hood and saw the whole engine compartment was covered with oil . He called Lokey Kia at 1:00 pm and they said they would have a truck tow the car to the dealership. Then my son looked again at the engine and noticed the oil filler cap was on the radiator mount, obviously they never replaced it after changing the oil. After waiting a couple hours he called Lokey again and was told to wait. The tow truck finally arrived at noon the next day !! Lokey service somehow changed their screw-up into HIS problem So the finally got the car and said 'It won't be ready till tomorrow' This is even though THEY KNEW it was their error, the service rep even mentioned how the tech was in trouble !!So my son was left without a car for two daysLokey service somehow changed their screw-up into HIS problem Two times after that I have spoken to someone at the dealership (after subsequent oil changes, they are free and I considered this a one-off error) and each tiome I asked to speak to the service manager.First time, I was transferred to his voice mail left a message , never heard backSecond time , I was called by someone asking me how the oil change was , I told them the story and they said they would have the service manager call me Never heard back -- seems like their standard procedureWhat gets me I would bet if I brought the car in as a trade-in, they would probably say 'oh we cant give you the full amount, there was engine damage when it was run with no oil'

As I said previously, never in my life has a salesman put that much effort into assisting a customer. I would recommend this dealership and Rob to anyone who is looking to purchase a vehicle and not have to worry about the "high pressure" of the typical salesperson or the unwillingness of some salesman who won't do what they could to fill you need and requests.

Had a lease on a 2013 Kia Optima, went to go buy out my lease; contract said it was going to be $16,200, by the time they were done three hours later it turned out to be $18,400 an additional thousand dollars in fees in $1000 in taxes, the taxes I understood the fees were ridiculous . I felt as though I were held hostage due to the fact that my lease was expiring in 24 hours. I would never return to the dealer again.

I would definitely give Lokey Kia five stars in providing good service! The Service Advisor Joe was very professional and kept me updated while my car was being serviced. Because they had to get a part from another store which took longer than expected; they put new wipers on my car without charge. The quality of there work is excellent and they washed my car too! The waiting area was comfortable,television, gigzaw puzzle, and Wifi. Waiting was pleasant. I would definitely recommend Lokey Kia for service.

I bought a 2015 Kia Optima .Love the car,but it took awhile to get the correct car.First they brought a red car with leather seats...nope not my car.s o I was given a rental and asked to come back in a couple of days.. The battery in my loaner car died while it was parked in the driveway,but Chris brought a charger and another rental car for me to use,awesome guy. Went back to get my car..Paper work said the car had twelve miles on it,odometer says 612 ( I took a picture of it) so I figure somebody drove it from wherever they got it from which added the miles to it. I asked the manager about the discrepancy and he stated ' 612 miles is nothing on a new car' to which I stated 'I've never seen a 'new' car with 612 miles on it.i did,because I no longer wanted to wait for another car to be delivered ,agree to take the car.except for that all my dealings with Lokey have been above and beyond,and I love the car.i still have picture of odometer and paper work with noted discrepancy.

Only negative hat I can say ,, last few times I have waited for service, I have found the atmosphere in the showroom to be very LOUD and not respectful of those waiting for service,,feel if we customers were acting up we would be asked to desist. During my research for a Kia Soul I was directed to the Lokey Kia's web site. I filled out my information and search info before searching their site for myself. I had checked the box THAT IT WAN NOT OK to contact me by phone. within 1 hour of stopping my search for the day I received a call from their internet department. I had told the lady that I didn't want to talk on the phone and to send me an e-mail and she did. Within 2 days she called me again and I told her the same thing send me an e-mail. Well I received another call yesterday from the same lady. Evidently this company has not taught their staff to respect potential customers requests and that "DO NOT CALL" MEANS "DO NOT CALL". I don't feel like I can even walk on to their property safely to look at their cars without having pressure to buy one of their cars put on me. DON'T BUY HERE OR USE THEIR WEB SITE UNLESS YOU WANT TO BE CALLED EVERY DAY.

Peter Chacon may be one of the best salesmen I have ever encountered. I took my 2013 Soul in for an oil change very angry with the dealership about an item on the car they would not fix. I truly disliked this dealership and the 2013 Soul. Peter started a conversation with me and tried to calm me down. With his soft, smooth manner, he actually sold me a new 2015 Soul. He agreed to keep my payment about the same and not require any money down. HE DID IT! I left the car I didn't behind and drove off in a new car. The 2015 Soul is a much better car than the 2013 model was. I am very happy with the new car and the person responsible for changing my attitude about Lokey Kia was PETER CHACON!! Thanks, Peter.

I was so dreading the whole buying a new car deal...I put it off for years. I did research through online dealerships so I could narrow down what was great quality for a great price. This brought me to Kia. I already had in my mind what I could afford and my price range due to my credit score. Amber Lobman greeted me when I went to the dealership. I basically told her my wants and needs and she showed me what I could afford. No pressure which was so awesome. We narrowed it down to 2 cars that fit my needs personally and financially within 30 min. 3 days later I bought the car of my dreams that I could afford and not stress out financially. At first contact Germaine And Jim were very nice. Germaine made contact with me via phone. Then I arrived and talked with them. I knew what I wanted. There was some difficulty with financing, not their fault. The only area I was not happy with was trying to get my new sticker. They transferred my plate but lost my 2016 sticker. Instead of telling me they would not send in registration until financing was complete, the just danced around the issue. I was very frustrated. Then, thee just didn't return my calls. It wasn't like I called all day long. Maybe 3 times during the month. In the future be up front and honest with your patrons. Most peo0ple appreciate that. I can't say enough about Lokey Kia . . . I for one do not like car dealers, they always seem to be pushy and are like buzzards over a dead animal. However, Lokey Kia is NOTHING like that. I purchased a Sorrento from them a few months ago. My salesperson was Shar, she was so pleasant and extremely helpful. Shar and everyone else there went above and beyond helping me get into my vehicle and believe me it wasn't easy. I was there recently for my oil change and routine servicing. The service dept was extremely professional and got me in and out in a reasonable amount of time. Would highly recommend Lokey Kia for their professional staff and excellent service dept.

