I purchased RAV4 in Oct'16, I had a very pleasant buying experience at Labadie Toyota. Kyle Plant was my Sales Professional and he worked diligently with me to arrive at trim level meeting my needs. Even though the exact car was not available with Labadie, they looked at inventories with dealers across the states to find the car with my choice of color. Andrew was a great person to deal with. Out of about 15 salesman that I spoke with over the two week of looking for the perfect vehicle, Andrew was the only salesman that was not pushy in any way. He was very honest when it came to a question that he did not know the answer to,rather than just making something up to look good. Not only did Labadie Toyota make you feel comfortable, they went the extra mile to make things convenient for me. The brought paper work to my place of employment for em to sign since I was not able to make it into the office before 5. I can not brag enough about how great my experience was at Labadie and how great Andrew was to deal with. My husband also purchased a truck the same day from Andrew, simply because he was such a great salesman. Great work Andrew and we look forward to working with you in the future. P.S. I can't say enough good things about "Big Al" (Al Gradowski). He is by far the most competent, friendly, and enjoyable car salesman I know. Over the last six years, I have bought three new Priuses from him (2010, 2014, 2016). Al took great personal care in explaining the best time to purchase (without being pushy), and the sales went without a hitch. He also is excellent in follow-up and communication. I will continue to be in touch with Al in the future, whenever the time comes for another Prius (the best car in the market).

My experience with Al Gradowski at Labadie was great! My husband passed away recently so this was my first time buying a car on my own. He was so helpful and so compassionate. He knew the product extremely well and helped me feel like he wanted to make sure I didn't leave there until I was completely informed. Thank you for a great experience. I probably was a difficult customer as I wanted special features on the selected new 2017 Toyota Camry. Such a car was not available in the radius of 250 miles. Andy Mahoney spent a lot of time finding, negotiating and bringing Toyota Camry with the exact features that I have chosen from Illinois. He also was able to give me a great deal on it. I never was pressured into anything, all communications were initiated by me. I was always treated with respect. Andy is very knowledgable and has a very welcoming personality: that is how he originally started winning my business since I hesitated between Toyota and Honda. And he still never said a negative word about the another make. It was a pleasure to be a customer of this car dealership. I am already recommending to my coworkers to use Toyota Labadie dealership, and Andy Mahoney in particular.

Doing business at Labadie is like visiting friends. I am a long time customer; this was my first time working with Andy. Just like his predecessors in the past (Patrick and Mark), I found him to be so easy to work with. He respected my wishes, moved things right along, was prepared, was knowledgable and professional. I worked with Patty Alderton when purchasing my 2016 Tacoma. Very helpful and knowledgeable about the car and was able to help me customize the leather. Smooth process and no surprises. Her support staff in the finance department were also very helpful and made the process very simple including arranging the financing through my credit union which previous dealers could not (or would not).

I was actually looking to purchase a used Tacoma, but found the Toyota Tundra with many amenities was a better value in price for me in my purchase. Brittney and Shawn were great to work with as I have been looking for a Toyota truck for the last several months. In fact when I was deciding between two Tundra's from Labadie's Brittney had both vehicles sitting side by side for me to look at and compare......it was a difficult decision. My wife (Julie ) and myself just purchased our seventh Toyota from Labadie. And we can't imagine having a better experience anywhere else. Our sales person (Charles Engelhardt) was the best and is the best. We asked him about every possible scenario, like what about this and what about that, would it be better if we did it this way. You get the picture. I told my wife we used Charles like a Grand Canyon rented mule, we both just laughed, but really he must of had a huge headache when he went home that night. Through it all Charles kept his humor, kept his smile and light hearted spirit about him and that made us feel welcomed and valued, he was very much concerned about our comfort providing us with a car to go get something to eat. We have gone to Labadie since we moved to Mt. Peasant, to service our Prius. It's a 50 mi trip but well worth the good service. We just got our new Prius from them and their sales dept is the same excellent quality as service has been. We are glad we choose Labadie for service AND for getting our new Prius there.

