Man Ryan down at Kia of Cleveland helped me find the perfect car and I'm very indecisive but he sure enough helped me pick the one I was most satisfied with. Very very happy with my vehicle and was very happy with the service from him and also Jamie the sells manager. Then today I went for my first oil change on vehicle and once again had the best service I've ever had thank you Kia of Cleveland for being such great help. They are a great group of people and a great team done there!

I purchased a pre owned vehicle at Kia of Cleveland last week, and mechanical issues developed before I even made it home! A chugging hesitation and bad smelling oil leak were obvious after I got about 45 minutes down the road. I called that evening, and no one returned my call. I went into the dealer thenext day, and they led me to believe they would fix these issues if possible, even though I had no warranty, since the issues were obviously there when I bought the vehicle. When I brought it in, the run-around began. No one wanted to look me in the eye, and the mechanic that was supposed to ride around in my vehicle to witness the problems barely drove it, if he did at all. When I returned and asked him to ride with me so I could show him the problems, he sent another mechanic in his place and was mildly rude. This mechanic he sent, Randall, was great, but when we returned and Randall told the main mechanic, Jake, that the issues were not water in the tank or oil spilled on the engine and that it was probably a coil pack and legit oil leak, I was told to go find my salesman, Jeff, and that I'd have to bring it back another day to be looked at, after I had already been told that they would look at it that day. After going back and forth between salesman and service desk, I was told that pre-owned vehicles are only test driven 10 - 15 miles, and so they probably did not know about these issues when they sold me the car. Since the issues we're not immediate safety concerns, "Sorry Charlie," in other words. They were barely even sympathetic when I left, and although I had been polite, honest, and patient for days, I heard them all talking about me and my situation in front of the building, as Jeff, my original salesman, shushed them quickly. This is hardly the respect or amount of concern I expected to deal with when buying from a "reputable" dealer. An honest salesman and dealer would care about their product and what they have sold to a customer with good credit and a large down payment, although any customer deserves that at least. Had they been straight up with me in the beginning and just told me they would not cover the repairs, I could have already had the car repaired elsewhere and not wasted my time or been humiliated. They are obviously not appreciative of my business nor are they concerned with the quality of the vehicle they sold me. I would have never paid close to sticker price like I did for a car that came with major issues like this one did. The immaturity, avoidance and disrespect from the employees at Kia of Cleveland warrants me to warn others. Take heed! And take your business elsewhere. Andy in financing and Randall the mechanic are the only exceptions to this review. While Jeff my salesman was polite, he only did what he did, which ended up being nothing in the end, because I forced myself upon them by coming back to the dealer to settle things face-to-face. If you want to buy a vehicle only to take it straight to your mechanic, go for it at Kia of Cleveland! If you'd like to have a round of salesman standing outside talking about you and laughing at you when you leave, Kia of Cleveland is the place to go! Days like these make me hope karma is real...

Sales person available - friendly - knowledgeable but not high pressured. Put me at ease and explained my options and amenities available for the vehicle I was researching. Really not intending to purchase but given a deal I could not pass on. Note - I have not purchased a vehicle in 20 years so it was a pleasure to have no high pressured sales, no "smarter than you" attitudes....just friendly, "we want you to be happy" service. I just recently purchased a Kia Rio from there. My sales persons name was Jeff. He did a really great job. Not only was he able to help me with all my questions but he was also very respectful and easy to talk to. I can honestly say that I honestly enjoyed muy time spent with him, and we all know that usually is not true.

I have purchased several vehicles in my life from dealers and by far KIA of Cleveland is the best! I am a single female and have had awful experiences with other local dealers treating me as though I am unintelligent or unworthy of their time. Not the case at KIA of Cleveland, I had spoken to Brad earlier in the week and had looked at a few models, he told me about the warranties and said if I couldn't find what I wanted on the lot they could find it at another dealership and bring it in. Two days later I was in for a test drive and Brad was busy with another customer. Instead of making me wait the sales manager Jamie offered to have another sales rep assist me, assuring me that Brad would get credit for the sale. That's when Shelia took me for my test drive. The 2017 Sportage was the one for me. Shelia helped me find the model I wanted with the options I desired. Shelia is very knowledgeable and treated as though she'd know me for years. It took some time to see Brandon in finance but that was understandable it was the end of the month and they were making (to quote Ashley) "crazy deals". They were apologetic for my wait and offer beverages but this wasn't my first car purchase and I had planned on being there a while. Brandon in finance was knowledgeable and speedy. He has it together. He offer me gap insurance, a maintenance plan, extended warranty etc. but he did not pressure me and answered all my questions. Once the paperwork was done Shelia took me out to my new car and showed me how things work by now this was after closing but she didn't rush me out the door. The next day I took my title in for my trade in, Shelia and Jamie met me at the door. I priced a few extras for my Sportage and met the service manager Jake. I was so happy to see Jake I have know him for years and know that he is trustworthy and honest. I will have no problems having my car serviced at KIA of Cleveland because Jake will make sure I only get what I need and not what isn't necessary. Everyone at KIA of Cleveland was exceptional and made this car buying experience the best ever! No more going to Knoxville for me. I'll stay with KIA of Cleveland.

