We have been a 2 car family forever, but when we found out that the oldest one, a 2003, required over $3K in maintenance we decided it was time to get a new car. We decided to compare at least 3 brands/models including BMW, Jaguar, and Mercedes-Benz. The staff at all of the dealerships were helpful and happy to take us for a test drive and discuss financing options.However, Britta, our sales rep at Jaguar was exceptionally helpful as we considered a variety of models (XE, XF, and XJ). Since we're both retired and usually travel together, we decided to trade-in both of our cars and become a one car family.We decided to buy the XJ and then Britta went into tutor mode spending several hours over the course of an afternoon going over all of the features of our new car. The entire sales/finance team made the purchase experience a lot less stressful as they customized the down payment method.

Everything about my experience so far with Range Rover of Hilton Head has been perfection. The sales rep was Devin Mitchell, she was young and perfect for the job. Not once did I feel pressured when I was test driving the V6 and the V8. I told her what my intentions were this day and it was to drive and check out the new sport. I didn't think I would be leaving in a new one this day but I did. Other salesman need to learn from her on how to not pressure people. I would say that a big part of me actually leaving in a car the same day is because of how Devin treated me. Jude, was another salesman on the lot the I had interaction with for a couple minutes. He was rude and rubbed me the wrong way in less than a minute. If he was the one I would have been working with I would have left without a car. So far I would say the overall experience has been great, we have 33 months of relationship to follow for this particular car and I hope it maintains.

Buying a luxury car should be fun, and Jaguar of Hilton Head made it just that. The whole team was patient and interested in helping us work through the decision process. Greg Drexel was especially good to work with; he listened well and was most responsive -- even with a hurricane looming!We've always loved the Jaguar brand, but the exciting new F-PACE is just the ticket to help my husband transition out of a convertible for the first time in 60 years...Thanks to all!

VERY FRIENDLY DEALERSHIP WITH FRIENDLY PEOPLE WORKING IN ALL DEPARTMENTS. VERY EASY AND UNDERSTANDING STAFF ALL OVER. THIS WAS MY FIFTH RANGE ROVER. AND EVERY TIME THE EXPERIENCE GETS BETTER AND BETTER.

From my first email through the closing of my loan, this dealership went above and beyond to take care of my wants and needs. Sales Lady Britta was outstanding in all aspects of the sales from introduction until finalization of the loan. Very impressed with everyone though the process here.

This is our second XF. We were so pleased the first time that we wanted to do business a second time. We looked other places, but we always want to go with local companies. Our sales person Britta Galimi went out of her way to find us a vehicle we would like. She demonstrated great patience and the upmost courtesy.