Grant Gallant was my Sales Associate. Grant was enthusiastic about the Toyota product line, knowledgeable, and answered all of my questions promptly with a smile. My shopping experience was very pleasant and stress free. The only thing i noticed was i purchased a SUV with leather interior and their were scuff marks on the doors and dashboard from others entering and exiting the vehicle when they test drove and i think prior to delivery the vehicle should have been armour all/detailed/cleaned. I would reccommend Grant and Labaddie to others.

Patrick Rohde, the Labadie salesman who provided to me my new (and very beautiful) red 2015 Toyota Sienna XLE, gave me the best sales service, ever. This Rav4 is the third vehicle we have leased through Labadie Toyota. "Big Al" has a great reputation with us and this lease was not any different. He is informative and helpful in many ways. The Dealership as a whole is very helpful as well. We have appreciated the low key approach that they take in sales. No pushiness or coercion, just good information. BTW their service department is reliable and schedules well. We rarely wait longer than expected or promised for service. And they have popcorn!! :~)

We recently purchased a new Pries v from Labadie Scion. Ryan Brewington was our sales person. We had been to another Toyota dealership and were quite confused about the packages, options and prices. Ryan patiently straighten us out of our confusion, taught us the differences, didn't get upset when the other dealership was calling during his presentation, and was pleasant company for the test drive. We left much smarter, but without buying. The next morning he called made us a new offer, eventually dealer traded for the car, options and price we wanted. Ryan worked hard for this sale, he was knowledgeable, flexible, and friendly. We would recommend Ryan and Labadie to anyone interested in purchasing a Toyota. The service staff is great too as we had our previous Toyota serviced there.

Our family has purchased 8 Toyota's over the years from Labadie. We have had unsurpassed sales experiences from the sales staff. Al sold us our last machine (nice guy and very knowledgeable). TJ (now gm) has been with us the whole time. He has gone above and beyond to complete the deal and to ensure our complete satisfaction. The sale is no better than the service you receive after the sale, and the service team of Matt, Mark, and Taylor (under the close eye of Pete the service manager) have provided the best of service experiences. Again, above and beyond. I have even recently called from the road and set up a service appointment on my way into town. They worked us in and got us back on the road (knowing the 1-1/2 hour drive one way) with no hassle. Ryan Brewington was the best salesman that I have ever met (I am 66 yrs. old). His listening skills were very sharp and his ability to respond to what I said I wanted in a car was amazing. When I said I needed to come back another time and bring my dog and my dog's crate to make sure that they would fit in the car, he went home and brought his big dog and his 36" dog crate, and proceeded to show me how well they fit in the Prius V. Also, when I said that I needed to do more research on a hitch and a bike rack, Ryan immediately got on the Internet and helped me find the perfect hitch and bike rack. Then he said that he would have the hitch and bike rack installed for me, which he did in a timely fashion. He also helped me negotiate with the store manager on my trade-in. He helped me set up the phone and bluetooth technology too.

I dealt with Patty Alderton. I called her many times and also e-mailed her to answer my questions. She always answered within a few minutes. My husband and I recently worked with Patrick Rohde at Labadie Toyota in Bay City. We were looking for a specific new used Highlander which is very hard to find. We met Patrick in the used car parking lot. He said he had one being turned in soon. He was good to his word. We went back to see the car as soon as it was turned in and were sorely disappointed as it was not up to the standards we were looking for - not Patrick's fault. We spent some time discussing our options with Patrick and he gave us lots of information. Good work on his part. Due to the various options he shared with us, we decided to lease a brand new Highlander. There was no pressure to do this. It was our decision based on the info Patrick gave us. We couldn't be happier. We enjoyed working with Patrick. He was pleasant and not pushy at all. He showed us around the facility. It is very nice and customer friendly. We haven't had to use the service department yet so don't have any information on that part of the business. At this point, we will definitely recommend Patrick and Labadie Toyota.