For several months I have been trying to buy a new 2016 Kia Souk. I've spoke and met dealers in Atlanta, Smyrna, Knoxville, Blue Ridge, Chattanooga and Cleveland. I am from Cleveland so it would be so much easier to buy from here or Chattanooga, but for some reason these two (that I was informed are owned by the same franchise owner) are the only ones who will not attempt helping me based on what I have to work with, they wouldn't even try to put me in a used vehicle or anything. I take great offense to this and would not spend my money with them even if they told me it'll be 10$ for the entire car now. Cleveland and Chattanooga are far friendlier places than Knoxville and Atlanta, so why is it they're all sitting on pedestals acting as though they don't need sales from the public? I won't mention names but I have spoken with at least 3 individuals there over the last 3 or so months. I'm outraged by the way I've been treated each time.

I had a truly great experience at Kia of Cleveland. I had looked elsewhere, but decided that the vehicle choices where much better and the sales people where very friendly and helpful with my process. The reason for the four star rating is because the van I purchased was not as clean as it could've been at delivery. The in house cleaning up shop display not get stains out of one of the seats. I was told I could get it re-done when I bring it back for oil change. It was great in all other aspects of the buying experience.

The first time I went there I wasn't impressed with the guy we had, but when we initially went back there to buy a Kia we got Lawrence Taylor he was amazing and knew about the cars he changed my mind to buy a car he treated us good and with respect and worked within our budget and all of the people where asking if we needed anything I would recommend all my friends and family to go to Lawrence he is an amazing sales representative.

This was a great experience ! Shelia Shannon my sales lady walked me through every step. She was patient and had my best interest ! She answered or returned my calls timely and was very knowledgable about my new car and allowed me to drive several till we found my new car ! Shelia was so awesome to work with. I have never had a better car buying experience. The finance manager was wonderful to work with as well. They both were very honest and upfront with my trade in. They gave me a great deal with a good interest rate along with premium service/warranty package . You can't go wrong here.

I went yesterday to look into buying a new car. I did not really expect to leave the car lot with a new car but I did! The sales people were super friendly right from the start. There was NOT one time I felt any pressure to purchase. They listened to what I was looking for and the price range I needed and the salesman delivered!! He did not try to sell me anything higher or out of my range. He was thoughtful and kind to my 1 year old daughter. He purchased her an Icee and gave her a balloon. It took me about 3 hours from the time I entered the lot to the time I left with my new car! My salesman was Brad Williamson. If your in the market for a new car I highly advise you to look him up! They work hard to make sure you get the best deal possible. I will definitely be going back here when I want another vehicle!

I just want to say how pleased I am with the service that I received this weekend at Kia of Cleveland . They really do treat you like family . My salesman was very polite and easy going and never pressured us at all . I got the exact car that I went in search of and I could not be happier . The finance manager took his time and explained everything to us and worked hard to get us the best rate possible . Our salesman then sat in our new car with us and showed us how to work all of the interior gadgets . I wasn't expecting to purchase, just look and talk. I saw a SUV online that I thought would be good for me, pre-owned, not a lot of miles, and in my price range. My sister and I drove up from Chattanooga, we parked and immediately Lawrence comes over and takes me right to the vehicle. He gave me info on that SUV and a couple of others, next he got the keys and then off for a test drive. It went well. We get back and everything went fast but smoothly from there. At this point I'm still just seeing what they have to say and not ready, but after talking to Andy and getting the payments I was looking for, it was too good not to go ahead and purchase. I was in need of a vehicle and I truly believe this was meant for me. The whole process was smooth and they were very nice to work with. So if you are in need, go check them out!

