I went in for a oil change and tire rotation on June 23. They were swamped, and they still managed to get me in. They also did the recall, which I was going to schedule for later. Victor, the service manager and Charlie, the mechanic were thorough and polite. That is hard to find nowadays, especially at car dealerships.

I would highly recommend Lia Nissan of Colonie and my salesman Michael Digioia. Michael made the entire process very smooth and non stressful. He explained all the features of the car and set my wife's cell phone up. So she could call the kids when she left the dealer in her new car, which I was very appreciative of. I would recommend both dealership and Michael Digioia to family or friends.Thank you so much!

I would highly recommend Lia Nissan and my salesman David Seacord. David made the entire process very smooth and non stressful. He explained all the features of the car with patience,,which I was very appreciative of. I would recommend both dealership and Dave to family or friends.

Alex Gillespie greeted me with a smile and firm handshake-both appreciated. Alex understood exactly why I was there and what I wanted done. He estimated a one hour of work duration, and that's what it took. Alex showed me the original belt, and agreed changeout was a good idea. No Pressure! Alex also mentioned the rear brake pads were thin; I took his replacement soon advice under advisement.

Once again, my experience with Lia Nissan was a very positive one. I had a courtesy/follow-up appointment with Alex Gillespie of the Maintenance Department. Alex Gillespie,also,is another excellent addition to Lia Nissan and it was once again a pleasure to do business with Alex as well over the past month. He was knowledgeable, courteous and friendly and it was clear to me that his customer's satisfaction was his first priority. My maintenance check went smoothly and Alex Gillespie assured me that my 2016 Nissan Maxima was in tip-top shape and that was verified point-by-point in the Maintenance paperwork he provided me after my December 15, 2015 appointment. I would highly recommend Alex Gillespie to anyone who wants an experienced, knowledgeable maintenance/service representative. My personal thanks to you Alex Gillespie for a job well done!

I met Davis and Ali to buy Nissan Altima S Special edition car and the way Ali explains and understanding my concerns is awesome. His team is knowledgeble and they know very well on different programs which was offering by Nissan on interest rates and finance programs. They helped me to buy a vehicle which I liked. I totally recommend anyone who is buying a new car to visit Lia Nissan before making a decision.

We needed a reliable car for my mother, and we needed to buy it quickly so she would have it before Winter. Our sales consultant, Joel Elmore, was exceptional. He took the time with us to look at the cars in the lot. We found one but were hoping for a different color. Joel drove to another location to get the car with the color we wanted. My mother was undergoing chemo, and she was not well enough that week to come to the dealership to sign the paperwork. Joel kindly met us at the my mother's home so she could sign the papers. We never felt pressured. Instead we felt he was extremely helpful and went above and beyond. We decided to purchase our family car from Joel and the Colonie Nissan dealership, and we plan to continue going there in the future. Thank you!

This was my second buying experience at Lia and was just as problem free and pleasant as my first! Joel Elmore was my sales person. He was incredibly helpful and made me feel like he really understood not just what I was looking for, but what I needed in a car. I will definitely continue to use Lia for my vehicle needs and recommend them to everyone I know!

I started looking for a used Altima a couple of months ago. I gave Bob Sawyer a general idea of what I was looking for and when one came in he called me in and I bought it. Pedro Fernandez even got my bank to give me a lower interest rate! Great experience. P.S. alex Gillespie and hris in the servive Department have been great to me for the past several years.

I had a great experience buying used car from Lia Nissan and salesperson, Robert "Bob" Sawyer. Very professional and honest service through each step of the process. I have purchased a lot cars in my life and have met a lot of car salesmen... But have never had anyone to provide such superior customer service as Bob did. He is a great asset at Lia Nissan. I am happy with my purchase and will recommend Lia Nissan to all of my friends. Thank you!

I went to see the car I had in mind on a Sunday afternoon and was greeted amicably by Anthony who was knowledgable and funny. About a month? later I am a happy owner of that same vehicle. The dealership had to make a small repair which they were incredibly accommodating about. At no time did I feel pressured the way that other dealers tried. (good luck with that!) Overall a very pleasant experience.

If you want to get your car serviced this is where you should bring it. They are by far the best shop in the area. Don't make a Huge mistake and bring it somewhere else if to you know what I mean. Ryan Myers is the guy to ask for when to call. You will realize when you talk to him that he cares about you and your car.

I had a problem with my '14 Z develop on my trip up from Florida. I have visited Lia on past trips. Each time I have relied upon Ryan Myers to coordinate my service visits. On this occasion, Ryan went out of his way to arrange for a technician to correct my non-routine problem even though it was his day off. He personally discussed my issue with his colleague Chad who made sure to follow thorough on Ryan's behalf. Ryan met me the next day and thoroughly reviewed what was done to correct the problem. All in all, a great experience for me by Ryan and his team.

The service was performed thoroughly and the car was done before promised. Lia is fair and doesn't recommend replacement for parts, tires, whatever unless it is needed. Ryan Meyers was very professional !