I have recently bought 2 new Toyotas from Labadie because of a better price than Subaru (I've owned 3 outbacks previously) or Honda. The salespeople are very professional and efficient and Labadie shows that they want your return business by offering a better price for the car. Another deal breaker for me is that I live within a 50 mile radius of the car dealership which allows them to pick up the car for oil changes and any other service required. They did this on my other Toyota and was always back by 5 when I got off work. I worked with Patty Alderton this time and she really knows her cars and goes out of her way to make sure she programs things for you in the car, if you want it, and goes over all options and features. I told her exactly what I was looking for and she gave me two options on how to obtain this car. The dealership has never hesitated in trading for the car I want either. With this kind of service, it is hard now to even look at other cars!

The is the second car I have leased from Labadie and I loved it! The sales experience was the best I have ever experienced in 49 years of buying cars because they did not use intimidation tactics that I experienced with the competition at every other dealer! Service has been outstanding too! I am not related or friends with any of their employees and I did not receive any freebees, discounts, or other incentives, so I have to reason to exaggerate!

Brach Marker guided me in the buying process which took well over 3 months before deciding that a 2011 Lexus ES 350 was the right car based off my needs. The amount of knowledge and expertise Brach displayed throughout the buying process was unlike anything I've ever seen. You can tell that Brach not only knows a lot about cars, but he can also recommend the right car based off your individual needs. I would have given Labadie 6 stars if they would let me. After much research online, I visited this dealership with a list of vehicles to test drive. It was time to trade in my 15 year old Toyota Solara. After nearly 4 months of searching, we went to Mike Andrews at Labadie Toyota. We told him what we were looking for and within a week.... Mike hit a home run!. We LOVE our new vehicle. At your Bay City dealership you have 2 great people that is an asset to your company. Grant and Mark (in the finance dept). They were very upbeat and made my purchase on of the most pleasant purchase experiences I have gone through. Grant went over everything in the Sienna Van with me and I was very pleased. Mark did the financing and gave me several options and explained the best one to take. As I was waiting for my faithful '05 Camry with high mileage to be serviced, I was approached by a young salesperson who remarked that my older Camry looked very good, and that the dealership would be interested in taking such cars as mine in trade. I responded that I appreciated the remark and that I too was interested in the car because I wanted to keep driving it. Despite my love for my '05, I consented to examine several 2014 Camry models. My criteria were set in stone: equipped just in the manner of my '05, and had to be the same color (silver). Imagine my surprise when my salesperson ushered me outside and showed me exactly what I had requested, complete in every respect. At that point, a salesperson with whom I had previous dealings (very positive) appeared and continued to help me consider the car purchase. Pat Rohde took me through the car itself, and then patiently assisted me in considering all options for payment. After my dealings with Pat and with the dealership, I consider both very trustworthy, honest and forthright with information and answers to any and all questions. They have earned my loyalty, trust, and business.

I actually came in to get my 2012 Prius v it's final Toyota Care checkup. The car did not have 25,000 miles, but it was fast approaching the 2 year mark. As I was completing paper work at the service desk, I was approached by a woman who asked for me. I couldn't imagine why she was looking for me, but as it turned out she was a salesperson. She discussed the possibility of getting me to purchase a newer 2014 Prius which was being offered at 0% interest and an additional $1,000 cash incentive. After hearing her out, I also learned that I would be receiving the Toyota Care package with the new vehicle, and my insurance would drop some. I'm an impulse buyer, but had not signed any paperwork and went home that night agonizing if buying the new car was the right thing to do. I went back to the dealership the next day, worrying that they would have all the paperwork complete except for my signature and I requested that they show me the numbers again. They understood my apprehension and were extremely understanding of my nervousness. They did not "pressure" me. I was able to ask all my questions, and got all my concerns settled and finally did purchase a very new Toyota Prius 2014. I love the Prius. I loved my previous Prius. Great on gas, has enough pep to do what I need it to do. Some people buy cars for their luxury. This car has all the amenities I will ever use and will save tons on gas and maintenance with Toyota Care. You can't go wrong with a Toyota.

Visiting with Dave in the sales area resulted in a purchase of a Tacoma. I found him to be very personable and knowledgeable. We had looked at other cars before coming to Labadie Toyota so we had developed criteria to guide our search. Brock took time to clearly and completely answer all our questions. We are seniors and were particularly interested in safety features, and Brock was able to explain everything to our satisfaction. Other dealers sometimes pay less attention to a woman, but Brock immediately realized that this would be the primary vehicle for my wife and gave her full attention. In summary, this was positive experience for both of us.

