My salesperson was straight forward with all the costs , whether my choice was to be Lease or Buy. He was truly a professional in his approach and spent considerable time explaining all the options that were under consideration. Being retired our budget is tight and limited. Once again he spent considerable time researching his inventory and costs to meet our spending goals. Yes we entered into a lease and at the end of the term , I do know where we are going to lease or purchase our next vehicle. Note ! I did not rate the facility above, because the dealership facility was in the final stages of relocating which was curtailed by the severe winter that the east has experienced.

My wife and I just purchased a brand new Prius from Doc Laba at Krause. This is the second car that we have purchased through Krause, the first being a 2007 Matrix SE. It is worth noting that I have very little patience for the car buying process. I was honest with Doc about that fact and he made the entire process quick and painless. Tara was awesome with the paperwork - extremely thorough and very efficient. We were never pressured. There was no wheeling and dealing. They gave us a generous amount on our trade. Overall great experience. This was how car buying should be. We were also impressed that the owner made it a point to introduce himself and thank us when we picked up the car.

This was my first time purchasing a new vehicle. Of course, that's enough to make anyone a little nervous. A friend had recommended them to me, promising a good experience. I had already been to a few other dealers and was expecting more or less the same from Krause. I was wrong. My salesman, John Laba, was more than helpful. We discussed what exactly I was looking for, and he focused on only that. I was not pressured into another direction or bombarded with costly package upgrades. In a short time, we were able to come up with the exact vehicle I was looking for. The rest of the staff proved to be just as friendly and helpful as well. Their financing was able to meet the best of the other loan rate quotations I had received. In addition, the value offered for my trade-in was more than fair. In just a relatively short time, we were able to finalize the deal and I would be on my way. Upon reflection, there was no doubt I had made the right decision with the right people. Eventually, when the time comes to trade this one in, I know exactly where to go for my next one.

We were out and looking at different dealers and vehicles just to test drive different ones. We had no intention of buying on this day. We walked into Krause Toyota and were welcomed with open arms. Fred was our sales person and he was very professional and courteous. We explained we were just looking and he showed us different options on the vehicle we were looking at. Fred did not pressure us and help us along on with making a decision on what vehicle best fit our needs.. For not wanting to buy on this day we came to a decision on a vehicle. Fred escorted us to Tara and the financing and transfers were done in no time and painless. If it was not for Fred and Tara we might still be driving from dealer to dealer searching for the right vehicle. Thank You both and we hope to see you soon for our next purchase.

Went to another Toyota Dealership first and got nothing but hassles. Then I went to Krause and met with John "Doc" Laba. He was very honest and within 15 minutes we had a deal. This was the best car buying experience I ever had. I also have to give high regards to Mary and Teri in the Finance department. They were very nice and informative. Don't waste your time going anywhere else go to Krause and ask for "Doc".

I just bought a new 2013 Tundra at Krause. I first went to Bennett but they jerked me around. I met with John "Doc" Laba and he was the best salesman I have ever dealt with(this is my 4th vehicle). I told him what I wanted and what I could afford and he did his best to get me close to my bottom line. He didn't waste my time and he was very honest. If you want a Toyota go to Krause and ask for Doc.

My experience at Kraus Toyota was a very good one. Mike too care of me at the counter and was good enough to explain everything the service would require. My appointment was for 10 am. and I was finished by 11:30 am. I considered the fact the shop has twenty people waiting and I believe that was fast service. My Camry runs great and the service was wonderful. The shop has an older building look to it but I believe the new building will be great!

Besides being the oldest Toyota dealership in the US, they are trustworthy and very customer focused. You can't wrong wrong dealing with them....their Service Dept. is especially cooperative and knowledgeable. I have personally purchased 5 vehicle from them and have had them all serviced by them.

I have been buying/leasing Toyotas for years! And, I have always come to Krause. Once again, this dealership did not disappoint. Joe Castrovillari met me at the door and the rest of my visit was efficient, honest, and actually fun! Joe was knowledgeable and accommodating and I felt as if we were in my living room chatting over coffee. I walked away with a new lease on my second Camry and my fifth Toyota car. Purchased 2 vehicles, one for business (employee use) and one for personal use in past 3 months. Was treated politely, no high pressure tactics. Entire sales process was very low stress. Pricing was within a few hundred dollars of online quotes with no haggling. Overall a very enjoyable experience. Cliff was great, knowledgeable about the products and honest, if he didn't know, he didn't act like he did. This is my extended family's 5th Krause Toyota in over 30 years. Would highly recommend them.

