I want to start by saying Julio is the man! Julio is the type of person that treats people with the upmost respect. He just didnt just ask how I was doing but how my family was doing and what has been going on since three last ago when I bought the last car. Julio really wanted to know how I was doing personally. It was like we were best friends who havent seen each other in a while, hit it off again instantly. Behind reconnecting again, he had all the paperwork taken care of when I got there so we didnt have to waste any time. Julio took the time to go over everything to make sure it was correct and up to my standard (dont worry everything was correct ha). This is business 101 and very efficient which I appreciated. Next was the finance manager who was just as equally friendly and professional. He asked me a number of personal questions to try and get to know. He didnt try to hustle me out of more money and buy anything I wasnt comfortable with. This is how the car dealership industry should be instead of peoples common misconception. When you go to Lexus of Queens you are treated with nothing else but the best as if everyone was a member of their own family. I would also like to take a second and tell you how clean the waiting area was and how comfortable. When you walk into the waiting room, it looks inviting from the seats, to the newspapers, to the food, etc. There are plenty of seating, drinks, snacks, bagels & coffee for everyone. Most dealership just have a few cars but not Lexus of Queens. Everything is first class here.

i recently came in to get several things done. i had been putting off having to come here because dealerships in general are very dreadful and the last few times ive been here it was just as brutally slow and unorganized. well i should have just came in sooner because now everything is amazing. the pre owned department has made a complete 180 since Mike M. joined. He used to be a tech guy but now he is assisting the pre owned manager and department. really i should say he is the pre owned department. he was able to help me with all my issues from getting new batteries in the fobs and got me all weather mats and chargers and whatever else i could think of without a question and all with a smile. hell be glad to help with any inquiry what so ever so dont dread going there like i did and just go in and ask for mike.

I had an AMAZING experience with purchasing my 2014 IS 250 from Lexus of Queens!! Our sales person Julio Perez was extremely courteous and so knowledgeable of his product. After looking at the many choices available, Julio helped me choose the right vehicle for my needs. I wanted to stay within my monthly budget parameters & I wanted 4 wheel drive. This Lexus IS 250 is a wonderful car, it has incredible handling and pickup, not to mention gadgets,, really nice GPS system. There was a little cosmetic touch up needed on the vehicle and I was given a loaner car in the meantime. Julio kept me apprised throughout the process and the service turnaround was super quick and the touch up paint was beautiful! I couldn't have been happier with the ultimate service I received from our salesperson Julio Perez, Evan Leppert the Finance Manager, and Danny in the service dept. Although it was a used car we bought for our 16 year old daughter, we were treated like it was a new car. Richard Emerson bent over backwards for me to make sure the vehicle was to my liking. Car was advertised with navigation, which in the end it did not have. Said they sold it 2 days ago, still appears on all of their sites. Then I received another email asking me to come and see the car?! Asked her to verify the car is on the lot. Response, yes it is! I don't think they are well organized!

The best thing that could've happened to me is when Lauren answered the phone when I called Lexus of Queens to acquire about a Lexus. Lauren was great!! Me and my wife leased RX 350 from Lexus of Queens and I can easily say it was one of the best experiences we've ever had. First of all this place treats you like you are their best customer from the moment you walk in. We did a test drive and negotiated the price a little, the same day we got an email from the general manager Ken Wartel asking about our experience. We also had the pleasure of working with Business Development Manager Inna Katsman. No matter how many questions we asked she addresses all our questions and concerns, helped us a lot along the way. We also got to meet with finance manager Alex Quinteros. Such a nice guy. He explained everything about our lease and terms. If you are in the market looking for a Lexus go talk to these guys, you wont regret it.

When you want to buy cars, you are always worried about the haggling you have to do with the dealer, and how good the car would be, if it's pre-owned etc. I bought a pre-owned lexus HS250h from Lexus of Queens. I just saw the car on their website, and I called the sales team. It was Andrew Choi who I dealt with and we did the deal just over the phone, negotiated the price in just 5 mins. It was quick and simple, Andrew got back to me and said his manager approved the deal. Two days later, I went with the cheque and was out of the dealership in a couple of hours. The dealer showed each and every minute detail of the car, how to operate its navigation, infotainment. I dealt with Alex ( finance Manager) and he is a great guy too. He did not force me to buy anything extra, just showed me what Lexus could offer in terms of extended warranty etc and left the decision to me. Over all a great experience. 5 stars to the dealership, Andrew and Alex.

After evaluating cars at the NY auto show I decided to look at 2016 Lexus RX 350.I made an appointment at Lexus of Queens and met Charlie Villa. Charlie was very professional, knowledgeable and easy to deal with. He showed me the model with the options I am interested in and offered a test drive. After going to another dealer(Bayridge Lexus) which I did not like my wife and I made another appointment with Charlie. We had a deal with no hassle or pressure. The suv was delivered at the promised date and time. Chris the tech specialist was very pleasant and explained the basic technical aspects of the vehicle. The entire sales staff especially Matthew Villacis was world class amazing, From the time you walk through the from door until the second you drive off, you are treated like royalty. I had leased a used Lexus ES 350 about 3 years in June, and that's when I first met Andrew. It was my first car and the whole process was all new to me. But Andrew was there to help me out every step of the way, showed me all the options I had and in the end I was very happy with the lease. My lease was almost up and I was wondering what I should do when it was finished. I contacted Andrew again and he still remembered me! I asked him my lease is almost done what should I do- he said he'd look out for a really good car for me. And last week, I returned my lease and leased another used car, a GS350, that looks brand new! About two weeks ago. My wife, daughter and I went to see a 2011 ML350 that was on sale at this dealership. Our experience initially was not very pleasant because after all seemed set and done, the vehicle had an emissions problem and did'nt pass inspection. Now needless to say, this was the vehicle I was researching on and off, for a couple of months, so when I was able to find it, with the criterias that I had been looking for, i thought I was set. It was a very big dissapointment learning of the issue and we were ready to walk out. During this time Mathew, our sales consultant, which by the way, is probably the youngest one there, went above and behond answering any questions and taking his time to assist us. He got to know us a little bit better, understanding why we wanted that particular vehicle, at the same time explainning certain things about the buying process that I had almost overlooked; Especially since I had a trade in, it became more of challenge because I had negative equity. Mathew stepped up big time by not allowing us to just settle and leave unhappy. Mathew asked to show us a couple more vehicle that fit most, if not all, of the things we wanted. We agree to "take a look" on our way out. I was already in a negative mood and rightfully so, a bit turned off. After a couple of attempts, he showed us a 2011 BMW X3 xDRIVE35i. Again, I was being a bit negative, but polite and immediately mentioned that it was smaller that what I wanted. Mathew smailed and just walked us over and did his thing. he showed us everything that it had to offered and paired with his knowledge and calm demenour, we were sold. Mathew, made something great out of a lost sale, seemingly. Both my wife and I have worked in the costumer service industry for over 15 years. We were pleasantly impressed by Mathew's syle and honesty. We both told him so and expressed the sentiments to the finance manager, that even when we ended up paying a noticeable amount more in monthly payments, we told him that we were willing to strech our montly budget goal because it was a great vehicle and because they had a great asset to their sales force in Mathew. The vehicle is great. I was most definetly not thinking owning a BMW but I'm very happy with my purchase. So thank you Mathew. I will recommed anybody looking to buy a vehicle, to him. I see a bright future if he chooses this path and carreer

