When I purchase my vehicle from here, everything went well. Until I picked up my vehicle, the cargo mat and floor mats went missing. On another occasion I call for information about the vehicle title because the lien holder have not received it. The gentleman I spoke with had a nasty attitude. All I wanted was some information.

My daughter and I have been looking for a car on and off for about 6 months. When we got to your lot we were greeted with a hello and kept walking (no pressure). When we entered the show room they were very helpful and prompt about getting the cars to test ride. I was a little leary of heading to Dartmouth Kia to look at vehicles, but I can now say it was a great experience. Lamonte Ferguson was wonderful to work with in looking at cars. Just bought our second Soul...thank goodness someone still makes a manual transmission! We enjoyed our experience VERY much. Roland was absolutely wonderful...he even drove to New Hampshire to get that stick shift!!! Are you looking for a new car that is not outrageously expensive and a lot of fun to drive...get a Soul! Still wish it came with a stuffed hamster.

Went in today for an oil change. I was a little early for my scheduled appointment,but Kelly,in service, said that wouldn't be a problem. She suggested I go ahead with my 15,000 mile check up because I was very close to that mileage. There was no pressure involved,but I decided to go ahead with her suggestion. Both my husband and I agreed it was the smart thing to do. Service was quick and I was directed to the refreshment center to have a coffee while I waited. The time flew while I watched T.V. Everyone that walked by me wished me a Good Morning and asked if I needed anything. Kelly was very knowledgable and explained everything that had been done to my car. A trip to this Kia dealership was a great experience and I would highly recommend them to anyone!

I had a very pleasant and non-pressured used car buying experience at Kia of Dartmouth this past Friday evening. I was driving by and saw a used 2012 Lexus ES350 in their used car lot and it caught my eye due to the fact that it was the same color scheme as my existing 2005 Lexus. As I was self viewing the new vehicle I was approached by as salesperson, David Beard. David was quite polite and courteous and did not display the stereotypical pushy car salesperson traits. David was quite knowledgeable about the vehicle and convinced me to take it for a test drive. After the test drive we proceeded to the showroom to start negotiations. Believe it or not it was rather painless on both sides and a deal was made. It was late in the afternoon and close to closing time yet David and the entire Kia of Dartmouth staff needed to complete the deal stayed on and I actually drove the vehicle home that night.

I have been in the market for a new car for a few months now, as I am looking to trade up from my 2005 Hyndai. A friend recommend Kia of Dartmouth--having grown up in the New Bedford area I was familar with the place-- and having known a few people who own a Kia, and rave about them, I decided to give them a shot. I was not disappointed with my choice. Anyone who has ever looked for a new car before can agree that the experience is daunting; with every make and model having countless options and packages to choose from, the process can get overwhelming very quickly. I was approached by one of the sales associates, Ricardo, and possibly seeing my apprehension, quickly went to work making me feel more at ease with the whole situation. Ricardo took the time to answer all of my questions and presented the information in a meaningful way that made me feel appreciated. I am still shopping around but I do believe I will be back in the coming weeks to sit down and discuss the options I have available to me for buying/leasing a Kia. Ricardo was professional, courteous, knowledgeable, and welcoming. All qualities you do not find in most sales driven industries nowadays. I would highly recommend Kia of Dartmouth and Ricardo to a friend looking to buy a car.

We had been looking at Kia Optimas for about a week. I live down the Cape and was up in the Dartmouth area. I went to a Kia dealership in Swansea which was high peessure and un professional, we also we to one in Raynham and no one even came out to help us..We ended up going to a Kia of Dartmouth by the Dartmouth mall. the salesperson greeted without having us feeling any pressure. After getting treated very poorly at initial visit, I was skeptical to return. They had made some recent staff changes and I worked with someone way more my style. His name is Derek Harris and he's awesome! Super nice and considerate, low pressure, and did everything in his power to get me my deal. I was also skeptical of Kia but they really stepped their game up! I just remember Kia being pieces of junk but my new 2015 Optima is awesome! Drives like a dream and most people don't know it's a Kia! I also want to give props to Josh who also helped with my deal. Even the finance guy was nice haha. Definitely recommended from this chick and make sure you ask for Derek!

I went to test drive an Optima and see what my options were regarding purchasing a vehicle. My salesman, Ricardo, though new to this dealership, was very patient, respectful, and I did not feel any of the typical high pressure selling that you see in many other dealerships. Ricardo was honest as well, and by the time we finished, offered me a deal which I am seriously considering. I have gone to several area dealerships in the area, and this by far was the best experience so far. I am hoping to make a decision and go forward with Kia of Dartmouth for a new car.

Of course there will be some back and forth. They are running a business. I enjoyed the negotiation process and never felt taken advantage of. Went in looking for a 2nd vehicle. Was met by salesperson, Keith Lourenco, Listened to what we were looking for, offered a couple of suggestions and showed us those vehicles. Pointed out the features and compared them to other cars that we were considering. What I liked is rather than try to bad mouth the other makes, he pointed out the reasons why his vehicle was superior both in features offered and also the warranty that would come with the vehicle. It was a very pleasant experience. After purchase service has been good as well. Received follow-up from the dealership asking how we liked the vehicle and service has been good. Overall, I would recommend the dealership and the salesperson very much. If your looking for a car and want to speak with someone knowledgeable, go there and ask for Keith.

I flew in from Chicago to purchase a car whose price I had negotiated before I flew out. I was willing to take the risk of spending the time and the money because the dealer had been willing to accept a deposit to hold the car until I arrived, which not every other dealer had been willing to do. I confess that I was a bit worried as I flew out that the dealership might change the price on me once I was in the showroom, but they held to their (written) word, which they had given to me beforehand, another plus. My salesperson, David, was fantastic. So was Robby, the internet manager, in the lead-up to my visit, Michael who helped me develop some of the paperwork, Matt, the business manager who checked on whether he could offer me financing rates lower than those I'd obtained from my credit union, Jeannette (?), who at the end of the process who got all my paperwork together, plus the gentleman who stayed after the store had closed to help me switch plates on the car before I drove off. Incidentally, I drove off with a full tank of gas that they supplied, another bonus. I have only or two small areas where the dealership's service might have been improved: First, in the midst of some of the uncertainty I'll describe in a minute, my car didn't make it into the service center for the full final detailing I was expecting, so when I returned home to Chicago I had to spend $200 to finish that step before handing off the car to my wife. But I understand that because the dealership might have wondered whether I was actually going to buy the car in the end. That's where the second point of possible improvement comes in. I'm probably the first Illinois buyer this dealership has had, but I did not know until I arrived that Massachusetts is the only state in the union that doesn't issue short-term drive-away licenses so that out-of-state buyers can legally drive their Massachusetts purchases home. So the buyer has to put on his own plates from his own state (which luckily I'd brought just in case). But in the case of Illinois, plates are associated not only with an owner but also a specific vehicle. As a result, the Illinois DMV (Sec'y of State) told me that if law enforcement ran my plates on my drive home, it's possible my new car could be impounded. Yikes. So it would have been helpful if the dealership could have warned me about this in advance. I don't blame them for not knowing this, but it probably would help for them to warn out-of-state buyers to check with their states in advance. Fortunately, I drove home without incident, the car is cleaned up and now properly registered with Illinois, and my wife is a happy camper, which was the whole point of this exercise. So thanks to Kia of Dartmouth for their part in the happy final outcome.
