The service department at Larry Miller Dodge is the good thing about the dealership. The sales department is a joke. Anyone looking to buy a vehicle should definitely go some where else. This review is from my last visit. Was there again and as always Arron is a great service department advisor. He goes above and beyond my expectations. This dealership should be very thankful for a person of his caliber. And to reiterate I would not buy another truck from there. Just a heads up.

I had a great experience buying a vehicle from Eddie! He was well informed and knew how to help us without any problems! From my point of view Eddie went above and beyond to make our car buying experience as easy as possible! Got us the best price available on the vehicle we got and got us a very manageable monthly payment! Whenever I go back to upgrade or buy another vehicle i will definitely go to Eddie! If anyone ever asks me where would be a good place to get a car I will send them to Eddie!!

on January 27 2021 I took my ram in to have the rear driver's side leather seat cover replaced. I was given a $200 quote for service when I purchased seat cover from parts department. When the cover came in a service rep gave me a $290 quote. I told the rep about the $200 quote. He replied, oh maybe he found someone to do it for 200. I started thinking are they shopping their own service employees to do side work or something? I ended up speaking with Pete who said the quote was correct at $200 for 1.5 hours work... Thanks Pete for doing your job with integrity.

So my overall experience with buying a car was fine with all smiles and I got to haggle my way down and was happy with the transaction. I purchased their "Total Care Auto Maintenance" package for $240 which covered oil changes for 3 years. I thought it was a really good deal-- full synthetic can get really expensive and it saved me from doing oil changes for a little bit but of course if it sounds too good, it probably isn't. Time comes around for the first oil change and I take it in and the service adviser explained that my package did not cover full synthetic oil as needed and would be an additional $60 dollars PER change in addition to the package. I told them not to perform the service and I would call to get it sorted out. After speaking to a impatient lady in financing, she said the $60 should only be a one time fee and assures me it should not be multiple times. I schedule another maintenance date, head over and I explain to the service adviser the issue and he is all shoulders and says she is wrong. Frustrated, I just take the car home and ordered my own oil and filter and did myself and asked for a refund on the auto care package. I went in to sign a document for the refund and only $152.94 out of the $240 I spent and here I am. I had to explain to one of the financial managers that I was entitled to a full refund (didn't use any of it and wrong package sold) so he probably messed something up on his end (not looking good for someone who works in "Finance" Thing I'd take away is just do NOT buy any auto care packages or ANYTHING they offer. Often they are overpriced as is and it's a huge head ache in some cases.

This experience was so much better than my last experience so far. I have not yet received delivery of my vehicle. But will like to give more stars once I do. I must say Sierra, MJ(Mary Jane) and nugget (Brandon) were amazing. The other finance person I believe his name may be nick I forgot. He was amazing as well. I hope to receive my vehicle in a timely fashion shinning and ready to go soon.

Took my teenage daughters car in for check engine light, throttle control light, and warning of engine too hot. They claimed that the cause was that my teenage daughter purposely cut the wires and I that they would not cover the warranty repairs. This was a complete lie. Manager blamed every crazy cause other than defect from Dodge that they would have to repair under warranty. When we took the car back, the air conditioner stopped working while they had it.

My husband and I purchased a dodge charger from your dealership on 7/2. On 7/6 we were contacted by Luis Becerra stating we owed an additional 671.00. He said to my husband "your payoff is more than what we thought" my husband misunderstood him thinking that he meant you guys owed us money and my husband said "so that is a good thing right? " and Luis laughed and said "yeah its a good thing ...you owe US" my husband said excuse me what did you say and Luis tried to ignore him. My husband asked again what did you say and he said you owe us 671.00. My husband told him we did not have the extra funds and that we were already paying 250/more a month for this vehicle. Luis said "will you be putting that on debit or credit" my husband said you guys will have to meet me somewhere in the middle and he said "no the best we can do is a 100 credit so you only have to pay 571" My husband said he would call him back. I called him back a couple hours later stating we were not able to pay the difference and Luis said very rudely "that's fine it will just be sent to collections." I said collections for what? Luis said "the 671 will go to collections and report to both you and your husbands credit bureau reporting" I said we can bring the car back, he said no you signed a contract. He proceeded to raise his voice and tell me that we were not keeping up our end of the contract and that we needed to pay that 671 now and that bringing the car back was not an option at all. He told us we were not allowed to bring the car back. Once he said that I asked for the general manager, Luis said very arrogantly "I am the general manager- I'm the top of the food chain " At that point I asked for his first and last name and said I would call back to speak with someone else. Later that day on 7/6 I called back and requested to speak to you, the rep said ok and that you were available, then shortly came back on the line stating that I could speak with Luis....I told the rep I did not want to speak with him and the rep said ..."why, you don't like Luis?" I did not respond and asked for you again, the rep placed me on hold and said he was informed you had just left for the day and that the only person I could speak to was Luis. I am hoping this is the right email for you because I am highly disgusted with the way Luis handled this entire situation. He was condescending, rude, arrogant, etc. In fact, once I found out his full name I googled him and you might want to do the same. It looks like we are not the only people that feel this way about him. We have bought 3 cars from Larry Miller but will never go back because of how badly we were treated. I took the time to write to you to see what you can do about this before I run to social media. When I had told Luis this was the most horrible experience ive ever had with a dealership he said "ohwell" I said ok so it doesn't bother you that I will be telling my friends and family to never step foot in a Larry Miller? he said "nope doesn't affect me". You really need to consider who you are employing and think about whether or not they are benefiting your company or hindering it. Just do a quick google search and see how he has treated others.

