They were pushing and somewhat misleading during their financing process, and more importantly right after I purchased a used car there I got both physical mail and email from third parties not associated with them trying to sell me additional insurance on the car or trying to buy one of my old cars. My new service advisor, Lewis Bell, went above and beyond to help me navigate several maintenance and recall service jobs. He called to follow up on an email I had sent to my previous advisor, who I learned had retired. Lewis handled all the arrangements for ensuring parts were on hand for my appointment, on a Saturday afternoon, so I didn't have to make multiple trips to Leith from Carrboro. He also handled arrangements for responding to a Honda airbag recall. Lewis did an excellent job of reviewing the service ticket with me and highlighting areas we'd talked about. The service technician didn't tell me how early I was. I expressed to him that I didn't expect to have my car serviced any earlier than my scheduled appointment; I just got there early because I had to run a prior errand and I was afraid to continue to drive around or go home because I drove through a few areas of standing water. Honda called me to reschedule my appointment because they were closing early due to inclement weather. My car was done by the time I got the call.

They order the recalled part and called me when it came in. Ordered another part I wanted to replace and had it ready at the same time for installation. When I needed to change my appointment it was changed on problem. The installation was quick and I was on my way with two installations in no more than 2 hours. Went in to purchase hoping to take a civic home with me. However, the finance guy (Jacky Hwong) was very rude. Probably didnt even try to run my credit score until I opted him too. Didnt work with me at all and all he offered was judgement. He was laughing at me when I said that he wasnt giving me a good deal. He was rude and condecending, treating me like I was stupid. I know enough about dealerships and It was not my first time buying a car. I have gone to the process before with other dealerships and they treated me with respect and courtesy. I had a wonderful experience with Marvin. He helped out very well and even when going to another dealership to check out pricing he said they would be able to price match. I called and 2 minutes later he called back and said to come on in. Once at the dealership he pulled up in the car that I was thinking about getting and road me around in it. Though I decided on a different color he was very patient with me and my decision. My car was nicely cleaned by the person in detail and that detail person set my stations on radio. I had a great experience overall. Even when my tank wasn't completely filled I came back 2 days later and got a full tank of gas. Definitely some of the best customer service that I have ever received.

After recall work was completed, the SEL/RESET button no longer was functioning.Was told by service advisor that problem was not caused by Leith and that the only remedywould be to replace the entire dash board system ( at my expense ).He did not offer to do any further investigation, which might have included a loose wire connection after the initial service or possible blown fuse, nothing at all!After placing several calls to the service manager's listed numbers on Leith's website and receiving no call backs have contacted Honda North America, maybe they will respond.

Kennis Blackwell greeted me with a smile and began a very professional, low-pressure and extremely helpful car-buying experience. He had answers to most of my questions, and quickly found the answers he didn't readily know. His approach was friendly but not fake or overbearing, and he didn't make any promises he couldn't keep. Kennis is great at striking the perfect balance between being eager to provide good service without employing a high-pressure sales approach. That's very hard to do. I will definitely recommend him to friends who are in the market (in fact I already have!). Reps at other dealerships in the area acted as if you didn't accept their first offer they would just as soon have you leave. Big turnoff. Leith was head and shoulders above everywhere else I went! (I went to 3 other Honda dealers in the area!)

I had to replace a 100 month battery and found out it was only guaranteed for 36 months as it was placed in the car by Leith when I purchased the 2005 used Honda Pilot. The new one I purchased is guaranteed for 100 months, makes no sense! I think Honda needs to guarantee there products for what they say, no matter who buy's them, the dealer or a Honda customer!