Thank you Lexus of Queens for treating me like a "queen." Just purchased a 2012 Hybrid Toyota Camry and sales staff member Andy got me a brand new fender as a part of the deal and worked with my budget to bring down the cost of the car by 1k. Inside the beautiful and comfortable dealership you are given complimentary snacks, drinks tea/coffee at the snack bar, they even have a free children's play area-over all a very, very elegant experience, very, very diverse staff that make everyone feel comfortable. No attitudes or wierd vibes whatsoever, they treat you like family all the way. I bought a Toyota in 2007 at another Queen's dealership and had a totally different experience. Lexus of Queens met all my needs and I don't see myself going anywhere else again as long as I live in the area. I wish every dealership was this inclusive, and friendly. Everyone smiles at you and you can tell it's genuine. They really want to take care of you and make you happy, not just sell you a vehicle. Love you guys!

This was my first lease so understandably I was apprehensive with this new move. I normally finance my vehicles but decided to try something different.I first met with Charlie Villa, the car salesman who I test drove with. He was patience with me during the hours that I spent with him. An overall good experience. I then met with Raj "Paul" who is the sales manager for Lexus. He was extremely knowledgeable, (his years of experience showed) and patient with me through this long tedious process. He made me feel at ease and was not pushy like the other salesmen/managers that I had experienced in the past. I left... Or should I say drove out with my new Lexus NX 200 sport a satisfied customer. I knew I received the best deal from Raj and drove off with a smile. I also can't forget Jay, the delivery specialist, who thoroughly went over Each component of my car... literally inside and out. He was patient and informative and had told me that if I didn't understand how things worked, to come back again and he would personally go over it with me.Overall, I had a great experience from the front desk staff that offered me coffee every time I walked in to the sales manager as I drove off the lot. I live in Brooklyn I called to make an appointment a week in advance came in and no one was there to help me or tell me where to go I waited 5 minutes till someone finally told me wait here cause the rep is on the phone Wich took another 15 minutes and then finally I come in no apologies and he tells me that there is 280 diagnostics fee after I had asked on the phone if there is any charges and they had told not if it's under the warranty so I ask to speak to the manager just to tell him my experience so instead of I'm sorry he gives me atitude and screams on us

I called in seeking a vehicle I spoke to Willie Ahmed, I explained to him that I was a no-nonsense guy-he treated me with courtesy and professionalism he truly was amazing,there were no games no tricks. I was in and out of there in 2 hours or less. Evan the finance manager was fantastic there was no pressure from either of them to buy anything extra,I did not want the extended warranty Evan was like "OK NO PROBLEM" he did not push it or try to talk me into it, they gave me a great deal,treated me fairly and honestly and Evan help me get a lower rate on my loan.It truly was a very pleasant experience. Mr Ahmed even came in on his day off to accomodate my schedule. Dealership was very clean and all the employees were nice,they offered me beverages all day long...It was an amazing car buying experience and they sincerely deserve this review. I visited the dealership after number of emails back and forth. One sales consultant passed My request and contact to another one and we finally agreed to meet at 9 am the next day. When I showed up nobody was there not even a receptionist . They were all in the meeting until 9:20 and Andrew Choi set me up for 9am. Not only that he was rude making stupid comments very uninviting and made me feel uncomfortable. He actually said " You should go to other dealership". I've done businesses with Lexus, BMW, Infiniti dealership as well as Honda and this kind of attitude from sales consultant is hard to come by. The bottome line, I went to Rallye Lexus who treats their customers with respect and smile. No rush, no stupid comments and no playing games. I can't believe someone so untrained and have poor mind set about treating customers when it comes to auto sales is working for premium brand like Lexus.

Matthew Villacis was not only professional sale person,but he was very kind and respectful. He answered every question and gave us feeling that our decision is right. I went in to purchase a lexus RC 350 I first wanted almost 45 min to be helped. When I was finally helped the sales agent didn't even answer my questions and had no clue about the car or price. All he did was give me numbers which were outrageous that he pulled from the top of his head. I ended up going to Lexus of Ralleys and purchased the car from them. They were helpful and not rude like Terry the obnoxious rude saleman.

Scam scam I check Lexus RX 350 2010 price was $17900 on internet I call Lexus dealership to confirm price and RX 350 wast sold or not , they said yes still in showroom . I talk couple of people they yes SUV here not sold , I tell charlie and sales girl Enna I am coming from New Jersey . To make sur car was not sold they keep saying yes SUV was not sold come to the our office .She keep calling about my appointment . 4pm. I call her to tell Charlie I am stuck in traffic be there 5 pm she said no problem come b4 6 . Finaly I went there . Sales guy come to me his name is Mathew / Andrew , he said yes suv here and he show me and asking me if I am interested to testing drive .. I said no let's make a offer , I told Him the price $17,000 . He let me talk to my manager . After 10 minutes later he told me here is 1 good news and 2snd bad news ,I asking about good news he said your offer is approve for $17,000 . I ask him what was the bad news he said suv was sold buy 2 people they have 2 deposit . If I want I can give him 3rd deposit to him . Then I was so pits off ,why they tell me SUV was sold or deposit taken by other 2 people . They said deposit taken 5 pm . I was there since 5 pm . It's not scam ... After they telling me take other suv , why they doing falls marketing . And when the customer come switch around to other suv.

