Due to my former representative retirement, We received a new representative, Dan. Dan was very courteous,knowledgeable, plus a good listener. As always, we receive service second to none. Early that morning on October 21, our vehicle would not start; we had to get the battery charged. I called them about getting a battery. Richard was the person I spoke to and he made my day. He checked our vehicle record and found out that the vehicle was still under warranty. He told us to come on in and they would replace the battery. He gave the information to our service representative, Erick. When we arrived, Erick greeted us and explained the procedure and took it from there. I asked him to check everything and he said that was his intention. About 3-4 hours later, we were able to pick up our vehicle. The service was awesome. Thank you so much!!

I believe the Liberty GMC dealership & particularly our salesman, James Cooper are the best. When I walked in I felt like a celebity, everyone was so welcoming, organized and very efficient. They were more than fair in my trade in and offered me several options to make sure I received a car I liked at a price I thought was fair. The teamwork involved in getting this process done in an hour was outstanding. James was enthusiastic and made sure I knew how to operate the vehicle before I drove away in my beautiful gray GMC Terrain.

Awesome experience. Bought a used 2018 Yukon. Traveled from San tan valley so we did a lot of the legwork over the phone first, but we arrived there at 630, got the trade value we discussed, bought the truck at the price we expected and were on the road by 8-830. Worked with Chip, Matthew, Julian, and one other gentleman (I can’t remember the name, Wesley maybe?). All very kind and patient and very helpful. Would have no issues driving an hour and a half to do business there again. Thanks gents. Truck and experience were great.

Whenever I take my GMC Terrain in for service I do so with complete confidence knowing that Matt is looking after me. He is NEVER pushy and always is honest with me in answering my questions regarding scheduled maintenance. The first time I brought back the vehicle after buying it from Liberty GMC was because the brakes were failing. It was the middle of the day and Matt saw to it that it was taken care of immediately. I was so impressed with his concern and compassion. The problem was caused because of something that an RV Service Center did while installing an RV Brake System for RV and tow car.

I purchased my Chevrolet Captiva from Liberty GMC and from the day that I purchased it I have dealt with nothing but professional staff. I take my Captiva in for regular oil changes and Rick Kinslinger is my Service Manager. We bought a 2014 GMC Terrain. We were very impressed by our salesman Zeb. Levi was great at explaining various financing options. We were told that the service dept would contact us the following week to repair a nick in the windshield. When we got home we noted that a message on the dash that the power steering needed service. My husband took it to the dealer and an appointment was made. We finally got a call saying that the windshield would be reared today while the power steering is being checked. This was after my husband had inquired about the windshield when he took it in for the power steering. This is so opposite of our experience at another dealership and their service department that we now regret buying at this dealership.

I appreciate the quick analysis and repair of this issue. I also appreciate my service writer calling and discussing the problem identification and repair (Rick, replaced Sam).I don't appreciate that GMC has a Technical Bulletin on this factory design screwup, but they make the customer pay for their design error. Very poor of GMC. This wasn't wear and tear, or my non maintenance. It is a standing technical design failure. I love my truck but resent GMC not standing behind their design or identified "Technical Issues". Shame on you.

I visited the dealership last Friday and met with Corey. Before we went out to the lot, he took the time go over what I was looking for in a vehicle - price, features, etc. He was friendly, knowledgeable, and low-pressure, and he really seemed to care about finding me the right car as opposed to making a sale.In addition to Corey, every employee that I spoke with at the dealership was so nice and made me feel like a part of the family.Most importantly, I love my new Terrain and I wouldn't go anywhere else!

Jeb Rheinschmidt greeted us as we were walking from our car into the dealership. The other salesmen were just watching us, but showed no interest in us. We probably did not look like serious buyers. In fact, we were just beginning our search to replace our current car. We were not planning on buying, but Jeb did an outstanding job of finding us the perfect car. I have never had such a hassle free car buying experience thanks to Jeb. He was knowledgeable, patient, and understood our needs. He exhibited a great deal of effort and energy searching on the computer for what we wanted. He helped us test drive at least 4 cars. If not for Jeb, we would have left the dealership and continued our search elsewhere. A big "Thank You" to Jeb.

I just had the worst experience in my life at this dealership. I first put my financial application through the website to save time. Katee called me and I told her I was interested in the Canyon Crew Cab. We spoke about my credit and that I was upside down in my Kia Soul. The entire time I spoke with her, there was a man sitting right next to her telling her what questions to ask. They had my vin number, and most importantly knew I was upside down in my car and by how much. I told her I wanted to find the right priced truck BEFORE I got there to save me time. She even SPECIFICALLY asked me why I did the application prior to coming in. Katee said that she talked everything over with her manager, the trade in, the payment I wanted to make and that he told her that they wanted my business and that they wouldn't lose a sale over price. She also said the banks were competing over interest rates so I would be able to get a new one. After coming to the dealership and doing the test drive Winston comes over and tells me we can't do the deal unless I have $8000. Sir I spent at least an hour talking and texting with Katee so alllllll the information was given prior to me driving all the way to the dealership. Winston acted like he had never heard of me or my situation and talked to me like I was crap. I have talked to many salespeople in my career as a traffic manager at numerous radio stations and I have never met more unprofessional people than these two. I will let everyone know where NOT to do business at. DONT shop here.

I was introduced to Jeb Rheinschmidt. He was helpful, courteous & no pressure. I had done a lot of research on the Internet & was able to find the year & brand that I had wanted. The one he found for me was perfect. The vehicle had more bells & whistles than I had found. Jeb was patient & took the time to answer all of my questions. He walked me through each control. When I left the dealership I was confident that I made the right choice both in vehicle and dealership. Very happy, even my lab enjoys riding in the back. Thank you so much Jeb.

We really enjoyed the experience at Liberty GMC , me and my wife were on our way to pick up a Dodge Ram 2500 at the dealership across the street from Liberty GMC when we saw the 2016 GMC Sierra Denalli at Liberty and I made a u-turn and pulled into Liberty GMC and walked out with the GMC Denalli 2500 instead of the Ram 2500.

Liberty GMC scheduled a maintenance appointment and took care of the car at no extra cost. Everybody treated me like I was a friend during the entire time I was there. I bought the car on 9/3/16 and picked it up on 9/4/16. I returned on 9/5/16 (labor day) and picked up my old car. Each day I was recognized by some of the same staff you treated me as if they new me (you could tell it was for real). I'm already working on two of my friends who are interested in purchasing a vehicle. So, yes I am/have/will recommend Liberty GMC to them. Thank you.

It a pleasure working with Paul Horak and I highly recommend him to anyone looking for a vehicle. Paul is always available to help and is not like other car sales associates. Just go in and ask for him. I have bought many vehicles from dealerships and this is the first overall best experience. If you are looking for someone that is more like a friend and not an uptight sales person, Paul is your man. Also I would like to add that our finance person was nice too. Our vehicle, on, two occasions, would not start. A few minutes later it would start just fine. We went to the dealership without an appointment, knowing we would have to wait, but were pleased with the service and the explanation for the problem. They were upfront about the wait and we appreciated that.

Liberty got the car right in and finished the repair by 1:30 the same day. Have been going to liberty for several years. They are consistently excellent and are the best in customer service. I've visited many dealerships in the valley and experience very rude down right heartless sales rep that was only after one thing, your sale. I understand they are in a commission base and time is money, fortunately Liberty GMC never gave me that vibe. After going to other dealers is the area, we dropped in on Joseph Malko at Liberty GMC. The negotiation at Liberty was by far much better that other dealers. Everyone at the dealership was polite and friendly. The car was delivered clean and with a full tank of gas which was appreciated. Gone are the days when you would purchase a new car and then limp to the nearest gas station on an empty tank so you could fill up just to drive home.This was my second vehicle purchase at Liberty GMC and my third at the Liberty dealers and if I should need a vehicle in the future they will be first on my mind.

We informed them of what we were interested in and the payment we needed to be at and it was done without a overwhelming experience. Tommy spoke with us and made sure our needs were met. We had a good experience at Liberty GMC. The sales people worked within our budget to find us a vehicle that fit our needs and wants. They did not pressure us in any way. They were patient as we test drove many vehicles. We visited many dealerships on the same day and were hassled at all of the others. When we came back to purchase, we were a little disappointed to not have the same sales person that we worked with earlier in the day and received texts from since he was the one that actually found the vehicle for us, but Omar was professional also.

