My husband and I were on a mission to replace a beloved Chevy Traverse with something of equal value. We had heard a lot about KIA and their warranties, so we decided to make the drive down to La Grange and check them out. As soon as we exited out vehicle, and started walking around to look at the different models, a young man approached us in a cool James Bond fashion. He introduced himself as Brice and we commenced the foreplay of purchasing our soon to be new Sorento. Brice Wood was very helpful and knowledgeable. He worked very hard to earn our trust and favor as we put him through his paces. I would say this dealership is in many ways like any other dealership -except they don't have Brice. His genuine interest and sincerity of heart and eagerness to make us happy with our selection made the money we spent well worth it. By dusk we had our beautiful new Merlo Sorento and we drove away happily ever after!

I have been working with this dealership for over 3 weeks. My job allowed me to have a certificate for $5852 off the MSRP for a local dealership. I also had a certificate that was good for Kia of Lagrange for $4000 off the MSRP. After doing some research I saw that Kia of Lagrange was named #2 in the state so I thought why not go with this dealership. I called the dealership and asked them over 3 weeks ahead of time if I worked with them will they match the certificate I have for the local dealership in Atlanta. I was told yes. The color car I wanted was in another city and was told they can easily go get the car once I come into the dealership. I drove over an hour to this dealership when there was a dealer 20 mins away from my home based off this dealerships word. I get there everyone claims they no nothing of the deal I was made. They stated they dont know why the manager would promise to match the discounts and that they cant match those discounts. Need I mind you they had the 3 weeks I had been working with them over the phone to advise me of this BEFORE they had me drive over an hour to get them and BEFORE they ran my credit. Also, the manager state they cant even match their OWN discount I had from my job for $4,000 because they had to go get the car which they were aware of 3 weeks and stated it was no problem! The manager stated all he could do was give me $2500 off the car because they have to go get the car. It goes without saying it doesnt take $1500 to go get a car and it also didnt help Kia ALREADY were running a special where you receive $2500 off a new car until 10/31/2016 for ALL customers which I couldve gotten at ANY Kia dealership. I drove over an hour for nothing but lies and deceit just to get me there. I love my car but I hated the process. Nothing absolutely NOTHING they promised me for the car was granted once I drove to the dealership. Honestly, I would never go back to this dealership for another car. I wont even go back to get my car serviced by them. Please do not let the 5 stars fool you, as they fooled me, they are just another dealership trying to make as much money as possible at the customers expense. I only wish I had worked with the local dealership here in Atlanta and not traveled over an hour to be deceived. Don't allow them to pull your credit or receive your information without at least getting whatever deal they promised in some type of writing . They get amnesia once you get into the dealership and could careless to honor anything they told you to get you into the dealership!

On October 13, 2014, I purchased a brand-new 2014 KIA Soul Exclaim from KIA of LaGrange. At time of purchase, I was convinced by one of the financial managers to pay an additional $1200 for the Coverall Premiere Care Wrap and $376 for the Paint and Fabric Defense warranty. I was assured that this warranty was a blanket that covers the entire car except for the tires and would handle repairs other than tire damage.Now, 2 years later, I have a couple of chips in my exterior paint where I have loaded xxxxx, as well as a chipped windshield. During the 2 years that I have owned my KIA Soul, I have faithfully kept my obligations by servicing my car every 5,000 miles at SONS KIA of McDonough. Now, when I called KIA of LaGrange to have the paint chips repaired under my Paint and Fabric Defense warranty, I was informed that my warranty does not cover that. When I asked about the windshield chip repair under my Coverall Premiere Care Wrap warranty, I was informed that that ALSO is not covered. I first spoke with Jonathon Bowling concerning these two issues. Then, when I received no help from him, I spoke with John Gerdeman, General Sales Manager of the KIA of LaGrange dealership. He also offered no solution and seemed to shrug off what the financial manager had told me in order to sell me these two additional warranties. Mr. Gerdeman went so far as to tell me that the financial manager no longer worked there; and, because he himself had not been present in the room when these promises were made, he did not know if they were true.Do not trust this dealership with your warranty purchases. They will not honor their promises.I will NEVER buy another service or vehicle from KIA of LaGrange. This dealership is not trustworthy.