Gave him a deposit on Sunday afternoon and pick up the vehicle on Tuesday afternoon. He delivered what he promised. I visited this Lexus dealership after I visited one in New Jersey. I called the sales department at this dealership by phone specifically asking about the 2015 RX 350 models available in its inventory and they told me they had several in stock. When I made the trip just an hour or two after the phone call, I spoke to Andrew and discovered that they only had one model, which they offered for an absurd amount. I showed him the December to Remember deal available online through their website, and exaggerated an upfront cost of $6,200. Not only did Lexus of Queens falsely advertise their business, the sales consultant was consistently rude to parents in his side comments. He suggested we drive a Hyundai instead if we weren't ready to shell out what he wanted. We took our business to Rallye Lexus in Long Island, which I highly recommend.

What an absolute disaster this dealership is. Tommy our sales person looked for reasons to not sell us a car. Howard the finance manager is a classless (expletive) who is lucky I never met him in person to tell him what I really think of him. They don't call you back. Zero people skills. Tommy wouldn't even pull the car out for us to test drive. Had to almost walk to get the car for a test drive. My mother (who is the buyer) was never greeted or thanked when we did make the deal. I cancelled the deal and took my mother to buy another car from a dealer that understands customer service. Mind you, I'm in the business for years and disclosed that early on trying to make the process easier. Zero courtesy. Steer clear. This is their first review in months. Wonder why. Maybe they got tired of writing their own reviews because the experiences that are listed on this forum are the furthest thing from reality based on our experience.

Walking into the dealership made you feel as if you were in a 5 star hotel lobby. You are offered coffee and refreshments. The receptionist immediately calls for a salesperson who accompanies you around the showroom. There was absolutely no pressure put on us to purchase a car. It was such a pleasant experience. Our salesperson Cati answered every question we had and wanted us to be happy with whatever decision we made. I use to take my RX350 for service. That ended about a year ago. But had to this time around bc I was in a bind and needed a safety issue checked out. I requested an appointment online (which was confirmed) that also requested a loaner vehicle. Upon my arrival, there were no appointment listed for me and a loaner vehicle was not available. It should not be a customer's problem that your online website and app is failing your business. If you have one up and running, make sure it works. Meanwhile I'm dealing with my issue, there was someone else there complaining bc she had dropped off her vehicle to be detail and there were still debris in the car. THIS had also happened to me in the past. As well as having my FOB key battery changed. After picking that up, the low battery light still came on. When that was brought to their attention, they said it can be a FOB issue. After running a diagnostic on that, there were no issues and another battery was put in. Now I just change my battery myself. Less grief. And still, no FOB issue as they claimed before. Another service issue I've had here deals with mileage maintenance. One of the punch items were to rotate my tires. Knowing how they normally fail to complete the list, or say they did but never actually do it, I personally marked my tires with colored air caps. When picking up my car, the tires were in the same position. All this have been brought up to the customer service dept and they don't even seem phased. The lack of customer service is next to none. Which is not even the main issue that I have. But services that I am paying for are not being done. In the 15 minutes that I was there, they allowed 2 unhappy customers to walk out the door. And in this day in age with social media, service recovery is very important. There was a reason why I stopped going to Lexus of Queens. Today reminded me of that. The gas station at the corner will prob do a better job. They will at least do the actual work and not just say they did. You are a luxury car dealer. Act like you know how to handle the luxury experience. #lexus #lexusofqueens

When you think of a prestige company like Lexus you asume that they should offer good service and the knowledge. Unfortunately that what we thought when our mechanic made our a money making machine for him self so we brought the car over to Lexus of queens. We asked the representative Josh to give us an honest opinion as far as all the problems with this car and tell us if it's wrothed to spent any money on it considering it being a 1999 car. This was in February. He gave us a full diagnostic report which we were charged and estimated over $6000 cost that should have had one year grantity. Falling for their name and so called reputation we agreed to have it done. Our car never been fixed properly been to them twice we had to pay additional $8,000 and they are making new issued as they go. They are running a scam with used cars by making it a money making machine. No honest service and honor there.

It is very disappointing to me the way i'm was treated at Lexus of Queens. I bought a 2008 Lexus GS350 from here. The car was sold to me after being in an accident(this was never communicated to me) and the car fax was never given to me after I asked numerous times. Every time I asked for the car fax the subject was changed. So I complained to the Better Business Bureau. At that time Ken Wartel (the manager) gave me a 2 years oil service and finally sent a "wheel and tire" warranty that was promised from the start. The car had a shaking while driving. I took it to Mavis (a friend worked there) and they told me that all the rims are bent. I brought it in and the techinican told me all rims are bent. So i tought i would make use of this Tire and Wheel warranty. When I get there. Lexus of Queens had NO RECORD of this wheel and tire warranty. I had to send a copy of the warranty. This was very odd.. This to me seemed like a scam. How can a company offer a warranty but no one could find it?I had 4 of my rims bent at the time of the visit in October 2013. Only 2 were changed. Rohan told me then that the warranty company will not change all the rims and tires. That i had to come back. This to me is also a scam. I brought the car back again in August 2014 and asked them to change the rear rims and they only changed one. Another Scam.The car was brought back yet again, The tire has a nail in it. The warranty company would not honor the warranty. The rim and the tire will not be changed once again. Because the tread is low. Now a year has gone by since my first request to change the rim and tire a This is a scam.I'm being promised something by Lexus of Queens but they left out the part, the warranty company picks and chooses what they want to replace. This is a scam.Some words of advice to help the dealership run honestly:1) If the car has been in an accident please let the customer know.2) When a customer asks for a CARFAX before the time of sale, please provide it.3) Please do not offer this wheel and tire package to ANYONE without giving them the details of what this stupid warranty is. Please stop scamming your customers.

When I inquired about a certified pre-owned vehicle I had seen on cars.com, I received prompt emails from the dealership. The problem was that I received emails from 3 different people, all stating pretty much the same thing in form language, making it confusing as to who I should be interacting with. I scheduled a date when I planned to visit the dealership and received, again, multiple emails and calls from multiple individuals. Clearly, there was no coordination within the dealership creating a redundancy of responses. When I arrived at the dealership, I was referred to another individual, Charlie Villa, who showed me the vehicles and accompanied me on my test drive. Charlie had a very nice manner, not pushy, very informative, down-to-earth. I found him to be quite helpful and pleasant to deal with. I ended up putting a down-payment for a car that I will pick up this coming weekend.

