The service man at the check in desk did all he could do to get us back on the road. He was very helpful and kept us informed every step of the way. It surprised me to find out that to replace a battery under warranty would take over 3 hours because you do not stock a battery for a 2015 chrysler 200 and you have to have it delivered from West Valley. Once the battery was delivered he had it installed and we were on our way.Thanks

Ryan did fantastic. I am pleased with my purchase. They only thing I was not happy with was when we went inside to do paperwork. The price on the Ram was $48,900 and when we went over the paperwork it said $53,000, I brought this up and Chris said it was only for Leasing, but I stated that is not what is on the window tho. I was a little upset. I work in sales and never miss lead our customers at Scheels. Also I was looking through the paperwork this morning and why does the mileage paper for the truck say 10 miles. It had 1500 miles not ten. Don't get me wrong I am still happy with the service over all, just upset that you guys did not honor the sticker price. $3000 does seem like a lot of money, but when you are a disable vet on a limited income it is a lot.

I purchased a used 2012 Ram 3500 the sales person, Sara Dixon, was exceptional... not only with working with me to get what I needed but after the sale I was having errors with the navigation where half the time it would not work... I tried to talk to the used sales manager but they said that after the sale there was nothing they could do... but after seeing that I was not getting 100% satisfaction with my experience... she stepped up and make the order for the order out of her own pocket to get insure that I was 100% happy... this is something she did not have to do since her boss said no... if there's a way to give a rating over a 5 star I would for Ms. Dixon... always go to her first for your purchases!!!

Labor Day 2016 -- we drove from California to Utah to purchase a car for our 16 year old daughter. We wanted to deal with someone who would be honest with us and not give us the run around. I am one of those folks who finds car-buying to be a headache due to aggressive car sales people. Our experience at Larry H Miller in Sandy, Utah was a pleasant experience. Pelepisite Godinet, our salesperson was actively and receptively listening to our needs as well understanding that we wanted to find something quickly that day, a car that is reliable and a great deal for our money. He kept in mind that we did not have a lot time for we were driving back to California the very next day. Site was readily available to answer our calls or return our calls with any concerns or questions, even after we bought the car. The whole transaction, were treated with courtesy and respect. We got a phenomenal deal. Because we live in California, the car has to be registered in CA-- it was costly, but Larry H. My husband and I recently purchased a Jeep Grand Cherokee from Ken Labrum at Larry H Miller in Sandy. We were VERY picky about what we wanted and were totally accommodated! Ken tracked down our dream car and had it to us within a week. We felt so taken care of by Ken and the people at Larry H MIller. I called ahead to ask and was told that there were no appointments available, but to bring it in anyways and they would see what they could do. Larry got my car diagnosed, fixed and out the door in less than an hour. I wouldn't trust anyone else with our two Jeep Grand Cherokees.

Took over 6 months to get the parts for my safety recall!I would have been nice to get a more competitive price on an unexpected repair they found during the recall repair! Offering a good discount on these ( found ) and needed repairs would soften the blow of an unexpected repair on a safety recall visit! It makes it feel like an opportunity to make money on a free repair visit. The positive side, they did have the replaced part to show me when I ask to see it. If you are striving for excellence you must be aware how you make your customers feel about their visit!

I asked for a transmission service, oil change and rotate the tires. I came in on a Saturday without an appointment. There seemed to be an issue with the transmission service and it took a long time. Darin kept me informed and said although there was a question about the seal on the transmission he was not going to let me leave until the service was completed satisfactorily. I was concerned that there might be a problem with transmission seeping that was not an issue when I brought my vehicle in for service.I was given updates by Darin and he made sure that my requests were completed with satisfactory results. I have always been pleased with the service at Larry Miller.

Details, 40+ miles and half a day wasted On 8-4-16 I brought my truck in for two items mainly and asked to have new wiper blades put on also while I had it there. Below is my input from my experience. I was told the Air Conditioning was good and there was no exhaust leak, I walked to the parts department with service writer as he was telling me this as I made it known I was not happy, and bought my wiper blades. He said he could get someone to put the blades on but I told him no, I was doneI tested my truck A/C today (08-09-2016) at work with calibrated Raytek Noncontact thermometer, the same one used to test commercial aircraft systems.. OAT was 91* and prior to starting a check of the interior of vehicle drivers seat back was 115* , laser temp probe pointed directly at dash A/C vents temps were 115*-117*.. I started vehicle and had A/C on MAX cold & on recirc and doors closed, after 4 minutes temp readings at same locations (A/C dash vent outlets) were 64*-62*... Quite different from the readings I was told they got at Larry Miller, Sandy, UT. I think I was told they got 40 something temp readings.. Then I retested it again (08-10-2016) at work. OAT was 76* and seat back read 91* and vents read 63*-64*.. after 4 minutes the vents read 51*-52* and seat back 78* ... Never did get any 40* readings and 4 minutes should be sufficient time I would think. Is that standard cooling for a 2015 Dodge truck? It takes forever to cool down the interior. Do you call that sufficient cooling? I also brought it in for an exhaust leak that I hear more and more as time goes on. After I first got the truck it would last just for a couple seconds after starting in the cold mornings but has progressed to where it will do it during the day. I get to work at 4:30AM and when go home at 3:30PM I can hear exhaust leak for about 3 seconds even during the summer. I was told the noise was the lifters? So at 8126 total miles its normal to sound like a diesel at start up? My wife has even commented on it more than once. Well if hydraulic lifters I would say they are bleeding off after the engine is shut down, not good... Then if solid lifters then need adjusting, but I seriously doubt there are solid lifters in any new engine today.. Does this sound reasonable to you?? I have been turning wrenches for about 40 years, motorcycles, drilling rigs, heavy equipment, coal mine, service station, auto dealership, and now Commercial Aircraft.. I know what an exhaust leak sounds like... I was told there was no exhaust leak but that he had tech check all bolts and even header bolts. Now if they checked all bolts visually only, the job was not done right, but if a wrench was put on the bolts to ensure they were tight (looking at the bolt heads I wonder about that) he had to verify EVERY bolt was unable to get any turn of a wrench in tightening it... Also note, my apt was for 11:00 AM and I brought the truck in almost 1 hour early to let it cool..I have a very good picture of a clean exhaust pipe connection with a large amount of black exhaust leaking out from the NON-EXISTANT exhaust leakThe long and short of it is, don't treat me like I'm an idiot..Kasey O'Connor

Received an online quote for a car with several emails back and forth with one salesman. Go to the dealership and test drive the car. I love it and want the car. Fill out the credit check form. They come to me with an estimate for my trade in, $4000 below blue book trade in value. And......... Then I'm told there was an error in the email and the car is actually $10,000 more than I was quoted. They "work with" me and are willing to give me $1000 more for my car and $1000 less for the new car. Still $12,000 different than what I was expecting. They apologize for the error and say he sent out the email with the incorrect number to 3 other people and he was able to find all of them another car they were happy with. My concern is he had a week to correct the number with me and never did. Seems like bait and switch to me since he did it to 3 other people that week. Also, I could buy the next higher trim for the price they wanted to charge when I was there. I will not go back.

Dealings were positive and sales group worked to assist in a quick effective way. I was happy with the way we were treated, the overall transaction was quicker than some I have been involved with in the past. The worked with me on my trade in and found me a better interest rate for the loan than I had researched. The vehicle was immaculately detailed and ready to go when we were finished. And wow, the vehicle had a full tank of gas! First time I have purchased a vehicle with more than a few gallons of gas. We met other staff members and even spoke with a gentleman that was doing the final detailing. Overall very pleased and would definitely go back and recommend others to use this dealership.

When pulling my 5th wheel travel trailer with my 2014 Ram 3500, I kept getting an EVIC message "service trailer brake system" or "trailer brakes disconnected". This occurred 8 or 9 times in a short distance. Checking my trailer I could not find anything wrong with the plug or wiring. I asked service advisor Oliver if a technician could look at my trucks trailer brake controller. After about 30 minutes of checking the controller, the technician told me it was indeed the controller and replaced it with a new one. I just returned today from a 400 mile run with my trailer and those messages never once came up and the brakes worked great. Thank you for taking the time to thoroughly check the truck over and make a quick repair. The folks in this dealership are superb individuals and genuinely care about the work they do.

They are always helpful and polite. It is very busy when you get there but they have a nice area to relax or a shuttle bus. Most of the time they are done quick enough to just stick around. But this time we took the shuttle to the mall. Like most repair places it takes time to get the job done. The area to rest is very important. It is always clean and the kids like the hot choc.

We found a used minivan available from this dealership. We live out of state so we sent an email with what we could afford to pay for the car and they responded in writing saying that they would accept our offer. This email was from Jim Jackman who claimed he was a manger. We had some people who lived in the area go take a look at it. They then took my credit card information in order to take a $3,000 deposit to hold the car until we could make arrangements to travel there and get the car. About 30 minutes later I get a call from Jim Jackman saying that he could no longer sell the car for $10,000. He said he didn't realize there was a service expense of repairs that they had already done of $1,800. He goes on to say that he can only sell the car for $11,800. And that it is his boss who is telling him this. I don't know why he promissed me in writing that he would sell it at $10,000 and then once they take my credit card information, all of the sudden he has a boss that won't let him??Very frustrating. Not sure what happened and why they went back on their word.

They had an inventory of a hard to find vehicle. They were a knowledgeable staff with excellent customer oriented service. We felt important and they were happy yo assist. We got a far price for our trade in. They even provided us with a longer vehicle for the night while they got they completed the standard checks off a new vehicle of the truck. It was an excellent experience. We will certainly be back the next time we are looking for a car/truck.

I am a young mother who just bought a new vehicle from them. My salesman was awful. His name was Sal. He was a horrible person. I could tell he didn't care about me at all and just wanted to sale me a car. I think this whole dealership is corrupt. I wouldn't recommend this dealership to anyone!!!

I appreciate the professional manner that employees use when helping me with my car. The prices charged are sky high. I understand that you need to make money. The particular problem my car had was in the process of being fixed by my husband. I asked him how much the part my car needed cost. Your dealership was charging double what the part cost online in addition to charging for labor. Seems excessive and pocket lining to me.

I would trust the Iraqi army of Larry H Miller Jeep Sandy, the service department (Larry in particular). The service department is more like a cheap used car dealer from the 1970's, loves bait and switch and even more not completing the work they are paid for. I would have put 0 stars if it let me.

We visted your dealership after a bad experience at Doug Smith. Our first encounter was with a salesmen who would not even acknowledge me, only my husband. I walked away and was ready to leave when I was approached by Noah. He asked if I had been helped and since I was the one buying the car I said no. Noah was awesome! He acknowledged me and our questions. In fact for being a newer employee his knowledge of the car was very impressive. He never talked down to us and was so respectful. larry was very helpful. told me he'd need two days. did it in one. gave ma a loaner to drive, since i had no wheels and it was under warranty. it was a pain to have to take the grand cherokee in because of a plugged exhaust filter in the first place, but larry and the dealership sure made it less painful.

Service the way it should be. Had to have the AC fixed fast, hot weather was 1 day away. She, who must be obeyed, said to GET IT FIXED. Drove to LM without an appointment and was greeted warmly and ushered in to waiting area. They came back with a diagnosis and estimate for repair. Turned down the shuttle to home as the car is a work vehicle and just waited. The repair was completed as quickly .and I was on my way. When the car was returned to me it was clean and free of any residue from mechanics, and the AC worked fine, as it should have. I have used LM service before, it is a long way to get to LM, I pass two other dealers to go to LM because of how fast they are.

It turned out my son's friend was leaving, and so we ended up working with Noah. It was a good experience. My only criticism is that it always takes so long to buy a car. I wish it could go faster --four hours is too long.

Never pushy, never "salesy", he just seemed to care about what truck was really going to make me happy. I ended up with a 2016 Dodge Ram 1500 and it's EXACTLY what I wanted. Make sure to ask for JIM JACKMAN, you won't be disapointed. THEN, I dealt with Shaun in service and he completely took care of me with new wheels and tires. Someone who was in my vehicle knocked my garage door opener off the visor. Knocked the back of it off, dropped out the battery, and simply replaced it back on my visor. I found the back piece on the passenger side floor and thought it must have been from somewhere under the dash? But when I got home and the garage door wouldn't open, I checked the clicker and found the problem. The found piece was from the clicker, and I found the battery under the drivers seat. It would have been nice if whoever knocked it off, could have owned up to their mistake????Larry, the service writer, was GREAT, as always!