Amy was GREAT!!! She helped me set up my OnStar app on my phone and my Sirius Radio. This is the third Terrain I have purchased there and every time it has been a pleasant experience when purchasing my vehicles. I'm the proud new owner of a beautiful 4x4 truck thanks to Paul Horak! I've been to other dealers in the weeks prior and have had the same old pushy unpleasant experience. The staff at Liberty GMC were all very friendly and more than happy to answer any questions I had. Mahalo, Mahalo, Mahalo Amy Lorraine and everyone else involved in helping us with a beautiful GMC Acadia Denali! I have to say that this location was our first choice for a few weeks. A few months ago I had accidentally filled out one of those apps to do a comparison from Hawaii dealerships and Arizona dealership pricing I hit the submit button and biggest mistake ever.... My phone started blowing up with texts/voicemessages and emails, some even tried calling my number with a different area code number it was beyond irritation and then one day I saw a email from this business manager her name was Natalia Likhatcheva and her email just stood out from everyone else's, wasn't there to put pressure or sell me anything, it was just simple email letting me know when I'm ready she'll be there to help in whatever my needs we're at that time. Today, we decided to go car shopping and our first stop was here to see if Natalia was there but, ended up meeting Ms. Amy! She's a very young, vibrant, lots of energy, super nice, funny, and awesome! We were first looking at the Yukons but, gosh those were too expensive and too big but, super nice car! We ended up getting a fully loaded GMC Denali SUV and for a good price, of course I would of liked it lower but, that's ok!! Asking for more than what I wanted it's super nice! We love it and like I mentioned before everyone that we met there are fabulous and I'm so happy it all just started from an email and glad we took the drive to Peoria and met Amy/everyone else. Mahalo for making our day trip fun, exciting, happy, and exhausting... You guys sooo great and to the peeps that cleaned up the car, washed it, and even dressed the tires for me to take the car home Much Aloha to all your hard work and filling up my gas tank, you guys rock!!! Spoke with Nicki and she was extremely helpful in getting the information I was looking for about a Sierra. I could get one but it would cost extra and have it shipped etc. etc. and probably not worth the added cost because we can get you a Sierra here with a great deal no problem. She had me meet with Julian that night and he did the rest!Found myself a Truck just what I was looking for and gave me a breakdown of cost and a final out the door price! I liked the price only problem was I planned on leaving town the next day with family for a few days. Julian said, "no problem I will get you a loaner" They even kept the dealership open late to finish my paperwork! No haggle, no fuss, no pressure they even leave you alone if you just want to go look at vehicles. I will only be buying from Liberty from now on. Thanks guys!

After an oil change I found an oil leak in my garage. The problem was a defective oil filter. It was replaced with a new one and I was on my way in less than one hour. No charge. Great work and customer service.

My experience wasn't that great. I started corresponding with Jessica about a car I was interested in. After doing a credit application online, She and I talked about my situation before she started working with the application. A few hours later I was told they could work with my credit, down payment, and the monthly payment I was aiming for. I was asked to come to the dealership that day, but I scheduled an appointment for the follow afternoon. The next day I spoke to Jessica, she gave me a list of things I needed to bring to the dealership that day.I had my friend take me there as I was under the impression I would be driving the car home. I arrived an hour late as I was running behind with work. I was told Jessica had gone home even though I told her I was on my way. A different salesman went with me on a test drive in the car. I walked into his office and he informs me that the bank still hasn't approved my application. This could take anywhere from 2 to 3 hours to hear back from them. My friend and I both asked why I was told to come in before they heard one way or another from me, bare in mind this dealership isn't close to where I live or work. I am asked if I want to wait around. At this point we decide to leave as I had a second dealership to visit if this fell through. I shake my salesman hand and we left. The next day Jessica reached out to me for what I am guessing was damage control. She was told I left angry when I was asked about a cosigner. I told her my cosigner was with me and no one mentioned this option while I was at the dealership. She then asksme if I could get the cosigner to send his information over. I told her I found a car at a different dealership which ended the conversation. I just don't understand why a salesmen would tell me anything they can to get me in the door, but once I walked in they just wasted my time, especially since this dealership is on the other side of the valley and I drove through rush hour traffic to get there.

All I needed this time was an LOF and I wanted it done thoroughly and quickly. I was greeted by a service attendant and the job was completed inless than 30 minutes. Even the tire pressures were adjusted to spec +/- one psi. I rely on good service to keep our Acadia rolling as our favorite vehicle.

My husband and I went into this dealership after making an appointment several weeks ago that we had to cancel due to illness with our kids & ourselves. First and foremost, when I advised Jessica Savage that I would call her when we could reschedule she did not blow up my phone or my email like other dealerships I know would have. She allowed us the time we needed for everyone to get the flu out of their systems & get life back on track for me to email her. Once we were finally able to make it in, we met with Kingsley. He was welcoming & friendly from the start, the fact that he did not act anything like a typical car salesman from the minute we met him immediately put both myself & my husband at ease. He really listened to exactly what we needed in a new vehicle & he delivered immediately with a brand new vehicle to their lot. Matt is our service advisor and he watches out for us and takes wonderful care of us. I have always said that if you want your feelings hurt really bad, take your vehicle in for repairs. It can hurt for months. I've been dealing with Matt for a few years now and I have to say that he has always taken a lot of the pain out of my vehicle repairs. He makes me feel that he understands my situation concerning time and not having anyone I can call on to pick me up and bring me back when my vehicle is ready. My last two trips to the dealership for repairs cost me $4000.00. That was painful.... and I felt like Matt did everything he could to explain to me in terms that I understood what was needed to repair my vehicle and convince me of the necessities of the repairs. He even took me into the service area to talk to the mechanic. He put me in a loaner vehicle to go home and promptly called me when my vehicle was ready for pick-up. He's an excellent Service Manager in my book and I hope he's around for a long time. I drive more than 60 miles to get my vehicle repaired by Liberty GMC. That should tell you something.

I am one of those people that only buys a new car about every 10 years. The time had come for a new one and we had such good luck with our GMC Yukon that we were looking at the GMC Acadia as we no longer need a large vehicle. We went to the car show in Phoenix and had pretty much made up our minds on what we wanted. We stopped at Liberty GMC on the way home to see if we could test drive an Acadia. We were greeted by the salesman (Bobby G.) and told him what we wanted to do. He immediately got a vehicle for us to test drive and off we went. At the conclusion of the drive we told him we weren't quite ready to buy but that we would be back when we were. Several days later we made an appointment with Bobby and proceeded with the purchase. We knew exactly what we wanted and Bobby came through for us on every aspect. It wasn't just a cut and dried thing and there was lots of leg work in it for Bobby, but the whole process was fun. Bobby put in the extra effort for us, laughed with us when things got a little crazy and all in all just made the whole experience very enjoyable. The entire staff was very professional and answered my every question and concern. Sure, it takes several hours to go through the process, but when it is as enjoyable as it was, it isn't a big deal. Liberty will get my new car business again....in about 10 years, and I hope Bobby G is still there to work with.

We had been having some differences of opinions with Tommy Helms the General Manager over a 2015 Denali I had bought in Jan of 2015 that was a lemon had major transmission problems and I had been to the service dept 5 times and lied to several times about repairs that they allegedly performed.They even lied saying they replaced the transmission when they had not.. I had to start complaining and demanded they take back my vehicle and give me another one.After several weeks of letters to the CEO of GMC etc Liberty GMC did get approved to buy back my vehicle and give me another one. Only because of the salesman Shaun Disney did this transaction end up going smoothly and end up happy. Shaun has true knowledge of all the products he represents and his customer service is impeccable . We will be back again

I knew exactly what I wanted and had done enough research to know what a fair price was for the Yukon Denali I wanted and what a fair price was for my trade. I live in Scottsdale and I wanted to make a deal before I made the long drive to the dealership. Shaun Disney and I agreed to all terms over the phone and there was absolutely ZERO monkey business once I arrived. All terms were exactly as we discussed and Shaun spent a tremendous amount of time going over the trucks many features. I have a family connection with another one of the big GMC dealers in town but they did not have the truck I wanted. Shaun matched the deal and provided exceptional customer service. I was very impressed and will be calling Shaun when I'm ready for my next Denali.

I called the dealership and explained my situation with my 2013 GMC Sierra PU; having problems starting; did not know if needed battery or something else.I explained that I had taken off of work in order to get vehicle serviced and understood normally I should have an appointment. Richard told me to come on in and gave me my representative's name, JIM. When I arrived and spoke to JIM, he stated it is highly possible the battery and explained why he thought so. I had come in right a lunchtime and he wasn't sure if I would be waited on real quick. Anyway, the vehicle was taken and within about 5 minutes, JIM came and told me it was the battery. I asked how long would it take to install. JIM said about 45 minutes. I said okay. Maybe about 10-15 minutes later while I was waiting in the customer's waiting area, JIM came and said my vehicle was ready. That was awesome!!!! I called that service second to none. Thank you again JIM!!!