I had been shopping for a new vehicle for months. It is a very frustrating experience and I was ready to give up. I was getting no where from other dealerships in Saginaw and decided to head to Bay City. My girlfriend had bought a car from Kyle a few days before and I fell in love with hers so I went the next day to purchase one for myself. From the moment I walked into Labadie I felt comfortable with the salesmen Kyle Plant he wasn't demanding and pushy like all the other salesmen that I came in contact with during the process. He was very accommodating and nice. Kyle sat with me and showed me things on my car I didn't know about, which is nice, because who now adays has time to read the entire car manual. Searching for a vehicle for me is both frustrating and time consuming. After I have found what I feel may be a possible contender then the real work starts; the search for the "right" car. In my opinion, the initial interaction between the salesperson can either make or break a possible deal. I knew that Labadie had dealerships located in Bay City, MI, but I did not realize that one of the dealerships housed the vehicle that I was interested in. When I entered the dealership, my salesperson, whom I now know as Patrick R. greeted me and although he was not able to give me the answers to all of my questions immediately, he called the very next day with the answers and followed through with e-mails when necessary. At the end of the day, Patrick and myself were able to negotiate a great deal and I drove away confident that if a problem arose for almost any reason, he and/or the dealership would do their very best to remedy it. I feel that Patrick R. is a salesperson that gives his customers the best service possible and will go the extra mile to make sure that each customer's needs are met; even after the deal is done.

My entire experience was excellent. It was simple, comfortable, quick and fun. Labadie Toyota offered me a fair offer for my Range Rover Sport, almost $6000 more than Draper Toyota. They offered me less than my buy out of $43,500. And the FJ Cruiser I wanted was a 2013 bare bones vehicle as opposed to the 2014 fully loaded FJ Cruiser I got from Labadie for $100 less a month. I would highly recommend this dealer and my sales man, David, to anyone. Bottom line is Draper Toyota ripped me off and Labadie Toyota welcomed me with open arms and made the entire car buying experience wonderful. I was going to settle for a vehicle, Jeep, I didn't want as Draper Toyota led me to believe getting the vehicle I wanted, a FJ Cruiser was impossible. Labadie said yes to everything and made it happen instantly. Thank God for dealerships like Labadie. It taught me, you MUST shop around. Someone can make it possible and it was Labadie.

I would absolutely and positively recommend Mr. Gradowski to all my family and friends. As a senior citizen and a woman, I have in the past felt very vulnerable. The salesman for my last vehicle could have cared less. He didn't take the time and effort to make sure that this was the car that was best for me. He made general statements about the vehicle and actually I felt he didn't really like the car he was selling me. Later he sent some form letters that were very impersonal. The car did not get the gas mileage I had expected. I kept taking it back to the Service Department and they kept telling me there was nothing wrong. That was true but I sincerely thought the gas mileage should have been better. I am so glad that I never have to get in that car again. The whole experience at Toyota was very much different. Al took the time to explain the features of the Prius and he knew enough factual information that closed the deal for me. This is the car that gave me the most value for my money. March 31 my wife and I went to look for a used Rav4 - it was sold. In talking with Charlie Engelhardt he showed us several other options and then asked if we had ever leased. We hadn't. he explained so clearly that we understood. We were allowed to drive a new Rav4 and Venza to see if our daughter could get in either on from her wheelchair. This was the best car-buying experience I have ever had or even heard of. I sent them an e-mail first, letting them know what I was interested in. Patty Alderton responded immediately, and I never had to deal with anyone else throughout the entire process. She answered my calls and was always at the door to greet me when we had scheduled appointments. They didn't have the car I wanted, although they tried very hard to get one from another dealership. Eventually they ordered me a custom build, and a little under three months later called and told me it was waiting in the parking lot with zero miles. Patty was in constant communication over the three months. Everything was perfect. The price we agreed upon was the price I paid out the door, no hidden advertising fees or anything. I have had a Sienna for six years and always serviced at Labadie. Work is done well , quickly, and reasonably priced. They even pick up and drop off the vehicle for service since I bought it there. I just bought a new Camry working with Patrick. The process was quick and efficient. I didn't feel like my time was being dragged out. Pricing and negotiations were good and there were no last minute surprises. Everyone in the dealership was friendly and helpful. I was buying off the lot so this likely made the process much easier for myself and the dealership (in years past I have ordered vehicles from the factory both at Labadie and other dealerships and have found that dealerships would significantly prefer you buy off the lot). The good pricing and the service pickup they offer are the two key points that made me choose Labadie, however the good customer service and helpful staff makes me feel good about buying from them. I will continue to purchase Toyota from Labadie in the future if the two key selling points continue.