My husband and I drove up there right at closing time on just hopes and dreams of qualifying for a new car after my old car stopped working. The wonderful staff still showed us several different cars to look at that would be in our budget. After finding the car that I fell in love with, our salesman Michael Pilkey and the manager both kept us updated on how the application progress was going. I feel like the staff went above and beyond to make sure we drove home in a new car that night and I couldn't be happier with my car. I highly recommend Kia of Cleveland to anyone looking at purchasing a new car that has the best customer service I have encountered in a very long time.

My sales rep was Shaun Martin and he was absolute wonderful. Very friendly, outgoing, kept me laughing the whole time. We were there for 4 hours. We couldn't get financed because since my husbands motorcycle accident, our credit scores have dropped a lot and I wasn't expecting to be able to buy anything. Shaun spent the whole time with us. He never left us for other customers. He played with my son and had him laughing and playing almost the whole time. We were denied by every bank that they do business with but the manager called in a favor for us and got us approved with a bank that he knew somebody. at. The entire staff was very friendly and I couldn't have asked for a better sales rep to help us.They bent over backwards to get us into a new vehicle. I've never experienced customer service as wonderful as I did there. I can honestly say that if I ever buy another vehicle I will go there again. I have already been recommending them to everybody I know. They were amazing and went above and beyond to help us. I can't express my gratitude. Shaun is amazing and he was so wonderful with my son. Most sales reps will just blow off a kid and go on but not Shaun. He was very impressive.

I was very skeptical about going to look at new vehicles because I filed bankruptcy a few years ago. My husband and I decided to go check them out a Kia of Cleveland. The sales rep Matthew was very helpful and not too pushy. He listened to what we were looking for and explained the differences in the models offered. He was patient to answer our questions and showed us everything about our car before we left the lot. Brandon was awesome in helping us find the lowest rate available and explaining the different warranties offered. We were very surprised that we were able to go in on Saturday morning and in less than 2 hours drive off with a brand new car!!

I have bought many cars over the years and the staff of Kia of Cleveland have to be the nicest, most friendly and helpful of all the Dealerships I have ever been to. I do not give praise lightly. They absolutely made me comfortable to sign my Name. I had to file Chapter 7, 7 years ago and was ABSOLUTELY terrified to commit to "Credit". I had excellent credit before the tragic year that caused the bankruptcy. I had no trade-lines for 6 years and then be treated like I was the most important person by everyone there. The sales staff, service staff and the receptionist are Super. This is honestly the best experience I have ever had buying a car. My salesman is new and I think he has found his true calling. He is a family man and proud of that. Thank you Kia of Cleveland. I will spread the word.

Love the car but was disappointed that when I picked up the vehicle after spending over $25,000.00 I was informed it only had 1 key to the vehicle and I would have to purchase myself if I wanted another key.......I will be calling the manager especially after spending that kind of money....they should make it right!

I wrecked my vehicle a couple of weeks ago on the icy roads. I needed a vehicle and wasnt sure what I should get. I called several dealers with inquires. Not only did Shaun Martin of KIA of Cleveland, TN answer my questions but he was the only one to get back to me with a quote. Although, the KIA Cleveland dealer was thirty miles away I chose to deal with them because of Shauns excellent customer service. When we arrived Shawn was waiting with the car for us. I went to kia unsure of what would happen. I didn't know if I wanted a car or what, I just knew I needed something new. My credit is pretty low and kia was amazing and didn't treat me like I wasn't worth the time. Matthew was my salesman and Brandon was the finance. The sales manager Jamie was awesome as well, he worked so hard to get me the car! They both worked so hard and did a FANTASTIC job at getting me into the car I love! I will forever be grateful for the opportunity they gave me and I'll continue to refer people I know to them. I will keep my business there.

About a week ago, we began the journey of searching for my grandfather a truck. After visiting multiple dealerships and searching the internet, we landed at KIA of Cleveland, actually by accident, but we're sure glad we did! He ended up purchasing a used Chevy Silverado, with Andy Cubberley assisting us every step of the way. He wasn't pushy at all, only helpful and kind enough to keep going back and forth until we reached a good deal on the truck. When my grandfather returned the next day, the truck was being serviced and all fluids were being changed, which was an unexpected bonus. Mr. Cubberley even had the truck washed and filled with gas. We will most likely be back in the fall to look for a car for my sister as she begins college. Our thanks and appreciation go out to KIA of Cleveland and Andy Cubberley!

