I own a 2011 Buick Lucerne with 175,000 miles on the odometer. All services have been done at Liberty since day 1. This time you replaced the front struts, strut mounts, rack and pinion steering gear, one motor mount and the engine oil pan. Well worth the $5000! The car rides much quieter and the steering is precise. Many thanks to your service staff, especially Matt, who has advised on all repair issues for years.

I bought a new car from a dealer about an hr away from where I live. The car has nitrogen in the tires. I didn't want to drive all that way there just to fill my tires. So I obviously went to my local dealer. Come to find out they stopped doing the nitrogen a yr ago. So now what? I then heard Liberty had nitrogen. I don't own a Buick so I thought they might tell me to take a hike or charge me. Which I would've paid them if asked. I was totally wrong. They were very. courteous & had no problem filling them. I commend Brian Neuner on his professionalism in mine and my wife's recent experience in buying an Envision. We took our 2013 Cadillac to have a head light replaced. We waited in a very comfortable lounge where there was lots of refreshments, magazines, a tv, a charging station. The work took approx. an hour and when we picked up our car, it had been cleaned inside and outside - what a surprise! Glad we bought our car at Liberty Buick.

There is a young salesman by the name of Dylan Culp and he is the 4 star general of car sales. I found three automobiles for sale at his dealership and he did an amazing job showing me two of the three. The other vehicle was across the street at their GMC dealership. The wife of 44 years liked one vehicle but not the other. Catch 22. Mr. Dylan paying very close attention said "please let me show you another vehicle." Drives up in a beautiful 2016 Buick LaCrosse priced in our range. Wife drove it, loved it and we did the deal. Using a car buying service from USAA made the deal so easy. Dylan introduced us to a gentleman named John who took us the rest of the way. Got to say the folks at Liberty know how to treat you. Even had a Jimmy John's sandwich for us. MY last purchase from Liberty was a 2004 Buick Rainier.. During a routine service on the Rainier I spoke with Randy in Sales he said he would call me in 2 days he was getting in a 2016 Envision that I would like. Well he followed up as promised. He was excellent in his knowledge of this vehicle and all its gadgets and along with the finance department we were able to close the deal. They work with you and your budget to put you in the vehicle of your choice. The Jim Firth in the service department is excellent too. They don't forget about you once you leave the lot. I was referred to Liberty Buick by a friend who had bought a Buick at your dealership. Your location is way out of my way but I decided to go the distance anyway...I had never considered a Buick before but had seen the Encore and thought it might be a good fit for my small garage.The personnel were outgoing ,professional and knowledgeable...everyone I came in contact with, even those I was not dealing with directly, made my experience a pleasure...hard to believe considering the "buying a car experience" is usually not on one's list of "fun things to do"....but I have to say that I had a great time and the people who made it so were Annie West, Danny and JJ...even the guys who were out back handling the barbeque...great time had by all.This dealership needs to take the chemistry that they have as a team at large, bottle it and sell it other dealerships.....they would make a fortune!!!

I drive over 35 miles and pass 10 certified dealerships just to see everyone at Liberty Buick .When and if I do need service done on my car, every time I go in, Jim always takes great care of me. He always informs me of upcoming service needs for my car. If I do need to check into service, Jim always makes sure that I have a loaner car, or the service shuttle is available.I helped a family member purchase a vehicle at Liberty Buick, we only had two hours. When I told the customer service manager (Rita) of the time crunch. We did a test drive, agreed on the price, went through service and finance and still had 15 minutes to spare- service was impressive!! Thanks for the great service!

Annie helped make the experience worth the visit she was very informative,personal and answered all our questions. In the beginning we shopped online and came across a vehicle on their lot and Annie was the one who reached out to set up an appointment. In that duration she made follow calls. Danny Rasho assisted us with getting a new vehicle after ours suddenly broke down on us. We were wanting something conservative & also cheap seeing as this was a sudden buy for us. I saw a preowned vehicle on line that I liked. I went to the dealership and met with a sales person. The vehicle was found, and we took a test drive. Then we did the sales process. The sales person was always courteous and didn't pressure me. They accommodated my need to make financial arrangements. Since it was so late when we finished, I returned for follow-up to get the electronics set up and they filled my tank again to compensate for the inconvenience. George did a great job for me.

I cannot believe they have James "Jim" Allen working as the service manager for Liberty Buick service center. He doesn't listen to customer's needs and he specifically twists the words of their customer's. James does not return calls or emails. You have to show up in person if you want to try and obtain help. He intentionally down played the issues I was having with my vehicle and would give weird looks to me when I tried to explain the issues I was having. Do not go to Liberty for service. If you take a Enclave or La Cross in for service they will give you a Verano or Encore that is dirty as a loaner with their name in stickers all over the vehicle. Some poor advertising if you ask me and lacks class for its customers. Not to mention the staff at the parts counter who loans out the vehicles are rude and act like you are inconveniencing them for needing a car because your brand new 30K + dollar vehicle is already broken.