My husband and I decided last October we were going to buy a Prius. Over the last 4 months we have been to a multitude of dealers trying to work out a deal, and experienced one headache or ethical nightmare after another. My Dad was a GSM and I literally grew up hanging out on the sales floor with my Dad as a kid or in the parts department with my Stepmom, so I can see the same old tired money games and balance sheet shenanigans coming a mile away. We went to 8 different dealerships, pursued offers from two that got changed midstream, and finally we spent a Saturday visiting every dealership we could in search of our new car. I was looking for a specific model, trim package and accessories, which some dealerships balked at. Not one other dealership stood behind the purchase price quoted. Please, if you get quotes elsewhere make sure you get everything in writing, take notes on everything, and read the paperwork carefully! Often a "lower" price costs more in the end. The internet is full of websites that will educate you on how these tactics are used to get you to agree to a higher price than you think you are paying, so do your research before you ever visit another dealership. We walked into Labadie, left a paper with what we were looking for, and minutes later Patty Alderton had emailed me a very competitive price. The rest of our transaction was just as seamless, in spite of a humiliating mixup with our credit union that Patty and her sales manager were impeccably gracious about handling, and spot on sending paperwork to the credit union again even though it was the credit union's error, not Patty or Labadie's. I have now purchased 5 new cars, not once have I said I would be back to a dealership or recommend it to friends or family. But if you are looking for a fair price, a straightforward transaction and 100% less drama, stress and games, check out Labadie, and ask for Patty Alderton. You never dreamed buying a new car could be this easy or painless.

My wife and I went shopping for a new car in November and stopped to see David Dawe at Labadie he was extremely helpful in answering our questions about the tundra we were interested in at the time we were unsure what brand truck we wanted. He took the time to take us down to drive a gmc from Labadie gmc. After spending 2 hrs with us he wasn't upset when we decided that we needed time to think about it, just told us to come see him if we decided to go with the tundra. We went back 3 months later in February and purchased our 2014 tundra from Dave. He was excellent to work with as were all the labadie Toyota staff. Would highly recommend going to see Dave to anyone interested in a new car.

I was looking for a rare Honda Insight with manual transmission to tow with my motorhome and one of the few for sale was listed on Labadie's web site. I sent an email inquiry and was contacted immediately by Brach Marker from internet sales. Due to the distance (3 hours) from me it was not possible to test or view the car so Brach took about 40 photos and a video for me (in 10 degree temps) having the car raised on a lift to take photos underneath. Over the phone we came to an agreement on price and I placed a deposit to hold it until I could drive it. On arrival, the car was clean and sitting in front of the dealership and even warmed up so I could test it. He also found and reviewed service records indicating the vehicle had recently been serviced with a new hybrid battery pack and new tires, I was truly impressed. We love the new car and give Labadie high marks for customer service and great pricing. Oh yes, they also fed us lunch before heading back home, what service!!!

Labadie Toyota is the finest auto dealership that I have worked with in the Great Lakes Bay Region. No high pressure sales. Very informative and helpful. Sales led by the very personable T.J. Dave handled this sale in a professional manner. There are two aspects that set them apart. Their service department is top notch. Thorough, friendly, helpful. And second, you have to be impressed with a dealership that solidly supports the community. Labadie in Bay City does make an overall positive difference in their community, you can't say that about all businesses in this town. Labadie gives back. Facility is very clean and for those having service work done, their popcorn is tops.