I purchased a 2012 Kia Optima at Lokey and it was a good overall experience. the reason I'm posting something is because of their service department. I have the oil changes for life program. The weather the other night caused traffic to go really slow, making me really late for my appointment. It was no problem at all. They are really accommodating and took me in with no problems and I was out in not time at all. I give the entire service staff major props. In the year that I've been using them, I've had only positive experiences.

I would like to thank Terry Patterson for making every time that I come in to get a oil change, "FREE FOR LIFE by the way" so easy. Plus if I need to get a lil shopping done or need a ride back home they have a shuttle service that can drop me off and pick me up when my car is ready. I have had my car for a little over a year and I drive a lot so the oil changes help me keep my maintenance up so that i can get a lot of use out of my vehicle before its time for another one. I always recommend Lokey Kia to all my friends just because the sales process was so easy and the service department continues to surprise me by how great they are. I have always received excellent service at Lokey Kia's service department. I live in East Brandon and make the drive to Clearwater because of how great I'm treated. I would normally not post on here, but felt compelled to do so after last week. I had an emergency arise and needed to leave the state and make about a 1,500 mile trip. I was in need of an oil change and called Lokey and told them my situation and was told to get there as soon as I could. To make a long story short, I got there about 30 minutes before closing. Dave and Will were the only ones there and got it done right away and without any "attitude" I would expect from some places coming in that close to closing time. They treated me right and showed compassion for my situation. Dave and Will were life savers that night and earned my respect. Thanks Dave. Thanks Will.

I don't know what I have to do to have a review stick here.. I guess Lokey Kia doesn't pay Dealerrater. Lokey Kia is a member of the Presidents club. Only 5% of all Kia dealers make this list.. YOu have to be in the top 10% of ALL Kia dealers to achieve this award. I just purchased my new Kia Optima from Nick Rizzotto. I told him I went to Crown after seeing all the review on dealerrater. Worst experience I evere had. They said they would sell me the car for $20k out the door over the phone.. when I arrived a completely different story. Then I went back up to Lokey as I did on my last Kia and worked with Nick.. Thank you for a great purchase experience. No BS.. The reviews on this page are total BS.. One dealer has hundreds of review ( the one that pays dealerrater ) and the other doesn't. TOTAL BS.Lokey Kia - Thank you for the great experience and dealerrater, you full of it.Frank Doran.. I don't understand why there are bad reviews against Lokey. I have had nothing but pure satisfaction when dealing with them (which is quite frequently)! I bought a new Kia Soul in October 2013 and Doug Johnson was my Salesman. He was NOT high pressure. A Totally relaxed atmosphere! AND I got a FANTASTIC DEAL too! I drive my car around 60-70 miles per day as I have several Home Health Care Clients and I already have 12,000 miles on it. I've come in every 3,000 miles (4 times so far) for my 'free' oil changes and 2 tire rotation and balances (also free). I have a couple of scrape marks on one wheel (my dumb mistake) so I know they have rotated the tires. I haven't looked at my oil, but I TRUST they change it when I'm there. My car is brand new with full warranty and if they didn't change the oil, the car would not be running as well, I'm sure! Just 2 weeks ago I ran over freshly spilled paint in the road. It splashed all up on the sides of my car. I was frantic and I live very close to Lokey and brought it in asking if they had a hose that I could spray it off with. Now this is 6:50pm......they were polite, immediately brought my car around to the back where Tyler spent over 1/2 hour pressure washing the paint off my car. He was extremely thorough and cleaned every spec of it off the body of my car! He also washed the entire car for me. Needless to say I was SO GRATEFUL!!!! Lokey's Motto is: "We Treat You Like Family"......and they SURE DO!!! I am a TOTALLY Happy Customer and want Mr. Lokey to know how much his Kia Department Staff are truly appreciated! I'm very social and when I come in to get my oil changed, they all take time to say "Hi" to me! They make me feel like a V.I.P.!!!! As long as I live in Pinellas County, Lokey has me as a Customer for Life!!! Sincerely, Gayle :-)

My experience with Lokey was horrible. Your service manager (Dale) and the mechanic (Brett) was obviously trying to rip me off. I spoke with Dale several times on the phone before having my car towed in to the service department. He continuously reassured me that it was just a battery that I needed, that all the signs my car was showing was from a dead battery. Once there he continued to say it was the battery, don't worry. After being there an hour, he came back with $6000 worth of repairs. These were written on a normal estimate sheet with your letterhead. He said that I had to do at least $5000 worth of repairs in order to even drive the car out of the service department. He claimed I had a bad battery, alternator, several hoses, brake booster hose, valve cover gaskets, and several other things. I was shocked and asked him to give me a written estimate that I could show my spouse. He said that he could not give me the estimate on the paper he had written it up on but he would type in on another page for me. He did type it on a plane white piece of paper with no date, letter head or signature of any kind. He then took me into the garage to show me my car which was apart in pieces. He showed me a thimble shaped part with a hole in it and said it was an important part of my engine and that the car could not run without it. He said the engine was boring a hole through this important part. He also told me that oil was leaking from my Turbo cut off valve into the computer brain and would short circuit the whole car if I did not get that fixed. He introduced me to Brett, the mechanic, and said that I should only talk to him or Brett if I call in to the service department. I told him I could not afford these repairs. He said that he would be off work the next day and I should not speak with the other department manager, either wait until he returned of talk with Brett only. I felt they were both very shady. I felt they were both trying to take advantage of me being a woman by myself at the dealership. My father was a mechanic and my brother is a district manager for "Just Breaks" I spoke with both of them and read the list to them and they told me they believed that Lokey was trying to rip me off and I should tow it out of there and take it to another mechanic. I did tow it on Monday. I went over the list with the new mechanic. My battery was fine. I did need an alternator. Nothing else on the list was wrong with my car. My repairs were $600 instead of $6000. My car is running fine. I am posting this experience to every review website that I can find. I hope I can help other women from getting robbed at your business.