in May 2015, my 2005 Nissan Maxima was hit by a deer crossing the road on Ga - 18 East. My Mom and I were not hurt that God. I have been buying new and used cars now for 40+ years. This is the best dealership that I have ever been to. Never once did I feel any pressure to buy a specific car or model that I did not want. All of the employees were friendly and very helpful. Kelvin was not only extremely knowledgeable on the cars on the lot but gave me the necessary information that I needed in order for me to make an informed decision on which car I needed. Jonathan made the financing portion a breeze. I have never felt so relaxed at a dealership before. When I need another new or used car I will be using Kia of LaGrange again.

Brice was my salesman and he was very helpful and a pleasure to be around. He was very knowledgeable about the car I wanted and answered all questions and if he didn't know the answer he would find out. There was only 2 things that I was not pleased about and neither had anything to do with Brice. They did not want to give me hardly anything for my 2013 Kia Optima EX, that I paid cash for, on trade in and I waited nearly 2 hours to sign my purchase papers. There was a couple in there signing their loan papers and it took nearly 2 hours but when I went in to sign my papers it took only 20 minutes. I think there should be more than one person doing the paper signing and there should be more than one machine to print those papers. Overall my experience was good and it was a pleasure to meet Brice. I would definitely recommend him to others.

My car buying experience began with a fact finding mission on the internet. I entered my info on a site where I thought I would be able to compare several vehicles and received calls from several dealerships all over the southeast. The only call I answered was from Brice Wood at Kia of LaGrange. Brice was friendly during the call and in our email conversations as I decided if I was really ready to buy a new vehicle. I could have shopped in my home town, but because of Brice I felt safe in driving to Larrange and it was the best decision. From narrowing down the car that was right for me, to the final price and signing on the dotted line what I was worried would be a pressured sales pitch was NOT...my nerves were eased by Brice's easy, congenial manner and knowledge. Thanks for a great new car and a great car buying experience!

I had such a good experience at Kia of LaGrange. Brice Wood was very kind. He took his time with me. Because of my work schedule I had to come in after hours and he stayed with me as long as it took to help me find the right vehicle for me. He didn't just try to sell me anything he found the right vehicle that I wanted and that personally fit my taste. And I really appreciate it how kind he was and how respectful he was. Also i enjoyed how all the other men there came by to shake my hand and made me feel welcomed and encouraged me that they would find the right vehicle that would fit my personal needs and. I also would like to say thank you to Jonathan the Finance Management, he was so kind and listen to my storyj. He took his time with me even after hours but he just took his time and it was just so helpful and such a great experience.

I took my new car (which I LOVE) in to have a spare tire installed and the vehicle detailed since it was so late when we picked the car up, I explained when making the apointment that I would be there on my lunch break. I took an hour and a half for me to get my car back and they hadn't even detailed it! after and hour and 15 minutes I asked my service writer when it would be done he said 5-10 minutes after 15 minutes I went back and checked and there was my car sitting there ready to go and no one informed me. I did not check the tire install until the next day because I was in a hurry to get back to work. When I did check the work done I found that the under floor storage bin was missing from the back of my car, this was a huge selling point for me in purchasing this vehicle, so I called and talked to Jerry in service (he had been my service rider the previous day) and he had no idea what I was talking about but said to come over to the dealer and they would figure it out. When I arrived he tried to tell me that both the tire and storage bin would not fit (they do) and so they had thrown away my storage bin and would have to order me a new one! Firstly they should have told me about the bin the previous day, then when I called that moring he should have talked to his tech and not had me drive all the way there for them to say they would have to order a new one, finallly after I threw a fit in the middle of the dealer they figured out they could get one out of one of the other cars on the lot. At one point Jerry told me "Hey, I just write the paper work, it's not my fault" HORRIBLE customer service!!!! My family builds these cars and they take great pride in the vehicles they make it saddens me to think people will not buy these cars because it means dealing with such a horrible service department! I love my new car but I am already having regrets because just the thought of having to take it here for service and deal with Jerry and his don't care attitude is ruining the whole thing for me!