He searched the lot and the computer, and even asked about a car that was marked sold to make sure it really was. Turns out it was available and that's what we bought. Mike Foushee and the service department at Leith Honda are awesome. My wife had an issue with the alternator (which we didn't know at that time) I called Mike and he had us bring it in immediately. Mike got it diagnosed and taken care of in the same day. An inconvenient problem? Absolutely. Most problems are. However the solution was less than painless. We even got our oil changed while we were there taking care of the repair issue. It's nice to know is such a technical world great customer service and care are still being offered. We give this review a "2 - salesman Ray Qada, gets a "5", but Jacky Hwang, Finance Mgr, gets a "1", which skews the rating. He was extremely condescending, and LAUGHED AT US (mockingly) when we refused his attempts to sell an extended warranty. He told an "untruth" when we asked if we had to decide on a warranty right then, stating Honda only offers extend warranties "at time of purchase". That is simply not true. He further stated that Honda's paint jobs aren't what they used to be, are soft, and not covered under warranty. Don't be fooled into thinking you have to make decisions about extended warranties the day of purchase under SO much pressure after being presented with a chart FULL of options with different deductibles, coverages, time frames, etc. It's a lot to process and you need time to research, do the math, and decide if it's worth it - and most times they are not.It's no mystery the finance mgr is an important, integral part of the profit margin and "highly trained" in pitching and closing the product/finance options. But, when it involves deceiving the customer and treating them like they are complete idiots in order to accomplish that goal, that's inexcusable. We completed their survey a couple of wks ago and told someone would contact us, hasn't happened - just the automated, generic response. If we don't hear from them we can only assume their "customer satisfaction is our most important goal" is a crock, and they do not care if their employees lie to their customers.

While the staff was friendly and accommodating they did not explain the product to me and ended up unsatisfied with the product. The vehicle purchase went smoothly. However I added on remote start and it is a waste of money. First I was not given a demonstration as to how to use it. I should have asked but I figured it was easy comparing it to what I've had in the past. First as soon as you open the door the engine shuts off and you have to start the car all over again. That's annoying but I could have handled that. What's really annoying is that you can start the engine again the the same remote. You have to use the original remote that came with the car. This means you have to carry two remotes with you at all times if you want to use the remote start. Those remotes are very bulky and if the functions were explained to me I would have never bought this. I would have had an after market one installed that would have been cheaper and user friendly. That would allow the engine to stay on and allow me to use and carry around one remote. VERY disappointed in this Honda product.