Only an average dealership. Mark Brown in sales is esspecially pushy. If you find yourself dealing with him, best thing to do is request another sales representitive. He comes on slowly, but once he realizes you may not purchase, he turns on the high pressure sales tactics and, gets downright nasty. Ask for another associate, they are not all like that there at Lokey.

Mark Brown in sales is extremely pushy and utilizes very high pressure sales tactics. He is friendly enough from the start, but quickly turns to high pressure tactics if he believes you may be on the fence. I recommend you request another sales person immediately if you find yourself dealing with Mark. I NEVER write reviews, but my dealings with Mark continue to this day... I wish I would've never contacted him in the first place.

I needed to purchase my 2011 Kian Soul from a lease buyout. I had a closed end lease contract which excluded dealer fees and other fee charges. Lokey added $795.00 dealer fee, $200 inspection fee, added additional $150 to tranfer my tags and title. The cost of my buyout through them amounted to nearly $14000.00 when the buyout was $11764 plus sales tax of $755. I was hostage at this dealership for 3 hours trying to purchase my car. I was able to purchase my car through another dealership, recommended by Kian Motors Finance in less than 1 hour with no additional fees charged and they assisted me with the finance of my car through my credit union with no fees assessed.I would have spent $2400.00 additional to get my car from Lokey.

Went in with coupon for oil change and tire rotation and balancing. Had to " catch " them " not " balancing tires and approached service person. " We didn't mean to say that balancing was included with this coupon " . Big meeting with service personnel and attitudes toward me that I'm ripping them off !!! The reluctantly agreed. Wanted to change the power steering fluid on the vehicle for no real good reason.

trying to buy a used car..drive in ..with 3000 cash and a trade in ..they offered me a fresh trade in..telling me all good about it and 1 owner vehicle..i was seriously considering.. the sales guy (floor manager) was keep telling me an old lady owned the car and took care of it very well.. after several times the sales man telling me how nice one owner vehicle it is i asked for the carfax and voila...4 previous owners... i think that should cover why i would never buy from them and not recommend the dealership...

DishonestI have bought 3 cars from there. The first was a lease, ended up with breaking system problems.Traded the car in because we we moving up north needed a SUV for the snow. Financing changed the price after paperwork was signed. Lied about pricing, warranty, and tag information. Long story, I won't bore you with the details.Our mistake was going back a third time to buy a car for my daughter. She fell in love with her car, we didn't want to disappoint her. This was a used vehicle. The price was high, but that was ok, this is what she wanted. We paid cash for the vehicle, our car salesman said we needed to fill out a form, we did agreeing no credit check. We received paper work two weeks later a credit check was done. The salesman showed up at my house demanding a paper be signed by my daughter while I was not home. I had to race back to handle the situation. They did not put gas in the car which is normal for buying a used car from them. I barely made it to the gas station.I spoke with the manager, he gave me a $25 gift card, a $25 service coupon, and was told the salesman had been let go.My newest problem; my daughter had her free oil change done. They told her there was a nail in her tire, non repairable. We brought it to a friend of ours that does tires. No hole a head got stuck on a piece of tread. There wasn't even an entire nail, just a head no damage.Dishonest, please for your sake do not go there. Autoway is the place to be!

After driving home (3 miles) from getting my free oil change at Lokey my oil was black & dirty. Took it somewhere else & had it changed. Either they didn't change it or they used reused oil. Better to pay & have it done right.

Beware their service dept over charges & doesn't do the work they claim they do. $35 just to install 2 filters that took the guy less then 2 min to stitch out, cost of the filters $50 a 30% mark-up of what the original parts cost. Had marked the inside of my tires but they were in the same position, after I got home & checked. I paid to have them rotated & balanced. He didn't even put air in them as I'd requested. Their free lifetime oil changes HA! Don't believe it! Mark promised a second key for my new Kia, but I never got it. These guys are crooks... BEWARE

I encourage everyone in the market to stay AS FAR AWAY FROM LOKEY KIA AS YOU CAN! There are plenty of other dealers that can help you that have integrity and value their customers (two things that Lokey lacks). I received terrible service from them two separate times 3 years apart. It would cost mere dollars for this large dealership to replace this piece and maintain their integrity but they are unwilling. Unbelievably bad experience.

Its funny I read many reviews before purchasing a vehicle. Lokey Kia has Cindy Hansen that worked her tail off to help me with my new Sorento. She was polite and found exactly what I wanted. Its funny how people talk about car dealers. They did this and they did that. I'm sorry if you just go into the dealership without all your BS, they will treat you with respect. As Cindy did with us. We negociated on the price and felt she was giving us a fair deal. They also gave me my oil changes free for life and I couldn't find this at other local Kia dealers.. This really was a main reason to look a this dealer. Please when you arrive ask for Cindy. She rocks...

Lied to not only by the salesman, but the sales manager, general manager and the finance manager! Car delivered was NOT the car that we test drove...but they insist that it was...even though we could prove it wasn't! Lied to us and told us we were receiving "free perks" and then upon closer inspection of the contract...were actually charged for all of them! Took the vehicle in for the "free perks" only to have it done incorrectly! Really....couldn't you even wash the vehicle before putting the protective coating on? Now we have water spots under it!! They actually had the nerve to give us a "cheat sheet" to fill out their survey. Can't wait to get it so I can again tell how disappointed and stuck we feel with a vehicle we didn't even want! They seem to promise a lot and deliver nothing and not care about it! We are not disappointed in the performance of the vehicle...only the dealership and their inability to be honest with people. It almost seemed as if they all lied to cover up for the lies we were told by the salesman. DO NOT BE FOOLED...LIFETIME OIL CHANGES ARE NOT WORTH IT!!

The first vehicle I looked at, had an addendum sticker for $4000 over MSRP, then I noticed every vehicle on the lot had the same sticker. I could understand if the dealership had enhanced the vehicle, but purely for greed??? Then to add insult to injury a dealer fee of $800.00. Sorry Lokey, but you have lost my business and my families business.