Lois did a very nice job working with throughout this deal. My only detractor is the detail shop needs to put the Capitol D in detail. I found many spots of tree sap on the truck and a spot on the seat. Should of been caught by the detailer. I found a small dent in the bed that should of been caught and fixed prior to me finding it during delivery.

We got a letter in the mail that stated that Dodge was buying back vehicles like our 2008 Dodge Caravan. After finally talking my husband into going over there, it only took 2 hours from when we walked into the dealership to when we were driving off in our new Journey. Most surprising was that we were able to get into the new car with an 8.59% interest rate and payments only $60 more per month than we had with the Caravan. The last car we bought at a dealership had a 30% interest rate due to our terrible credit history. Gino made this a GREAT experience from start to finish and we were very happy we didn't have to spend hours "dickering" with them to get the price to something we could afford. Will definitely go to them again next time we are wanting to replace a car.

I have purchased many new vehicles in the past and have experienced extreme sales pressure, lack of respect for my time, hiding my keys and so on....What I experienced at Larry H. Miller was the exact opposite. I walked into the showroom and met a very polite young sales person. He did exactly what I asked, the financial team was very respectful of my time and no games where played. I was not able to make my deal on the first day; however, the finance team worked very hard and managed to get to my purchase price. When I arrived back the second day, the truck was ready and all paper work was ready for me to sign. It was a great deal, great service and if I live long enough I would be back to buy again.Thank you Larry H. Miller for changing your sales tactics and respecting me and my time!

I have never had such an enjoyable time buying a car.you hear about all the high pressure tactics with car sales, and this was not the case at Larry Miller dodge. There was no pressure to speak of, and everyone was very pleasant to deal with. We didn't make our decision right away and took a couple days to think about it. I am sure they wished they could have sold the vehicle to us on the 1st visit, but were very pleasant when we told them we wanted to think about it. Overall a very nice experience compared to what I thought it would be like from past experiences with new purchases in the past.

I was pickup shopping and had two bad experiences at Ford and Chevy that day when I stopped at LMD. Will and Cole were outside and I handed a sheet with a list of what I wanted. They just said " let's see what we can do". A little while later Will brought up a pickup that was exactly what I wanted and is said I will take it....Done deal! There was absolutely no pressure which would have made me leave immediately so, I am now a Dodge man. Thanks guys for making this deal something I will remember and will return in a few years for another truck.

Our experience at the dealership was very stress free. We were originally there just to check out some models and maybe go on a couple test drives, but didn't have any real intent on buying that day. Cody our salesman was very accommodating to my girlfriend and I having our baby with us, so we didn't have to run all over the dealership. He and his sales manager helped us consider the most realistic options based on our wants and needs, and finally helped us find the perfect vehicle that we went home with that day. Great experience and I hope to work with both gentlemen in the future.

We appreciate the time and expertise Larry Miller Dodge extended to us this last weekend while we shopped for our new truck. It had been 13 years since we bought a truck and there have obviously been a lot of changes to their design. We didnt feel pressured and they understood that we were nervous about such a large purchase as well as excited to have a new truck. Ray Lopez took us out for our test drive and spent a lot of time explaining the features the truck offered. Financing went very smooth and was thorough. As we sat doing some of the paperwork, I watched the team inside the showroom. The team worked together to help their customers and had great respect for one another. John Anderson, the manager was walking around and talking to the customers. Mr. Anderson was just like one of the gang and made the public and his employees comfortable. Then I saw him outside drying off the truck we were about to drive away in. You dont see very many managers working alongside the people that work for him. I was a loyal customer of Larry Miller having purchased 3 previous vehicles over the last 13 years from Larry Miller Hyundai. Me and my wife purchased two new vehicles in September from Larry Miller Dodge. My first issue is that instead of each of us primary owner on the two separate cars they put my wife as primary on both cars which will now hurt her as she try's to get other credit. The second issue is that they didn't have to title to one of the cars that they sold us so we still have not received the licensing and registration for that car. I will be launching a full investigation to see if there was a violation of Arizona state law and or the contract that we signed.