Today I contacted the online sales department at Leith Honda. I informed them in my inquiry that I had purchased a 2015 CR-V Touring AWD in September of 2015, and that unfortunately, my vehicle was recently totaled in a serious accident. I noted that I wanted to purchase the exact same model that I had before and was curious about the current price. Nina Braden, an "Internet Sales Manager" replied to my inquiry. I informed her that the quote she provided me was only $95 less than what I paid for the same 2015 model and was hoping for a lower price since its now a model year behind. I didn't ask for anything, I simply replied that I would look for other options. Ms. Braden's response, in my opinion, was uncaring and very unprofessional. Instead of interpreting it, I have copied it verbatim here:Hi K----,You're welcome. Not sure what they were being sold for 5 months ago, but I am sure you bought yours below invoice then. Unfortunately, we're not going to reduce the price thousands and thousands of dollar below invoice.Best Wishes,NinaNina BradenLeith Inc. I bought my first 2006 Honda CR-V brand new and was in the market for a new one (btw I hate car shopping for several reasons). I am a Honda fan and I knew that I wanted another CR-V. I was in the market for a new car. My coworker referred me to Alison. I contacted her to make an appointment. Speaking with Alison reassured me she knew her stuff. On my visit to the dealership, she took the time to explain the various Accord trim levels. I made my selection and we worked a deal. When I took delivery of my new Accord, she had a very nice bow on top of it. It felt like Christmas came early. When I got inside I noticed there was an "Alison Sells Cars" swag bag on the passenger seat. What a nice touch! Inside the bag was a coaster, a pen, a tire pressure gauge, a $25 restaurant.com gift certificate, a gift certificate for a car wash, and even some M&M candies with her logo on it. Sam Meeks and Alison Davis were extremely helpful regarding the merits of the 2016 Honda Civic. They spent a lot of time explaining the special features of the Honda Civic, but did so in a friendly manner not exerting any pressure on me. They went into great detail in their descriptions of the merits of the 2016 Honda Civic. I felt I could trust them. I want to Thank Alison Davis for her dedication and patience with me this weekend. I pretty much walked into the Showroom Saturday with no appointment and at that time only knowing Alison from following her on Instagram and Facebook. Plus she only knew my name and face from social media. Since I was back and forward between a new Accord or switching to a Civic, she was extremely informative on both vehicles and answered every question. As I left after closing without hearing back from a bank, I thought maybe it wasn't the right time. Then Sunday evening I had missed a call, text message and a IM on Fb from Alison so I new I had to call her back asap, still thinking things may not be in my favor. When I called her back, on her day off, she asked when did I want my keys! I was so overjoyed I couldn't compose myself! I told her I would have to wait until Monday evening after work. Now I was very impressed when she said she would deliver the car to my job but knowing my work schedule is crazy I couldn't give her a definite time. Now I will say I know alot of people in the car industry so I could have bought anything from anywhere or went to anyone. But by seeing Alison on social media, I felt she would treat me as family and not just a customer. Even Danny in The financing department made my experience very comfortable and explained every detail to me! My first purchase at Leith was in 1998 and it was a Honda Accord. I still have that Accord which is 17+ years old and 350,000+ miles, so I knew that 1) I couldn't go wrong with a Honda and 2) I definitely couldn't go wrong with Leith. The cherry on top was when I finally got home Monday night, Alison wanted to make sure I got home safe, so she IM me on FB. The finance rep, Mr. Hwang, made my daughter and I feel rushed and unwelcome. I recommended Leith to her because I had such an awesome experience a few years ago. But, that has certainly changed. The sales rep., Ray Qadar, seemed confused and not informed about the deals and the finance experience was even worse. We had to come back the next day and was ignored for hours by the finance rep. I was embarrassed to have had brought my daughter to Leith.

Well, I slipped through the cracks. A week passed and I did not hear from Alison about the manuals I expected by then. I called Parts to check on the order. According to Parts, it still could be a week or two yet, manuals are slow, and my order was just placed on Friday. That's a problem. I bought the car on Tuesday. Three days to walk 20 feet to Parts to order an item the customer didn't want to leave the lot without on purchase day? Owner's documentation is a non-negotiable deliverable, especially on a model with two voice interfaces, bluetooth phone, navigation, XM... not to mention service requirements, fluids and intervals for a vehicle under factory warranty.I returned to the dealership for a solution. Sheila Starliper made it work. Sheila has been a five star consistent performer. She accepted responsibility for her co-worker's error with sincerity and tact. She found me manuals from a similar vehicle that will provide me with the instructions I need until the ordered manuals arrive. She listened to me when I was not happy. She was professional and did not offer empty excuses. She worked to fix the broken situation. Class act in a tight spot, I must say.It will take a third trip to the dealership when my manuals arrive in a week or more, but I have content to use. Sheila has been consistently great. Alison disappointed me on an issue, but the rest of the organization has worked to rectify this unfortunate mistake. People make human mistakes, I guess. I'm still disappointed, but given the circumstances, the attempts to fix things are sincere, and I don't want to go negative.

Nahru and Alison were wonderful to work with. Nahru was so helpful, kind, informative and patient and got us the exact car we wanted (twice!...we changed our mind in the middle of the process). Alison closed the deal while Nahru was on vacation and was fantastic...she stayed late after hours to help us finish up paperwork and show us all the features of our new car! Both had excellent communication with a response rate of under 2 minutes for text messages and under 10 minutes for phone calls and emails. I am very impressed and so happy with my new CR-V!