I have been getting my oil changed here regularly since I bought my car. It takes over an hour for them to change the oil; when it should take ten minutes top. I believe this is to get the customer to change it themselves. Since, I have the lifetime oil change plan with lokey. I seen my car on the rack for over 45 minutes with technicians sitting around smoking, ridiculous. This place needs to get it together. What manager is going to let this happen?

I would never recommend this dealer to anyone. They are VERY pushy and do not listen during the sales portion of purchasing a car, then they push service contracts and then turn around and do not provide the services you have already paid for in your initial service contract, they cover oil changes and nothing more. I would never have purchased a car through them if not mislead by their bogus customer loyalty speech, empty MPG promises, and farce service contract that they sold me.

Not only did Lokey Kia lie to me and my family, they ruined my already-bad credit by placing at least 5 hard inquiries trying to get me a loan for a car that that HAD NEVER EVEN TOLD me the price.They run on the old "what's your payment" scam; they ask what you want to pay per month, and then can inflate either the interest rate or the price of the car to benefit themselves. Their internet pricing is a lie, if you come in they charge you about 3500 MORE for the vehicle.If you aren't happy with what they have to offer they try to keep you there as long as possible. The WORST part is I really enjoyed the saleslady Cindy, she was nice and friendly, and felt she was getting screwed like I was - she just wanted to make a sale.I was lied to by SEVERAL people, telling me they would "call me soon" and other things, BUT, instead they ignore me until they have nothing else going on and they try to harass me.I went in for a car maked 16,000 dollars and they attempted to get me approved for a 21,000 dollar LOAN, knowing I had some downpayment...

My husband and I purchased an Optima on Saturday, July 14th. We were greeted and helped by a very courteous and friendly young man, Quinton Cheatham. He went out of his way to help us, several test drives and many, many questions which he was able to answer to our satisfaction. He also gave us a tour of the facility including the service department. He offered us water (many times), it was miserably hot that day. Quinton then turned us over to the "finance guy", Raja Assaf, another extremely well informed and friendly team member. By this time I was exhausted and Raja had much to review and explain to us, he was very thorough and patient. During all this time, Quinton waited for us and then gave us a tutorial on how the car works, he did a great job!Glenn and I had a great experience at your dealership and would definitely recommend you to our friends. I purchased a 2012 kia Rio 3/3/12 from this dealership where I had purchased 2 other Kias in past years.This purchase ended me from buying Kia's in the future.The day AFTER I purchased this car,i took it back and asked for a car with power window & locks as i found after driving a distance this would not work for me.I was informed that this is now a USED car(with 20miles on it) and in order to get into the bnext car I would need ADDITIONAL MONIES!!/I paid 15500.00 for this Rio which I found was WELL OVER priced.I was basically told the car DI NOT have agood trade in price>I couldnt beleive this.1 day and only 20 miles.If i wanted to get into a car next level I would have to come up with additonal 3-4 thousand $..I NEVER thougght I would be taken like this by Lokey kia..I will NEVER be a KIA owner again.I have recently traded this crap in for a HONDA and happy with the Honda purchase.Although i liked the Kias,this experience witthis mgmnt has put a BAD taste in my mouth especially when you buy a new care and are told when you want to return that the car is OVERPRICED and you are in the HOLE!!! All I heard from the manager was WEHELP YOU UNLESS YOU COME UP WITH 3-4 thousand more dollars ..I will never recommend this dealer to anyone again after being taken like this

This dealership is awful! I had already heard bad reviews from friends about this dealership but still thought I'd try it out for convenience reasons. Upon my first visit I was approached by a "new" saleswoman who knew nothing about any of the Kia models. I left highly disappointed but decided to try again by contacting Sales Mgr., Jason Polk directly. He handed me off to another salesman because he couldn't be bothered. Long story short, they didn't have the vehicle I wanted in stock and guaranteed they could get it from another dealer with 24 hours. 2 1/2 weeks later with very little contact from the dealership, I always had to contact them for updates, Jason lied to me that he could get the car I wanted w/push start. After wasting 2 hours filling out paperwork, come to find out the car didn't have push start, this is even after I had specifically questioned him about it beforehand. Thank goodness my "2nd" salesman checked on that before doing a dealer trade. After compromising on no push start a couple days later they said they could not longer get that vehicle. So another week went by and they were "able" to get my second choice color, this again after I had to hassle them for updates. After wasting another 2 hours filling out paperwork to buy this second car (same MSRP as the first) they raised the price over $500. Again I walked out. Needless to say, they lie and don't care for your business. Jason actually told me directly that he didn't "want" my business, he "needed" it. Who says that to a customer? You should "want" my business because you "need" it. I went to another dealership in Brandon, Courtesy Kia, I received great customer service, they located the original vehicle that I wanted, the same vehicle Lokey told me was "sold" and they could get for me from another dealership, and they had the vehicle for me within 2 days at the price I wanted. I would never recommend LOKEY KIA to anyone!

On Apr 3, 2012 my 2004 Kia Optima s engine lost power and was unable to even go 3 MPH and climb over a simple overpass. I was able to manage to get the car to the Tires Plus in Clearwater Mall to have it looked at. After being diagnosed with a failed catalytic converter I was told that they could get one from Tampa by late afternoon and have my car ready by 7PM. I asked them to call Lokey Kia and Lokey told the Tires Plus representative that they could not get one until Friday. So I told Tires Plus to repair the car because I needed the car to transport my children. The next day I called Fidelity Warranty Service to see if maybe the repair was covered under my extended warranty and they told me the catalytic converter is covered under the KIA Federal Emissions warranty and that KIA should reimburse me for the repair. The Fidelity Warranty Service gave me the number to KIA customer relations and I called them the next day. The KIA customer relations told me that it is covered under the warranty but because it was not put on by a KIA dealer there was nothing they could do but talk to the nearest dealer and see what they could do. I went to Lokey service department and basically they said too bad, you should have had the car towed to us. I went to talk to one of the managers and explained the situation and he asked me if I was happy with the car, did I owe any money on the car then the only thing he tried to do was sell me a new car. If this is the best customer service on the East Coast then I would hate to see the worst. I had been taking my car there since I 2008 when I moved to Clearwater but this company will never see another dime from me. This is the worst customer service I have ever seen. I would like to commend Fidelity Warranty Service for informing me of something that KIA should have taken care of. The KIA parts department should have informed the Tires Plus representative that the catalytic converter may be covered under warranty and give the customer that information.