After going to a few other dealerships in town that basically said I was crazy looking for a truck for the price range I wanted, I drove by this dealership on the way. I saw a nice big Dodge Ram sitting on the hill and thought "that is out of my price range." However after seeing that they had a competitive price on it and that the miles were lower than I was initially looking for I thought it was worth a little more than I was initially going to spend. Patrick gave me my space and wasn't overpowering. He pretty much brokered a deal through text with me for my fiance to buy a new car a few days later. That is hard to believe since I don't think she has ever had anything other than a Chevrolet.

Sheila Shannon , sales consultant, was very helpful, the transaction went smoothly, I thought all was well until a couple of days before the drive out tag was to expire I called the dealership to ascertain the progress of the title transfer. The title clerk at Kia of Chattanooga found the problem and a new drive out tag was sent. I am impressed with the dealerships representation of the vehicle, the ease of the transaction, the cleanliness of the facility and the friendliness of the personnel. There are occasional paperwork glitches in all aspects of business and the folks at the dealership are doing there best to remedy the one little mishap in our deal. I highly recommend Kia of Cleveland.

I received a certificate of upgrade to drive a 2015 to see if I would like to upgrade, upon test driving a new car I was to receive a $25 dollar gift certificate for service. We went to Kia of Cleveland on June 25th and test drove a new hybrid Kia, upon driving we decided to wait until the 2016 to see the new changes. I was told they would check on it and get back with me, seems that no one knew anything about this program offer. Seems like the dealerships need to know about the programs being offered to the customer. Still waiting on my gift certificate.

I was driving my own 2014 Kia Sorento for my church in Marietta, GA, on a mission trip in Cleveland, TN. One of my door handles pulled off when we were trying to leave our mission site. We called Kia of Cleveland while we were in route back to our motel, to ask if they could be of any help. They told us to come on in, which we did without even cleaning up from our construction site. They had the part, put it on, and we were on our way in a very timely manner. Even though I hadn't purchased the car from them, they gave amazingly fast and friendly service. Everyone there treated us as is we were part of their community.

I was currently paying four times more than what my vehicle was worth. I was just browsing to see what the new Kia's were like for a future purchase after I paid my current vehicle off. Tony Walker received my app. Via the internet. Called me on Monday morning with an approval. I went and picked out my car and went to my Dr. Appt..After the appt. I returned to the dealership where Tony had my car detailed and tank full. Zach the finance guy had all my paperwork ready to sign. I went on the internet to Kia of Cleveland for pre-approval. The next morning I was contacted by Tony Walker the Internet manager who informed me I was approved. I went to the dealership in the afternoon and picked out a vehicle. I left for a Dr.. Appt. And when I came back to the dealership my car was detailed and fueled up. Zach the finance guy had all my paperwork ready to sign. Smoothest, fastest purchase ever. Tony even took my phone and downloaded Uvo and educated me on the technology in my car via Bluetooth. Matt Hundley was my salesperson he was amazing very friendly and knowledgeable he wasn't pushy just very pleasant to be around. The manager Charlie Durham was very nice and so laid back and that always makes u feel better considering you are making a big decision. I bought a new Soul six month ago from Tony but decided it just wasn't for me. I wanted a convertible. So, I called Tony up to see if he could help me find one even though it wouldn't be a Kia. He helped me find something better than I even had in mind. Tony drove all the way to Atlanta to pick it up for me (he even had to sit and wait over an hour for them to make a new key). All I had to do was go pick it up at Kia after it was all shiny and full of gas. I got more for my trade-in than I had anticipated AND Nathan found me a much better interest rate!

This past week my wife and I decided to try and purchase that very first new car. Although we have been married, already have two grown children, and are nearing retirement age, we have never owner a new car. We have bought an unknown number of used cars (new to us) over the years, but never an actual new one. Anyhow, we went to Kia of Cleveland Website and looked at several SUV's, picked out a Kia Sorento, and drove to the local dealership and look them over. Seeing them "in person" changed the wife's mind to a Kia Sportage (one in particular). What happened next is where Kia of Cleveland earned our future business. First, Tony Walker took the time to prepare all our paperwork and introduce us to salesman Garry Evans. Garry helped us through the rest of the sale and worked with the finance department, with the parameters that we needed to purchase the vehicle. Garry, along with Nathan Howard were able to meet those parameters and we were able to drive away in a 2015 Kia Sportage, the one the wife wanted at that. My hat is off to Tony, Garry, and Nathan. The service we received was friendly, professional, and impressive.