I took my Charger in for the emissions and safety inspections. From my first contact with Lange, I knew he understood how I felt about my 'guy.' He helped make a name correction and explained things clearly. I was told there were 6 in front of me and it would be approx an hour and a half. I settled into a comfortable waiting area and less than 45 mins later, all was done. At no time did I feel belittled as a female or like just another body to deal with. My wife works for the FCA brand and we know how important is for the dealership to receive high surveys scores. And that is why we provided the scores we gave but we have feedback to make our experience to excel expectations. We always go to your dealership to do care for our 2015 Chrysler 200 and as a customer we are tankful to have the dealership work on our vehicle fast and they are very responsive but there is something that seems to be wrong and puts us on edge when we get the car back as we care for our car with so much love we expect others to care for our vehicle with care an love as well such as: Oil spots on the handle door are not acceptable and left over protected plastic and paper are left behind. We would like to have the vehicle washed as many other dealerships do for their customers. My wife hear calls every day about customers complaining about their dealerships not detailing their car after being worked on and we think that to satisfy a customer running the car through the carwash may be insignificant but for the vehicle owners really means a lot to the customer. Darren was great. He helped me figure out exactly what needed to be done with getting my car traded in was realistic and helpful with figuring out my loan. Being so young(22), sometimes you're treated as an a child, this is not what happen with Darren. I felt important the whole time I was at the dealership and he acknowledged that I knew what I was talking about and that I knew what I wanted. He spent a lot of time showing me how to operate everything on the vehicle and I could not be more pleased with this experience. Received a trade in value online and found the vehicle online with an online price. They wouldn't honor either price when I showed up in person. The price difference from online to in person was a difference of $6,125.00. They wouldn't budge at all on the numbers and the vehicle was also a DEMO and that hadn't been disclosed. I even mentioned it was a DEMO with 3500 miles and asked about a credit for that. I was told by my salesman that the guys hiding behind the glass won't budge. But, if I wanted a lower monthly payment, they would work with me on that! It's not about the monthly payment guys, it's about honoring what you have posted and treating people decent. I left feeling like I had just worked with a bunch of vultures who were banking on me being stupid because I was in love with a vehicle. End result.... they lost a sale and a customer for life!

I went on a Saturday to go look at a newer Jeep. I was greeted as soon as I pulled in by Sal, one of the salesmen, and told him I wanted to look at the Jeep. He grabbed the keys, pulled it up for me, and had me check it out. I took it for a test drive and fell in love with it! I told Sal my situation, and he worked with me so that I could take home the Jeep that day! We ended up staying past the closing time because I got there a little later, but I did not feel rushed by Sal. A very nice overall experience!

I made a deal over the phone and there was no playing games with the price I made a offer and they countered with a price that I thought I could live with and we made a 200 mile trip to buy it. When we arrived we were greeted and we were able to take a test drive of the car and look it over. It was everything it was represented to be. We signed the papers they offered us free tickets to the movies. We had a great time and love the car.

The dealership took good care of me and I recommend them. I have some minor gripes though. My experience was ok. It could have been better if I went look at the vehicle AFTER it went to the shop. I had to wait a few extra hours until they were done with it. I was expecting to pay 15K, because the advertised price was 14K. I payed 17.5K instead because of 1.5K shop bill. Way over my budget, but I was able to pay with some credit. The vehicle itself was in great condition. These vehicles sell too quick, you have to buy it when it is first listed on autotrader and before the dealer knows anything about it. I'm driving That vehicle and I am happy with it now. I wish it was blue though... Oh well.

On 9/17/15 I decided to go car shopping. I really wanted a used jeep Cherokee but knew that it might be difficult to get into one with the trade in situation that I had. Upon arrival at LHM Jeep of sandy I was promptly greeted by Veronica Durphey. I told her my situation and what I was looking for. She was very honest with me about what I could get based on some negative equity that I was bringing into the trade. She was amazing at looking at the numbers and figuring out what my best options were. It turned out that a new vehicle would certainly be better for me but the payment was still slightly higher, but very close to what I wanted. Having listened to my concern for keeping my payment were I wanted it, she suggested a lease with the option to buy at the end. I never thought of this option, and thanks to Veronica, this was certainly the best option for me. I loved working with Veronica because she listened to me, and figured the option that best worked for me. She did not push me into anything that I didn't want to do. Also, Gus Carlos in finance was awesome. Again, he never pushed me to buy anything extra that I didn't want. He explained add ons that were available without being pushy and it made for a great experience.This was the best car buying/leasing experience that I have ever had.

Great experience buying the truck, but make sure it has everything that is should. Once you sign the papers they aren't so willing to help you out. My truck came with only one set of keys. The cost of another set is over a hundred dollars. When I asked about it I was told that they would see if they could get me a deal on one, never heard back. My truck also came with lug nuts that require a special key to remove the tires. When I asked about that I was told I could get one from a local tire shop. Good thing I didn't get a flat tire before I was able to pick one up..

I bought a used car from them and had a great experience. I worked with Sal and he made sure that I got the car I wanted at the price I wanted. It was not on the lot when I first went but he was able to hold it for me the next day! When I pointed out a problem with the tire balancing he made sure they fixed it. No hidden fees and they worked with my budget. Not overly pushy, but not 'underly' concerned either! Perfect!

This has been the first time I walk into a dealership without wasting my time. Sal was very knowledgeable and gave me honest advise regarding my purchase. He walked me through the pros and cons of the vehicles I was interested in. He was very accommodating to my requests and needs and I really felt he was on my side. I have been looking to purchase a jeep for over a year now and have keep in touch with a salesperson named Brad Malmgren. He was never overbearing or pressuring when it came to purchase a vehicle, and would always take the time to answer all my questions. It was getting close to the time we were going to purchase a jeep, about 6 months out, when our Dodge truck started having problems. I wasn't satisfied with the solutions I was getting from the service department and just happened to run into Brad during one of the service visits. I just mentioned a little about the problem, and with out hesitation, he said he would talk to the service manager and see what he could do. It ended up just being a big misunderstanding, but for Brad to step in and help me when I hadn't purchased any vehicle from him , in my book is going up and above the call of duty. I told my wife about what had happened and the next day we went in and purchased a new jeep from him. In my opinion its not the price of the vehicle, or the looks of a fancy showroom, it's the trust you build with a person. In my case that meant the difference on where I purchased my vehicle. And I'll be looking to buy from him again down the road,

Met with John Carper and Brad Malmgren after finding the Jeep model I wanted on Cars.com. I gave them a difficult task of meeting my unreasonable price point and they were kind enough to point out that I was up in the night but if I were willing to come back to earth they would be happy to work with me. Glad I did, these guys rock, they found a car at another dealership, got it to me the same day and I was in and out of the dealer in about 1.5 hours and it would have been quicker other than there were some folks ahead of me who couldn't decide if the sky was falling or not. Have bought cars at other Miller dealerships and the folks at LHM Jeep Sandy are right up there as far as Car Rock Stars. If they could have scored some Van Halen tickets to throw in I would give them 11 stars, but since they met every other metric I think was important we'll give the fives all they way around. Great sales and service team there! GO see John and Brad and tell them hi for me.

Went in to pick up a new Jeep Patriot and ended up working with John Carper and Brad Malmgren, just a great bunch of guys.Gave them the impossible task of meeting some extremely tough demands I put on them and they ended up passing with flying colors.Have always taken my vehicles in for service to the Miller dealerships and have nothing but praise for both the sales teams and the service.If you want a no nonsense approach to buying a car, just go in and tell them what you are looking for give them an impossible number to reach and they will come back to you and tell you that you are up in the night but give you a reasonable number that is fair what more can you ask for.Brad even gave my wife a dozen roses which I will have to personally thank him for offline because it would be inappropriate to let him know that I never do that and he has now set an expectation I won't ever meet and as soon as the voodoo doll is done being made I will poke him every time I am supposed to get flowers for her and forget.But if you want a great car buying experience, check these guys out, they are the real deal!Thanks Brad and John

I bought my daughter a used car at Larry Miller Jeep in Sandy. My experience was OUTSTANDING. The salesman I worked with was Salman Sarfaraz. I met him a month before the purchase and he was so friendly and honorable that I knew this is where I would find her car. Her two dream cars were a jeep and a mini. But the oddest of coincidences, as we were testing the jeep, another customer was buying a mini van for her growing family and traded in her Mini Cooper. We knew this was the car. Sal made the entire experience easy and enjoyable. NO PRESSURE. One of the most Honorable individuals I have met. This is the 5th car we have purchased from Larry Miller over the last 20+ years. We keep coming back and now we will look for Sal with our next purchase.

We went in on our day off intending to purchase a car. We weren't clear about which car we wanted but we knew what services we wanted for the car to perform for us. We've driven a Jeep Grand Cherokee Laredo for several years and thought we wanted something else. The salesman gently urged us to check out several models and makes of cars and in the end we decided on the Jeep Summit, a used car with 20, 000+ miles. Sal tried very hard to make it comfortable during some necessary wait times. He didn't keep us waiting unnecessarily. We didn't feel pressured at all, but we would have appreciated a better explanation of the details instead of "Don't worry. I'm going to take care of that." I would rate a 4.5 stars because of that, but overall they tried hard to keep us comfortable and do what we asked as we searched and clarified exactly what it was that we wanted. The features of the car (diesel engine, Mercedes-Benz drive train, etc.), the ride and other features that made the fact that I am disabled and need certain specific features that most people would not notice, really sold the car to us. My wife does all of the driving and she needed a car that would fold in around her (if you know what I mean) and not a "tank" that would make her driving experience tense rather than relaxed. The Jeep Summit did that for her. Sal was very patient and knowledgeable about the vehicle, answered our concerns about service, and let her drive several cars before we made a decision. I think most people would have shopped more than we did, but we were clear on what we wanted when Sal was through with us, both in the car and the financing. It's been several days since we purchased and no problems have arisen. Overall we were happy with the experience.

I recently had to have a part installed on my 2004 Jeep Liberty as part of a safety recall. I also had some other issues that needed to be addressed. All were handled in a timely manner, and the service employee (Larry) was both friendly and competent. I would definitely trust this establishment with any additional repairs that may be needed in the future.

brad was awesome to work with. I was emailing him for a few months as I was saving money and he was always checking back with me. we pretty much knew what I wanted before I went in. I paid cash for my vehicle which made me irritated that finance left me sitting for 2.5 hours when there was nothing I needed from them. if it hadn't been for the repore I had built with brad I would have just walked out and taken my money elsewhere.

Sal went above and beyond and was pushy as some of the previous car salesman says that we have dealt with. he was straightforward and helped us to get what we needed. I had the best car-buying experience of my life at Larry H. Miller Chrysler Jeep Dodge Ram Sandy. Darren Dunn and his colleague Mario Flores guided us through the search for the perfect mid-sized SUV for us. I consider Mr. Dunn to be the overall most competent and professional vehicle sales person I have ever encountered. We were not certain which vehicle was right for us when we arrived at the dealership. Darren and Mario were service-oriented, helpful, and kind to us at every step of the process. They answered all of our questions, made very appropriate recommendations, and never, ever made us feel pressured at any point. He knows what he is doing and never tries to rip you off like some of the other service advisors. I will only go to Dallin whenever I go to LHM chrysler service in Sandy. We brought our vehicle in for some service, and knew we were in good hands. We bought our van from the LHM Used Cars across the street, and also had it serviced at the LHM Chevy 1 month prior. I LOVE the shuttle service that's available, as I was able to keep our van there in the shop, and still keep my dr's appt in SLC. When I was done with my appt, the shuttle driver drove us home as our van was not done yet and it would still be a while. We got a call from Shawn, the service guy, and he informed me that there was good news. Every time he called, he had good news. When we went to go pick up our van, he informed us he was able to knock down the labor cost (since there was no parts involved, just labor), and he even knocked down the cost of a new battery, and didn't charge us for labor. The battery we had (only 3 weeks old) was put in by NAPA and they sold us the wrong one, causing our van to die with the electrical shortage we had. Yes, our van was in the shop all day, but the shuttle driver, and Shawn, made it worth it. Being able to wait at home with our 2 year old son was easier too. I will be returning as a customer again and again, as their service was superior. It can't be beat with other mechanics.

Chris in sales and Troy in service are top notch. Chris was able to give me a fair deal on my trade in and worked on a good deal on a new but used replacement. Overall get experience. As has been my experience with LHM service department, I was in and out quickly with the work done professionally. They found a leaky seal in the cars output shaft that said was not an immediate problem and could wait, but since the cars under warranty I've scheduled the repair work to be done next week at my convience.