Ask why would I or my friends drive over 2 hours one way to buy a car from this dealer?Because when I made contact via e-mail it did not take much effort to settle on a price.When we got there nothing changed, no efforts to bump price, no pressure of any kind!Our sales person, Matt and the Sales manager, Jason treated us with respect and it ws almost effortless.We arrived last month (Dec.) to buy a Soul for a friend of mine, this after contact at least 4 dealers in the Melbourne/Orlando area we we received only very poor responses and out right lies.Matt, had the car ready and the price was as promised, in fact he even bought a "Hamster" for my friend.I was interested in an Optima but only in passing. In the time we had, I looked at the exact Optima I was intrested in. Within 15 minutes Jason gave me a deal, as they say, I could not refuse.So when another friend of mine expressed intrest in my Optima, we did our home work with local dealers but the result was the same. Called Matt and it took a few e-mails to get the same great deal.3 cars in less the 30 days, you bet I and my friends were satisified!Matt made every effort to ensure that my friends were very confortable with the operation of each car. And Jason used an expression I have held all my years, "Do the right thing"To bad we are not close enough to take advantage of the free 1 yr. maintainance.Think this is to good to be true, call me!

For the second time this year, they would not negotiate a deal I could financially accept. I was prepared and had done my research, so they seemed fine with me walking away. I went there on Dec. 31st and they apparently didn't need to move their inventory that badly. Seems that's 2 and a half hours of my life that I'll never get back...

Lokey puts on the hard sell, but it delivers. I have to admit I did not like the initial tactics to get me to sit down and make a deal, but when I finally came to the table, I got a great car and a great deal. Jason is the sales manager and he did a good job making sure I was happy before I left. Dominic was the second salesman I worked with and I HIGHLY recommend him because he knows his cars and know how to sell without being pushy. I will buy from him again, but not for a long time because this car is supposed to last me a very, very long time. Overall, I like Lokey a lot.

Richard our Sales assoc. was very friendly and informative in discussing what we were looking for in a car and our different options. We test drove the Kia Soul and we explained to Richard that comfort and price was our main concern, and he was honest about all the features and comfort in comparison to the other Kia's which we discussed that we were looking at but were out of our price range. We appreciate his friendliness and honesty very much. The Soul was still a little out of our price range and Charlie Mohr the General Manager came over and spoke to us very honestly and took the time to talk to us about some things that might even help us in the future. We were able to come to a great deal and we purchased the Kia Soul. Richard also had Matt come over and help us set up our phones with the Bluetooth option on the car, Matt was great with explaining the feature . Richard took us around the dealership to familiarize ourselves with the service dept. since we get the first year's oil changes free. He introduced us to the manager there John, who was also friendly and explained the free oil changes to us. You can tell that Lokey takes pride in their product and the service they provide for their customers. My husband and I were very happy with the purchase and Charlie even offered to give us a great deal on fixing some body work on the leased truck we had to turn in to a different dealer. We were very pleased with the entire process start to finish. We appreciate Charlie and his whole team going out of their way to make us feel like we were more than just another sale. I spec out a car (2011 Sorento EX) I was interested in on line and submitted it to 3 dealers. Matt responded promptly and confirmed that although he did not have one on his lot, he would find me one. Later the same day, Matt said he found one but with a different interior color. After discussing with my wife, we agreed to the interior color change and asked for his bottom "out the door price". I also reminded him I was checking with 2 other dealers and the best price wins my business. We'll one dealer never got back to me and the other dealer could, would not, match Lokey's price. Needless to say I purchased my Sorento from Lokey.We found Matt to be friendly, good communicater (kept me informed as to the progress) and very accomodating. Come time for the finance side, Kevin was well prepared and had all the documents in order for us to sign. At the end we met the General Manager, Charlie he was also very professional and accomodating.Overall I can honestly say this was by far the most enjoyable, hassle free, vehicle purchase my wife and I have ever experienced. I went in search of a Kia Forte for my wife to drive back and forth to work (100+ miles/day). The dealership had a nice variety of Kias to choose from. I sat in one and was nicely surprised........until I got out and looked at the price. The Kia sticker wasn't the shocker. It was the $4000 dealer markup added to the Kia price. That was a 20%+ markup on a $18500 vehicle. Sorry Lokey, you've lost my interest in your dealership. People are struggling to purchase vehicles and you go and add another $4k? Shame on you!!

In fact, we ended up closing the place and talking outside and while I was filling out my paperwork, they had the car detailed and transferred everything from my trade to my new Kia.

I went to the dealership for the second time in about two weeks. I am seriously considering a Kia, and I wanted to sit in an Optima to recheck the comfort level of the seats, and I wanted an update on the status of the Hybrids. The salesman I had been working with (a man named Mark who seemed to be pleasant and straightforward) was busy with another customer, so he politely referred me to a heavy-set man that appeared to be the sales manager (not sure though). So I asked this sales manager (or perhaps he was another salesman - again, not 100% sure) when they thought they might receive the first Optima hybrids. The guy looked me in the eye and said "Kia is not manufacturing any of those yet." My jaw dropped. I know that is not true. Kia is manufacturing them, and they are at dealerships on the west coast now. I had spoken with a dealer in Seattle earlier in the day, and had come back to Lokey to check the status in Florida. Now this guy could have said, 'I don't know,' or he could have said 'I am not sure - I'll check,' or something with some integrity. Instead he acted like he knew the status and just plain lied.I have no use for liars. I said, that's not true - I know a shipment came in from Korea this week. He then said - "Well, I meant we have not got any coming in yet." I said "Any idea when?" He said "Nope," and turned away. Exasperated, I respond, "Then I guess I will have to go to a dealer that has more information then you do." It was not like they were busy - there were only two customers that I could see, and about 6-7 salemen. This guy could have offered to check, he could have taken some time to explain why he had responded that way, or he could have turned and ignored me. And that is what he chose to do. He just walked away and started to talk to a bunch of other salesmen who were standing around in a small group. I went over and checked out the only Optima they had, and finally just left the place.Now I know that the dealers don't have much control over what cars they get, and I accept that. But the fact is that I am sincerely interested in buying a Kia, and if the Hybrids don't turn out to be exactly what I was hoping for, I had planned to purchase a non-hybrid Kia. I feel I was treated rudely at best, and lied to at worst. When and if I buy a Kia, it sure won't be from Lokey Kia.

