I was visiting one of my favorite hotels in Yosemite and while walking through the parking lot I saw her. Her shape was perfect, her size just right. She was beautiful, I had to know where she came from. The Hyundai emblem was something I was familiar with but I had never seen a SUV look like this. I found myself peering through its window, fortunate that no one was watching me. I made mental notes...a 2017 Tuscon Limited AWD. The rest was history. All I needed was a non-aggressive sales person, a good price and a friendly staff. Thank you Lithia Hyundai for making my purchase an enjoyable one. It was a holiday, and the staffing seemed more than adequate, but we were there all day. Part of the delay was the detailing of the car. I don't know if their staffing in that department was sufficient, but that the length of time to wait for the detailing was too long, and then the car was NOT clean, so I had to return and have it detailed again. That is the only thing that I am NOT impressed with. I am very impressed with your sales staff, finance department and your receptionist. They are all very customer orientated, and took very good care of us. Thank you! They also made sure I got the car detailed properly, even though I had to take time out of my schedule to get it handled.

My experience was initially a disappointment HOWEVER Mr Debune continued to work to meet my initial request calling me back the next weekend. He didn't give up on me as other dealers had. We enjoyed our purchase of the 2016 Sonata Sport with Lithia. The internet sales manager was prompt in returning our call from the online inquiry and the car was waiting for us to be test driven as soon as we arrived (we actually arrived slightly early since we were driving from a distance and gave ourselves plenty of time in case of traffic issues and there were no traffic issues) Everything was as described to us with no surprises or extra fees. We are convinced this is the only way to purchase a car.

I received a notice that my car might had some recall issues.I was able to get it into the repair department at Lithia and they needed to keep it all day to go over the potential challenges. It was just fine and when they sent the driver to pick me up later in the day, the whole experience was explained to me and I drove away knowing that they had done their best to check for any issues.

I love my new car!! Since I wanted a specific color with specific features it took about 2 weeks for them to find that vehicle. But the wait was worth it because I love my new sonata! The only thing I would recommend is that they would offer window tinting as part of the purchase, but unfortunately they don't :( The salesman who helped me was great and answered all of my questions. I'm very happy with my new car.

This is the first new car I have bought in many years so I wasn't sure what to expect. From the moment we arrived I could tell they had a good system in place. I felt everyone was very friendly and experienced and I felt very comfortable. I think that maybe a little more time could have been spent showing me how everything worked on the car I had to rely on the owners manual for almost everything. The biggest reason I went with Hyundai of Fresno was due to the Service Department, I have had excellent service from them especially dealing with the service manager and Jeff O'Kelley. I may buy the car from the Sales Department but the Service Department is who I deal with on a regular basis and if you are not happy with them you can offer someone the greatest deal and it won't matter much if your Service Department is not any good. They have always treated me with respect and that goes a long way.

Okay so my rally veloster has been in service at the dealer for about a month now , it ran fine i didnt have a problem all i did was take it in for an oil change . I was told the oil pump and turbo had went out and that the motor neeeded to be swapped out its been a little over a month now and i want to get out of this deal with the dealer . The is stock no mods what so ever and i just dont want to deal with it anymore .. can someone help me out.. the service guy kept giving me dates that it was gnu be ready and now he says its gnu be 1-3 weeks to get it back , that theyre waiting on parts , when he clearly said it was gnu be ready for last Friday... i just dont want to deal with it anymore.. the guy in service doesnt even know what hes doing , never again in a million years will i buy from lythia

Kao is an excellent sales representative. He is efficient, knowledgeable and customer friendly. I was a customer right off the street and he happened to be the floor sales person that I met first. During the initial phase of my selection process he was very accommodating even after I told him that I was going to test drive a competitor's car immediately after I test drove his Tucson. There was no pressure, he just provided me the information I wanted. I decided to purchase the Tucson and during the entire purchase process, I also had a trade-in, I felt well taken care of and never pressured. When Kao was giving me the keys, he noticed the detail guy had not done a good job so instead of allowing me to drive away he sent the car back to be fixed. I drove away a couple of hours later in a bright, new shiny car that I am very happy with.

