I purchased my new 2016 ram pick up in June of this year. When I purchased the vehicle I noticed immediately that the paint surface felt like Sand paper. I also purchased a receiver hitch installed at the time of purchase. After having the vehicle for one week I return to the dealership to have the receiver hitch installed along with tinted Windows and a tonneau cover at which time they were going to also correct the paint. The hitch was poorly installed and there is a 1 inch bolt visible sticking through my bumper and the paint finish had not been corrected. I brought it to the attention of the sales manager who was very apologetic. He told me " Bring the truck in at your convenience" and I will have the paint and the hitch corrected. A few weeks later I return the truck for a full day for the necessary repairs to be made. The next day when I return neither the paint job nor the trailer Hitch had been corrected. The salesman apologized and told me if I would be patient and bring the truck back again that he would have it fixed correctly ,both items, even if he had to do it himself. That was three weeks ago and when I contacted them this week they were not able to get me a loaner car. I don't know when or if these issues will be resolved locally or if it will require me going to the regional manager. I'm writing this review in hopes that it may help someone avoid the aggravation that I have experienced. I will update this review in hopes of providing you a complete review. I was both proud and excited with my new truck but now I'm already considering trading it for a GMC

I was in the market for a new car and Lenoir City Dodge had what I was looking for. I always make my deal before I even step foot in a dealership so I was communicating back and forth between the internet manager working out a price. All was going fine until a man named David got on the phone and simply voided everything I had worked on up to that point. Then the high pressure sales came into play. He insisted I come in to discuss any further dealings. I explained that I would rather make my deal before coming in to pick up my car, he started becoming arrogant and condescending. I couldn't get in a word as he kept talking over me. I decided then to go somewhere else to buy my car. The reason (I learned later) he insisted I come in to deal face to face was that he could use a sales tactic called the "four square" box sales system. Google it... it is an extremely shady and dishonest way of trying to get the sale using a very high pressure type of intimidation. Well, not only did Lenoir City Chrysler lose a sale because of David's dishonest sales system, but I have since told a friend about this and she choose to not deal with them as well. In my experience in general, car dealers are a place to dread going to. However, I walked in and was met by Warren. He did a great job of listening, and asked questions about what I wanted and seemed happy to show me around and let me choose. He didnt pressure me to buy and had didn't seem like he had other thing to do unlike another dealer I visited. I should also point out that the Jeep I wanted was 3k less at Lenoir City. They had to get my new Jeep from another dealer because of the color I wanted but seemed glad to help me get what I wanted. When I returned to pick it up Warren was not there because of his off day but he gladly offered to come in just to deliver it to me. I saw no reason for that so another salesman, Ethan, stepped up and showed us the Jeep and all its features. I highly recommend Warren or Ethan if you are interested in a new car. I will definitly be visiting again for my next car.

Ethan is by far the best salesman i have ever dealt with! He is what others should to as an example. After spending a weekend of car shopping, it was so nice to be treated like they actually wanted our business and to follow through with what they said. After buying a used Dodge Durango, a handshake promise wasn't honored by the dealership. Buyer beware, make copies, get signatures. The sales representative that I worked with fought the dealership to do the right thing and honor the deal. The dealership would not. In the end Ethan Estenoz personally made it right. Ethan has proven to be a man of his word, and that is a rare quality today. I highly recommend anyone shopping at this dealership to only deal with Ethan, he will definitely do you right.Thanks for the outstanding service Ethan, you have earned all of my future business. We have bought several vehicles from Lenoir City Dodge and Ron Tilley is the greatest. We never feel pressure and the sales people work hard at learning what you may be looking for and then Finding it for you. They listen to our needs and wants and never fail to make a deal with us. We have been to other dealerships locally, but once you have experienced the best, the others can't even come close to equalling the service. We highly recommend Lenoir City Chrysler Dodge Jeep Ram and also recommend their products.