WARNING - This dealer sticks you with high "dealer fees". Over $900 on a used vehicle! I got the price of my vehicle and trade where I wanted it, but I was only figuring about $750 for "fees and profits". Also, the $900 doesn't include putting any gas in your tank?! I called the salesman on the ride home to let him know how generous it was to send me off with an empty tank. He gave me a lousy apology and some line about how "they don't normally do that". What? Um, dummy, how about giving me a gas card or something? Anyways, the "call me" line is just that. Their sales department gave very little response when I phoned in the days following the sale about various minor concerns with the vehicle and financing. After some confusion between various departments, the additional items on my vehicle did get handled by their service department very professionally. It's a shame their sales department is still practicing old shady tactics and fees. Their finance department has been less than spectacular thus far, but I can't really expect much considering I walked in with an approved loan from my bank and refused all the "plans", "coverages", and "warranties" they offered. Overall, I like the vehicle, but feel slighted by this dealer for getting me for an additional $200 (unanticipated "fees and profits" plus gas). I doubt I will ever return for future purchases.

I had heard good things from others, and loved the look of the new 2011 line.I came in and spoke to Matt, who did a great job explaining the various trim levels and options available on the Forte. He introduced me to Charlie and Rick, sales managers, who both did an excellent job welcoming me to the dealership and making sure my questions were answered. The first day I visited, they made a very nice offer, but I wasn't ready to buy.Instead of the usual pressure tactics, they were very patient and encouraged me to take my time. They kept in touch after my visit, and subsequent visits I was treated like family. I am ready to purchase, and looking forward to going back to work on the deal!

THE (ONLY) GOOD: The salesman, Freddie, was incredibly nice and very helpful. BAD: The Sportage had a $4,000 dealer MARKUP over the MSRP because "they're popular." (Making the total on the base model like $25000). I have since contacted other Kia dealerships in the area, and they laughed at how ridiculous that is (average markup is between $500 and $1000). Also, prices on the website are asterisked, and include every possible rebate that is available, so the prices are very misleading.The finance person, Kevin, was rude, condescending, and pretty much tried to berate my boyfriend and me into accepting their laughable deal. My credit is 609 and his is 720 (joint purchase), and they offered 8.99% APR. We said we'd like to think on it for a day or two. Kevin said to us, "Let's face it, you barely got approved for this loan (how do you get BARELY approved? It's a yes or no question...), and I had to pull some strings to get this kind of financing. There's no way you'll beat this percentage anywhere else (We got 6.99% at Dayton Andrews Jeep)." He then continued to talk down to me, saying that I'm currently paying for a car that doesn't even run, and that $435/month is a steal (again, Jeep got me around $300/month for a Compass that they dropped from 22,500 MSRP to 18,900 out the door). At one point I said to my boyfriend, "Can we just sign the papers? It sounds like they're the only place that will accept my credit for a car." I guess that's what they want you to think. The next day when we went to a credit union to get a loan that way, I was told that my credit had been pulled ELEVEN times the previous day, which greatly impacted my credit score (Thus the "You won't find better anywhere else," as in "We've made sure of that.")After my experience at Lokey, I was so upset that I told everyone I knew how they treated me - including my mom, who tried to call and complain. The manager repeatedly said that I must be mistaken, because Kevin was one of their best, and that this wasn't the restaurant business (whatever that means). After the repeated call-backs, I think that they eventually offered me something like 4.99% financing and 19,000 on the Sportage, but they could have offered me the moon and I never would have taken my money to them.

This dealership is unprofessional and disorganized. The staff is uninformed and confused, not able to answer basic questions about their inventory, pricing, financing, etc. We initially agreed to go to this dealership after they responded to an email request for a specific car indicating they had it in stock, but they hadn't for months. They were deceptive in their inventory and lured us in and then attempted to shift the blame on the inaccuracy of their promised inventory. We had literally had the email exchange with the sales person THAT MORNING and they hadn't had the car in stock for months.Following our visit, when responding to a customer service follow up phone call, they hung up on us when we attempted to detail the reason we were unhappy with our visit there.I would not recommend this dealership to anyone and I will never purchase a car from them in the future.

We wanted to buy a new 2011 Sorento. We called around to the 3 Kia dealers closest to Spring Hill. The one dealership we originally dealt with that test drove with us never called us back. We called the salesman 3 times and he was always too busy and never would get back to us after saying each time "I'll call you right back". Needless to say without mentioning the dealer name they weren't very "friendly" or responsive. Anyway we called Lokey on a Thursday and spoke with Aaron Morris. On that Saturday we were on our way to purchase our new Sorento from Lokey Kia. I have never had such a pleasant car buying experience. Car salesman are always so pushy, but Aaron was friendly and went out of his way for us. He drove all the way to Sarasota to get the car color with the interior we wanted the day after we spoke with him. That young man was courteous, professional and went over the car in detail with us. I have spoken very highly of him and Lokey to my friends and co-workers. Our next new car will definitely be from Lokey. This is the way car sales should be done. This dealership is a service nightmare. I don't really think anyone knows what the other is doing. They will tell you thats not what the service adviser said to you but they weren't even there. I know what i was told to have my SUV repaired and they took what ever short cuts they could and said its all fixed. I'm still waiting for a call from the service director. Buyer beware...

