car was fixed in an acceptable time considering it was quite a major problem. however, regarding the other poblem of tire light remaining on after having air inserted; i told the service department to make sure to check the problem out because it appeared that there must be something else than merely low non air. After i was called to inform me that my car was repaired and ready to pick up. after leaving the dealership and on the road, I noticed the tire light was still remaining on even after a few miles. I returned to the dealership only to find out a tire needed a senser. If this would have been done while the car was in the bay before my being notified that the car was ready to be picked up. it was an inconveniece to have to wait for them to put a new senser on the tire.

I took my Toyota to an auto repair to be fixed. I had a flyer from Chrysler so while I was waiting on a friend to pick me up i went on Chrysler website and filled out an application. The application was approved in minutes. Within about 10 minutes Clayton was calling me regarding my application. He asked me to come by Chrysler and he would help me. When I arrived at Chrysler he told me he had another customer. So he introduced me Cleveland Smith and Hairo Rodriguez and both of them were awesome. Hairo would not let me leave until he found me a vehicle. After we found the vehicle I did not like the price. Then the two young men call James into help. James lower the price down but I didn't want high payments. So he sent Abagail in to talk with me. I was going to leave but Abagail would not me leave until she got my payments to an agreement amount.

We broke down on the highway Friday evening on our way to a wedding in Jacksonville. Had car towed to Lakeland Chrysler. Their service was first rate in every regard. They gave us a loaner car so we could carry on our trip as car would not be ready until Monday. Our service adviser Scott was exceptional as was Angel and Tony. We highly recommend this dealership.

Stay away from the service department! I went in for an oil change. It states on my receipt that they checked the air in the tires, after driving a couple of miles my car shows that there was 35 and 36 pounds of air in three of the tires. The fourth tire only had 28 pounds in it. I looked at the receipt and it states that all tires have 32 pounds. Called and talked to a Debbie and told her about the situation and she says she doesn't believe anybody would lie and just write something down. So a customers word is no good here!!! That's ok I got a picture of my dash readings and of the receipt that shows my mileage when I pulled out of your parking lot. Thank you Lakeland Chrysler Dodge Jeep for the poor customer service!

April in the parts department is a real asset to the team ! She went beyond to find me a ecm for my cummins diesels, where other places said they were weeks out. She had it the same day. Terrible service. Scheduled multiple appointments and every time I showed up, they would say I never even had an appointment. Wait time is ridiculously long and it is impossible to even have your car seen in a timely manner. Never going back

Just wanted to let all the people involved with the sales process You rock, our salesperson Guy he was the best very straight forward and knew what we were looking for after asking the right questions . All though they did not have the one we had found at another local dealer ther did everything in there power to get the one we wanted and it saved us $4000. Total . The other dealer in winter haven when we pulled up all the sales people were all outside smoking and talking about the woman on the lot total turn off , although I smoke you don't smoke in the front of your biz. Enough of that al and all the buying process was the best one we have ever had and we have bought a lot of cars in out days, finance I think it was Amy, she was great felt like we were friends or family easy to speak to and she was great. So if you have a chrysler jeep or dodge you are looking for don't be stupid go see these people, they will treat you like a human and not just a number on the wall. Again thanks to all involved in the process. And btw your building sucks but there is an end in sight and it's not the building its about the people again thanks .

Very long wait time for simple oil change. After 2 1/2 hours, oil change complete but low tire light still on. Also did not reset oil change light. Quality of service was very low. Will not return to this dealership for any reason.

I bought a 2011 Toyota 4Runner from P*** S*** (sales manager) in Palm Bay at tent sale. A tonneau cover for the rear cargo area was to be included. P*** said it would be shipped direct to my house. Prior to taking possession of the vehicle it was taken back to Lakeland to fix lower right bumper and fog light assembly. On way there or back the front windshield was chipped. P*** told me to have the chip fixed and then FAX the bill ($114.38) to his attention at the dealership. The chip was fixed by Safelite and the receipt was FAXed as requested (attached). In multiple calls to P*** he would say that the check for the chip repair and the cover order was being processed and should be sent out soon. This went on for several weeks and the last time I called P*** he essentially hung up on me. It was at this time that I called the dealership and was given the name of general sales manager R*** F*** for resolution of issues. I sent an email describing the above to the dealership and have made multiple call to him for 2.5 weeks. I was been given various stories of him have been out for meetings, in another area of the dealership, etc, but also that he would return my call. I did finally reach him and he said he would look into issues and get back with me. Two weeks later I still have not heard from him. I would not recommend this dealership to anyone. Poor customer sevice and lack of professionalism.

I had found a car online and started the purchasing process over the phone and thru email and when the day came to pick up the vehicle, it was sold the nite before. Ashley and Kayla (internet sale teams) were very accomodating locating me a similar vehicle to have delievered or something on their lot. I ended up with a great purchase but have to say i was disappointed that the car I had to drive a long distance for was sold less than 24 hours we had agreed verbally on the purchase. I wasnt informed of the sale of the car until i drove to the dealership. All in all it was a good experience and they worked to get me the payment I needed.

I purchased a 2014 used cross-over at one of their off-site locations. I didn't understand the paperwork, and any questions I had were dealt with swiftly from the top down and taken care of. I had never purchased a car before, and have learned form them to do your homework of looking online and getting a carfax membership and take a tablet or notebook with you to be able to read about and get information about the vehicles so that you can get the best deal ever. I'll keep them in mind if I ever need to trade-in or get another vehicle! Thanks a million!