I purchased a 2015 Mustang GT from them about 3 months ago. I hadnt really looked closely to the outside of the car figuring it was pretty much brand spanking new. The buying process went very well thanks to Helmand. Two weeks later however I noticed the bumper was popping out in the back. So I took the car back with my friend and asked them to fix it. Ash had told me they couldnt because I could have done it and theyd never know......Well a few weeks ago I talked to someone who looked at the car before me and they claimed that it was stated they would fix it if they purchased the car.I would have never bought the car had they not agreed to fix it if I had seen it. I take my car to shows and competitions and leave it in the garage most of the time to be babied. I do not have the money to fix this eye sore that they should have been honest and told me about in the first place. The car was CLEARLY hit in the back before I had bought the car and covered up. It is now even worse and the paint is starting to stress crack. The actual metal of the body near the tail light is pressed against it. I feel I was deceived and not taken care of like I should have been. If they would put in the extra effort to figure out that I bought the car like this via ad pictures etc they would realized why Im so upset.UPDATE: 5-19-16: I've had this car for exactly a year now and I got rearended a few months back. Had a body guy take my car in as it wasn't that bad of a rear end collision. THE CAR HAS BEEN WRECKED BEFORE. They sold me a WRECKED car with a CLEAN carfax. Expect a lawsuit avoid this dealership at all costs!

Tons of accolades to our salesperson, Desiree Morales and our finance rep, Hobby Nelson. Both made sure that we were completely satisfied before leaving the dealership. I brought my Pontiac gt 6 to have it service and check fuel consumption. Jim was very helpful and he did explain what was done to my car and what to expect. He made some recommendations for some work to be done in the near future. All and all everything was done with my knowledge and approval. I waited for my car in the waiting room which was very nice and they provided coffee and snack for the customers. I must say that was new to me but it was a very nice gesture. I recently bought a used car and it was definitely one of the best car purchasing experiences I've ever had. John Harrison was very friendly and helpful in getting the deal done for me and there was no typical used car sales tactics. They let me know they wanted me to buy from them and they would work with me to make it happen which they did. Levi Sebestyen in finance was also very friendly and easy to work with. We have had many less than desireable car buying experiences like many. Not true at Liberty. It was an experience that we would recommend to anyone. Shaun Disney was fantastic to work with. One could see he wanted to help us purchase a Tundra but in a way that would be positive for us also. Not just in it to sell a vehicle. They were negotiable. Shaun even had dinner delivered to us as we waited, on the house. We had a back up camera installed, noticed something wasn't right when we got home (across town in Mesa). They provided us with a loaner overnight and payed for the gas since the camera wasn't installed correctly the first time. The staff at Liberty are not there just to sell vehicles, they care about your experience and thats why they are one of the best dealerships in town. I was going to Liberty GMC back when it was called Peoria Pontiac! The name may have changed, but the great customer service has remained. Whether you're buying a car or just coming in for an oil change, they make you feel like your business is the most important thing in the world to them. I especially like that they're not "hard sellers", whether it's for a repair or buying new (I've done both here)--they give you all the info you need and let you make the call. I wish every business handled itself like Liberty GMC!

Once again Matt Steigerwald exceeded all expectations in Customer Service. I drove my 99 Yukon into the shop for a new battery finding out the wait would be long due to several customers showing up unannounced. Matt took it upon himself to grab a wrench and install the battery HIMSELF! UNBELIEVABLE! I have never seen a service representative do this in my life. after choosing a vehicle on the Internet, we set up an appointment to test drive a used vehicle. Danny was very prompt and knowledgeable. After the test drive, we had decided against purchasing the used vehicle and began to shop the showroom. We decided on a 2015 GMC Acadia Denali. Danny explained all the mechanical specs as well as demonstrated all the "bells and whistles" to us in a very helpful manner. We then began the finance process which was very quick and painless! We were shown the service dept and introduced to those who worked there. We were introduced to the Allstate reps on site. Danny also configured the OnStar app for us before we drove off. We never felt any high pressure sales and we felt they really were fair in working to give us the deal we wanted. We are also ready to purchase a new GMC Sierra truck at this time and hope Danny Rasho will work with us again!

Bought a used vehicle from them and within 2 months of owning it had to take it back for the same problem 3 times. All they did was they and put a band aid on the problem. I had taken the vehicle to another dealership to have the problem looked at and was told what needed to be done, I went back the Liberty GMC shared with them the info as was told that I was on my own. I had to contact the customer relations person there to see if they could help. I was told to bring it in once again so they could look at it. They keep it for 2 days this time, I was told that the service manager and the head service tech was going to look at the problem this time. All they did to address the problem was the same thing they did the following 3 times. I received a call the next day telling me the service manager and tech didn't look at it and they wanted me to bring it back down. When you pay close to 30K for a vehicle that has less than 36,000 miles on it you don't expect have to dumping money into it right away. I had heard great things regarding Liberty but will never go their again and well tell everybody I know that they don't stand behind what they sell and their customers.

I took my 2010 GMC Sierra to Liberty for service. In addition to the oil change there were a couple of other issues that needed attention. Matt called to tell me they found a small oil leak that would be fixed as well as the mirror and noise in the steering. Cory Coronado called and e mailed us to make contact and make an appointment. when we cam in for out appointment Cory was with another customer. So then we had the pleasure of working with Mike McNew. Mike was awesome he got all of the info for Capital One but he realized he might be able to get us a better rate and they did. there was not a lot of hassle of a down or anything. Once I said he worked within me requested terms. There was some issues with two of the cars we wanted to see (dead batteries) they jumped the cars so we could test drive them. when we decided on the car the cleaned the car and put in a brand new battery. Mike was very helpful and I will be back again .

Very shady. I was working on numbers for a car that we test drove and they turned around and sold it within 12 hours to someone else. They didn't even call me with the information I was promised (trade in value for my vehicle). I have bought many cars and these people were awful. Go to Bill Luke or Chapman for friendly service. These people really did live up to their "car salesman" reputation. Shady.

We wanted to trade in our car and did our research to find what we wanted. We called in, got a salesperson, we talked and negotiated over phone, next day we drove up and had a very painless experience and walked out with a beautiful car. We had a few hiccups the first month after we bought it but every time we were in contact with our salesperson, he was on it with no questions asked. We live 4 hours from the dealer and our salesperson never blinked, he was always available and super courteous. This was the best car buying experience I have ever experienced, Julian, my sales person was absolutely the best, he took every steps needed to make buying a vehicle an enjoyable experience. My husband had back surgery recently and was not able to leave the house, Julian brought the car to our house, let me test drive it, and when satisfied went and got all the papers needed from financing, brought them to our home so that my husband could read over and feel confident with me signing the papers. Everything was right up front, no hidden fees, etc. I signed the papers at my kitchen table. Julian is absolutely the best, I would recommend him and Liberty to anyone looking for a new car!!

Inquired about the specific vehicle online and heard from Shaun Disney within few minutes. Shaun provided good service when I went to test drive the car. I could not pick up the car same day because we could not come to an agreement on the price. About a week later they could not sell the vehicle so I received a call and they asked me if I was still interested and can pick up the car same day for the price that I proposed at my first visit.

We took our gmc truck in for a recall and leased a new Acadia 2015!! Michael is not a pushy sales man He listen to what we wanted and didn't try to talk us into something we didn't want. We went with a lease because really who can afford a 650 dollar car payment. This is the second vehicle we have gotten there and will go again when the time comes.

Steve O. is THE SERVICE GUY. I have been doing business with Steve since 2005 (Yes, we just started our 10th year together.). His MO is ALWAYS the same. His greeting is friendly, he listens as though you and your vehicle are very important, he pays attention to what you say and asks very pointed clarification questions to be sure he understands your descriptions and explanations and then he tells you straight what the possibilities are. He has NEVER surprised me with anything after the service has started. He is way more concerned about answering your questions than about getting his answered. My fuel pump failed and Liberty GMC took excellent care of me and my car!!! They were very attentive to make sure I had a car, a loaner if needed, but I had a back-up car. Liberty GMC has a superb service department. Its staff members want done what YOU want, not what they want. I've had 10+ regular maintenance sessions for 3 cars, and each was handled efficiently, professionally and with maximum courtesy on the part of the representative. They always seem to have available appointment times when I need them, as long as I call ahead - which is only the smart thing to do. I would recommend Liberty GMC's service department to anyone with a GM product.

