I have to say from beginning to end it was a great experience. When I first went to the lot to look at vehicles, no one followed me around or bothered me. I was asked occasionally if I needed help and when I said no that I was just looking that was the end of it. Then when we were ready to test drive, it was very easy. I have always been treated very well by my salesman Michael Sweet and the General Sales Manager Jeff Hutchinson. If you need a vehicle sees these gentlemen! Service without the pressure of making a sale. They have looked for vehicles for me even if I don't end up buying from them...which was only once. Also, the service after the sale is always there. I absolutely love my lil fiat! I was devastated when my last car purchase, 2010 Suzuki SX4, also purchased at Landmark, was deemed a total loss, and I was faced with a new car purchase. However, I found the perfect lil car to meet my needs! Gary Pate really listens, and he makes sure customers needs are met. Have an issue? Bought a 2016 Jeep 6,000 miles ago. Salesman wanted to know how much I wanted to spend per month, which is a whole lot different than what I wanted to spend for the vehicle (advertised price). Deal took hours. Never got a straight answer. Went to the "money man", who wanted to sell me an extended warranty, road insurance, glass treatment, etc. Had a nifty computer built into the top of his desk where you could sign up for these options. Problem was - I saw the the agreement page (to sign) but never saw the "fine print" in multi-page agreements. In all fairness, probably could have done so if I asked. Problem was - I already had road insurance (towing, etc.) from AAA, which was less expensive, had the same perks, and and covered my entire family for a few bucks more. On closer inspection, the "add-on" for key lockout was valid only if the dealership gave me a spare key (which they didn't when I bought my vehicle or brought it back to have a hitch installed for $600+). Today, I called to schedule my first oil change. Got the main "switchboard" for Landmark, which forwarded me to the Landmark Ford (not Jeep) dealership. Didn't know that at the time, so spent time scheduling an appointment only to find out I was at the wrong place. They forwarded me to service dept at Jeep-Chrysler, which had apparently left for the day. Based on my experience so far, I'd say they deserve the single star I gave them (at best) and I'd recommend another dealership if you think your hard-earned money is worth something at Landmark Jeep Chrysler. Best deal I got was 2 free oil changes - which I' plan to collect on - some day.

We stopped on Saturday afternoon looking for a Dodge Journey and asked one of the 5 salesmen sitting under the tent if they could help us. Jeff Webb jumped up and helped us out. He brought the 2 over that he had on the lot over for us to look at. By the time we left with it to test drive for the weekend, it was after they had closed. When we came back Monday evening to buy the Journey, Jeff ended up staying late, as we were there after they closed again. He was very kind and accommodating to us and our two boys.

I recently brought my 2015 Jeep Wrangler Unlimited in for an oil change and tire rotation. I am beyond disappointed (and a little angry) about my experience. I've brought my Jeep in a few times for this basic service and I honestly never feel comfortable in the service area. The staff seem to have an attitude and customers seem to be an inconvenience. Anyway, after picking up my Jeep (and getting home) I realized the washer fluid had not been filled and the oil life indicator had not been reset. Additionally, my Jeep has a tire pressure monitoring system. One of my tires has been low lately. When I noticed the oil life indicator hadn't been reset, I reviewed the TPS. Accordingto the TPS read-out, the tire pressure was still low on the same tire. So, I question if the tire pressure was checked. And, I question whether the tire rotation was completed. Each time I have been in to drop off or pick up my Jeep, there has been an angry customer upset about service (most of these upset folks have been women). One more example of why I don't trust car dealerships in Springfield.

I have bought several vehicles from Landmark. Each one has had issues with them, but the one I recently purchased was the worst. I guess you shouldn't expect the same quality of service from each location. The first vehicle I looked at they wouldn't even sell to me. The next one they sold to me but because I was there so long I didn't do an extreme inspection. When you purchase a vehicle inspect everything. The salesman was terrible, knew nothing about cars, they knew I was a return customer and didn't give me a deal, and now I have to force them to do service to the vehicle when everything should have been take care of before they ever sold it to me. I wouldn't recommend this dealership and never ever trust the salesmen.

Had a head replaced on my 2010 Dodge Caravan at Landmark. 20,000 miles later, it is doing the exact thing again. A new head on a motor should last more than 20,000. Gary and the service team are the absolute worse. They stated it was under warranty; called back the second time, no it is not under warranty. Phone calls four and five resulted that they would not help me. A new head on a motor should last well above 20,000 miles. Do not service your car there; and as a result, do not purchase a vehicle there either. Thanks Gary for treating your customer like crap. I will make sure and spread the word.

Worst customer service around. I called to find out about my vehicle registration and got transferred around until someone had the bright idea to send me to someones voice mail. No one helped me. I then sent an email through the Contact Us section of their web site. I got a canned response saying they could not determine the exact vehicle I was looking for when my comments had nothing to do with looking for a vehicle. I will not be purchasing another vehicle from any Landmark dealership.

