I've dealt with Lilliston Ford several times. Their service department is top notch. Sales team is friendly and very knowledgeable. No hassling. Ken my sales rep went above and beyond to find the vehicle I wanted. Dave also found the right financing for me. Tim got all the documents together for the final deal. All three gentlemen were very professional and courteous.

Excellent dealership. Use the service and parts department regularly with no issues and always fast service. Just recently used the body shop for the first time. Unbelievable work. I bought my Ford F-150 there in 2008. They always take great care of me when I go in for service. They back up their service 110%. I see other people I know when I am waiting for routine service in they're lovely waiting area. They provide a snack service hot coffee and tea as well as a nice television area while you're waiting for your service to be completed. If they are going to keep your vehicle for more than a day they try and have a loaner car for you. When you shop for a vehicle you have to consider the quality of service that you are going to receive after the sale that's why I recommend Lilliston Ford in Vineland New Jersey.

My 2007 Ford Fusion made a tapping grinding sould at slow and mid speeds sometimes. Turns out it was my Transfer case (PTU). I have 139k miles and a after market warantee. Most repair shops don't like the red tape and slow pay issues with such companies. Thanks to Dennis in service at Lilliston Ford, my car was fixed like "clock work" and the warantee company was'nt so bad after all. Thanks Dennis!

I bought my 2014 Ford Mustang from Lilliston Ford. I have also been taking my car there for service since i bought it and have had no problems what so ever. The service staff is extremely helpful and they have outstanding customer service. I always feel like my car is in very good hands and is being taken car of.

Do not go to this dealership. They are full of lies and false promises. We visited them on a Friday night and were working on buying a used vehicle. We were told that they needed to run the vehicle through their service and detail it. We were also told that we would be called the next morning. We were promised that this vehicle was ours that the only reason t wouldn't be ours is if we backed out on the deal. We waited all Saturday until late afternoon, before my husband called them. We were told that everything was still a go but that it was still in service and we would get a call back within 15 minutes. Waited all afternoon, no calls. Waited all morning Monday, no calls. My husband called them at his lunch break and was told they were not going to sell us the car because it was "condemned" by their service dept.

I just purchased my 4th vehicle from Lilliston Ford with great help from Angelo DeRose. Again this was my 4th and Angelo DeRose was the main man. All I have to do is let Angelo know what I want and he comes up with the right vehicle for me. We have a good relationship when it comes time for me to trade in I always call Angelo and things get done. I always have trouble with the service department they are not always truthful and keep your car,alday for no reason at all..one time they eaven did work on my car that i did not authorized and then wanted me to pay for it...i was going to buy another car there but i think i will go to another make of car

Purchased a used Ford Expedition in which "thier" service department said was all good to go. Just over 100 miles later and in less than 3 days the truck needed $878 in repairs. They would not do anything for me and just ignored me every time I tried to contact them. Lie to make a sale then ignore you until you go away when something is wrong.

Bought a used truck "thier" service department said checked out ok. Less than 100 miles driven and less then 3 days after I picked it up it needs $755 worth of work and they won't fix it. All they care about is making money and not about the customer.

I bought two new cars from this dealer and the sales department was ok but the Service department was terrible ! They lie about cost of repairs and over charge significantly more than any other dealer. They recently charged my Daughter $650 to replace ignition switch and jacked it up to move it inside and crushed the exhaust pipe and broke the engine mount , needless to say nothing was their fault and they refused to fix it . I had heard may bad stories after I bought my cars but I figured I'd try their service anyway. My mistake, Don't make the same mistake. Avoid at any cost . Thank You