I have to say, of all my car buying experiences, this was the first time I felt like I was talking to a human being. Alison goes above and beyond the call of duty in her job. My husband and I were in a car accident that totaled our car. We knew we had to buy a car pretty quickly but we still wanted to keep our budget. We visited several other places before finding a car/salesperson we liked online. From the first internet encounter to even days after we bought our van, Alison was polite, respectful and extremely knowledgeable when it came to all things car buying related. She never pushed us beyond our means and only stuck to vehicles within our perimeter. She helped us throughout the entire buying process, giving us updates on the readiness (cleanliness) of our van. With hectic schedules, Alison went above and beyond for us, willing to come in on her days off so that we could test drive and eventually purchase the van. I was constantly texting her and calling her with questions related to the van and our insurance check (things that no normal salesperson should ever have to deal with). Alison was always so quick to respond and never seemed frustrated with my persistence. Even when another salesperson made a rude comment directed towards her while we were checking out a vehicle, Alison was professional and did her job so well. Once we agreed to buy the van, Alison went out of her way to make sure the van was clean and ready for us to pick up, even texting me pictures so that I could confirm! If you are wanting a positive experience at a dealership, Alison can make that happen for you. I can't speak for the rest of the staff at Leith Honda because Alison literally took care of everything for us. The next time we are in the market for a car (the time is ticking on our other vehicle), we will be sure to stop by Leith Honda and immediately ask for Alison. PS. Jeremy was really nice too! I live some 25 miles or more from Leith Honda, but beginning with my first conversation with John Seinar, I knew this was the dealership for me. I was in a position that I had to buy a car quickly. I had totaled my beloved Honda Fit and was getting on my boyfriend's nerves by borrowing his car for two and a half weeks. Oy! Though John could not put me in another Fit -- part of that is my fault, since I can't drive a stick -- he assured me he would fit me a car within my budget parameters. And he did. John was personable and knowledgeable, and even regaled me with some interesting stories of his rock 'n roll past. At all times I was comfortable and John put the lie to the slick salesman stereotype. The transition to the finance department (Danny Feeney) was smooth and easy. I got an interest rate even lower that what I was originally quoted. My goal was to drive off the lot in a car I loved. My 2012 Civic fills the bill. Here is my complete Story. Just wanted to share so that you can improve upon your Customer Service. I took a Certified Pre Owned 2012 Honda Accord Coupe.Initially I went to see Some Honda Accord Coupe for the first time to the dealer. A sales person called "Jason Kreykes " showed me a car and i didn't like that car and he is reluctant to show me more cars as it was getting late for him in the evening. Hence i decided not to go with him.Couple of days later, I went again to find another Car which i saw online. And this time i saw the reviews of the sales person and went to a guy called Chevy Michael. He is a nice guy. I liked the car and We had a good negotiation and finally i made a deal for my first Car. Since its a used car and certified pre owned And there are some scratches on the car. We had a deal that dealer will be fixing those scratches before my delivery. And the deal is done to pick the car 1 week after on a Fine Friday.And Chevy was Out for vacation that entire week and said he will be coming over friday and will deliver the car. I prepared myself for all my finance and Insurance and finally the day came. On Thursday, the first sales guy Jason called me and said he will be taking care of my delivery and will make the car ready by Friday evening by the time i come. I called him on Friday and said i will be coming in the evening and everything is all set from my end.I went in the evening and the CAR IS NOT YET READY. It was still in the Garage for the certification check (180 point check). I waited for 2 hours for the car to be ready. And the scratches were not yet repaired and the car was not cleaned properly. I was so disappointed since that was my first car buying experience. I am so pissed off since I was travelling for 25 miles for every visit to the dealer. I asked him what is this and what can be done now. He just simply said, it happens sometimes and asked me to come any time later to get the scratches fixed. And his answer was so rude. I said i can't drive again 25 miles to get the scratches fixed and i dont have any other car to drop my car here for the scratch fix. I asked him to provide me a rental car and finally he agreed for that thinking that he was doing a favor. I took the car and went in the night at 8:30 PM after all the wait. I didn't realise there was small crack on the windshield as it was night. Next day morning i realised and then i called Jason and said the same. He was so rude, that he told me that it might have happened with you only. I said it was only one day that i took the car and how can you say that i did it. And also there was a noise coming from the brake pads and also the front right wheel is shaking when going on a high way at 65 miles speed.When i went to drop my car for the scratches fix, i told him all these problems and asked him to fix these before returning my car. Now Jason was busy with other customers on that day and asked Chevy to deal with me for that day. I told all these problems to Chevy and asked him to please fix them before returning back the car to me.2 days later, they called me and said my car is ready and i went to pick the car up. But to my Surprise, nothing is fixed except the scratches. And that too, scratches are not properly fixed. Still the noise from the brake pads and the front right wheel and the crack on the windshield is not fixed. And Chevy handed over the car to me. When i asked him, he said i dont know about all these, as you were working with Jason on this car. I am again pissed off. I don't know what to do and then talked to a manager called Max Alexander. And he listened to my entire story and said that he can't do anything and asked me to come back to have the car checked by a service department. And i have to travel again 25 miles for this. This guys is also so rude and disrespectful. And finally I decided not to tell anything and simply walked away from the dealer with dissatisfaction.My Sincere advice. Please make your customers happy and please make your sales persons treat the customers well even if they are buying used cars.Please don't encourage guys like Jason at all. It was seriously a Bad experience for me with Jason. And i am totally disappointed with my first car experience with this delaer. I will not recommend any of my friends to buy a car from this dealer.Please read and understand my Pain..!! hope this helps and improves your Customer receiving experience.!!!!Thanks..!!!

