If I could give zero stars I would. Over the years we have given Lithia a LOT of business. Like buying/selling/trading about once a year. We have been loyal to one specific sales person specifically and this last go around has been the worst experience of my life. For starters, the trade I had was in perfect condition. They acted like they were doing me some favor taking it in, but sold it nearly immediately. They sold me a car that is literally the worst car I’ve ever owned. Told me they would fix/repair some of the cosmetic issues and never followed through. We’ve had serious problems with it since the day we bought it. They refuse to stand behind the car that they sold me, still acting like they have done us a favor. This specific car, by the way, was sold by Lithia but belonged to one of their managers. Almost makes us feel like they knew all the problems it had that’s why they off loaded it onto us. The service department is incompetent and so difficult to work with. When we reach out for help or questions, we are ignored completely by sales staff. We are given the run around and no one is motivated to help us at all. We reached out recently to get rid of the car (yes, give them MORE business) and are being ignored. Obviously you expect a little of the “car salesman” mentality but I feel this goes over and beyond that. This whole deal has been shady and after years of giving them regular business, we will no longer be doing any business with them whatsoever. They finally got one over on us and their true colors have come out. It’s very convenient to just use them as other dealerships are so far away. But let me tell you, you’ll be treated way better going outside the area. I’m all for supporting the locals but I feel that support should be reciprocated by respect and honesty. Shady shady shady. Do yourself a favor and look outside Klamath before you consider Lithia Ford of Klamath Falls.

I'm disappointed in the service I've gotten over the last couple days. I've been trying to get info, and work a deal on a 2016 F250. I've spoken with 3 different people, and haven't heard from the last person in 24 hours. I know they''re probably more interested in local clients, but I do have a relative that was willing to come look. Been trying to get confirmation on fuel tank size, but no one can seem to figure it out. The VIN is saying one thing, but the sales people are saying another. Also noticed today that the ad has the mileage listed at around 48900, but the picture that was sent to me shows 58,602. Seems that some of the information listed on the ad isn't accurate.

The people we dealt with at the Ford Dealership in K Falls were very pleasant to work with. Never did we feel the uncomfortable pressure that we have been zinged with in the past with other sales people. No one strung us along. Instead, the staff was professional and quick with fair responses. I felt we had the deal we wanted, that was fair to all, in a reasonable time.

We did some research on both the Dodge and Ford pickups before test driving the 2016 models. Both of the sales reps we dealt with (Levi for Dodge and Kip from the Ford side) were extremely knowledgeable, friendly and professional. They both knew we where looking at both pickups and never once did either of them have anything negative to say about the opposing vehicle, they focused on the strengths of the pickup they where selling. Bottom line, the Ford suited our needs a little better than the Dodge and Kip was able to get us the price we were after so we are the proud new owners of a new F250 Lariat. As far as purchasing a new vehicle, Klamath Falls Lithia was great experience and I would highly recommend them. Thanks Kip!!

Travis and Calvin at the Klamath Falls location did an amazing job getting me into a new Ford Fiesta. This is the first brand new car I have ever owned and they made the purchasing process easy. Travis stayed with me until I drove away and I was excited and the happiest I've ever been leaving a car dealership. I found a used 2006 Lincoln Mark LT Pickup on Craigslist and decided to take a look. When I arrived, I was approached by a salesman (Calvin), who was welcoming and eager to assist. The truck I was wanting to see was off the lot, so he offered me something to drink and then showed me some other vehicles, while waiting for the truck to return. Once it arrived, we conducted a test drive and I determined this was the rig for me. Within an hour, I had the contract signed, a full tank of gas, and Calvin even drove the truck back to my home, so I could return with both vehicles, as I did not want to trade in my other one,The staff were all very friendly and helpful, making the experience even greater. Joshua (the finance guy) was also very helpful and provided great information, assisting with warranty options. The service department has been extremely friendly and helpful as well, as I needed assistance with reprogramming the keyless entry system, which they assisted with on the spot, and at no charge.It is difficult to find such great service these days. I am happy to report that my experience at Lithia Ford has been top notch. I will definitely return when I am considering another vehicle purchase, .