I went to larry miller excited to buy my first car walked onto the lot and found the vehicle I always wanted. But now I regret it! I left that day happy about everything. Then about two weeks later they start calling me phone non stop to tell me oh we "missed" a signature can you come back in. What that actually meant was we are gonna redo your deal and raise your payment $40. Then I come to find out that they registered my vehicle in arizona instead of new mexico like I EXPLICITLY asked them too! And I still don't have my plates two months later. I will never do business here again and this experience has definitely got me terrified to ever buy another car again.

The worst Dealership in the state!!!! My salesman Ray was great, his higher ups were one step below xxxx. After not having the truck I wanted, they had one that had a few extra upgrades. I told them I could not afford that, nor did I need those upgrades. We talked about getting a truck I wanted the next day. then the "boss" decided to tell me that If he hits my # on the more upgraded truck, would I do the deal. I Replied I needed to call my other half and inform her, ( since she had been out of town for 5 days) and if she is good with it, I am good with it. I come back into the dealership and tell Ray lets do the deal. I am excited to get a new pick-up and then the "boss" tells me that he will not honor the price he just told me and that it had to be another $1500.00. At that point I knew these guys were playing games and it is frustrating to say the least. The thought that we agreed on a price and 5 minutes later, he says no deal and I need an extra $1500.00. Typical of this dealership... Beware of their shady tactics, ARIZONA package is a JOKE!!! and I would not buy a valve stem cover from them. They do not deserve my money. They prey on the uninformed and unintelligent.

I have been to LHM Dodge 3 times, the first in 2012 where I purchased a brand new dodge charger and then 2 times after that over roughly a 2 year span. The first experience was less than pleasant and got worse the second time and really bad the third time.The first visit I had the deal all worked out and had taken possession of the car when they decided to change the terms and told me that I needed to provide more money down. It wasn't until I returned the car to them that they changed their mind and allowed the deal to go through.The second visit they reached out to me and gave me a verbal guarantee that they could get me into a new car at a lower interest rate, and even when I told them I was skeptical they assured me they could. After running my credit they told me they were confident they could get me a certain rate and we proceeded with the deal and ultimately took possession of the car. After having the car for a month I was told to come in and sign the final documents where I was presented with a rate that was more than double what I was promised and so I walked away from the deal.Over the next year or so I received numerous letters from LHM indicating they were in need of used vehicles and were offering to purchase my 2012 Dodge Charger. The first letter was for an amount that was not very attractive so I disregarded it, which was followed by a second letter that increased the amount a couple thousand, and was eventually succeeded by a third letter that offered a very attractive amount. So I once again returned to LHM only to yet again be disappointed. The first sales person tried to get me into a relatively pricey vehicle at my initial request but when it became clear that was not going to be feasible she simply dismissed me and told me to call her back if anything changed, with no attempt at finding any other deals. I placed a call back into LHM the next day and spoke with a second sales person who after some time to investigate matters simply reiterated the first sales persons words back to me. I made several attempts to get them to do some work and investigate whether we could get into a lower end car but they seemed reluctant to even deal with me and after numerous calls and talking to a few people I was eventually informed that they were not going to honor the letter they had sent me regarding the purchase of my car. Basically it was just a fishing attempt to get me into the building. The amount that they would be wiling to offer me on the trade in left enough negative equity that was preventing the banks from entertaining any financing without a substantial down payment.Fool me once, shame on me, fool me twice shame on you. Needless to say I will not be back to any Larry H. Miller auto dealerships.

My '08 PT Cruiser has come to Larry Miller Dodge for service since brand new. I have "gone through" a number of service agents in spite of the fact that I've continually requested more consistency. Having said that, however, I'm glad because on my last visit, it was Jimi Bettino who handled the service. Jimi was friendly, helpful, considerate and very professional. I plan to request his handling of the "routine" service due next month.I know I'm late with this submittal but have been out of town. Could not just let this one pass however and hope my five-star rating will be reviewed despite its tardiness.Larry Miller Dodge has a valuable asset in Mr. Bettino. He is a true ambassador for Larry Miller Service. I have recommended Larry Miller Dodge to friends (and have "converted" a couple of them!). From now on, however, I will be recommending Larry Miller AND Jimi Bettino.

Big big shout out to John Bishop, Carl Wallace and the whole crew at Larry Miller Dodge in Peoria.We go through commuter cars pretty quick. Average just at 4.5k miles a month. We take the new right off of them. Not a bad deal, we charge for most of the miles, etc and recognize that they are somewhat disposable.Time for new car. We shook hands with Carl within 15 minutes of the test ride. No haggle, no fuss, fair and easy. We have bought a lot of cars. A LOT. This is the best car buying experience we have ever had.So, AZ peeps, if you are in the market for a Dodge, or Ram, get a hold of John Bishop and or Carl Wallace. Even if you are just tinkering with the idea. They will make it a very square deal.Now, time to go write reviews on Yelp, Google, Dealer Rater, etc.It was that good on an experience.Thank you John and Carl!