My car battery died, was late to work, had the flu and frustrated!!!! I had the pleasure to meet Tyler and he was friendly, great personality and very helpful. I have been working in customer service for over 20 years and I let him know that he has exceptional skills, great and positive attitude. I wish all customer service people would be more like Tyler. Another customer service person, a hispanic gentleman, saw that I was not feeling well and he ask me if he could get my coat out of my car for me - wow how nice what that! Tyler called for a car to pick me up and Larry was there in a flash to take me to work. I left the service department very happy was and not frustrated due to Tyler' s great sense of humor which made my day! BTW....his bow tie rocks!!My next purchase will be from Lithia Hyundai ONLY because of the great service I received know that I will be taken care of. I gave my review of 5 starts all due to the great customer service the I received!!!!!! Great job boys.....keep it up :)

The whole process was great from beginning to end. The only thing was we had a coupon they had sent us for a leasing deal, but the fine print states a basic... basic package which no dealers even order these vehicle cause no one would want to look at. So we had to pay more but in all we got a great vehicle at a decent price.

The first sales person that i had i felt he was to aggressive in his approach, the second person that i saw Antonio he showed us a brand new vehicle that was still wrapped up. I ended up buying that car, the first gentlemen did not even know what they had in inventory, where as Antonio did. Antonio has followed up with me after the purchases of the car to see how the car is doing, his customer service is great i would recommend him to anyone.

I do have a concern in regards to the wrong oil that was used on my car last time I had the oil changed. They used regular oil and it was supposed to be synthetic. I read it on the report given to me. I hope this won't affect my car in the future, I also hope this kind of mistakes won't occur again.

I came to LITHIA HYUNDAI OF FRESNO as a return customer after the following transpired at HANFORD HYUNDAI: I dealt with a was super nice salesman that did everything he could to accommodate me. I did my research so I had numerous questions, he answered them all and we even spoke to a mechanic to clarify. I test drove 3 vehicles and he even let me go to Lemoore to show my son the car. I understand I did not have the same buying power as other customers, but I don't need to be made feel less than adequate. When I asked via text about the response to getting tinted windows or floor mats for free, the response was "key only" (referring to providing me an extra key) and that text message was followed with "I came in on my day off to print all the paper work for you and you want me to tint your windows hahaha sorry I cannot". Well now I'm saying "hahaha". I called LITHIA HYUNDAI OF FRESNO and explained where we were at in regards to paperwork, all I had to do was sign and give my down payment. AL dropped the price over the phone by $1300! MIKE provided me with a car that had 7,000 miles less, premium package upgrades, free floor mats, plus he drove it to my home in Hanford and pulled it in the garage for me. GREG was never rude or pushy, he financed me with 3% interest drop, helped me with me on the down payment, and still came in $40 less. AARON provided me an extra key, wrap around warranty, and somehow managed to drop my interest rate an addition 4% plus lowered my payment $63 more dollars than the already lower price GREG offered! Although I really appreciate HANFORD HYUNDAI having patience in working with me...next time, don't laugh at your potential customers. LITHIA HYNDAI OF FRESNO has proven worthy time and time again, my extended family has purchased over 8 cars in the last 10 years, mine now makes 9. Faithful customer to start and end here. Thanks a million!