Mr. Pete Kenny is a good person. The only thing I don't like is knowing that Lenoir City Chrysler charged me more than they should have for the 2016 Jeep Patriot that I purchased. I knew it and went ahead with the sale anyway. I have seen ads for this same vehicle for about $5,000.00 less than what they charged me. What ever the starting price was on the sticker window is what they went with and didn't even dare try to give me a better deal. I REALLY REGRET THAT I DIDN'T WALK AWAY FROM THIS TRANSCATION. MY CREDIT ISN'T BAD AND I COULD HAVE WENT TO ANOTHER DEALERSHIP. I KNOW I OWED MORE ON MY TRADE IN BUT THAT IS BESIDE THE POINT, THE POINT IS THAT FOR THE JEEP THAT I GOT, THE PRICE WAS WAY TO HIGH AND OF COURSE THIS MADE MY PAYMENT TO BE WAY HIGH. I FEEL I WAS TOTALLY TAKEN ADVANTAGE OF. NOT SURE IF IT WAS THE WOMAN THING SITTING THERE/ OR JUST THAT I WOULDN'T KNOW ANY BETTER. Salesman (Bill Presley) was not knowledgeable about license and tile transfer within the state of TN. Promised to send owners manuel and has not. He indicated he could not afford to purchase an owners manual since he only made $50 on this sale! After one month I called Bill and he said he would have Sami (she handles licensing and titles) call me concerning my registration and title and I never heard from her either, so I assume he never talked to her. The car I bought was great but the follow service was poor.

On a trip to OK my engine lite came on and I was forced to stop by the closest dealer. Unfortunately, for me it was Lenoir City Jeep. The service advisor, Jessica Collett was curt and somewhat rude. i presented a coupon for diagnostics and they refused to accept it. (because I chose to get a second opinion). For a 5 Minute OBD reading they charged me $138.00. Then quoted me a 513.00 solution because a spark plug needed to be replaced, plus clean out the fuel induction. Before choosing this dealer try another. BTW car is still running great without engine light, my second opinion said the plug was just had some carbon deposits because of sitting for an extended period. Boy am I glad I didn't fall for their bull.

We went to the dealership with a very specific vehicle/package/price range in mind. Although they didn't have it on their lot, our salesman Tyler took us to their inventory online which includes the vehicles at sister dealerships. We found exactly what we were looking for at another location so Tyler had it sent to this dealership and we were very excited to bring it home. When we went in to do paperwork we had our 6 and 2yr old kids with us. Tyler was great with them and kept them entertained which made it less stressful for us. He was great to work with, very thorough to make sure we were happy and everything was what we wanted with the vehicle. When I text him the next day because the night we brought it home we realized one of the headlights was very off, he had us bring it in so they could replace it at no charge. When we are ready for another vehicle, or know of anyone looking we will definitely be giving Tyler and lenoir city Chrysler, jeep, dodge a call/visit! Thank you!

These are people that scam the owner doing repairs without permission from the owner ie: unnecessary repairs and damage to your vehicle absolutely no attention to detail and repairs are less then second rate the service manager has no concern or care for your vehicle so so so sorry I purchased from them !!! The worst I have ever experienced stay away!!!! They get less then zero rating !!