Leith Honda happened to be closer to us and when we were patched through to Alison we knew we'd be taken care of properly! Alison's attention to detail and trying to find us what we wanted, needed, and could afford all in one car was truly amazing. We've never had a better experience with a dealership OR a salesperson! She really is honest and transparent, and you really feel like she wants what's best for you. She truly went above and beyond! Anytime someone needs a vehicle I'll certainly be referring them to Alison and when our lease is up we won't think of going anywhere else!

Rick helped me find my dream car. I'm about as pick as any woman can be and he did what he could to get me the car I wanted, in my price range and in the short amount of time I needed it. It was obvious Rick is dedicated to his customers and will go out of his way to go above and beyond and make sure everyone that comes his way is satisfied. If I ever recommend anyone to Honda I will make sure they're going in there asking for him, because I know they'll leave with a car and happy.

Wally helped me lease a car 3 years ago and when the lease neared maturity I was glad to see that he was still with Leith Honda. I knew which model and trim I was interested in and Wally worked with me via email and phone to hammer out the details before I arrived at the showroom. Unlike other car dealers I have worked with I was happy and pleased that the numbers didn't change the day I showed up. I'm not sure that buying or leasing a car will ever be a fun thing for me but Wally certainly made it as good as it could be. Thanks Wally!

The common fable about buying a car is that it is a daunting and challenging experience. However, Rick's attitude and approach to helping my wife and I pick out a 2015 Odyssey dismissed any notion we had about pushy, flashy sales. Never once did Rick pressure us or hurry us along to sign on the dotted line. He listened to our wants and needs, working patiently within our budget constraints, allowing us to get into a wonderful vehicle that we are excited to drive for many years to come. If I ever purchase another Honda, I will be asking for Rick again! I should also note that Derek did a wonderful job getting the cost down to ensure a happy customer, all the way until we were literally pulling off the lot. Thanks Leith Honda!

The last time my husband and I bought a car was over 10 years ago. My husband and I went to see Alison because we have known her family since she was a baby. I have never enjoyed buying a car. But not only was Alison awesome the dealership was spot on. What a positive place. All the sales people were so polite and happy. Alison was able to meet all our needs and was knowledgeable about all Hondas. I have already given her card to an AT&T installer who is looking for a van for his family. I recently purchased a 2015 CR-V EX in metallic gray from Rick. The service was beyond excellent! I originally test drove an HR-V and had been excited for it, but found it to be too small. I ended up going with a CR-V which I found on the dealership website. I contacted Rick and let him know I was interested to purchase the vehicle. When I arrived, Rick was ready, offer in place (couldn't beat it!), car ready to go. I was in and out in no-time, keys in hand! I would highly recommend asking for Rick Wheeler for any purchases/inquiries at Leith Honda! Jacky was also excellent handling the finances and had me in and out quick. Not because I was rushed but because everything was organized and in place. No one wants to be kept up at the dealership. They're ready to drive out in their new purchase. Everyone there made it an excellent visit.