After doing my research using various internet resources, I located a preowned vehicle that Lexus of Queens had on their website. With speedy response via instant messenger through their site and a quick phone call I was at the dealership the next afternoon. From the moment I pulled through the gate and was greeted by the valet, I was treated like a member of the family. Friendly, courteous, and attentive staff went a long way to see that my experience at this Dealership was nothing short of stellar. Although "my" vehicle was not a Lexus product and a low production and rare find Jeep GC SRT product, it made no difference with the treatment I received. The place was immaculate, including the attached indoor facility where my vehicle was housed. One could eat off the floor. The truck was in flawless condition and vehicle history was freely discussed. They even worked with me on the price. While I am a native New Yorker, and I am used to, and welcome the rigorous chess game of cut throat negotiations, including being in the middle of the sales person, and "final say" finance managers, I did not feel stressed, pressured, misled, or uncomfortable at all. Staff was very knowledgeable and every detail was on point. My experience was not a traditional one where you, after hours of battle leave the dealership needing an alcoholic beverage. I would definitely recommend Lexus of Queens to anyone who is looking for a positive car buying experience, and wants to get rid of the typical "car salesman stereotype" of past experiences. Salesman Andrew Choi, Howard, Manager Barry, Richard, and GM Ken Wartel, true gentlemen and a class act. Thanks Boys! I had been researching the exact car I wanted for some time - Model, make, color combo, accessories etc. And I was unwilling to settle for anything less no matter how long it took. As luck would have it there were a few very minor things that needed attending to on my car, so naturally when I drove into the dealership on Friday August 16, 2013 it was with some trepidation about how I would be treated. ALL I CAN SAY IS I COULDN'T HAVE BEEN TREATED BETTER. From Victor who greeted me, to my salesman Henry and all the way up to the General Manager who came out to meet me and to apologize that I had to return so soon, every one there couldn't have been more accommodating. I just had a wonderful experience leasing a new Lexus ES. My salesperson Terry Sanichar contacted me about an early buyout of my prior ES lease and to my surprise I got put in a brand new and much improved ES for about 50 dollars less a month with no more money down than the prior lease required. I was treated fairly and honestly. As a female shopping for a car alone, I initially felt that a visit to a dentist was a better idea than car shopping alone. The salesman (Henry) and the General Manager (Ken) both worked with me to give me the best possible price. They did not rush me or try to sell me something I did not want. I started my buying process on-line to narrow down the available dealerships. All dealers make quotes and they are all usually close dollar wise, but Lexus of Queens was head & shoulders above the others in terms of response time and customer service. Not only is the dealership very inviting, the hole team is very customer focused. My wife and I decided after our first meeting that we were going to buy a car from her based on her knowledge and honesty. When returning our previous leased Lexus we knew we wanted another Lexus. Looking at the options and pricing we were pleasantly surprised with the offer given to us, which we took. It took some time, but in the end (6 months later) it was all straightened out. At one point they even had one of the service people drop the registration off at my house. They sold me a 2002 RX300 with ATV dry Rotted tires and rotted timing belt, and, all other belts had dry rot. They refuse to replace the rotted tires unless I pay for them with an offer of $10.00 off each tires. The first month I had to replace the timing belt, water pump and all other belt at a cost of $825 that I had to pay even though I have a 60 warranty on this Vehicle which will expire on 6/13/2013. They also pass the car inspection with these dry rotted tires knowing that this is a hazard and dangerous condition to drive. Every-time I drive I feel unsafe with these tires, I cannot replace them at this time financially. I wrote to Lexus corporation requesting permission to submit a bill for a refund on the new tires that I will purchase from firestone to correct this problem. I will continue to suffer until I get the tires replace.

I do most of the car buying in my family for other members as well, so I have lots of experience with most dealerships in NJ. Lexus of Queens was the only dealer that gave me the complete break down of the out-the-door price with all the fees. No hidden fees on the day of the purchase. They were honest and very friendly. Did not push to sell other things with the car. Cati was wonderful. Ask for Cati on your visit. I went from NJ to Queens, NY to get this car only because of her. All other car sales person at other dealers are a waste of time with their hidden fees and non-open pricing policy. Most would not tell the final price of the vehicle. Do NOT go anywhere. Go to Lexus of Queens and ask for Cati. This was the most pleasant car buying experience I have had, ever! Price was great and I could not walk away. One more thing, after I signed and the car was sold, the manager offered to repaint the bumper at no cost. Wow! After the car was sold they offered to fix the scratches in the rear bumper. Great service.

I bought a Certified 2010 Lexus RX 350 a few weeks ago. I assumed that since the CARFAX was clean and it was a Certfied vehicle that the car would be clear of any defects. Two weeks after purchase, I realized that some parts of the RX was painted and there was a visible mismatch in color when seen during daylight. Ken Wartel the general Manager at the dealership offered to take the car back [ the registration was complete and new NJ license plates were already on the RX ] and (1) find a replacement or (2) have me pick another car from his inventory. The RX was red in color and I only wanted another red. They took my RX back and gave me a loaner RX until they could find me another red RX 350. After 2 weeks, since they could not find a suitable red RX 350 that met my expectations, they decided to cancel the sale and refund the entire amount of purchase back to me. I had the loaner RX for all of the 2 weeks. In all they did more than expected to meet my needs and keep me a happy customer. The General Manager for sales Richard Emerson was a gentleman and although it was not a pleasant situation, always dealt with me with a smile. It was not just that he was doing his job to keep a customer happy, but he did it in a very pleasant and professional way. These guys provided exceptional customer service and went out of their way to accommodate my needs/expectations. In general, you can expect great customer service at any Lexus dealership, but Ken & Richard at Queens Lexus have exceeded all my expectation. Taking a car back after a few weeks and refunding the purchase price in this day and age ...... unbelievable !!!

I was in the market for a used Lexus specific year, model & color & I found it at Lexus of Queens. Made my 1st online inquiry and was immediately bombarded by calls from Alex, who was very nice. Finally get to the dealership and the place is so nice & clean, the valet & receptionist extremely nice. We are then greeted by Alex who proceeds to find a dealer for us. The Dealer then goes looking for the vehicle I am interested in and was taking so long we thought it might have been sold. The car pulls up & it everything I want, until you get up close. My husband being a car guy noticed right away that both quarter panels were repainted and one had body work done and neither had not been wet sanded or compounded. The car fax said one accident in the front only. Hood was repainted and had dimples all over it, dent on the one front fender, something hanging out of the wheel well on the other front fender. Everything had an excuse & it was all so MINOR. My husband new it was exactly what I wanted & for the right price we would take it. As for the price Peter & Barry would not budge more then two or three hundred dollars & added a $1000 Dealer Prep Fee, Top Dollar for not a Lexus Quality car. Thank You Barry & Peter for not budging & letting us walk out. We kept looking and found a Quality car at a different Lexus dealer who works with you & does not add a Dealer Prep Fee...