I'd done Internet research and I was interested in two models. I searched through the avl inventory and purchased the Buick Verano. I test drove several cars and a couple Encores. Though in Phx Az the temperature was high, my sales person Josh exhibited grace and patience. He's also funny. Which made experience so much more relaxed. I took my 2014 Buick Enclave into Liberty Buick for service and while waiting for the service, wondered into the new car showroom to see the new Envision I really had no plans to buy a new car. I was just looking. When the sales manager saw my 2 year old vehicle with only 8,000 miles on it, the offers began. I drove the Envision, fell in love with it and received an offer I couldn't refuse. As a result, I'm the proud owner of a new Buick. I highly recommend Liberty Buick to anyone in the market for a new car. By the way, I've leased over 6 vehicles from Liberty. Be prepared and do your homework before you go. This was first time I shopped alone and I did not do my homework ahead of time and shop the market. It's my own fault that I paid more than I needed to. My salesman was very patient and informative and took a lot of time introducing me to the car.

Chase Sterling was very helpful, taking me thru the listed items of what took place during the oil change, [27 point courtesy inspection] and also the oil change. I was so impressed with his knowledge particularly after he stated that the air pressure was increased to 38 pounds in each tire, to my surprise, all this time I was only checking the pressure to 35. I am so pleased with Chase. Thank You Chase for putting me on the right path. I do know that under inflated tires can be very hazardous to the proper wear and tare on the vehicle.

Recently had my 2013 Buick Lacrosse in for a week for computer problemsLiberty immediately arranged for a loaner vehicle & I told them to keep mycar as long as they needed to.Rodney in the service area called me the day before I picked it upand explained what they had done.When I picked the car up on Saturday Rodney was waiting for me and explained in great length what all he and 2 technicians did to try to find & fix the problem.I always get great service there and the whole staff is so professional but friendly too.Several of my friends & neighbors have ended up getting cars there

I searched for a used Buick Enclave and found a 2016 used, still smells and feels like new beautiful car! Thought I would have to get a 2014 for the price.I had been searching and was not happy with the way I was treated by other dealers as a woman. I contacted Josh and he was awesome!!! So kind and told me car buying shouldn't be that way. He was great and gave us a fair trade in value and a great price. Overall a really good car buying experience. I absolutely love the car! It had a small chip in the windshield that my husband noticed on the way home and they were great about fixing it at a time that was good for me. Visited this dealership earlier this year and looked at the Buick Enclave and Encore...Encore was too small and the bigger Enclave did not make me happy either, we were in no hurry to buy a car and had shopped at other dealerships as well. Last week I noticed on Liberty Buick's web page they had several Cadillac SRX's in stock..I went over to the dealership and worked with Tristan and Audrey and came home with my dream car...very pleased with both people and the dealership was wonderful, Tim in Finance was a very good person to work with as well..

I purchased a Cadillac DTS from Liberty Buick about a year ago and the vehicle has given me nothing but problems. The 2002 Pontiac that I traded away was in better condition. The salesperson named Dylan made a couple of condescending remarks and so did the tall gentleman in the finance department. They both tried to make it seem like they were doing me a favor by selling me that crappy Cadillac DTS. I was only able to take the car on a short test drive and I wasn't allowed to have my mechanic inspect that piece of junk before I bought it. This was my mistake and I blame myself. Still, I'll never purchase anything from Liberty Buick again.

I called to find out more about their add in the paper. a nice and honest sales person took my car and asked me about my preferences to lease their advertised SUV and said he would verify and call me back.He called and we agreed to the deal . We went there he tried his best to get us the vehicle that we wanted. Good experience with an honest sales person.Not only the dealer leased us the vehicle as was agreed on the phone but later sent us a $50 gift for having a lunch or dinner.Thanks Liberty Buick and their good staff members and nice sales person.

Just went in for my 2nd free oil change since purchasing my new Buick Verano from Liberty Buick. I had a great buying experience, and thought it would end there.... but that's NOT the case with Liberty Buick! Ever since my purchase, they have reached out to me and offered to help me with any way with my vehicle. Last week I brought my Verano in for service, it was very dirty due to the recent rain. So I had the afternoon off and she was out of school on the last day of 2015 and we went to check it out. Right away, my salesman, Dre Martinez, was very friendly and not at all pushy. I told him we were really just looking and didn't plan to buy a car and he was cool with that. He said "no problem" and asked what I would want in a car if I was in a buying mood. I pointed towards and Encore and said "one of those but with the best stereo." He offered to show me a Brilliant Blue Buick Encore with the Premium package and the top-end Bose stereo. We drove it and I was really surprised with just how much I liked the car. I am usually a "research the car to death" kind of person before I even consider a car, but this one was really nice. It drove well and was super comfortable and smooth. Ultimately I decided to have Dre run the numbers and I was soon on my way to owning a new blue mini-SUV. Dre and another salesperson, Charles MacDonald, were both amazing to work with and did all they could to make the experience a good one. My wife ultimately joined us, and being the accountant (she is an actual accountant) wanted to see all kinds of numbers and options. They were more than accommodating and we purchased the cool blue Encore. Again, Dre and Charles made the experience a good one. I would highly recommend the dealership to others and Dre and Charles as sales people. Also, though it has only been a few days, I would recommend the Buick Encore. A very nice vehicle!