On January 31, 2015, we drove to Kia of Cleveland to purchase a Kia Sorento. We had been searching online for over 6 weeks for a Sorento. The staff we came in contact with the day of our purchase was very friendly. Zach was down to earth and helpful. We had a couple of mishaps with the car dollie we brought with us to haul the car back on. The staff here were helpful with that as well. Our overall experience the day we purchased our Sorento was awesome. But then everything has went downhill from there. The back seat headrest were missing, and we were told they had been ordered and as soon as they came in they would be overnighted to us. After many calls and texts, we finally got them 5 WEEKS LATER!!! Also we were only given one smart key. We were told that it had been ordered as well, and as soon as it came in, it would be overnighted as well. It arrived with the head rest 5 weeks later!! No one, had told us that we wouldn't be able to use our smart key. We called and spoke with someone in service that explained to us we would have to take the new smart key along with the old smart key to a KIA dealership to have programmed, which will be a cost of $50 or more for us. We have called and texted Zach many times requesting a call back. But to this day no one has called us back. I don't feel we should be out of pocket $50 for the programming for a smart key, So my suggestion to you is, if you purchase a vehicle from KIA OF CLEVELAND, be sure to get everything that you are suppose to have the day you purchase your car. If not, get something in writing about a timely date you will receive your items and be sure its at NO COST to you. Finally was able to call and speak to Zach. Explained to him about the smart key situation. He mailed out a check for $50 to cover the programming. Thank you Zach! Received a check in the mail last week to go get our smart key programmed. We took it Saturday and got the key programmed. Thank you again! Appreciate your help with everything. LOVING my Kia Sorento!!

I called to set up a routine service at Kia of Cleveland, and to ask them about performing a recall/repair on my Kia Soul, after my Hometown dealer stated they could not perform the recall due not having a "qualified technician". Jamie Blevins assured me they would be glad to do the regular maintenance, but would have to set up an appointment for the recall since it was on a Saturday. Upon arrival I was greeted with a smile and hearty welcome. After service was completed Jamie told me that not only would they honor my dealers service coupon, but was able to complete the recall for me as well!!! no second trip needed!!!! I feel Jamie and the rest of the service staff went out of their way to get me taken care of. By doing so they have gained a new service customer even though it is a farther drive!!! Thanks

The service was handled quickly and professionally. We brought our Rio for service in October and the same part unfortunately the same part went bad again after replacing. After speaking with Mr. Blevins, we made an appointment and the car was serviced, at no charge to us. We dropped the car off and had it back and fixed the same day! Mr Blevins was very straight forward and communicated with us about everything! Recommend anybody to see James Blevins for their car service.

Everyone at the dealership was amazing. Charlie Durham the general manager listened to my needs. John Woodall showed me the Soul that would be perfect for my outdoor lifestyle. Nathan made sure I had the proper rack on top for my paddleboard and Mike in finance was very thorough with his explanation of the financing program. If you are looking for a dealership who will find you a vehicle w/the exact options you desire, then look no further than KIA of Cleveland! I met salesman John Woodall in November 2014 when I began shopping for a used car. After I had test driven a couple of cars I found out that I was extremely interested in the KIA Sportage but I refused to have one unless it had heated seats. That was my "deal breaker". John was very diligent & kept searching until a couple of months later a Sportage came around that had exactly what I had asked for & thanks to Charlie Durham a fair price to match.I would no doubt highly recommend KIA of Cleveland to anyone in the market for a vehicle, new or used, as I feel these nice people will do their very best to treat you right.

A couple of years ago I bought a Kia Soul from Kia of Cleveland and I really loved the car and found both the purchasing process and the maintenance visit as enjoyable as that kind of experience can be. About a month ago a pick up ran a red light and hit me and totaled the car. The car flipped onto the drivers side but I was not hurt. Before it was known to be totaled it was taken to Abra for repairs. A gentleman named Charles Neff with Kia saw the car in the Abra lot, put two and two together and contacted me. I had purchased the original Soul in Cleveland so with no effort on my part other than a couple of calls and some texts Benny Hamby and Tony Walker worked everything out and I was able to pick up a new car a day later after work. They did an incredible job and made replacing the car so easy - which was so wonderful after having had to deal with all the aspects of the wreck -police reports, rental cars, insurance, etc.. Because the Soul had done such an excellent job in protecting me from harm I really wanted another Soul. And they made it happen. These three and all the others at the dealership not only did their job but went above and beyond.