Larry Miller Dodge were willing to go the distance to secure a vehicle for us. We like Dodge and have always preferred Dodge to other brands except Chrystler (which is another Dodge brand). They worked with us and got us the deal we wanted and a vehicle we needed. Thanks, Andy for catering to our needs. And Thank you, Larry Miller Dodge, for having the type of vehicle we wanted. We did have another appointment to see another dealership after Larry Miller Dodge but that dealership didn't have a minivan like what we wanted. Having a number of vans for us to choose from sealed the deal for us. When I have to get another car for my college aged kids, I will most certainly consider Larry Miller Dodge before going anywhere else.

I have never had such a bad experience somewhere that I had to ever write a review about it. We went on a Friday around 7:30 at night to look at some cars after the manager called us twice telling us to come in, that they were having a sell that weekend and they could definitely work with us, and get us more for our trade in ( we previously went a month earlier but were not offered what we wanted for our trade). So after working all day we decided to go in.It was 9:30 at night and we had finally come to an agreement on numbers. But the car was at another dealership. They pushed and pushed for us to commit to this deal, without even seeing or test driving the car (38,000 vehicle) Of course we didn't... we said we would be back to make the deal the next day after we test drove the car and they told us that was fine, that the deal would still be on the table. We asked for the price sheet with all the numbers so we could think about it more at home (last time we there they had given us one), The Fleet manager Rob straight lied to our face and said they don't give those out... oh ok I have one sitting in my car right now from them(actually from the same EXACT guy) SOOOO the next day we got busy and could not make it in, but were told if we came in Sunday we could still do it for the same price. So we go in Sunday to do the deal and what do you know.. they lost the price sheet!! so after all was said and done, they come to us with all new numbers, 6000 more over the term of the loan. They do not honor their word, and this is a place I will never do business with again. Please spend your money and time somewhere else. This place is a JOKE. ---- all we wanted was for this dealership to honor their word, we had a deal worked out and were told if we came back two days later, that they would still honor it. Don't wait until we drive 30 minutes up there, to tell us that they lost the price sheet and don't remember what is on the paper. We were not going in there asking for anything new, we just wanted to deal we were promised on Friday night.

The service was just fine and I most certainly will return to Larry Miller Dodge. Duane was very professional and courteous. I brought my truck in due to a recall notice I had received on my 2007 Dodge 2500. Duane did the inspection and it was the "up graded" item so nothing needed to be done. My truck needed an oil/filter change so I got in line, obviously no appointment and it took nearly an hour and a half. I did purchase the 3 changes for $75 but next time I will make an appointment.Complaint: There was hardly any reading material in the lobby, just local pomo items and I didn't bring a book to read. The soap operas on teh TV were not of interest, at least put the news up. I also own a GMC SUV and use Liberty GMC across the street from this dealership which provides a variety of reading material and TV. Even the Nationwide Dodge dealership Bell/I-17 has a wide variety of reading material and TV, which I used before switching over to Larry Miller, due to their poor attitude at that Bell Rd location.My suggestion is have a couple of newspapers, local and the Wall Street Journal at minimum and a variety of magazines for both men and women.

Just drove in from Chicago. When we were about 10 miles from our final destination the check engine light went on and the truck started to run very rough. It was about 1pm on a Saturday and I knew I needed to find a Ram dealership quickly if I was going to be able to get my new truck with only 2500 miles on it in for service early in the week. I called Larry Miller Dodge/Ram and spoke to John. Made an appointment for 9am Monday morning. My biggest concern was that I was out of town and we knew no one in the area. This was our only means of transportation and now I had to leave it at a dealership for an undertrained amount of time. John was extremely helpful. He suggested we wait for about an hour to see if it was a quick fix or to at least know what was going to be involved in the repair. It turned out to be the computer and it was going to be fixed that day. John, knowing that I might need alternate transportation, had a loaner car set aside for our use in case we needed it. I have normally purchased premium vehicles in the past. A large part of that choice is due to the way they handle customer service. I must say that I normally don't add any comments on a survey but I felt I had to this time. I was so impressed with the buying experience in the Chicago area at Wickstrom Dodge/Ram and even more impressed with my first service experience in Glendale, Az at Larry Miller Dodge/ Ram. I had an appointment for 9:30 am and arrived 9:25 am. A service adviser approached right away and found out who my appointment was with John. He was busy with another customer and the man told me to wait it shouldn't be long. 10 minutes later the first guy returned and said he would start my paperwork since John was still busy. He then did all the routine walk around, mileage taken and checked the tires. While he was doing that another car pulled up behind me for an oil change. I overheard the driver tell the adviser he didn't have an appointment. The adviser told him no problem and completed his paperwork and took him inside before I even got inside. We then went inside to by John's desk where he still was busy with a customer. The other guy told me to sit down at another desk and John should be with me soon. Then he walked over to his desk sat down and started drinking his coffee. Finally at 9:45 John called me to his desk to begin. I informed John that I had an 11 am appointment and would need to leave in about an hour. He said hmmm it's going to be tight. I said well perhaps if my appointment had started on time it wouldn't be. He didn't respond to that remark just completed the paperwork and told me where to wait. I kept my eye on the guy with no appointment and he was done at 10:40am. My car wasn't brought up to the parking lot until 11:20. I feel that if I go to the trouble to make an appointment for an oil change and tire rotation that it shouldn't take 95 minutes to complete. The lack of urgency in your service department is quite disappointing. Several people in the waiting area were complaining about the wait time. Meanwhile your guys were wandering around drinking coffee and chatting with each other. Maybe more service guys are needed and less advisers.