Assisted with staying within the budget and Found a great used 2015 Lacross that I am very satisfied with. The 2015 Lacross only had 8100 miles on and had almost everything I wanted on it. I was looking for a specific model, color & features. I live in California but found the car I wanted at Liberty Buick in AZ. Danny was great and held the car for us as we needed to fly in on a Friday to pick it up. The dealership is about 30 minutes from the Phoenix airport. They had a car and driver meet us at the airport and then drove us out to the dealership. Top notch care!! The vehicle was parked out front ... Detailed and with a full tank of gas. Took it for a spin and knew it was definitely the car for me. Danny introduced us to the manager, got us something to drink and took care of all of the paperwork. Bought my first vette from these guys just a couple weeks ago. I don't live in the Phoenix area and made the 3-3.5hr drive with my family and they treated us great. We had a little miscommunication on my first trip there 2 days prior but they worked very hard to make the deal work...and it worked. Lots of time went into our deal, but overall it was definitely worth it. On our second trip there, they took such good care of us, I was really blown away. I have never had a dealership treat me or my family so well...and I trade my vehicles every 12-18 months so I see a lot of dealerships! I would highly recommend visiting them. If you do, make sure you get in touch with either Josh or Justin. They filled the tank on my wife's car, the vette, gave us a 25 dollar Visa card....and to top it off....paid for our dinner! They also ordered me the second key and mailed it to me! Do they care about doing what's right and taking care of the customer? Visit them and see for yourself...but I say they do. I wouldn't hesitate to buy from them again.

I purchased a 2014 Lacrosse in January 2015 (it had been a "loaner") from Liberty Buick. I had previously owned a 2012 Lacrosse which was a great car. This technically new car is a beautiful car, too. A few days later, I notice that it had a "popping" sound coming from the left front wheel area when making a turn. This was a concern to me. I brought it back to Liberty Buick...numerous times. Jim Frith was patient and concerned. It took many times of trying various fixes. Finally, Bruce Irving rode with me, heard the faint popping, and he told the service technician how to drive it to duplicate the sound.....The end result is: NO MORE popping sound and the car drives like a dream. I am happy with the persistence, patience, and professionalism of Jim Frith and Bruce Irving. I will return for service and probably for my next car.

Saw a used vehicle that was a new listing on the Internet for $15,000. Drove over immediately and checked it out and was interested in purchasing. That's when the games began. Even though it was listed for $15,000, they wrote up purchase for $16,500 base price plus $863 for "shop fees" making the vehicle $17,363, even before taxes, licensing, etc. I told them it is totally misleading to advertise it on the Internet for $15,000 and then make it over $2,000 more when you go to purchase. They claimed the vehicle price listed on the Internet was before it had been inspected by the shop. That makes no sense. Why would they list it along with a price before it had been checked out?! Even then, they claimed the shop fees were $863, so where did they come up with the base price of $16,500. I had an overall feeling of dishonesty and deception when dealing with them. I walked away without the vehicle and would never go back to this dealership again.

We had an hour drive to get to Liberty Buick and we were beginning to wonder if it was worth the trip. Then we met Annie West, the Internet contact. She was very cordial and excited. I think she was almost as excited as we were when we saw the car. Although she was the representative of the dealership, she also represented us. She and Tim, the finance director, made what is often a difficult process, a fun one. Our only complaint was with the young man who was in charge of detailing the car. He left the mats dirty, trash in the car, and sand that had not been vacuumed out. His was a small part in the purchase of our new vehicle and everyone else made the experience positive.

About 2 weeks ago The wife and I went car hunting. We visited a few dealerships then she wanted to look at Buicks. So, I called the dealership and spoke a finance person and told him our situation and he assured us that he could meet our needs. As soon as we got up there we spoke to a salesman and the finance person(that we'd spoken to over the phone beforehand so we wouldn't waste anyone's time. Then the salesman came back and told us he couldn't do any better then $50 more a month then we'd previously talked about. Then, I told him no, that wasn't acceptable and started to leave when the salesman stopped me, looked me in the eye "smiling" and said "You'll think it over and call me back in 2 days, To which I "firmly replied, " No, I won't" and left. Two days later he called me and said that he could make a deal about $30 more then the agreed on monthly and then I told him, "To late" The day we left Buick we went next door and got a 2014 Pssat with GAP for what we wanted in a monthly payment. This dealership was so arrogant, the worst in my over 30 yrs of buying vehicles. The fact that this still is with me after 2 weeks is just how badly we were treated. Another salesman even called us about a week later and apologized for how badly we were treated and told me that I was him, he'd have hung up the phone when answered. This was just "very,very bad" all around. As far as Buick, I'll never buy one.