Our first impression to Lexus of Queens was spectacular. The delearship is beautiful then we met our Salesperson, Henry Chan. Henry is very knowledgeable on the whole Lexus line up and was able to answer any and all question me and my wife has. We first went to the new car showroom but we couldn't decide what we wanted. Before we left we were greeted by the new car Sales Manager, Richard. Everything was very comfortable, no pressure, very professional and it gave us the confidence to return to Henry when we're ready.Needless to say, we returned the next weekend and we were greeted by Henry. This time we came back because we decided on a Certified Pre-owned. Although it wasn't a new car, Henry still gave us his undivided attention and answered all the questions we had. We found the right color combination we wanted with the right package, negotiated an excellent price and put a down payment on it. Henry got the car prep and we received delivery the next business days.Overall, the transaction was excellent. The staffs and managers were all very professional and accommodating. We would definitely return to Lexus of Queens for our next Lexus and recommend this dealership to all our friends.

Most of the process was done over the phone because I do not live in NY. Victor was informative and courteous throughout the entire buying process. I made the appointment and got late due to traffic. Was travelling form NJ all the way to queens. I called the dealership that I will be an hour late. When got there very cold feel, sales man was busy with another customer, and got to test drive the car after an hour wait. Sales manager was present and other then asking hello and hi, not willing to step up to assist. Anyway, when we started talking about the price, I find out that they charge $995 prep fee and all the cars are not certified. I bought the care form another dealership but shame how they treat customers.

They are very friendly, and their customer service is good. But they need to improve their quality of work.The fisr time I sent my car in, they didn't solve my problem. The manager called me and took the responsibilty and fixed my car. They gave me an discount and replaced two daytime running light bulbs for free after finding the first repair attempt was not very successful.The only thing I would recommand for them is to improve the quality of work because the second time I picked up my car, the front day-time running light still had some problem. So I talked to another service representative, Armando. He told me they replaced the wrong light bulbs. What I need is the city light replacement instead of the daytime running light bulbs. He took the car in and replaced the bulbs by himself immediately.Eventhough the repair is not perfect, I'm glad that they had worked really hard on my car to fix the problem. The manager responded quickly and the staff are very freindly.

I had purchased a low milage certified pre-owned 2008 ES-350 about 11 months ago from Queens Lexus. This is my first lexus. I brought my car in for service because of a air bag light on the dash board. It would cost about $7,200.00 because the air bag computer needed to be replaced along with lots of wiring beneth the passanger side floor, carpet replaced and mold removed. This damage was a result of water that leaked inside the car cabin due to blocked air conditioning drainage tube..... most likely due to spider or insect/s. This damage was not covered under certified lexus warrenty, since it is not faulty or mechanical defect. I spoke with the general manager of Queens Lesus - Mr. Ken Wartel, who got in touch with corporate lexus and long story short I am responsible for $1,100.00 and the rest will be paid by Queens Lexus & corporate Lexus. Even though clogged a/c drain pipe is a rare occurance, the repairs are expensive & not covered under certified lexus warrenty or extended pre-owned lexus warrenty. I would have preferred not to pay at all, but $1,100 is much better than $7,200I am thankful to Queens Lexus for helping me out.

We had been searching the internet for months for the Lexus RX350. Buying on line from Canada sight unseen could be very risky!So it is very important to buy from a dealership, not private. Even at that it is equally as important to have a comfortable level of trust in your sales person. Once I contacted Lexus of Queens, Tiffany the internet sales lady called me.She was amazing, out of the blue a gentleman named Bruce stepped in. This is a person who could use some customer relation courses. I had no intention of further dealings with him, so I asked to speak to Tiffany again. I expressed my concerns about Bruce.Tiffany and I continued back and forth for several days about the suv I liked, she was extremely helpful, professional and personable.Tiffany e-mailed all information promptly, since I am too far away to come in we were communicating often.Once I felt this was the perfect car I e-mailed Tiffany an offer, she called to say she received it and would forward it to her manager. Then out of the blue this Bruce guy calls again, and said sorry the price is the listed price.....end of story.I'm assuming he is Tiffany's boss, and if so poor Tiffany! Not just because he didn't know how to negotiate, more because of his arrogant tone. At this point I was dumfounded and angry. He had no people skills and I would not buy through him, I'll just go elsewhere.I sent Tiffany an e-mail thanking her for all her work, and that whatever Bruces role in the company was, he definitely wasn't the asset she was, and I was moving on.After the weekend, I decided not to let Bruce deter me. I contacted Tiffany again she had her manager call me, Roger Doobraj.From that time on my dealings were carried out the way any business deal should be.They are there to sell their product, and I wanted to buy.Roger was great! He moved me on to deal with Alex Quinteros who was nothing short of excellent!From that point on every thing went smooth. Though my shipper has not yet delivered the SUV to me I have no doubt I will love it.I am very happy that I did not let my emotions prevent me from pursuing the purchase. I realize Bruce may be wonderful and this could be a learning experience for him as everyone has bad days. I wish him well. Yes I will highly recommend this dealership . Peter LoBianco is without a doubt the best car salesperson I have ever dealt with. He is responsive, supportive, understanding, a delight to work with and goes above and beyond to help his client secure the car that he/she is seeking. I was searching for several months from my home in Albany,NY for a late model/low mileage RX350 for my daughter who relocated to Providence, RI. Upon reaching out to Peter, we had several conversations prior to our traveling a relatively long distance to look at some car options and he gave me an enormous amount of time and information to help me narrow down my choices. Upon our arrival, respectively from Albany and Providence- both 3.5 hours away, while the car we thought we were going to purchase did not meet our criteria, Peter found an even better alternative for us. Peter ensured that the car we were purchasing was prepped and cleaned up for us within hours so our daughter could take the car home that day since we lived so far away. Rich, the manager and Howard on the business end were also highly professional and a pleasure to work with. I was there to buy a used car 3 years old ,once i came back to after test drive and initial deposit car had many more scratches which dealer refused to accept and gave $100 rebate!!!! which would cost me $500 i still accepted my bad!.and then after i bought car failed in state inspection !! with service charges of $500 or more they only sell junk please don't buy avoid them ..everything is show off here! :(

Lexus of Queens has Stellar performance and a wonderful team of professional individuals that work in collaboration to provide you with a grand experience. First and foremost I have to give many thanks to Inna Katsman for her support and professionalism in the major role she played in me choosing to get a new car. At this very transitional stage in my life I was essentially conflicted as to what to do with my current Lexus. I kept in touch with Inna over the Months and then took the PLUNGE. I must say that I am pleased. Overall the Lexus of Queens team means what they say. If you are promised something you WILL get it. Even I was surprised that they were able to pull off what they said after a big holiday weekend. I really appreciated my Experience with Inna as well as Henry - and there is so much more to it but I would end up writing a memoir.