Sales and Marketing Service has been excellent! Sales manager Jan and Marco was absolutely great to work with. Very professional. However the service department has a lot of room for improvement. I chose to use the service department to perform a leveling kit along with new tires and wheels. Chris Reynolds was my agent. I can not get him to return my phone calls. I have literally called him six or seven times and left messages and still no response. Yesterday and today I left messages again. One at the start of his shift and another in the middle of the afternoon. Still CRICKETS!!!No response from Chris. I have some important questions to ask him about the service work that was provided.You guys needs to have a discussion with this young man. His personal promptness and service to the customer is horrible. Negligence!

Brought my Ram truck in for an oil change and tire rotation and it was quick and easy. They took my car at the appointed time and got the service done quickly. I hate it when you get a time to bring your car in but then they don't start work on it for half a day and that didn't happen this time.

Anyone who knows anything about hauling knows that you can't just purchase any truck This dealership had the truck that I needed to haul my trailers around. I was approached well, did not feel hassled, test drove multiple trucks, and was given a good deal on the truck once I found it. The payment process was quick and painless, probably took only 15-20 minutes. I drove away a happy customer. They even threw in a couple of mods for the truck (a bed liner, nerf bars, and a 5th wheel hitch) to sweeten the deal. When I went in to get the mods done, they gave me a great rental at no charge.Thanks guys, you treated me right.

Had a minor repair done on my new dodge. once i arrived I was taken immediately and waited. Repair took less than an hour and they got me out on time.Only issue is that the part was ordered a couple weeks prior and they did not call when it was in to schedule the appt. The service agent was extremely pleasant and helpful. The work was done with care and competence and the results were very satisfying. I provided a checklist for specific items to be examined for wear and tear and each was carefully evaluated and I was consulted before filter/fluid replacements were performed to get my authorization. The time required for completing the work was well within acceptable limits. Overall: two thumbs-up.

I went in to LHM Jeep to have my wrangler serviced and the brakes checked and new pads put on. Larry was incredibly helpful and went the extra mile to do a an overall vehicle check. I really like how they have updated their Service Area so you are actually talking to a Service Advisor and not someone who is the middle man. Their waiting area has improved as well. Overall...I have had very good experiences when taking my Jeep to get serviced for it's regular oil changes.

Great staff - great care! My daughter was visiting from out of town, so I decided to get the oil change done on her car, in addition to my car and my husband's truck. When I arrived, they mentioned that it was an extremely busy day, and that the backlog was over 2 hours. You would think they would act stressed out and be impatient with me, but instead they were very patient and helpful. When it was time for my car to go in, I explained that I have 2 different sizes of tires (front & back) and to NOT rotate the tires. Harlan overheard this and said he would personally take care of it for me. When all was said and done, Harlan told me that they did not rotate the tires as per my request, but that they seemed to be on the wrong tires. I had a flat fixed not long ago at Les Schwab and they must have rotated them without asking. Harlan could have just let it go since they were already so busy, but he took the time to take the car back and rotate them to the proper position. The entire crew was wonderful - Thank you!

Troy is the man! It took us a few visits to get the headlights on my citadel Durango to match the same color. Instead of giving me the run around, I received the benefit of the doubt with a true expert named Troy and a staff of master techs that worked relentlessly to resove the difference by leveling the bulbs and replacing them. I also had a great experience with Oliver who knows everything, you can tell he's seen it all, and Chris who helped me with aftermarket I stall of a cold air intake to get my new Hemi growling! I flew from CO to UT to buy my car. The agent was very nice, helped me, and even picked me up from the airport. But the finance department explained NOTHING and just had me sign and go. And after i drove my car back to CO, the maintenance department calls me saying I payed for more work to be done to the car that they didn't do before i left. I called the dealership and they never responded.

As a Lexus LS 460 owner, i was hoping my wife would want the GX. She was in love with the new Citadel durrango. I gave them a chance and Brad Malmgren went above and beyond to get the DVD player, all the Tech setting set up and create a relationship through the service department to take care of me on every level. the 5 year wrap warrenty is well worth it since it includes towing and free rentals anytime service is done. Beyond Impressed and never thought i would be a Chrysler owner but Brad will treat you like family. give him a call at 801 518 6477 and he can help you with whatever your looking for and he will give you the truth with no games on negotiating. he will jsut give the best he can do which saved me a ton of time- i even went on cars dot com to look at all the other Durangos a month after i bought it and i still came out ahead. i dont normally leave feedback but this was well desrved. Very glad i gave him a shot and i would reccomend him to anyone.

I went to LHM because I heard that they had experience with AEV Jeeps. The first salesperson was not very helpful, but then I met Brice. Brice took the time to explain everything to us, and he was very knowledgeable. We took the literature home and reviewed it. We then came back and reviewed what we wanted with Brice. Brice set up our file and was very helpful with the ordering. When we returned to order the Jeep, what we wanted was not available at the end of the model year, but Brice found the perfect Jeep and got it in for us from another dealer. The modifications on the Jeep were done very professionally and we love the vehicle that was delivered to us. Brice went above and beyond in getting us what we wanted. I would recommend Brice to anyone who is looking for a "Special" Jeep.

My husband brought in his 2008 Ram 2500 Diesel truck because the check engine light had been on for 2 weeks. He spoke to the service advisor and did $1100.00 (ouch) cleaning the turbo and ERG but it fixed the problem - and the truck is running better than when we bought it. My husband had such a good experience with the service advisor that we decided to buy another Ram truck (gas). The sales guy Stan was GREAT! He was very patient with us and got right to the point (didnt waste our time). We purchased a new 2014 truck at such a steal (youd never think that from a LHM dealership) and Stan even gave me 1 dozen roses :) Thank you for the service on our current truck and helping us get the new truck - we love it. My perception of LHM dealerships aren't negative anymore thanks to your service and sales departments! What a pleasant surprise!

Excellent customer service! Troy greeted me and worked with me when I dropped off my vehicle for warranty work and some service work. Troy walked me through my options on other services that I might want to consider. After discussing the additional work, Troy discussed the additional work and cost before I left the facility. When I picked up the vehicle Troy took the time to walk me through all the repairs and made sure I understood what had been completed. This is the first time I could recall that a service representative took this much time to make sure I was happy with their service and repairs. Troy is a big asset for your service department and will be the main reason why I will continue to do service with LHM.

When talking to the sales person, I found that LHM was very knowledgeable about such vehicles and they were extremely helpful. I ordered a custom Jeep and LHM found the color and style that I wanted. The modifications in the shop were of top quality. LHM produced a vehicle that met my every expectation.

Several months ago I moved to Utah and needed a way to get around in a small town near Ogden. In my previous jobs I lived in NY and had accumulated over 20,000 Twitter followers which also learned of me having to purchase a new car. Everyone was excited. I did my research before going to a dealership with a co-worker recommending LHM. My ordeal began in September 2013 with David Driscoll bringing me to Sandy, Utah. I told him I was from NY and that this was my first time buying a car and I was on a budget yet he kept insisting on the DOWN PAYMENT I could make on the car. After a lot of "salesmanship" from David and being at the dealership two hours after it was scheduled to be closed - around 1 AM (David was my ride back to a small town an hour and a half away) I began financing a 2006 BMW X5. The disappointment came when the credit union who took my loan told me I was vastly OVERCHARGED by $5,000! What made things worse was I attempted to sell the car at LHM Riverdale before I needed to move because of being laid off from my job and the dealership offered me $11,000 less than what I paid! At this point I realized I was RIPPED OFF. What's most important to know here is that when I emailed David Driscoll he just disappeared, his email didn't work and no one from the dealership could give me more info. When I called the dealership to discuss, Lance Scott (Assistant Manager) told me his manager was out of town and that he would get back to me. I gave Lance my number. When I asked for his manager's number he told me he didn't know and his manager would contact me. It is now 2 MONTHS later and I have not been contacted! The bigger picture is that even with the weeks of research I did on the dealership I still was RIPPED OFF. This is a warning to anyone out there considering LHM for their next car. What I want and what we all deserve is a fair deal and a way to be compensated for being overcharged for a car that can not be resold for anywhere near what it is worth.

My entire experience was so much better than I anticipated going in to by my vehicle. The salesman helping me was always willing to find an answer to my question and gave me an honest experience, not games. The only thing I would even ask to be done a little different, was my new truck had been accidently damaged during the cleaning process. But they were unable to get me in to have it fixed until Saturday, about 5 days after the purchase. Because the service center had been booked. The over all experience was great but I could see someone being upset with the time frame for the fix, especially after I had already made the trip to finalize it all. But they were still vigilant in getting me in when they could and stayed in contact the entire time. My salesman even personally pulled my old sound system out and had it waiting for me when I came in to finish all the financing. I'll be stopping here for my next car.

I originally made an appointment for my 2014 RAM 3500 truck to be serviced on 9/25. Unfortunately, I ended up with a conflict with that original appointment, but The Larry H. Miller Sandy Service Center was able to accommodate me on 9/24 instead. Trevor checked me in quickly and efficiently, informing me that there were several outstanding updates that they could install while the truck was in for service. I indicated that I would wait for the service to be completed. Trevor estimated the time to complete the work to be 1.5 - 2.0 hours. I was kept informed about the status of the work which was being performed throughout the waiting period. I was pleased that the work was completed in 1.5 hrs. exactly. My experiences with Larry H. Miller Dodge throughout my purchasing, delivery and service interface with Clint in Sales and Chris & Trevor and others in the Service department has been exemplary.

I took my truck in for its 2nd oil change...it only has 10,000 miles on it and it is two years old...still like new! The service took longer than they estimated, which is fine, as long as the service was done well. However, when I went to get my truck I noticed that they had put a huge gouge/dent in my driver door...clear to the metal! Needless to say, I was NOT happy! Like I said, it is still like new...we take VERY good care of our vehicles! I immediately brought it to the attention of the service manager, Cody Eckhart, who instantly claimed responsibility, as he noticed the gouge was the same color paint they have on the poles next to the lifts. He never once made me feel like I was being dishonest. He promised that they would fix the truck and make sure I was taken care of. He assigned the assistant service manager, Mike Hutchings, to personally handle the truck and take care of me. I ended up leaving my truck with them for three days to send to the body shop for the repair. They rented me a nice vehicle for me to drive while it was in the shop. I was kept posted on the status and notified when the truck was done. When I went to pick it up, Mike had just finished waxing and detailing the truck...even putting tire shine on the tires. They told me that they had completely sanded off the driver door, done the repair, and blended the paint into the door behind and the fender in front of the driver door. They also put all new Dodge symbols on the door. Although my husband and I are very bummed that our truck has now had some body work done on it, which was not our fault, and feel it has now depreciated from the value of our truck, we were very pleased with how the service department handled the situation in such a professional and polite manner. They even resolved the problem in the lift area so future accidents, such as this, don't happen again by purchasing pads for the poles next to the lifts. Too bad they weren't in place before this happened. All in all, I felt like Cody Eckhart and Mike Hutchings, handled and took care of the situation very courteously and professionally from start to finish.

Everything was great. I have considered updating my truck to a new 2014 Ram, But I am getting a lot of mixed feelings about the new 6.7 Cummins. Not getting good mileage at all and also having a lot of problems with emissions. I have several people tell me to keep what I've got , its a lot better truck. I like Larry H Miller service, their prices are at least reasonable (for a dealer), and they generally do a good job. But I just wish they'd stop calling me to see how the repair went - every time, my phone rings, and I have to answer 50 questions about how my experience was! Please just leave me alone - if there's a problem, I'll let you know about it, I don't want to be grilled by a stranger over the phone 3 days after I get an oil change. It's actually very annoying.

I bought a 2010 Chrysler town and country, the same day the van would not shift out of park, they sent a tow truck, fixed my van and got me a rental vehicle without any grief at all, I would recommend buying from LHM Chrysler to anyone.

I called and talked with the lady before I had my car towed there and she said it would not be looked at until the next day, but when I met with the service guy at the dealer after getting my car towed there he said they would look at it that day. After many months and many visits, I think my Grand Cherokee is finally fixed. After the N23 recall, no low range. Only a Service 4WD System message. There is a new update to the software, and so far low range is engaging and disengaging properly.I hope this is a permanent fix.

He recently went above and beyond in lobbying Chrysler-Jeep to cover a recently expired extended warranty for a known electric window problem in my Jeep Liberty which had under 23,000 original miles.