I went in to have my car serviced and have a factory recall taken care of. The person who helped me was Ryan Myers he did a great job at getting my vehicle checked in and taken care of. He talked me through the process of what was going to be done, and took the time to make sure I understood everything. He and the other employees were very friendly and polite. I was very pleased at how quickly my car was taken care of and they even made sure to wash it afterward. The waiting room was very clean and accommodating, with coffee and muffins, and was spacious too. When my car was done Ryan came in personally and made sure to again explain how the service went and what was done to the vehicle. I highly recommend any one to get their vehicle serviced and or repaired at Lia Nissan. The staff there will make sure to get you in and out in a timely manner and make sure you are pleased along the way.

Recently purchased a new Rogue from Lia. From the beginning, I had a bad feeling about doing business with them. In the end, I pulled the trigger and purchased which was aided by their high pressure. The finance manager was the worst person I dealt with (very rude), but my salesman was good. They could have given me a bit more for my trade and could have refrained from bad mouthing 2 local competitors. Delivery took nearly 4 hours when I was told "we'll have you out of here in an hour." I was also passed through multiple people. Had shopped her previously and didn't end up buying due to extremely low value for my trade. Another dealer, which i ended up buying at, gave me $2,500 more. They love to undervalue trades and use high pressure tactics.

Con - after taking a test drive of a used vehicle, and pointing out crash damage that was not indicative of the 'gently used' description and pricing, the 'buy it today special pricing' initially offered us was over $1000 more than the advertised price. 'Oops, our mistake but we'll honor that advertised lower price'. Claimed I had found crash damage their personnel hadn't, even though it was fairly obvious when you took a few minutes to examine the vehicle. They're either very sloppy or dishonest, take your pick. Pro - very friendly during all of the attempts to jack the price up, which was appreciated and helped blunt the disappointment of the other tactics experienced. The sales room setup is friendly as you talk at banquet tables in an open atmosphere and aren't isolated from everyone like some dealerships do to heighten sales pressure. Negotiations were fairly quick which was also a nice surprise.

I've never been one to recommend a car dealership before, but Lia Nissan in Colonie far exceeded my expectations. It's not like any other dealership we've EVER been to. We had the pleasure of working with Zaccary Danison who went above and beyond for us. He made sure we were absolutely happy with our new Nissan Sentra purchase. From the first time we walked into the showroom to the time we drove off in our new car, we felt we were in great hands with him. Everyone there was super. We're telling everyone we know that Lia is the place to go!

In October 2012 I purchased a new Nissan Rogue and was extremely happy with the entire sales experience. I have since been in two times for service and have been very happy with the professional manner and timeliness of the service experience. Yesterday we decided to lease a second car. Don (sales), Mike (business manager) and Ali (sales manager) went above and beyond to make this lease experience a truly exceptional one. We would like to commend the entire Lia team on a job well done. We will most certainly be back for our next car purchase!

I live ten minutes from the Nissan in Saratoga but decided to go to Lia instead, based on other's reviews. I took the 45 minute drive and am so ecstatic that I did. Cesar was my salesman and was everything a salesman should be: attentive, considerate, patient, honest and knowledgeable. The process was relatively quick, painless, informative and fair. I've never had so much fun and ease when purchasing a new vehicle. This dealership is hands down 5/5 in all aspects of the sale process. I wish I remembered everyone's name to mention them but hopefully they see this and know who they are!

I had a great experience buying my 2013 Nissan Altima. The salesman, Santiago, was very patient and accomodated me on several different visits with many different test drives for new and used cars. At the end of the day they were able to make a deal with me so that the new car made the most sense. Santiago kept in touch both by phone and over text. Follow up maintenance has been smooth for the most part. On one visit the dealership did not have the required equipment to fix a glitch in the car's computer. However they obtained the equipment in a subsequent visit. All in all I would go to Lia Nissan again!

Truly, Lia Nissan was top notch. Dave Bertuch, Ali Khan and salesman Tony Wheeler made a typically stressful transaction go very smoothly. I couldn't be happier with my Nissan Sentra. I've also been very impressed with the service manager (I believe her name is Shay?) She's always super friendly and her team gets all of my routine maintenance done fast!

What I like the best about this dealership is its exceptional customer service. The staff here is right there to help you. You don't have to wander aimlessly around before someone comes up to you or worse yet never even acknowledges that you are even there. They get you in and out in a timely manner. I highly recommend this dealership.

I bought a certified pre owned Nissan Altima in 2011. the sales experience was smooth and courteous. I had checked prices around multiple dealers and Lia was the only one that listed their real prices online, other dealers gave me the "that one is gone, this one is a little more" story. Since my purchase my experience with their service department has been great. Staff listen, are courteous and their prices are good, I no longer bother with quickie lube because Lia matches that price and i'm assured dealer service. The waiting room has wifi and is very clean. when i've need an overnite repair they quickly provided the rental promised in my service agreement. I can't say enough about Alex and the other staff in service.

Lia Nissan is by far the best dealership to buy a car. They went above and beyond in getting me the car I wanted. Tom Gear is an amazing sales person - honest, fair, reliable and accomodating. I will be buying an Altima from this dealership when I am due for another new car. They offer fair pricing which in these economic times is a plus. Of course, the Altima is an amazing car! Darlene