I was in a sticky situation having my husband file divorce and leave me with an outrageous car payment... It was a 2013 GMC Denali Yukon, I came to this dealer to test drive something smaller... I hated everything because it wasn't my Denali, they were VERY patient with me, didn't make me feel hopeless... Once we found what I really wanted, they sat me down gave me a good appraisal of my Denali (I had researched the KBB value) they offered me the KBB price and a little more for my trade in and got me into the vehicle I wanted. Very patient, friendly, NOT pushy at all. Very professional and business like with the 'I care family attitude.' I will be back, I'm glad to have gone there.

Brought my 2011 Acadia in for regular service, 2 GMC recalls, and an issue I was having with the steering column. Sam checked me in at the scheduled time. Went very smooth. Liberty provided me a loaner car for the day. Later in the day Sam called to update me that they had found some other issues & the vehicle would not be done til the following morning. He also said to just keep the loaner til then. He called the next day to inform me the car was ready for pickup. All of the requests were completed & they also found another problem that was taken care of also. Very professional, friendly service at Liberty GMC.

Both John and Cory helped me with the purchase of a 2014 GMC Sierra All Terrain 4wd Crew Cab Pick Up Truck. I went in to Liberty GMC because I had seen some of the rebate offers on their website and I was in the market for a truck for my wife. After finding the perfect truck we began the "Negotiations". I was quite pleased with their ability to sit down and talk facts to facts. Trade in value, rebates, and incentives were all disclosed and there was none of the back and forth haggling that I've had to do at other dealerships. They even waited for over an hour with me while my wife brought down our trade in vehicle. I guess the surprising thing to me was that they seemed generally interested in me and that I was satified with the the deal. Not pushing their deal on me. Liberty GMC, Corey, and John have earned my trust and business.

I had an appointment with one person, John, who didn't show so I had to work with Triston. What a punk! Did not smile or have personality. He acted liked we were an inconvenience. During the rest drive, he played on his phone & didn't help me with any of the new gadgets in the vehicle. He made me feel dumb for asking him to show me how things work. He's NO salesman, only a sissy looking to get paid.But because the car was nice, I wanted to persue it. During negotiations, he was rude & tried to bully me into paying full price. He made snide remarks to insult my intelligence rather than trying to sell me on the car & experience. He had 0 manners or skill of a salesman. When we couldn't agree on a price, he continued his bully tactic of trying to embarrass me by pointing out the other dealerships near him in front of his crony coworkers.His manager had to come over & try to give us a deal... And to be honest, the deal was great. But because TRISTON was such a snotty-knows Scottsdale "D-bag," I left. Worst experience. The other salesman just hovered over me at the dealer without smiling or asking if they could help. Please don't waste your time dealing with this place. They do not deserve your money, business or respect. Man to man, they showed how small they were by behaving like spoiled brats, not salesMEN.

Had to bring in my 2013 GMC Terrain for the second time due to a reoccurring oil leak. This time they were able to pinpoint the 'real' issue. They had it fixed and returned my car back to me the next day. I was sorry that I had to make two visits for the same problem, but glad they were able to fix the problem.

My wife and I had a great experience working with Julian. He went out of his way to make us feel comfortable and was very knowledgeable. We went back to the dealership multiple times to check out possible vehicles that closely matched what we desired. We loved the car, but the price side of it was one of the factors that drove us away. The other was the Asst. Sales Manager Ash. He came in to further discuss the pricing of the vehicle and tried to make us a better "deal". The second time we were in there, he kept pushing a vehicle we had no desire in purchasing and approached it as if we were dumb for not wanting what he was offering. He needs to do some refresher courses on customer service, as that is the business he is in. He is one of those guys that just rubs people the wrong way. I understand the car business is all about making sales, but the customer's experience determines which dealership they do business at. Unfortunately for Liberty GMC, they lost our business.

I usually do not write reviews, however I met a salesman who deserves one. His name is Burt, i found 2 trucks i was interested in one was at Liberty GMC peoria, after work one day i decided to stop by Liberty to check out the truck I saw online, I was greeted by Burt he then took me to the back lot where the truck was it had not been detailed yet which was fine with me as i was there to only look at truck I took for a test drive and I liked it. I told Burt my situation that I was not buying a truck that day and that there was another truck at another dealership i wanted to look at. Burt brought me inside to get my info and in walks Ash an asst sales manager who was very pushy and wanted to sell me a vehicle that day even went as far to look at there inventory to push another vehicle on me he then said oh you just "A LOOKER" absolutely I replied i am only here to look at one vehicle. Long story short went back the next day to purchase truck from Burt who is very professional. Ash was a complete jerk and Liberty GMC came real close to loosing a sale because of his demeanor. Everybody else from Levi in financing to another sales manager I spoke with the day of purchase was very friendly

To start, this dealership is an hour drive from where we live.My wife and I went to Liberty this past weekend to purchase a Ford Escape Hybrid we had found online. Upon arrival to the dealership we were asked to wait 5 min to speak with the Internet Sales rep. After 30 minutes of waiting, we were finally greeted by the sales rep and asked to wait another 5 min for the car to be brought up to the front. After another 10 min went buy, the vehicle arrived for our inspection. The car looked great and was in very good shape for a used SUV. We had a positive test drive experience and decided to buy. After we got back and started the price discussion and as usual with a card dealership, when we said we'd get back to them after considering the price, we were boxed in by the sales manager to "see what would get us to take the car home that day". Well, during all this (wasn't really that bad if you don't have an issue negating price), we watched 2 lot attendants try to jump start the car we were going to buy. 1st, why jump start a car you are buying and 2nd, they were jump staring a hybrid wrong. Flash forward 3.5 hours later of waiting to meet with a finance person to finish the deal, our car was STILL not ready for us to take home. We were told the lot attendants didn't know how to turn on the car and it didn't need a jump. However, they broke the battery and a replacement would be installed. Ok, so a new battery would be done...that works but now we are "not taking the car home". So much for the hard sell by the sales manager. So after this we're told 5 more minutes to see the finance person and that we'd have our car delivered to our house Sunday with a new battery. Well, 30 minutes later we finally got to meet with the finance person and finished the deal.Sunday arrives and no car. I call our sales rep and he says the battery can't be installed as the service shop is closed on Sundays and they would bring the car out on Monday after replacing the battery. Monday the car arrives and I'm told the battery is new and ready to go. So I take the car to our mechanic just to double check the car to make sure we are not getting scammed. Tuesday I get a call from our mechanic (they couldn't look at the car until Tuesday AM) that the battery is bulging and not holding a charge and is not new. When I call the sales rep about the issue (very, very upset) he claims he didn't know and was only telling me what he was told. After I asked to speak to his manager, they said to bring the Escape to their shop and they wouldn't let my mechanic replace the battery they failed to replace. So I am asked to make a 2 hour round trip drive and wait who knows how long to get the battery replaced. The sales manager basically tells me my time is of less value than their dealership simply paying my mechanic $100 to fix the issue they failed to fix twice and actually broke.Please do yourself a favor and NEVER use this dealership for anything. They will take advantage of your time, your money and lie to your face on every question you ask.4.5 hours of time at the dealership and 3 days later without the car we purchased, we still don't have our Escape per the agreement with the dealership.

I brought my 2011 Terrain in for an oil change, tire rotation and for them to look at one of my tires that had a slow leak. My service consultant, Jim Sepe, let me know the potential cost of the tire repair and while I waited in the waiting room came in more than once to let me know the status of my service. He also let me know that the rattling I had been hearing was due to a common issue that was covered under warranty. He got me scheduled for that device as well. I really appreciated the personal attention I was given. I have owned an Infiniti and a Lexus in the past and had gotten used to a very high level of customer service-Jim provided as good, maybe even better, service as what I had at those dealerships. We have never bought off the showroom floor before with Bobby as our salesman taking care to answer all our questions and was very helpful. There were no pressure tactics or any other typical salesman nonsense.The service department has been very good about keeping us updated on services needed for our vehicle. The only improvement would be the cost of services rendered.

