I bought my 2015 Land Rover Evoque the Land Rover San Diego. Daryl DoCarmo, our sales person, was awesome. He gave me all the info I needed to make a great buying decision. He was upfront, informative, responsive, professional, and handled everything from the initial phone call all the way til the vehicle was loaded on the truck on its way to Atlanta, and have no doubt he will assist with anything once I receive the vehicle later today. I would recommend Daryl and Land Rover San Diego to anyone!

We have had years of wonderful experiences at Land Rover Miramar. Our master sales guide, Matt D., is the best. He has a great personality, attends to our needs, and is always quick to respond to any questions. We have bought several cars from him. He has a vast knowledge of all the vehicles. Matt will help you find what you need.I have recommended him to several friends, who have also said the same. In the service department, John C., has been our contact person. John is also very attentive and will facilitate your visit. He understands the need to get your vehicle back to you in a timely manner. He goes the extra length to make sure to meet your concerns, all with a smile on his face.

My Range Rover Sport was brought in for a tire repair and they did an excellent job! I was given a range rover loaner while my car was being repaired, and had my car ready same day. Great customer service.

I think range rover does a great job on repairs. I think the set up for a loner vehicle is poor. You have to move your stuff out of your car into the enterprise vehicle to have a ride to enterprise. Then you have to move all your stuff again. It's a big hassel.

I am a previous Range Rover owner and when I decided to purchase a new Supercharged Sport, I viewed dealership inventory on-line. Once I located the exact vehicle I wanted, at Land Rover San Diego, I made contact via email and within 2 days the paperwork had been processed, approved and I showed up in San Diego to take delivery. Excellent experience with customer service. I took my Range Rover in for its majoryearly service. Also I was headed out of town and they gave me a ride to the airport and let me keep my car at the dealership while I was gone for a week. They picked me up at the airport and had some complementary goodies to eat and drink in the waiting area. A repair that was covered under warrantee were done and my car was washed and clean. The Range Rover is a great car anyway and the service at Land Rover San Diego is the Best ever. Very happy!

The service here was great and professional. The gentlemen that assisted us in our buy were not pushy, and made sure we had every question answered before we purchased our vehicle. They also made sure we were completely satisfied with what we were getting and did just try to sell us a car. Great experience!

Land Rover of San Diego Has Gone Down Hill When I first called, I was told that there was no one who could take my call but I could leave a voice message and someone would get right back to me. I did not get a call till 2 days later. At that time I scheduled an appointment for a service call and a malfunction of my backup sensors. This took one day and seamed to have gone smoothly, although a little expensive. For an oil change, tire rotation and filter swap it was a little over $700. They said there was nothing wrong with the backup sensors so they just realigned it and charged me $310. So when I got home and pulled into the driveway I noticed the sensors were not working. I called the next day and again was put into voicemail. Again, two days later I finally got a call back and they scheduled me to bring the car in again and offered to lend me a loaner for the day, as I had appointments for work. I got there after battling morning rush hour, and it is horrendous in that area, only to arrive and be told that they ran short of loaner cars. I was told to just go back to work and they would call me later when they had one. NOT what I expected when this was an appointment to fix what I had paid for and they obviously did not identify the problem nor correct nor fix the problem. The lack of attention to existing long term customers and complete lack of coordination by the dealership has made me decide that next time I will try another dealer that might have the ability to service properly. And, just got a call back a day after it was back in for the sensor repair and they replaced the part I asked them to replace the first time and charged me an additional $150 for a part you can purchase for $20 online. If you were a friend I would tell you not to use this dealership!

Whenever I do come in my experience is wonderful. This is my third Range Rover. I have gotten to know the staff through the years. They always have smiles on their faces, and eager to help my experience be as easy as it can. I have and will continue to refer friends here.

I had to have the Sport towed in due to a dead battery for service. The annual service was completed and the dead battery replaced under warranty all in a day. They sent a driver to pick me up. Great service.

My wife bought a used Land Rover from this dealership last year while I was deployed. In one year the vehicle has depreciated over half of it's selling price and is now worth much less then what is owed on the vehicle. In addition to paying way too much for this used vehicle, it has had nothing but problems and the dealerships service department has been less then stellar, not returning phone calls, not performing services requested, and a general disappointment. Love the vehicle, dislike the service and service requirements!

My husband and I both agree this is the best car buying experience we've ever had. We bought a used car here (2011 MDX). Had been looking for a while and they got one by trade-in. Great price and facilities but extremely impressed by our salesperson William Foster. Such a professional while being thoughtful and going out of his way to make sure we were happy. I would recommend him to anyone.