I've driven nothing but Hondas for over 20 years. It's been ten years since I last bought one and they've changed quite a bit. I went by Leith with two models in mind but didn't know what features came with either model. Porter seemed annoyed that I was trying to decide between two models and didn't already have my mind made up. Then when I didn't know whether I wanted an LX or EX he seemed really annoyed. Since features aren't all that important to me, before bothering with the trim packaged I said that I'd like to drive the two different models to see if I could eliminate one based on how it drives, this annoyed him too. He then insisted that I choose a color, and was again annoyed that I hadn't already chosen a color in advance.All in all, it appeared that he didn't want to help us with any aspect of our purchase. I had no intention of going to another dealership to find a car, but his negative attitude made me much more open to shopping elsewhere. I did, and for the first time in my life, I'm no longer driving a Honda.

My husband Matt actually worked with Alison via email and phone prior to us coming in to make the purchase. We had been working with the Honda dealership in Greenville NC and just did not find them to be very "consistent" with their options that they presented. Alison was very knowledgeable about the products and had a very good understanding of the lease agreement which she relayed to us very well. I had not purchased a new car since 1994. After adding up the cost of purchasing, operating, and repairing three used ones in the eight years of my long commute, I started thinking that maybe it would be cheaper to invest in a new one and purchase an extended warranty. And so I began researching the only car that really appealed to me - my 1982 Honda Accord hatchback on steroids.I test drove the car three times over 6 months at more convenient dealers before I came to Leith for a dark and rainy night test. Knowing it was an unpopular car which was being phased out, I still liked the car but was hesitant to purchase because I was concerned about making an expensive mistake when my commute is 500 miles per week and I spend more time in the driver's seat than I do in my living room. Brett seemed to get that. He invested a considerable amount of time and allowed me enough miles behind the wheel to be confident that I was purchasing a car I could live with for the long haul. Just shy of two months later, I have almost 5000 miles on the car and no regrets about the car I chose.Thanks, Brett, for going the extra miles, every single one of them!

Prior to going I checked out the website and read buyer reviews, the name that kept popping up was Alison; so although I had never met her, I went into Leith and asked specifically for her. Buyers had many greAt things to say about her. She made buying my new car super easy, she was very informative about the car. Last weekend my wife and I were doing some homework for a possible upcoming Lease/Purchase for a new car. Having owned Honda products in the past, we were looking to upgrade from our current 2010 Accord. Our salesman Jeffrey Campbell, although relatively new to the dealership, was very pleasant and extremely knowledgeable of the Honda product line, especially for all the new high tech features and safety improvements. He was also very patient with us during (2) lengthy test drives for the coupe and sedan Accord models that we were interested in. We honestly were not ready to purchase that day, but after the sales manager proposed a very good offer on one of the cars we test drove, we ended up leaving the dealership with a brand new, top of the line Accord Touring model. Overall the experience could not have been better and was stress-free without all the usual back and forth negotiating with the "man behind the curtain" that we were honestly dreading coming in. The finance officer Jeremy Hyatt was also excellent to deal with and was extremely friendly. He got us through the paperwork process with ease and had us on the road in under a hour. I went to Leith to test drive the new HR-V. I normally do not like to "deal" with dealerships but this time was different. Alison Davis greeted me with courtesy and it only got better! You see, I was feeling sick and tired (before I got there) and my car finally let me down for the last time. Alison gave me some options and I was on my way. While leaving, my car started acting up as it had started doing for s few weeks. I walked back to the dealership in raging heat! She met me in the parking lot and quickly brought me inside out if the heat. Then she took several staff and got my lame car back on the lot in 100 degree heat. She could tell I was not feeling well and took care of everything. I told her I wanted to do a deal and a couple hours later, I am leaving in a brand new Civic. I went for a test drive and left with a car! It was painless and Alison actually made me feel better, not to mention a new car! No pressure and super kind and understanding of my health and car situations. God is good and He provided! I am sure that Alison would say to God be the glory!