This was a very good experience. Our salesperson, Mack, was very helpful and very knowledgeable about the type of vehicle I needed. We went with a 2015 2500 Sierra to be used in my business. The first Sierra I bought, and still own, is a work horse and have no doubt this will be the same, if not a much better vehicle. This vehicle is larger and you can feel the power in this truck. The management at Liberty was excellent; Hobby, the finance guy, was very helpful in explaining all the warranties and road services I might need. This was a great experience! I would recommend Liberty to anyone wanting a smooth experience in purchasing their wheels.

They tell you what you want to hear and then at the last minute they start "adding" things, and also makes you wait so they can go talk to "someone".... NOTHING like this at Liberty. Our sales person Jessica Savage, was Honest and to the point from the Beginning to the End. Found the truck we wanted and the price we were going to give. and Liberty "DID" exactly what she said. He assisted me with some minor things after the purchase, which had to be handled by mail, since I live in Flagstaff.My Yukon was due its first oil change and as I pulled into the service lane, Steve Okeson came out to greet me. I had visited several dealerships before going to GMC Liberty and could not find all three vehicles. I walked in GMC and meet with Desiree. She was able to find all three vehicles for me within hours. She even went so far as to have one of the vehicles to be brought here from a dealership in New Mexico. The entire staff was a pleasure to work with and most importantly, I never felt pressured into making any haste decisions. Desiree has shown great follow thru and customer service. Their finance department was also great to work with as they did everything possible to get me great rates. They went out of their way to get me the best possible rate. They even called me a week later after I agreed to their first rates to inform me that they were able to get me a BETTER rate.......This goes to prove that they were always looking out for the best interest in me. Some might say that I received this great service only because I bought three vehicles from them, but during my time at the dealership, I saw all the employees of GMC Liberty provide the same great service to other customers. I operate a business myself and understand the importance of customer service. If I was to manage a car dealership, I would want to operate it in the same manner as GMC Liberty. I am very happy with our purchases and will definitely return to GMC Liberty.

This is my Second truck with you and will be coming back for my next. I had an issue with another dealership (the one across the street) and they flat out LIED about the deal. After walking away and feeling uneasy about purchasing any new truck, I went across the street to Liberty GMC and got a completely different experience. You guys are honest and tell it exactly how it is and I felt at ease making the purchase. In this world Integrity is lacking and Liberty has brought it back and as a consumer it is refreshing. This last experience was no different as Mike Ebert was one of the BEST sales man I have had and listened to my needs and didn't try to push or put me into something I didn't want. This is my second time working with GMC; First time was in 2003 when it was Pontiac GMC and now on 2/9/14 Liberty GMC. I came back because I remember appreciating how I was treated back in 2003. I emailed Desiree Morales a few times prior to coming in and never did I feel pressured. Desiree heard what I was looking for and when I wanted to purchase and she met my needs. Desiree appeared very patient, helpful and very willing to go the distance to make me feel like I mattered. I came in a day prior to my birthday and told her I wanted to buy my vehicle on my birthday. So here it begins. We purchased our vehicle from our sales representative antonio Dominguez. Antonio Dominguez did all he could do to make us happy and get us the deal for the 2014 mustang. Alex d in finance is the guy you want to work with if you do buy a car from here. He is a gentleman and very respectful as well as Vince in finance. We were approved for the loan from a local credit union. 2 weeks later we realize this is not a car for us and we decided to trade it in at camelback ford. Unfortunately We got a call from ford yesterday stating they cannot accept the trade in. All because the credit union has not funded the loan. So I call gmc liberty and got the chance to deal with josh in Internet sales manager position. I try explaining to him what is going on and he quickly goes of telling me I'm being fed bull shi*. He kept on telling me that ford is lying. And would not even give me a chance to speak. I lost my cool after being talked to in that manor and I said a curse word. Josh went off on me saying," know you are cursing at me" and hung up the phone. I called my sales rep Antonio Dominguez cell phone and he tells me he quit because of issues with the internet sale manager josh. That just so happens to be the manager I spoke to. So we decided to drive the car over to gmc liberty and find out what was going on. I spoke with Ed in sales and he lied to us. Claiming the car was already funded and he saw the check gmc liberty received. He took us into his office and showed us a program that tracks internal sales. It clearly showed the sale was closed on January 25th. That doesn't mean the loan has been funded. The car was still not funded and the sales rep Ed claims it was. When he showed us his records Antonio Dominguez did not receive credit for the sale as Ed replaced atonio Dominguez with his own sister as the sales rep. We asked for proof from finance and he said no one had access to that information. And asked us to trust him. While we sat at the sales desk. The whole time Ed is slandering the name of camelback ford. I find it so unprofessional of him. He quickly gets up and walks into the office of Vince. And I follow him and I hear him murmuring what is going on with the funding? I walk in an my wife follows and would you know that they do have access to that information. Vince shows my wife that the loan is not funded. After that we where so upset from being lied to and insulted we decided to leave the car there and talk to the general manager the following morning. We did not want to do business with a company that is willing to lie and do shady business. Unfortunately he was not available and we had to wait till Friday morning. In the morning we could not get a hold of the general manager and was given the run around. I called and asked to speak with autumn Henderson. She over looks liberty gmc and liberty Buick. Unfortunately she was out of town for the next to weeks. So we had to wait till tommy helms could get free and call us. We did not get a call till the afternoon. Tommy did not call us until he personally contacted the credit union and personally made sure the loan was approved before calling us. All because they did not want to loose on a sale. He calls my wife and my wife tried to explain to him wha happened and why we don't want to do business with them and he blows up and starts yelling at my wife and disrespecting her. Yelling at her why does he have a car on his lot?... My wife tells him he is being unreasonable and he is out of line he then he apologizes and asks for a "Sincere" apology claiming he is from the south and he speaks loud... When my wife talked to him he was told of what was going on and he said he will talk to Ed. Clearly this dealership is ran by people with no business ethics. We are now stuck with a car we don't want and are going to trade it in to not have any association with liberty gmc. We will also be taking this to the state attorney general Tom Horne. This is not the way to do business and this is not the way to treat people. Especially when people are giving you their hard earned money for a vehicle.

My husband and I were dealing with Fred, whom was extremely pleasant and honest in our process. Winston came out to push the deal along, he promised the huge bows, extra keys and anything we wanted to get the deal done. I said I would take two of your huge bows and an extra key. Well once we were in signing the papers, cannot remember his name but will tell you about that situation in a moment, and were almost done they told us we cannot have the bows because they are so expensive-which by the way Winston is now gone and poor Fred has to deal with us. Well Fred investigates and comes back and says, "We can loan you the bows but you have to bring them back and then we are told that the car only comes with one key". I tell them that they will have to get the extra key, due to the fact that Winston said I could have as many keys as I would wish as long as we purchase the car...funny how that went out the window and I will return the bows the day after Christmas. When I called regarding the extra key Winston was too busy to answer the phone, but your trooper Fred gets on the phone is extremely pleasant and assures me he is working on getting us an extra key. (Still do not have it!) Oh now lets get to the finance guy, he starts telling us about the extended warranty and makes it sound like it is all one package for x amount of dollars. (My husband had stepped out at this point) so I agree because it sound great....then my husband reads the papers the Friday after Christmas and explains to me that the tire warranty is separate..If I had known that I would not have purchased that part because we plan on getting new tires and rims through Discount Tire and they warranty everything and guess what they are honest and upfront on what they offer not like one of your employees and their half truths...(SO IF BY CHANCE-THERE IS SOMETHING YOU COULD DO THERE-IT WOULD BE APPRECIATED). Here is the best part...this is a present for our son, so we leave the car there so that you can do a great job detailing it. So as agreed Fred delivers the car the next day (Christmas Eve)...then on Christmas when the car is given to our son....SURPRISE...there is a friggin DEAD BIRD stuck in the front grill of his car..SURPRISE honey ...then my husband tries to get the bird out and it has been there so long that the head pops off rolls under the car, and it is even worse because the thing has been there so long that as my husband gets it out it is falling apart , a wing, a leg and sew on. Now aren't you glad you asked me about our experience...

Jim is awesome! I am so glad that he is back. Even when telling us our repair was $1000, I felt I could trust him and he had our best interest at heart. I almost left Liberty GMC from a bad experience in the service dept while Jim was gone this past year, I gave it another chance and was happily surprised when he answered the phone. Great service!

I went in thinking I would have to battle and deal with the awful sales tactics, but I was greeted by a nice salesman who never pushed, was helpful and valued my time. Fred was honest, worked hard to explain my options and found the perfect car. The rest of the team was similarly nice and you felt like they all wanted to help. Process with finance was also painless. I would recommend you go in and ask for Fred!