I cannot express how grateful I am to have worked with Tony. He knew it was going to be hard to get me qualified to buy my car due to my credit. Not once did Tony make me feel like he was wasting his time (unlike some dealerships) or like he would rather work with someone else. He never pushed me aside, and kept in contact with me to let me know progress. He pushed through and finally got me approved for the car I wanted. I am so happy to own my Forte Koup! I just love it! Excellent customer service! I walked in and, after looking around for a bit, decided which car I wanted. They didn't try to up-sell or manipulate me; they made me feel like just having my business really mattered to them. I got a great financing arrangement and an amazing warranty (for little additional $). I'm so glad I made the drive out to them! They even delivered my car to me (they gave me an incredible free rental right off their lot, btw) after they'd finished adding an option to my Kia... which took them NO time at all. These guys are seriously impressive. My boyfriend has already decided they're going to be the ones to sell him his new car!

My Fiance and I were recently in the market for a replacement vehicle as our's was on it's last leg. After hearing some advertisements on the radio we decided we would visit Kia of Cleveland and take a look at their inventory. Firstly, I want to mention their inventory. Being a Kia dealer, you will see many new and used Kia vehicles on the lot, that is a given. What stunned me about this list of vehicles was the diversity in the models you could choose, especially amongst the used vehicles. They also, of course, have many Non-Kia branded vehicles which are all high-quality and definitely worth a look if you're in the market for something different. However, I would be remiss in not mentioning that, in my honest opinion, you should look no further than the certified used vehicles. Many come with their warranty intact, and that is absolutely worth it. We had set an appointment with Matt Childs to take a look at their inventory, and potentially purchase a vehicle, from the beginning of our dealings with Matt he was magnificently professional. When we originally set the appointment, Matt took the time out of his day to ask some questions in regards to what we were looking for. Once we arrived, he had a list of vehicles that matched our requirements, and was well prepared to answer any questions we had regarding the multitude of Kia models, as well as used vehicles on the lot. He was honest, calm, and not at all pushy like many Car Salesmen I have ever encountered. His demeanor, realistically, definitely made it infinitely easier to purchase a vehicle. Matt's character shines through any hang-ups I had about dealing with a Big Name Dealership. His ability and effort to make your car buying experience is second to none, and I've never dealt with another car salesman that makes you feel like you're actually a valued individual. Quite frankly, if you don't visit Kia of Cleveland you are missing out. If you do visit Kia of Cleveland and don't make an appointment with Matt, you are ABSOLUTELY missing out on a wonderful experience.

Our salesman, Matt Childs, was very patient with us as we went from car to car in awe of everyone but not finding exactly what we wanted. Matt was very knowledgeable with every vehicle we looked at. When he showed us the Sorento, we were sold. He was very helpful in the buying process and even blue-toothed my phone for use in the suv. All in all - Loved the service and love love love my Kia!

Gary went out of his way to make sure we were happy with our new vehicle, but did so in a way that was not pushy or overbearing. Very refreshing in this day of "vulture" salesmen who jump on you before you even stop your car. We viewed vehicles, made a choice & agreed the price, collection date & method of payment as cash. All of the above was also agreed in writing & we have the transcripts of the conversation & purchase. The following day just prior to us leaving home to collect the car the salesman called & informed us that the car had been sold to somebody else but he had plenty of other vehicles albeit used, higher mileage but for the same price. When we asked how can a car be sold to two different people, the reply was 'oh that often happens'. Clearly the other purchaser was prepared to pay a higher price!!! We then received an email from Amanda the 'Internet Sales Manager' enquiring if there was anything that could be done to assist in our search. We responded & informed her of our experience. There was no response!! We then received an email from the General Sales Manager Mike asking if we were being taken care of etc, etc, etc. Our email advising of the above has not produced any response. This behaviour of the staff from a branded dealer is horrifying, smacks of deceit and is totally immoral. We have now purchased a new SUV & not a Kia from another Chattanooga dealer, which sadly takes the trade away from Cleveland. Shame on you Kia of Cleveland.!

I am very satisfied with my experience from Kia of Cleveland. I had been looking for a specific car and had been in contact with several dealerships, however, Kia of Cleveland had the friendliest and least pushy salesman I dealt with. They were as up front as any car dealership will be with the price and terms. The process of buying a new car from them was very easy and was fairly quick. I don't enjoy the process of purchasing a car, but they made an effort to make it as painless as possible.