Hinckley Dodge could not resolve the issues with the engine light. Larry Miller service department was genuine and very efficient in resolving the current engine light issue. Darin Gibbs was the tech who preformed the work and I would highly recommend him and the dealership to anyone who may ask about quality and service. There may be other engine light failures in the future as Dodge is trying to work through the causes but I will continue in your service from now on due to the expertise I have experienced at your dealership service department.

Walked in and was met with Katie Dion and talked and she listen. She showed me what i whated and then let me change to looking at all of the new ones. Color, etc. frove it around and it was great to have her show me the vehicle and what it can do. So i drove out with a New Jeep Wrangler 4 door. Katie was on top of everything and did all the paper work and work with me as i had my 6 year old grandduagther with me and made both of us feel great for the time we where there. And Katie made it a great move to my 2 door jeep to a 4 door jeep. All of my things were moved into my new jeep by the service department she advised to have done.

We originally went into the dealership to refinance my 2014 Ram 1500. Nic was able to get me an awesome interest rate. While there we were interested in looking at a Durrango. Katie was just great. She remembered us from when we came there with our daughter to buy her Jeep Compass and she stepped in right away to help. She made sure that we got a good deal and pointed out the broken windshield that I might have missed. She followed up with us to make sure the windshield was replaced and even gave us a loaner car while the windshield was being replaced. The only problem was my wife fell in love with the Grand Cherokee that was loaned to us and now she wants one.

I wanted to update my review of Nathan Garza. Earlier this year I blew a tire out on my jeep. After calling around the valley and getting the price of tires, I realized that I was going to pay a lot of money. I finally called Nathan to see if he could help. I had not talked to him for a year and a half, he called the service department, helped me get a decent price on tires, and set up the appointment for me. Thanks to Nathan, I saved hundreds of dollars! Recently, I sent a family member to Nathan to buy a used car. Nathan spent 4 - 5 hours helping them find their car. He was VERY patient and respectful, even at the end of the day when my family was getting tired and grumpy and probably didn't deserve it :-) Thank you for your help and just being a decent person!

I received an email regarding current specials and though I was out of state I requested information and was contacted by Brad. Throughout the next several days Brad helped me over the phone and via text to find a vehicle that would fit my specific needs and price point. What they gave me for my trade-in and the price on the vehicle was a better deal by far than what offers I had in Las Vegas. Brad was extremely patient as I nailed down vehicles I would consider (Under a certain mileage, specific brand/model, specific price point, etc). When we arrived at the dealership that day's desk manager had us haggling over the price again, despite Brad's obvious frustration and ours. I had explained to him very clearly that I wouldn't drive 6 hours and sign if the deal wasn't what was discussed before I made the trip. He understood and assured me he'd already run it by finance and his manager. However, in the end we got the deal we wanted in the vehicle we wanted with the price we wanted and still received an additional warranty. Our salesman was completely professional and fantastic to work with. We would definitely recommend this dealership and Brad's assistance to friends and family. We were very pleased with the outcome and actually consider this the best car buying experience we've had in the past 12+ years.

This was one of the most painless and enjoyable car buying experiences I have had yet. Sale Rep (Katie) was easy going and very helpful. We were in and out within in just over two hours with one of the most non "haggling" experiences in buying a car ever. Got what we wanted for our trade in (without having to go back and forth) and drove away in a shiny new Jeep that we both loved. I would recommend Larry H Miller, especially Katie as a sales rep to my own family and friends.

The experience at the time of sale was good, but long (6+ hrs). Most of my questions were answered satisfactorily. It was an enjoyable time, actually. Everyone was kind and friendly and patient. The problem came when I mentioned the sale price. It was supposed to include a $1000 cash back bonus (as stated on every Jeep Wrangler on their website). Turns out there was "fine print" you had to do a little clicking to see that it was not an automatic cash back. Not a big fan of more or less "bait and switch" pricing. Plus, it was not explained clearly to me when I asked about it while at the dealership. It was basically brushed aside. I was upset most of the weekend until they called me one evening to see how I was enjoying the Jeep. I explained my unhappiness and to their credit they did a little research (even they were not sure of the incentives) while I was on the phone and explained everything to me. It made me less unhappy, but still not satisfied. To end this on a positive, however, I do love the Jeep.

We had such a great experience at the Sandy Dealership last Friday night. After shopping too many dealerships to count, we were able to find exactly what we were looking for. The selection of Jeeps was exactly what we were searching for. Greyson approached my husband and I very quickly introducing himself and started helping us compare a couple models. He explained that he was new to the dealership, but we were very impressed by his knowledge and willingness to help for being new. We appreciated his no pressure approach, which gave us the space we needed to make a decision. We were Greysons first sale, and this Jeep was my first new car, it was the perfect first for both of us. We showed up later in the evening to the dealership, however we never felt pressured to leave or that the place was closing up around us. Our deal was completed professionally by everyone involved. We experienced great customer service from beginning to end, and including outstanding service from the gentleman that cleaned and prepared our Jeep. Greyson walked us through all the fantastic features of the Jeep, and sent us on our way with everything we needed to know. We left countless dealerships over pushy rude and overbearing salespersons, refreshing to deal with such a professional and outstanding gentleman.Thanks to Greyson, and everyone at the dealership for taking great care of us!

We went to see what was available to replace a Chrysler that had just needed an engine replaced. It had 178,000 miles and was 10 years old.We loved the car and considered putting a new engine in.After seeing what was available and the improvements that had been made we decided to look at your Chryslers --we knew we wanted exactly what we had had in our old car.We got it and more for a great price.We love the Chrysler 300 C-- comfort--and great drivability.

This will be my second service with Larry H. Miller Chrysler, Jeep & Dodge service center. I previously owned a Honda, I always had it serviced at Larry H. Miller Honda. After this weekend I'm ready to see if they could service my car. There is no sense of customer service at this location. When I ask to find out, or check on pricing, it's always disregarded, the explanation is they are to busy. I even made an appointment this time to make sure they would have time. I question if they even check everything they say they service. I never had this issue with Honda, I never questioned their integrity, but I expected the same service because they are owned by the same people. But I was wrong, It's unfortunate when people ask about this service center, I have nothing good to say. Maybe they should visit Larry H. Miller Honda to be educated in customer service.

I have had a lot of visits to the service department with my NEW car and have not been happy with my purchase. Brian was very good to work with and very professional. I also worked a lot with Cody, service manager, and he is very responsive to customers needs.

Brad went above and beyond to make sure we found the Jeep we wanted. I had very specific requirements (color, accessories, etc.) and he was able to find the exact Jeep I was looking for. Only recommendadtion is that Joe call back with info after I left my request for an update with the ladies who answer phones. Not sure if it was the girls answering phones or Joe who dropped the ball, but it happened about 3 Or 4 times that the call back never happened, once it was for sure Joe as he told me himself that he'd call back that evening yet didn't. Brian was great at calling back and kept me well informed. They both explained things very well, and the car repairs seem to have corrected the problem. Everything else there was great. The guy in parts was helpful. The guy driving shuttle was pleasant, though never once used his turn signal when appropriate. Thanks for getting me all fixed up and explaining things thoroughly when I asked. Running smoothly now.

PROS: I want to say up front Sean Stanley is AWESOME. CON #1: I have had non-stop problems with the 4x4 system in my 2005 Jeep Grand Cherokee since buying it used 5 months ago. The Service 4X4 warning pops on every time we have tried to use it. We take it in to be serviced, It works when it comes back from the shop and all seems fine.. A few weeks later we try to enable it and it does not work again. It is now going in for the 4th time to be repaired in the morning. CONS #2: When the vehicle was in the shop for an oil change, one of the drivers hit a wall and damaged the passenger rear bumper resulting in the vehicle having to go into the body shop for 4+ days. CON # 3: The rear hatch door needed new lift struts.. The door would come down on my head in the cold.. This happened 2 days after we bought the vehicle.. Took it in and nothing was done. I spent $60 and replaced them myself. CON #4: The front driver and passenger power windows are slow to go up.. This has been a problem from the day we got the vehicle. The shop "repaired" them. They still have problems going up.. Looks like I will have to fix this myself as well. CON #5: Drivers side door has a whistling door seal since the day we purchased the vehicle.. The door was "adjusted" by the shop.. It still whistles.. SUMMARY: I am not impressed at this time with what has been done. Time will tell if the shop will "dazzle" me tomorrow.UPDATE: Well my experience with this most recent visit was not a pleasant one. Riley was rude when I suggested that they look into replacing the connector on the shift motor which the had one a prior attempt to repair the problem was corroded. They had sprayed it with a chemical cleaner, which obviously did not remedy the problem. Instead of explaining to me that the service company under which the service contract is written requires them to go through a list of steps to resolve an issue, he told me if I was willing to pay for the connector then sure, no problem and walked away from me. Cody (department manager) just gave me the smiling face and nodding head treatment explaining that there was a $3000 harness involved and they just could not do that. Then went on to say, "well there are replacement pins available, if we find that the pins are indeed bad". When I returned to get my vehicle, There was no paper work to sign off on, nothing said to me about what was done other than they replaced the connector.. The guy just got my key from the office and took me out to my vehicle.. They did not drive it out or say think you for coming in or anything.. Simply, the sooner that I left, the better.. Funny how they actually "found a connector in the parts bin" and replaced it. So far it seems to be working.. But I will never recommend this shop again to anyone.UPDATE: May 6th 2014Once more the service light is back on again.. Off to the dealer we go... not too excited about dealing with them any more.. we shall see.

Brought my Pacifica in for alignment.When I called I asked the price and was quoted $79.00. When I went to pay for it the price was $99.00. I just suggest that they let you know that the lower price is for 2 wheel drive and the higher price is for All Wheel Drive. I would not have been surprised.Also, I have owned my Pacifica for 9 years and I really like my car. BUT, No one has ever told me that you need to get an alignment everytime you get new tires. As a result I just put my FIFTH set of new tires on this week. This is only the second time that the car has been aligned in nine years! I couldn't figure it out till now. No one could even tell me what schedule there if for that service at Larry Miller or the place I purchased the tires! Why would that be? Especially since I have asked?I suggest you try to be more proactive with information.Thanks

We met Brice Marshall at the Auto Show in January. We wanted to see the new Cherokee without the hovering of a salesman! Brice was very informative and personable and respected our 'space.' He even offered me the dealers shuttle service (that I didn't know you had) to drop me off and even pick me up and take me back to the dealership. The repairs were done in a timely manner. Our initial experience was great, but they called 5 DAYS later and said there was a problem with our lease. When I went in to discuss options, I found out my payment would be going up. This was upsetting, especially because my husband was out of town. The next day, I found out I had a nail in my tire, and I needed a new one. The service department was VERY unpleasant, and were unwilling to help me. In fact, she told me I had to wait until Wednesday to get my car in. I ended up coming and buying a new tire from the dealership, and going to Good Year Tire to get it installed. After buying a brand new car from a dealership, I would expect they would have better service than this. Overall, I love my car, but I was disappointed in the lapse of time between the initial purchase, and the call saying there was a problem. As for the service department, that experience was awful, especially after all of the prior events.

I have to say I guess my visit was your typical used car buying experience. Brice was a good guy. But when your promised something and it doesn't get delivered you get a little upset. After an agreement was made. We have to come in a few days later to finish with the docs. Then I was told that the terms of the loan had changed. Nobody called me and explained the situation. So the finance guy ( who seemed to be a nice guy) valiantly heads into the fishbowl where all the decisions are made. Returns miraculously with the agreed terms we had originally agreed to. Its interesting how the numbers are played with to ensure MAXIMUM commissions to be paid. I've learned a lot about buying a vehicle. Don't ever go into a Dealership with a payment amount. Between sales and finance they will raise the price of the vehicle, manipulate the terms to keep the the payment where you want it but make sure they get their cut. Its a big game. And I wasn't real impressed. With that being said. My "oil change due" warning is on. And I think someone was supposed to call me and set up a complete detail due to some brush marks on the truck but that hasn't happened yet.

The salesman tried to get the color we desired, but was unable to find it within the Salt Lake area; we then selected our second choice color and are happy with it. We have the extras that we desired also. When our car that we drove into the lot with wouldn't start, he allowed us to take the new car, even though we hadn't finished the payment therefor.