My advice to anyone is when you go there and ask for Lashawn Mitchell.... Don't think he can't get you what your heart desire. Just because its a KIA car lot doesn't mean they just sell KIA CARS he can get you any kind of car you want just let him know and he will work it all out to your convenience and in your favor...

Walked into The Kia Dealer on a Friday afternoon, 30 minutes before Closing, was met with a smile from Jeff Adams, After asking about a Used GMC Yukon That was on the Lot, I was immediately introduced to the Sales Manager and withing 20 minutes had made a deal that I was Very Satisfied with. We walked into the dealership about 1 1/2 years ago and met the "King of Cars", Shaun Mitchell for the first time needing a car and not having the best credit, we left with a 2015 Kia Soul having had one of the best car buying experiences of our life. Approximately 8 months later we returned to get our daughter a car. We left that time with a 2015 Kia Forte for her and a 2016 Kia Sorento base model for us, totally shocked that our payments and insurance lowered some. But our story doesn't end there. Approximately 8 months after that we returned to get our daughter another car (due to her totaling out her Forte). Again we left with her a 2016 Kia Optima and we left with a new 2016 Kia Sorento LX and our payments only went up $16. All I can say is WOW. From Shaun, to the finance guys, and the service department. ..simply all a great team. I highly recommend Kia of Lagrange.

I am a long time Kia customer, but this was my first visit to Kia of Lagrange. I was very impressed by the professional and up front approach of this dealership. They were very fair and honest with me. I was only able to make it there at the end of the day, and they stayed late to help me. When I say late, I left at 9:30 (they close at 7:00). Brice, the sales consultant was a class act and answered every question I had. Overall, I am very impressed, and I will be back. I can't recommend them enough!

The service department is awful. When I call it is always a high price for service but when my husband goes or calls it's significantly lower. The clerk answering the phone is useless. They Never have appointments on Saturday because they only have 1 tech scheduled to work. Get it together. No one wants to take a day off work to get their oil changed. When you ask questions about the warranty the person gives you conflicting information from what was earlier said. I cannot stand doing business here. If I did not have a life time warranty on my car I would never do my service there. Save yourself the trouble and drive to Columbus....Carmax is awesome

When it came to the financing it was just as smooth as looking at the Soul's. We did not spend all day at the dealership as is the case in most car buying experiences. I really hate car shopping. I have a total fear of over sellers and feel like I am going to be treated like a "stupid woman" when I go shopping and then have to spend the whole time "holding my ground" on what I am looking for. The entire experience was great. AJ King was very gracious and just let me walk around and look for what I liked. He didn't say anything, except answer questions I had. He didn't do corny sales pitches or try to steer me to anything. I was the one doing all of the choosing. Once I picked out the car I liked and test drove it, then my paperwork was submitted to Jonathan Bowling the finance guy. The person I really fear in this whole process is the finance guy! I was prepared for the whole back and forth thing I experienced in the past and I was prepared to walk away if there was any shenanigans with price or whatever. Oh my gosh! I was so surprised that Jonathan was really on my side. I didn't go back and forth with him... he was too busy going back and forth with lenders to get me the best deal and I left with my car with payments lower than I expected. After my husband and I had a horrible experience at a previous dealership, we decided to drive out to Kia of Lagrange to receive the excellent customer service they guaranteed on their radio commercial. We were not disappointed! We were warmly greeted by AJ King, who made it clear from the beginning that he cared about our needs and our financial goals when choosing a vehicle. He was very personable and knowledgeable. The process from start to finish was about 3 hours, which is much better than any other car buying experience we have had! AJ made sure the process went smoothly, and we were hardly ever left waiting on anyone. He also took the time to sit with us and explain how everything worked in our new vehicle, including hooking up our phones and downloading applicable apps on our phone so we can get the optimal use of our vehicle. My husband and I will be driving to Lagrange for all of our maintenance because of the quality service we received, and are confident we will receive each time we walk in the building. This is our 3rd Kia purchased at Kia of LaGrange! The sales staff is highly efficient and knowledgable. They don't pressure you into something you don't want or can't afford to buy. I call my salesman, tell him what I'm looking for, he finds it, runs the numbers and "boom", I'm in and out before I have time to clean out my trade in vehicle! From the receptionist to the sales staff to the finance department to the service department to the clean up crew; you will find none anywhere around that can compare to these folks! Definitely a dealership I will continue to buy from and refer friends too!