I walked into Krause Toyota wanted a vehicle smaller than my Chrysler minivan, with better mpg, and with seats that folded flat to accommodate my labrador retriever who rides with me about 50% of the time. I met Doc Laba in the showroom, he confirmed my requirements and led me to the Prius V. I had researched them online as well as looked at a few other brands in different dealerships. We test drove the Prius V and then he sat down with me to confirm what I needed/wanted as conveniences on my new car so that I wasn't paying for extras I didn't need. Then I went home to make a decision. Other than emailing me to thank me for coming into the dealership, he did not pressure me to make a decision. When I called him back to set up the sale, he was very efficient, got things in order, handled the resale of my van to a friend, and made sure I was comfortable with the car before I left the dealership. Overall this had to be the most pleasant experience I have ever had buying a vehicle. Doc was very professional yet personable as were all others that I met in the dealership.

My family has been dealing with Krause for years. They are professional, dependable people who truly listen to the customer. The service is superb, and the facilities are clean, and well- maintained. I would recommend Krause to anyone in a heartbeat!! I have now purchased my 4th Toyota from Krause Toyota. For over 20 years I have been extremely satisfied with their thorough and complete service and the knowledgeable staff who provides that service. I worked with a wonderful salesperson, Cliff, for the past two purchases. He is extremely honest and fair and explained everything completely. Cliff set up the Bluetooth and explained how the radio, Sirius, and navigation system work. Cliff was extremely patient with my limited technology skills and assured me that he is only a phone call away if I ever need anything. The finance manager, Tara, was very helpful in providing us with the necessary paperwork, plates, registration, etc. Sales and service through Krause Toyota make shopping and maintaining a car very easy. I highly recommend them!

I bought a 2013 Toyota Corolla through a friendly, honest, and passionate salesman Kerry Loch. Kerry correctly explained the car's subtle differences from the 2012 Corolla and his long years with the Krause name to build trust. I emailed Kerry for an "out the door" price and impressed when he gave the full price with all fees and explained the detailed summary when I arrived to buy the vehicle, something other dealerships failed to do. Negotiation was limited in the evening hours as a discount can only be negotiated through a certain employee who was not available. Kerry also helped set up the Bluetooth with my phone and radio channel to a preference before I finally took the car home. The business/FI manager Mary helped explain the paperwork and other maintenance contracts efficiently. Although at the time of this review the dealership has plans to move to a new building that is yet to be constructed, the current facility appears outdated compared to Lehigh Valley Auto Mile standards. I asked for reasons to buy from this dealer instead of competing Toyota dealers, but the best reasons are the long years of experience current employees have at this dealer and the low labor rate. Competing Toyota dealers appear to have more service discounts, better website design, free PA inspection, and longer service hours compared to Krause. Krause does offer a $25 incentive to refer a customer, however. Promotional Code: PC12312011

Buying from Krause Toyota was simply the most pleasurable car shopping experience we ever had. The staff was very polite and helpful while finding us exactly the right product for our needs. Cliff was great to work with. He was well prepared and had all the information and explanations for our questions. Cliff also took his time and thoroughly explained how everything operated to my daughter which makes me feel that she is safe and understands how all the controls work. They even introduced us with their service staff and offered to make our first scheduled maintenance appointment for us. The finance department was straight forward and very helpful. I am very please to have dealt again with Krause. I had purchased a 2010 Rav4 and loved that veicle. I was so impressed how this dealership would contact me to tell me when my truck needed service and would go out of their way to make sure that the time to schedule fit my needs, and even gave me a car to use to get to work one morning. Where do you find service, staff, sales and management that would go out of their way for a customer? Not anywhere I know. Keep up the great work Krause. Love my 2012 New Rav4!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

It was a great buying experience. No pressure, very nice and knowledgeable staff. Gave me fair value on my traded in 2008 Lexus ES 350 and were flexible on negotiating the Highlander sale price.Doc Laba, the salesperson, deserves tons of credit. He is patient, polite, knowledgeable, ..you name it. Finance department was great as well. I highly recommend this dealer.The facility is kind of laid back, however a new building will be built soon.