From the beginning it was bad. Test drove 1 car and wanted to test drive another guy said he would be right back with the key, never came back. Turns out he was helping someone else. So as we were about to leave someone else helped. Turns out we liked the vehicle but they were trying to over price the car from the beginning never wanted to start from what the Internet price was and wouldn't go a little lower on the Internet price either. Asked day one for a spare key been getting run around. The salesman said it would be $125 for spare key thought that was high so I called the parts department just to ask they quoted me $78 I said the salesman was going to charge me $125 he said they don't know what they are doing. If you ever need anything call parts department. So salesman was trying to pocket extra money. Nice to know.

I brought my new 2014 LaCrosse in to have the window tinting on the back windows redone, and also to get the new key programmed. Both things were accomplished. I had also had a concern about a popping noise in the left front wheel when turning right. The service department checked it over and could find nothing wrong....so hopefully it is fine. I do enjoy coming back to Buick on Bell Road--this is my second LaCrosse. Jim Firth and Charles MacDonald are both very helpful and friendly :)

I saw a Dodge Journey I was looking for online, put in my email address and phone number, and within 10 minutes I had a call from Jeremiah Duncan. He went out of his way to answer all my questions about the car and even sent me additional pictures since I live out of town. We spoke to another Buick Dealer and they weren't able to get us anything in the same price range for the same payments. Liberty went out of their way to get me what I wanted. Having had terrible experiences with three different dealerships in Tucson, Arizona, I decided to try dealerships in and around Phoenix instead when it came time to replace one of my vehicles.After several hours of web-crawling to find the right vehicle for us, I found that a dealership named Liberty Buick in Peoria appeared to have the largest inventory of the vehicle we were looking for (a Buick Enclave). So I called Greg Steward at Liberty to set up a day to visit. Now, I'm almost 65, and my experiences with dealerships in Ohio, and Arizona were terrible. So I was not looking forward to this visit.My wife and I arrived on a Thursday afternoon, and found one of the Enclaves listed on the web site that we liked. The car was advertised as an "internet special", and was exactly as advertised. Greg was very personable and explained a lot about the Enclave. Please note this was the first Buick I ever considered looking at. After a test drive we decided to make the purchase. At no time was there ANY pressure to buy, and the process was totally painless. No pressure from the finance guy, Tim Johnson, either. In fact, this was the most pleasant experience I have ever had with an auto dealership.We left with the car about 3 hours after arriving, and on the 2-hour drive home I encountered some wheel vibration at speeds around 60. I called the dealership the next day, and was advised bu Jim Frith, a service adviser, to bring the car back so they could correct the problem. I did so, and the dealership replaced the tires and had them load-balanced with no quibbling. Now, the car was used and sold to us as-is, so Liberty was under no obligation to do anything. But they totally exceeded my expectations, and I am extremely happy with the car.

The total sale was courteous, respectful, and responsive. Mike Murphy took all the time we needed to answer questions, demonstrate the car, and to show me the safety features and how the different gadgets worked. For me personally, the owner's manual is important but it is especially important with all of the new gadgets on this car. I bought a used car, which did not have a manual. Mike said that he would mail one out to me that afternoon. The thing that blew me away was that I could drive the car home that day. I already had pre approval for an auto loan through my credit union. The credit union advised me that I needed to provide them with a purchase order showing the exact amount and they would cut the check. Forrest Link was able to transmit the purchase order electronically so that the dealer got paid and I was able to drive away with my new car the same day.

Recently bought on 9/20 a used Buick Lacrosse at Liberty Buick. We worked with Michael Murphy over several days online and then came in on Saturday 9/20. He was very prompt with his answers to our e-mails, at all kinds of odd hours. Murphy was always courteous and helpful. He understood our situation was an unfortunate one (our other Lacrosse got flooded in a recent rain storm) that had to be solved right away. We loved our other 2013 Lacrosse, but with our financial loss of the car due to the storm, we had to buy a used car. Murphy was able to find 3 cars right away that would work for us with our budget and help us minimize our unfortunate loss.Our last experience at Liberty some years ago was not a pleasant one, it was high pressure. I was very hesitant to go to Liberty in the first place. Murphy (and later, Jason in Finance) changed our minds about Liberty Buick to a more positive one. I was very impressed by Murphy's helpfulness and professionalism. Murphy and Jason were great to work with.

We are waited on promptly and service done within the specified time. On one occasion, it was necessary for vehicle needed for a longer period of time and a loaner vehicle was provided. Staff is always pleasant and helpful. Facilities are always meticulous -- clean and pleasant atmosphere. We had to purchase a new tire and cost was less with the dealership than with other suppliers.

This dealership over prices their used cars by at least $10,000 from top retail. They lie to the customer that the blue book is not accurate. They don't have any morals and they will put a customer in a car that they cannot afford, just to make their high commission on their over priced cars. They don't have the prices in the windows of their used cars for that reason. They will change information on the financing application just to get the financing approved (illegal). The worst thing is that they know some of their employees have done this and those employees are still working for the dealership. If they were a decent company, they would fire the bad employees.