Rick Rizzo went out of his way to do what it took to get the lowest price for the same model that other dealers had to offer, and with a gentlemans hand shake and minimal haggling the deal was settled. I went to other Kia dealerships but Rick delivered the promise of Lokey Kia's best pricing guarantee. Jerry Stumpf explained the terms of the Life Time Warranty, a significant factor in my new car buying choices. Kevin Perkins handled the financial portion and was very through and meticulous, making sure I understood the paperwork aspect and was furthermore both confident and satisfied with my final purchase and purchase price. Once I took delivery of my new car the 2011 Kia Forte 5-Door EX in Spicy Red, Jerry Stumpf explained the ins and outs. Disaster! My elderly father went to Lokey Kia in Clearwater. He is a legal Florida resident with a Florida drivers license. They are trying to title and register the car in his name in Ohio. A definite problem with the insurance. A possible problem with the state of Florida. He should be paying sales tax in the state he lives in. They even backdated the sales contract for some reason.The sales price is also questionable. They were nice enough to remove the window sticker before he took it home. He cannot find it with his paperwork. To find the Manufacturers Suggested Retail Price (MSRP) I sent an E-mail request to the dealership, made a request through the live chat feature on their website and phoned his salesman Joe. No response yet. Based on what I could determine for a Forte EX w/ automatic transmission and additional options, the MSRP would not exceed $18,290. To buy that car at my local Kia dealer through the Costco buying program and registered at his home in Ohio (where they are trying to register it) The total tax, title, license out the door after rebates would be $16.810. At Lokey the total is $19,729.07 plus his trade in. That includes a $799 pre delivery service charge? A $48. private tag service? And a $89.95 e-services charge? I would not recommend this dealership!

Customer Service is this teams middle name they were great with the attention to detail and the sales person (Bill) was well read on his product he was selling he knew a great deal of information on the vehicles sold by this dealership. In business, obviously the goal is to have a flawless experience, however, no one tells the story when everything goes perfectly and if they do, it doesn't matter that much. The typical review would be in such a case, "oh wow, great deal, great car, great people etc...." Here's why this review is far more valuable. All of the above AND more importantly, when something doesn't go right (either within or outside of their control) they will do whatever it takes to make it right.My goal is to always do business and bring business to a company/organization that is willing and able to do that. Charlie/Rhonda/Rick are an amazing team. When you want to buy a new car, go to Lokey. I drove over an hour to get to their dealership and passed countless others on the way. They genuinely care and at the end, they bent over backwards to make a situation right. On delivery day, I promised Charlie and Rick a perfect survey. Charlie & Rick both responded by saying, we appreciate that, but we want to make sure we've earned EVERY part of it. They did and even offered me lunch. I couldn't rate Quality or Price because I never got that far in the sales process. This was my first visit to a Kia dealership and I'd never even sat in a Kia. I was there to see a Sportage EX I'd been researching. The salesman pulled one around and as I was checking out the interior I told him I was planning on purchasing "by the end of the year" (in 2 months or possibly less) and that I was also looking into the Nissan Juke and a couple other vehicles but I'd never driven a Kia.He offered to let me drive the Sportage around in the parking lot to "test out" the turn radius. So I loaded the family in and took a quick trip around the lot. After returning and waiting, and waiting, we finally walked over to another EX on the lot. He then came out with a brochure. I asked if we could go ahead and take it out for a proper test drive so I could get a feel of the acceleration and handling.I was told "Since you aren't going to buy until the end of the year, no. Sunday is one of our busiest days. Feel free to call me and set up an appointment for a test drive when you get ready to buy. It would be best to call on a weekday" (as though I have nothing better to do during the week). He then left and went back into the dealership. There wasn't a SINGLE customer out on the lot at the time. I'd hardly call that busy.Seriously? I've never driven a Kia before and as of now I'm not sure I'd want to purchase one based on the attitude of the salesman at this dealership. I would hope this isn't the standard operating procedure for Kia in general. How am I supposed to know if I want to buy a Kia if the salesman doesn't let me properly drive one?This left me with a really bad experience for both Lokey and Kia. It's a shame since my initial opinion on the limited exposure I had to the Sportage was positive.

Here's the situation. I had emailed about trading down. I had needed, due to family issies that just developed, to downsize after I just had purchased a vehicle in June. I received a phone call from Rick asking me some questions. He asked me VERY personal information. SSN, Place of Work, Mother's maiden name, where I lived, how long I lived there, where did I live before this address. He was supposedly going to run a credit check on me. I wasn't worried as I had just been through it all all last year while I was purchasing a condo. Thing is, and I know it was my own stupidity for giving him this information, but after telling me he'd get right back to me, I didn't hear from him so since the next day I was off, I called again to make an appointment and talk with him. I called 3 times and the person asked me if I left him a message. I said no and tried 2 other numbers as well as calling 3 numbers from an email....left a message with the person answering the phone and never got another response so I drove up to the Clearwater Toyota dealer.........I AM VERY DISGUSTED WITH THIS CUSTOMER SERVICE AND THE FACT THAT THIS COMPANY HAS SOMEONE THERE REPRESENTING THEM WITH THE HABIT OF TAKING INFORMATION, PERSONAL INFORMATION THAT THEY CAN USE AGAINST YOU AND NEVER MAKING A COURTESY CALL BACK EVEN TO SAY "NO"....I AM CONSIDERING TAKING ACTION AND LETTING THE LOCAL MEDIA KNOW ABOUT THIS.....+

We were interested in the Kia Soul for a few months. We contacted the dealership over the phone and they were very compliant to our needs. Because of their great attitude, we drove out of our way to get their service. As soon as we got there, we were greeted at the door by our salesman, Rick. I saw some cars on the internet that I liked at Lokey and called the number on the site,the lot was closed but I recieved a phone call back in a short while.I spoke to both Rick and Fred to find out which of their lots these vans were on.Getting the info I needed I headed up there the next day,in clearwater,even though they said they would send the cars to npr where I lived I declined,because I did'nt mind the drive.When I got there Fred came out to greet me and we test drove both vehicles that I was interested in.After deciding on a dodge caravan I was there all afternoon from 12:30 till 5:30 because of the fact that someone had quit in financing a day earlier so there was only one man doing both lots.Although Fred knew he had this deal closed,and could have grabbed another buyer, he stuck with me all afternoon.I was offered food and drinks and really had a pleasent afternoon.Well next day car stalled and would'nt start.I called Fred to see if they could help and he drove 20 plus miles to get me towed to a mechanic and it was fixed.It was a fuel pump which really is an unforseen problem until it happens you don't know it is bad.I signed an as is no warranty on this vehicle but what was done for me I feel was above and beyond protocol.If you are looking for a car Lokey is the place and Fred is your guy!!