BUYERS BEWARE!! If you want you or your mother to be sworn at, yelled at, and be disrespected by all means shop here! This company was very nice of course when I brought my mother in to purchase a new Jeep Cherokee during Christmas break. They presented the vehicle with a spare tire and when they cleaned the vehicle while we were filling out paperwork they switched it out for a fix a flat option and took away the cargo tray. We called Josh the manager and let him know and he said he would fix the situation that all he had was his WORD. They did not have the cargo tray in stock and would mail it to my mother next business day. When I called back Josh of course he didn't answer my call but had the general manager Eduardo Martorell scream, yell, and talk down to me on the phone. I let this man know he was being very disrespectful. He said he had no interest in having a professional relationship over $159 part and that my mother and I were LIARS. Nice to do business with you all. My family has purchased two Dodge Rams 1500, dodge nitro, two Jeep Cherokees, and a Dodge 2500 in the past five years. This is how they treat people they do business with in the good southern mannered Tennessee. They'll smile at you during a sale and then they're dead to you afterwards. We went to this Lenoir City dealership just to "look" at a truck. Peter was very patient and kind,, even though we gave him a run for his money. He winced at our negotiation strategy, but ended up getting the job done and we walked away - no, rather DROVE away- very satisfied with our truck purchase. I purchased a used vehicle from them on 11/21/2015. My salesman was Ethan Estenoz. The GM is Eduardo Martorell and Scott was the finance guy. I was very, very please with the whole deal from the time we started looking on their website all the way through the time we left Lenoir City Chrysler Dodge Jeep Ram in Lenoir City, TN. At no time did i ever feel lied to nor did my wife Ethan was a professional and very pleasant as an individual as were the other 2 I mentioned. Everyone there whether they were involved with us directly or indirectly were nice and i really enjoyed the jovialness that was between the employees and including customers into the scene so to speak. I would suggest to anyone and i do mean anyone if you want a good deal and walk away from a dealership feeling good about not being taken advantage of then i highly recommend this dealership I would not hesitate to deal with them again especially Ethan Estenoz. This was probably the best car buying experience I have ever experienced. Ethan Estenoz was exceptionally friendly, knowledgeable, and concise. He provided answers to all of my questions and suggestions for my consideration. When we were negotiating the price, I realized that I was not being as specific as I should have been. Once we were on the same page it only took about 15 minutes to conclude the deal.Peter Kenny was a true pleasure to work with. He was humorous and appeared to truly enjoy his work. He took the time to ensure I understood all of the driving features and set up the appointment to get the upgraded finish that I purchased. My phone battery had died when I purchased the car, so after the appointment he took 30 minutes to establish my phone connection and ensure that I was comfortable with these features.I will highly recommend this dealership to all of my friends!

My wife and I went to the dealership in hopes to find my wife a new jeep. She found one online (Jeep Patriot) and set up a test drive the same night. When we got to the dealership we were welcomed by Daniel Martinez, who is one of the most professional individuals I have been around in a long time. This was both mine and my wife's first time buying a new car from a dealer. We both had been driving cars from the early 90s. Daniel made everything so simple to us and walked us through every single step to make sure we understood everything. Daniel and the other great people at Lenior city Chrysler really "went to bat" for us when it came to getting an affordable rate on our loan. My wife and I decided that we wanted to think about all of our options before pulling the trigger. Daniel was completely understanding and not one bit pushy which is what we needed. The next day we decided we wanted the patriot and called Daniel to let him know when we would be there. He got all the paperwork filled out for us and had everything waiting for us so we didn't have to wait around the dealership all night. This was a great experience for both of us! I had sent my car to get fixed but when I found out how much it would be I about croaked. I spoke to Greg Anderson on Friday and made an appointment to look at vehicles. I told him the situation and he was more than willing to help me out. I went Saturday morning to meet with him. He was so very helpful and understanding of the circumstances. After I found what I was getting I got to meet and sign papers with Jeffery Suzanne Teague (lol... he will know who I have been talking to.) He was very pleasant and and entertaining. He got all of our paperwork ready and had us out the door in no time. We also had the pleasure of meeting the new internet manager Courtney Swanson. She was sweet as could be. We bought a Chrysler Town & Country 2016 van on 10/17/15. Tyler Forth had called us after we had registered to use the USAA car buying service. We had set an appointment with him for 2 pm. He was very attentive to our wishes and answered our concerns in a straight forward manner. When the payments were more than we could handle through the USAA loan we had pre-approved, he told us he could get us a better interest rate. True to his word, he brought us a better financing deal through another bank. Tyler was very polite, courteous and honest throughout our dealings with him. Will NOT do business with this company again! One of their employees gave out personal information about a vehicle that we purchased from them to my husbands ex wife! We talked to Eduardo about this issue and he pretty much said he didn't believe us. Told my husband that he would get to the bottom of this and call him back, we have yet to hear from them and the employee that gave out the information is still employed with them! So if you want everyone to know what your purchase price and how you financed your vehicle, then Lenoir City Chrysler Dodge is for you! If you don't want your private information given out then I would suggest that you go ANYWHERE else! I want to add that I did a review a few weeks back BEFORE I was informed about all this and I assumed because it was a great buying experience and Tyler was an excellent salesman, that this matter would be dealt with. I was wrong I guess since they have gotten their money they don't really care what happens now!

