Friendly, knowledgeable staff and expediency of service. The service manager who assisted me ensured that my vehicle was serviced as quickly as possible so that I was able to get on the road before a rain storm hit as I had a 6 hour trip to get home.

I did not have an appointment that day but the service department was kind enough to squeeze me in and take a look at the car. Less than 30 minutes, they were able to find what was going on, book an appointment for me and gave me peace of mind. We always have an excellent experience with Land Rover Redwood City. All the time.

I had to take my car in for an unexpected error given by the computer. Kevin and the team were great in working with my schedule, keeping me informed of repair progress, and best of all, the cost was much lower than originally anticipated (always nice to hear!). The RWC location is convenient - with friendly and helpful staff. Great experience all the way!

I ordered a new 2016 HSE RR. It took about 6 months to come in. Trina sent me an email each month updating on the status of the car. It came in about 2 weeks early. They prepped and cleaned the car and she even delivered it to our home to sign all paperwork and complete the transaction. Really easy. Highly Recommend Trina and RWC - Land Rover. Also, Nick is a great Service Manager.

I was new to Land Rover, so had never driven one. I was really surprised at how well they drove plus the comfort of the car itself. I wasn't in the market for a large SUV which is why I came in. The Evoque. I drove it once and knew it was the car for me. I am really happy with my new Evoque!

We've owned Land Rovers since 1998, all from Land Rover of Redwood City. Great staff. The Service Manager, Chris has been there a number of years and isa stand up guy. John our service advisor has always made us feel that we're the only customer.The technicians are professional not only in their work, but interacting with customers.

I've been buying series of Land Rover since early 90's. And all my purchase have been with Land Rover Redwood City.They don't a have huge modernized fancy show floor to impressed the customer instead they have solid service team and solid products to welcome the customer.LRRWC has been serving the purpose with no extra overhead cost to pass on to the customers. Friendly staffs, nicest parts guys will go extra miles to help find parts... You can tell that I'm fan of LRRWC.

Your folks made it super easy for me to come in and wait for my car to be repaired. It took a total of 20-30 minutes. Exactly what they said it would take. The parts guy was terrific and he worked well with the service guy. A team effort that was seamless.

The service at Land Rover is the best I've ever had in my automobile history. Brian & Chris are so personable and helpful. They go out of their way to make the service experience super easy and efficient. I have loved my 2008 LR2 and am getting ready to trade up for a new one. I had no doubt I would buy another Land Rover, because the quality of the vehicle and service is beyond any other automobile on the market!

I continue to go there because of Chris Castillo. He has always given me his utmost respect and took care of the needs of my car, always making sure that I didn't spend unnecessarily for my car's need, yet making sure it gets me around safe and in good running condition. This is very important to me because I am alone and at my age, it is heartening to feel secure that someone is watching over me and my car's needs. I have been going to your Redwood City dealership since I bought my car in 2002 because it has excellent people working as a team together to make customers feel like family.