Omg!!! Where do I start? My car was totaled about a month ago, so I was looking for a new vehicle. I was working with this one dealership who swore me they could get me in a car even though I still had an outstanding balance on my car...not the case! I went online looking for quotes for a Kia Forte. Jonathan Bowling reached out to me on a Thursday and I was in a car on that Friday. My first time at Kia of Lagrange was a good experience. The sales man was very friendly. I walked in not really knowing what I wanted and Dustin did a great job at finding the vehicle I loved. The blond insurance girl that help me switch my car over to the new one was less then friendly though. The financial guy was a little pushy on selling the warranties. When I asked about gap insurance while I was deciding if I wanted the new vehicle I was told it was in with my payment showed but in the end it was not, therefore, my payments was higher then originally quoted. If it wasn't for Dustin being such a great and friendly person I would have rated my experience lower.

I had researched 3 different places, 2 kia dealerships and one car lot, for kia sportages'. I was told many different reasons as to why my interest rate would be high, to difference between what I would be given for trade in. I was so drained from being jerked around, I almost decided to fix my old car and give up. I went online to kia in Lagrange, found a sportage I liked, and emailed Johnathan. The emails started early in week and then we talked on phone but never had I actually met him face to face. That same Saturday, I went to Lagrange, met Johnathan and went home with my car!!!! The people were great to deal with,and they had a great selection of cars.We were in and out in no time at all.My only problem that I had with the whole deal was the 2 year old Optima was that it had curb rash on one of the chrome wheels and I wanted it replaced.The salesman said that it was too expensive to replace and it would cost about 1850.00 dollars to replace.After buying the vehicle I did some research on various websites and they were about 320.00 new.No one likes to be lied too.

I submitted a request to be contact and Dustin called me and went over everything with all the options on the Optima. We live 45 minutes away and he was very appreciative of our time and never rushed me on the phone with all of my questions. We drove up, looked at the car picked it out and Dustin took care of the rest with Randy. The whole dealership as a whole is very warm and welcoming! Most dealerships use their website and 'internet sales' departments as nothing more than lead generators. They don't want to discuss business or numbers electronically they just want to get you to the dealership to work the common car sales tactics in order to make a sale. Out of 7 dealerships contacted KIA of LaGrange worked with me to put a deal in place that put me in the driver seat as well as the party that had to be the most trusted as the entire deal was dependent on my honestly regarding my own credit and condition of my trade-in. So if the deal wasn't want I wanted it was all my own fault, they had put everything in place for a great deal.They even worked with me to find the right car electronically. I was set on certain features so I was looking at a specific trim level, once they realized what I was really looking for they found me a car on the lot that wasn't even in the system yet that had everything I needed. They sent me photos on the spot and details for any inquiry I made. Once we hammered it out I made the 40 mile ride to their dealership, in about two hours I was riding home in my new car paying EXACTLY what we had agreed too without me EVER having to set foot on the showroom floor. It was the BEST car buying experience so much so that my wife has decided when she is ready for a new car we will be going back to KIA of LaGrange.There are a lot of dealerships that say they want to treat you like family, KIA of LaGrange is the first to make me feel that way without saying it.

