My experience was hand down amazing we ran into an issue with one vehicle and the next day they gave another option and we're able to work with me financially. They were very reasonable made sure everything was road ready they even found something that needs to be replaced and is paying for it. The guy I worked with was nice as could be and I would definitely recommend them to anyone.

I purchased my first car today and the staff at Lake City Exports in Auburn were so helpful and made the entire process so easy. I was able to send most of my information through email or fax so by the time I got to the dealership and test drove the car I wanted the paperwork load was a lot less overwhelming. I'm very happy with my experience at Lakecity. I heard a lot of good things about this dealership, so I decided to give it a shot. The salesman are very friendly, helpful and knowledgeable. I was very concerned that I wouldn't be able to get a loan because of my awful credit, but they did a great job of finding me a lender. I walked away with a great vehicle at a reasonable price. So far so good!

Had an excellent experience!!! Thank you: Chris, Dan and Nick. All were friendly and 100% geared toward giving customers a positive, honest and non-sales experience. From the first phone call inquiry about the car, to the actual sale, the staff were friendly and not sales driven at all. They show you exactly what expenses they have with the vehicle and are not out to take advantage of clients. They want happy customers who come back! Though the office was extremely busy, they greeted every person who came in the door and all staff step in to help out very efficiently. I can see why they are SO busy!!!! Highly recommend for an honest experience!

We were looking for a larger vehicle for our growing family. I have bought vehicles from lake city before and had no issues, they sell great quality vehicles for less than their competition! Once we made our way to the auburn lot we spoke with Chris, he immediately made us feel comfortable. He listened to what our needs were and what we were looking for in a car and got us out test driving several different suvs. At no point did he ever try to push us onto a vehicle like most other used car dealers do. Once we found the perfect car for us Chris and Dan took us through the financing very professionally, Chris explained the different warranties available and how they would affect our payment. They got us approved through our credit union in no time and Dan had all the paperwork ready to be signed so we could drive home our new Honda Pilot! We couldn't be happier so thank you Lake City Exports!

I had been looking at Tacoma trucks for a couple of months. Lake City Exports had pretty much exactly what I was looking for. My wife emailed Nick at around 8:00 on Friday morning. By the end of the day we had our credit worked out, a monthly payment within our budget and I had taken the truck for a test drive. At about 9:45 Saturday morning I was driving off the lot with my new truck. Nick, Chris and Dan did everything possible to make this a painless and fast transaction. We will do business with Lake City Exports again.

Lake City Exports has a pretty great selection of cars, and they try to find you the best option for your budget. I ended up going with a MINI Cooper, and have been loving it since. They also keep in touch to see how things are going, and to give updates on anything you may have needed for the vehicle. They also provide a handy reference list to help owners maintain their car in the future. Overall, a friendly team with a relaxed, yet helpful feel makes this place stand out as a great recommendation for those looking to find their next car.

I recently stopped in to ask if I could "test drive" a car they had on the lot to take a friend of mine for a ride. She is a dear friend and is dying of cancer. She has told me many times how much she loves a red convertible and riding in one is such fun! She won't see another summer and it was a beautiful day for a ride in a convertible. They had the most adorable red convertible with a cream interior...VW Bug...on the lot. I told the young man who greeted me the truth of my stopping in, and without blinking an eye he "I think we can make that happen." He then proceeded to hand me the keys. When I need a new car, I will be stopping by here first. The owner greeted me on my return and asked if my mission was a success. Absolutely! Janet loved her ride and we had a wonderful time just taking a spin around lake Auburn. Thank you so much Lake City for helping me fill one last wish for a dear friend. I highly recommend!

We spent several hours here over two Saturdays. Dan was very professional and never once put pressure to make a decision. His patience was outstanding. We had to come out and say "we'd like to buy this vehicle!" Instead of "selling" us, he "earned our business." Dan, Doug and Nick will let you try vehicles all day long if you let them keep handing you keys. These guys are great. You can come into the lot and they give you the basic greeting and leave you alone to look around. You can come up with a list of vehicles you want to try and stay the entire day LOL! They never pressure you. Many family members buy vehicles here and not one complaint. Could go on and on, can't say enough about these guys!

I called Dan and later spoke to Derrick and they were both super helpful to me. I was traveling from Massachusetts to buy a 2008 Lexus 400h and ended up not being able to rent a car to get to Auburn, Maine on a weekend. Derrick offered to drive the car to Massachusetts for me because he was en route to Quincy to another car auction. I ended up finding what I thought was a better deal ($1294 more for 20k miles less) at Lexus of Watertown only to discover that the car had sold the day I went to purchase it. Oh well, I deserve what I got which was nothing. But hats off to Lake City. They were honest, helpful, and willing to go, literally, the extra mile for a potential customer. Thank again, Tom

Wonderful customer service experience. Came looking for with a general idea of what we wanted. Sales staff helped us with options that fit our budget and what would be a good fit. The paperwork with the buying process was very easy and they were very thorough. We would definitely recommend!!

Def a good place to buy. Very good service and they explain everything in a normal way. everything was backuped by paperwork and all of the service on the cars is done by People in the field of the car they were selling, which was a great feeling. Cars are clean and well running. Very understansable! Loved it I will be back!!!!

Our salesperson was Don. He was very personable, did not try to push us toward something other then what we were looking at. He never talked down to us or acted like we didn't know what we were doing(I brought one of by best friends with me b/c our husbands were at work)...We listed what we would like to be checked or fixed and it was taken care of right away! I would recommend this dealership to anyone who would like a reasonable priced used car from a facility that takes car of their autos.