An oddly great sales experience at a car dealer ... which is somewhat rare these days. I'll be the first one to admit that I'm one of those pain-in-the-neck customers, but Daniel & Scott were outstanding to work with and really delivered for me (when no other Dodge dealer in the area could / would). It was a special-order transaction on a Charger that they had to bring in from several hundred miles away and everything went flawlessly. Definitely worth the drive for anybody in the greater Knoxville area ... these guys will make it worth your while.

The new General Manager at Lenoir City Chrysler Dodge Jeep RAM has taken this dealership to new levels of customer satisfaction. We purchased a used vehicle for weekend driving. Our salesman Matt was a pleasure to work with. Everyone from the mechanic who checked out the car to the gentleman who cleaned up the car for our purchase were exemplary. I recently purchased a new ram 1500 and town and country van and just wanted to thank Ethan and other staff at Lenoir City Dodge for being patient and helping us get these vehicles. We test drove several vehicles and looked at a few dozen and the staff stayed late during the snow storm on 02/25/2015 to make sure we got the best deal on two vehicles and after we purchased the staff allowed us to use the service bay to move the car seats and stuff between vehicle. This is the second time I purchased vehicles from Lenoir City dodge and I will continue to purchase my vehicles there. I recommend this dealership over any other because they are nice and friendly and very informative on the vehicles. Last thing I called Ethan on his cell regarding a question about the town and country van he answered the phone on the first ring and was able to give me information and helped solve the issue within less then 2 minutes. We found the ad for the 2008 Toyota Higlander online, and it was listed with everyting we were looking for. We called the dealership the night before and made an appt to look at the vehicle. We made the 4 hour drive from Louisville to Lenoir City Dodge Jeep and Chrysler only to find out the sales ad was completly wrong on more than one advertised feature, the biggest being that it had third row when it in fact did NOT. After about 2 hours of negotiations, we were finally able to reach an agreement, and we drove away in the Highlander we had driven 4 hours to purchase. Overall we were satisfied with our experience. Our sales person Paul Stallings was very helpful and apologetic in reguards to the misleading ad.

we bought a new jeep from this dealership last week and it was a very pleasant experience. my wife and I have purchased several autos over the years and it is normally an all day affair chocked full of adversarial back and forth after which you feel like you've been taken to the cleaners. there was none of that here. our salesman - ethan - was very easy going and I felt he was sincere in his effort to make us happy with the deal. it was a low key, low pressure process where they let the product sell itself which was an unexpected surprise based on our past experience. we had never been to this dealership before and with all the steps involved: meet and greet, test drive, "negotiate", finalize the deal, paper work, we were in and out of there in about 2 1/2 hours. I fully endorse this dealership and their way of doing business.

Although we ended up buying a new 2014 Patriot 4x4 from the west Knoxville dealership, it ultimately came down to the 4x4 Patriot we wanted being available immediately and in blue. Daniel at Lenoir City Dodge was steadfastly open and above board on pricing. His price was very comparable to the one we ultimately purchased. Knoxville and Lenoir City were decidedly alone in the extent of discounts extended. As it turned out, the worst value of the half dozen or so received was from our local dealer in Crossville, demonstrating that it pays to shop outside your local area. Lenoir City Dodge is also a participating member of the USAA Car Buyers program.