We came in looking for a decent used car for our son, and found an outstanding '05 Camry who's price was equal to or better than all the other inferior examples we had seen everywhere else. Patrick facilitated our buy and we had such a great experience with him, Willis and the financial staff, that we came back a few weeks later to purchase our brand-new Prius. The Labadie team got us exactly what we wanted through a dealer trade, and never exerted any unpleasant pressure to buy any services or upgrades that we didn't want, while always keeping us informed of everything that was available to us. When our car was delivered Patrick spent loads of time acquainting us with it, and setting up our new vehicle. Because of that we plan to come to Labadie Toyota for any of our future needs.

"Big Al" was a pleasure to work with as I looked for my new car. I had recently retired and decided I did not want to spend the money for an Avalon which I did enjoy. As we were looking for a Camry, Al recommend that we try one with most the amenities we were accustomed to having. We agreed we like heated seats, electric seats, doors, smart key, the blind spot mirrors, but we wanted it to be a 2013 for the incentives like cash back, 0% interest and it needed to be attitude black, with gray leather. He searched for a dealership that had a car that fit our desires and soon got the one we desired. Al kept in contact with us daily until we became the new owners of the 2013 black Camry. He was very thorough in explaining how everything worked and has been very adamant about helping us with any problems in the future. We like the staff and helpfulness at Labadie's. They try to make the visit a pleasant one.

Labadie won our business for several reasons: 1. Patty showed us any car (even in the rain) and was a no pressure saleswoman. She allowed us to make the choice without trying to force us to choose now. We made two or three visits before making our purchase. 2. Willis was the great! He met our price (no easy task) on the car we wanted. 3. Toyota offered in the Camry the car that our research showed us would be best for us. (The Accord was a close 2nd).

I was searching for a very specific Rav4. There were 3 within a 6 hour drive. I was pretty sure I was going to Green Bay since their offer was quite good. Living 60 miles from Bay City I was hesitant to purchase a car from a dealer so far away from my home. My concerns were alleviated by Al Gradowski, a great sales representative at Labadie's. Al told me about Labadie's policy of pick-up and return cars for people outside the Bay City area. I had a minor problem right after purchasing my new Sienna and Labadie came through with their promised good service. Al arranged for my van to be picked-up immediately and gave me a loaner car while my van was serviced. This prompt and courteous response to my needs assures me of good service after the sale for my new Sienna. Al was very courteous and considerate of my driving needs in pointing out the advantages of a new Sienna. No high pressure, just helpful service. A recommend Labadie and Al to anyone interested in a new Toyota.

Wonderful experience from beginning to end. Patty had the car ready and waiting for my test drive. Financing worked very hard to get us where we needed to be financially. My first experience with this dealership was when I needed a repair on a Saturday. The place I usually went wasn't open. I walked in and they got me taken care of quickly. They had more to do so they arranged to pick my car up at my work, make the additional repairs, and then drop it back off to me. They even found a coupon for me! So when I was looking to buy a car I decided to try them. From the moment I stepped on the lot everyone makes you feel at home. It isn't a high pressure environment. Brach was very interested in understanding what I was looking for and made his entire focus on meeting my goal. I am happy to say he was successful and I purchased a car. The great service continued on to finance with Todd. I had both my young children with me. Todd (and the entire staff) were very patient and friendly with them. They helped me keep them occupied so I could concentrate on the entire process. It made what can be an uncomfortable situation pleasant and I know I've found my new dealership for life!

You have to ask for Patrick Rohde, he knows the product, he is patient and takes the time to explain every aspect of the purchase. He handled all the paperwork, helped with the financing and had the new Tacoma prepped and ready to go when we arrived to sign the papers. This was a big purchase for us and Patrick made us feel confortable throughout the process. We had a great experience with Patrick Rohde and Labadie.

We have already written one review. Kyle was the first sales rep that worked with us. He spent over an hour with us explaining the Prius knowing that we were not going to buy that day. When returned a week later he was at a conf. So we worked with Patty. we were happy with the buying experience and are happy with the Prius we purchased.