I was treated with the upmost courtesy and respect. Everyone was very helpful. Especially Brady. He went over all the options of the F350 along with what advances the vehicle had versus my 2003 F350. This Truck has come a long way and without Brady explaining it to me I would of probably not bought the truck. He was what sold it! As I was waiting for my previously bought Subaru to be in for service, he drove the F350 into the Service Bay and proceeded to show me all the options and standard features this truck. What a great process! Anyway, Travis was very professional and courteous. Joshua was fantastic and efficient and the financing went without a hitch. I bought by 2014 explorer a year ago from this dealership and the service department as always been courteous, responsive, and made sure the issue was resolved. recently i had to have major repairs done to my car due to an accident and they have made sure i was completely satisfied with the results. the 2 shop people were great. and the gals in the office helped with the waiting time. they help with coffee, hot water etc. the shop guys did an excellent job of answering questions and letting me know what I needed was all ok. went above and beyond and even cleaned up my truck as it was buggy!! Joshua was the salesman that I was dealing with and he is great. I had talked to h on the phone and told him what I was looking for, a day or two later he drove the car to my work place to show the car. The car was just what I was looking for and at the price I asked for. I told him I would be in on a Tuesday after work, he all the paper work ready before I got there which was a real plus for me. We first bought a truck from Lithuania in March 2015 which kip did a fantastic job of getting us the most for our trade in and made sure our payments were affordable! Today (9/11/15) we bought a sienna from kip. He spent a lot of time with us to find the right minivan at an amazing price and even got warranties that I didn't ask for within the same amount we were going to spent. All in all he is a good man. Very honest and upfront. He won't try to sell you something you don't need and he won't try to push you out of your budget. I have the lifetime oil change and have always been treated quickly and friendly by all I come in contact with at Lithia Ford. My late husband was such a stickler about oil changes and this vehicle was the first one where we had the lifetime oil change. He was always satisfied with the results and I do appreciate the courteous help I receive.

We bought a used van less than a year ago,we bought the life time oil changes,used it once,took the van in to have the oil changed,a few hours latter they called said van was done.a week latter we decided to trade the van off and by a 14,000 plus nissan rough,we gave them a post dated check for $2000.00,(waiting for tax refund) well it took longer to get than we thought,so we went and told the dealership, a week before the poat dated check was to be cashed.we were told that they had already cashed it,we called our bank and stopped payment on the check(lithia did attempt to cash the check after we informed them it was no good),we told them we wanted our van back,they said we owed them $584.00 for servicing the van,changing the oil,platic mats,and washing the van.there reciept shows $243.30 for 8 quarts of oil (the van only holds 4quarts),rember the oil was suppossively change a week earlier,then the van would go three miles and shut off,so we take back to the service dept and pay $89.00 to tell us our coolant fan was to slow and it would cost $448.00 to replace it,so we took it home went and bought both new fans $42.00 and $22.00,and five minuter to change out,took old fans to parts house and was told and shown both fans worked perfect,and it still did not fix the van.so we took the van to a service shop here in town and for $180.00 to replace the relay fuse and a sensor,and thats when we found out that the oil that was to have been changed twice in four months had not been changed for an estimated year,the new shop had to brake the oil filter off the block because it had attached itself to the block.so much for the $400.00lifetime oil change.so we call the corprate office with our complaint and the $2000.00spent to fix and find out what was wrong,and the oil changes,we were told that we can only get the $400.00 back for the oil changes if we traded our van back to them even though wife and i have made it clear we will never let lithia touch our car no would we ever conceder buying another car feom the the store has offered us$290.00 if we sigh a release saying we qont sue them,which qe have decided to file a small claims suit for the intire amount were out,then file a formal complaint with the states attorney generals office for there bussiness practices.

It has been many years since I have purchased a vehicle, my husband has passed away and it was all up to me to make a decision to to purchase new or used vehicle. Being a woman and being treated as an equal was very refreshing. I chose a newer used rig for obvious reasons. New is very expensive. Thank you!