I was ready to go to war and low ball my sales person. But the initial offer they gave me was so fair that I didn't need to. I left with a 2009 RX with under 40k miles for 200 less per month than other Lexus dealerships tried to take me for. I got the APR I wanted, the Price I wanted and the car I wanted. The dealership is really nice, there is a cafe with free beverage and snacks for prospective buyers. They customize the sale experince for you whether its with a bow or flowers. They even upgrade my rims and put on new tires. The buying process literally took minutes. I actually spent more time on the phone with Gieco. (15 minutes or less) with them as well. it was amazing.

I had my 30,000mi service done yesterday and checked under the hood after 2hours and saw the coolant reservoir was near empty. Made an appt. today to fill the reservoir. So I met Jae Park today and told him that the coolant reservoir was low and his response was when the car is driven and it's hot the radiator sucks up the coolant. (I'm sitting there thinking, I live 10 min away and the car got so hot it sucked up the whole reservoir of coolant?. Anyway Jae tells me that I can pick up the car in the afternoon. I'm in his office at 8:20am and he's telling me the car is going to be ready 4 hours later just for a coolant check. At this point, I dont believe him and tell him I'll be waiting in the lounge. I wait patiently for 2 hours and go to the receptionist to check on my car. She calls the service dept and they tell her the car was ready more than 1 hour ago. No came and told me the car was ready!!! The receptionist calls Jae and he tells her he only did the write up for Armando Gonzalez basically implying that it's not his responsibility! After I sign all the paperwork at 10:30am, I look at the invoice and it says the car was ready at 9:11am!!! They made me wait an extra hour and 20 min. I ask Armando why he didnt tell me the car was ready and he said he had to close the invoice.(It takes him 80min to close an invoice?) then he looks at my invoice and sees it was for a coolant check then tells me, oh we had to wait until the car cooled down. This place is full of B.S. I just walked away...

I brought my car in today for a minor repair and regular service. What consistently impresses me about this dealership is that they seem to genuinely care about delivering a positive experience. A loaner car was offered. I was called twice with updates on progress. At the end of the day a manager got on the phone to personally tell me the car was ready and explain what happened with the repair. The only glitch was a delay when I arrived for pickup in bringing the car to the exit. But even then, a sales manager (Rich) who had nothing to do with the service situation, realized that at that hour (7pm) no other bosses were around. So he went to the shop himself and brought the car out. Impressive concern for customers - and it seems to be routine this dealer.

We recently leased our newest Lexus RX from here, and were pretty satisfied with the service we received. Our 2009 Lexus lease was bought out (leased from Ralleye Lexus) The general process of leasing was fairly easy, smooth and quick. Peter is the main point of contact we dealt with and he was great through the process, very friendly, personable and seemed very sincere in helping us get the car we wanted as close to the price we were looking to get it in. The actual exchanging of the vehicles, felt a bit drawn out, but probably because I had a toddler with me. That and given it was about 89 degrees out and I had to switch out the car seats, because they are not allowed to install them (which makes no sense to me, as they are the Lexus brand, they should be the ones who know how to put a seat in better then I do!) The switching out of the car seats while trying to keep an eye on my son was the most stressful part of the ordeal and unfortunately made the excitement of getting a new car all but disappear. Eitherway we are very happy with the car we received, and though our payments are a bit more then we expected, we are still comfortably happy with the car. On a different note. We did find that a friend of ours was able to price the same car for a bit less, and so we're wondering if we really did get the lowest price. Regardless it was close enough and we decided not to shop around more so we're happy with the end result. In terms of dealer assistance I highly recommend the Lexus of Queens, Peter was great and always on top of what we needed, the dealership itself is clean, big and very comfortable if you are going to get some work done on your car or to look for a new one. I will definitely be using this dealership as opposed to the one in Long Island, it is clean, friendly staff and much more convenient. Just note do not bring kids with you on pick up day unless you have your significant other to do the heavy lifting.

I am on my third Lexus RX vehicle and I recently brought it to Lexus of Queens for its 60,000 mile service. Everything went great -- from the greeting I received when I drove in, the immediate sit down with Armando where he explained what was entailed in the service, the free coffee and pastries, the pristine loaner car (a new RX), the follow up call I received from Armando where he told me some issues that had come up and how best to address, the call to tell me when I could pick up the car, how quickly I was able to get out of the dealer with my car and the follow up to make sure everything was OK. The employees are very friendly and you never feel that they are trying to sell you something that you do not need. While the service costs are pricey, you have to remember that you are driving a Lexus. When I discussed costs with the manager, he told me that he always checked prices from the neighboring dealers to make sure that his prices were fair -- I believe him and am confident that if you had your car serviced in Manhattan it would be more expensive. That brings me to my final point. I live in Manhattan but have my car serviced in Queens. Why? Because I find it easier to cross the 59th St Bridge and drive 5 minutes to Lexus of Queens. When you are there you truly believe that the employees appreciate your business and your decision to come to that dealer. I think this dealer gets an A+.

I have been so happy witb every experience I have had since buying my Lexus (Oct 2008)and taking it in for regular service (and recalls :-)). Everyone is friendly from the people who answer the phones to the guy that checks in your car. All the service guys are extremely nice. Craig Jacobson (the service mgr) is super helpful and goes above and beyond to help in any situation. Today my car was dead and I had to call Lexus roadside assistance. I then called Lexus of Queens. Craig said he would wait till I got there to see if there was anything he could do to diagnose the problem (on a Saturday afternoon!). The car was jump started and I got to Lexus in time and he was there waiting. They checked my battery and even though it seemed fine he wanted to be sure so I got a brand new battery! I really appreciate how warm and helpful everyone is there and would recommend this dealership to anyone for sales and service. I am a very satisfied customer.