Visited dealership walking in stating that we were not going to buy that day and we didn't. we did have a salesman who was willing to spend time with us even with the aforementioned statement. Because of the time he spent and the info we received, we were able to go home armed with more info on a Prius. the sales manager also did a brilliant thing by having us speak to a returning customer who has owned a Prius since 2002. We did return about a week later. Had to talk to a different person since our original rep was at a conf. We did buy the Prius and have enjoyed driving it immensely esp since we do not have to visit the gas station as often.

Buying a new car from Mark Brock was a pleasant experience. I knew I wanted either a Pruis or a Camry. I test drove several models and Mark was very patient and showed us different options. He was never pushy and answered all my questions. He couldn't get my after-market remote start installed the next day so the next week he came to my job in Midland, left a rental for me and had it installed. When it was delivered, he filled it with gas and washed it for me! Totaly satisfied with the service he gave me. Over the weekend we drove up north and I got 45 miles per gallon on my Camry!!! I'd definately come back to Labadies!

Overall, an excellent buying experience! I was looking to buy a very specific RAV4 which was hard to find. Brach makes purchasing a car a pleasant experience which for me is hard to do as I don't like to spend my hard earned money. We bought our pre-owned Scion XB from Brach Marker. He recommended we transfer the plate off of our car and put it on the Scion.Then buy a whole new plate for our car. It was SUPPOSE to be cheaper. WELL, after going to the DMV once and calling Labadie 11/12 days later and speaking with someone who would actually help us. We found out that 'transferred plate' had actually been canceled. So now I am forced to buy a new plate for the Scion. So, I wasted money getting a new plate on our car.and am having to fork out MORE money on another plate. I am so angry with Labadie. They are trying to pass the buck off on everyone else instead of just taking responsibility and admitting someone there screwed up and canceled that plate. I tried to tell Brach last week about this whole situation but he wouldn't listen to me. I don't have any of my paperwork or anything. Who knows how much longer it would of all been in limbo if my Husband and I wouldn't of called the other day and figured it all out. We are still in the process of fixing all this and I really think the dealership should have to pay the new plate fees,after all it was their screw up!!!!!

The salesman did a great job of closing the deal and working with us. The manager did not agree with the pricing that the salesman quoted and began talking bad about him to us and that is totally inappropriate. A good manager supports their team in front of the customer and then deals with the issues after the customer is not around. The manager made the situation very awkward for everyone and this was not necessary. The salesman did a great job even after the issues with the manager- he closed the deal doing a great job. I will recommend others go in and see Nick for future car purchases, he is honest and a great salesman.

Was watching a vehicle and talking to a salesman about it for a couple of weeks. Checked back on it one day and the price (which was already over Bluebook) had GONE UP by $2000. The dealership was starting a "match your down payment" sale that weekend and had raised prices to offset the "savings" for you. Is that looking out for your customer?

I am from Chicago, I found a 2010 Highlander online, and began negotiating with Brach Marker. I have been car shopping patiently for almost a year now. He was very accommodating, not pushy, and truly worked to get me my car at an affordable price. I felt more comfortable with him and the Labadie Auto experience then any other dealership I have ever been too. I was so comfortable I drove 5 hours to get the car. I will buy all my cars from there in the future if service remains the same!

As promised several months ago, a salesman called me to let me know the 2013 Rav4's were expected at the dealership. He called again when they arrived. I'd been waiting, so it was great that he called. Took the car for a test drive, but they didn't have the model/color I wanted. The salesman found what I wanted at a different dealer and the following week, my car was here. I went to look at it and was very pleased with it and proceeded to purchase.

Please provide to Mark Brock Labadie Toyota bay city MI. weight capacity for PRIUS is 825 lbs people plus load. And the weight must be distributed equally across the PRIUS. If the weight is heavier on one side then the other, the low tire indicator comes on. Mark is a good sales person. I do not know if he has knowledge of the above info or if the info is in the PRIUS documentation. I would recommend Mark to any one who is interested in a toyota.