It never ceases to amaze me how nit pick and trivial *people are. The employees at Lithia are very courteous and knowledgeable. If treated with respect they will bend over backwards to make your visit a very pleasant one and do all they can to make you content and happy . Joshua was great! BUT the service? A backyard mechanic cares & does better! Promises were made by financing ¬ kept. Took 11 days to get our pickup. Still finding things wrong. Service sucks.

I have not bought a car in Klamath Falls for over 25 years and have not even used their service department since the guy treated me like I was an idiot because I am female. I saw a vehicle that looked like what I was looking for in my online shopping and guess what? It was in Klamath Falls, so I went to look at it. The salesman was really young, but very capable. They went the extra mile to help me get a car.

The purchase process was as easy as it could have been! I got top dollar for my trade and combined with incentive plans, I got the deal that I had asked for. The sales staff also called local vendors to arrange a camper package installation for us, before we ever took delivery of the new truck. Overall a truly phenomenal buying experience!

Made appointment, Service department replaced speaker. took about 1/2 hour, courteous staff. sound system works fine.. pointed out some paint damage on door edge. said go to body shop. they said come back with touchup paint. where do I get touch up paint??

I believe the deal was very fair. Good service and they worked with my credit union on financing. I had one minor issue with the radio the first week I owned the truck. Lithia fixed it in record time while I waited.Great team.

I showes up for a 10 am appointment to get new tire and a transmission flush done on my 2003 chevy Silverado. Both the tire and trans flush were part of the deal when I bought the truck 2 weeks ago. Its now been 4 hours and they still have not got it done. Salemen was great not going to bad mouth him.

Just wanted to give some feedback on our buying experience at Lithia Ford in Klamath Falls Oregon. We can't say more about the whole sales team and especially Joe the salesman who spent part of his day helping us make the decision on our new F150 Ford Lariat Truck. We have purchased a lot of vehicles over the years, Joe the salesman at Lithia explained the truck options, patiently went over each truck we looked at (all seven) and did so without any high pressure sales tactics.We were able to negotiate a fair trade in on our car and drove the truck home that evening. All the Sales and Finance staff at Lithia Ford are friendly and made our truck purchase a low stress and pleasant experience. We love our new truck!! We highly recommend the whole team at Lithia Ford Klamath Falls.

I am a Loyal Toyota fan. But this time around I wanted to explore all my options and looked into a Ford F150 XLT. I was amazed at the quality and the ride. That, along with the incentives AND the amount given for my trade in... it was an easy choice to make. In addition, I absolutely loved the way I was treated and the dialogue that ensued. I never felt threatened or pressured. In fact, I had no intentions of even buying that day when I went in, but I felt comfortable and it felt right. I have bought several vehicles from this dealership in the last five years or so and hope to continue to buy from this dealership as long as they have a person like Kip Phillips, as a salesman. I had never been able to really feel that I could trust the Ford Dealership in the past 30 years. I had been able to buy vehicles in the 70's and 80's from the Ford dealerships in Klamath Falls, where I trusted the salesman and manager very much. For several decades later, I did not buy vehicles from Klamath Falls and went to Lakeview, Or. to buy our rigs, as I did not have good experiences or develop a trust during that time. There has been a long time span before I felt comfortable with buying a vehicle from the Ford dealership in Klamath Falls. I decided to once again try to deal with the Ford Dealership and the last 5 years I have felt comfortable enough to trust the salesmen and hope to continue giving this local dealership my business.

Freida is extremely knowledgeable and professional. She is a pleasure to deal with. I had my vehicle towed there to replace battery. I also inquired about a "recall," which was supposed to have been handled in Jul/Aug of this year, but did not occur. I explained to Freida that the employee who was handling this stated (after my vehicle had been there for five hours) that they did not have the upgrade for my vehicle, and he did not know when they would receive it. I never received any follow-up from this employee or Ford. When I told Freida about this, she handled it. Ford is fortunate to have Freida as an employee.