When I began shopping for a new car, I knew that I was not interested in loosing the great service I've experienced at Leith Honda. Whether it's the sales or service side, I know I can trust this dealer to listen to my needs and do what they can to make it work. This is my second car from Leith, and I have family who has also purchased from Leith. Nahru has helped with every transaction. He is so attentive to the buyers needs and wants, and does a great job guiding you to the best deal. I am extremely thankful to Nahru for making this experience so easy, fast, and as stress free as possible. While he directed me in a different path than I had originally thought I wanted, I know that I left with a better deal than I expected and an much nicer vehicle. This was my first new car purchase and I'm thankful that I had Nahru to work with. I highly recommend working with Nahru!

I couldn't be more happy with the last two cars I bought from Leith Honda and the customer service I received from Jason, Frank, Jeremy, and Nahru. I highly recommend Leith Honda for everyone's car buying needs--not only are Hondas great cars and run well and last a long time, but you will have an overall pleasing car buying experience with the professional and friendly nature of their staff. Customer service truly is their priority! The first time I came, Jason found a car that was perfect for me. He wasn't pushy like other sales people I've bought from before and was focused on finding what was best for me. When the price was out of my budget, both Jason and Frank worked to get the price down so I could afford it. They were extremely friendly and personable, making me feel like I wasn't just a customer they were trying to take money from. I was extremely happy with the new Honda Fit and with the customer service I received. While I was in the middle of the car buying process, my dad had mentioned to Jason how much he'd like a used Honda Fit. Jason remembered and made several follow-up phone calls to my father about a few used Honda Fits on the lot whenever one was available. My father was ended up buying one, and at an affordable price! I was later in a terrible car accident and had to get another car. I gave Jason a call and he continued to follow up with me about the car and making sure I was doing okay after the accident. I made an appointment with Jason to buy another car after having such an awesome experience the first time around. When I got there, Jason had Nahru show me the cars I was most interested in. Nahru provided exceptional customer service and made the car buying experience fast, hassle-free, and extremely professional. He got the paperwork going quickly so that I didn't have to sit at the dealership all day and took the time to discuss the pricing options with me. He even filled up my gas tank and gave me half off my next oil change. Jeremy took care of the finance paperwork. Jeremy was funny, friendly, and made me feel very welcomed. He helped me find a way to get gap insurance without paying for the entire insurance package, which was awesome too! Overall, I am very pleased with Leith Honda. I will continue to recommend this dealership to all my friends, and whenever I need another, I will ALWAYS go back to Leith Honda for future car buying needs! :)

I was excited when I heard that Honda was making the HR-V. I was initially interested in the Honda Fit. However, I need more space and enjoy a vehicle that rides a bit higher. I had done my research on the HR-V and was anticipating it's arrival. In my research I came across Alison Davis on Instragram and started following her. I was fascinated that she would post the various cars at the dealership and the ones she has sold. I knew she must be doing something right! When the HR-V arrived, she posted a picture to announce it's arrival. I KNEW I had to check it out! I sent her a mesage and set up a time to come in for a test drive. I came in for the test drive and was impressed with Alison's knowledge of a vehicle that had just become available. When Alison gave me her business card I noticed she had an account with EVERY social media platform (facebook, google+, linkedin, tumblr and twitter). I laughed and said, "Well it is 2015 you do need to connect with your customers!" I look forward to coming back to work with Alison and make my purchase so she can post a pic of me with my HR-V!