Let me tell you Lexus of Queens broke all standards of how great pre-owned auto car buying experience should be. AMAZING!!AMAZING!! AMAZING!!! From the moment I walked into the door to the moment we drove off the lot with my personal Lexus I was truly impressed. As soon as we walked in, Bruce came up to me with all his passion and enthusiasm. Before selling he tried and understands my needs. That led to matching a perfect car for my wants. His sales consultant (I guess Benny) blew my expectations. I was sold in five minutes.Even though I was making a payment through a cashiers check (No need for financing), there Finance Manager Chris came over. First thing he did was not some up selling gimmicks, but a genuine shake hand and urge to go beyond the high level of service. He really made us feel like at home. Not only he baby sat my son while we were completing our paperwork but also gave us a great understanding of the model which we just bought. What a fantastic level of service and dedication. Its not the fancy walls and coffee that makes a great place to do business, buts its people like Chris and Bruce that makes this dealership leader of the pack.These guys are truly not just a leap service but I think they really strive for what they are known for. I would highly recommend anyone from a Tri State area. I went to them all the way from Philadelphia (and it was totally worth driving 100 miles one way). When I first started my search for a car I went to Lees Toyota in Queens. They were not knowledgeable and the sales people seemed very inexperienced. I thought I would try Lexus. I went to Lexus of Queens and it was a TOTALLY different experience. Trevor was the sales person and he was the consummate professional. He was knowledgeable, he followed up and yes, he closed the sale. I have a Lexus SUV 450 Hybrid and it is fantastic. The gas mileage is great for an SUV and the features are top of the line, almost aeronautical engineering. I love my car and I will only buy a Lexus again and only from this dealership.I had to come back for a few minor touch ups and they were professional, gave me a loaner car, so I would not have to wait there all day. The General Manager Ken, was able to extend my loan of the car, because of a miscommunication issue with the service person. Either way, he made sure the issue was corrected, and called to ensure that all was well.This is the way a client/customer should be treated and this is the only car dealership I will use going on. I am a Lexus buyer for life. You pay a bit more, but it is well worth it!

Extremely professional and friendly service. Mr. Chan knew his product. It was a pleasure dealing with him. The only slight glitch was when I had to return to the dealership the next day to complete my purchase and get the 3rd mechanical key, which I paid extra for, but was not ready when I picked up the car. This was just a minor problem, and not serious enough give the dealership a lower rating. After "interviewing" three other dealership, I can truthfully say Lexus of Queens tops them all.

This dealership proved to be exactly what people are warned about when shopping for a new car. I went in to Queens Lexus look at a new Lexus. I worked with a very nice salesperson who told me there were no "certified preowned " available that were below the mileage I wanted. When the sales manager spoke to me, he told me there was a demo car driven only by Lexus executives available for approximately $5,000. less than a new car. I asked for a few days to think about it and was told I needed to make a decision quickly. I called back within the time allotted and left a deposit for %500. When I called to arrange the payoff and pickup I was told the car was not available; I had been shown the wrong car. The salesman offered me another car with more mileage for the same price! When I protested I was told by another manager, a woman, that they had made a mistake. I was verbally abused by her and asked to speak to her boss. The boss, a manager, then told me they could not sell me the other car and offered me a new car at a "good price". After a few days I called and asked to buy the car with more mileage for that same price, miraculously they agreed. Emails revealed that this car was the one the salesperson was supposed to show me the first time so why did the manager act like he could not sell it for the same price? I was totally disgusted with all these shenanigans and went to another dealer, Lexus of Manhattan who were very straight forward, met the dealer in Queens' price, and acted like gentlemen. A very different experience. I asked for and was given my deposit back by the Queens dealer but feel a warning is necessary.

Our entire experience with Ivana and the Lexus of Queens team was an absolute pleasure. Their attitude was 100% customer focused and never wavered from satisfying our needs and concerns. They were creative, accommodating and driven to get us the deal we were after. They even helped us with the complicated process to surrender our old car.Overall, the customer service is great; I recall coming to the showroom with my seven-year-old and they were completely accommodating to him. They brought him snacks and even offered to put his favorite show on the TV in the lounge area. We had some custom work done to the car and the quality was 100% professional. I was truly impressed. I highly recommend the entire team at Lexus of Queens and especially Ivana. They really know how to treat a customer and the quality of their work and product is superior.

I called for a scheduled service on saturday,january 29 and they took me in the same day and performed the required service and it was completed by 2pm. We bought the RX350 on NYE, great quality customer service! Very friendly, very helpful and overall a great dealership to purchase a vehicle from.Today, close to a month later we noticed a slight cracking on the driver side mirror. I went in with intentions to get it replaced. At, first it was a bit hard cause i felt for a new vehicle, not even a month old, the mirror should not have cracked that easily. They informed me that it can be due to the bad weather here in NYC, or someone tried to smash it. I was upset i had to pay almost 350$ for a new mirror and went a bit crazy.After several attempts on not feeling I should pay for this mirror....they called over a manager (Ken) which came to me and said he would work with me. We spoke and i happened to get so upset i started to cry! (typical emotional female). After a bit he came back to me and said "please do not cry it is just a car and not worth getting so upset over"- I will replace the mirror for free!Of course a big sense of relief came along and I was once again one happy customer!I would highly recommend This Dealership (Lexus of Long Island City) cause they do care about there customers and treat you like family...and that is what we all look for!Thank you again so much.....Chris & Mina