He has been my go-to man for 8 years now. And like a fine wine, he gets better with time. He is the reason I return for my service for our Magnum. All my service work, warranty work and associated attention to our Magnum has been with this dealer (we bought our Magnum from this dealer) and through Mike. This visit was an oil change and associated work. Mike works with me to make sure our car is up to all standards in care and service. My husband and I went to Larry Miller Dodge Poeria dealership and test drove a 2012 Chrysler 200 stock #P12214A No price was listed on the car, so our salesman ( com artist) went to the manager to get a price... Meanwhile, my husband and I look this car up on our iPhones on their website and saw that it's sale price was: $15877... Then Alex (con artist) returned with "great news"... "We have that car listed for $21800, but since it's so late at night and we want your business... We will reduce it down to $18800 with $3000 down!" At this point I showed Alex, the same stock # on his paper, listed on his website priced at only $15877!.... He was shocked, and then said: "ok we will cut the price a few more thousands!".... My husband and immediately stand up and said that he was a Ripe off!!! Alex then said in a true con artist fashion "we have ask for it" Sales manager followed us outside... Saying to give them another chance. This is an exact example of why consumer view car salesmen as sleazy con artists!!!This type of trickery is no longer effective now that consumer have the internet on their cell phones :)

These guys really are a bait and switch dealership. Be careful and dont play their shell game. I escaped but it was a frustrating night with their manager Scott telling lies the whole time. We went in to test drive a new 2013 Ram truck. Everyone is advertising incentives and low prices to get rid of all the 2013 trucks ahead of the 2014 models coming in to the dealership. Larry Miller had the truck we test drove on the website listing the price as $41k with a sticker of $50k. That seems like a great deal. After our test drive I told the guy we were meeting with and his boss that I was just shopping and while I had a tendency to be impulsive and wasnt going to be that. The manager said what if I offer you $3k above KBB for your trade. Ok, lets go in and talk about it. Fill out the paperwork and its getting late and our young children need to be picked up from the sitter. Scott comes to us and says I can get your deal done. My wife even asks at the level that we asked? He says yes. She then leaves to go get the kids while Im going to finish the paperwork. Scott(the liar) comes back with the real deal. First, they wont honor the internet price. Second, they now want to give me $3k below KBB for my trade. Third, they add a BS dealer add on fee of $1,495 for desert paint protection and tinted windows. When I comment on that they dont honor the internet price he goes back and lowers the price but also takes off the equivalent amount from the trade in. Does he think Im stupid? The clear answer is yes. So now we are $12k above the level that we talked about. I was thinking that it would be hard for them to get our deal done and still make money but it would be close. I called my wife back and let her know to turn around. Scott then tries to sell me a truck with a $6k less sticker price. Of course that means we are still far apart. These guys are less than reputable and Id advise anyone to steer clear. There are a bunch of Larry Miller dealerships and they all appear to be run the same way. To add insult to injury I get an email the next morning offering me a $38k truck at MSRP plus all their BS add ons. Unbelievable.Heres my advice. Educate yourself on the internet on the vehicle you want. Use KBB to figure out what you should get for your trade, what people are paying for the vehicle your want, and general information about the vehicle. Four hours of research will make you smarter than 85% of the sales persons you will ever run into. Last tip, avoid Larry Miller Dodge like a plague.