This visit was for routine maintenance items ie: oil change, tire rotation, alignment and wheel balance. I did not have an appointment, but service was readily available and the car was ready when promised. I was offered a ride home but choose to wait at the dealership. They even washed my car before giving it back to me. All aspects of this visit were great.

Our salesman, John Harrison, was patient, professional, and knowledgeable about the vehicle. Hobby Nelson was thorough, but did not rush through the finance documents. The service department did an excellent job getting the Yukon cleaned inside and out and even under the hood. I am very pleased with my purchase at Liberty GMC.

This is one of the easiest car transactions that I have ever been involved in. I really liked working with Julian a sales associate who I found to be very fair and not pushy at all. I felt like he was being genuine while I was working with him and we came to an agreement on a Pontiac vibe that I felt was fair. Overall I was happy with the entire experience especially since going to a car dealer is typically not too enjoyable for me.

Everytime I call for service, I am met with a quick response for the reason that I need customer service.When I take my vehicle in for service, I am assured that I will get the best service.Matt Steigerwald has always shown professionalism and friendliness to me and addresses any problem I may have.I have been dealing with Liberty GMC for my 2010 Terrain. and I have never been disappointed with the staff orthe service that I have received. I will continue to go to Liberty GMC for my next Terrain and I would definitelyreccommend Liberty GMC to my family and friends. The price for the service such as oil changes, and tire rotationare very competitive elsewhere, but I feel Liberty GMC is relatively reasonable.

This dealership was by far one of the easiest going and helpful dealerships I dealt with. Got totally screwed by this place Asst. Sales Manager Vince was a do*** when turned him on his offer the first night because they were to worried about lining their pockets with cash ended being rushed through so much pulled a stupid move (which is my fault for not reading into it was just tired and did like the car) and signed for a used car that was way over priced cost about 4,000 more than a brand new one now upside down even more on a car that they sold as perfect condition price with dents and dings all over the car also has bad tires but all went un-noticed due to distractions from sales staff Jeff was super help and nice but still falls into scheme of things over all will make sure nobody i know ever buys from them again have already wrote a return letter to the president Dana Moore as they were so convenient to send a letter saying they trust we had a great experienceMake sure if looking their take your time and dont let them pull dealership tactics on you have never had a worst experience buying a car

My visit was based on an internet search of vehicles with your company, I met with Antonio Dominguez who greeted me promptly and we discussed the vehicle I was interested in. It turned out the vehicle I was interested in was sold the day prior to my visit. With that in mind I knew of another tuck on the lot that would work as well.. Mr Dominguez secured the keys and we went for a test drive.. After our drive I spoke with Mr Dominguez and told him the planets had to align just right for me to purchase this vehicle, well guess what the planets were in my favor tonight and I have a nice truck now.. Mr Dominguez was a pleasure to work with and he walked me painlessly thru the steps of buying this vehicle, he even went as far as to help me secure the items out of my car.. The finance person Hobbie Nelson, worked his magic and really got me some great financing to boot.. I was in and out pretty quick and felt pretty good about the whole experience.. Fred was very polite and to the point. I do not not like wasting time with a ton of back in forth negotiating that can drag on all day. Don't get me wrong here he used due diligence in pushing packages and maximizing what I could afford to happy medium of dealer advantage and customer satisfaction. In finance Hobby moved very quickly and I felt that he was very straight and honest. After my purchase I made a small complaint about some water spotting on the vehicle to which Tony Mancillas jumped on and more than corrected for me at minimal inconvenience to myself and my schedule.

I had a great buying experience here. I stopped by while in Phoenix on business, and everyone treated me very well. At first I kind of wanted to walk around by myself, but once I zero'ed in on the vehicle I initially set out to look at, Tristan asked if I wanted the keys to check it out. After sitting in the truck for a bit, Tristan asked if I wanted to take it out for a drive - I did, and then it was time to work out the details. We were able to agree on a very fair price. My salesperson was great and I felt like everyone that worked at the dealership went out of their way to make me feel comfortable. I may have to travel from Northern California to Liberty GMC next time I need a vehicle!

Wow! What service! We researched/found our car on Cars.com. Talked to a salesman, made the deal, and it was done! He even delivered! We got so tired of trying to negotiate with other car dealers, and it taking 2-3 hours to buy a car. This was fast. Never had such excellent service. Will definitely deal with Liberty GMC again. First of all I spent over 9 hours on the internet researching basically 2 truck lines: GMC and Toyota. Requirements were V8, 4 x 4, Towing Package, color combination and a beefed up undercarrage. I made several appointments and elected to see John Harrison at Liberty first. John was extremely knowledgable about your product and never put me into a feeling of pressure. The final sale point fell on the towing capability and John's explaination of the GMC impressive support frame in comparrison to that of Toyota. We closed the deal and I spent the next 1/2 hour cancelling my other appointments.

Everything they offered on their buy back program was given. I got a very good price.Once in Finance, Dusty handled everything quickly and fairly without being pushy about all the extra add on options usually thrown at you in Finance. Nathaniel was VERY open and worked VERY hard to try and find the vehicle right for me. However, he had limited resources from the dealer at the time to do his job effectively. This was not his fault but rather a message to the dealer to evaluate how they provide tools and communication to the team. When those in leadership provide to those below everything that is needed to do their job ... when a ready and willing buyer comes along everybody wins! Nathaniel was very transparent and open when we spoke and I was disappointed that I could not locate my vehicle with him so he could get the credit. He also provided me with the space to gather data for my purchase and I never felt pressured by him at any point.We appreciate Nathaniel!

Nathaniel did a great job. His friendliness and knowledge of his product is very good. My only negative feeling, regarding the purchase is that we are being asked tp purchase and pay for the labor to install the front license plate bracket. I really feel that this is a matter that should have been taken care of by the manufacturer, or the dealership. This was not told to us, until after the purchase of the automobile. Don & Cathy

We came into Liberty Buick by mistake. We meant to go to Liberty Buick. But, since we where already there, we were greated by Bob Giungi. We told Bob that we where looking for the buick dealership. He was kind enough to tell us it was across the street. He politely suggested that we could look at the cars on his lot. We went looking with about six thousand dollars in our pocket to buy. Bob was very polite, showed us several cars that we were interested in. Drove three of the cars, then we made a decision on a chrysler 200. Bob went out of his way to give us a great price. the sale went smoothly. Why we were waiting on the approval of credit, Bob was outside cleaning the car; it rained that evening, and Bob was cleaning the car fr us. We where missing a dash mat in the car so, Bob went out of his way to get us new matts for the car. All in all it was a great experience with the dealership and Bob Giungi. I will go back to Liberty GMC for another vehicle. Thanks for a wonderful experience. You were the best Bob, and we thank you for that. I'm glad that we ended up at the wrong place. My husband and I where looking for a used SUV in a certain price range and year! Nathan was very pleasant when we arrived and was very eager to help us find exactly what we wanted. Our first visit was only to see what there dealership had to offer and we explained that we would not be purchasing that day as we where returning to Canada for a week and need to inquire about some of the procedures we would have to do get the used vehicle back into our own country! Nathan was very respectiful of this and did not pressure us at all. He simple offered to show us what SUV's they had on the lot and offered to compile a list for us when we arrived back in SunCity. He then set up an appointment for when we returned! When we returned we where unable to make the 1st appointment but Nathan graciously set up a different date and we then continued looking for a suiteable SUV. The last dealership I went to I ended up walking the entire lot, opening up doors and looking at many different vehicles and at no point did anyone come to help me. As soon as I stepped out of my car Dess was there to give assistance right away. His professionalism was outstanding. My wife has limited mobility at the moment and he was there to make sure she was comfortable and to help in any way he could. The process was very streamlined and easy to deal with. I already knew what I was looking for and also knew the actual vehicle I wanted to see, he was able to find the exact vehicle and pulled it up so we could go for a test drive. While going over the numbers Dess pointed out a vehicle they had on the showroom floor, meanwhile I'm thinking all their trying to do is get me into a more expensive vehicle, they actually got me a GREAT deal on it. While it was a slight bit more than the first vehicle I looked at, the additional features it provided compared to my initial choice fit me better and I was still able to get into it. We went in knowing exactly what we wanted since we saw the vehicle online. Dealt with James and Ash. James is still fairly new and had to go back and forth for answers, which was expected, still a nice guy. Ash talked fast. Dusty, was quick, thorough, friendly and provided me the best news I had in a long time! I signed a deal expecting to pay at a certain rate. Two days later, he called and said he got my payment down by $200!!!! I was in shock and so grateful that he kept searching for the best deal! I have been waiting for a survey to come my way; but alas the one time I want to voice my opinion there is no survey. I believe you greeted me; I may be mistaken, but I felt welcome until meeting my advisor (ha) Jay. I feel more welcomed at Walmart buying a 50 cent candy bar than from Jay after buying a $60,000.00 truck.1) He acted as though he was put out; no people skills in my opinion.2) He billed me when I informed him this was my first oil change; however the pleasant cashier gladly adjusted it.3) I had a 14" crack in my windshield and he took no initiative to assist me; instead he asked if I had glass coverage and made no further effort. 4) He did not come out to inform me my car was ready like all the other advisors; I just got a massage customer Jones your car is ready.5) After working with the pleasant cashier (I am sincere) she adjusted the bill and gave me my keys. After that I was on my own to find my truck. 6) There the truck was, 14 crack in the windshield (2013 Denali PU) and dirty with a sticker over the crack that said my truck was due for another oil change in 4,000 miles(?????), and the computer said my oil life was at 98%. What the Fuc*... I was furious... I phoned another Advisor at Yates (Jaime Nelson) and he informed me that my oil life was based on driving and the 98% was normal and nothing to be concerned about.OK, I hope you understand my disappointment in my purchase at Liberty. I don't know who your GM is but I would like to share some areas for improvement.1) The waiting area is outdated and boring. I own a Mercedes, Toyota, and Harley that I spent less on purchasing but their waiting areas at far more welcoming and include bet services.2) Advisors should greet and conclude all services.3) Advisors should inform persons of issues at their vehicle and not in the waiting room so others can hear what pieces of crap they might own (I heard four people informed that there oil pans were leaking; come on, it sounds like their milking the customer).4) If the salesman is there it would be nice if the advisor informed them their customer ho spent so much was there; it might help in repeat sales. 5) Replace unpleasant service advisors and car salesmen who belong on used car lots.6) Advisors should listen to their customers for opportunities to up sell instead of offering services they really don't need.LanceMake someone's day..