This is one of the finest dealerships I've had the pleasure of doing business with. This one stood out for good reasons. I was greeted instantly and in a very friendly manner by my rep. Craig Jacobson, who is really nice, very helpful, not pushy or overbearing and very informative. I am always hesitant to try a new mechanic because as a single woman I constantly feel like I'm constantly being ripped off, lied to or just overpaying. Since I bought my RX300 I have been servicing it at NJ until I found Lexus of Queens about three years ago. The reception at the first time made me stuck to them. Their service consultant to me are the best especially Jae Park who took his time to explain to me what to do, even when there was no loaner car they made sure somebody drop me at my place of work, after the service they always call to check about the condition of the car and if i am pleased with the job done. I am happy I made the choice to go with Lexus and moreso that I got my lease done at Lexus of Queens. Without a doubt the person solely responsible for making me feel comfortable with my decision was IVANA BOSIKA.Before getting my lexus I toyed with the idea of getting a mercedes and went to both dealerships...first lexus then mercedes then back to lexus. The reason i came back to lexus is the way Ivana sold the vehicle. From the start she was upbeat, pleasant, welcoming, informative, friendly, professional, patient(not pushy in an uncomfortable way like most sales people) accomodating and was ready with answers to all our questions (me, my wife and parents). Even though there was someone who dealt with the finance part of the lease she was knowledgeable about every aspect of the sale.Her service and commitment did not stop there......when the transaction of leasing was done. On multiple occasions if I had a question about my vehicle or needed assistance subsequently she would readily take my calls, try to assist in whatever way possible and offered sound advice. Honestly, I have not met a better sales person. When my lease is up I plan to get another Lexus!! My only hope is that Ivana is still there because if she is, I would definitely like the pleasure of doing business with her again.I highly recommend anyone wanting to buy/lease a vehicle to go to Lexus of Queens and ask for IVANA !!! Lexus of Queens was the total opposite of a typiccal dealership experinece. Between the buetiful building and the employees, it totally feels like home. The part about buying a car that truly scared me was going in the finance office thats where everything goes south. Not at Lexus of Queens they have an amazing finance manager Howard he was the niceset, most helpful to us. Howard even got us the lowest finance rate availible even though our credit wasn't the best. It was all about ivana.... She offered the best offer, was in contact permanently while we were negotiating the price. We were the third spanish family in arow buying a car, always with ivana. She spend with us more than three hours when we got the car, explaining all the diffrent features of the car. She also stayed in contac twith us after the sale to see how happy we were. I purchased my 2010 RX350 last May and thanks to my salesman, Peter LoBianco, I can say that this has been the most pleasant purchasing experience I have ever had. Pleasant, respectful and honest, Peter was extremely helpful in providing me valuable information so that I could make an informed decision. To this day, if I have a question or need some advice I call Peter and he continues to be my dependable go-to guy.Prior to my visit to Lexus, I had visited the Nissan and Toyota dealerships along Northern Blvd. and I can only say they were typical of what I have come to expect from automobile salespeople. I dreaded the thought of buying a new car and having to deal with pushy and unethical sales people that I sometimes thought root canal seemed preferable. After one visit to this Lexus dealership I completely changed my mind. From the minute I walked in the door I was greeted with pleasant hospitality by every person I met: the person who parked my car, young ladies at the front desk, and then I met Peter as well as Ken Wartel the General Manager of the dealership both of whom treated me with courtesy and respect. Our negotiations took place in a reasonable and responsible manner and I felt I got a really good deal for a really beautiful car. I recently brought the car in for 5000 mile service and again found all services to be excellent.I highly recommend the Lexus of Queens dealership and in particular sales rep Peter LoBianco.

After this experience I will surely continue to have my car serviced at Lexus Of Queens. I called them at 8:00 in the morning as I detected a slight burning rubber smell outside the car. They told me to bring it in right away and they would diagnose the problem. I pulled into the service area and was told by the Service advisor that my car would be looked at right away, amazing as I didnt even have an appointment. I was then informed that I could wait in the Lexus Cafe where I was treated as though I was flying in first class. I was offered a newspaper, coffee and other beverages as well as a selection of muffins all while I was watching TV on a large flat screen. Less then an hour later, I was notified that a plastic bag had melted on to the exhaust causing the burning smell and that the service technicians had removed what was left of the bag. Then they brought my car up to me from the service area and to my surprise they had also washed it at no charge. Great Service, what more can I say

My experience has been most satisfying. I have interacted with both the GM and Service Mgr and found both to be most cooperative. Always have a loaner available when necessary. Car always returned clean and have never returned twice with the same issue. I have been using them for 2+ years.

This dealership sucks big time. I visited this dealership 3 times within past few months. After my first visit, I had to fight to obtain my wheel caps back because a service person forgot to install them after rotating the wheels.My second visit got me really angry since I noticed a nasty scratch on right side mirror of my IS250. My most recent visit just made me laugh. I requested a loaner car since my car needed to be serviced (service campaign). When I arrived at Lexus of Queens, I was told that someone from Enterprise would pick me up within 10 minutes so I can go to Enterprise and pick up a loaner (Lexus would cover the cost). After waiting 30 minutes nothing happened. I just left very disappointed. It looks like Lexus uses Enterprise service to loan cars now. All in all, I was expecting to arrive at Lexus of Queens, get a loaner car and leave. I had Audi A6 before this Lexus, and I have to say that Audi service was way better.

Drove my 2008 IS250 in for service to have some warranty work done. I am so dissatisfied with this dealer that I cannot put a percentage rating with it! First of all, I was given a service advisor that didnt even introduce themself to me, was rushing me and did not even offer me a seat after I have been standing in her office for 15 minutes. I was promised a call about my vehicle 2 days after I dropped my car off. I did not get any call until the car was finished. When I went to pick up my vehicle, the interior of my vehicle was left soiled, tools were left in my vehicle & all my LPS setting were all messed up. I took my car back within 5 minutes of driving off the lot to have the interior dirt cleaned. The got most of the dirt off but there are still oil stains present on my gray headliner. The personel there brushed me off after that and I did not even get a change to let them of the other issues. I WILL DEFINETLY NOT BRING MY CAR BACK TO THIS DEALER FOR SERVICE NOT BUY A LEXUS VEHICLE FROM THEM. BEWARE!

Complete utter rip off. Brought my 2005 Es for repair, was charged $200 right off the bat for diagnostic charge w/o anyone looking at it because that's what the 'computer" said to charge. It took them a week to fix the problem, I had to call daily to get a status rather than a courtesy call from them to let me know about my car. When I got the bill, it was a complete joke and it felt like someone just made up numbers and repairs. The cause of my car's problem, evolved from buring oil, that I put in bad gas, clogged catalytic converter. Then what killed me was they charged me $11 dollars worth of gas but when I left the lot, my gas tank light came on. I wanted to go back and give them hell but instead, I drove off and will never return.They fall in step of the culture of dealer service rip off. So, becareful my friends. If my car ever broke down in front of the place, I will have it towed and bring it else where.

went in as a informed consumer and the salesperson was rude and just kept putting us down. he refused to believe there would be any change in the body of the 2009 rx and kept making price an issue when i simply wanted to know about features of the vehicle. i have been a bmw owner for many years, changing my bmw vehicle every 3 years. this was my first experience with lexus and i am turned off by the whole thing. i suggest you go to a dealer in jersey or long island, where they know how to treat customers!