This time Sales Associate Kelly Thomas was DETERMINED to find me the bright orange 2012 Challenger R/T Hemi I wanted, and she DID--on another dealers' showroom floor, which she promptly went and drove off and brought to me. Emily Stratton is the Business Mgr. I both love and admire her bluntness and total honesty-she pulls no punches and tells it the way it is--VERY RESPECTABLE in the auto sales industry! More car dealers need more people like Emily-anyway, she got me a very good deal through a Credit Union, which I now have both a savings and checking acct with. In the Service Dept., both Alex and Mike have gone out of their way to make sure everything is 100% with the car. It's been in for oil changes and a few upgrades I added. Their quality of work is unsurpassed and their pricing is fair(after all, this is NOT a cheap vehicle to begin with) Alex I have known for many years when he was my service advisor back in 2000 when I bought my Intrepid ES. All these folks should be commended for their outstanding Customer Service in an otherwise ill thought- of business. I bought a New 2012 Dodge Ram 1500 and at 1,450 miles the transmission went out, took the dealership alomst two weeks to find out want was wrong with the truck. Got the truck back and keep having transmission problems, the truck was in and out of the shop more than 8 to 10 times in a matter of 3 months. The dealership told me that they didn't know what was wrong with the truck and didn't know how to fix it but knew that it did have a problem.I told the dealer that the truck was a lemon and that I wanted them to exchange the truck for the same truck and the dealership wouldn't exchanged the trucks and told me to take the truck to another dealership cause they couldn't fix the truck. Called CORP. and they said that they couldn't do much and that I had to take it up with the dealership.I will never buy a car from this dealer or even own a Dodge.Now I have a lawyer working on the case.

AFter getting jerked aroundfor two days by the dealership where we originally purchased our vehicle I called Larry miller Dodge at approx. 7:30 pm on 6/27/12. The phone was answered by Kelly Thomas she asked how she could help and I explained that we had a 2011 1500 sport crew cab that we wanted to trade in for a 2012 model.Not just any new one,we wanted the exact same truck down to every option.(we found that this was no small task as the truck we owned had been special ordered).Any way we told her that we would be there in 15 minutes and when we arrived she had the vehicle that we were looking for already out and she was waiting for us. Back to the hard to find aspect, this vehicle was similar but ghad 4 wheel drive and lacked one option.Through some minor negotiation and a lot of leg work on Kelly's part we ended up with exactly we wanted and at a great price, and we were done with everything and out the door in less than 2.5 hours with our new truck. This lady and her finance manager worked their butts off to satisfy us,the customer. We will recommend their services to everyone and without a doubt will return in the near future to purchase a vehicle for my wife.Thank you Kelly and Larry Miller Dodge for your efforts.P.S These are the first Dodge vehicles I ever owned and I love my Dodge Truck.

My wife and I had our first experience when we bought a used 2009 Dodge Ram 1500 from Larry Miller Dodge, Peoria, AZ in December 2010 and were very happy with the deal, service, and vehicle. Last week my wife got (2) phone calls from Larry Miller dealer to come back and trade our 09 Ram for a 2012 vehicle. Skeptical after the second call we decided to go out there on Saturday, June 9th to see what they had to offer. Originally, I wanted the Ram Big Horn but it didn't fit our budget without being uncomfortable. After meeting with Zack the salesman that called my wife we were shown a 2012 Ram Big Horn. The truck is beautiful and loaded and is all I could possbly want in a truck. So we started to do a deal. Initially we decided to pass, but then they asked "What payment are you looking for?" We told them and they went and worked on it. After a while we were told that we could have the truck with our trade, NO DOWN PAYMENT, rebates, and credits for the payment we wanted. That was great but at signing there came the catch about the warranty, gap coverage, etc. So these items were going to be extra and raise the payment and now we were uncomfortable. So, ready to leave with our original truck they went back to the drawing board and came back with a deal that gave us everything we could possibly need for the payment we wanted. Very happy we left with our brand new truck! So we get a call Monday, June 11th to come in and sign new loan papers because the financing interest went down and now our payment is even lower. BOTTOM LINE from our first purchase to this one this dealership worked to make us happy and to get us in the vehicles we wanted with the payments we wanted. If we decide to buy any more Dodge Products they will have our business!!

I have always thought about lawyers,dentist,and dying and car buying in the same class. You never what to have to visit any of the above. When I first met Michael I though, oh great Justin Beiver sell cars, I have socks older than him. How wrong I was, this is the most polite, well mannered young men I have ever met. He took the time to listen to what I was Looking for, instead of telling me what I should buy. He is one of the best new additions to the store Then we met Steve, it was crystal clear where Michael got his manners from! I have done lots of transaction, but I didn't even feel like I was buying anything. I felt like I was hang out with friends. My husband and I had been looking at cars for a few months for myself and we felt so pressured everywhere we had gone so we told Tom we were just looking. We looked at the car I was there to see and it was exactly what I was looking for so we took it for a test drive. As we were taking the test drive Tom managed to go through and tell us the majority of the features and once we got back to the dealership he told us everything else so that I could see the features as well since I had been driving previously. Every other dealership we had been(probably at least 7 total in the valley) to and asked questions about this specific car the salespeople did not have the answers to our questions so we had read up on the car online so we had as much info as possible going into the sale. Tom blew us away by how much he knew about the car on top of what we knew already and could answer our questions, I know that's what salesperson is suppossed to do, but we hadn't found one yet that could do that. After test driving the car we felt very comfortable about talking numbers and the rest is history. I'm a new proud owner of a Dodge Charger and I couldn't be happier with my experience!