Just got our 2016 Kia Sorento from Scott Tiffin. It was a great experience! This is our 5th Kia purchase and by far the best experience every time we have used a different salesman. They usually rush you or push you into something! Not Scott! He was very nice and informative and let us do all the talking and deciding! Very Happy! My mother (86yrs of age) needed a late model used car for local driving. The Kia Dealership was recommended by a church member. I had read several good reviews on Kelvin Thornton and when we arrived at the dealership he was the one that walked away from what appeared to be a staff meeting to see if we needed help. Kelvin was very helpful filling my mothers wish list for the car she wanted at a price in the range she wanted to pay. But most of all he was very patient and detailed in explaining the operation of the car to her, which was very helpful as she was replacing a 25 year old car.

After dealing with a local Kia dealership, I was put in a car that they said would be the only one the bank would finance, however, it was not the type I wanted. It was a base model with manual door locks and manual windows. Six days had gone by and they still were haggling with me over a down payment etc. and telling me that I wasn't financed until I put up the down payment then they could get me financed. (I thought the bank had already said the only car I could get in was the one they had me driving for days) I took the car back to them and told them I had contacted Kia of Lagrange. They then said they could get me the same deal. (the black rio with the power package that I wanted) When asked why they couldn't have done this all along they responded by saying Lagrange Kia was not charging taxes and I would end up owing. I had already spoken to Jeff Adams and Kelvin Thornton and gotten pre-approved for a 2015 Rio, Black with power door locks, power windows and remote door entry, with ZERO down!! I drove to Lagrange in the Kia that the other kia dealer had me in. Kia of Lagrange had offered to deliver it back to Columbus for me. I left in the Kia I wanted! The customer service that both Kelvin and Jeff gave me cannot be beat. They were both very professional, courteous and went out of their way to help me. Every phone call and text I made to either of them was replied to promptly with all my questions answered. The ease of buying this car was the best. I was greeted by Jeff as soon as I arrived and within a few hours I had gone to finance and signed a hassle-free contract with no-one pushing me into anything! I cannot express the excellent care I received from my very first contact with Kia of Lagrange. I would recommend that anyone looking to buy a car go see this dealership before you waste your time anywhere else.

Eric Talley help me get my brand new 2015 Kia Forte !!! I couldnt believe it, I have never been to another dealership and got the service that I got from Kia. They made this process as easy as they could. Eric walked me through the whole process not as a saleman but as a person that really cared about helping me leave Kia with no only a starter car but to build me credit but with a brand new car. I was shocked he pulled it off, but when first talking to him he promised I wouldnt leave Kia without a car and he was right.. I was nervous going in but Eric and the other staff laughed and talked to me until I felt more comfortable. Kyle Allen answered the phone and won me over from the beginning. He is down to Earth and did not pressure us in any way. Let me start by saying that I have never given any car dealers anywhere near 5 STARS, until now. As a matter of fact, in my 50 years, I've always dreaded buying a new car because of the tactics of most dealers. KIA of LaGrange however has been a breath of fresh air! I already knew what car I wanted and also knew where I wanted the price point to be. I had gathered pricing from dealers that were much closer to my home, but read all of the positive reviews online about Kia of LaGrange and decided to "chat" with them on their website to get a feel for how the truly were. I was very fortunate to get Kelvin Thorton on the other end. He was able to find the exact car I wanted on their lot immediately. When we began talking pricing, no games were played and he came back with a very fair price almost immediately. After a couple of emails with copies of the window sticker for me to review and a few minor negotiations, it was a done deal, sight unseen!