The pressure started from the moment we drove onto the lot. There was no time given to do any looking on our own, only buy, buy, buy. The salesman did let us take several vehicles out for test drives (all without even getting Id before hand) but he made several remarks that should never have left his mouth including a remark about all subaru's being driven by lesbians, and asking us if we were 'white enough' to live in a certain area. That was just bad. Then, 'Fast Freddy' came along. I guess he's supposed to be the closer or something. He closed alright. He pushed so hard we walked right out the door. Although I liked the Kia well enough, I will never go back to Lokey again.

I Went with son to check on trading his car. My son told Rick I would like to check out a Soul. I had an '07 Mazda 3. Did not intend to buy a car. I drove it. It handled very well. Had everything on it I wanted. I have been treated very well and I would recommend Lokey Kia to anyone. Give them a try.

Both employees were well informed sales persons/finance manager. They were not pushy and was very accommadating. They worked with us to give us the best deal around. I took their cards to give to friends to purchase vehicles. Also I noticed a "happy" consensus amoung all of the employees. The seemed to enjoy working at Lokey Kia and working with each other. That is certainly not found in every dealership.

When we first arrived at Lokey Kia, we wanted to see what type of cars they had available. They did not hassle us and let us look around. We eventually had questions and Csaba was right there to answer all of them. He was very educated about the car and did not pressure us at all. Rick Rizzo was really great! He helped us with anything we needed. Ron was also great and answered any of our financing questions. This was my 6th time buying a car, and this was by far the best experience we have ever had. Everyone was very friendly, upbeat, and they were not pushy. Next time we are buying a car - we are going here first. I would definitely recommend people to go there to buy their next car; whether you are looking for new or used. The price was great and they really worked hard to make sure we were happy. We had the opportunity of meeting a lot of the sales people there and they all seemed like very friendly people. Definitely ask for Csaba and Rick - they were amazing!!

WOW!! This is the best car buying experience I have EVER had!! I emailed them inquiring about a used car I found on the internet. Rick called me and I went to Lokey Kia. Rick and Wick were happy to help. They were very nice and made me feel at home. To my surprise their was no selling pressure. The used car wasn't quite what I was looking for. They were very sincere about wanting to help me find what I wanted and showed me a Certified Kia with hardly any miles AND a Kia backed warranty. I told them what my payments needed to be and they amazingly got it where I wanted. I even got more for my trade-in than ever expected! Ron was phenomenal and very creative on creating a loan better than I had expected. Rick put gas in my Certified car. I now am a Lokey loyal customer and can't wait to get my maintenance done there! Best dealership in Pinellas County, hands down. Rick is very down-to-earth, and there are no high-pressure sales tactics. I inquired online and he got in touch with me right away, listened to me when I told him what I was looking for, and he offered the car that was best suited for my personal taste as well as my practical needs. Buying a car is normally a very stressful proccess, but Rick made it easy and he also made it fun. My experience with the finance department was also very positive and the process was very smooth. Service department is also top notch. This dealership has class; they are all consistently friendly, the place is clean, and the service is excellent from purchase to maintenance.

I was shopping for a possible trade in of my 1998 Toyota Rav4 about 7 months ago and after viewing a Toyota replacement, the Nissons, Hondas, I stopped at Lokey Kia. I found the staff all very friendly and not the high pressure sales pitch normally experienced at car dealers! I was so pleased with their professionalism, kinowledge of their product and willingness to work with me on a trade-in value and payment terms. Needless to say I purchased a Kia Rondo and just love it! The General Manager, Mr. Charlie Mohr should be very proud of his staff. I have visited the dealer for simple service (oil changes) as recommended and found the service staff extremely courteous and professional. In addition as I sometimes wait for service, the sales staff are very friendly. In fact my sales person Rick remembers me even though it's been 7 months since I purchased the car.

I recently bought my first car. My experience with Lokey was great. When I went to other dealerships sometimes they would blow me off because of my age. I did not receive any of that here. Everyone I interacted with was courteous and more then willing to help. I had a very specific car I want. When they could not find the car on their lot, they began searching for me. It took them no time to located the car I wanted and bring it in for me. Everything went very smooth from start to finish. I feel they were very upfront with pricing and helped me find some rebates that I did not know I qualified for.

Very misleading advertising. They offer a 2003 Kia Rio for $3500. But the small print says you have to trade in a $2500 car or cash. The small print doesn't show up on a Blackberry but the advertised price does. I called then wasted an hour drive.

Sales was a long process... many hours for word/approval and was asked to sign before I knew the interest rate. Service dept, Ron is very nice and goes out of his way. Some issues with brakes, windshield fog...(2007 Sportage) Asked for and rec'd car alarm and mud flaps to insure 10 rating.

This is the most dishonest dealership I have ever dealt with. They promise and then don't fulfill. Not people oriented or sympathetic to your problem. Do not honor or attempt to honor the KIA Warranty--Out for all the money they can make. I had a van with 20000 miles on it and the engine blew. I was charged 8000.OO to put in a new engine or given the option of accepting 2400.00 on my van for a trade in. There was no way they were going even to try to honor the warranty. I did not have ALL of the receipts for my oil changes--only three--so they will not honor the warranty--- I owed 6000.00 on my van-now I owe 14,000 ---STAY AWAY FROM THIS DEALERSHIP!!!!!!