I was just looking, did not intend on buying a car. The Salesman Jack Thomas shoed me the benefit of owning a Chrysler. I guess you might give him a title of Super Salesman, not high pressure, just made me want what he was selling, like it was my idea to buy. Even thought I did not need a car after he showed me the car, the engine, the duel exhaust, the test drive of the 200 took me back to the time when we had muscle cars except this car was smooth and fast. The 6 cy engine helped sell me. Love the care. The finance man at first did not impress me that is until I got to know him and trusted what he had to say. I have to say, the journey with you was a great experience, the price was good and the interest was what I wanted. Payments right in line with my budget. Even the little girl who called for appointments was fun to talk to. I guess if the dealer ship served good old southern fried chicken , my visit would be on a scale from 1to 10 a 20. WILL BE BACK!

Went to this dealer looking to buy a new car. Informed them I would be financing through my credit union I just needed a to take them a deal sheet. At 8 pm they told me they would contact me by 11 AM the next day. At 6 PM the next day still no call so I called them. The manager told me he instructed someone to call me but they didn't.

Absolutely the worst auto buying experience that I have ever had, ever! What originally got me there in the first place was that their price was lower than every other dealer around. But I tell you, I would have rather have paid more for better service, and without all the rudeness I got from the salesman when I had to return my truck for repairs, things that I noticed a few days after getting it home. The headliner was coming down in the back, the rear bumper was crooked, had some scratches that had to be buffed out, missing some weather stripping. Oh yeah, bought it in the evening after work, so it was dark and didn't notice all of these problems with the vehicle at the time. And to beat it all, when I dropped my truck off for these repairs, they gave me a small, used compact Hyundai for a loaner! I just purchased a brand new, 2014 Ram 1500 Crewcab 44 and they give me a used, smelly, small, compact Hyundai to drive! I will never go back to that dealership, no matter how much I could save on my next auto purchase! To prove it, I was given four free oil changes with my purchase, and after them sending me several reminders for the oil changes, I have just taken it somewhere else at my expense. Just not worth it! Don't trust them, very unprofessional, will never go back! Obviously I would not recommend Lenoir City Chrysler/Dodge to anyone!

I was in search of a used vehicle and came across this dealership. I found them via the internet searching for the best price. Everyone was very polite prior to talking about money. When it came time to talk numbers they increased the price to more than what the internet had said approx. 2 hrs before. Thankfully I have a smart phone and was able to show them the price they had been offering. They were still not willing to negotiate on the price. When we were not able to come to an agreement on the price the sales manager J.C. Denney was extremely rude and very unprofessional. I will never go back that dealership again. I will also tell everyone I know not to go there. Very disappointed!

I always dread the auto purchase process, but these guys made it as painless as possible. No high pressure sales techniques, no hassles, the prices are already marked down just reasonably over blue book. And our sales guy "Shawn" was very patient, let me test drive as much as I wanted & they were upfront with the car facts. The financing team were pretty spot on as well. Good team. They are currently working on the facilities so the showroom isn't all grandeur, & the lot itself was a little tight maneuvering, but they are in the process of renovation. Way I see it, I don't need all the showroom bling as long as the staff treats you like they want your business, they are professional & they offer you a good product at decent prices.

Beware of deceptive sales and advertising practices with these folks. There website advertises vehicles at one price, then you get on their lot and they swear that vehicle has been sold. However, if you compare the VIN on the car with that listed on the online advertisement, you will find that sometimes they just flat out lie. I caught them red handed and showed them there ad on my smart phone. Needless to say, I did not do business with this dishonest business. Also, my wife went in to look at a vehicle a week ago, but because she was female, nobody would even give her the respect to talk with her about the vehicle she was interested in.