My car had been take to another dearler 2 different times. They had my car for over a week. I was told they wasn't a problem. I knew there was a problem and requested my car be taken to Larry H Miller. It was taken there one morning and by mid day I hade received a call letting me know they had found the problem and what was needed to fix the problem. The car was fixed and ready for me that afternoon. BrIan was great to explain the problem a keep me informed as to nwhat was going on with my car. I was so greatful he found the problem because the other dealer made me feel stupid. They kept telling there was no problem and there was nothing they could do. Brian never made me feel that way. Cascade Collision Repair shop was the company I was working with for repair work due to an accident. They would take my car to a local dealer for repair work and they did the body work. They were very impressed with the way they were treated when they deleivered and picked up my car. Great Job!

This review is not about their dealership but the collision center. I just had my Malibu repaired.I dropped the car off on Tuesday night, with the expectation set that it would be a two day repair and that I could pick up the car Thursday night. I didn't have a rental car, my wife and I were trying to just make it work with sharing our other car. We live 20 miles away from the Larry H Miller Collision Center in Sandy. I work fairly close to it, so Thursday after work I called to find out the status to see if it could be picked up. The receptionist that answered was rude, transferred me to my estimator, Laif, and I ended up leaving a voicemail that was never returned. It wasn't a big deal, we could try to make it work 1 more day with 1 car. On Friday after work, I still hadn't heard back so I called them again. The receptionist answered, checked the status and found out that it wouldn't be done until Monday. I wasn't happy, and she could tell, so she asked if I wanted to speak with the Laif and transferred me to his line. I ended up having to leave another message. Waited an hour, and no call back. Called again and asked to speak with a manager. Low and behold, Laif, was suddenly available to speak with me. I explained the situation to him and his response was "we have lots of Malibus that we're working on, maybe I got confused, let me call you back in 10 minutes." 20 minutes later, he called back and let me know that there was "a run in the paint" but that it would be ready to go in an hour. I came by an hour later and had to wait an additional 30 minutes before I even saw my car. I will say, the repair was done perfectly. However, the level of customer service and communication was atrocious. My wife and I had to alter our Valentine's Day plans and miss our reservation at a restaurant, just so the car could be picked up. Why couldn't they call me and keep me updated? Why is that always the case with car repair shops? They are awful with communication! I know that if I wasn't angry and demanding with them, I would've had to wait until Monday and we would've had 3 more days of juggling our responsibilities with only 1 car between us. Instead of having my car for 2 days, they would've had it for 6 and probably wouldn't have lifted a finger to let me know. So in a nutshell, Larry H. Miller Collision Center in the Auto Mall in Sandy is excellent at repairs, and absolutely horrible with customer service and communication.

Loved the experience, but only have one concern. We used Larry Miller because of past experience and a negative experience in our home town of North Dakota. But we found that our right headlight was out and had to seek service once we realized we had no headlight. Quit disconcerning as the truck is a 2012. We had no previous issues with the headlights.

I had a 1:00 pm appointment. I showed up early and was let right in. I was there for a recall on the tie rods. The intake person took a look and said I didn't need the repairs. The whole visit lasted less than 5 minutes.

I brought my 2011 Jeep in to have the transmission looked at. It is hard to shift into 2nd gear....especially when it's cold. Larry and his crew went out of their way to keep it and make sure they could 'feel' what I was telling them. I feel they were very thorough. I really appreciated the time they took to find the problem and being so pleasant to work with.

People say that you should never take your car to the dealer to get fixed because they are always going to be more expensive. Well I would never NOT take my car to the dealer to be fixed. Let me rephrase that, I would never NOT take my car to LHM Chrylser Jeep Dogdge to be fixed. I am very hard on my car and have had several issues. The thing that I am most impressed with is that they always call me to tell me what the issue is and the price and when I go to pick it up, it never fails that the price they quoted me (that I approved) is always less than what they told me. I totally understand "estimates" but I have known other companies that they give you an estimate and will pretty much charge you the "estimated" cost that you have approved even though it might not have taken that long. It is because of the quality of service and the integrity that is shown time and time again that I will always keep coming back to this dealer. The reason I marked "good" on the quality of work was that I have an issue with a seat sensor and they fixed it and it worked good for 2 days and then it started "dinging" again. I do know though that Bryan told me he thought that it might happen again because what they fixed might not have fixed the exact problem. I also know that when I call him today, he will remember who I am and what I am talking about and that is really incredible and being in sales myself, remembering people and what they need is critical in developing trust and repeat customers. I have also worked with different people in the service department and everyone has been friendly, professional and taken care of my needs in a timely manner.

I am not sure I can say enough about this dealership. Dave Morfin is just one awesome guy. He has spent a lot of time with me and my husband. He has sold my family 4 cars in the past several months. He is great to work with and he goes the extra mile to provide some of the best customer service I have encountered in a long time. I carry his cards with me and anyone interested in a car I try to direct them to Dave. But, I also have to compliment the rest of the dealership as well. The finance department has done some great things for me too. They have been able to get me financing on all the loans even when the circumstances were not that great. As far as the service department goes they are very quick and efficient when you come in for a service rather it be for a simple oil change or to have some parts added to a vehicle. I was recently there to have running boards put on my truck and was told it would be few hours. It was done in less than an hour and without me asking they looked up to see if any recalls or updates were needed on my truck and did them at the same time. Since I managed to back into one of the bumper poles while leaving the service area my next department will be the collison side. That department will be installing a new bumper this week and I am quite certain this department will be great as well. The only thing I would say about this department is all of your quotes are higher than anyone else in town. My husbands truck was damaged and we ended up going some where else becasue the prices were very different. But, that would be my only downside to this dealership and that downside would never make me not want to buy future vehicles. Dave Morfin is the main reason we kept coming back to buy our vehicles from your dealership.

I received a coupon so the price was great on the oil change. It took longer than I was expecting because I had made an appointment so I thought I would have gotten in and out quicker than I did. It took quite awhile for anyone to acknowledge me when I pulled into the garage. I was standing outside my vehicle with my baby for about 5 minutes before anyone even said hello or that they would help me.

We brought our Jeep Grand Cherokee in last Saturday at around 9:00 am for routine oil change and multiple other issues. By 4pm we still had NOT received a call letting us know we could pick up our car. My husband called and no one there could even find our vehicle in the computer! He was transferred multiple times and was told someone would have to call us back. We did receive a call by 4:45 stating they had "found" our car and that no one had done any work on it or even registered it in the computer! They said they were working on it immediately and would call us. After 5:00pm the service office closed and we could not call in and get a status or get our car back!! We were stuck without the car until we could call back Monday morning!!!! My husband called first thing and complained about this and was told our car was ready. We made arrangements to pick it up that afternoon and were greeted with very little apology for our experience and that we owed around $20.00 for a headlight replacement. Once we got the vehicle home, we noticed that the headlight replaced was NOT even the same color or brightness as the existing one. My husband called and left a message and has NOT received a call back! He asked for the service manager and was transferred to his voice mail and as of today has NOT received a call back! We are VERY dissatisfied with your service department and have purchased not just one but TWO vehicles from you and referred a family member there who also purchased TWO vehicles!! It is an inconvenience to us each time we have to bring a car in for service as we have young children and work schedules to accommodate. We also schedule some warranty work on our Wrangler a month ago for the back window and made arrangements to bring it in and leave it. A few hours later we got a call that you did not have the part in stock and that we would have to bring it back again! When I scheduled the appointment I specifically told them the issue! Why then was a part not ordered and made available!! Our next step is calling the General Manager of the dealership. We are very dissatisfied!!!!Kevin and Cathy Morgan

The salesmen were very kind and helpful and I had a wonderful experience with them, unfortunately my negative experience with the finance team is overshadowing their hard work. Working with the financing department has been the biggest nightmare EVER! I have never seen a more unorganized department in my life. I've been working with them for over a month and it seems each week I get another phone call about something they forgot to get or do. I sent in paperwork and told them to let me know if they got it and a week went by before he called to say the app didn't go through. My co-signer has had to send in paperwork twice, fill out the online app 7 times because the system wasn't working and now I get ANOTHER call, after I've been told everything is taken care of, requesting yet ANOTHER piece of documentation. This is what they do for a living, how do they not know what paperwork the bank will need?? This is absolutely unacceptable and extremely unprofessional. It should not take this long to complete a purchase of a vehicle no matter what. I'm extremely unhappy with my experience.

My car was checked in promptly (even though I was 15 minutes early). I was told the charges and length of time for each service. When the technician found additional problems, I was notified quickly. Brian patiently explained what needed to be done. I asked for alternatives, and he talked about the advantages & disadvantages. Because I didn't want to spend more than the old vehicle was worth, Brian tried to balance my needs and wants with the repair that I could afford. When the job was complete, the paperwork was explained to me in full, payment was processed efficiently.

A defective tire sensor was identified on my new 2014 RAM 3500 truck. Unfortunately the replacement part was on back-order. Trevor explained the situation to me and indicated that the replacement part would arrive in 4-5 days. I received an email notification in 5-days and made a service appointment the very next day. The part was replaced and Trevor returned the repaired truck to me in 90-minutes.

I drove in the Express Lane door Friday afternoon; Dallin came to assist me right away. I had no appointment so I asked Dallin if I could get an oil change. He said you sure can but it could take a bit longer than usual because of a very busy day. I gave him a copy of sheet I had printed off the internet showing a $25 oil change. Dallin explained to be that that price was based on buying three oil changes at $25 per for $75.I did not want three oil changes but Dallin honored the $25 ad anyway.Dallin showed me to the waiting room and before too long he returned and informed me my car was ready to go.I was very impressed with the great service and the respectful and courteous service I received.

My overall experience was great. I only have two complaints, my Jeep had the smell of smoke when I picked it up. Assuming the person working on it smelled heavily of cigarettes. Not pleasant for someone who doesn't smoke. And the wait time was a bit long. I waited for an hour to only have the oil changed. They didn't rotate tires this time since I had done it recently, so I would have expected for having an appointment it would have been finished a bit faster. However, the people were very friendly and helpful.

Had a pleasant experience, was provided all the information to make the decision on the model and features I was looking for. Tupu was easy to work with and worked with me to come up with a deal that I could feel good about. Vehicle was detailed as we finalized the deal and in spit spot condition at delivery to our possession.Now to speak to this review. I almost just quit taking the survey when I saw the section below. Why in the world do I have to set up an account to take a survey?????? This did not leave me with a good experience. Don't know what in the world your going to do with my email and account from here, but if I get a bunch of spam from it you will be hearing from me!!!

I brought my 2012 Chrysler 300S in for warranty repair of two items. The carpet on the drivers side and a small ding on the rear passenger door that was covered by an optional "chip and ding" warranty that we purchased. Both items were replaced/repaired quickly and professionally. My wife and I have been coming to Larry H Miller Chrysler/Dodge for several years for both sales and service and have yet to be disappointed.

Larry Larson has been my service man for years. This is at least the 3rd Jeep vehicle that he has helped me with. He is very knowledgeable and professional while being friendly and personable. I always look for him when I go to the service department. I know when I turn my Jeep over to him he will make sure the problems are fixed. Last time I had it in there the technicians even fixed something I had forgotten to mention (the e-brake cable needed to be tightened). Overall, I couldn't be happier with the way he treats me and the hard work the technicians put into keeping my vehicle in tip top shape.

I really must say that I am always treated very well, quickly, and professionally. I appreciate being greeted as soon as possible and service completed when stated. Why would I ever go any other place? I do like the new check out system with the service adviser going over the repairs etc. And I really think Larry Larsen is the best!