I used the USAA auto buying program and the folks down at Larry Miller Dodge were more than helpful in finding me the truck that I wanted. They were not the first dealership that I visted but sure was glad I made the choice to go and see them. Zach Coble was the Internet Sales person that helped me out. He was very polite and knowlegeable about the vehicles. He didn't try the gimmicks other dealers tried to pull with me. They honnored USAA pricing, which was amazing since we didn't have to go back and forth all day(saving a lot of time). He was stright to the point and listened to what I told him I was looking for in a truck. Emily was the finance person that help with the contract protion. She was also very polite and helpful with lowering my monthly payment by finding a bank that had lower rates. So I would recommend everyone to go see them.

A Marine only cry's for 3 reasons. 1. He graduated from Boot Camp. 2 He got married and had his first child. 3. He left the service and someone did more than just say "Thank you for your service!" The Gents at Larry Miller found out I banked at USAA and served 10 years in the military by coming up to me and shaking my hand. Then the managment said to tell them what I thought to be a fair price on my new Dodge Durango 2011. When I wrote the price I was hoping for down on paper, they beat it and went under the price by another 1800.00!!!!! I dropped a jaw. Then while I waited to finalize the contracts they made sure not only my fuel tank was full, but my belly was full as well. Then they drove my old car home for me. Top of the line service!!! I had to take the time out to tell everyone this is truelly a great place to buy your next car New or Used, Just givem a chance to prove it.

First of all, we have purchased 5 vehicles from LMD, and all of the services (oil change,tires, etc) have been done by them. We have always had GREAT service from them,The day we bought our new car (8/13/11) we actullay went in for an oil change on our Avenger and ened up with a NEW CAR (2010 Charger) WOW, Jay Coen(salesman) was so friendly and a down home person (these days they are far and few between) Jay made you feel so comfortable, that if you closed your eyes for a moment you might be in your back yard haveing a BBQ with him instead of buying a car, never has buying a car been so easy, we also had Steve Dancy (Finance) in our corner-WOW! he worked really hard and found us the best interest rate, he has called several times to check and see if we were still okay and how we were doing (who does that anymore?) LMD is the best of all in our book and we have told everyone we know that they would not be disappointed. It is all how you treat people, LMD has great people working for them, so that has to tell you something.Thank you again for all you did for us!!!

We were very pleased with Tom Williamson and the financial advisor was excellentthey did not pressure us and we feel we got a fairly good deal and purchased a beautiful new SUV. Tom was very accommodating we went for a ride in the durango and Tom explained alot of the options and offered us water and we met several other salesman they were very nice. I would definitely recommend Larry Millerto my friends and family looking for a new car.The financial advisor explained things very well and we liked her very much.I dont remember her name.When we were ready to leave Tom explained all of the extras and showed us how to run everything on the new vehicle I think he was very thorough and very pleasent. He definitely gets a 5 from us.

When looking for a new vehicle, I thought it would be like going to a dentist to get a vasectomy. I was WRONG. I have never had so much fun buying my truck as I did at Larry Miller Dodge. The salesman, Jon Rohde, was great, no high pressure, and extremely helpful. I explained what I wanted, he gave me a feeling of confidence at the knowledge he had of the inventory. His explination of the available packages for the trucks wasn't so technical that you had to be a rocket engineer to understand. Ed, sorry I don't know his last name, was a good compliment to the "sales team". We worked out the details and I am estatic about my new truck. Now, what is that part attached to the lower part of the dash? We never did figure that out, maybe someone there has an idea.Again, Thank You for a great experience. This is the second car we have purchased at Larry Miller Dodge. Our first experience, 3 years ago, was good and we decided to go back for the purchase of our new Journey. This experience was even better. Our sales person, Kelly, was friendly, courteous, honest, and very low pressure. She was a pleasure to work with. The finance person, Emily, was great about telling us which purchase options were most important and which things we could leave out to keep payments down. She was very nice and helpful. It was refreshing to buy a vehicle and leave feeling good about the purchase rather than feeling brow beaten and exhausted. Usually when I buy a car I feel taken advantage of when the experience is over. It has been a week; I've had plenty of time to scour through the paper work, and I have no buyer's remorse whatsoever. I highly recommend this dealership!