First of all, upon coming to purchase my vehicle, Josh was my sales rep and could not seem to remember my name or my dad's name, who came along. After spending several hours being called "Buddy" Josh was trying to sell to my Dad more than to me. I'm a 30 year old adult with excellent credit and was being treated like a 16 year old kid with 0 credit. Knowing the vehicle I wanted was on the lot, I went ahead with the purchase despite Josh's lack of good service. When coming into the service department to receive "Work promised at time of Sale" I was treated by Mel like he didn't have time to deal with me. He was very rude and abrupt and was not a friendly face at all. As I was receiving "free" work he seemed to think it was okay to treat me like I wasn't a real customer. I certainly won't be buying my next vehicle here and I won't be recommending the dealership to family or friends.

I called and made an appointment for 8:30am and my husband took my car and I told them he had a doctor apt across town. They said no problem. Said it would take 40 to 45 minutes and they ere right on time changed the oil and washed and vacuumed my car. I love the person service you get here will never go any where else to buy my Caddy. Very impressed with the dealership. I had bought an 2008 sts with the Taylorville Il the service there was so terrible. I had to take my car back 10 to 15 times for the same problems. And the problems never got taken care of. The passenger air bag was broke for more than 3 years and never was fixed. So like I said I have been so pleased rom buying the car until now.

I recently went in for a routine oil change and was met by Brett in the service department. After inspecting my vehicle, Brett pointed out to me the excessive tire wear on my front tires. He felt that it was unsafe to drive the car so he loaned me a vehicle to use until they could replace the tires. I feel that, because of his diligence, I avoided a potentially dangerous situation. Brett has always been very helpful everytime that I have come in for service.

Have been working with Ryan Mcwherter the last couple of months waiting for a new Cherokee to come in that was equipped similar to what I wanted and could spend. The Landmark Cadillac team was superb to work with. I look forward to our next purchase from this dealer. My only bone of contention is the fee charged for the etched glass. I made it clear that I wasn't interested in any extended warranties or any dealer added expenses, only to find this once the deal was done. The sales manager indicated this was a required expense, but upon reading the paperwork associated with it, it is not. I will contact Landmark Cadillac and I am confident they will make it right. Within the past year or so, they are under a new general manager who was an absolute pleasure to work with. The sales person was also exceptional to work with. My daughter and I came to this dealership looking for a JEEP Liberty. We were approached by Shane and he was very helpful. He had to leave for awhile and Michael Sweet took over. We brought a car in to trade and it was suppose be looked over/appraised while we were test driving the Liberty. When we got back, nothing had been done on the car we brought in, remarks were made about our car, and a lot of smart remarks were made about our offer. This was our daughter's first time buying a vehicle and she could not get over how rude this person was. When we said to forget the trade in, he said "congratuations"--not sure what that was all about. Couldn't even get close to agreeing on anything. This was one of the worst experiences we ever had trying to trade/buy a car. No customer service and lack of respect for the customers. Shane was very personable and really tried to help even after we left.We did find a Jeep Liberty Jet at another dealership and it was a very smooth process. We were treated very well and I think they did appreciate our business.

I believe the dealership has been great. I am concerned about the quality of the new XTS. When I drove off the lot there were two major problems: the heat would not shut off and the steering wheel warmer was not working. also gas mileage is only 82% of advertised rate. I worry about what is next. Again nothing but praise for sevice department. I just wish I did not have to use it so often.

So I went to Landmark Chrysler to purchase a used Ford truck I had found on the internet. When I arrived Todd, the sales person, met me in the parking lot and was ready to make a sale. It is imperative I add that I had my seven year old daughter along for the experience. Todd immediately approached me and let me know he didn't feel the Ford truck was what I was looking for. It was a low mileage truck, but had numerous stains, and a super loud exhaust. Todd was dead on. I looked at the truck and didn't even need to drive it. Todd then told me about another vehicle in his mass inventory he had found. I looked at the vehicle, but wasn't sure it was what I was looking for either. Todd, my daughter, and myself then drove around all of Landmark's lots, test driving vehicle, looking at new and used vehicles. I even looked at a new Ford vehicle, that Todd stated he would not be able to sell me. Todd can only sell used vehicles, and new Chrysler vehicles. Either way Todd agreed to get the correct sales person for me and stood by in the process. I decided against the purchase of a new vehicle, and ended up purchasing the vehicle Todd originally suggested. My daughter and I spent six hours with Todd that day. Todd went above and beyond in the negotiations process, and in keeping my seven year old entertained, while at also being professional and informative. As any of you know who have kids, the buying cars process is not an easy one with a seven year old. My customer service experience thus far was excellent with Landmark. My husband and I were looking for a vehicle. It was cold and none of the salesmen were willing to venture outside to help and acted put out that we were there! We visited several times. When I went to negotiate the car, my intelligence was insulted when I added up the figures of the loan versus what the car was worth I would have been paying twice for the car. They then couldn't tell me the percentage rate they were giving me on the loan. I am not a sucker and will not be treated as such! Do yourself a favor and stay away from this dealership.