Clint Petersen was introduced to me as the sales representative who was most knowledgeable about the Dodge RAM 3500/4500/5500 series trucks. Clint listened to my description of what type of vehicle I was seeking and the issues that I was trying to eliminate which I had encountered with my current vehicle. Clint clearly described the attributes benefits and differentiators of the various Dodge Ram truck models in terms that I could understand and how each model's strengths and weakness would compare/ address my current vehicle's short-comings. Clint showed me a model from inventory that demonstrated the vast majority of features in which I was interested. and presented a RAM 2013 2500/3500 color brochure to me. I left the dealership with the brochure, Clint's cell phone number and his direction to contact him for any additional information or answers to question I had.I returned home to thoroughly review the brochure, specifically, the Buyer's Guide with the 2500/3500 specifications and options. I visited the RAM Truck web page and used the Build & Price feature. When I was finished, I had configured a Dodge RAM 3500 Longhorn Lariat with all of the features and options that I could think of that would address the limitations of current vehicle. The pricing tool helped me estimate the price, decide on whether to buy or finance and the available rebates, discounts and incentives. Later I would learn that the rebates, discounts and incentives changed from month-to-month and model year, which led to disappointment when I completed the purchase of eh vehicle, but the dealership financial representative (Mike) was able to work-out a reasonable and fair compromise that satisfied me.After configuring the truck using the Build & Price feature, I had a clear understanding of what I wanted in my ideal truck. I jumped in my car in the early morning and returned to the dealership to get Clint's help in officially build/configure the truck. When I arrived at the dealership, I was informed by Mike Rich that Clint was not scheduled to be at work until 1:00 PM. I guess my wilting enthusiasm was more obvious than I thought and Mike mentioned that he could help me with configuring the truck. I was reluctant to begin working with someone else because I trusted Clint and felt that I had a rapport Clint. Mike reassured me that he would continue to work with Clint on my behalf and proceeded to guide me through the configuration tool, answering my questions and offering suggestions through the process. I paid a deposit and asked Mike to submit the order for a 2014 RAM 3500 dually with a crew cab and Cummins diesel engine. Mike alerted that the lead time for delivery was likely 8-10 weeks.I started my wait. I received periodic email updates on the truck build/delivery status. The last email update indicated the truck had been shipped to the dealership with an estimated arrival of 9/30/2013. Being anxious like a little boy awaiting Christmas and not hearing anything from the dealership. I called Clint on 10/01/2013 to inquire about the truck's status. Clint told me that he would investigate and call me back. A short while later, Clint returned my call and informed me that the truck would be delivered on 10/02 and we scheduled a time on 10/3 for me to look at the truck and finalize the purchase.Clint guided me through the truck and explained many of the options. I discussed a couple of dealer-installed options that I wanted to add-on, but I wanted to contract for them separately after the dealership provided me with an estimate of costs for parts and labor. Clint took me to meet with the Parts Dept. manager to discuss the add-on specifics. The Manager committed to provide the estimates on 10/4. Clint informed me that he would be out of the office for the next consecutive 4-days, but he would have Mike Rich call me with the estimates.I have purchased numerous vehicles during the many past years and experienced many forms of "high pressure sales,' "bait & switch," and all sorts of coercion. I did not experience any form sales pressure. I felt that I was working with a friendly, knowledgeable team of professionals at the Larry H. Miller Dodge dealership who's primary objective was my satisfaction with finding and purchasing a vehicle that would address my needs, preferences and requirements.

It's a great feeling when you know you can walk into a dealership and not have to stress about the business rushing you to make a sale. We really felt taken care of, as if our needs were a priority to them. Kevin Hamrick, great guy, great sense of humor, walked us through the whole process. He was very patient, very knowledgeable about the product, and was successful in helping us take home our cherry red baby! Can you believe this guy spent an hour walking us through all of the media features in the vehicle, now thats dedication! Seriously, the whole sales crew there were awesome! They went above and beyond to make our experience positive and easy going. We even got roses and soda's...and a yellow bow! What business rolls out the red carpet like they did? We started to look for a vehicle at Brent Brown Toyota of Orem Utah. Brent Brown was not helpful at all. They would not listen to what we wanted and how much we could spend. I was never addressed by my name, they would never call me back in the time frame they gave me. I hated how I was treated. I felt like all they wanted was my money and not my loyalty. So we started to look around for another dealership. We came across Larry H Miller Chrysler Jeep Dodge in Sandy Utah. Right away we were treated like a customer and not someone who they could make money off of. We were always addressed by our names, they encouraged our kids to be apart of the new car buying experience. They were able to find us a vehicle in our price range and have all the features that we wanted and needed in a car. The customer service was excellence, they returned our phone calls and made sure that what they were offering to us was what we wanted. They took the time and made sure we were happy. Once they found a car we were looking for we got a call right away. Just to make sure the car was still there when we went to go look at it, the keys were pulled so no one else could buy it. I really enjoyed working with them to get the car we wanted. I made most of the conversations through phone calls, but when me and my husband went in to look at the car we felt like we have done all of our talking in person. They were very friendly and loved to help keep the kids busy as not to bother mommy or daddy talking to the sales persons, Most dealerships when you get a car from them, they give you a quarter of gas when you leave the dealership. Larry H Miller gave us a full tank of gas to make sure we could get where we wanted to go with out running out. I would gladly go back and get another car from them.

So my experience went from Good, to horribly bad, to OUTSTANDING. Sales professional Clint was great, knew the product well, helped with the negotiation, and we did not feel pressured or pushed in any way. We ran into a few problems after the initial purchase meeting, of which the details are now meaningless. (Ok, now the why) These guys went way beyond to make it right; they truly do know the meaning of customer service and earning trust and more importantly keeping it.So if youre looking for a Dodge no matter where you live around Salt Lake City (we live about 50 miles away and passed many other Dodge dealerships to get to it.) Please stop in and ask For Clint Peterson by name, he will treat you right. Oh and by the way, the Charger is SWEET.

My parents were looking for a used/new car about four months ago. I was taking them to get a Toyota, but my mom wanted to stop at LHM to look at a Durango. My mom is a tough customer, and is VERY blunt. Nathan took it all in stride, treated my parents like gold, gave them a great deal and gave my mom flowers when all the papers were signed. I was extremely impressed! I was so impressed that I went back to Nathan about a month ago to help me find a used car. Every car I test-drove I didn't like OR it was way too much money for me. He was patient with me and kept looking for the right car. Last week I found one I liked online in Preston, Idaho. Nathan drove to the dealership in Idaho (which I did not ask him to do), brought it back, paid for all the Utah inspections, and gave me a great deal. I didn't think it was possible to have a pleasant experience at a car dealership, but I actually was extremely impressed. Of course when the deal was done, Nathan had flowers waiting for me. So, I went looking for a specific car that was listed on lhmdeals.com. Come to find out, it was actually in the Ogden area and I was at the Sandy location. The sales rep, Rodney, said that he would go up and bring it back to Sandy. I left the dealership and then came back at a specified time, but Rodney hadn't returned yet. When he got back he told me that they had already sold the car I was looking for. After several calls they were able to find a comparable vehicle at a price point that I wanted. Rodney spent a great deal of time ensuring that I had all that I needed. He is a credit to this dealership.

Chris was a good guy, he was really good actually. The supervisor on the phone was a good guy, more than reasonable. The other guy from Monday was not so great although the initial guy I talked to Monday was great. First off, I had a hitch that was to be put on my 2008 Honda Odyssey (Touring Edition) and I had an appointment I had made. I showed up and spoke to Chris. Come to find out they never ordered the parts so I drove all the way from Ogden to Sandy for basically a joy ride. I told Chris I expected to be compensated, he asked how, and I said, how about GAS! So he made a call two or two and told me the parts would be ordered and to bring the vehicle back on "E" so he could compensate me with a full tank of gas. I thanked him, and told him when I needed this hitch by, he said I would hear from them by the early part of next week. Well the following week week came and I had to call them. The parts had barely come in, which explains why nobody called yet, an they scheduled me ASAP. I went in, got checked in by a super guy, an hour and a half later while waiting with three small children I get called on my cell, the wrong parts were ordered, and with warranty stuff they wanted to do, they would be keeping it for at least another day. So the car rental doesn't come with comparable vehicle, they come with this dinky miniature compact, and the 3 car seats wouldn't fit, so they got me a Jeep Liberty. I call the next day it won't be done, but it will be done the next day. I ask about the tire issue which I was told I would get two new tires (2 worn tires on the back Not the DEALERSHIPS FAULT LHM HONDA in MURRAY takes the fall for that one) I am told they are going to "Rotate" the tires... Anyway I called Corporate Headquarters to complain, about forty five minutes later I got a call from the "Supervisor" of service, they will put on a new tire if I'll pay for the other tire at their cost, mounting and balance on they're dime. Better than nothing, so I agree. When I got there to pick up the vehicle at 3:00 pm the next day it was completely finished, and detailed, no gas, but all the work was done, and Chris treated me like a King! Paid for tire, moved all the car seats back into our wonderful new Honda Odyssey Touring Edition and rode home in style!!! I Love this car, love my purchase, service wasn't horrible just aggravating, people like Chris and his supervisor made up for everyone else's dropping the ball. Overall I wasn't happy with the rest of my experience other than Chris and the supervisor I spoke with on the phone about the tires after I called corporate headquarters. It doesn't hurt to complain when your UNHAPPY, things can get fixed to make you satisfied.

I purchased by PT Cruiser at a different dealership and took it in to them for an oil change and I was very disappointed with their work. I decided to try Larry H. Miller Dodge and have been treated fairly now for over 4 or 5 years. I have used them exclusively for my PT. 2 or 3 years ago the car had a problem with the fuel gauge. I took it in to LHM Dodge and Andy Borders was the person who wrote the order. The car was still under warranty so there should be no problem he explained. He was very courteous and said the car would be ready that evening. I picked up the car and almost immediately the fuel gauge wasn't working again. I took it back in and Andy apologized and was very courteos and sympathetic. I left the car and asked him to call and keep me updated. He called to explain that the part they put in was faulty and they would be able to get the part the next day and have it put in for me. I agreed and really appreciated the sincerity that Andy demonstrated. I picked up the car the next day and have had no problems with it since. (Knock on wood) The next time I took the car in for the oil change, which was a few months later, I was fortunate enough to get Andy to take the order. I waited at the dealership and when it was finished, there was no charge for the oil change. Andy explained that was the least they could do for the problem with the fuel guage and the inconvenience I had. I was impressed that he remembered the problem and then did something as a token of appreciation to a customer. Courtesy and appreciation goes a long way with me.

When I go to a dealership to purchase a vehicle I appreciate given price that is what the dealer will sell the vehicle for along with price substantiation. I detest it when a dealer wants to play games as an example, make me an offer and I will take it to the sales manager. I am looking for the best price and usually have gone to other dealers and have an idea of the price I am willing to pay. Larry H. Miller Chrysler shot straight with me. I had just the opposite experience with Larry H. Miller Ford in Sandy at their Memorial Day tent sale. That is one reason I am driving a 2011 Chrysler 300 rather than a 2011 Ford Taurus.

First and worst experience with a dealership after moving to new mexico. Customer service should be rated zero, not one. After a new windshield (on schedule and on budget), they suggested an $850 master cyl. install as well as some other work. No other service group I have had the vehicle checked out at (4 that I can remember) recommended the same repairs. Since the dealership did this 'bonus, inspection they did not call to give me this information till after the service department was closed. This of course was only after I was calling every 30 min for the last 3 hours they were open. When I asked to get my car back that evening, it was only noted that the cashiers and personnel that could access the vehicle had already gone home for the day. This really put my wife and I far out of our way and off schedule the next morning when we had to pick up the vehicle all for something they did without consent.This is just my story. I wish I had asked around before going to this dealer's service department. My wife and I both found countless horror stories about this location through co-workers and classmates. Do yourself a favor and either get in close with the Larry H Miller mafia, or just go to another location.

Our 2-month-old new truck was stuck in park. Called Andy in Service and was told to call the tow company listed in the owner's manual. The tow company said they couldn't tow it for free because Chrysler's policy was that if it was stuck in park, the owner had to pay and then request reimbursement from Chrysler. I called Andy back and told him the situation. He said he would contact them but in the meantime, he gave me a local company to tow it instead (for free). They were prompt and courteous with their pick-up. Andy called to say there would be a delay in fixing the truck because the part was hard to find and would have to be ordered from Denver. It came in and the Service immediately fixed it and we were able to pick it up after hours the day it was done. Andy was extremely helpful in resolving the problem with the towing and very good about keeping us informed as to the status of our vehicle. Also I appreciated being able to pick it up after hours because of my husband's work hours. Thanks to everyone in the Service department that helped with this repair!

Andy was not very friendly, detail-oriented, and thorough and was slightly argumentative, as usual. In the end, he did take care of us, but is lacking in friendly customer service. In addition, we have had to repair, replace and deal with the problems of the rotors on our Chrysler Town & Country too often, replaced twice, and the car only has 27,000 miles on it. In addition, I brought the car in two months ago for the same problem and it was not addressed and now we had to replace. Perhaps we could have avoided it. However, we are satisfied with the work.