Thanks to Murphy, no BS or out-of-whack lease numbers. Just straight forward honest negotiation and a pleasure to do business with. We actually had the deal worked out before I got to the dealership. Murphey was great, he was not overly pushy and really supportive. He made the experience very easy and did not try and over charge us at all for our vehicle. We researched so many cars and looked at many different cars/dealerships, Murphey really offered us the best deal out of any other dealership we looked at. My husband and I were looking to get a family vehicle. I had my eyes set on a few different types of midsized SUVs and had been searching and searching, everytime I saw something I liked, I would call and the vehicle would be gone. I went to a tent sale at a dealership and the experience was terrible. I found a Kia Sorento that had all the bells and whistles that I wanted for an amazing price and oddly enough it was at Liberty Buick. I showed my husband, we decided to call and got the Internet Manager Jason Rosen, he told me he still had the vehicle, and my husband headed down there right away, I got a phone call a little later from my husband saying he was starting the purchase process, I headed down there with my 2year old. I checked out the car, fell in love. Jason had us out of there as quick as possible and was just super friendly and professional.Thanks for making our experience great, and selling us a top of the line family SUV. I still cant get over how nice it is and how lucky I am.

Looking for a vehicle at Liberty Buick and Liberty GMC was an exceptional experience. The staff is friendly, I received a fair price for my trade and there wasn't a big haggle with price negotiation. George Olachia allowed me to test drive what I was interested in and answered all my questions. He was courteous and spent time with me figuring out all the new controls and features of my SUV. Be very, very careful when you buy here and finance here. I have pretty bad credit and knew it, but they said not to worry they could get me financed. I filled out the app and they said I was approved with the down payment I agreed on and the monthly payments I agreed on. I told them I did not want to take delivery until they new I had been approved. They told me I was approved so I took delivery. A few weeks later they contacted me and told me I was not approved but they could get me approved with a larger down and a larger monthly payment. They wound up taking the car back and keeping my down payment. TAKE MY ADVICE DO NOT GIVE THEM THE DOWNPAYMENT OR TAKE THEIR CAR UNTIL YOU HAVE THE FINAL APROVAL!! THEY LIED TO ME, AND WILL PROBABLY LIE TO YOU!!

Here is your story: Our Enclave was having instances of hesitation upon acceleration. When I spoke to Jim in the service dept. on Saturday at 8:00 I was advised that the schedule was full, but I could bring it in and they would try to fit me in. He couldn't promise anything but he would try. The vehicle was dropped off at 9:30 At 1:00 we got a call that there was indeed a factory recall for this issue. However they would not be able to complete the work until Monday. We were told that we would be provided with a loaner vehicle until the repairs on our Enclave could be completed. Upon arrival we went to remove a car seat from our vehicle. Master service technician # 207 Keith was with our vehicle and stated that it was ready. Keith explained exactly what he had done to correct the problem. He had taken our Enclave for a test drive and it was ready. It is the Outstanding level of Customer Service from the Liberty Buick Service staff and technicians that keep us coming back. We purchased a used LaCrosse from this dealership and Michael Martino the internet manager. Not only did we did a smoking deal on it (the previous owner was from Sun City West), but the vehicle was in extremely good shape and low miles. Michael was fantastic and put the car on hold for us to get off work; explained everything and every gadget and option; make sure that there was a manual in it; washed the car and cleaned out the insides; filled it up with gas; and then proceeded to rush through the paperwork which made this the most enjoyable time that we have ever had at a dealership. (pretty surprising huh?) We were out of there in around two hours after we had spent the first hour driving it around and asking questions. No pressure, and this was the easiest and lowest stress in all of the cars we have purchased over 40+ years. I would go back to Liberty Buick again and to Michael in a heart beat. We have owned Fords, Chevys, Toyotas, Hyundais, Nissans, etc. but this is our very first Buick. What a great car; it looks and rides great; has more options on it than we'll probably ever use but they're there if we choose to use them; great gas mileage and so on. My wife is pretty picky in choosing her cars and always sets a high bar for her expectations. This has exceeded them. By the way, this hasn't been written by a car salesman which I typically always wonder when I read other reviews. I'll get nothing from writing this review but am just giving our viewpoint in how our purchase went. We were shocked to say the least. Good luck in your car buying experience. We now have a dealership to go to in our future whenever we need to buy again.

My sales person was Brad Tebrake, and from the start I told Brad I was just looking and when I was ready I would tell him, no pressure or hassle. My only concern is that I noticed a scratch on the drivers side of the car on the top panel near the hood has a new scratch on it that wasn't there before. I can't prove it was done during the oil change, but would remind you to protect the vehicles when you are working on them.

