Don't get treated like a credit score

Kyle Sawtelle was very unprofessional rude and basically treated me more like a credit score rather than an hardworking valued paying customer he had no patience at all while assisting me in the buying process and when we asked him specific questions he had no patience with us raising his voice and basically dismissing us by saying have a good day in the middle of a conversation he acted like he was doing me a favor and that was never the case this has been the upmost horrible customer service I have ever received from someone and it should be unacceptable in this industry. He needs to realize that it's over 20 car dealerships on south military highway I'm glad I choose not to proceed with the sale and go elsewhere.

I had received a recall notice from Isuzu and called the service center about getting this taken care of. When I arrived I was told that they would need to order the part and that they would call me. 2 weeks later I still hadn't heard from them so I called back. I was told that they had a computer issue that was delaying these types of repairs and that they would call me when resolved. Another month goes by and they are still having these issues. I wait for another 2 weeks and call again and was told to bring in the following Monday morning before 9 am and that it will take a couple of days. I called on Wednesday when I had not heard from them and was told that the part was not in yet and if it didn't arrive that day it would be there for sure on Thursday. I call Thursday afternoon around 3 and I am told that the part should be in now, but they will check and call me right back. No call back and when I attempted to call them back at 4:30 it went voice mail. This is completely ridiculous. Why wasn't the part order months ago when I first brought it in and why did they need it dropped off on Monday when the part was not going to be there for days. This was supposed to be around a 30 minute repair and they have had my vehicle now for a week. This is the last time I will use their service center and would never buy a car from a dealer with such lousy service.

I brought a suv form LittleJoe's around about five months ago , I have to say that the service department is not good and their warranty isn't good either, they want you to paid half the price for a part on the thirty day warranty, They say that you get free oil changes right, the first is free but when you go back for the second it's not free they require you pay for the other stuff like tire rotations, fuel ejection cleaners, and etc. I have an extended warranty, but I'm thinking not to use it with them, but the sale department and the dealers are great just the service department suck, Oh yeah, I ask the guy do I have to get the other stuff because I did have the $60 right I just wanted the oil change and he said, I have to get the other stuff along with the oil change if not then they couldn't change my oil, which I think if was unfair, for this reason I wouldn't buy another vehicle from this dealership, like I said the dealers and finance department are good, but the service department really do sucks, they go beyond horrible.

I bought a used car here as a quick emergency from my fiance totalling my old car. Buying the car was too bad, the price was good and haven't really had issues with the car. However, they talk about their "care package" which is free oil changes, free inspections etc...well in the 12 no months I've had the car I only had my oil changed twice there because of the ridiculous wait. The 2nd time I got it changed was today and I even had an appointment set up, my car didn't get into their garage until 40 minutes after my appointment time. Then I was told I was due for a tire rotation and fuel additive which was around $30 or so. I had just got new tires less than a month ago and after telling the service dept this so that I didn't need to pay for a tire rotation I was told that since I didn't get my tires put on by them that it would void the "care package" so then I was told they could do the fuel additive for $20 which is insane. You can buy a bottle of it for a few dollars at a store and pour into the gas tank yourself. Between this nonsense, the wait time and any time I have tried to get an oil change I've been told it'd be 2-3 hour wait. Now an oil change should only take 10-15 minutes, so if it's a 2 hour wait and there isn't a line of people waiting then their people are incredibly slow at completing basic maintenance

Seems they really are not up to date with software for car analysis,and most employees don't know what they are doing.Parts department was very good.will not go back ever again.

Buying my 2001 Corvette ZO6 was a great experience at Little Joe's. Sales people and all the staff were very friendly. I found one small problem with the car and they fixed it on the spot. I came from Dover Delaware to purcase this car and since I came from a long way they filled the tank for my return trip. Great overall deal.

Little Joe's reeks of fraud. They took my 04 Endeavor in for over two weeks for a known HVAC issue. They then told me to take it to a leak specialist after I spent over $800 in their service department while they said they were fixing the issue. Mitsubishi corporate tried to play mediator but pushed me back to Little Joes and also recommended I take my vehicle to the local Hall Mitsubishi. Hall agreed the HVAC issue was the problem per the Mitsubishi bulletin and quoted $1800 to correct. I called Little Joes, posted to their facebook page, contacted local news media and got nowhere. They refused to return my calls and deleted my posts asking them to call me on facebook. I finally got the service manager on the phone via Mitsubishis corporate and he stood behind the work they presumably said they did. I informed him his mechanic lied and they took my hard earned money like a thief would. He said since I took it another dealership he couldnt do anything about the issue Im having with his service departments failure to correct the problem and would be keeping my $800.