I would like to take a minute to tell you about my car buying experience Friday night. My wife and I had started looking a cars, just looking ! It was about 7 pm when we drove into Liberty GMC on Bell Rd. in Peoria. We started walking the lot looking at some very nice vehicles. We were met by Rick Killen who was very professional and asked if he could help with anything. I saw a vehicle that I liked and asked about it. Rich was very knowledgeable and asked if we wanted to take it for a ride, We did and liked the car. I didnt think the car was affordable and said as much to Rick. Rich took the time to tell us about the Liberty dealership and that it was a family owned business. The more my wife and I heard the more we liked. Once we were sold on the dealership we became more interested in buying. We went from just looking to buying, and we are happy we did. So to sum it all up we purchased a car last night at Liberty GMC it wasnt because we just got a very good deal, we did, but we were sold on the dealership and its sale rep Rich Killeen . Went to see a Dodge Caravan that I had seen on Liberty GMC's website. I was greeted by Rich while walking around looking for the van. He showed me several things there was to know about the van. And after looking over the vehicle, I brought my wife over, and she liked it, not only for the price but the room/cleanliness and mileage the car had. Since we adopted our 3 grandkids we decided to go ahead and buy it (since we had outgrown our 2006 Kia Sportage and had been looking around for a roomier vehicle). I believe the whole process took over a little over an hour and a half. From looking the car over, test driving it, doing the paperwork, getting financed and getting the car ready for us to drive home. It was a great experience to have Rich bring a technician to answer a question I had with all the buttons and options this car had. Anyway, if Rich keeps this attitude and great personnality with keeping the customer happy, I'm sure he will far exceed his sales by the end of the year. By the way, Rich showed my wife and the kids the playroom while I signed the paperwork. And also offered to by a soda for me, my wife and all three kids. "GREAT SALESPERSON"

They sold us a car with broken window. It had treatment done to cover/seal the crack. I called them the next day after purchase but they pretended they did not know about it. They said my insurance was responsible for it now.

My experience with Liberty GMC was hands down the best and most comfortable experience I have had in my three years of searching for a vehicle. I am twenty-one years old and was searching for the vehicle that I had my heart set on, not one that would be better for a first time buyer. Hobby worked with me the entire time and set me up with the exact truck I was looking at, for the exact price that I requested, for less than I expected a monthly payment to be and under 3% interest rate. All as a first time buyer too. I do have excellent credit and make a decent income but everyone knows how it is for first time buyers. Hobby definitely did everything within his power of helping me achieve what I set out for and we were able to send me home in an amazing truck. The service department is amazing as well! Liberty GMC has a great staff and the reason I chose them over every other dealership is because of how comfortable the atmosphere is. They literally make you feel right at home and don't beat around the bush, there is no back and forward sales scheme and it's as though they bring you into the family operated business. Murphy went above and beyond any salesman I have ever worked with by being proactive Even if he wasnt working he would still respond to my questions. Murphy was leaving for the day I came in to test drive a car (thinking since they didnt have what I wanted in stock I wouldnt leave with a car until Monday)and Murphy stayed until closing even though he was off 6 hrs prior not knowing I would even leave with a new car. He found me an amazing used car and got me the best deal and met all my criteria. Murphy has patience and works beyond his job role. My boyfriend and I recently purchased an 05 dodge durango from Liberty GMC. Our experiance was exceptional! I had been in a car accident a month prior as well as given birth to a baby girl. With all the stress of having a newborn as well as 3 other children and no vehicle was absolutely terrible! We had been looking online for something in our price range and found nothing that seemed legit or reliable. Liberty GMC was the 1st dealership we stopped at and the one we bought from! This is the second new car we have purchased from Liberty GMC and John was our sales rep. on both occasions. We are a repeat buyer in part because of the professional experience with John and the prior friendly service from Steve with our prior vehicle. Overall, Liberty GMC is customer focused, committed to quality and is consistent in trying to treat each customer "special". Shari Briglia was also great to work with and honored my request to not offer us an extended warranty as that is my personal decision which I have stuck with for decades when buying a new vehicle.

This is the second GMC vehicle we have purchased from Liberty GMC, and we have gotten a excellent deal with each purchase. OUr sales person, Bobby Guinga was very helpful and knew a lot about the electronics on the new Acadia that we bought. The staff is friendly and they don't pressure you into buying. They will work with you on cost and the best deal possible for both sides. We have had all our GMC(3 GMC vehicles) service work done at Liberty with Service Writer Matt Steigerwald and he has given us excellent service over the past 8+ years.Steve Moore is also very helpful and pleasant to do business with.

We had a great experience at Liberty GMC. The salesman Mack was friendly, and not high pressure. We got the sense that everyone there wanted us to get the best car for our value and purposes. The financial part with Dusty was quick and we got a lower interest rate than we had originally intended to get with our own financing. Mike was very patient and went through all the workings of the car with us after we purchased it. I recommend this dealership, a nice bunch of guys with a good product for the value.

Fantastic experience at Liberty GMC, as the staff was friendly prompt, and fair. Great selection, and felt as though the dealership takes pride in it's product. I at no point felt pressured, and feel that I had gotten a "real deal" on the pickup I took home, and received a very competitive offer on my trade in. It is seldom anymore to feel valued in a purchase, but the follow up calls and emails really gave me a sense that the dealership cares about my satisfaction in my purchase. They filled up the tank, which too is rare anymore, Liberty was an A+. Recommend to anyone!

I had a very good buying experience here. Danny Rasho was an excellent salesman and he knew his stuff on trucks. Absolutely no pressure. The price was fair. What was impressive was that I recieved an e-mail from the GM, Steve Moore, the following day saying that if I had questions to call him directly. I did, and so I called. He took the call, answered my questions and gave me some good advice on tires and towing. I would buy there again.

When we arrived at the dealership we already new we wanted a GMC truck but were not certain of which one. After looking at the inventory, we found the perfect one in the showroom. I always thought the more expensive vehicles were kept there. But I was surprised that the one we found was right in the dollar range I was looking for. An d now I have my perfect truck. I went into the dealership knowing I wanted an Acadia, but with particular options. John worked hard to locate a vehicle with just what I wanted plus more. I feel that he worked hard to get me a fair price.I haven't had to return for any service work yet, but based on what I've seen so far, the staff as a whole seems to be very customer orientated and anxious to make every visit a good experience.I would not hesitate to return for my next vehicle, whenever that need arises.