My car was there for a long time because they had to R/R the engine to fix an oil leak.The cost of this was paid by the insurance I took out when I bought the car. They also inspected the car for other problems and found that the RFwheel brg was loose. So they changed the hub assbly which was also covered by the insurance. So they did a good job. Our salesman, Jason Morrison, was excellent in giving us the details as to what our Enclave had before and after we bought it. I visited the showroom several times and he was not present, but the other agents were very helpful in answering any questions I had. Jason was indeed a professional. He was very patient with me and very knowledgable of the car's equipment.He took all the time he needed to make sure we understood how the equipment worked. If I did not understand anything, he would start over again and patiently show me. I wouldn't hesitate in coming back knowing Jason will be available to answer any questions I have. My experience at Liberty Buick was the best I ever had at a dealership. Jason Morrison, my salesman, was pretty much responsible for that. However, the staff I came into contact with from Liberty Buick also made sure I was well taken care of any time I needed assistance. Jason made my car purchase experience a pleasant one. He took me throughout the lot looking for the exact Enclave I wanted; one with leather bucket seats, navigation, moonroof, OnStar, satellite radio, and a plethora of features yet to be discovered. Jason was a pleasure to deal with. He made sure I understood all the features of the car I purchased, made sure I had a great deal offered to me, explained the warranties and all the extras the dealership had to offer. I just can't believe buying a car from a dealer would have been this great. We had visited Toyota with the idea of purchasing another Toyota Avalon as we were quite happy with our 2003 with 55,000 miles, but it was beginning to show its age on the interior. The car was running very well and we had changed our minds several times about trading it, but on this day we were going to visit other dealerships. We were flexible about whether to look at 2013, which dealers were offering at 0% financing or a 2014. We knew we wanted a champagne exterior and champagne interior as well. This pre-requisite limited our finding in the 2013 model. We were not completely thrilled with the appearance of the 2013 or 2014 Avalon Toyotas as they had introduced a combination of champagne, white, and black for the interior or plain black. We decided we better continue our search as we were not pleased with the appearance of these colors. Since we once owned a Honda Accord, we stopped at this dealership. My wife drove a new model, but was not happy with the smaller interior feeling of the car. We had once owned a Buick LaSabre so it was a comfortable decision for us to stop at Liberty Buick to look at their models. I had done some research on the Buick LaCrosse and that seemed a good fit for our needs. A 2014 champagne LaCrosse was driven to the front of the dealership for us to examine. It was spattered with raindrop dust and was not clean as a whistle, but it was the color we were looking for. The interior dash was chocolate and the leather interior was a beautiful champagne or as I tell my friends, a Starbucks Mocha Frappachino color! My wife did a test drive, I in the back, and Sales Consultant, Brad TeBrake in the passenger seat. Peggy was most comfortable with the car. Brad demonstrated the computer dash with all the amenities. The reputation of Liberty Buick was uppermost in our minds as one of the best dealerships, if not the best! We knew we were in good hands with this reputation. Brad was a competent sales consultant. No pressure to buy was put forth. A fair price for our Avalon was offered. We still had Lexus in the back of our minds and told Brad we wanted to look at their models before we made a final decision. Liberty was comfortable with allowing us that opportunity. We drove to the Lexus lot, looked at a couple of cars and realized rather quickly that the Liberty Buick LaCross and sales consultant Brad TeBrake was where we needed to finalize our new car purchase. We drove back to the Liberty Buick dealership within a few minutes, approached Brad with our final commitment, and completed the paper work for purchaseright on the spot. We didnt have our checkbook nor the title to the Avalon. The financial consultant suggested we finance the purchase at least for a few months since the percent was lower than the interest we are currently enjoying on our savings. Brad introduced us to Jim Frith who would be our Service Consultant. Mike Moline scheduled our pin striping. The people there are so easy to deal with, they don't pressure you and they make the whole process simple and easy. I dealt with Kevin Moore who was fantastic. This is the second vehicle I have bought there with Kevin. I had an Enclave which was a great car, and now have the smaller Encore. It's a fun car to dive but still an easy ride. I went into a neighboring dealership with my husband, he was looking at a used Enclave. I sat in the waiting area of Liberty for the majority of the visit because the waiting area was larger and I am handicapped so it was too difficult to maneuver through the vehicles with the sales person. I was approached by a striking young gentleman who introduced himself as Brad Tebrake. I made it perfectly clear to him that I was not in search of a new car and that my husband was already out on another lot with a sales person. He assured me that he was only assuring my comfort and wanted to offer me a cup of coffee or a water. He quickly gave me a cold bottle of water and a magazine from his own collection. He also escorted me to a more comfortable area with cooler air conditioning and a TV. When my husband was ready to leave (without purchasing the car) I promptly followed. We talked over the new possibility of the used vehicle he was interested in and pondered our options. My husband (Fred) was not entirely excited about buying from that specific salesman nor dealership which he had dealt because the salesman was not as thorough as he would have liked and refused to answer Fred's 100's of questions because "he had other customers to attend to." I told my husband about my encounter with Brad at Liberty and his tone quickly changed. We called in that evening, spoke with Brad and ended up buying a brand new Enclave from Liberty Buick! Best service hands down. Brad was a superb salesman and answered every question Fred and I threw at him-he even wheeled me over to finance and helped my husband with his "high tech" cane. Thank you so much, rad, for caring for two elders like us. You really went above and beyond and we can't thank you enough. Loving our new Enclave, too! Sending friends and family your way!