It was meant to be! Easiest car purchase ever made. My car was totaled in a major accident the week before. Visited dealer Tuesday after configuring a new-car package on-line. Took a test drive Wednesday. Exact car I wanted arrived at dealership Thursday. Drove it home Friday. Kerry Loch (salesman) very nice to work with. Gave me all the info I requested. Negotiated a fair price. Kerry was available at all times to answer questions and go through details of car.

Cliff Swoyer had made our whole experience very pleasant. They were very fair with the trade-in value(Kelly Blue book) and we had not felt pressured in any way. All questions asked were answered and Cliff was very knowledgeable about the vehicles. My family has bought 3 new cars in the past, and also had service done as well. Even though the dealer is an hour away, the top notch care makes the trip worth it. I bought a 2013 Corolla last week, and the folks at Krause were extremely professional. My salesman Cliff, was never pushy and made sure there were no surprises. Before driving the car off the lot he paired my phone and showed me how to use all the things in the car. It was a great experience and I'm extremely happy with the purchase!

I purchased my car before the Thanksgiving break. The crew a Krause got me into my car as fast as possible so I would have it before Thanksgiving. I worked with two sales representatives and both were very knowledgable about the cars and worked very well with a picky buyer. Joe even polished up my old license plate cover and helped me set up my new bluetooth radio. My parents and I have bought at least 3 cars from this dealership and we've never been dissatisfied with the service.

Doc Laba is a down-to-earth, no typical car salesman. He is genuine and very knowledgeable and went out of his way to make my buying experience seamless and painless. I have always hated going to car dealers and as a women, found most dealerships' salespeople very condescending. Not here. I am recommending this dealership (and DOC) to all my friends and family. I was treated well from the moment I walked in the door. The staff were friendly and helpful and really took the time to show me all of the choices I had. They went over financing options with me, handled my insurance coverage, obtained new registration and tags, and showed me all of my new car's features. And on top of all of that, they gave me a great price on the car over and above the Toyota dealer incentives. The experience was fast as well. I was actually at the dealership for about 90 minutes total when I made my selection and purchase, plus an additional 30 minutes the day I picked it up and completed the paperwork. I have never had a better experience with a car purchase (and my last one at another dealership 9 years ago was hard to beat, but Krause Toyota did it.)

I would recommend Krause Toyota to anyone. I bought a new Camry from them in 1997 and always came to Krause for all my service. Can't say enough about the fantastic service dept. Last week I came to Krause to trade in my 15-year-old Camry which is still running very well. I bought a new 2012 Camry in a beautiful light blue color. I felt that the price I paid was reasonable and what I got for my trade was very good. Doc Laba was my salesman. He is the best person I have worked with when buying a new car. Doc is friendly, professional, and very knowledgeable but not pushy at all. He was very thorough in explaining all the features on my new car. A lot of things change in 15 years. Tara Bellhorn, Business Mgr., was also very nice to work with. Overall, it was an excellent experience, and I'll be back again for service.

My wife and I were ready to upgrade her mini. When we arrived, the salesman Joe, greeted us with a friendly smile and a hand shake. There was no pressure and he informed us on the cars we were interested in. We test-drove one around and within an hour we got a reasonable quote on a Prius C and an excellent value on our trade-in. For the price, the car offers so much and we will save a TON at the pump. The whole experience was satisfying. I would recommend Krause Toyota to anyone and if you get Joe there's candy in it for you.

I've been a customer with Krause since 1983 and I have no reason to go anywhere else. Service is exceptional. Facilities are really nice and plans are underway for a new facility. I live about 40 miles away but I never mind traveling for service. I would highly recommend Krause to anyone looking for Toyota models. They're the best!

The salesman, Doc Laba, was absolutely terrific - helpful but with no pressure, amiable and very thorough - and patient - with his explanations. He made the whole process not only painless, but pleasurable. As did Mary, the finance person. They really know how to run a business and how to treat a customer. Kudos.