I went there to purchase F15O. I had car to trade. They reported that the car fax was negative and would not be able to offer value. Not real bright.....as I purchased the car from them six months ago and had them give me a copy of the car fax at the time of purchase. They lost my business for life. I went up the hill purchased a 50k truck at a much better price. I was able to keep my trade as a result of the better price, granted a convertible is not reasonable in klamath.

I went there to purchase a new Ford F150 at Lithia Ford. I was handed off to a number of different sales men and managers. They played a bait and switch and did not play right with the numbers. I offered to pay the sticker price and my offer was not accepted. They played numbers with my trade in....which I purchased from them. They claimed there was an accident on autocheck....which was either a lie then or now. I told them to check again as I had the copy of the autocheck that was given to me at the time I purchased the car less then 6 months ago. They then changed the story again about price. I left after not having faith in them to be honest. I ended up going to Butler Ford...made the deal without any game playing. They paid me more then 3k what Lithia offered for my trade. The Butler rebate was on the sticker and they did not play a game when you got into making the deal. I ended up buying a 46k truck and Lithia lost a customer for life. I purchased 3 cars from Lithia and will not be back. They need to learn making the sale is not the goal.....keeping a customer is more value.

Robert did an okay job as far as telling me what I wanted to hear to get me to the dealership, but once I got there nothing he told me over the phone was true. The finance manager messed up on MANY things. They said they would charge me an extra $1000 of I needed the car delivered, and lied about running my credit through triple banks for the best deal. The finance manager who worked on this sale with him needs to be trained to do his job properly. I walked off the lot without the sale and will never go back. Worst experience of my life. I drove 4hrs to get the car I wanted and left empty handed. I would not recommend this Lithia to anyone. Ever.

READ THIS THROUGH!!!I purchased a new car from this dealer in the beginning of April 2013. Terry, my salesman would have to be the best I ever experienced at a dealer. I have bought 2 cars through 2 different dealers from him now. He is top notch. I am glad to see him at a dealership that will take care of you in ways you could only wish other dealers would. The management have heart and actually care about insuring your purchase is acceptable, correct, and worth the money you pay.Now I will tell you why they deserve 10 stars. I am not kidding, this is good.The new Ford Focus ST I purchased was traded to Lithia Ford from another dealer. After I washed it the first time I noticed the whole front end was off by about 1/8-1/4 inch and there was a gap under one headlight that you could see in the engine bay. I took the car in to have the front end looked at and a bad A/C compressor replaced and found out the car was damaged when it was originally delivered requiring the replacement of a broken headlight and realignment of the front end. I inspected the car and found more damage to the paint and found that all the front body panels were still quite off.I was sold a damaged vehicle. Now for the 10 star rating. Read on...I contacted Lithia Ford and inquired about the previous damage. They apparently did not know about it because they had just received the car into inventory not too long before. I wrote a letter to the General Manager with my concerns about being sold a car that had been damaged and demanded a replacement or refund. Now many dealerships would have fought you tooth and nail. Not this place. The GM of the dealership took ownership and researched the issue immediately after he was notified and contacted me to find out more information. I brought the car to him and showed him how the front end was all wrong. My new car had a broken nose!After he made some phone calls which didn't go to well for him, and realizing this is a severe issue, he brought me in and personally replaced my car with a beautiful example that he personally inspected before delivery. He said he would take care of the other car, but his priority was to insure I received the quality vehicle that I paid for. My wife literally dropped her jaw when I told her.They never fought us.They never made me feel bad about the issue. Nor did anyone "glare" at us.The staff was understanding, courteous, and friendly during the whole dilemma.We are also average middle class with no special "status".They have made a friend for life. This is how business should be done.10 Stars. Buy a car from them.

The sales staff are great! Unfortunately, that doesn't make up for the corporations actions.They signed a deferred payment contract with me then violated it costing me extra money then refused to accept any of the blame. This is a horrible company to work with. I would advise avoiding this dealership.