30,000 mile service on my 2012 Santa Fe. Scheduled for 10:15 a.m. appointment, I arrived about half an hour early since my home is 53 miles from the shop. I waited for completion of service to1:30 pm. Waiting room facility is fine, coffee & donuts available. I chose not to accept ride to other shops etc. Service on the Santa Fe was fine. Every time I take car in for service they tell me mechanic recommends air filter and cabin. but it is not on repair but is told to me by service writer. I don't think we weed to change filter revelry 3000 miles. And then say on bill that customer ordered it. This was done by Salam Hyundai each time I have taken my car in for free tie rotation and oil change it has cost me about $80.00

Perfect, perfect service. This is my 3rd purchase from Lithia and we are now working on our 4th with Lenard. We are former Mercedes owners of S550, GL450, 500sl and E350. We are now working with Lenard on a 2015 Santa Fe Limited to replace our Mercedes GL450, My wife and I visit the Hyundai dealer in Valencia Ca and within 2min of arrival we got into an argument with one of the sales staff, needless to say we will never return to that dealer ever again. Lenard treated us with respect and took the time to understand what we wanted. I can honestly say we have a new member of our family with Lenard and Stan in finance. Needed a commuter car to get back and forth to work. Decided to go with the Hyundai Accent GS MT and so far the car has been just great. The price out the door was great and got a warranty that was able to fit my long commuting. Hyundai also offers a lifetime oil change to cover my commuting, which is just the icing on the cake. Very happy with the deal I got. Leonard Wyatt with Hyundai was very professional and helpful, and the Hyundai team went the extra mile in helping me get the deal I needed. Will definitely have my vehicle serviced there at Lythia Hyundai and look forward to buying another Hyundai car when I am ready to retire (this one was for my long commutes). Thanks Hyundai.

Our New Genesis battery was apparently faulty which resulted in a call to roadside assistance.They responded quickly and jump started the car.We went to Lithia dealership and they were able to determine the battery was defective.It was replaced and all is good. Under warranty.

Recently had a regular car oil change. I always appreciate the helpful and knowledgeable service managers. A few days later, my car was completely dead (I left an interior dome light on accidentally); after Hyundai roadside assistance jumped my car, I drove straight to the dealer for service. I was helped immediately and everything was thoroughly explained. I drove out with a new battery.

I had spoken to a sales manager at Lithia Hyundai on the phone prior to going to the dealership. I had located the vehicle I wanted in the configuration we wanted at a different dealership up North, but thought we would contact Lithia and see if we could work something out and keep the business locally in our backyard economy; we bought the car at Lithia. When we arrived, we were greeted at the door by Adam Fosdick. He was friendly, very professional and changed our minds about car Salesmen in general after dealing with him. Adam was very gregarious, attentive, likeable and just seemed to be good guy. My wife liked Adam and he made her feel comfortable during the entire process. If the wife is comfortable, I am comfortable.On follow up calls and when we picked up the vehicle a few days later after it was shipped in, Adam remained very professional, attentive and eager to assist. I must say; my sales guy was great! Overall,I had an heartbreaking experience & will not ever recommend Lithia to anyone! First of all I had a Hyundai Sonata for 3 weeks which I absolutely fell in love with, then I get a call that I need 4000 more down & payments were going to be 500 monthly! So low & behold I just couldn't put myself in that situation, so I chose to give the vehicle back 1214 miles later, so I was told thove were the terms from the finance company! So whomever purchases a car from Lithia, to save you the heartbreak: DO NOT think the car belongs to you until you know a finance company picked up your loan, it does not matter if you & the finance rep at Lithia sign the big long contract, it means nothing until you know that a bank or finance company takes on your loan, when you initially drive off the lot IT DOES NOT BELONG TO YET! It is actually legal in Ca & a few other states ad well! If you don't want to go through a turmoil I did, go to Selma Auto Mall, I purchased the same car this weekend & was financed there & the contract I singed will be the only one! So everyone: " BE AWARE OF LITHIA!"Although if you are set on giving LITHIA your business, I highly recommend "ROBERT TUCKER", best salesman there & very courteous!

When I took my car for routine maintenance, in contrast to other dealers I've visited I found their service department goes above and beyond in every way. They were quite knowledgeable and courteous, I would highly recommend to anyone. Though there are other dealers closer to where I live, I happily travel the extra distance to Lithia of Fresno for servicing, and plan to return to them when it's time to purchase my next vehicle.