My experience with this dealership has been over a span of 3 or 4 years; I'd looked at buying a new dodge truck in 2008, but at the end of the day I just wasn't comfortable spending the money. The sales people and managers did not make me feel like I had wasted their time, which solidified my opinion then, that when i was ready to purchase again, I would definitely be back. I returned a few times over the next couple of years to browse, and see what might strike my fancy, and again, the staff were great at showing me what I wanted, and answered all of my questions and never made me feel like I was wasting their time if I wasn't ready to purchase. After searching high and low and researching all makes and models, I was ready to purchase this past week. I returned to LHM Dodge, and was fortunate to havee John Durfey be the salesperson to approach me. Since we're talking LHM here, I would like to say that John is a sales pro, in the same sense, that John Stockton was a pro. Smooth, efficient, low profile, and effective. He was always attentive to what I felt I was looking for, answered all of my questions, and mitigated every test drive I wanted to make. When the time came, he transitioned my needs to the sales manager, Nick who was just as impressive, but still stood on the wing waiting for whatever I may need. Nick and Mike (finance) got me everything I asked for and more, to make the deal as beneficial to the both of us as I think was ultimately possible.Great experience, I would(and have) recommend(ed) this dealership, and these folks to any family and friend that asks me about my gorgeous new Dodge!

I wanted some larger tires and wheels for my 2011 Ram 1500 along with a leveling kit. I had been shopping the competition because I had no idea the dealer offered this type of service! I always figured the dealer was the evil place you took your truck when no one else could fix it! I was in to get an oil change, and asked service some technical wheel questions of Chris in service at which point I was directed to Jake in parts. Not only was Jake able to easily answer all the questions that the competition could not, but he surprised me by beating my next lowest price for the tire-wheel-lift package by nearly $500! Unbelievable! I ended up with exactly what I wanted without the compromises the competition was telling me i'd have to make for considerably less money! Due to the great communication skills of the staff, and the excellent, knowledgeable service I've had to date at LHM Dodge, I've decided the dealer is the only entity, other than myself, that gets to touch my truck! As stated in my first review, my vehicle was not washed when returned to me. However, when I get my 2004 GMC Serria serviced at Jerry Seiners GMC they always return the vehicle washed. I would suggest that you raise your level of service to theirs.

We purchased a Dodge Caravan sight unseen. We shouldn't have done this, but our salesman went through the list of features associated with the vehicle, which was located on another lot, and we felt confident from what he told us that we knew what features the vehicle had didn't have. While we were waiting for our credit to be reviewed, Michael offered us some additional accessories to be added to the van. One feature he offered was "runners" to be added to the sides of the vehicle. We asked him what runners were and why we would want them. He explained, and we told him "no" we didn't want them.Well when we came back a few hours later to pick up the vehicle, it had runners. Michael told us that we were lucky, that our particular vehicle came with runners already added. We thought they were ugly, and soon came to realize that they were a real nuisance in trying to get in and out of the van. I approached Michael the next morning with our concern about the runners. I wondered if they could just be removed, but removing them meant adding a differnt part in its place. Michael suggested that we could possible remove the parts from another vehicle on their lot with the same color, that was currently being loaned out for the Utah bike tour, and trade it with the parts from our vehicle. This seemed like a great solution, but I was told that we would have to pay for the labor.I don't think the fact that the van came with runners was our fault. Therefore, I don't think we should have to pay for the labor. We would not have purchased the vehicle if we had known it came with runners. Right now we are dissatisfied customers, frustrated and not sure what to do.

I find it funny that you want a reply on a good visit but I get no response from a poor experience that I had on the visit the week prior. It took longer for an oil change and tire rotation than emmision and inspection. What is going on with that? Yes the oil change was on a Saturday, but 1.5 hrs? come on! The emission and inspection was a bout one hour, and diring the week. I did call in but they told me to be there in less than 30 minutes, that was no problem infact it worked out great. I paid for the package to have the oil changed, The emissions is a lifetime deal. So the only cost that I encured on this visit was the fuel cap would not pass the pressure test. $20.00 that is fair. Just ironic that you only seem to care about the good experinces. I feel that you should find out why people are not happy and fix that. GH

They managed to squeeze us in late in the day for a brake job as we rolled into town towing our Bonneville race car from Texas. Andy and Tyler were great. Helpful and professional. However, after reviewing the billing, I'm really beginning to wonder about the total labor amount. It seems the $ 1002.21 is pretty excessive for around 6 hours of work. That's $167 per hour. It's been a while since I've owned an older vehicle. Maybe I'm out of touch with service rates. You might need to help me feel better about that charge.I would change my recommendation answer to a "Maybe", if it were a choice. Next time I'll probably check with other dealers/independent shops before getting a repair done at LHM. Sorry for the honest feedback. Your guys were great, and the work seems fine too. It was just a shocker getting a bill for $2K.

Bob was fiendly, but not overly freindly and fake. He said he would beat any price and he did. I didn't feel like I was getting the run around from Bob and when I walked away after buying the truck I felt like I had recieved the best deal possible.

The Service Writers are very friendly and easy to understand. They explained everything in detail and offered information to ensure that I understood the progams that your dealership offered. I have a 2009 Dodge Ram 1500 Laramie 4x2 and they took care of everything that needed to be done. Afterwards the technician pulled my truck around and explained in detail everything that had been checked or services that had been performed and had there been any services that were required those would have been explained in detail per the Technician. overall it was a great experience. Unlike the other Dodge Service Centers, that I have used I should have gone to LHM first. I would have not had to go thru the issues that the other dealerships put me thru..thank you again for a Job Well done..!

We were shopping for a new truck, comparing prices with 3 different dealerships. All of these companies were trying to find us what we needed, and were eager to help. Clint with your company keep in touch with without being pushy, and even gave us his cell phone for "all hours" for any questions. He always came back with a soulution if I told him I needed better prices on my trade or the new vehicle. One of the other companies was Dave Smith Motors from Kellogg, ID. I understand they are pretty hard to beat. Clint and your company beat their price, and were friendlier!! Mike with your finace department was also very nice, and made the paperwork process pretty painless, even at10 pm when he should have been on his way out the door!

Brandon made sure I was really was getting the vehicle I wanted and made sure I was happy with the vehicle before I left the dealership. He also told me about all of the features and options of the vehicle I wanted and told me about the service and warranty.

I was assured I would not receive emails, this is the 5th one. Clint the salesman was great. I did not get the interest rate quoted from the salesman. The finance guy Mike, tried to sell me window etching which in my opinion provides no value and is a cost not requested. Leather treatment is another cost added but not requested. 3rd party service contract was already added to the contract prior to agreeing to it.I have purchased more than 8 new vehicles from the same Chrysler salesman in Rock Springs in the past 25 years. None of the above mentioned issues has ever come up. It seemed to me that after the commitment was made to go ahead with the purchase, extra costs were attempted to be added under the guise that they are insignificant in comparison to the purchase price.

When the bank told us that we could now pickout the Jeep we wanted, My sons went to Stephen Wade in St George. That weren't as helpful as they could of been, So we came back to the computer and looked up Larry H Miller, first one was the one in provo, not very fast to get back to us. So back on Line and found the dealer in Sandy, Daniel answered the phone, told him what we want, he went to work sent us 2 pictures of a silver jeep and a deep cherry red. The deep cherry red one was chosen had all the things we wanted and then some. Daniel and my bank "zions" made it happen. My son brought a check up and pickup up the Jeep and drove it back to St George, with a dozen roses and 2 jeep hats. I'm the proud owner of 2011 Sarah Jeep and I love it. Thanks Sharlett

The salesman, Gus, did everything he could to get us right where we wanted on price, payment, and down payment. He gave us the very best price for our used trade in. He was kind and didn't try to push us around. Wade was a very helpful Financial guy and got everything done in a timely manner. We even had our license plates lost and he had the issue fixed the same day I called him. Larry is always good in the service department and makes sure the car is all working just as it should be. Overall, one of the best dealerships I've ever dealt with and a great customer service program. Would recommend to everyone!!

Suprisingly easy visit. Wasnt really expecting to buy a car that day..but we were given a deal we simply could not pass up. All the paperwork went fast and efficently. Sales rep was freindly amd helpful. Was a great time overall and we love our new car.

I had an exhaust leak coming from the manifold on the right side of the engine. The sales tech told me that both were leaking, "the right side was just worse". The price tag $805. Ridiculous. I decided to show up at the dealer and check it out myself. While inspecting the vehicle with the tech, he explained that it is recommended that they are done in pairs. The left side was in fact NOT leaking. I agree that it is best to do it that way either...but for the sales guy to tell the customer that they are BOTH leaking? Dishonest at best. And don't get me started on price. I understand that all\most dealers\car shops use ALLDATA. While a job may take the tech 1 hour to complete, the dealerships charge what ALLDATA quotes...2.7 hours for example. Again...a farce and a disgrace.

I had a problem with my nav/radio/bluetooth screen. It locked when I was on a bluetooth call in my truck and wouldnt reset (it actually disabled all navi/radio/setup buttons) and was draining my batterry even with the engine turned off. Went to service on 7/11/11 but it was closed. I talked to John Durfey in Sales and he willingly helped to resolve the issue. He went and got tools to disconnect my battery. The disconnnect actually reset the sytem and all panel functions started working again. What a savior he was. He went beyond the call of duty. Much appreciated. Jerry Bartos 801-671-6443

Clint was very personable, but we had a little misunderstanding regarding the offer I made on the vehicle. We were actually signing papers with Mike before the discrepancy was discovered, so the negotiation was a little strained. We did eventually come to an agreement though and I believe both parties found it acceptable. My only complaint is that the vehicle is not satellite radio ready as we were led to believe during the test drive.

I came in to have my daughter's car cleaned to remove stains because I do have the Century upholstery coverage. The stains were removed but, if the person had looked at the whole carpet area after cleaning he would have noticed the edges of the doors were dirty(I did point this out to Larry when I left it). I found dirt stains still on the driver side and the rear driver side that needed to be redone after I paid and was ready to leave. They did take care of it rightaway and the wait was not long after finding this but, I was ready to leave and go on to my afternoon appt downtown and ended up running late. I had allowed plenty of time (from 11:15 a.m. until 3:00 p.m.) but, had to wait. I gave a "good" experience on service because there was not a problem to fix it but, "great" would have been earned if it was noticed before I noticed it.Also, it would probably would have been better if the person who brought the car to me just let me inspect it before I left and could have just made the adjustment. Instead, he left and gave me the key and then I walked over to inspect it and then have Larry Larsen come out and check out the spots. If Larry would not have been in the cubicle, I would have had to wait for him and then go to the cashier, etc. I am glad he was in. Just a suggestion to allow customers to check it BEFORE leaving.Also, I am very grateful for the ride BACK to the dealership to pick up my car, I know this is not a service your provide but, I was at the theaters on a hot day and could not walk it. I don't know anyone in that area who could have given me a ride so, I probably will have to go to a dealership downtown or in Murray because I can get around there. My husband works in Murray, and well downtown has all kinds of access.

We had been researching different vehicles the past few months and never liked the service we got from a prior dealership, plus the pricing at the other dealership was horrible. I wrote a review before but since then I have been disappointed in regards to them following through on promises. Word to the wise ... good luck talking to someone when you have an issue later because you have to threaten with poor consumer ratings in order to get a call back. Be sure to wait til you have gotten all your "perks" in the mail before giving them a review.

I enjoy being able to make an appointment. 3 times before, I couldn't because I was just getting an oil change and the service reception said they don't make appointments for oil changes. My previous oil changes had all taken over two hours (bad coffee, uncomfortable chairs, flickering tv reception) enough said. This time I was actually offered the shuttle when Larry came out and informed me that they needed some parts from another shop. Even though it took a while to complete the repairs at least Larry came out in a timely fashion to tell me. Unlike the first time I was there and a winch broke and everyone allowed all us customers to wait without informing us of what happened. I was very pleased with my visit this time. But I still recommend a new coffee maker, blech. Oh and you should have wifi for us tech geeks who dont mind waiting if there is Internet available. Also that time that the winch broke, I had complained and asked why it was taking so long (before I knew the winch broke) and the service manager (skinny dark blonde younger guy) had the balls to ask me to give him a 10 on the CSI survey. Lol I work for Chrysler CAC and I just about laughed in his face.

I am happy to share my experience with you. My service advisor Chris Reynolds has always been so good to me and my family. Every time we come in he always greets us with a friendly smile. He is always so knowledgeable and helpful in getting whatever needs to be done, done. The cost of repair is always fair or better price than I could get elsewhere. But the speed in which things get handled and the knowledgeable technicians, far surpass price. Service is more important to me than a few dollars. And I am always pleased with how I am treated at LHM.