If you are looking to spend an excessive amount of time, be royally upset at the lack of information you are provided, regardless of what you ask, and want to have to deal with high pressure salesman, Labadie is the place for you.

Of the Toyota dealers in the area, my wife and I chose to go to Labadie because: (1) ALL of the reviews I read about the dealership were highly positive; and (2) Labadie Toyota is very close to our home. Family friends who had had satisfactory car buying experiences at another dealer recommended them. But, based on the two reasons cited above, we decided to check out Labadie first. Glad we did. Within a minute of stepping out of our car to look around the lot, Mark Brock came out to greet us. We were interested in (possibly) purchasing a Camry hybrid LE or a Camry SE sedan. Mark was more than helpful from the start. In addition to going with us on two test drives, he gave us a very thorough run-down on the features of the cars. Throughout our interaction, Mark was very patient with us; there was no rushing or pressure ... just leading and explaining and answering questions. Inside the dealership, Mark explained the various purchasing vs. leasing options. By this time, we had decided we would go ahead and make a purchase. We ended up buying a Camry hybrid and couldn't be more pleased with the car and the whole buying experience.

I Called Labadie and was immediately transfered to sales rep Al Gradowski. Al listened carefully to what I was looking for and called me back within 20 minutes to let me know he had the car I wanted and then spelled out very clearly my costs to drive this car off the lot. Al took over from there and the next day, following a short but thorough demo on how to operate the vehicle, I drove the car off the lot for exactly the price quoted. The entire buying experience was extremely pleasant!

I just bought my second Prius from Labadie Toyota in Bay City, MI and I have to say that I would highly recommend this car dealer. The courtesy and professionalism displayed by all of their employees was outstanding. Andrew Deweerd was the Sales Professional that took care of me. He did an awesome job in helping me figure out the Prius model type that was right for me. I also have to mention the exceptional job that Todd McNally in the Finance department did on finding me a great interest rate on my new car loan. The two of you were amazing and I would definately by another car from Labadie Toyota.

I walked in to this dealership ready to get a used Dodge Ram pickup that I saw online. Patrick Rohde assisted me with excellent service and professionalism. My credit was not the greatest so it took a lot of effort from Patrick and everyone else in the building to make sure I got that truck. The truck is beautiful and it was worth every penny, so I knew it would not have been on the lot long. They did not have to go through all the trouble they did to give me a chance. I am truly thankful and I was beyond impressed with how everyone worked together and made me a very happy man.

We initially went looking for a Small to mid sized SUV, particularly looking at the Rav4. We are return customers, having bought a used vehicle from Labadie in the past. After discovering that the Rav4 was not the vehicle we were looking for, Ryan did everything he could to find us the vehicle we wanted eventually helping us settle on the FJ Cruiser. The experience was great, we didn't feel pressured and got the vehicle we want.

I was totally happy with the way I was treated at your dealership. Kyle was very patient and very helpful in my decesion process. He answered all my questions and concerns. Willis also was very concerning and helpful. I always go to that dealership and look at all their cars. Everyone at that dealership is very helpful. I could not be happier with my experience I have at Labadie.

Al was a terrific person to deal with. He was open and honest with respect to all models, options, and pointing out the specific differences among them. So far this car has been great. Gas milage and ride very nice. Had it for a week now and just put gas in it for the first time. Things i can't figure out on it yet but will go back to the dealer and ask for help.

I was just stopping in for a test drive and I walked out with a new car! I was very impressed with the knowledge of each car that I test drove. I was not just a client. Everyone was friendly and caring. My time at the dealership was lengthy and the offers to make me feel comfortable were awesome. I am a women and I did not feel intimidated by purchasing a vehicle on my own. My overall experience was outstanding and I will recommend Labadie to my friends and family.

The sales staff at Labadie were genuinely interested in knowing what I wanted in a car and meeting that need. I purchased a Prius2 with just a few basic options; they didn't try to "upsale" me to more than I needed. I'm really pleased with the whole sales process...they even found me a great interest rate on the loan. I love seeing that brand new car in my garage!Thanks Labadie!