I bought my new Rio5 back in April 2012 so I'm a little late on giving my review because I'm in graduate school at the moment. I first went to the Kia dealership in Chattanooga and was treated pretty poorly (see the review I wrote for this dealership). I came up to Cleveland knowing what I wanted--a black Kia Rio5 with every option you can get. They did not have one in stock but with the help of James Hargraves, my excellent sales person, I was referred to Benny Hamby. Benny was on the phone calling several dealerships to find my car for over 5 hours (James kept me company the whole time). When Benny finally found one in North Carolina, I was so excited! Jeff Lawson then took over--I had already arranged financing thru my credit union. He thought he could get me an even lower rate on a car loan so I said have at it and he did! I cannot say enough about this dealership--they are truly wonderful and when I need another car, I will definitely be back. I definitely recommend this dealership to anyone!! Have I mentioned how much I love my car?

I had not made a car purchase in over a decade and was nervous beyond the reality of the situation. They made me feel comfortable and made the process almost enjoyable. I say almost because an activity that involves money and signing my name multiple times will never be completely enjoyable to me. I came in with a nervous smile on my face, worried about a "hard sell", cost (I had not had a car payment in 8 years), not finding what I wanted, and other such concerns and left cruising home in a new car on a beautiful Saturday afternoon with a happy smile on my face.

Honestly Charles is very friendly but when it came down to it all we got was the run around. After being at the dealership half the day we were finally able to drive away with our new Sorento. The next week we were promised a cargo net at no charge. The car was purchased September 19 and as of today, November 29, we have yet to receive the net. We went to the dealership about a month ago after being told by Charles that it would be there and after arriving was told it had not came in and he would deliver it to us personally the following Monday. When that didn't happen we went up to the dealership and informed by Charles that he had to order another net. The cargo net is not something that we need but it was promised to us and they just keep dragging their feet. There was also an issue with the name on the car we traded in. They waited until over a month after we purchased the car to request our marriage license and had a fit to have it as soon as possible so that they may finish the transaction. I understand the reason in needing the license but waiting so long after the sale and then demanding we give that to them asap is ridiculous. If we decide to buy another car again from Kia we will definitely be going to Chattanooga or Knoxville.

The Kia dealership of Cleveland, is very high class. I previously owned a Kia Sorento. I was extremely pleased with the vehicle and with any and all service I received. One Saturday afternoon, I met Mr. James Hargraves. He asked me if I was interested in trading in for a newer Kia. At first I hesitated, but, after taking a Kia Soul out for a test drive, I was so impressed (again) with the way the vehicle handled, the comfort of the ride....basically everything about it was great...including the gas mileage! Even though I was doing business with Mr. Hargraves, each one of the employees there were extremely friendly. I was offered refreshments which I have never seen before. After a short time of ironing out details and so on, I ended up with what I feel was a great deal on my new Kia Soul. In fact, when it was all said and done, my payments ended up 30 dollars less per month than my previous vehicle. To me that was important also. In addition, my vehicle insurance for this new vehicle did not go up one single dime! That is great, too.Thank you everyone at Kia of Cleveland.

Everyone did a great job getting me into my new car. Amanda contacted me very quickly after submitting an inquiry on the website and set up an appointment for a test drive. Charles (sales) explained the cars features then we went out for the test drive. After getting all the paperwork signed, he helped to set up some of the features on the car and explained a few more features in the car. Jeff (finance) got all of the paperwork together quickly, explained everything, everything signed, transferred and done. Overall, it was a fairly painless experience. A lot better than the honda "experience." What a mess that company is! It took some time to get everything worked out at Kia but in the end I am happy with the experience and of course with the new car. Job well done to everyone.

When my husband and I arrived at the dealership, we were pleasantly surprised that we weren't accosted by vulcher-like salesmen. As a matter of fact we were free to walk and look, but when questions arose, we found Gary Evans nearby with all the answers. Gary was not pushy (thank goodness, or we might have driven away!). He was informative, knowledgeable, polite, customer oriented, and willing to go the extra mile with us. His kind demeanor relaxed us and removed our defenses, and thus my husband who only came to look, quickly made a decision to purchase. My experience with the business manager, Jeff Lawson, was equally agreeable. I came back the next day to purchase the car, but had to be signed, sealed, delivered and out of the door by a certain time. Jeff quickly shuffled papers, explained everything thoroughly and had me out in the nick of time. Couldn't have better service than this...anywhere! I will definitely bring my Optima Limited Edition back to the dealership for service, and I will definitely recommend Kia products (our older car is a Kia also). I will also recommend potential buyers to visit your dealership.Kudos!