STAY away!!! I was approved for a low interest rate through my bank, but I was still waiting for them to send the bank draft in the mail. Lakeland Chrysler told me they were partners with my bank and they could pull up the approval letter since the bank draft was still in the mail. 7 hours later when I finally got into the finance office at Lakeland, I found out this was a lie. They tried to get me to sign loan documents with a higher interest rate because they couldn't pull up the pre-approval like they said they could. I wouldn't sign the loan documents with the higher interest rate so they said to just sign the purchase contract that says what I owed, and give them my $5000 downpayment and then bring in the bank draft when it comes in the mail. So I signed the contract and gave them the check. The guy walks out of the room, comes back in and says I cant leave until I sign the loan documents with the high interest rate. This was not what we agreed so I asked for the check back and he holds it up and it has all those machine printed numbers on it and he says the payment already went through!!!! They refused to give the money back and would not let me leave and I had no choice but to sign the loan or be out of my $5000 downpayment!! Later, I found out that they are buying fake reviews on the Internet to hide their bad reputation. I wish I had seen this when I checked them out earlier. Its so disgusting that they would rather pay sham artists to make then look good than just treat their customers right. But I guess that's just how determined they are to scam people.... Stay away!!!

I have nothing but good words to say about the service depth. and Randy Faison their GM. I ordered a part for my vehicle and picked it up on my way down to Pt. Charlotte FL. I was 1st told that they could not install it when I was able to get to their dealership from a golfing trip to Santee SC due to they close on Saturday's around 4 pm I arrived around 1:30 p.m. and the GM happened to be in the parts depth when I was about to pick up my part (Steering wheel airbag) and Randy spoke up and said let me try to get it done today. He did and 1 1/2 hrs later I was on my way new airbag installed. Thank you Randy for your excellent service and the respect that you gave me, even though I had never been a customer at your dealership. PS The soup and coffee were great too!

BEWARE!!! DO NOT go here for service!!!!!!!!!!!!!! I don't know how their salesman are, so it MIGHT be okay to buy a car here, but do NOT have one fixed. I brought my vehicle here for service, to fix a manufacturer's defect. This of course was supposed to be a free repair- it was a defect found in the front end that can cause dangerous steering issues. After I left it there, they called me and informed me that I needed brake work done (pads), to the tune of around $500! When I told them no thank you (i will check on it myself and get it serviced for this elsewhere for a more reasonable price) the person i spoke to seemed to become annoyed that they weren't going to be making any money off me today. They finished it within a few hours (reasonably fast actually) but after picking it up, I found 2 issues with my vehicle that hadn't been there before. My driver window now doesn't work, and my steering pulls fairly hard to the right. It didn't have either of these issues before I brought it here. Now I need to bring it to a different (hopefully reputable) jeep dodge chrystler dealership elsewhere to hope that they can identify what these clowns messed up. And the icing on the cake? The guy that drove my car to the pick-up area was driving kind of sporadically, i watched him as he was backing up the vehicle, braking randomly and suddenly accelerating. It only took a moment to see why - He was on the cell phone!!! While driving MY CAR!!! Couldn't the call wait 2 more minutes? He was rude and dismissive as he handed me the keys. This is the least professional place i've ever taken my vehicle, and the last time I will ever be coming to this location. BEWARE!!!

Brought van in for routine service and recall fix. Was processed quickly through the service center and left van for the day to allow time for the recall fix. Was told they would call me when it was ready to pick up but no one called by the end of the day so I called to make sure it was ready before I had someone bring me out to pick up.

There is a great staff team here at Lakeland Auto. They make it quite evident that they are here to serve you, the customer. That is a refreshing thing to see in a business driven by number of sales. I felt like the team listened to me and really got a hold of what i was looking for and worked until they knew that I was satisfied with what they came up with, even down to the price, extra offers, and financing. I live in Lakeland, and I pass by hundreds of car dealerships in a days drive. It was getting time to look at new cars, and I honestly wasnt sure where I would start so I called some that I knew of. Out of the dealerships that I talked to, Lakeland Motor Cars was by far the nicest and most informative to me. I knew immediately that I needed to go check it out, and they were equally as great in person. I got a Dodge truck that I desperately needed and the process was wonderful.

I called into Lakeland Dodge because I had browsed their inventory online and saw some cars that I was really interested in. From the secretary who picked up my call to the salesman that I spoke to over the phone, everyone was so nice that I knew I could go in and get good service. I decided on a car before I even got there and they had it waiting for me to check out in the front. The time I was there was short and sweet and everything went smoothly. Love my new car!

I called in before I arrived at the dealership with information from an ad that I came across. The deals seemed too good to be true that I figured there must be a gimmick, but there was not! Just bought a brand new truck here so that I can haul my jetskiis an my kayaks. I love driving out to the beach, but a reliable truck that can haul this stuff is a must. Came here expecting to pay much more than I did! They have great prices... Staff is very reasonable and understands each persons situation . So attentive-Brandi Carter was my sales person and WOW what a personality...HAPPY-INFORMATIVE-FRIENDLY AND NOT PUSHIE...Let me take my time and not push that it had to be done right now to get the approval...so many sales people use this tactic and it is a total turn off.... The entire group of people that work there were terrfic!!! Traveled 650 miles to see relative and not really looking for a car but stopped in..... PURCHAED A CAR BEFORE I LEFT..what a DEAL!!!!
