I brought my 93 LeBaron there do to a problem with the alarm. When they called, I came to pick it up. Said the problem was a wire connection. Paid $155. Opened the drivers door the alarm went off. Waited in the waiting room. Was told it was fixed another wire connection. Opened the drivers door, the alarm went off again. I asked to just disable the alarm. Was told that was not possible. Back to the waiting room. Once again was told it fixed, same results. Was told it needs an Alarm Module but none can be found. So I was told to avoid locking the doors. Went home searched on the internet. Found that if the Alarm Module is disconnected when the engine is running, then the alarm is disabled. I did that. Went back to Laurel Chrysler. I requested a $100 refund since they did not fix it, I did. Frank the GM refused and refunded $88.15. He said they had to pay the Tech for time spent diagnosing. I replied that that he did not correctly diagnosis the problem of fix the problem. Frank said that does not matter, he still has to pay the guy.

I LIVE IN NEW JERSEY BY THE BEACHES,MY DEALING WITH DON SCHMIDT WAS THE SMOOTHEST EASY TRANSACTION I HAVE EVER HAD IN ANY OF LIFE'S EVENTS. ALL I DID WAS PICK MY CAR (CREAM PUFF)RENDEZVOUS,DON DID THE PAPER WORK,DIRECTLY MAPED OUT PROCESS WITH MY FINANCE CO(CAPITAL ONE AUTO) - - THEN - - HAD MY CAR DELIVERED TO MY DRIVEWAY- 5 MINUTES LATER PAPERS WERE SIGNED AND I HAD MY CAR. 5 MINUTES DONE,WHOLE PROCESS PRE ARRANGED BY DON SCHMIDT AS I SAID THE SMOOTHEST PURCHASE IN MY LIFE ..MAYBE 270-300 MILES APART MY RENDEZVOUS IS STILL THE CREAM PUFF TODAY AS IT WAS 2 YEARS AGO WHEN DON SOLD ME IT. This place is a joke, was going to buy a car THAT DAY and they sent it off to an auction. All I was told was "I told you it could be going" they didn't even offer something different....do not recommend

I've been working with Cody Custer on line for a 2015 Hyundai Genesis and he has been an unbelievable professional. Our communication has been cordial and pleasant, he respond to my continued questions honestly, immediately and completely. Cody has worked with me on a price that has convinced me that his dealership provides the best deal value wise for my money. I discussed the overall value of his price with a good friend and car salesman here in San Antonio Texas. Based on my friend's comments I've decided that it is the best deal for me to buy from Laurel. As of these comments I'm in the process of finalizing the deal with this dealership. I had a great experience buying a car here. The whole process was really easy, no surprises or hidden fees and no hardcore sell job on extended warranties or other stuff. My salesguy, Cody, was very straightforward and had the car ready for me when I arrived at the dealership. I had filled out most of the finance paperwork ahead of time so that process was really easy as well. The person handling the finance, Jennifer, was also easy to work with and answered all my questions thoroughly. I wish all my car purchases had been like this one

We purchased a 2002 avalanche from this dealer today. we drove 330 miles one way to make this purchase. When we arrived we were greeted with a smile and the vehicle was exactly as described. They made a long stressful day very enjoyable!!! our next purchase new or used will definately be with these guys if at all possible.