I initially visited this dealership by mistake. I was sent there by a partnered dealership to have a repair done on my SUV. Upon arrival, I was greeted with a friendly hello and a cold bottle of water by Brad Tebrake. He was aware that I was only in for a service but that didn't stop him from providing me with the best possible service and the utmost attention. He even went as far to call the other dealership and obtain all the necessary information to have my vehicle properly tended to. It seems the manager at the other dealership fell short when it came to maintaining my SUV, Brad quickly got it resolved and had me in a loaner and out on the road. He kept in contact with me the entire process, although I am well aware he is not in service, but a salesman instead. I have since sent him 2 referrals for vehicle purchases and will be purchasing a used vehicle from him within the next few months as a birthday gift for my sister. A+ in all categories from me!

We recently purchased a Buick Encore. Two years ago we purchased a Buick Regal Ti. We could not be more pleased with the Regal and the Encore seems to be everything that it was supposed to be. While we did sacrifice a little room trading in our Ford Edge compared to the Encore, the ride is much more quiet, the fuel economy far surpasses the Edge and just seems to be an overall better vehicle. Our salesman, Brad Tebrake, also sold us the Regal. It was a pleasant experience not having salesmen swoop down on us when we went to look at the Encore. We were actually able to walk around the lot for a few minutes before anyone even approached us. Then, they only asked if we needed help and have we been working with another salesman? I appreciated that freedom. As far as repairs and service, our Service representative, Jim Firth, was very good to work with. I did have to return my Regal for a repair of the Air Conditioning HI / Lo Pressure switch. It was repaired, the vehicle was washed and I received a call that it was ready in a very timely manner. I had previously dealt with a local Ford dealer exclusively since 1986. Purchased or Leased several vehicles from them, but they became very difficult to deal with. Liberty Buick is now my dealer of choice. Give them a chance, talk to Brad Tebrake and I believe you will be pleasantly surprised.

2008 Enclave with steering pump problem. Mike Liddicoat was very knowledgeable and accurately diagnosed the cause. It was previously misdiagnosed by a previous dealer. Liberty's service mgr agreed to cover the problem thru warranty because of this even though car was out of coverage. Liberty probably got a future sale because of the professionalism of the service department.

Though disorganized.But then I started getting cold call advertising from them on my cell.I'd left the cell number as a contact to pick up my truck.Not for their advertising use.I have not been able to get a contact to talk with me.Only voice mail.This is a blatent misuse of my personal data.I shouldn't have to get a burner phone to leave a number to pick up may car.This is just unprofessional greedy and despicible. Sales at it's worst.I used to like them though the service was disorganized and somewhat assembly lined for the customer.Now I don't know of I would trust them with an oil change.

Aside from the fact that I did not recognize the new 'SKINNY MIKE', the visit was very pleasant. I would, however, like to make the following observations: 1)It concerns me that brakes with less than 40,000 miles on them start rattleing and need to have a fix that the original assembly process should have prevented, and: 2) The loaner car I was given to drive for the day ( a Verano) with a FULL TANK OF GAS required 3.823 gallons of gas to refill it after I had driven it 53 miles (131 miles to 184 miles). This calculates to 13.87 mpg, not very good for a small car.The visit was very good,'Skinney Mike' handled everything quickly and efficiently. I will see you for my next maintenance requirement.

We have purchased over 20 vehicles, and our family has purchased several through Liberty Buick. The experiences were not positive. It has been our experience that a salesman is your best friend until you sign on the dotted line. Their overall attitude has been over-confident, argumentative and sometimes condescending towards our questions and concerns. We have avoided dealing with car salesmen for several years as the experience was usually a negative one.We did, however, try to get some information regarding a used vehicle at Liberty Buick. Our initial telephone call was with another salesman who promised to get back with us the same day with the information we requested. Having no return call after some time, we called Liberty Buick again, only to be told the salesman had gone home for the day. The only reason we drove by Liberty Buick was because it was on our way home. But we are very glad we stopped at the dealership to see the vehicle.Our first contact with Ryan Shippy (not the original salesman we spoke with) was very friendly. Great first impression - firm handshake, respectful manner and a true desire to assist us. Our questions and comments were treated with respect, and Ryan answered our questions concisely and completely without any attitude. He offered us several possible vehicles that might interest us and gave us the information about options and features to help us make an informed decision.We thought that our positive experience with Ryan might end once we got to the negotiation stage of the process, but again Ryan was respectful and concise about all our concerns. A deal was struck within the hour and we thought once the papers were signed, Ryan would turn us over to other personnel to finish the transaction. We were pleasantly surprised. Over the course of 20 minutes, Ryan had the paperwork in process. We got to know Ryan and his commitment to helping people. His values were apparent immediately; strong work ethic, commitment to the customer, and confidence in handling any questions or concerns we had. He followed us through every stage of the process, giving us updates about what would be done, when it would be done and who would be doing it. The financial manager was meticulous in preparing all the documents necessary for purchase of the vehicle, licensing and registration.Ryan was there after the paperwork was complete to wrap up the process with an overview of what would be done prior to picking up the vehicle the next day. I expressed concern about whether I could remember to bring the title to our trade-in and to our relief Ryan immediately offered to give us a "reminder" call the next morning. The very first comment we made after walking out the door at Libery Buick was that we had finally had our "first" great car buying experience! We cannot thank Ryan Shippy enough for the respectful, caring way he treated us. He turned an initially negative experience into the first positive one we've ever had. All the personnel at Liberty Buick, and especially Ryan Shippy, have earned our trust and loyalty.