His down to earth, easy to talk to attitude and his willingness to go above and beyond for the customer has made him a valuable asset to your team. I am in the retail business and deal with the public everyday so I understand how important it is to company to have people that are willing to provide excellent customer service. I have told everybody I know that when they are ready to purchase a vehicle they need to go see Tom. I will tell you that my sister went and bought a truck since my last purchase. J.C. was exceptionally helpful, patient and pleasant. He helped us find the right Dodge vehicle that was compatible with other vehicles we were considering. This would have been an employee (retiree) purchase; but, Larry Miller Dodge was not able to match the trade-in price offered by other Chrysler product dealers. The difference was considerable; so, we did not make the purchase. We chose a comparably equipped Chrysler 200 instead.

After shopping four different dealers over a period of about four months for a very specific vehicle, Larry Miller Dodge was the clear choice.Now to be fair, I was not an "easy" customer. I made it clear to all four dealers upfront that as a business owner I would not waste their time nor mine, I was ready to make a purchase, credit/cash was not an issue, I would only deal with the fleet manager, only over email initially, and that I would not be visiting the showroom or discussing trade-in until I was presented the truck I wanted for the price I wanted.Of the three other dealers, two were very rude/pushy and earned the reputation of "used car salesman" while the third was very professional with a competitive price but simply did not have "my" truck in inventory (they were a little higher in price, but as I found out later only because they were having to purchase the truck I wanted from Larry Miller!).Over the initial four months of fact gathering and option selections, I was able to visit three of the four dodge lots (I did not visit Larry Miller during this time) and was very disappointed to discover that the sales man at the lot could not answer even the simplest of questions about their product ! I had already did my homework and knew the answers to the questions, I was simply looking for the "pros" to verify !!On the other hand, Scott and Jon answered almost every question I had on-the-spot and knew the product inside and out ! They did not employ the old worn out sales tricks and speeches, they did not push a sale, Jon gave his best price up front without haggling, and they were not condescending in any way. After the sale and upon pick-up of the vehicle, Scott took the time to show me how everything worked and I was on my way ! After the sale, follow up calls were made by the staff to see if I was happy, and Scott even set up a little after-market install for me.I would highly recommend doing your homework, checking out a few lots, and then go talk to Scott or Jon when you are ready to make the purchase, I am confident you will find the experience as pleasant and professorial as I !! My experience was very good. I dropped in at 8 pm, test drove the truck I wanted, got the pricing and then decided to trade in my current vehicle, and was out the door with a new truck by 10pm. This is the second truck I bought from this dealership and both experiences were fine.

My girlfriend and I purchased a vehicle from this location earlier this month. Initially, we were trading in a vehicle that we still owed on. Gary approached us (as all car salesmen do) when we arrived and we began looking around the lot for something that we could afford. Unfortunately, most of the models we were shown just did not work for us. Ironically, we qualified for the same vehicle we had (which we were offered as a joke). After two hours of being shown a car, test driving it, and "working the numbers," nothing was happening. The dealership had a single vehicle that we were "okay" with, but did not love. We had decided that we were just going to look elsewhere and keep the car in mind when Gary brought his sales manager back (forgot his name, but he was a large man with a crewcut). His sales manager becan conversing with us asking, "Are we going to make a deal today?" I replied, "ARE we?" From here, I explained to him that we were being shown a car at a time and nothing was really catching our eye. I further explained that we were not going to settle for "good" when I was sure that there was a "great around here somewhere." The sales manager recommended a vehicle, a Dodge Caliber 2011, which we took for a test drive. We really loved the car and were (frankly) pissed off when we were told that it probably did not fit within our price range. At that point we were headed out the door when the sales manager said he would work something out. The sales manager came back saying that he had given us a discount here and there, but that the numbers worked out as far as what the bank was willing to loan us. We drove off in the car!A week later, we found out that the bank was unwilling to finance, both, me and my girlfriend because of my credit. I am a student with a lot of loans, so this was not a surprise to me, but my girlfriend was required to go and re-sign the paperwork, resulting in an even greater deal because she was not qualified for as much as we were together. Currently, we are waiting for our previous vehicle to be paid off, but we are happy with how everything turned out.

When we first walked in, it didn't feel very welcoming....it felt too much like a dealership. That feeling was immediately taken away as soon as we met our sales associate, Gary. We originally were looking for a used vehicle as a 2nd car. The one we were interested in had sold and we just weren't finding what we wanted. Without being pushy in any way, he and Mike worked to find us a deal that would work for us. We had our two small children with us and buying a car with kids is not an easy task, but it wasn't that difficult with them. We ultimately ended up trading our vehicle in (which was always an option) and we LOVE our van!!!! The only thing that was a little upsetting was we drove it off the lot with no gas. I thought they were supposed to fill the tank for you. Definitely doesn't affect the way I feel. Even in finance, Emily was amazing! There was something with the brakes that wasn't caught by the shop, but they were very quick and happy to fix it. It wasn't a major issue either. Buying a used car as our only car was a little scary at first, but not anymore. We will without a doubt return when we buy any other vehicles and there will be no hesitation to refer anyone to them.