My husband and I were not expecting to buy a car because our present Kia Sportage was in good condition but we were rear-ended by another driver when stopped at a red light. Our car was totaled and and we were able to walk away with bruised ribs! Car shopping was easy with Berry at Kia of Cleveland. He listened to our wants and needs of the car we wanted and worked with us to be able to purchase the car with low financing and and all the wants and needs we wanted to replace our car. This is our 3rd Kia Sportage we have purchased. Now that says something about Kia and their staff!

I chose Kia of Cleveland because my parents and I had the worst experience with Kia of Chattanooga. I was greeted upon arrival and I explained what car I was interested in purchasing. Kevin gave me a working outline of how he could help and the "bottom line" price for the car. I loved how he could give me a straight answer and that assured me I could trust the dealership and do business with them. He also went to pick up my car from the other Kia dealership. Jeff, in the finance department, was also wonderful and explained each piece of paperwork in simple terms, very patient and respectful. And was willing to work with my limited budget. This was also my first car and there was no stress involved with buying my car. They were very knowledgable of their products and explained the auto services I would receive. I would definitely recommend this dealership.

Barry Snyder met us in the parking lot shortly after we arrived.He asked what we were looking for and we said a fully loaded KIA Optima.He took us right too the car we wanted and then gave it a test drive.During that time,he was telling us about the warranty coverage,and after that,we were sold. Barry an the Financial Department went out of there way,too put us in this car.Afterwards Barry showed us how to operate all the controls in the car and even went out of his way to program our cell phone into the bluetooth.We have purchased three KIAs from three different dealers,and KIA OF Cleveland was the Best.WE WOULD HIGHLY RECOMMEND KIA OF CLEVELAND. Our experience at this dealership was very positive. The people we came in contact with were very friendly and helpful. We feel like we got an excellent price for our trade-in and a very good price for the new Kia we purchased. Our salesperson was very knowledgable and took the time to completely show us how to operate the different functions on our Sorento. The only thing I would change would be the time it took to complete our transaction. We were there for over 4 hours. They did offer us drinks and even offered to share their lunch with us. We gladly took the cold drinks since it was an extremely hot day. We are very pleased with our new vehicle and Kia of Cleveland, TN.

I was disappointed in our visit to Kia Cleveland. We came there looking to purchase a 2006 Kia Sorento. When we get there the car had 3 different tires on it and one was a spare. One of them was completely flat and the back tail light was busted. So then we proceeded to look at a 2008 Kia Sorento parked right beside it. Once we opened the door to look inside, the smell was overwhelming. My 5 year old even said that it smelled bad. We went ahead and test drove it but when I get in, there was no gas in it and the gas light was on. The inside was dirty. You could see the layer of dirt and when we rubbed our finger across it, it was black. We went ahead and got the price that they would offer us. We were not impressed. We drove to Kia Chattanooga and bought the same 2008 Kia Sorento but with more options and for less that what we were offered at Cleveland. Maybe it was just a bad experience for us, but I would recommend going to Chattanooga first.

I inquired about a used vehicle which I wa co-signing for and was told by one sales person Charles that everything looks good and could prob get me in the vehicle. Charles advised me to come in as soon as possible and assured me my credit would not be ran until then. However, another sales person Jason contacted the person I wa co-signing for not long after and advised that they ran my credit and would be able to put it in my name. I had emailed Charles asking for an update since I was working. I received no email back and a number of hours later I got the chance to contact them. I spoke with Jason which advised the vehicle had been sold and hung up on me. Will never do business there again.

I was looking for a Kia Soul in a specific color, a hard car to come by these days. Right from the start I found everyone I worked with very willing to go out of their way to help me. Usually the car buying process is not a pleasant one, but I must say this one was painless, even enjoyable. Good Job Guys!

Our experiance at KIA of Cleveland, TN was wonderful, Jason Woodall and the person he was training were very honest and relaxing. the finance staf done everything possible to get us the best deal possible. Overall on a scale of 1-10 I would rate our experiance a 10. I was explaining our experiance to my mother the night after buying the sorento and the following week she bought a 2012 RIO. I couldn't be happier. Thank you to all the staff at KIA of cleveland the pecan pie is on the way

Just as title states, very pleased with my dealings with this dealership. Drove over 100 miles, and it was worth the drive. Very friendly,very helpful,the vehicle i purchased needed a repair and technician fixed it before i drove off the lot. They look to have quality vehicles, at fair prices, and provided a free carfax check on the vehicle i purchased. Buying and financing was pleasant,.. not toothpulling!!