My husband and I actually were at a Chevy dealership across the street from Liberty GMC, looking at trucks. I was so disappointed in the overall experience with the sales person we were dealing with that I went outside and called Liberty to speak with a salesperson. Mike Murphy was the sales consultant I was transferred to and I immediately felt more comfortable him. I walked back into the Chevy sales office, got my husband and drove across the street to see Mike. Mike had 3 trucks in mind (after 5 minutes of talking on the phone with me!) that he felt would meet our needs. We bought the first one he showed us which was the one he felt was the best match.We were also lucky to meet and work with sales manager, Winston Gamble. Mr. Gamble was knowledgeable, professional and very calming. He was instrumental in expediting the paperwork to get us out of the door quickly.The Finance person was equally efficient and professional. Being in the market for a new vehicle and wanting a more efficient SUV, I visited Liberty GMC and was assisted by Mike Murphy. Mike showed me several vehicles, after explaining the features of the 2012 GMC Terrain four cylinder. They didn't have the color vehicle on their lot, so Mike searched until he found just what I wanted. I was happy and relaxed with the process. I received a nice trade-in allowance and believe I will be very satisfied with my new vehicle.

Mike greated me when i pulled up 10 minutes after the closed their doors and he had them re open to help me out. i did not leave until 2 and a half hours after they had closed and they were nice and mike went above and beyond they entire time helping me out with everything along the way. He was a great guy and was direct and to the point with me. i would recommend them to everyone.

Super Dealer was out car shopping on a Friday afternoon had been to a few dealers all were very rude if your not buying today why come to my lot?Not like that at Liberty first question is how may I help you find a car that fits you!!Our saleman was Levy best I have dealt with in years knew everything about the Acadia Denali which is alot of technology to understand.Met the owner Steve Moore for the sale a down to earth guy not a slick car sales man type.Price was good sale was easy they offered a super rate for finance beat anyone I could find and Shari the Finance Manager finished the paper work.All went fast and smooth.Would tell all my friends and family this is the place to buy.Thank You Liberty and Levy for making this car experience free from the normal anxiety and pain I usally have at a dealership.

My wife and I purchased a 2011 GMC Terrain from Liberty GMC in July 2011. Our experience with this dealer during the purchase transaction was truly outstanding. There was no pressure brought to bear; the vehicle and purchasing process was thorougly explained to us every step of the way. Unfortunately the vehicle had a defect that could not be satisfactory repaired and culminated in the repurchase of the vehicle by GMC in February 2012 and the purchase of a new 2012 GMC Terrain. We had an excellent experience at Liberty GMC. Mike Murphy helped us get exactly what we were looking for. We didn't have full intentions of buying a car, but left with a Chevy Traverse! Mike was very friendly and attentive. We did have to haggle quite a bit to get the price we wanted and actually were going to walk out when it didn't seem to budge. Mike (sales rep) and Mike Sales Manager followed my boyfriend and I out and started talking with us. Like a miracle they figured out how to get the payments and the cost exactly where we wanted it. Once that took place it was all smiles and they were very kind. My boyfriend (the seasoned car buyer) asked for extras like a full tank of gas and for my moonroof to be looked at as well as why the tire pressure gauge was showing low air pressure. They obliged and I am very happy with my purchase.

I have just bought the new GMC Terrain and absolutely fell in love with the vehicle. Liberty GMC did everything in the power to make the number for what I wanted to pay in a car payment come true. Very little haggling or struggling with back and forth numbers, I told them prices I wanted to pay and they made it work. Now I have a great car in sitting in my driveway with the car payment I wanted, not the dealership. Levy is the best. He was s knowledgable about all the vehicles on the lot and provide all the info I needed and was great to work with. He wasn't pushy and allowed me to fall in love with the vehicle.

Liberty GMC is a family own and operated dealership with a family member always on staff. They make you feel like you are part of their family. This is the 12th vehicle we have bought from Liberty and it wont be our last. Both Bob and Doug went above and beyond to help us find the perfect vehicle. We changed our minds on what we were looking for so many time and they never once tried to push something on us we didnt want just to close the deal. They even went out of their way to find us additional incentives / rebates to get us in our price range. If you are looking to buy a car, you will not find a more friendly and hard working team then Bob and Doug.

As a single woman its hard to understand EVERYTHING about buying a car. Three years ago I purchased my GMC Denali and I still love it! I knew I would..but...what I didnt know was what a great dealership this owuld be for service!!! This team goes out of there way to be there for you, answer questions , unbelieveably fair, and they stand behind what they sell. AFTER my 100k warranty was up...Steve the Owner personally took car of me and to this point I had never even met him...my car was fixed, I recevied a rental all at NO COST TO ME!!!! I had previously taken the car to another GMC dealer who wanted THOUSANDS to fix my car. I am getting ready in 6 mons to buy another new Denali and I wont think twice about where to go...it will be LIBERTY GMC PS: I have never written a review for any product or service.

The man went out of his way to make me feel comfortable and make sure all my needs were met at a excellent price. We went in just to look at what was on the lot, used. After spending just 10 minutes with David Cox, my father and I changed oour minds to a new vehicle because of Dave's sales skills and knowledge. We are returning customers and traded in our 2003 Yukon for a 2011 Acadia. Have always had good experience with this dealership. Mike Ryan is very knowledgeble, has patience, does good followup without being pushy. Overall, again, a good experience, final numbers worked out nicely with a great trade-in price reflecting their level of service and customer loyalty. Everybody is friendly, be it early am or late pm. Dealership has a pleasant 'atmosphere", is tidy and clean. As a "Family owned business" standard of service has to be high to succeed and that is clearly the case here.

I found this dealership through USAA's website and within 24 hours I was received a courtesy call from them. All of the staff treated my family and me very well from the moment we got to the dealership, very friendly staff. The transaction could not have gone better. I knew what I wanted and Mr. Harrison was able to find the truck right away, unfortunately it was at another dealer in another state. Not a big deal because the truck was shipped and the paperwork was completed with no problems within a few days. He never pressured us and wanted to make sure we looked at the vehicles that had what we wanted and were in our price range. We went in not ready to purchase a vehicle that day we went in, but he found exactly what we were look for and helped us get it for the price we needed to be at. We actually left to have dinner and Levy again never pressured us trying to get us to stay and 'make a deal', he gave us the facts which is what we needed to know. During dinner we knew it was what we wanted and when we called Levy about coming back in that night, he had the vehicle all ready for us, the paperwork process started, and even stayed past the dealership closing to be sure we new every detail about the vehilce before we left. We even went back a few days later to purchase some items we wanted from the parts department and Levy was right there with us to make sure we got what we needed and again answer any questions we had about our new purchase. This is a salesman that looks after his customers truly from the heart and I would send every one of my family and friends to him without a doubt. In fact, the entire staff seemed to friendly that this will definately be our primary dealership! ASK FOR LEVY!

We needed a vehicle immediately as our current lease was up. When Steve and Levy couldn't find us what we were looking for right away they arranged a rental for us and within a week had found the perfect vehicle for our family. Mike Ryan was our salesman. Mike's knowledge of every vehicle we viewed was impeccable. Once decided on an Acadia Denali, Winston Gamble stepped in and made the "financial bartering" a seamless experience. Very pleasant experience dealing with all at Liberty GMC.

I've purchased 3 new cars in the past 8 years and have never had a buying experience that was so professional. Liberty GMC and John Mohrlang gave me the respectful buying experience, followed by a great deal on my 2011 GMC Terrain. I was given a great value for the trade in on my truck, and to top it off I didn't feel like I just got ran through a gauntlet after I left. I was thinking about getting a van after not having one for some years. I saw a used GMC online that morning and asked the wife if she wanted to go look at it with me. Every experience we have had at Liberty has been terrific. We have worked with Mike in the past, and have never been pressured. I recently purchased a used car from Mike and am very happy with the car and the purchasing process. The financial department provided great financing and answered any questions I had. Beware of the service at this dealership. I would take my vehicle in for repairs and oddly enough something worse would occur just 2 days later. My repairs were always in the 800-2000 dollar range and my car wasn't even 5 years old. I don't have proof but I think the service at this dealership was quite shady. They would always make a big deal of loaning me a car or rental car when I was getting a lot of work done. After a while, I had it and I bought a Toyota and paid for the extended full bumper to bumper warranty

No pressure. . .relaxing exercise of purchasing new GMC. Employee was helpful, friendly and answered all my questions. Since our purchase, we have been back twice with additional questions and Pennie was happy to assist us. I felt everyone there wanted to provide the best possible service from looking to purchase to driving out and coming back for service. I have previously dealt with the service dept.