I gave Liberty High Marks because:1. Brian Fitzpatrick 2.The Dealership Website which is easier to navigate than all of the other dealers we researched 3. From the friendly receptionist I first met to the last phone call I recieved from Mike in Service everyone strived to be professional, patient, and understanding.The Web site posted the dealers sales price without requiring us to call, making "shopping around" much easier. The clean dealership was comfortable and the "Finance Guy" was patient enough to repeat the specifics for some of us that can't follow the numbers quickly! Trading in your car is never pleasant because we always think our cars are worth more than the dealer wants to offer, but If you research your cars value on Kelly Blue Book, your pain will be minimized. Bryan Fitzpatrick made arrangements to take care of a few items that needed to be addressed with the New Verano we bought without any coaxing! And I recieved follow up calls from just about everyone from the dealership after we left checking to make sure we were satisfied!

I saw the Enclave on their website with an awesome discount. I inquired if it was still available, thinking in my head, no it isn't available it's a come on. Much to my surprise I had a response within an hour. The Enclave was still available and when I arrived at the dealership, 100 miles from my house, the salesman I was in contact with, had the car up front, ready for me to drive. He did not try and pressure me into a full price vehicle. I got the deal I wanted with only one trip out of the office by the salesman. Best car buying experience I have ever had.

At the urging of Rod Rademacher (he goes to my church), I brought in our 2009 Lucerne because of a rattle in the right front area. Mike Liddicoat went with me for a test drive and heard the rattle. I left the car at Liberty and got a ride home. A little after noon on the same day, Mike called and said the right front strut had to be replaced. It was under warranty. The Liberty front end tech is the greatest! No more rattles. I also got the tires rotated and balanced. It was time. Thank you, Liberty Buick!

They worked to find us the exact car we wanted and did not push 'extras' in the sale. Gordon took time to explain all the functions from the OnStar set up to the heated seats. The initial response from Brian was great as well as the follow up. He and Gordon make a great team. We purchased an Enclave and just love it. Very roomy and comfortable. After lots of research online, we set out to drive to dealerships that had the cars we were interested in. One of the dealerships was Liberty Buick. This dealership is 52 miles from our home, but we decided to include it in our search in spite of the distance due to a pleasant phone conversation with John Harrison. He showed us the 2 cars we had talked to him about and applied absolutely no pressure during our visit or departure. The next day we decided that a dealer much closer to us had the color of car we preferred, so we called and talked to a salesman to see if we could make a deal. He told us on the phone that our offer was reasonable so we went with the intent of buying. We sat down with this guy I now refer to as, "Sleaze", and walked out on him in less than 1 minute. From there we drove straight to Liberty Buick and asked for John Harrison. We made a great deal and drove a beautiful car home the same day. I have been involved in many car purchases during my long life and this was by far the most pleasant experience I've ever had, and well worth the very long drive.John Harrison's cell is 602-686-3456.

I brought my Lucerne to a local auto repair shop and was told I needed approx. $550 worth of work done and one of the engine mounts needed to be repaired right away. I brought the car to Liberty and found that only one of the two mounts needed to be replaced and it was covered under my drive train warranty. FREE. I loved it. And the work was done quickly.

I would have given 5's across the board except for an unfortunate misunderstanding on my initial visit. I was told that if we couldn't make a deal, they would at least fill up my gas tank. We didn't make the deal, and they only put $10 of gas in my tank. When I called them the next day, Josh & Justin were horrified to hear that had happened. They assured me that's not how they do business and to make it right, offered me a SIGNIFICANT discount on the car I wanted. When I drove back to make the deal, they also threw in several other perks to sweeten the deal even more. Josh & Justin get HIGH marks for customer service ...

Overall the only dealership that I would return to. Everyone is really nice and customer service is top noch. I recently went in for service because the last visit they didn't quite accomplish what was asked of them, but after speaking with the service manager he personally took care of me and my vehical and made sure all the issues were addressed. This is one of those dealerships you feel comfortable at and that doesnt happen everyday. anyone who has ever been in the market for a vehical knows its an uncomfortable experience but not here. they really do there best and make you experience as easy and comfortable as possible.

I was disappointed in the service department this trip. I had an appointment at 10:00 & I arrived a little early. I did not get away until almost 1:30! My visit was for an oil change and rotate & balance the tires. It doesn't usually take THAT long. I enjoyed a nice LONG visit with Tony Trifari but I would have preferred to be gone a lot sooner.

What is wrong with this dealership? After checking with several other dealers, they offered the most bang for our buck. When our lead salesman was out for a day (because his wife was having a baby), we were treated with kid gloves by his second. Picking the vehicle up went smooth as silk. We keep looking for the Achilles heel but have yet to find it. Would we recommend Liberty to friends and family? You bet we would!