One of the main reasons we chose to purchase from Larry H Miller Sandy is after our experience of working with Clint Peterson, our sales guy. He was not pushy, great customer sales and service. Our purchasing experience was in general quite good. The two sales guys we worked with were nice and friendly, and I think we got a good deal with our minivan.The bad part goes to the guy that did the detailing: He did a very poor job. Outside it was ok, but inside he didn't "kill himself" (so to speak) with cleaning the different parts of the car, and in particular the carpets. After we drove the car home, we had to do a thorough cleaning job, and although I have cleaned the carpets today, I will have to work on them again sometime later. The carpets were "top" dirty. Nasty.Also there were drops of soda and other dirt spots all over, that of course my wife and I had to take care of.

Larry always does a great job when I come in. He is always easy to find and very willing to repair the issues I have had with my 2008 Jeep Wrangler. Larry went the extra mile when I had cracks appear on both sides of the fiberglass top. When I told Larry he was a little perplexed as this was an unusual problem. He immediately made calls and reckoned the best solution for the problem. The repairs were made by the dealership and I am very satisfied with the work and long term solution that was created to fix these issues.Larry does a great job everytime and I will always bring my jeep to Larry.Thank you for your great service!!

Even the manager helped out to make sure I got the right price and and other items that I asked for. I was even introduce to the parts manager to make sure that I get the right price and help when I go in for added items to my Jeep. The experience was great all the way around.

I purchased Landcar Service contract in 2007 when I bought my new Avenger, 2008 model. I have had all of my service completed at LHM Chry/Dodge the past four years. They are always courteous and very speedy! I always wait during oil changes and this past Saturday, for example, they had me finished in twenty minutes. Outstanding.I only had to have one warranty repair on the vehicle early on and there was no question; they just did what needed to be done to please the customer. The service department is always excellent, never offers excuses if they are too busy - they tell the plain truth which I appreciate very much.On the one corporate recall they called me when the part arrived, set the appointment and was in and out in under one hour.Thanks to all the folks in service!Dale Gibson, Lehi, UT

I really enjoyed working with everyone involved. I felt comfortable with everyone, and felt that even though they were trying to sell me a car, they also had my interest at heart as well. Mike was a wonderful sales Rep. He was welcoming when I talked to him on the phone to start. I was not considering coming in till I talked with him on the phone. He helped persuade me to just look and see what would work best. We were looking at leasing in the beginning, but Mike was able to share some better options for us. During the negotiation process he was completely honest with us. Heeven at one point was willing to shoe us other options that might fit our needs better. I really appreciate his honesty ams his concern for our personal situation.

My experience with the dealership is reflective of our interactions primarily with our salesman John Durfey. John was very friendly and easy to converse with. Even more importantly, his knowledge of the Dodge 2500 was instrumental in our selection of the right vehicle, in terms of our purchase, and in so far as helping us to understand how to use many of its features. In addition, John explained how we would be supported on an ongoing basis after our purchase. If my next purchase of a vehicle is a Dodge/Chrysler, I will happily return to this dealership and in particular seek out John Durfey for assistance.

Your dealership was very friendly, the price haggling wasn't horrible (as we have experienced at other dealerships) we got the truck we wanted at the price we felt was fair. I come in regularly for tuneups....generally on one tells me anything about my car...they just call me name to get me keys and hand me the print out of things done...this past time I asked them to check my brakes due to a rumbling sound....I never got any information before i left about my brakes....also the waiting areas are cold and coffee would be nice....thanks

I had a good experience buy my new Jeep Rubicon Black Ops Edition. The sales people were cuteous and helpful. Overall a good experience. The process took longer then I excepted it would take (aboout 5 hours, but when you are buying a new car you want to get the car you want at the right price and I did!

I was extremely pleased with the sales service I received on my recent visit. The staff was very attentive and answered every question. The dealer gave me a great price, was able to work my trade into the price, and I was able to come out of there with the exact truck that I wanted and well within my limit for cost. I would not hesitate sending any future business their way.

This was absolutely the car buying experience that I have ever had and I will refer all of my friends to Larry H. Miller Dodge. The Sales Staff were friendly and very informative of the vehicles. The Sales Management Team was very Professional and treated me with respect and gave me a price that was in the range that I found acceptable.

My experience buying the tundra was easy. I looked at it a couple of times. Each time I was not pressured into anything I did not want. I just felt that the salesmen listened to me and they both had lots of information to tell me on the truck. Just the overall experience was easy from start to finish.

This time as well and on days I go in for servicing, the friendliness of everyone, their wellness to direct and help you out. My salesman really is awesome, and does his job well!! He answered all the questions I had with the purchase of my Rav4. So I am really happy and I,ll continue to be proud owner of a Toyota!

We appreciate JD for his promtness on our quote. Delivery of both vehicles was prompt and on time. JD did a great job explaining the features of the vehicles. The paperwork was in order. One of the quotes was off by 4 dollars. JD said he would send a check for the overage. Nice touch for a small error. I will reccomend LHM and JD to others. Thanks to all of you for taking care of us.

This was a second trip for me with some warranty issues. I always feel silly when I need something fixed under warranty. I was also taking it in for an oil change. The staff was extremely helpful and so friendly when taking down my concerns, really taking the time to understand what I was trying to explain. Each phone call I received during the day was very friendly, thorough, and really made me feel good about the concerns and things that were done that day. I have been very surprised and pleased by the staff and the service they offer.

Please pass on a "Well Done" to both Harry and Natalie. They were both very professional, knowledgeable, and not pushy or aggressive. They let us make our own decisions without the "hurry up" type feel that sometimes other places tend to give a potential customer. After we had first met with Harry and were in process of making up our minds, we were starving and had to go to lunch. In spite of us rushing to lunch, Harry was very gracious with us and never made us feel as if we were just lookers wasting his time. He made us feel as if we were his only customers.

Jessica was attentive, courteous and knowledgeable as a salesperson. She wasn't pushy or too agressive, which I appreciate. Philip was also not pushy for selling aftermarket products, he described what was available and didn't try selling me something I didn't want. The Sales Manager worked with me on pricing and while I would have liked to have paid slightly less than I did, he treated me fair and overall I know I got a good deal. I've been a longtime Toyota fan/owner and I will continue to support Toyota and LHM here in Albuquerque, NM.

I gave quality of work a 3 for 2 reasons. #1- I initially stopped by and went over what all I was wanting worked on (I had several concerns). This particular issue was the door molds. Aftergoing over everything with Trevor, I decided to make an appointment due to the time it would take to complete everything. When I dropped my truck off for my appointment, I called about 3 hours later to see how everything was going and when I could pick up my truck. I found out that the door molding was being brought in from another Dealer and it would be another couple hours. Approximately an hour after my phone call, Trevor called and said that the Dealer brought the WRONG door molds and that I'd have to COME BACK AGAIN. When I went for the 2nd (3rd) time for my door molds to be replaced (under warranty), Trevor was extremely helpful in getting me "in and out" for the replacements. #2- I stopped by a few months ago for a recall notice on my heater. Things went really well. When I went back in this last time (#2/3 visit) I showed Trevor how my heater controls sounded & the smell didn't seem right. He agreed that the "module" needed to be replaced AGAIN - because it was done on the recall (from what I understood was done previously). When I picked up my truck from having the door molds replaced, I showed Trevor the noise from the heater controls. He agreed that it STILL didn't seem right, that I would need to drop my truck off AGAIN for a few HOURS. So now... I have to go back in AGAIN for visit #3/4. My frustration is that when an issue is "taken care of" that the issue REALLY BE TAKEN CARE OF. Trevor has been extremely good to work with and I am appreciative of that. However, taking work off 4 times for 1 issue is getting really old. Thanks......

I greatly appreciated that the "deal" on my Camary was as advertised. Too often when buying a car a "deal" is advertised but when the customer goes in to the dealership a "bait and switch" takes place. Everyone I met with was very friendly and helpful and seemed genuenly interested in me as a person. The price was what I expected and was much better than the two previous dealerships I met with. It was nice to not have lots of extra fees added on after the fact and to be charged the agreed on price. I was under the impression that my total car care package that I purchased when I paid for the vehicle, would cover everything on my vehicle. However, I was advised that my light bulbs for my headlights were not covered. This was very disappointing.

I came in for a Oil Change on a new Dodge that i purchased Last year. and was looking at the new 2011 trucks while i waited. A salesman approached and offered to help me out with any questions i might have and even a test drive while i waited. after a few questions he suggested that we go look at some numbers to see if we could get me into a new truck for a better or same price as i was currently paying. as a result and after some very creative work from the sales crew they where able to get me into a newer, better, more decked out and higher end truck than i was currently in for a lower monthly than i was currently paying. it was awesome. i am very happy with the new truck and was extremely satisfied with the service i got form the sales crew. they really bent over backwards for me to make me happy.

Service could be a bit quicker. Despite the fact I had made an appointment for service clearly stating that windshield needed replacement, there was some uncertainty that I really wanted it replaced when I arrived.This is not a major problem. I remain a satisfied customer and will continue to return.

As I noted earlier, the letter i received reminding me it was time for the truck to be serviced also stated that "your Service Advisor will provide you with a factory maintenance schedule to follow." I was looking forward to receiving it, but no mention was made. The LCA contract and extended warranty demand that I have certain items taken care of on a regular basis. I don't know what they are or when they are required. It would have been nice it this had been given to me. I still don't know.

Once again like I had written in my previous rating of my experience with Larry H Miller. I had called and made an appointment for an oil change and when I had come in and spoke with the cashier she had directed me to bring my car into the bay. I pulled up to the bay, one of the employees threw his arms in the air, which I guess was his way of telling me that I was at the wrong bay door, so I proceeded to the next bay door and pulled in and as I pulled in no one directed me to where I should park, whether or not I should leave my keys in the car, or if I should wait for someone to even recognize my presence. I finally asked one of the employees "Do I need to leave my keys in the car?" "Should I go wait inside?" after another employee that I was trying to get help from just walked right by me. So being that this was my first visit for an oil change, I got the impression that I am supposed to assume what I should be doing and where I should leave my car. Compared to other service stations, this is my least favorite.

I get the coupons in the mail for the $17.95 Oil change, this is the best price for oil changes. The service I receive from Larry has always been excellent. When he tells me it's time to get a service done on my car I trust him. I don't trust very many people in the car business but I do trust Larry.

We were please with the selection available of the Jeep Liberty which is the vehicle we were really looking for.Preferred a 2010 which you had quite a few of to get the rebates. Looking for white or silver and you had one available.We had a price in mind that we wanted to pay and feel we were able to come to an agreement on a price. It ended up a little higher than we thought it would but we hoped it could be rectified on future assessories.Our only misconception on the Liberty we purchased was it did not have speed control and the ones we had been looking at did. The other steering wheel options would have been nice but not necessary. So this was the only option we thought we had that it didn't. Not sure if there is anything that can be done on this. Since we didn't test drive it, we understand it was our fault. We "assumed" they were the same except for the tow package that the other one had. A suggestion might be to just review the options a vehicle comes with so there are no misunderstandings.Anyway, we thank you for your professionalism. The roses were a thoughtful gift. Looking forward to hearing back from the service manager regarding the RV towing information he was going to check out for us. They were great to work with. I am from out of town they were very fair about helping us feel like we were being treated fairly. They were happy to work on my truck without any questions. I brought my 2002 Dodge Dakota in for warranty service this week. When I dropped off the vehicle I was told that to test for the issue I was having would be $95 but that if the issue presented itself and the warranty covered the repair that charge would be covered by the warranty. Larry called me the next day and explained that they could not replicate the problem and no codes showed up in the computer and that becasue they didn't find anything the service was free!I went down and picked up the truck and asked if I could bring it back that day if it happened to have the issue again and they advised me not only to do so but that if it did occur to come straight to them and leave it running so that the information would show up for sure. I was able to replicate the issue and returned to the dealer within 30 minutes. Andy immediately called a tech out who tested the computer and got a reading that I had "intermitent" signals from a rear wheel speed sensor. They advised me that this may be a bad sensor which would be covered under warranty or it may be metal shavings in the differentail and that if I would authorize $86.50 for a rear diff. serice they could check for that as well. Again if a problem is found it would be covered under warranty and I would not have to pay for the service. I agreed to the service and they found that the limited slip mechanism had broke and that all of the gears, bearings etc. (basically a whole new axle) was needed. Over $2500 all covered under my factory issued 3 mo/3K mile service contract.Needless to say I was very pleased with how thorough they were and that they took the time to give options for the repairs thus saving me thousands in the future! I will certainly return to Larry H Miller Dodge based on this experience!
