We purchased a truck a few weeks ago and it was the easiest transaction we have ever experienced. No haggling, no waiting, just a plain and simple deal. The salesperson listened to what we wanted and then worked HARD to find it! We would drive the extra 30 miles again to buy from this dealership! WAY TO DO BUSINESS in this time where everyone is so busy!

I purchased a 2011 Ford Explorer XLT for a phenomenal price. Nate was my sales associate and bent over backwards to get the best deals on the car I wanted. Go see Nate at Lee Auto Group you won't be disappointed !

Overall good response at the beginning, Kyle got back to us fast to let us know it was still there the condition was as he said, but did say it had been serviced, it had not, we went over all the amounts, got a cashier check from the bank, Friay at 1:00 pm, told him we would be driving from Tallahassee, my dad is in his 80's had one that was totaled so we where trying to replace it, I wrote down all the numbers, selling price, title, transfer ect, it was a cash deal. We informed him we would be there by 1:00 I told him, I was not coming, due to work, a friend of dads was coming to drive the other car back, it was a 7 hour trip, Dad had to wait 3 hours before anyone would get the paperwork done, no one was familiar with him coming, the cost of the truck, nothing, Dad had to threaten to leave with the bank check, then they got there act together, that was the main complaint, after driving 6 hours, test drove and wanted the truck with price quoted, we even gave credit card for 100$ deposit on the deal, he is happy with the truck, but 6 to 7 hours down, 3 getting the run around, 6 to 7 hour drive back, long trip to get the run around, no one even expecting him after confirming everything prior to appt the next day. I researched about 9 vehicles in my price range that they had advertised as in stock on their lot with vin checks, estimated value, etc. All the prices were very good. Seemed too good to be true. I looked around quite a bit at other places, but the cars I saw were really bad, filthy condition and not fairly priced. Lee Auto Group had all the vehicles they advertised that I wanted to look at. All very clean. I bought a 99 Civic and had a great experience. I felt no need to even suggest a price other than asking price. The prices were that good. Robert was very helpful. No pressure. We went from car to car and he was knowledgeable about each of them. With the selection, condition and variety of their inventory, I was very impressed. The buying process was less than an hour. I recommend and I would go there again.

We shopped on line for the best price along with the type of options we were looking for. We were not disappointed in the buying experience we had at Lee Auto. The people were very helpful and we would buy a vehicle from them again if they had what we were looking for. Had my SUV for 2 weeks now and drove twice from Ft Myers- Orlando with no problems.

I've purchased many new & used vehicles over the past 45 years I've dealt with all types of sales people 99% of which I would never go back to. There was no pressure, no false urgency, the pricing was more than reasonable to start, but they still made the numbers fit my budget. I have been driving my Jeep Cherokee for 4 months now and still runs great. I am a very satisfied Customer.

The entire experience, TOP SHELF! Ease of doing business with, pricing and vehicle selection was very good. Our salesman was just simply wonderful!! Very truthful and extremely informative. All our questions were answered and explained. No gimmicks or wasted time. Our vehicle was in the great shape they claimed it to be and the one issue we had was taken care of immediately.

My husband and I went to look for a car. I liked the Toyota Corolla they had. Salesperson greeted us outside and wasn't "pushy" like others I experienced in past. In my younger years I sold vehicles for a living so I knew the kind of things dealerships do. The whole process was great! Everyone was very helpful and friendly.

Call about 03 Mercedes. They are open till 6 but stayed open for me as I could not get there till 6:30 as I was working. The car looked super nice and drove just as nice. I gave deposit and picked up next day. Been driving the car for 4 weeks now and still runs great. I will return if I ever need another car. I would highly recommend this dealership. A+++ Dealership

Posted hours were 10AM-2PM on Sunday on line. Was disappointed not to see the cars I drove miles to see. There were no traces of sign as to where the place is. It looked like a big storage facility .We saw no one around there and the gates were padlocked.

I usually buy from the big "franchise" stores.. Was a little nervous buying from a little "family owned" business. I ended up getting not only perfect customer service but a great deal on a car I would of paid a lot more $ for at a franchise store. Thank You Lee Auto Group and I will send family and friends. EXCELLENT, EXCELLENT IN EVERY WAY!

We were interested in two cars at this dealership and before going to Lee Auto Group paid for two Carfax reports. Both cars had low mileage for their years, no accidents, and were one owner cars. Good picks by Lee Auto Group. The car salesperson Denny was very informative and easy to work with. We did purchase one of the vehicles. Great experience!

Sent an email through this site about a Honda. Got a call back from a gent named Leo about an hour later. Seemed nice on the phone. Will send my 23 year old daughter up there to talk to them and she will report back to me about how it went. If they treated her well and were honest with her, I will return with her to close the deal tomorrow. Will follow up with another review after her visit.

same as other review ... was told the vehicle wasn't on the lot at time but was not sold and that i would receive a call monday morning... its after 5pm and nothing ! i would get fired for not following up with potential customers .. and with A+ credit ... their loss
